I, like many others, was affected financially by the circumstances in 2020, but was also not over the circumstances from the year before leaving me in financial distress, lowering my credit score and making me do something that I thought I would never do this year, file for bankruptcy. I had to replace my car in March 2020 and was forced to go to a Tote the Note dealership and take the best car available to me on that date, which I did. The car needed repairs that fell outside the warranty that were costly and just the beginning I was afraid. My attorney that handled my case suggested that we look at turning in the autos that we had and go see a dealer that would be able to assist a person in the same situation as I was, which I half listened to because I did not want to go through the embarrassment if turned down. I had been receiving flyers to get financed for autos from a few dealerships but was skeptical and just threw them away. One day I received a new flyer from Reid's Auto Connection and decided, what do I have to lose? I called and spoke to Dave at the dealership and explained my circumstances and he took my information and said he would call me back either that same day or the next with the answer, which he did the following day and had found financing for me that quickly. We made arrangements to meet in the next couple of days as he told me bout a Nissan Rogue he just got in, a newer model Nissan Rogue with very low mileage. I arrived at the dealership and fell in love with the car and next came the dreaded paperwork, which Dave had ready to go and we went through very quickly, literally in an hour, I was done! This was the best interaction with a dealership that i had ever had and I was in the worst financial standing and feeling so low about myself. Dave did not make me feel that way one bit, he lifted me up from my low point and helped me s he said he would, The old car was turned back in to the Tote the Note and I am in my new car, that runs like a dream and no worries while driving any longer. I give my honest backing of Reids Auto Connection as a Great Place to be treated like a human being that has had some knocks. Reids makes you feel like a human again, not just a score! Dave went above and beyond getting my spouse pre-approved for a car also, and he had that ready to go also, that same day! Reids Auto Connection truly know their business and when they say they can help, they mean it. We now have 2 newer vehicles and are happy as can be with our newer cars, thank you Dave and Reid, you have 2 devoted, guaranteed to be repeat customers here !

There's not enough words to describe how AMAZING Reids Auto Connection truly is. I was speechless and blown away by the FANTASTIC customer service. Truly down to earth and personable. I felt right at home and no pressure. Good vibes only from this place. I have never felt so comfortable and positive going through the car purchasing process until now. Mr. Reid truly goes over and beyond for his customers and that's more than just providing exceptional or great customer service. The transaction to get me into a new vehicle was quick, easy, stress-free, smooth and well explained. Reid was nothing short of a blessing. He helped me get a vehicle while in a bankruptcy, he listened to my needs and never once pushed me to buy anything. He is a man of his word and understanding in ALL situations, he’s a man who genuinely just wants to help and knows sometimes people need 2nd chances. I would recommend him to anyone.
