Chelsey is hands down the best. She went above and beyond and got our Explorer here faster than we expected. No hassle bargaining on price. Tim in Business office helped my family feel secure in our purchase for the next 6 years and beyond. I mentioned one small annoyance and they agreed to have it settled before I even had to pretend to be angry! Hands down, top notch experience. Highly Recommended!

We had a very pleasant experience dealing with your sales staff. Both Christian and Doug helped us find the vehicle we needed at a Rock bottom price. Thank you. And also Mathew in your service center was very pleasant to work with as well. I originally came there to get my truck fixed, which they did in a reasonable time. While I was waiting I ended up finding our next family vehicle. Thank you again.

They had a same day appointment for a quick oil change! They were extremely friendly and courteous! The courtesy shuttle driver (Shelly) was awesome. The oil change service was very quick and the cashier (Winter) was very friendly and helpful! Overall a GREAT experience!

I worked with Shelly at Ford for the last two days and my experience was very positive. She was timely getting back to me, answered every question I had and was a great communicator. I've only had experience with the service side of Red Rock. The service is quick, but efficient. I've also experienced the integrity of their techs when I have requested a service only for them to tell me they didn't think it was necessary yet, but they would go ahead if I still wanted it done! Everybody is always super pleasant, even those that I don't have direct contact with share a smile and a hello as they are walking through. I also love the fact that they have coffee going all day and massage chairs to enjoy while you wait! Thank you Red Rock! I appreciate you!
