All I have to go on is about an hour of minimal interaction and non-response to follow-up calls and emails. But the experience did not sit well with me. I emailed with Ben about my interest in a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited they had on their lot and stopped in one day after work to check it out, have my own Jeep Wrangler looked at for possible trade, and talk figures. I was passed off by Ben to Anthony Vogel. This guy didn't have time for me and it showed. He had me take a test drive even though I didn't need or want to as I have been driving Wranglers for almost 20 years, new and old. I came back in the dealership and wandered around until I took a seat by the front door carrying the keys and license plate. Not one person looked at me or said a word. Anthony showed up and had me sit at some random desk waiting for I don't even know what. I assumed we were going to go through some application process. I sat there for about 45 min by myself, which wasn't necessarily an issue, but I thought I was doing so to eventually engage in some sort of discussion. That never happened. Anthony showed up again and told me there was no sense in keeping me, they were backed up, and he would call me in a half hour with numbers. A half hour. At this point I got the feeling that they didn't really give a crap about me. Didn't ask me any questions. They looked over my Jeep, didn't say anything about it, no questions. I left waiting for a call and didn't get one. Next day didn't get one. I called him; no answer, no call back. I contacted Ben again, who I first dealt with. Ben says they went over the numbers that morning and Anthony sent them over via email (No, didn't happen) and he would "send them again". Now, not only did they drop the ball but they also lie about it. Even still, Anthony emails the numbers (for what he tries to say is the 2nd time) and its a $500 lease payment. No details, no trade value, no nothing. I call, get him, and get a big go f yourself with $1k for my Wrangler and a $500 lease payment take it or leave it. I asked him to run it other ways, diff mileage, give me a breakdown of payment, and discuss the trade. His response was to trash my trade (2005 Jeep Wrangler), and when I asked him to run diff lease terms I got a "Yea, ok I'll get back to you" and hang up. I didn't hear from him again and I am definitely ok with that. I didn't hear anything from the dealership at all until I got an email to give them a great review on here. LOL. OK.I went to Hudson Valley Jeep (Newburgh) which has had some bad reviews in the past but seem to be turning things around with new ownership. They gave me $3k for my Wrangler, easy, because they realize the values of the cars they are selling, and with some dialogue got me into a 2016 Jeep Renegade with payments where I wanted. I left Hudson Valley Happy and simply feeling respected. Do yourself a favor; go to a dealer that wants you to leave happy and wants to get you into a new car under your terms. Some guys at Suresky won't have the time for you and it shows with disrespect. You deserve more than that.

Stay away, far, far away!!! This is the 4th time my 2012 Dodge Journey has been to Suresky's for the very same issue!!! Car will not start the minute the outside temp drops below freezing. The first three times I was told that I must be leaving sometime on, lights etc. You would think they would know that lights, radio, GPS etc. all automatically turn off soon after the car is turned off. Ok first time, maybe..... second time..... I didn't think so..... third time ... come on guys, really? Not a very creative idea. Fourth time, ( conveniently after warranty has run out).....NOW, we figure it out!!!! It's the alternator, hmmm imagine that! Oh that will cost you $750 to replace. Oh, and now because the battery was so completely drained you need a new battery too! That's only $125. Thank you very much!!As I look on the internet, this "not starting" problem seems to be an issue with several Dodge models so you would think by now somebody would have figured it out.

brought van in under warranty because keys were not working properly. suresky claimed the keys work fine. After warranty expired, keys stopped working completely. Brought the van back in,suresky attempted to charge me over $400 to repair the keys they said worked fine when under warranty. Suddenly found the problem when the warranty expired. Lucky for me under NY law if a vehicle is brought in for repair under warranty and the dealer does not make the repair, the warranty is extended until the repair is made..Wouldnt recommend suresky to anyone but my worst enemy

Shopping around for a pre-owned certified dealership SUV/car with my mom. Approached by John asking if we needed helped; immediately upon giving him our request he went to work showing us nice pre-owned vehicles fitting my budget. Took his time and explained all our questions in details. I highly recommend this dealership. Great experience. Thanks John.

