I saw a beautiful 2015 Scion tC on the Ricart website, so I applied for preapproval for financing, and Chase is the guy that called me. He called me right after work one Monday, so I went to the lot that day, test drove the tC, and drove it home that night. I've been in love with the car since the day I brought her home!

Well coordinated team and this created a positive purchasing experience. Only negative was I did not receive an owners manual and the sales manager would not provide one or make arrangements for me to acquire one. Purchased a top of the line used SUV - they could have and should have thrown in a manual or provided a credit for me to purchase one.Great salesman. Doing the deal was minutes and not hours. No games. I liked the process without any of the stereotypical sales techniques.

Gina worked with me on both days I looked at the vehicle, she was great. Answered every question and show me features on the vehicle. Both Gina and Courtney worked with me the day of the sale to make sure the details were explained correctly and offer any other assistance they could. Drew Elford was great explaining the financing and offer the best rate he could find. The paper work was clear and well presented. Overall the experience of buying this car was easy and very straight forward.

Chase rocks! I came in with my mom looking to replace my 03 Focus, we left with a pretty little '13 Focus and my mom needed a new van so she returned the next week for a new Odyssey. Sadly six months later I was cut off while driving home and my pretty little red car was totaled. Chase helped me pick out my new '15 Focus and I'm very very happy with it. He's an honest guy that makes the process painless and I would definitely recommend him to my friends/family!

Your sales guy Johnny, did a great job and helped us out and i am very pleased with him. Now when it come to Steve (sales manager) he is a total piece of crap and his mouth, if it was not for my wife I would have never bought a car from your dealership. The whole reason we came to ricart was to find a truck for my father in law and also because i worked there back in the early 90's and knew that your dealership always had the inventory, but not now and i will do everything I can do to get him a truck from anywhere but your dealership. I also do not appreciate the 9 plus hard inquires on my credit that we where sent around to see if someone was going to buy our loan, if i would have know this I would have did mine own financing through either my credit union or my bank and that is who purchased on loan anyway. I really do not and I am not a happy customer with your sales manager and the 9 plus hard inquires on my credit. So yes I am happy with the car we bought and Johnny but not with your sales manager Steve and my credit inquires now that are hitting my report. Frank

I wasn't sure what I wanted when I call Rick Johnson about purchasing my next car/SUV, but I knows it was time. I met with Rick the following day. We rode the lot at least 45 minutes before we found about 5/6 cars/SUV that I liked. We talked about monthly payments etc. He never pressured me about deciding. After talking about payments within my budget he worked diligently with the banks to get me a great deal. Thanks for the time and efffort Rick. Your the real MVP!!!

I couldn't possibly have had a more positive experience!! From the time we walked in the door until we walked out and I had keys in my hand we were treated with courtesy and respect. Due to circumstances beyond my control, my credit was severely damaged. As a result, an experience like buying a car - one that should be exciting - is a dreaded, anxiety-filled day expecting nothing but judgments, denials and disappointment. Instead I spent Sunday working with Devin, who went out of his way to be understanding about my situation. He talked me through everything, was so patient and kind, yet upbeat and fun, and was always professional. He was easy to talk to, was honest and straight forward about what I was facing, and managed to put me at ease as we waited for a decision. I think he was as excited to tell me that we'd received an approval as I was to hear it. I ended up with a higher payment than what I'd hoped to get, but that's just a temporary evil that I will be able to remedy as I repair my credit. When I went back to sign my paperwork with Cass Powers, he was just as helpful, kind, friendly and professional - and he was instrumental in getting the lowest possible interest rate he could for me. After signing my papers and paying my deposit, Devin handed me the keys, shook my boyfriend's hand, and gave me a big congratulatory hug! I left there driving my 2014 Sonata, feeling so empowered and excited by having the chance for a fresh start!!! I'M BACK!!! :) Thank you to Devin and Cass for helping to make that happen! You will definitely be seeing us again! To the Ricart Family Owners - Do yourself a favor... do whatever you have to do to make sure these two don't get away!

