I received a service coupon from Reliable Chevrolet for a front end alignment.. $39.95. I went to the service desk and asked if this coupon would apply to my vehicle. I was told that it apply to my vehicle. I brought in my vehicle this morning for the alignment... the Estimate sheet was very clear. $39.95 for the alignment + $5.59 for Shop fee + $3.27 Tax... Bringing the total to $48.82. That sounded like a good deal to me....... When I went in to pick up my vehicle I was told that the total price would be $56.10. That amount did not seem to add up. I was directed to the service manager JC. JC was able to quickly determine what had caused the extra ~$7 charge. He explained what had happened and removed the charge....... THANKS JC.

Even though there is a local dealership in Gallup, NM I can take my car to, I always have problems there. There customer service is bad. Apparently their mechanic isn't local, so when I want to take my car in for service. I am told to come at another time of their convenience.So now I have made Reliable Chevrolet my place for service, especially my transmission flush. I was very worried about my tires and the air pressure. I am absolutely happy with the service done on my car. I am confident my car will run for a few more years with Reliable Chevrolet's help. I especially like the representative that I was assigned to for the service of my car, he was very helpful and made me feel confident in the service provided by this dealership.I will definitely be going back every so often. I moved here from California last December. Took my Silverado 2500 High Country in for recall to reset module for air bag. I have no complaints about the New Vehicle/Service Center side of the dealership, but the preowned side of the dealership, all I have to say is BUYER BEWARE!! I was traveling thru ABQ with my new RV. I was pulling with my newly acquired 2007 Silverado. Into ABQ it overheated. I let it cool and the next morning called Reliable. I was turned down service at one of the dealerships in ABQ but SIA said bring the truck on down. I did, and they checked it out and had my on my by noon. Gotta hand it to SIA and Reliable. Reliable Chevrolet's service department, reviewed bulletins and recalls, and performed an included oil change, and service check of my 1500 doublecab Silverado LT. I also asked to check for a possible oil leak (I get a scent of oil once in a while). Being Monday morning at 10:00 am, they had a courtesy driver take me to and from home while the service was taking place. They ordered parts for the hitch assembly recall for cracking. So soon, I'll be taking the truck back for them to replace complete that portion. I found their service exceptional.

Great staff, very friendly. The waiting area is nice and the receptionist checked on us several times. Our repair was done quicker than trey quoted and there were no unexpected charges. They do don't wash it as promised, but the guy said it wouldn't fit in the wash bay.

Ordered a chevy Colorado because chevy doesn't seem to send out crew cabs with a standard bed. I took in the 2008 HHR to Reliable Chevrolet for what sounded like an exhaust rumble and rattle that was getting increasingly worse. It was diagnosed as the left front wheel bearing hub. The service representative explained that the bearings are a sealed unit that is not serviceable and would need to be replaced. I did not have the time that Tuesday to complete the work. I set up a an appointment for Thursday two days later. The rep assured me that the car could be driven without concern until then. The day of the appointment the car was taken in about 7:40 AM and was ready before 10:00 AM. I was pleased that we did not have to replace the spindle assembly as I had done in 2013 when the right front bearing hub failed. The 2013 right bearing hub replacement with spindle had cost $827.06 at Reliable Chevrolet. The 2016 left bearing hub without spindle was $427.31.My only disappointment was the Tuesday guess was about $350.00 while the actual repair on Thursday was about $77.00 more. I am still glad I took care of this latest one before ruining another front spindle.

The only thing that would have made this truly an over the top experience for me would have been a slightly lower purchase price. Adam, the salesman, was so professional, friendly, helpful and courteous! Mike the Finance guy was very knowledgeable, explained details to me and was very professional. I do wish the whole buying experience could have taken less time, but the end result left me very happy. I am enjoying my new car! It's been very amusing to get used to my Spark, especially after driving a van for 17 and a half years! But I'm loving it! Thank you all very much!

The service manager was extremely quick to get my paperwork done and a tech assigned to fix my car. The longest part was him writing down my VIN to conduct the warranty look up. After he finished writing up the service ticket he took me to the representative who set me up with a loaner vehicle so that I could still get around town while my vehicle was in for service.

We purchased a used car and had a very good experience, have not had a chance to call yet but there are locks on the lug nuts we were not given a key for and we were only given 1 key/fob so if it were to get lost or locked in car we are out of luck and these keys are connected to fob and I know are expensive so I'm a little disappointed I don't have the extra key you would typically get with a car. Otherwise process was very good, Rudy and Eduardo (I think was salespersons name) were new to this but very good and attentive and helpful! Heather in finance was great, we had to wait a while because it was a very busy day but the wait was fine.

This was the best buying experience by far I have had. I had been trying to purchase a car for the past month with little success and lots of frustration. I was so tired of getting "fluffed" at the end when it came time to seal the deal, and being presented with mysterious fees and charges that couldn't be explained. BEWARE of this dealership! I called to inquire about an advertised "e-price," I was encouraged to come to the dealership asap (I live in Santa Fe, approximately 50 miles away), and the internet rep (Adam Yildiz) set an appointment time, saying he'd meet me, have the car running and the air conditioner on. When I arrived, NO Adam, NO car. I was told by Lawrence (a very eager sales person) that Adam only answers sales calls and that he was "not available." I asked to see the advertised car but was told there were no cars at the price I had JUST SEEN on the Web. Finally, using his phone, we located such a car at the advertised price on Reliable's Web site. Then I was told it didn't have options I wanted. Tyler (GM?) got involved, then the Sales Manager... bottom line: after approximately two hours of lies and excuses I left the dealership just as a terrific storm hit Albuquerque. This was the WORST car dealership I've ever experienced! What's happened to the idea of customer service and the notion that "the customer is always right?" For that matter, what's happened to plan ol' civility and manners? Awful, AWFUL!!!

