Best experience we've ever had at a Dealership! Our salesman, Matthew Neal, was so nice and by far the best salesman we have ever worked with. He answered all of our questions. He did not pressure us or try to rush us which is a big deal to me. Once we decided we wanted to make the purchase, he worked with the manager, Grant Neal, to get us in the Tahoe at a fair price. Grant was very nice as well and worked quickly to get the deal done. The finance guy, Robert Gude, was by far the best finance person we have ever dealt with. He was organized, quick with the paperwork and didn't try to sneak in extended warranties nor did he try to pressure us to purchase them. The owner, David Neal, came out and introduced himself to us. He spoke to us for a while and was very nice. A lot of dealerships are taking advantage of the low inventory on Tahoe's and doing a huge Market Adjustment but not at Rhodes Chevrolet. I personally, have the upmost respect for them for not taking advantage of people during this time. We will be buying all our vehicles from Rhodes Chevrolet going forward.