This is the first car I've financed and bought on my own so I was terrified to even start the process. Gina made the buying process painless! On Nov. 4th 2016 I went with my fiance to buy a new car. We were told a price range and stayed within that. After getting there Ben our sales person asked what we were looking at and we told him. His words ( that is absolutely doable ) .so we sit down start the paper work . They bring keys for test drive . At this point all is great. Asked us if there were any others we wanted to look into. We told him to other cars and went on test drive. Loved the car we drove . Us now sold on this car. Came back and Ben has another car for us to test drive is we do. Came back from 2nd trip. Talking to Ben . We love the first car. Ben still selling us on first car. Go inside to finish paper work Ben gives us the info on first car to call our insurance company. That's when something happen. Ben comes back starts pushing the second car we drove.??? There was a few issues so we end up having to come back the next morning. Still for some reason pushing the second car. We say we want to buy the first car. Next morning get a call from Ben . Tells us we need 3x the down payment to get the first car.??? What??? Did I mention that the 2nd car while in our price range was more that the first. Now he is going to make a deal take less downpayment for 2nd car which is more expensive. Even worth more on value and resale. I know this sounds great but we didn't want that car . Told them we would have to think about it. Called to talk to a supervisor because it just felt like something was wrong. Supervisor tells us the same thing as Ben. A few hours later the car we wanted was removed from there web sight . Wow. I feel that either someone else wanted same car and was offering more down or they were just trying to push a car on us we didn't truly want. If someone else wanted the car they should have just said that. Don't feel the situation was handled properly. Who wants to settle for what they don't want anyway. Hope who ever has the car takes care of it. Was a nice one.

Gina is awesome. I went to Ricart used car factory too look at a 2013 f150 and she was incredibly knowledgeable, and a very pleasant dealer to work with. Any question I asked she was able to answer accurately, without seeming like she was trying to sell me on any specific truck. The price of the truck I was looking at was already marked down significantly (the bank was willing to finance for 5k more than I bought it for, and kbb value was 3k more) , so she wasn't able to get me a better deal, but I didn't want to lose the truck (it's happened twice now) so I didn't play hardball either. Gina did not try to up sell me anything, or make me feel pressured into buying this truck, like other dealers will. She also gave me plenty of time to look up similar trucks on cars.com, truecar, etc to make sure I was getting a good price, instead of trying to hound me into buying that truck. She is an incredible asset to to Ricart with what today's buyers are expecting, and I am glad to have her as my dealer, and when I go to purchase my next vehicle I will definitely be reaching out to her, no matter where she works. Overall, I give Gina 5/5 stars all around, if you are looking for a used car or truck, she is who you want to talk to.

On Thursday October 27th my wife and I went to Ricart looking for a deal on a used car. I phoned in advance to speak to Rick Johnson. I told him we were coming in around 3 and what we were looking for. Upon arrival, he took us to multiples of vehicles that he had staged based on what we were looking for. In the end we ended up with a 2013 Buick Enclave. Could not be happier. The only thing I can warn you on is be prepared to make a decision on 3 levels of maintenance programs. Make sure to look at the total cost of program so when you look at final bill, you do not have sticker shock. I want to thank Rick for great service. My wife needs a new car and because of our experience, we will go to Ricart first, which says a lot because I am a Chevy man.

Caprice and all the other people I dealt with where wonderful. Caprice is an excellent sales person. She is very sweet and patient. The only things that was not great is the length of time it took to get everything taken care of. I was there for hours and hours. Way too long. And the other thing was the car was not clean. Windows were so dirty I had trouble seeing when I passed a car on the way home. And it had dog hair and ashes in it. Other than that I am happy

The car lot was alot due to how big it was and all the vehicles but the experience was amazing and it did not take too long for the process. I was so overwhelmed at the thought of having to replace my favorite car of the last 12 years. I came with a list after looking online with cars in my price range and Lorenzo was so patient with me. My husband spoke with Courtney on the phone several times before our visit so she had a good idea what we were looking for. When we went in to the showroom she was cordial and knowledgeable, never pushy. We arrived without an appointment and she was working with other customers that had arrived earlier than their scheduled appointment. However, she never appeared flustered at any time. Overall my Ricart experience was positive - Courtney our sales rep was great and it was refreshing to work with a woman. Just be aware, this is no different from any other used car experience in that you need to come prepared. Have documentation to prove your trade's worth, check the value of the new car and what they're actually selling for, ask to see the carfax, etc. Be prepared to negotiate in a friendly manner and not accept the first number thrown your way, especially regarding your trade. As long as you are armed with your own info they will realize you are serious and the deal should go smoothly. The only reason I took off 1 star is because there were SOOO many inquiries on my credit when I was trying to limit this, and I wasn't always made aware (by the manager) that they'd be running credit so many times with so many different banks.