I am writing to you to make you aware of the horrific car buying experience I had at your dealership. My husband tried to surprise me on Mothers day with the purchase of a used minivan from your dealership. He didn't sign the papers in time so he told me about the car on mothers day. Of course, being the woman I am, I decided to research the car and look up the same model in other locations to compare the pricing. It is a dodge grand caravan se. So I looked it up and found some comparable vans locally. Since it was marked the SE model, thats what I looked up. I found a few cheaper so I had my husband forward them to Mike, the man who was dealing with at your dealership. On Monday, Mike stated that those comparable vans dont really matter. Basically, that my husband should be happy since he was able to get him financing with non a+ credit. So, my husband just let it go. I did look up the features the SE was supposed to have. When we got to the dealership on Monday to sign everything, my husband told Mike I wanted to see the car before signing. He then said it was getting cleaned and inspected and we should go down to financing since Jimmy is very busy but he was available now. So my husband agreed.Down in financing, Jimmy again stated how lucky my husband was that he got him approved for financing. He then had my husband start to sign papers. We came up to the extended warranty. Jimmy insisted that we get this warranty. He told us twice that EVERYTHING is covered under the warranty except normal wear and tear. So, we decided it would be best since everything was covered and it was a used vehicle. Then we were brought to the car. Getting in the car, I saw that this model wasn't actually the SE model but it was the AVP. It had no features of the SE like the 3 zone heating and the tinted windows. I was upset about this, but Mike insisted that thats what it was and that we got a great deal. He only gave us one key but promised to get us the second one. That didn't happen until I wrote to the owner of the dealership. After returning home, I did some more research. Exploring Edmunds and KBB, I saw that we could have gotten the AVP model for much cheaper, almost $3,000 cheaper. Then I found models with the same year, similar mileage, and better models for the same price we paid only 15 minutes away. I feel like we taken advantage of.Then I decided to research this warranty that was sold to us. After calling the warranty company, I was told that the one that was sold to us did NOT include everything. It barely included anything. It did not include power-train, ac, computers etc. even though Jimmy told us it did two times. So now I felt even MORE taken advantage of. Jimmy lied to our faces with my 10 week old baby sitting right there on my lap. My husband called Mike right away to cancel. On Saturday, we went into the dealership to cancel and then decided to come back Sunday when my Father in Law would be there. Mike saw us and stopped us because he needed me to sign some paperwork about the vehicle I traded in. I went in and expressed to Mike all my feelings. He then told me that he would do what he could to get me the second key. Even when I told him about the other vehicles with the same price but better models only 15 minutes away, he said we would deal with that tomorrow but assured me we got a great deal especially since we got financing. He also said Jimmy would be in Sunday, which he was not. So when we went back Sunday, we didn't deal with anything. Nothing was discussed and Jimmy wasn't in so my husband signed a paper and left. No one explained how the cancellation of the warranty worked. On Monday, I called Mike who then assured me he or Jimmy would call me back right away to discuss the cancellation of the warranty. I got no call back. I then waited 45 minutes and called again. I was transferred to Jimmy who explained it to my husband. He was getting annoyed that he needed to explain it to us to the point where my husband told him this is the second car we've ever bought. At no point did Jimmy even apologize for misguiding us on the warranty. This entire experience has put such a sour taste in my mouth. My family has bought 4 vehicles from you in the past. I can assure you, we will not be returning. A month after purchasing the vehicle, it was shaking badly when braking. It needed new rotors and brake pads. Now, a year later, after only putting 10k miles on the car, it needs new tires after almost failing inspection. Even after Mike telling us when we purchased the car that the tires were brand new. And now, the car only has 34k miles and needs new tires. I researched the tires and saw that they have 65k life but since dodge makes these tires, the tire company couldn't help me. When I reached out to the dealership manager Jeff, he offered to "deeply discount" tires for me. Meanwhile, his "deeply discounted" price was more expensive than some local tire stores. Even when I mentioned that to him, he didn't care. I would not recommend Suresky to my worst enemy. Horrible customer service and SHADY.