I bought a truck from them,when I go home I noticed a scratch in the door. I told them about it and they said they would order touch up paint and I would be in in a week or two. It has now been 5 weeks and when I called about I they claim I was mistaken and I would be another two weeks. I cannot believe how rude he salesman was not how badly hey treat customers after they buy a car.

Ordered a key from parts, they charged my card but never called when part arrived. Came into get door lock cylinder changed. It took over 4 hours and they knew I was waiting. The part was double the price of the online price. Labor was $130 just to change a door lock. I will never come back to this dealership for anything and never again buy a chevy again.

Superb buying experience. All involved were very helpful. Victor my salesman and Miguel the finance advisor. I went to two other Chevrolet dealers in this area. One which is downtown Alburquereue was very rude, did the old sevenths stuff by coming in with a low ball offer. I got my keys and left....the little internet sales lady flat mid represented the price to me to get me in to look at the truck. Never again for the downtown bunch. The other Chevy dealer from Morality NM. Wanted a full price deal and a low price on the trade. Plus added a bunch of extras like add on services and never budged from the price. Even the owner looked at the deal....but never talked to me , Introduced himself to me. Never countered the full price deal at all. Then the internet sales lady Brittney at Realiable was totally honest and said she had over six trucks that fit my requirements. I got there and the had the trucks and not just one like the other dealers. My salesman victor was very knowledgeable a out the products and was very honest and helpful in the process. The finance advisor Miguel was very calm ..no pressure and he did a super job getting the price and the rates for payments that I wanted. I can now see why the Reliable dealership is so large. A superb buying experience. Hey I don't work with or for these guys....I had never been there before...I did not even know this Dealership was there. But things turned out great.RLE

Scheduled a appointment for service on a recall for my 2013 Cruze Eco on 15 Aug 14. This is the second time in a year it was recalled for the "half shaft" issue. Apparently it was not taken care of properly in Sept 2013. With all the press lately, Chevy is not the best name in the business right now. Anyway, I arrived a 0730 this morning and the service guy was unaware of why I was there! I showed him the recall notice, he had to take it to another guy (Daniel) to see what it was for! He returned and said that they did not have the parts in stock and just ordered them and it would take about 5 weeks before they could get me back in! So, my question is, why did I make an appointment for a recall, and not get a courtesy call to let me know not to waste my time today and reschedule it when t part came in? This would be customer service 101!! Just communicate with the customer, be proactive!!! I will of course be speaking with the service manager/s. Communication and the lack of any form of an apology is the reason I have all my routine and complex services taken care of elsewhere. I only go to the dealer if it happens to be a recall item!!!See you in 5 weeks.

I've lived in New Mexico for only one year and frankly I was concerned that I might not be satisfied with the quality of the Chevrolet dealership service department that would sooner or later help me take good care of my prized 1994 Z28 Camaro. I've driven it for more than 232,000 miles and I intend using it until I'm no longer driving. I'm pleased and satisfied with the service and repairs performed on my Camaro at Reliable Chevrolet in Albuquerque. To give you a probably vague idea how particular I am about my car, shortly after I moved here, I visited Reliable Chevrolet's service department to check it out. I was introduced to several people and after talking with them and explaining that I had and older car, I left knowing that I would return when the car needed servicing. All that I can add is that my expectations have been met.My Z28 has been a great car and I've been a great car owner.

I needed to have my 2005 Corvette checked for an issue with it not starting. I had previously taken my car to have the battery checked at Autozone and it was reported that the battery was fine. The car would only start if given a boost so at that point I thought there was an alternator or starter issue or something electrical. I took it into Reliable Chevrolet and had Daniel Martinez own the repair. He was extremely helpful and listened to what I had previously done with the car. He took the time to explain what would be done (even though he had multiple customers) and when I would be notified of the issue. When the technician found the problem, Daniel immediately called me and explained the issue was indeed the battery as one of the cells was not functioning. The follow up checks were also done to ensure no alternator or electrical problem was present. His level of customer engagement and willingness to help drive to root cause on the problem is very much appreciated... go to Reliable and ask for Daniel to help you! He is awesome!

In March I began looking for a Silverado HD LTZ. I wanted white. I looked in Albuquerque unsuccessfully for two months then began looking in adjacent states on the internet. Very quickly I found the truck I wanted in Arizona, Colorado and Texas. In late May, I found that Reliable too had acquired a white Silverado HD LTZ. I spoke with James several times and set an appointment with James on May 24 at 9:00 am. Before I got there Josh called me to make sure that I was coming in. We walked in on time only to find that James was not there. Next, Brad Smith spoke with us and I told him I wanted to purchase their white 2014 Silverado LTZ; he took the basic information and left. He left to go find the truck. Next thing I knew, Lawrence Sedillo came and told us he was going to go get the truck from the Cottonwood tent sale. I told him that was not necessary, I didn't want to drive it I wanted to buy it. He disappeared and we did as well; going to get coffee. When we got back, Lawrence reappeared and showed me a small print out telling me the truck was going to me $59K+($57K+TTL). Still no forms, no invitation to negotiate, no other sales propaganda. I then told Lawrence I wanted to make an offer. At that point I showed him internet print outs of similar trucks I found on the internet and specifically I showed him a truck from Stonebriar Chevrolet in Frisco, TX that was exactly like Reliable's with a price of $51.3K! Still no forms or contracts, he asked me what I wanted to offer. I offered $52K, $700 more than the truck in Texas. He ran off and came back and told me they could not do business with me......effectively asking me to leave. Oh, Lawrence suggested that the internet deal was a scam; sour grapes. Haha, I bought the truck for $51.3K ! Almost 4 weeks later the Reliable truck is still on the lot, only now they jacked the price up to $60K+. People beware, these guys are thieves. Do your homework. Purchase elsewhere. I convinced my brother in law and he just bought a truck in Phoenix. RELIABLE WILL RIP YOU OFF IF YOU LET THEM.