I went to Ricart having no idea what I was really looking for. Shawn (Cottrill) was immediately so helpful, he walked all over the dealership with me, asking lots of questions and helping me narrow down what I was looking for. I recently had a total loss of my Chevy Silverado I absolutely hate to shop for vehicles, So on a cold rainy day I did my research online and off to the car lots found a great looking truck at RICART stopped to look at it Brian Kimball, walked out in the cold rain and took time to explain the details of Ricart and the truck and stopped every few minutes to ask me if I had any questions WITHOUT Any pressure set me up for a test drive made me feel like a valuable customer even though we just met short time, later Brian and the Ricart team made me what I feel what was a great deal fast courteous and service most importantly (NO HIGH PRESSURE). Well to say Gina went above and beyond is quite an understatement! I chose to finance through my bank thinking it would get me a better rate and just be more helpful in general..... I was wrong. It cluttered everything up and while my banker is a nice guy, literally everything went wrong. Gina helped me through the process and well honestly saved me quite a lot of hassle... At her own expense (sorry Gina). I got a great deal on a great truck and I recommend her to everyone I meet! Honestly folks I really can't tell you how awesome she was unless we had a few drinks and long weekend to tell the tales about how much she put up with and I am truly happy with how I was treated. Shopping for not only a great deal but a great deal on the vehicle you want has always been a hassle, until I was back home in Ohio and shopped at Ricarts. It was an amazing experience unlike any I had experienced! Everyone was very curtious and friendly. My sales person, Gina McDougal was awesome! I found the best prices on trucks then any auto website within 200 miles of my residence! And let's not even get starting with some dealer wedsites and sales folks! Anyway, Gina gave me a call and we arranged a time to meet. The call was cheerful but professional. She is very experienced and knew what questions to ask for what I wanted. In saying that! My old mentality of another brutal car shopping with not having what I want but saying they did just to get me on the lot was in the back of my head. When I arrived (with my wife and 4 children) the immediately went to the outside play area (amazing idea! Thank you). Gina meet me with a list 5 vehicles which matched what I wanted! That's right! 5! And I could see all of them! After looking at a couple I picked the one I wanted! After that I bought my truck and headed down the road, it was great! What left a very lasting impression is that even tho the dealership was packed on a beautiful Saturday Afternoon Gina still made herself available with customer care when really her job was finished? I was waiting on paperwork to be finished but she made made time for more customer care when others wouldn't. She is awesome I recommend her to everyone looking for a vehicle! Thanks Gina! My car was totaled Friday at 5 pm by the insurance company and I needed a quick replacement. Brian Kimball was my sales person. He went through my needs and then wants, then he showed me a selection of cars, was patient while I drove three of his suggestions, then lined them up because I liked all three and went through all the differences between my choices. I had the sales lady, Gina McDougal. She never pushed anything on me that I wasn't interested in. She went out of her way to check up on me after I bought my new car. After my first car didn't work out with prices, she continued to look to find an SUV for me and never once got frustrated when I was being particular with what I wanted in a vehicle. Devin Michalak took pity on us because we did't have an appointment.(in 40 years of car buying I never had an appointment) He showed us the cars I had researched on-line, and was very knowledgeable about all of them. I'm kind of a smart mouth, and I will let things fly without much thought. Went to see a used Kia Sorento. The one I was shown did not suit my needs. Was told there were no others in my price range, but saw another posted that night on Autotrader. Made a second trip. Liked it. Agreed to purchase. Upon delivery, cargo cover and coin tray in console was missing. Salesperson said she'd look into it. Airbag light was on. Returned to dealership. Two open recalls on vehicle; that was a surprise since I was told 3 days earlier there were none. Service sept addressed airbag and recalls but did not locate cargo cover. Dealership claimed it was damaged, but it was. Fine when I checked it out on the test drive. Dealership refused to replace it, despite it being present in my test drive. Parts of interior door pillars and dashboard were very dirty after detailing. Generally pleased with salesperson, unhappy with detail dept and how company mishandled the missing parts. Unpleasant experience overall