Sales was a pleasure Monica was very helpful and had patience. Was a pleasure doing business with her. Then you have a unprofessional, nasty man Joe in service who needs to learn how to deal with customers. Came to replace a piece of molding and told it would be 2-3 hours with an attitude.Came back and purchased a vehicle that I wanted, hoping that service improved.unfortunately service stinks and Joe is not an asset to the department.

Will never lease a vehicle from Suresky Hyundai again.Wanted to lease a Tucson after my Elantra lease thinking I would get a break and went twice and 2 sales guys refused to negotiate any lease. They wanted me to buy it instead. Made a decision to return lease. Sales dept. really greedy and dumb. End of lease inspection by Hyundai's finance dept. is a 3rd party contractor and is a brutal process. Had to wait 3 weeks for appt. Had just 21467 miles on my Elantra three year lease and was charged for 3 tires and a scratched wheel. $ 335 dollars plus the $ 400 dollars end lease fee....$ 735 dollars more of regrets. Cheap tires provided, buyer/lesser beware!

We have dealt with Suresky's in sales and service and have had nothing but a good experience. This is why we go back. Had a problem with a 2008; it was fixed; repeated itself the same day; was picked up and the problem handled successfully. Nothing but good to say about this dealership and the people who work there.

I purchased a 08 chrslyer aspen. Before the purchase I noticed some issues. The vents didn't work. The defrost. And some noises. The sales.an told me to buy it and they will fix the issues . Just make an appt. Well I did. And they refuse to fix my problem because they found out it will cost them over 1k to fix. That's wasn't my fault they made a deal and promise. I wouldn't have bought the car other wise. How can I drive a car in the winter with no defrost. The salesman admitted to knowing and saying this to me. And the management still refused to help. They won't even look at the other issues. And the car has a air bag recall that they won't fix also. . I called over 20 times and never got a call back . They just say. We will have some one call you today. And they just ignore you. Then Iwent to confront them and was treated very rude and unprofessional. I have then on my voice recorder admitting to telling me they need about the issue and agreed to fix it when they sold the car . But won't fix it after they got my money. Never go to this dealer.

Absolutely horrible customer service in the service department. Very disappointed. He came up with every excuse why my truck was not being worked on. I had an appointment scheduled around work and he assured me it would be done in a certain time period. But he was short 3 people, there were 8 cars ahead of mine, he tried calling me 3 times, the list goes on with excuses... You call that customer service? No missed calls or voicemails and I had to call him to find out the status of my truck... First and last time I will go there.

My experience with place is not that good they just want to make a sale then after that your on your own. The sales man was nice but the guy in finance was rude and does not want help at all. He spelled my name wrong as well as my wife's name I called to correct it and they just tell you to handle it yourself. They also put the wrong name on my Sirius radio as well as the name they sent jeep. I also told them to register the vehicle in my name and they used my wife's name which would be fine if she had a license so I had go back and fix this. I will never buy another vehicle here again!!!! You get no service when you come here and they don't listen to there customers.

In June of 2014 I purchased a brand new Ram 1500. A few weeks later I received a recall in the mail regarding the rear shock absorbers. The recall explained that they may fail without warning causing a crash. I made an appointment to bring my vehicle in for service. My truck sat there all day and when I went to pick it up they informed me that it was one of the vehicles effected by the recall, however they did not have the parts yet. Three weeks later they called and said the parts where in. I arranged to drop the vehicle off, which is a hassle to me as I had to leave my work car home. In the late afternoon they called and said it was ready. I proceeded to pick up my truck only to be told the both sides needed replacement and they only had parts for one so they did not due any of the work. A few weeks again passed and then I was contacted to bring in the vehicle for the repair. I explained to them the inconvenience as far as not having a vehicle for the day and they said since I don't have a contract for a loan vehicle there was nothing they could do. I scheduled the repair for a Saturday to avoid any dilemma. The man on the phone ensured me that he would get my truck done first and it would only take two hours. Five hours later I am still sitting here with no end in sight and they can't provide me with a loaner vehicle. The customer service and efficiency of the service department is horrible and I will never return here. After reading all the stories on here, there is absolutely nothing they can do to convince me otherwise

