Arrived a little early for my appointment, no problem, took me right in. Very courteous and professional. Great waiting area, super clean. In and out in great time. Overall beautiful new facility! Keep up the good work!

Great service. Worked with Reggie and all needs and wants were met. He listened and I appreciated that. Customer service all around is so friendly and comfortable atmosphere. I trade my vehicle every 2-3 years and now I know where my forever business is. Also I received an amazing care package as a thank you filled with their favorite snacks. Great touch!

Bought a Jeep Compass new here. Worst service we have ever experienced. Multiple issues with jeep which I won’t blame on them. Very very poor response time. Extremely long waits. No parts. Do not buy a new or used car here. Look for a better dealership.

My husband and I have purchased 3 vehicles from Reed this year alone. They have been pretty easy to work with and gave us pretty good deals on our trade ins. But for being a returning customer, they don't really acknowledge it and acknowledge you are being a loyal customer. I mean I could have taken my business elsewhere, but I decided to stick with Reed because of the service I have gotten. My husband and I asked for just 2 hats this last time and they made up every excuse why they couldn't throw those in. I mean, 3 cars in one year and we got nothing. They should take a little better care of returning customers. It's not like there aren't 100 more dealers out there that we could have went to. Update: My husband went to pick up his title and the dealership did give us 2 hats but I believe my review had a play in that. They still need to acknowledge return customers room.