Ryan Six tried to give me higher interest loan, so I left and the next day when I went back with my own lower interest loan. Then Andrew Elford somehow beat my lower interest rate. Roy Duffey lied saying they were going to go lower the previous day. Why did they let me leave and go search for my own then.....Roy Duffey promised me a book to go with my vehicle said he could take it from another used van. Well then he said all of them were gone and he would send me one in mail, I called him a few times, he said he would send me one when he got one and I never did receive one. Lies, lies, lies. Also said they would wash and detail my van before I left the lot with it, they did not. I should have taken it back for them to do, but I just wanted out of there. Also he promised one other small item that he would take off another used vehicle there and that did not happen either. Stupidly when I signed the loan papers I also signed a paper that I received everything I was promised. I guess I should have checked the vehicle before I signed to make sure everything was there. Bad customer service, lol, and I trusted a salesman and a loan officer......................I also notice that the only reason he gave me a card to do a review was because I told him I would give him a good review. And I thought I was going to until the lies started. Now I wonder if this review will show up online......

Dustin Warthman was the best. From the initial contact phone call to the signing on the dotted line. I already knew what I wanted and that's what I got. No pressure. He knew everything about the truck I selected and walked me through the features without hesitation. Roy Duffey went over and beyond in his suit to help me move my stuff from my old truck to the new one in the pouring rain. The experience I had will definitely bring me back again. Everyone in the building that passed by spoke or smiled. The energy of both Dustin and Roy and the environment is so strong and positive. I was not attacked as soon as I walked on to the lot. The truck was missing a few things that all Vehicles come with.(spare tire, jack, owners manual). The sales rep got me a spare and Jack and is working on getting a owners manual and to see if there is a second key to the truck. But on the other side I was not told what I was getting on my trade in. I was disappointed at the amount. I thought it was worth more if the research I did and did not get the price for the new truck I thought I was getting. I would recommend that when they do the inspection on trade ins before they are put on the sales floor. That they inspect everything on the vehicle. Like the trailer plug/wire harness, to make sure that everything is working. I now have to take my new to me truck in for service to get the trailer plug/wire harness looked at.

I recently filed bankruptcy, which left me feeling very embarrassed and humiliated; and I needed to replace my car. I received a letter from Rick Johnson letting me know that even though I had a bankruptcy, they have lenders that make it possible for people like me to get a car and start rebuilding good credit again. I set up an appointment with Rick, and I have to say, he made me feel very comfortable and told me I should not feel embarrassed or ashamed. The whole experience was awesome and uplifting. The day of my appointment was a very rainy day; but Rick went out into the car lot several times, looking for just the right car for me. Even though he was getting wet, he was very pleasant and helpful throughout the entire process. Our son found several Ford F-150 pickup trucks for us to review online. The one most suited for us was listed at Ricart Used Car Factory. Our son made an appointment with Shawn C. and we traveled two hours to take a look at it. Shawn was very patient with us. The truck had everything we needed but was perhaps a bit more money than we had wanted to spend. After test driving the F-150 we walked the lot checking out other colors, other features, price tags, etc and Shawn never made us feel rushed. We decided to spend the money and the rest is history! The truck had a 4 inch crack in the windhield and Shawn said they would replace it. No hassle, no problems. We were very impressed with Shawn. He was patient, professional, helpful and considerate. We are very satisfied with our purchase and our experience at Ricart!

I've "bought" four used cars at Ricart. My daughter's, my son's (I really did buy those), my niece and now my nephew (they bought their own cars but I helped, directed and went along for the ride; their parents live in NJ). It really is an outstanding organization. Very friendly and knowledgeable sales people. Great support and back office staff. They have the used car buying process down to a science. No hassle, fair prices, large selection, no pressure and no games. I would go back again in a heartbeat and would certainly recommend to a friend. Our normal sales guy is Johnnie Pugh (sounds like pew) but he was out of the country when we went in this last time. Roy Duffey was kind enough to assist and took us through the process. Purchased used truck, every issue was that was talked about during the purchase was resolved quickly and professionally. No high pressure sales, once I did the homework on used car interest rates and as is purchasing. I was good to go. The service dept did a fantastic job, I drove around with them explaining the issues I seen and they addressed every single one. I purchased a vehicle from Ricart in October 2015. Brad Ricart did a great job of finding the vehicle I wanted and making the deal work for me. 11 months later, the car was wrecked when some other driver ran a red light and destroyed the car. Knowing I had to replace it quickly, Brad found me another vehicle and took care of processing the replacement car quickly and easily. I had some additional products placed into the car (replacing the cloth with leather) and Chris Wright made that process as painless as could be.I have purchased many cars from the Ricart group over the years and will certainly do so in the future.