Purchased a Dodge from Seth Robinson over Memorial Day weekend. Was very happy with my experience with him as well as the finance department (Bill Milano). Went there because they had the exact vehicle I was looking for and I paid the price I was looking to pay. We tried a local Dodge dealer initially and to our surprise and disappointment made little progress. Suresky was just the opposite. They appreciated my preparedness and I was in and out with the car in a few hours even though I walked in off the street with no prior contact. Would recommend Seth with no reservations. Thanks for making it a great experience.

I brought a used 2005 Dodge Magnum from these jokers. I live 160 miles away and with less than 500 miles on the vehicle the engine light came on. At this time the vehicle was running rough and just about stalled out at stop lights. I contacted the dealership and told them of the issue and they wanted me to drive it back to them, 160 miles away!! I wasn't going to risk breaking down or damaging the engine so I asked them to come and flat-bed the vehicle to them for service. They refused so they said to take it to a local dealer for troubleshooting which is about 8 miles from where I live. The local dealership fixed the problem in a day but Suresky refused to pay the dealership for fixing the vehicle making me have to pay for them. After numerous emails to them they still refuse to reimburse me for the cost of $265 plus tax it cost me to get the vehicle fixed. This is how they stand behind their products?!? Should rename the dealership "STAYAWAY".

I purchased a 2015 200c and after the deal was done, I got handed the keys and that was it. Sales guy didn't walk us out, didn't go over the interior of the car & didn't explain anything about uconnect or any other features. When I left with my brand new car, within 3 miles the engine light came on. Went back and later found out it was a loose clamp which allowed the antifreeze to leak out and overheat the engine. I spoke to some manager who was going to send me a gift card for the inconvenience and its now 2 weeks later & still no gift card. Truly disappointed with this dealership and I will not recommend them or go back there for service. I'll travel further just to get to a dealership that I trust.

Being in the market for a smaller SUV, I conducted my due diligence in my research of certain vehicles and was intrigued with the 2014 Jeep Cherokees and 2014 Jeep Patriot. I also was interested in test driving other manufacturers prior to finalizing what vehicle I would actually buy. Dragging my wife along, we came upon Suresky's...a large Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge/Hyundai dealership, particularly in Orange County, New York. They are aggressive in our area spending much on advertisement in our local papers with 2-3-4 page ads, etc. One would believe that their sales philosophy would be to sell / sell / sell, with quotas owed to the various manufacturers. At about 1:00 p.m., we pulled up and parked outside of their tremendous showroom, noting that an attractive red Jeep Grand Cherokee was right outside the entrance. There, we were greeted by Dan, who introduced himself as a sales manager; we told him we were interested in test driving the Patriot and Cherokee... he told us he would assign a salesman to help us; we entered the showroom and were greeted by two salesman (one man, one woman, both in their young 20's); asked if we were being helped and at that time, Dan brought to us, John. Introductions were made and we were brought back to his desk; he asked us to what we were interested in and we told him that we wanted to test drive the Cherokee / Patriot; to qualify our final list of choice vehicles; with the showroom practically empty, John asked us "if we could come back sometime during the week, at a time where it wasn't so busy" as to suggest that since we were not in the market "today", he was not interested in selling us both the Jeep and Suresky's...this conversation occurred in front of Dan; whom I looked at for a reaction to such an unprofessional request - Dan said, and did nothing; we proceeded to get up; Dan asked if we wanted John's business card to which we politely declined. By the way, there were little customer transactions and two to three salesman standing around talking with each other - frankly, the dealership wasn't busy at all. We went to three other dealers who were more than happy to show us their product and all represented their dealerships well. What did I learn? Easy - I'll never go to Suresky's again and plan on visiting the Jeep dealership in Warwick. Suresky lost a potential future customer as well as everyone else whom we come in contact with to share our infamous experience with Suresky.

