Best dealership! Sales and service always deliver!

I was having an oil change and tire rotation which I expected to take 45 mins to at most an hour it was a bit longer than that at an hour thirty five minutes. However great people very professional and a large to in the waiting area make the wait a bit more bearable but it was getting a bit lengthy at the end. If was due to them doing a thorough inspection of my vehicle is understand that and I am not sure if that isn't the reason. There really wasn't an explanation so not sure why.

Had replaced a battery then 2 days later the battery light came on. I have the Verizon Hum and it sent a text that the alternator was critical. Of course, this was late Saturday afternoon. Called first thing Monday. Got me in at 3:30. Car was done by 4:30. No problem with it since. The staff is very nice and the wait area is comfortable.

The service personel were prompt, courteous and very efficient. I was in and out of the dealership in record time and an appropriate explanation of the services was provided.

We purchased a Nissan Rogue from this dealership in 2014. The Rogue broke down on us while visiting family in PA. The Nissan dealership the car was towed to treated us like family. The check engine light comes on back in Ohio and Reinke says it will be a couple of days until we can get to. I asked for a loaner or a rental and they said they do not do that. They do it for their Ford customers but not Nissan. Night and day difference between dealerships.

I came in to buy a used car and was looking at a 2006 jeep with 123,000 miles. Mike Prinzi worked with me for almost 7 hours while discussing my options Mike suggested for me to look into a lease and I was able to leave with a brand new car, something I never had or thought I would have. I will come to see Mike when my lease is up to lease my next brand new car.

Salesman was way too pushy, shoving cars in my face even though I wasn't interested. He couldn't take no for an answer. I do not recommend.