Found the used 2015 Nissan Quest by chance while surfing CarGurus.com. Immediately emailed Ricart and Jerome Richards called me within 5 minutes. Told him we were coming to look at the van. He said he'd have it pulled up. Arrived at Ricart and the van was waiting. Mr. Richards is a soft-spoken gentleman who presented his best deal up front, no haggling! He was a pleasure to work with as was all of the Ricart staff we encountered. We will definately shop Ricart the next time we need a vehicle and we will also ask for Jerome Richards!

After having a horrible experience earlier in the day at Bob Caldwell, I decided to go give Ricart a try. This was my first time purchasing and financing a car from a dealership and I have to say it changed my perception on the experience completely. I planned on dealing with pushy and obnoxious used car salesman who wanted to bend me over (which is what I got at Bob Caldwell) but this couldn't be further from the truth at Ricart. We called ahead and spoke with Roy Duffey, a sales manager and told him the price range and specifications of what I was looking for, they had nearly 300 cars that met my criteria. We got there and he had 5 cars already picked out, I test drove 2 and left with 1. He understood that we didn't want to waste our time and haggle prices and all that nonsense. Super professional sales manager who worked with us from start to finish. Made me feel like an old friend. Overall a fantastic experience and would highly recommend working with Roy and Ricart.

Courtney immediately greeted my brother and me when we arrived at the dealership, and she patiently went on three test drives with me along the same route--in an Accord, a Dart, and a Focus.The route allowed me to compare handling, acceleration, and braking in diverse situations.The people who cleaned the interior of the car could have done a bit more to remove all of the ashes from a previous owner/driver who smoked.

After getting a car from this place and paying for less than 2yrs I started having trouble with the car. I was told the head gaskets were warped and the water pump was bad. Over $5000 in repairs and they are telling me the extended warranty I purchased won't cover head gaskets. I feel as if I was sold a bad car and no one is willing to help me with this. I am being nickled and dimed on these repairs every time I turn around. I am a single mother with 4 kids no way can I afford to put in over $5000 for repairs. Something must be done about them ripping people off!!!! I work for a very large company and am on all social media sites I will most definitely be spreading the word to stay away from this company!!

I emailed Jeremy Kirk and Brandon Byrd that I was going to purchase the Santa Fe I had test drove the previous day and would be there late morning to do the paperwork. When they went to get the keys they discovered the car had gone to auction the previous evening. Jeremy called me with the bad news and suggested I come and test drive a similiar car. By the time I got the message, Brandon had already gotten permission from his GM to go get the car at the auction and bring it back for me to purchase! I arrived a few hours later and listened to my email for the first time having no idea what had transpired! Their efforts were over and above and greatly appreciated. My wife and I stopped in to look at a dodge journey they had for sale. We told the salesmen the numbers had to be right on our trade in or we couldn't buy, we needed the equity of our trade to use as a down payment. After about 2 hours of being there with our 2 yr old son there with us, and after pulling our credit they came back with a very low trade in offer. Offered us $800 below what we owed and about $1500 below what the car is worth. We got up and thanked the salesman for his time, but his offer was ridiculous. He didn't even make an attempt to keep us there or work with us at all. Just wanted to give us a bs excuse on the trade in offer. My advise if your interested in a vehicle there and have a trade, get a trade in appraisal 1st before you even look at another vehicle. That way when they low ball you on your trade, your only out a few mins of your time. Salesman was nice and not very pushy, vehicle was dirty and needed a good detailing.