A friend of mine purchased a vehicle from RI Suresky about a year ago and has not stopped talking about the professionalism since his purchase. My time was up for a new vehicle and naturally I came here. My friend couldn't of been more spot on when it came to professionalism, friendliness, and customer service. Mr. Colin Johnson, who was my sales man, was awesome! Every question I had was answered which made the purchase that much easier. Even sales men that were not involved with my sale came to me and asked if I needed anything. They offered coffee and or tea or water. The quality of service was great and I would highly recommend any of my family or friends to come here. As everyone knows purchasing a new vehicle takes time and lots of paperwork. After all the paperwork was completed and the vehicle was ready, Mr. Johnson took even more of his own time to go over anymore questions I had and took me through all the gadgets that awaits me in my new car. Overall, RI Suresky without a doubt is the place to purchase your next vehicle and you cant beat the price.

Suresky is one of the best dealerships around. As soon as you go to the Service, they get you checked in and start working on your car immediately. Doug took real good care of me. He even got my rotors changed due to pulsation, even though i was out of the 12k warranty of the vehicle. I will always buy my cars at Suresky and have them serviced there. If you walk into the lot to purchase a car, you get taken care of immediately. Unlike other dealerships. Phil Katz always takes good care of my family when we are there. I have referred all of my friends and family to Suresky and sent them straight to Phil Katz. Thank you Phil for going above and beyond to make a smooth transaction for our family. I have bought two cars from Suresky and I will be going back soon to get my son a car. The service department always takes care of you as well. They even send in a service advisor asking if anyone wants a ride to a diner, and they always have coffee and dunkin donuts for the customers. The waiting room is nice and bathrooms are always clean. there is even a little play area so that the children do not get restless. This is, hands down, the best place to do business. Thank you Suresky. It is worth the drive, an hour and a half each way. But well worth it.

I recently dropped my car off for service and noticed that round wheel boots were being placed on my tires and I asked why and was told that this was a new wheel alignment tester. A printout was handed to me indicating that I needed an alignment. I agreed to the work believing that the alignment would be one of the repairs that would be added after the diagnostics were done. Later in the day, a service assistant/tech called and itemized the problems that needed repair which included the wheel alignment at a cost of $590 and I asked her to wait until I checked with my husband who said not to get the work done. Because the $590 quote included the wheel alignment I presumed that the work had not been done. My receipt states "No work done at this time customer declined all repairs." It appears that their practice is to get you to agree right away to at least one repair that they do before checking over your car. When I called the service manager he said I signed a paper authorizing the service center to do the wheel alignment although no copy was given. He offered to take $100 off the additional service if I have the work done there. Not satisfied, I called Jeep customer service who spoke with the service manager and they said they had to go with what the service manager said was my agreement to have the alignment done. Suresky's has not heard the end of my complaint. I think a resounding "buyer beware" is the best advice I could give anyone planning on doing business with this company.

This is my second time buying a car from this dealership. And both times i had a great experiences. Just bough a Nissan Sonata. They made sure we walked away with the best car for us for the best price. Very friendly and when called about questions was answered right away. Only took a few hours to get approval and drove home with the car.

This is by far the Worst dealership around. The staff is unable to fix a problem the first time, causing you to return several times for any repairs. Then they have the nerve to treat you like the're doing you a favor. They attempted to charge me a deductible for a warranty re-repair. Stay away from this place.. I wish someone has given me this information before I purchased my jeep there.

Went to look for a jeep patriot/compass and the dealer had no idea where anything was in the lot. I ended up locating vehicles in the lot before they could and had to clean the snow off them myself before a test drive. Very unorganized and seemed like I knew more about the vehicles than she did. There was no sense of urgency or any attempt to make me feel like a welcome customer.

