Kurt was at the door to meet us and did everything we needed. He got our trade-in information and our credit score quickly. He recommended some things about OnStar and My Buick which would help me financially. We were able to go eat our meal while the coatings were applied which I had requested, and we were able to drive it back to Springfield, Mo. The only delay was waiting to get the car from the business manager's wife's place of employment. I had dealt with Kurt previously and requested him this time. It is a good place to purchase a car, new or used.

I just want to say how blessed I have been to receive great service from Jeremy Breshears! When I was looking for a SUV on cars.com, there I saw one I was interested in from Reed Buick GMC. I submitted a request to find out more about the vehicle. About 15 minutes later, I received a phone call from Jeremy but I thought he had sound familiar to me, come to find out he is one of our "dads" from my preschool. I thought to myself how GOD works in mysterious ways. Unfortunately, the car was sold. Over the next few weeks I continued to look for other SUV's, On May 30th, I saw a car from another Dealership and thought I really like this so they let me take it for the night and returned it the next day. I was on a budget so I had to keep it in my price range, it was nice SUV but had no extras and I was ok with that. I was planning on purchasing it but I always, I pray for God's will. The next day Jeremy brought his daughter into school and mentioned that there was another SUV if I was interested in looking at it, later on that morning while getting my car washed to be sold for a down payment, I pulled up the email from Reed Buick and saw the 2011 Chevy Equinox. I felt at peace so I called my husband and he said for me to check it out! I went and fell in love with it!! Jeremy and everyone working there were so pleasant, not pushy or intimidating me to buy it. Anytime I have gone up to Reed Buick and if I didn't find what I wanted, they were just nice to me and my family. The moral to my story is I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone. I LOVE MY EQUINOX !! Thank you Jeremy.

The Team at Randy Reed is completely and totally focused on a positive customer experience. The strength of the team is defined by the weakest link, and there are no weak links. I had my vehicle repaired after a car accident. The truck came back looking great. I had a concern about how a loaner car was given out, but the dealership took care of any concern that I had. It was not stressful at all we never felt pressured. This was our second purchase from this dealership and we will go back again. Fred helped us both times and although the second purchase was fifteen months after the first he recognized us when he saw us and greeted us warmly. It is such a joy to drive into the Reed Repair shop and to be met with Barry Corderman and Lyle who are always so efficient and handle everything in a professional manner. I truly love that the service department keeps tabs on all the recommended service my vehicle needs. The most recent visit, all my car needed was an oil change which was free and I also received a complimentary car wash. The waiting area is nice and clean with free coffee and donuts, comfortable seating and television. The staff are always friendly and courteous.

I happened across this dealership by chance when I stopped in to browse. I was so fed up with other dealerships I'd been to and their incessant calls and high pressure sales tactics, and was so relieved when I found Reed Buick and my sales person Don Hundley. I had a flat tire, got it pumped up, took it to 3 tire places (2 did not have the time to work on it and the 3rd could not find any kind of reason for the tire to be flat)so I came back home on Sunday and again it went flat overnight so after getting my grandson to pump it up, I brought it to Randy Reed. They found the problem, fixed it and it probably was as cheap or cheaper than going anywhere else!

A nagging traction control warning light finally came on at a convenient time to take it back to RR. A short test ride with the head mechanic confirmed the problem. Service immediately opened a slot, further diagnosed the problem and ordered a replacement brake pedal position sensor. It appears the problem has been solved. From the moment I walked in, it was a great experience. The receptionists working there (for that matter, everyone I came in contact with) smiled and were very pleasant and helpful. I did not feel pressured in any way to make a decision. My sales associate, Ron Rinella, was very helpful in getting everything set up in my new car which is far smarter than I am! The technology has changed tremendously since my last purchase and he was very helpful in teaching me what I needed to know and making me feel comfortable in the car. I'm getting tons of compliments on it and love driving it. My grandfather had a Buick dealership in the '20's and '30's. He would be very happy with my choice, and amazed at cars now! The team was excellent to work with from when I first showed up on the lot and this carried through the entire team that I worked with purchasing my new truck. I worked with Ron who went out of his way to find a truck that fit exactly what I wanted even though it wasn't an easy one to find. There were several extras I wanted installed and he and his team found a way to get everything done and make the truck look perfect before I picked it up. Ron went above and beyond to work with me and keep me informed even on his days off to ensure I was going to be completely satisfied with my new vehicle and have no surprises. In his absence, Sean even made sure things moved along and the team actually delivered my truck the night before they had planned. I know every car buying experience doesn't go this way so it was refreshing to deal with people that actually wanted me to be happy with the entire process and went above and beyond to make this happen. I have already recommended them to several people who have commented on how great my new truck looks and I will continue to do so as I believe this team provided a unique experience that is hard to find in this industry.

