We recently bought a used jeep renagade they had on their lot. The price was more reasonable than any other dealer in 3 states. Heidi helped us with out trade over the phone because we are 100 miles away and gave us a way better trade than another dealer we tried dealing with. The other dealer was 1000.00 more and it had 25000 more miles with also a lower trim package. Brittany and Heidi stayed late to make sure we got everything done so we didn't have to make the hour and half trip again. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Over the top ! Thank you.

This is a business with NO INTEGRITY!!! At the end of May, the daughter of a friend of mine purchased a vehicle from Rehbein Ford. The day after purchasing her car there was a loud noice causing her to stop and pull over. Turns out her brakes and rotors were all shot. She called Rehbein Ford and was told that the problem was all hers since she now owned the vehicle. Later in the week her air conditioner went out. She had it checked locally and was told she needs a new compressor. So in less than two weeks from purchasing the car she found out it needs over $2000 worth of work. Again she called Rehbein Ford to inform them of all the issues and cost. Again their response was to tell her any issues with the car are now her responsibility. After a lot of tears, she was finally told that they would give her a $500 coupon toward the work but she would have to get it done with them. Really? It is obvious that Rehbein Ford knew the car had issues before they sold this young woman the car but chose to take advantage of her instead of disclosing the truth. What is up with these people? Adding insult to injury, this young woman took her car back to Rehbeing Ford for them to inspect. They charged her $150 for the evaluation - which obviously they knew the results of before they sold her the car. With so many repairs needed immediately after selling her the car, you'd think Rehbein being a local business, would have offered to repair these items either free or for cost. My friend and her family have lived in the Plains area for 3 generations. Is this how neighbors treat neighbors now? Once again, Rehbein Ford lives up to their local reputation - rip offs! SERIOUSLY, DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM REHBEIN FORD. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! They deserve negative stars!!!

The waiting room and the inside of the building is very cozy and has a relaxing atmosphere. The classic old school Ford style mixed with modern Ford. Im a garage door installer and work on their doors from time to time. Their work area is very nice and well kept. Not sure how the sales are but I'd give it a shot if I was in the market.