My husband and I had shopped around for a new vehicle. After visiting several dealerships with little satisfaction we came across Suresky, Goshen NY. Saleperson John DeMarco whom we informed we were just pricing and gaining information and were not ready to purchase until we were satisfied we were getting a good deal.Mr. DeMarco was not only accomodating but extremely informative, professional and not pushy at all. John went out of his way to educate us on different model vehicles as well as give us pricing information and help us to find a price range to help keep us in our budget. John went way above and beyond considering his time with us could have been spent selling a car to a more serious buyer. We were so Impressed and truly felt John was more interested in helping us than taking our money. In total we were at the dealership about 2 hours where other dealerships couldnt be bothered once they realised we weren't ready buyers. Thank you John DeMarco for your courtesy, respect, knowledge and concern. We will see you soon to bring home our new car and will recommend you to everyone we know.

I went into Suresky Dodge today to get a quote on a new car. Our salesman John DeMarco was working up a quote for us, meeting with managers. While we were waiting, we walked around the showroom looking at their vehicles. We waited for about 20 to 30 minutes. We were not impatient nor did we say a word to our salesman about it taking a long time. He came back with the quote and immediately said to us "it looks like you want to get out of here standing their impatiently with your hands in your pockets, but you are not buying something at Walmart". I asked why he is giving us such attitude and he said that he wasn't. I guess we were supposed to stay sitting in our chairs the entire time. This is not the only problem, but by far the biggest and also the reason we will not be giving them our business. We were given a trade in for our car $2000 below the Kelly blue book, but it only has 85,000 miles and is in very good to excellent condition. They also, only took $1300 off the sticker price. They write up their quotes to deceive customers. The price at the bottom is how much you will owe after your downpayment and trade in. They try to make it look as though you are buying it for much less.

I went to the dealership ready to buy and negotiated a good price for a 2012 Challenger. But, ultimately the discourtesy of both my salesman, MJ, and the manager, Dennis, drove me away. And today, I bought the car from another dealership. The deal I negotiated with MJ was for $X plus tax and title. I specifically asked if there were any other fees, and was told no. Then, come paperwork time, MJ hits me with a $75 document fee. I am aware that this fee is pretty standard in the industry, but the deal we negotiated was inclusive of all fees except tax and title. When I asked MJ to honor the deal we made, and I refused to pay the document fee, the manager, Dennis came over and said "I'm not giving you another dollar." Nice way to talk to a customer. Then, on my way out, MJ told me I "have no class." If you're in the market for a Chrystler, Jeep, or Dodge, I highly recommend you go Rockland instead. They were top notch; my salesman, Walter, especially.

my 2007 wrangler X must have been build on Mon!! numerus problems : heads , exhaust, fuel , wheel bearing , brakes, sensors , radiator catalitic converter and another number i have forgotten--- BUT -- the dealer stood behind their product, everything was repaired and or replaced, most of the time with a smile --- Suresky did not build the jeep but tried to make my not less the 20 trips as painless as the situation allowed . Once I did have to escalate the issue to thier top management who got involved and solved the situation to my satisfaction . I was one of those small group of people who purchased thier LIFETIME bumper to bumper warrenty when it was offered for a short time back in 2007 . This is my 3rd jeep and I am still a believer my fourth will be from Suresky again