I am a long term customer of Randy Reed's (now Reed Buick GMC)and have purchased 4 vehicles over the years. They seem to have little staff turnover which is a sign that they treat their employees right which transfers down to employees treating customers right as well! They know who you are when you walk in the door and on the phone. Always up front with any repairs that are required on your vehicle.I would recommend buying a vehicle from this dealer and will be buying my 5th in the near future!

Nothing short of amazed by the professionalism of Reed Buick GMC. Began the process of buying a truck through one of their internet sales dealers (Jeremy Breshears) while in Hawaii and preparing to move to Kansas City. Jeremy kept me informed throughout the process of selecting a truck for my specifications. Additionally, Jeremy picked me up at the airport upon my arrival to Kansas City and brought me to the dealership and I walked away with the brand new 2015 GMC Canyon that I had wanted.

My visit to Randy Reeds for an oil change and replacement of windshield wiper blades was very good. I arrived thirty minutes earlier than my appointed time, but they took my vehicle right in and got it finished in record time. Dan was so helpful in meeting my needs. When it was apparent that I would not have my car by the time I needed to get to my meeting he arranged for a loaner car. After I left Randy Reed, I remembere4d that I had left perishable groceries in my car. I called and those groceries were refrigerated until I picked up my Enclave. Today Dan called with a minor memory...they had found evidence of a mouse knowing at insulation under the hood. Everyone at the Service area greeted me by name. It is a great place to patronize.

The only issue that concerned me is that I used a credit card to pay the bill. It was a small amount and I was not required to sign a receipt. I understand the card companies do not require a signature on certain amounts, and that is their downside, but I think retailers should ignore the card companies ignorance, and require a signature on all transactions to combat fraud.

A very business like experience. No hassle or haggling. Knew what I wanted and we sat down and agreed to the price. There was none of this get up and run to the sales manager and come back with a counter offer. It took about 10 minutes to close a deal and start the paperwork. I was frustrated that it took 3 times to replace the battery on my 2014 Buick Verano, but the dealershipwas just doing what they had to do per GM's replacement requirements. In the meantime, they were veryresponsible in seeing that tow service was ordered and a loaner car provided.I would always give Randy Reed's dealership a 10+ rating because Mike Steffen(salesman), Dan (servicedepartment) add to it with courteous and professional service. My husband called about a used truck he found online and spoke with Derrick at Randy Reed in Tiffany Springs and he was very professional. We are from Warrensburg, MO and drove up there to look at their options of vehicles. Found a couple NEW trucks we liked on the lot and we took awhile to decide which one to go with but Derrick was awesome! He wasn't pushy, he didn't take on another customer while we waited for the finance dept, he stayed with us the entire time and kept us updated on what was going on till the end. The finance guy was just a nice and professional! He wasn't pushy when it came to the 'extra add ons' such as extended warranty, paint sealant, etc. He was able to adjust our payment to where we were most comfortable! Very good place to buy a vehicle even for us out-of-towners. We were so pleased we that we told my in-laws about our experience and they went up the following weekend and purchased a vehicle as well!

When I arrived Ron P. Was available to assist me with my car search. I gave Ron my budget and he showed me a couple options. I like the service I get, but I am not happy with the many times my terrain has been in for service. It's been in for brakes, head liner, grill, radio ( 5 times replaced ), and now the brakes again are having trouble like the first time, but it's out of warranty. I like my terrain, but not happy with the many times it's in shop. Never had more than one thing wrong with my honda's I wish they stood behind gmc's like honda does.

We bought a new Acadia Denali from Kurt Hoeper at Randy Reed last Friday and absolutly love this vehicle. I first contacted the delership through online chating to inquire about a vehicle that was listed online but was shown as "in transit" to the dealership. After a couple brief phone conversations a purchase agreement was in place. The agreed upon vehicle was selected by the manufacturer for special quality inspection with no estimated delivery date. Randy Reed located an exactly identical vehicle at another dealership and made arangements to have it brought over so that we could take delivery and finalize the purchase. When we picked up the vehicle it was perfect. The sales, management and financing staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and help ensure that we were making the best decisions with our purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership as we had an extrodinary buying experience.