I wanted to buy from this dealer since they have been taking care of my cars and trucks for years. The salesperson could not help me but the excellent service I have received from Rich and the gang keeps us coming back. My HHR and Van were in excellent condition when I traded them and I believe that is in part to the excellent maintenance they received. I followed Rich's advice when he told me it needed this or that I needed to change some thing and I never had a problem when I traded them both. The dealership where I traded the van said it was in excellent condition almost like new. I got top dollar for the HHR and it still ran like new. When the service people know their product it makes a difference. I can tell them what my car is doing and I know they have a pretty good idea what is going on or what I need to do. I am a lover of Chevrolets. My father game me my first one when I was 17. He taught me how to do basic maintenance and told me if I took care of it I would get many years. I no longer do my oil changes nor do I deal with spark plugs and distributors because times have changed and so have I; but I still believe Chevy makes the best cars and over the years I have driven every thing from camaros to corvettes, to an assortment of trucks and suv's.

When I called for an appointment with the Service Dept. the lady was very helpful in directing my call to the "right service writer", Daniel Martinez. He worked me in for an appointment after school was out.I arrived on time for my appointment. I came up from Texas to buy my vehicle because this is my second purchase from Reliable Chevrolet. I was treated so well in my previous visit that there was only one dealership where I wanted to buy my car. Also, when I had visited previously, I had rememberedthat there was a row of numerous camaros in the front of the lot. I always remember those cars, and when it was the right time, Mr. Willis wasable to have the exact car I wanted. I was driving in that car before I could believe it! I know that you never call Mr. Willis unless you areabsolutely sure that you are ready for a vehicle because he makes things happen FAST! Was very apprehensive about getting a new vehicle given me being upside nearly $8,000 on my trade in. But James in their internet department convinced me it was possible to get a new car. So I stopped by and the managers and salesmen worked with me and my less than stellar credit and financial situation and got me a very nice Malibu at a lower rate than I expected and a payment I can afford. Shopped online for a week through different dealers looking for a good compact sedan. I went in to a few places and either didn't have anything for me or was really rude cause didn't think I knew anything. Talked to Brad on the internet for a price on a Cruze I liked. He was really helpful and got me info on it. Came in for our appt and he set me up with Tyler who was very cool and made it a very relaxed experience. Found a very nice loaded Cruze that we liked but was above our means. Paul, manager, came out and got us a really good deal that we wound up taking and couldn't be happier. Defiantly ask for these guys when you go in. You Won't regret the experience!!!

We were looking for a new car after an auto accident and went to a (UN)Reliable Chevrolet because it was close to our house. We stopped in one day to shop around and went back the next day to let the salesman Lawrence Sedillo know we were going to wait. He asked to run some numbers for us on the truck we looked at, so we did. He ran our credit and showed us the numbers and we decided to buy. Went to the finance dept and signed the paperwork and was told that they wouldn't know who was financing us until they talked with the credit union. Was called 2 days later that we need to sign new paperwork and the financing changed drastically. Yvonne Mayhon in finance never returns calls for questions, every time we have had to drive to the facility to ask our questions and still get the run around. We have had the truck 3 weeks and will pay the first payment March 8, 2014, we are in a loaner because the truck is in the shop and will end up being there over a week. The most positive of this experience has been with the service department and we really shouldn't even be dealing with them since the truck is brand new. Buyer Beware. Terrible experience

By far the worst experience ever! Im no rookie to car buying, and I know this to be the worst buying experience ever. Its been just under a month, and I've been at the dealership almost every day since I signed papers. The day I drove the truck off the lot, I found the AFTERMARKET radio to not work properly, the alternator making a noise, and a bolt in my tire. I took it back in the next day with a friend who knows plenty about trucks. The respinse to those problems: take the tire to discount tire to fix the bolt, take the truck to audio express to fix the stereo, and wouldn't even look at the alternator. First time I drove it a significant distance on the road, the check engine light comes on. Took it right back (only 9 days later) and was told it was the catalytic converter. I was then to take it to Melloy to fix it under Dodge Warranty. Melloy couldnt fix the problem under warranty because the exhaust is after market, which I was not made aware of. Took it back to reliable AGAIN and now, after a week and half, I had to call several time to gind out the status of the truck. Found out they took it to Larry H Miller to re charge the computer system instead of fixing the actual problem. Not to mention Melloy had also heard the noise the alternator was making. Let me also go back to when.I took the truck to Brandon about the catalytic converter. He told me right awayhe would "make it right" and fix it. I told several people several times, including Brandon that I wanted out of the deal and wanted my car back that I traded. Brandon lied directly to me on the phone and said they already sold my car. I drive to the lot and see my car sitting right outside with a sticker on it. This has been the most shady deal I have ever dealt with. Tried to talk to Ken and same story, trying to explain their way out of what they did. Said Melloy only wants to mark up the quote to get more money. Never, NEVER have I ever had this type of treatment. I should of seen the signs right away, but if I cqn help anyone else out by preventing this, I will. I will make it a priority to make sure no one goes to these people and get screwed like I did. The last thing Brandontold me today before I left, "if ccatalytic goes out again ill make it right." I asked for that in writing this time and guess what the reponse was. "Oh we cant do that." Worst of the worst experience ever. I feel sick to my stomach over this deal and will make a complaint to the AG's office. More importantly, I will contact attorney John Ferfermam about this. Hope everyone reads this before buying. Take business somewhere else, like Melloy Dodge, who was very helpful through all this.