My last experience with Ricart Ford was about 20 years ago. I was determined to never purchase another car from them. However, my husband and I went there last night, against my better judgment, and was very happy with the experience. Brian Kimball was very nice and helpful. He also was understanding of our situation. We had no money to put down but had a trade-in. He worked well with us, explained our options and was actually able to get us in the used car my husband wanted. Chris Wright was very informative of the rewards club benefits, as well as, our options with Pro-Tec and Bullet Liner. We chose to purchase the Pro-Tec and are planning to purchase the Bullet Liner at a later date. Ken Dickenson was extremely thorough with our paperwork and explained the additional warranty we purchased (we purchased an "As Is" vehicle). We felt comforted that we would have a warranty for the next 48 months. It was getting very late by the time we left (almost 10:30pm). No one acted as if we were keeping them. They never rushed us or made us feel like we had them there late. A matter of fact, we apologized for the time and each one of them, said "no worries, I'll be here for a while anyway". We left Ricart Ford with a much better opinion of them than the one I had for the past 20 years.

So after being pursued I called to get another car from Ricart. Went today only to find out the car they sold me 2 years ago had been in an accident in the past and would only give 1500 towards trade. When I bought the car I was told it was a clean Carfax!!!!! So they sold me a car under fraudulent terms AND then would only give me a low amount?! I was told by salesman that the accident hadn't been reported yet. Nice try!! Accident was 2010 and bought the vehicle in 2014!!! NEVER USE RICART!! Call to my attorney is next!!

Best experience buying a car ever, hands down, in 35 years. We will actually miss talking to Roy, he was that nice and personable. Roy has class like no other and goes above and beyond to make the customer feel and BE his number one priority. He treats you more like a long time friend than just a number in his sales agenda. We had done our homework on the vehicle we wanted going there and had checked some other places and even tried to deal on another car almost exactly the same except color and miles. The one at Ricart was 10k less in miles and white pearl instead of black but basically same features. Roy at Ricart beat the other dealership by $3,300 without batting an eye. How ? Because the volume is enormous and able to bring in the cars for much less than others. Roy keeps his word and represents his product fairly and ethically. I was a little stunded how attentive everyone was there at Ricart quite frankly and had no real expectations going out there to begin with. We knew up front that on the particular car we wanted there were a few things that needed attention through their service department and those guys were top notch as well just like Roy said they wild be. Roy ensured that the process over there would go smoothly as well and he was right. They were fantastic! So this was all a welcomed surprise. We will be dealing with Ricart first from here on out and more specifically Roy Duffey will always be our car guy until he is out of this business. Anyone we know will be sent directly to him as well. Ricart made us happy on all fronts and Roy Duffey deserves most off the credit for representing the business sense and style that any company should be proud to have on board. I really wish I could say something more stand out than ever said for a car salesman because he is more stand out than any car sales man plain and simple. I came to Brad with hopes of trading in my car to free up space so my wife could upgrade her car. The plan was to downgrade my car and upgrade hers, win win. I was very honest with Nathan, and let him know up front what I wanted to spend, and what type of vehicle I was looking for. Within my price range, he gave me some options, and then gave us time to just wander through the used cars and look around, which I appreciated. He didn't make me feel as though I had to 'hurry' through the process. Though the car I selected was a bit above my 'limit', they cut the price enough that it brought it within a manageable amount for me.

We were a little leery about shopping here due to previous experiences we have had, but we found several cars with low mileage and competitive prices so we made the 80+ mile trip to Ricart. We were very pleased with the professionalism provided by our sales associate Shawn Cottrill. The car we chose had a couple minor issues, such as door trim and brakes, that Shawn made sure was taken care of by the service department. Given this experience with Shawn, we will return to Ricart in the future.

This is my second review, my first was very positive. This will be a true test to see if Dealer rater is a honest system since it will not be as positive. My first experience with Ricart was great when I was "buying". When my car left me stranded I called my sales associate Gina and I could not get a response. I had questions about the warranty that was highly recommended and how it worked. Again, no response. My car was towed to the dealer and sat there for three days without any response after numerous calls to Gina. Eric from service was great once he had the correct information (from me) even though I had emails confirming my car would be looked at immediately. I can't say much for the sales force. I guess once you get your commission check who cares what happens to the customer is the feeling I have. I had previously recommended Ricart, not sure that will happen again. We will see if this a true measure of the dealership if my comments make it to the public or only the positive ratings make it to the website. Either way, I will let my friends and family know my feelings about this companies business practices if Dealer rater won't.