We found the car online and contacted the salesman by e-mail. He e-mailed back to me and we set up an appointment to come and look at the car. The car( a 2010 Acadia) was for my daughter who lives outside of KC. My daughter was very happy with the car and after thinking about it( on the way home) she called the salesman and told him she wanted the car. I have purchased many cars over the years, today was the best buying experience I have ever had. We were there a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes. We were offered a fair trade offer for our car. I have researched buying a 2011 Impala for the last month. Randy Reeds selection and price of these vehicles were the best in the area. With the addition of lifetime oil changes and lifetime car washes made the deal even better.

I had a wonderful buying process at Randy Reed Buick GMC. My wife wanted a GMC Acadia Denali and I found 3 of them optioned the way she wanted in the Kansas City Area. We checked out the other 2 and went to Randy Reed last. I called to make an appointment since they were 50 minutes away and when we showed up they had the car up front, freshly washed, full of gas and ready to go. The salesman was very informative and seemed to know a lot about the vehicle. The negotiation was quick and painless and the delivery process was second to none!! I have bought several new cars in the past and this was by far the BESY BUYING EXPERIENCE I have ever had! I spoke to Derek on the phone and met with Jeremy Breshears, and they were both great to work with!!!

I purchased my first car at Randy Reed Buick GMC. It was a great experience. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I had looked at other dealerships a year before and had a terrible experience and that pushed me away from buying a car. When I went into Randy Reed I felt comfortable and in the end buying a car was very enjoyable. I give all the credit to my salesman, Jeremy. He was fun to work with and he made the whole experience something that I truly enjoyed. I definitely will be going back to Randy Reed for my next car and hopefully Jeremy will be there to help me again!

Hands down the best service I've had had a dealership. We shopped all over the metro for the right SUV for a growing family and decided on the GMC Acadia. Unfortunately, Randy Reed didnt have exactly what we were looking for on the lot. That didn't stop Scott and Eric from searching each day until they found exactly what we wanted. Free lifetime oil changes, honest salesmen, no pressure, what more can you ask for in a car buying experience. Hats off to them!

The folks at Randy Reed are wonderful. As we were coming home from the airport we had car trouble and had to have service done on one of our vehicles. It could have been bad. We had a young baby with us and we had far to go. If we were anywhere else, they would have looked at us as easy money. But they didn't. They took care of us like you'd hope someone would take care of your family. They took us right away; they drove my husband to get our vehicle, stranded on the hwy; they drove to get the parts for us right away, as the ones needed weren't in stock; they stayed late to finish, even after they were done for the day; they even washed our car. And, they were kind to our son. They said they would take care of us and they did.

I purchased a used truck from this dealership and there were a few minor things wrong with the truck. The taillight was cracked, the seat did not recline, and it had some decals that I was not fond of. I understood it was a used truck and I did not have a problem with these direct items. They agreed to fix these items and I went ahead and paid for the truck (my bad). They called the next week and said the truck was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, none of the items had been repaired. They were sorry, they will take care of it. This happened two more times, they called, I went, not done. Two weeks later I got the truck. I also purchased a bed liner through the dealership when I bought the truck. I asked for them "NOT" to spray the bed liner on the top of the bed rails, just in the bed. When I finally got the truck the bed liner was sprayed on the rails. Once again they were sorry but they could "sell" me some bed caps to cover it up. I did finally have the truck but wait, now there is a noise coming from the front end. Luckily I bought a warranty with it. They worked on it, charged me the 100 dollar deductible, on the way home (6 blocks) same noise. They work on it, 100 dollar deductible paid again, same noise. They work on it, deductible paid, service manager explains that there is not much money left of the warranty package that I bought. Few days later same noise from the front end is back. I now decide I should just get rid of this truck before I owe a bunch of money on something that does not move. Regretfully, I go back to them to give them a chance to make it right. I did trade the truck in and get a brand new car which has been a great car. The only thing I regret is giving them more business, because they did nothing to make things right for the poor service on the last one. There has only been minor problems with the car I have now. One problem was half the lights went out on the temperature controls. It happens, not a big deal, but they made my wife sit in the waiting room for three hours so they could tell her they had to order parts. A couple of weeks after buying the car I received a check in the mail for $1200 from the warranty company. Don't get me wrong I like $1200 checks but according to the service manager that money was all used up.

Randy Reed GMC was able to find the truck I wanted and go get it...gave me a good price on my trade and made the buying experience easy without high pressure sales tactics. Would recommend visiting them before buying somewhere else..oh yeah and Free LifeTime Oil Changes too!