We brought our 2008 suburban to get repairs done on left side of bumper damaged by others. A claim was established and we came here very confident Reliable would get this repaired considering you are a chevy dealership. Unfortunately that did not happen, our vehicle has been rejected 3 times and still is not repaired and we are almost a month into this issue. November 25, 2013 we dropped off our vehicle and left in rental from Enterprise covered by insurance company. November 26, 2013 1 day later they called and said our vehicle was ready, i came by to pick it up and noticed the paint was way brighter than the truck and did not match, there was a gash on the side of the bumper that was never there before. I showed Gale at auto/body and she agreed that it was defective and said she would fix it. I brought truck back on December 3, 2013 and spoke with Michael, he told me that paint on bumpers never match on all vehicles, im sorry but that is not true. started commenting about the rest of my vehicle saying that none of my paint matches no wherelse. I thought that was very uncalled for and told him the rest of the vehicle has nothing to do with the bumper Reliable fixed. after that he walked off and said he will fix it. left in a rental from Enterprise. 4 Days later my truck is ready once again, I walk around the truck with Michael and noticed there was red paint marks on lower right hand side of bumper. looked like another car hit it and left its marks on there not happy, lots of overspray and bubbles from paint noticeable. lower left hand bumper by hitch was not even painted very noticeable, still rough. Michael agreed and said he will fix it. December 13, 2013 week and a half later and 3 weeks into the repair, they called me and said my vehicle was ready once again. Paint looked good and i was almost convinced that it was finally done, when i noticed the right side of the bumper was buckling out away from upper body of vehicle, it was not put back properly and still loose. showed Christine and she said oh thats no problem we can just push it back in and she pushed it back in with her hands. Really that bumper is loose not put back properly and had bondo in certain areas from work done. When you have your employees scratching the bondo off with there nails and pushing bumpers back in manually and saying its not bad, makes me wonder how many more vehicles have gotten away with this nonsense. I told them I will be speaking with the insurance company about what to do at this point. and dont want nobody touching it. Insurance company suggested for Reliable to finish what they started so we scheduled a drop off with Michael. Between the time we had our vehicle we noticed that our backup sensors are no longer working (that were working great before) we mentioned this to Michael when we dropped off vehicle and he said he would check it. He comes back and says that our aftermarket stereo ruined our sensors, Im sorry but we have never had any problems with our sensors ever even after professional installation of stereo by Audio Express. We want our truck back to normal and wish to get the job done right, if there were any damages done by Reliable after taking that bumper off 3 times i expect you to be professional about it and give me back my vehicle the way i brought it. I dont appreciate the comments Michael has made and i think he is blaming everybody else but himself. Would like a responce sooner than later please. Thank YouSal Flores 505.453.5705

From the minute I walked in until I drove off with my new truck I was pressured into anything I didn't want. My salesman Daniel Serrano was very helpful and made me feel like he wanted my business not just a sale. The staff didn't do the usual car sales dance with the let me get my sales manager or make you wait hours in hopes to wear you down. Once we agreed on the price everything else went smoothly as well they offered my additional options but didn't pressure me into any of them which was nice. Overall a really great buying experience.

My husband and I went in to Reliable to purchase a truck, we got a 2007 chevy Colorado when we bought it the A/C switch was only working on high we went the next day back Chris went above and beyond to make sure it got fixed. Not only did he make sure it got fixed he gave us a loaner car. Andrew in the service dept. was great too made sure it got fixed kept me informed. Our experience was awesome here I highly recommend anyone to go to Reliable and ask for Chris Aldrich he's the go to guy...

This is one of the most shadiest dealerships I have ever walked into AVOID THEM! A worthless shady employee DAVID MAES and his manager PAUL POTTER told me while I was in the process of negotiating that the used truck I had wanted had sold then proceeded to attempt to sell me something that was way more expensive then I could afford. Sensing something was wrong I ended up walking out of there (after humoring their attempts at pressuring me into something I didn't want) and calling the neighboring dealership Reliable Nissan who share some of the same used inventory, turns out the truck I wanted was still available and was finally able to work out a deal with them over there I highly suggest that if you are interested in Reliable's used inventory that you speak with the people on the Nissan side only. So in summary avoid DAVID MAES and PAUL POTTER on the Chevrolet side at all cost.UPDATE: I spoke with one of the Managers about what happened and he completely apologized for the incident, apparently he had advised them to bring up some of the red flags he found with the truck and offer me a great deal on another truck. Instead the other two decided to lie to me about what was going on. I suppose not all is bad over there after all but I caution you not to deal with either David or Paul. For me it's hard to make a deal with something so expensive with someone after they lied to you.

