This was our third vehicle purchase from Rhinelander GM and our fifth vehicle purchase from Travis (two when he worked for those "other guys") and all we can say is AWESOME!!! - from Travis who always treats us with such respect and makes sure we have the vehicle we want at the price we want, to Rhonda (you know Travis' Mom) who takes care of the paperwork with such efficiency and is such a great lady overall to Justin who went over and above to make sure we understood the new vehicle. We used to dread buying a new vehicle and these folks at Rhinelander GM make us feel like we are coming home!

Scott Brass made the purchase of our new 2015 GMC Sierra Duramax very easy, which is the 4th vehicle we have purchased there. Everything was all setup when we arrived to pickup our new truck. Explained all the new features so we understood everything. Made the switch simple and enjoyable. We did have other questions and he brought in Troy from service who answered all of our questions. Very good service. Will be shopping there again.

I was looking for a very specific vehicle when I met Jacob Hawkins. I explained to him the year, number of miles, accessories, and even the price I needed. With in a 3 day period Jacob called said he had what I wanted on the lot. Skeptically I drove to the lot where Jacob met me showed me what he had and it was exactly what I was looking for. The following day everything was in place and I owned my very first Chevy truck. At age 61 I am not easily impressed however have put over 5,000 miles on the truck within 1 1/2 months and I just love it. My thanks to Jacob and everyone else at the dealership who helped me. I recently just purchased a 2008 Chevy Silverado from Myra. She is an excellent salesperson she found the vehicle I wanted and Rhinelander GM has gave me wonderful customer service as always been a customer since 2005 and that will never change.

I brought my 2008 Jeep Grand Cheokee. I know it is not a Toyota but I got it as used car from them as a trade in on my Corola. I needed a 4 wheel winter car. I get way to much snow where I live. These people are the greatest. I refuse to go to any other car dealer. These people have helped me out so many times in the past 14 years. To be honest they have spoiled me. They have gone above and beyond more then a few times to help me out. Why go someplace else when Toyota treats you like ROYALTY...Rhindlander GM & Toyota, "YOU ROCK" Jennifer P.

2014 Toyota Tundra. I came in looking to get just questions on a used pick-up to place a plow on in a month or two answered. After talking with the sales associate Brad. Going for a test drive in a new tundra. Brought my wife back same day. Brad helped talk about options, what we would use it for, and looking at used/new and instead of buying a used truck later. He found a brand new one to fit/meet our needs. And with the incentives, I didn't mind it being a 2014. Price was right. And that night we signed the papers for the new Tundra and placing a plow in it right away.

Marc is truly one of the best car salespersons I have worked with. He listened to my questions and concerns while we were considering the Rav4 and took the time to be very clear and precise in his answers. AND, so was the rest of the staff in dealing with my trade and the paperwork. This is the first time I was really 'walked through' the disclosure and I felt like I was not being given a 'line'!!

I brought me 2013 RAV4 in to the dealership for 20,000 service. I was greeted by the service department representative in a friendly manner. My car was serviced and washed within 30 minutes and I was on my way back home. The service at Rhinelander Toyota is always top-notch.

Rhinelander Toyota was excellent to work with in the purchase and ordering of our new Highlander. Negotiations of price were very fair, and (true to his work) the sales manager met a price quote we received from a competing dealership. We also received a fair price for our trade in. Dana did a thorough job of working with us from beginning to end. She started us through the sales process. Once we ordered the car, she kept us appraised of the building and shipping process, and our new car arrived quite rapidly. Dana also did a wonderful job explaining the operations of the car and assisting us with the purchase of additional floor mats, etc. through Tobby of Auto-Gear. When arriving at the dealership, we were always greeted by a staff member outside, who escorted us to the person we had an appointment with. Rhinelander Toyota is an excellent dealership.

I called the dealership and talked with Dan Melby, who was as courteous as he always is when I call. Despite not having talked in many months, he greeted me as though we were best of acquaintances. I did not have an appointment made but needed an oil change on my Tundra. He immediately had my record in front of him and asked me appropriate questions on my mileage and service needs based on my history. He explained that they were busy but would fit me in if I came by. When I arrived, I saw Josh Jewell at the Service entrance and he also greeted me with the greatest of professionalism and appreciation that I came in. He asked if I had seen the new facility (which I had) and went through all of my options as Dan had and he invited me to relax in the awesome customer waiting area which I did. Coffee and cookies were fantastic and the chairs as well as the entire atmosphere were outstanding, allowing me to view the new vehicles as well as the opening round of the US Open golf tournament on the flat screen! When my vehicle was ready, Dan came out and walked with me to the cashier where he explained everything and ensured I was satisfied with the services performed as well as explained they took care of a recall I didn't even know about. I have to say that your Internet sales person Joel was the most professional salesperson I have dealt with in a long time! From the moment he greeted us to look at the mini van we bought, I was very impressed with his professionalism! Very courteous, called us by our names after just a brief introduction, and always assured us that he was looking out for our best interest while looking for a used car. He assured us that the vehicle would be inspected and in top shape when it left the lot. We took the vehicle on a short trip shortly after we bought it and there was a slight vibration at higher speeds. We called Joel from the road and he assured us it would be taken care of when we returned. He kept his promise and made extra effort to even replace 2 tires that were worn. The entire staff was beyond friendly and we will definitely recommend! Thank You!