The reverse gear on my Dodge Nitro had stopped working and was towed from the original dealership to Dodge Suresky. I soon received a phone call from the service department that tried to charge me for parts their technicians might break while removing, miscellaneous labor charges, a brake switch light (which was fine before they had it) and transmission flushing (which is covered by my warranty). Warranty covered $2,700, while my deductible, as expected was $250. Marco (service advisor), told me I was responsible for $680.00 in additional fees. After telling him to not work on the car until I spoke to my warranty company, he leaves a voice mail a half hour later explaining that the parts they had to break to get to my transmission, did not break. This brought my payment down to $540. The service advisor stated that I should be happy they were covering $2,700. I replied with, 'that is why I paid an additional $2,000 when I bought the car.' These are services I paid for. In person, I asked for copies and an itemized pricing list for all services. When I questioned Marco about my brake lamp switch (which controls all of the brake lights, reverse lights etc.) he deflected, saying I should take it up with Mazda, where I bought the car. I spoke with my warranty company earlier that day, explaining the conflict in payment arrangements. After receiving the copies I had asked for, Marco assured me that he could get some of the fees "waived".I picked up my car on Wednesday and paid only my deductible. The following Saturday, I heard a clanking noise in my engine, I immediately lost power under the gas pedal and my first thought was, transmission! I made it to a parking lot, shut the car off and tried to turn it back on. The lights came on and a clicking sound ensued. I contacted Suresky, who shuffled me around 3 or 4 times before reaching a manager and demanded a tow. 1 1/2 hours into rebuilt transmission (which cost $3,000), an "unexplainable internal malfunction" that caused the starter to fail, as stated by Marco Sanchez and Doug Dulgarian. Unexplainable internal malfunction...? I would have never contacted Suresky again, if I did not know they were 100% responsible for the careless repair on my transmission. My vehicle has high mileage (which Doug, the service manager, clung to for dear life in repetition) but there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with my starter before. They needed to remove it to get to the tranny, which when questioned, as I played stupid, Doug stated, "No, the starter stays in the engine." Suresky would have rated a negative number because of bad service, patronizing the customers and basically not being responsible for the vehicles or service they provide. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Department of Motor Vehicles and am currently in process of serving them with a summons for small claims court. I am only looking for my deductible, tow fee, and court costs as compensation- a fair trade at the least.

Recently found myself very interested in a new wrangler. After some research i settled that i want a new 2012 because of the new engine. I visited tye dealership multiple times and came in contact with jason m. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was able to answer my questions. He showed me how a current model wrangler would benefit me but in the end didnt try to force me into something i didnt want. Almost had me in with zero percent but the new engine and transmission for me was really the selling point for my new toy. Look forward to taking delivery in the next month or two! Will update when i get ky new car!

I was told this dealership is the best place to go when it comes to price, package deals, and customer service. Sadly none of the above is true. Prices are ridiculous, the customer service was even worse. The salesman I dealt with, Jason Madison, was not only a disgustingly disorganized person to look at, but his attitude was uncalled for. I overheard him making dirty jokes and even making fun of previous customers. When I asked him questions about the cars I was interested in, he was impatient and at one point he told me I may be better off buying from a used car lot, not an actual dealership. Also, this salesman tried to hand me off to another salesman and still tried to get a percentage of the deal. I made sure to tell the general manager that I was so disgusted with the treatment I got from Jason Madison, that I would not buy a car whatsoever if Mr. Madison was going to make money on my car purchase. He overheard me and he then went on to whisper things to coworkers behind my back about me I'm sure. I wound up not buying anything because I just got the feeling most people running that place weren't much better than Jason Madison. I hope he gets fired for his horrible work. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from JASON MADISON!

I took advantage of the cash for clunkers deal and traded in a 1997 Explorer. What a deal I got! I think I paid $9,400 for a brand new Hyundai Elantra! Can't ask for a better deal than that...$4500 for my truck, $2000 from Hyundai and $2000 from the dealer...total no-brainer!They were very busy there (clunker sale) but very professional. Honored rate and made deal happen. I am very pleased with the overall transaction and would recommend them to all. Big inventory and professional staff...not pushy salesman that you often run into. Very nice experience!

I came in to this dealer to cancel my newly purchased extended warranty, which is fully refundable in the first 60 days of the contract. From the beginning of the conversation the salesman that i dealt with (Victor) was not very friendly. It was clear that my business was the least of his concern and he had no desire to help me.I was asked for the paperwork, then they told me that they cannot cancel the contract without seeing the vehicle first. I dont know why they need to see the physical paperwork or the vehicle - all i wanted to do was close the contract that was never used or had any claims on it.When i came back with the vehicle, Victor wouldnt even come to see me, he kept sitting in his cube upstairs. I was told he was dealing with a customer and it would be another 45 minutes before he could see me. He was in his cube alone and not on the phone. A blatant lie.Speaking to the manager resulted in the same thing, he didnt even ask me who i was there to see or for what reason.I would not recommend this dealer.