Would Not Recommend. An associate manager named LaChente tried to take advantage of my grandparents. He lied to them about their credit score, so he could talk them into paying a higher price for a vehicle. LaChente told them the mangers special marked on the car was "for people with good credit". After LaChente talked to them rude and tried to demeaned them even more my grand parents got up and walked out. The next day my grand parents got a phone call from Reliable apologizing saying that "LaChente had walked into the wrong both". Reliable had realized they had lost a sale due to a rude and poor Associate Manager named LaChente. They offered the Chevrolet Malibu to my grandparents at a cheaper price and to give them more for their trade, They even offered to drive an 1 hr out of town to deliver the vehicle and bring the paper work to them. I encourage all to do what my grandparents did they sad NO! After being treated rude and demeaned for their age they want nothing to do with Reliable Chevrolet

just bought a 2012 crew cab 2500 in April 2012 the day i picked it up had vibration and and the brakes squealing turned out to be drive shaft was bent Reliable did good job repair on that I now on the right rear brakes squealing I have taken the truck back two time's the first was told it was brake dust! the 2nd time was the brake was glazed! so they Turned the rotors and put new brake pads still """"squealing""" So I decieded to go back to reliable and it turns out that all the shop personal are no longer working there?? I tried trading the truck in that I paid 40,000 for and Reliable will only give me 27,000 for the truck they sold me .I have now called another Gm service department to get the truck fixed since Reliable wont help there customer . I have tried to call ken willis the General Manager left my name ans number we will see ..

Went to this dealership on recommendation of a finance company. At first I thought the manager(can't remember his name)was really listening to what I had to say, but this was not the case as nothing went right after that. He assigned Ernesto to show me a couple of vehicles, which were nice. Ernesto was obviously very inexperienced and sounded as though he was reading a procedure from a book on sales. (I don't deserve a sales rep that knows something about selling?) Ernesto proceeded to figure the deal after I told him what I was expecting and could handle. When he proceeded to present the deal to me, I began to wonder if someone had written "stupid" or "sucker" on my forehead. The offer for my trade in was totally out of line, in fact was so low it was insulting. They had added the actual amount of what I owed on the trade in back onto the price(which was proper), but then added in what I would pay should I were to pay out the trade in(including interest,$17,xxx)WHAT? The whole thing was set up to look as though I were stupid or a sucker. Very degrading and made me feel that they thought I was "Mr. Stupid old man that should be taken advantage of." I felt very insulted through the whole ordeal. I will never recommend these rip-off artists to anyone. In fact while I was sitting there being ignored, another couple got upset about the deal they were offered and stated loudly that they would go to a different dealership that would give them a better deal. WARNING....

This dealership is by far the worst in New Mexico. They are liars and thiefs do not waste your time or money with these people. They sold me a nearly salvage vehicle for full price and I was told the car fax just didnt come up yet when the accident had happened years before. Take your used vehicles to wreck check (tommys auto body) he will check your vehicle for free you will certainly need it if you shop here. After complaints through the attorney generals office, their fake manager Ken Willis told me he would make everything right. Out of my own foolishness I went back thinking he genuinely had made a mistake and he would give me a deal when I haggled for a vehicle that was pre owned with the previous ownwers belongings still inside including a childs boogers wiped on the inside cieling of the car disgusting!!! they couldnt even detail it before they put it out for everyone to see. It may look nice on the outside but check the vehicle well. Shame on you Reliable Chevrolet, you shouldnt be able to use the word relaible in your store name.

Why is it that all ABQ car dealers these days want to take advantage of customers to the max. Rediculous. They tried to play games like the 4-Square game, jacked with the price, interest rates, rebates, down, and most especially the trade-in price, basically giving them my car for what I owed even thought the book says $10K more than I owe for average trade-in when the car has few miles and is like new. Also why do the insist on adding stuff to the car before you buy it so that it is on the car, you have no choice. Every car buying mag says no to these highly inflated add-ons. Just pain greed and nothing else. We are not all dummies, ... or are we? If you want to buy a car these days go to college in business and finance with a minor in marketing. That way you stand half a chance to get an average deal in NM.

I bought a brand new 2011 Chevy Camaro convertible ss. Only had the car 4 Weeks driving home at 1am battery light came on. Took it in to dealer said it had bad battery so they replaced it. Two Weeks later on the way to work battery light comes on and check charging system light I turned radio and AC off to make it to work as I get to work battery saver mode light comes on. My husband took my car back the same day this happened which was Tuesday here I am Saturday car still at dealership with no answers. I went in told them I didnt want the car to make it good and get me in to something elsethat I need a reliable car I work late hours. They said the only way they could help me as taking car in on trade and my car deprecated about $10,000. I have been a loyal customer to them and after this I will never do business with them or recommend them.

David Allen was a great salesman! He made me feel comfortable on the test drive, showed me all of the features and was very knowledgeable about the entire car and all it had to offer. I went to another dealership but ended up returning and purchasing a 2012 Camaro LT2 RS. I had specific options that I wanted in the car and David found a Camaro that had all of them. Everyone I met at this dealership is wonderful! My experience with Reliable Chevrolet was an outstanding one. Richard DiFino in the service department is always knowledgeable and honest whenever service or repairs are needed. Daniel Serrano was a great salesman, and was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in demonstrating details about the different cars I was considering. Yavonne Mahon, in finance, is a very friendly and kind person and was good at explaining details and going over the available extended warranties and paperwork. Ken Willis is an excellent owner, making sure I received the right car for me at the right price. I highly recommend Reliable Chevrolet. They really strive for excellence at every level and were a pleasure to work with.