At Rhinelander Toyota the friendly service department takes great care of our Camry. They estimate the time of the oil change/repairs and they hit the mark with ontime service and quality work. The costs for their service are competitive and, as I said, the quality of their work is superior.

I had a very positive experience while buying a vehicle through this Dealer. At no time did I feel uncomfortable and I felt like all the sales staff went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable and understood the process of buying the vehicle and driving it home. Thank you to Brad Paddock who was my sales guy and Adam Merkel who was my financial person. Both of them really explained everything very well. Thank you for finding me such a nice vehicle! I had been to a couple of other places this day and I really liked that the approach that Brad used,- made me stay at the dealership vs. going somewhere else.

Bought my 2007 Impala from Rhinelander GM and have had all of my work done there as well (I'm the poster child for extended warranties) and have been thrilled with the work and service provided! We we're looking for another vehicle about two years ago and purchased one from there. Although it wasn't a Chevy or Toyota we bought the salesman was INCREDIBLE and showed us what fit the requirements we had in mind. We never felt pushed or rushed into a decision nor were we lead to options we didn't want, we were listened to and it was amazing!

I have bought two vehicles here and take my tahoe in for maintenance they do a wonderful job. I have three kids and they always welcome them in and they stay busy watching tv or eating the fresh fruit. They also can use the wifi they provide with an ipad to play too. This making my car service trip much easier. When they finish with my car they always go over what they have done and what other recommendations they have.

I have never been really impressed by an auto dealership before. Rhinelander Toyota changed that. Not only was the buying process painless and quick, service is amazing. From the moment I bought my Toyota FJ Cruiser to now, I have never had anything to complain about. I have challenged the accessories guy several times with ideas I had, and my expectations have been met and exceeded every time. Would I recommend these people? I already have, many times.

My wife and I leased a new GMC Terrain and were very pleased with the overall transaction process. Went off smoothly and quickly. Had service completed on the Terrain and it was quick and they also washed the vehicle. Had a recall on a 2014 Silverado taken care of and couldn't believe how quickly the work was completed. Facilities are neat, clean and well organized. Service department does an excellent job of taking care of the customer!

My most recent new vehicle I purchased through Rhinelander GM in 2009. At that time I purchased the "Auto-Butler" service for the vehicle. At the time the Auto Butler system was through the GM Service department, but since has been moved to the Detail Pros department of Rhinelander Auto Center. Detail Pros always does a highly professional job with the Auto Butler (and other services I've used such as hand wash, full interior/exterior detail, etc). They will typically do a thorough walk through of the vehicle after the Auto Butler process to make sure I'm satisfied before taking the vehicle home. Happy to refer Detail Pros to my friends and think the service is great! Furthermore, the support that Rhinelander Auto Center provides to the community is 2nd to none. I can't think of another local business that gives back more than they do!

Rich Barone couldn't have been more helpful. He patiently showed us exactly what we wanted (in the indoor bay...it was below zero and we were only out looking because it was too cold to be outside examining cars.) Rich then suggested a car that we hadn't considered because he saw how much easier the RAV 4 would be for me to manage with my disabilities. Even Jay in the finance department showed us different options that made our decision easier. The whole experience was very positive. After we purchased the car, we were given a tour of the building so we would even know where to go for service. Have never owned a Toyota before, I hope it performs as well as the Rhinelander Toyota dealership!

This is my fifth vehicle that I have purchased from Rhinelander GM and Toyota, every time they have exceeded my expectations. Everyone I talked to was awesome, especially Jason Flanagan, who went above and beyond to find me the specific Silverado I requested. I will definitely purchase another vehicle from Rhinelander GM in the future and I will tell everyone I know.

I had gone to a competitor for basic service - they had informed me that I was unable to get an ad price without presenting a coupon. I came to GM and noted a comparable special. I was able to be fit into the schedule immediately. The service was timely and the facility was clean and the employees professional. I was also provided a free car wash after my service was completed. You have gained my patronage from now on. I will return with my future maintenance needs. Thank You GM. My first time at this toyota dealer was a very pleasant experience. We were greeted by Dan in the service dept. He was perfect for explaining in detail what they could get done for my Sequoia. I was so happy to hear positive reinforcement from Dan. We did wonder why while they were working on my car my seats were not covered to prevent any grease stains. They had to do a lot of work on my back hatch, my hatch is working very well after 3 attempt to fix the problem, but... again on my carpeted back area no plastic protection from grease stains. When we arrived home a 2 hour drive, I went to work cleaning off the grease stains. My experience was good, except no protection on the cloth seats, just curious as to why? I am hoping all goes well with my repairs.

I have used this dealership since I purchase my new 2011 Avalon and found it to be top notch in overall facilities; the buying process could use a little update, however all other sections are running like a well oiled machine.

I went to Toyota Service Center on Aug. 1st for an oil change. The service staff was extremely helpful and knowledgable with the questions I had for them. Josh Jewell was my main contact and has been professional at helping me at all times, and when Josh wasn't available all the other staff has helped me. I recommend the Rhinelander Toyota Service Center to anyone. They give you the best professional service than anybody in this City. They have standards to meet and they surpass them everytime.