Typical Albuquerque Dealership, full price was the only price offered. Variants on full price that where actually over sticker due to add ons that are worth nothing. Told high pressure sales person "What it would take" about 3 times, $800 over invoice with no add ons, cash only deal. I WAS IGNORED!!!!!!!!! Wanted to buy $60K truck (3500HD crew cab diesel) walked away with nothing. Will buy from costco services final price WILL BE no more than $800 over invoice. Sales jerk tried to pit wife against husband, I been married 17 years...nice try. we both laughed and left right after that.Ended up buying previous GM car, a new 2005 Corvette for $1,000 off sticker from North Dakota dealership but was willing to pay full sticker price in Albuquerque. they dropped it off at Gallas. NO FEES, no paperwork charges no add ons, full sticker price minus $1,000 plus TTL for a hard to get car (I got number 2008 from the newest line at the time, ordered with my exact specs and delivered within 2 months.) did you get that? I ORDERED a special order car from another dealer and got it within 2 months AND got $1,000 off.Truck before that (2003 Avalanche) demo at Reliable and given NO break, not one dollar off price! Bought that one from Cars Direct for $500 over invoice and picked up at Gallas also. (The sticker on the window had add ons, they where ignored my out the door price was $500 over invoice plus TTL.) My keys to my trade in where held hostage, finally had to get rude to get them back.My 2000 Toyota was purchased in Memphis BELOW invoice with no hassle 15 minutes and out the door deal. (I still drive that truck)I am SO done with Reliable and the bozos across the street. not when I can order the exact car or truck I want and not have to deal with these crooks. How can they stay in business? $150K of cars/trucks since 2003 I have purchased.....I know having my cars dropped at local dealerships gives them plenty of money, so I plan on having the next one dropped in either Denver or Phoenix.Do I sound like a difficult customer??? really? I walked in the toyota dealership from the previous two trucks and out in 15 minutes. I bought my Nissan in 2000 over the phone and picked it up on my way to work (ALL in Memphis)The avalanche I bought? I WAS IN THE ONE I WANTED at Reliable! bought same one on the internet and picked it up at Gallas.The Corvette? I knew exactly the one I wanted AND was willing to pay full sticker price. Took 10 minutes of the dealer in North Dakota's time. Sent back and forth a couple of emails and picked it up within 2 months.3500HD Diesel? I know which one I wanted and FOUND it at reliable, I did the homework looking for it at the GM website.To top it all? My 2005 Vette had a recall that I knew about. Had to go home and print it out to show shop manager as he did not believe me and could not look it up. Told dealership to NOT run the car without me being there to test the brakes they replaced. Some young kid took it out for a joy ride anyhow and brought car back smelling like it had been run hard as crap. Kid got out of car visibly shaken. MPG meter was about 19 when I dropped the car off with 1/2 a tank of gas gone, after joy ride it was at 10 Mpg average......not sure how hard you have to run the car to do that but it must have been outrageous, nice treat for brand new brakes huh? I floor it once a day at a minimum and still get 19 MPG average. I was told by a friend that since this poor dealership sells less than a dozen vettes a year they rarely see them and have a bad habit of running the dog crap out of them when they get into their shop. I should have known better, I gave specific instructions to avoid that but they where ignored. I understand very well they are REQUIRED to demo a car after they do brake work, I told them to do it with me there ONLY.Notice I gave this pitiful excuse for a dealership multiple chances to "Win" my business. NOT another chance. Before you cry and say $500 over invoice will put a dealership out of business, STOP. They get holdbacks and bonuses for selling more cars and plenty of other incentives. If I can buy a truck in Memphis for $500 over ACTUAL COST (I took their hold back!!!) then they can sell me a truck for $800 over invoice here. Paperwork fees, office fees, tag fees, advertising fees....THAT IS ALL PART OF RUNNING A BUSINESS! That is the same as add on bag fees the air lines charge, it deceptive and disingenuous. How about Smith's Charging you electricity fee, advertising fee, cart purchase fees, employee salary fees, stocking fees on top of what you purchase at their store???

When my husband and I walked into Reliable Chevrolet lot last Wednesday night we didn't know we were about to have the most pleasant experience in our car-shopping history, and we had bought 7 cars for the last 10 years! Mark helped us in his non-pushy but friendly and yet very knowledgeable way, since my husband had done his homework well it didnt take us long to decide which vehicle to get. Mark worked with us patiently with all the number games till the deal has been reached, and he waited at least 2 extra hours while we went through the paper work with the financial department, way passed the closing hour! Mark really showed deep understanding for our situation and strong professionalism during the process, we would definitely recommend this dealer and most importantly, Mark to our family and friends!

I recieved great service from the sales staff and the finace lady Yavonne. I was very disappointed in the delivery of the car. It was very dirty and not cleaned in a manner for good service. They may have ran it thru the wash but that was it. If the dealer is paying a person to do this job they are getting nothing out of them but angry customers. Get someone in there that knows how to detail a car doesent mind doing some work and make it look like a new car being sold not a piece of crap. I hope that Kurt Jones reads the dealer review. I was very disapointed to say the least.

I just purchased a used Chevy HHR from Reliable Chevrolet, and I couldn't be happier!!! As soon as I got out of my car I was greeted by Chris McKamey, he asked me what I was looking for and he went to work for me right away! I grew up in car dealerships as my father has been in the car business for over 40 years, and I have 2 brothers that sell cars. And I was plesantly surpriesed with Chris. Not once did I sense that he didn't have my best interest at heart, and it was clear that he knew what he was doing!!! I had a trade in that I was upside down in, and Chris made it work. I was given a great price on my HHR and was also given a very reasonable amount for my trade. Chirs even had the HHR detailed for me!!!! TWICE!!!! I am beyond satisfied with my purchase(I LOVE my new car!!!) And the expert service I received!!! I will absolutly with out a doubt buy from Reliable and Chris again, and would recomend them to anyone and eveyone!!!! You won't be disapointed!!!!

They worked me in to their schedule and I continued on my trip in a timely manner. Since we visit Rio Rancho fairly often, it is good to know of this kind of service being available.

We went into the service dept to get a second key for our Aveo. It is the second new purchase with Reliable. Rich Di Fino as always was on top of our situation and letting us feel as though we were the only customers in the place. We are quite confident whendealing with Rich. We spotted a Chevy Cruz in the show room. My wife looked up C.W. who helped us buy two autos already. C.W. showed up with Laurence Sedillo(?)and a few hours later we drove out in a new Cruz. Lisa from finance and also Jill the agent completed the crew. We drove to Rich Di Fino in service, we drove off of the lot in a new car. Thanks to the people we mentioned above the switch from getting a new key made to obtaining a fresh ride was a pleasure. I recently had a wonderful experience with the service department at Reliable Chevrolet. I first took my vehicle to Galles Chevrolet, and after recieving HORRIBLE customer service, and after being told it would take about two hours to get my oil changed, even with my four children with me, I promptly left. I then went to Reliable Chevrolet where I was greeted by Eric with a smile and after getting my information, he called me by name. I wasn't just another person coming in for an oil change. He told me it would be about an hour, and it was only 45 minutes. The customer waiting area is open, warm and inviting. My children had a place to play as they drank their complimentary hot chocolate. After my vehicle was ready, Eric personally came to let me know. Upon payment, he told me to have a great day, and that he appreciated my business. It was such a refreshing and positive experience that I won't take my Suburban anywhere else from now on. Thank you Reliable Chevrolet!!!!!

We were not considering a GM product after meeting several dealerships in another state. We met Lawrence after moving back to NM and were convinced the new Camaro was the right car. Lawrence even located the vehicle from another state and was willing to ship it in. At the last minute, I was swayed to another dealership in the area. After I disappointed Lawrence with the news, the other dealer sold the car from under me and then tried to sell me a lesser car for more money than the previous "deal". We walked back to Lawrence at Reliable Chevrolet and they graciously completed the paperwork and had the car shipped in. To my surprise, it was a better equipped vehicle than we had agreed to and Lawrence/Reliable Chevrolet honored the previously quoted price. No Haggle, No surprises, No whining about how they "aren't making any money on this deal". Reliable and Lawrence made such a positive impression that I'll buy my next vehicle from them. Now all I have to do is convince Reliable Chevrolet to loan Lawrence to the Reliable Nissan dealer next door!!!! Great job!!!

Went in with an ad from their website they brought out a car that didnt even look like the car on the ad but we found what we wanted the sales guys said he could do $20,500 but when we sat to do paper work he went up to $24,900 sayin he couldnt wotk with us we were buying 2 vehicles a truck and car.He went to talk to the manager and came out with crumbled papers how unprofessional. That was a very very bad experience. I would never recommend this dealership. Buying a car should be a good experience not a nightmare!!!!

Last year I bought a Chevrolet Equinox at Relaible Chevrolet. Hanson was the sales associate that handled the sale. He was very knowledable about about the Chevrolet vehicles that he showed me. He made me feel like he was taking care of a customer not trying to add another sale to his weekly tally. I decided last week ( 1 year later)that I needed to trade the Equinox in for something with smaller payments. I called Hanson and told him what type of vehicle I needed and the kind of payments I needed. He followed up with a phone call and becasue I live in Las Cruces I went to the Reliable Chevrolet website to reserch the used vehicles Hanson had discussed with me. I drove to Albuquerque and traded my vehicle and got the lower payments. Yvonne in Finance was able to secure a loan with a great interest rate and promised me that she would shop a couple more banks to see if she was able to get a lower interest rate. Most car companies would stop working for you as soon as the papers were signed. I still haven't heard from yvonne but I did get a call from Hanson this morning. He called because he had reserched MPG facts on my car because he remembered that I had asked how many miles to the gallon the vehicle got. My experience with Hanson and Yvonne at Reliable Chevrolet was a great one. Hanson and Reliable Chevrolet have earned my return business!

Every single person we dealt with helped us in every way possible. They worked with us to give us the price and payments we wanted and needed to fit our budget. They even went so far as so stay one hour and a half over closing time to get us in our new vehicle the first time we bought. We enjoyed our experience so much that we came back six months later and purchased another new vehicle for our daughters. I got my trailblazer fixed about two weeks ago at Bravo Chevy. Then this past saturday the same part i got fixed broke again. I called Reliable that morning and talked to Don Poling the service director i told him my situation how i was in town for the military and couldnt bring my suv to Bravo. He treated me with the up most respect.Being in the military people try to take advantage of that I did not feel that with Don he looked over my truck himself and took care of me. Don has made me a life long customer with him, he takes care of his customers including the military customers, i will always come back to see him about my suv even if its 300 miles from where i live. I will tell all my friends about the service at Reliable and how they treated me they treat you like family.

these clowns are sad excuses for service. My dog could do better work. My check engine light in my 06 tahoe came on, i noticed it hadnt been shifting well either so i brought it in and asked them to look at transmission..3 days later after numerous calls they finally "looked" at my truck and determained that there was no problem..... well there was, on my way to Casa Chevrolet the transmission went and i had to call a tow truck. while it was at casa i also had to have the dashboard replaced because some idiotbox put something hot on my dashboard and melted it. Thanks a lot jerks at reliable!!!!! thanks to you idiots i had to spend several hundred dollars i dont have to replace something you ruined. And of course they denied melting my dash and stand by their claim that nothing was wrong with my truck. If there wasnt than why did it leave me stranded less than 2 miles from your sorry excuse of a corprate run dealership??????? I would recomend Casa's service team anyday i would NEVER EVER go to reliable again. I have also heard that the nissan side of reliable is just as STUPID. It takes an entire day to do an oil change after they tell you it will only be a half hour. and if you are with Reliable...please DONOT contact me i have had it with you and have zero desire to ever speak to anyone within your company again. if you had worked with me in the first place i wouldnt have posted this review, or contacted GM about this issue. I just want someone to know what they are up against if they are needing service, so they can plan on wasting several days, be prepared to be frustrated and have a tow truck on stand by

Trent Jones is an excellent and knowledgable sales representative, who listened to what WE wanted and found the perfect car for us. Lisa Camarillo as the finance representative went above and beyond to find us a financing plan that met our needs. She also listenend to what we had to say and found us a great plan and worked some flexibility issues that we were working around at the time. I have a 2010 Camaro, 2006 Nitro and a 2006 Pt Crusier that i have purchased at Reliable. The service I have received from begini9ng to end so far has been the best. I highly recommend Reliable Chevrolet.

As a single female, buying a new vehicle is on the TOP TEN things I hate the most,,,, I was so impressed with the low key, no pressure sales approach of Paul that although I had intended to just LOOK at cars that day, I ended up buying!!!Everyone was very friendly and helpful and worked together as a team to get me out of the dealership as quickly as they could so I was extremely happy with the whole experience. I was looking for something new, but Kris found me a beautiful 08' truck that was traded in less than a week before. Kris is a real good guy, and is easy to talk to. From Kris to the sevice dept. that got the truck clean and waxed in a day to Yvonne getting the paperwork done, they all did a SUPER JOB!!! THANKS GUYS!

I was greeted with friendliness and without any high pressure sales technique. I was shown many vehicles that fit my budget and my family's needs. Mr. Potter stayed with me throughout the sale and answered all of my questions in plain English, including the questions I had about financing the vehicle. As I walked on the lot Kris approached me in a non aggressive manor and made me feel right at home. He show me several cars but led to my midlife dream car. He got me into an affordable Camaro and worked with me to make it a comfortable transaction. I was quite impressed with Kris' knowledge about my new Camaro as well as his concern for my needs in an everyday car. He assured me that this would satisify each of my concerns and he was OH So right. Thank You Kris for all your help and support in purchasing my special toy!!!

When I drove up to the service dept,the employee(Keith) greeted me was very polite and took great care of me. It was nice to see how professional he was, my vehicle was ready within the time frame. My car was washed after they serviced it. I will come back to Reliable for all my vehicle needs.

Ive just provided a review for Reliable Sales, but wanted to also provide one for their Service Dept. With all of the vehicles we have purchased from Reliable (as mentioned in my Sales review) we have obviously had to occasionally utilize the Service Dept for a few warranty and recall items over the years. The service Advisor we have always picked on to assist us has been Rich Difino. Rich has always greeted us by our first names and has always delivered as promised. Rich communicates the status of our vehicle repairs in a timely fashion with explanations and advice that are easy to understand so that we can make wise decisions on how to proceed. Our vehicles are always returned to us freshly washed which is just the icing on the cake. Ive also recently had the privilege of working with Mark Sanchez (their shop foreman) on a transmission concern of mine. This young man probably spent a total of 4 hours of his time with me over the course of two weeks answering my questions and researching to find a solution to my problem. Never once did he make me feel as if I was bothering him and always made sure that I was comfortable with the answers and solutions he was providing. This is the personal touch that we have come to expect from Reliable Service!

I have been working with this dealership for years. I will NEVER work with any other dealership EVER. I have never been treated with such care and will NEVER leave them. Before Reliable and Kurt Jones I never thought a positive experience was possible, but it does! EVERYONE SHOULD GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! As far as car dealerships go, I was intimated by the size of Reliable. It's an extremely large lot, and I was prepared for the salesmen to descend like vultures, but I found quite the opposite actually. Upon arrival, one solitary salesman politely approached me and asked if I needed help with anything or if I would like to speak to anyone directly. I had a slight idea of what car I was interested in, a Chevy Malibu, and the salesman directed me to all new and used Malibus, showed me every feature, color, etc. available. He was not persistent to the point of dissuasion, but instead extremely informative. I got to speak to a Sales Manager directly, something I have never really experience before, and he worked with the monthly payment I was set on, getting me the car I wanted for the same monthly payment I was currently paying for a much less valuable car. Overall, my experience was great! I was not hounded or cornered, but instead informed and guided.

My wife and I visited reliable Chevrolet for a test-drive. A sales clerk, Adriana, asked for our phone number and I told her I did not want to give it to them, as I did not want to receive sales calls. She then said her manager told her that she could not take us on a test drive without the number as they needed them for "safety". I said I would give it only if they guaranteed I would receive no sales calls, which she guaranteed. I then gave her both my cell number and my wifes. The next day we received a call from their sales department and we asked them not to call us again. Over the next week we received over 6 calls. On one occasion we spoke with Adriana again and reminded her what she promised us and asked her not to call. On each occasion we actually spoke with someone, they assured us they would not call back. However they keep calling. Therefore I went back in and spoke directly with Scott Lewis, the New Car Director, and told him not to call us again. He assured me they would not. Since that time nearly 2 weeks ago they have called and left messages three times. Earlier today I received another call from a sales associate, told him not to call again and told them I would report it to the Better Business Bureau. I feel that Reliable Chevrolet acquired my phone number fraudulently by blatantly lying to me and is now, by continuing to call over and over again, harassing my wife and I. We have received over 10 calls on our two phone numbers. This is unacceptable and I have reported this to the Better Business Bureau.