I walked in on a Sunday one hour from close I had a very specific request and a budget let me tell you what! Jonny C and the entire staff made sure I got everything and more! I walked in expecting to look at a few things and set up a date in the future to talk possibilities and numbers this was not the case. I was greeted at the door (didn't even open it) and was asked what I needed today. "We are 8 months pregnant and looking for a very specific truck and a bathroom lol". By the time my Fiance got out of the bathroom the perfect truck came rolling around and it was that perfect and right in my price range. I couldn't believe it! I was sad my two door pick up I've had for years and worked one was not going to cut it for my growing family and I felt he really understood that. I ended up with the best truck I never thought I could have and am so proud of owning it! I would also like to thank Cass P for not only hooking up the paperwork in a very efficient manner but entertaining us along the way. And I can't stop there. The wonderful ladies in the title office had me just going for days with kindness and banter! I really had a good time with this process it was easy and unexpectedly painless. I'm a proud owner of a great vehicle it makes the hard grind of life easier knowing I don't have to worry about getting to work and my family is safe. Thank you for the added sleep at night. The Ricart Brand is something I will praise to my family, friends, neighbors, and my future daughter. For that I will always be thankful!

My husband and I stopped by the dealership on a whim and were immediately greeted by Rachel! We told her we didn't have time to really do anything that day but wanted to get an idea. Long story short we found the car that fit ALL my wishes and came in on budget! Rachel was so nice and easy to talk too. My only feedback was I feel like the sales process took a long time. Start to finish we were there from 1 pm to 645pm. Maybe that's average but to me it seemed long!

I drove more than two hours to see an SUV they had. The car was just as promised although it hadn't been detailed. Dustin was as expected, told me upfront they did not haggle prices. Looked up my trade in told me it would be worth $3500, when he brought the number sheet he actually said that the appraiser could only give me $1500 for trade-in. That was offensive and I left. I was very disappointed in the offer and the lack of flexibility in pricing and offers.

We visited Ricart and Amber happened to be the sales person that helped approached us. She was very nice, no pressure applied, and understood when we left without a purchase. She took our information and details of what we were looking for and said she would let us know if anything came in. A week later after searching without success to find as great of a deal, we returned looked at the vehicle again that we originally saw (we were hesitant on the price), drove it, and decided to buy while it was still available! Roy was great at answering all of our questions and making sure we were comfortable with the price. No pressure salesman, which was much appreciated! He even kept our children company while we signed the paperwork!! A great guy that I will definitely send others to!!

Needed to buy a new car quick (teenage girl texting while driving took mine out) so I drove over 100 miles to see my baby brother, Brian Kimball. He was with another customer when I got there (who also happened to be from the Huntington, WV area) but he handled it like a pro. I also have to say Cory at the Cashier window was a big help and a pleasure to deal with. Hope I don't need another car any time soon, but will definitely look that way if I do and will spread the Ricart name in the Tri-State.

I went to the dealership interested in purchasing a specific year of used vehicle to replace a vehicle whose lase was about to expire. First problem: the sales rep who was only on the job for 2 months attempted to steer me to a higher priced newer vehicle in spite of what I repeatedly told him...not within the budget.Sales Supervisor, Thomas Rodney then took over and much to my surprise the first thing he tried to do was get me to make the lease vehicle a part of a purchase. He claimed to be doing me a favor by proposing I pay a reduced sum of $ 1000 along with the vehicle to cover the lease end fee, final lease payment and replace 2 new tires he claimed were needed and that we would have to pay to the Lessor. Over 3 hours later I was able to escape and go home without buying a vehicle. I never heard from the sale rep nor Rodney after that. When the leased vehicle was turned in there was no extra charge for the tires and there was not another monthly payment due. I feel that this was a classic instance where the sales people a.) did not listen to the customer as to what he wanted; and b.) attempted to take significant financial advantage of the customer in a less than straightforward manner. I will never return to Ricart nor will I recommend the dealership to a anyone.

Later I was going to purchase another vehicle there, I found a couple online a liked so I called and called and called, NEVER no return calls from them, every time I would call I would have to talk to someone different and was suppose to get a call back.. We are so happy to be writing this review. Our 2005 Subaru Outback took a turn down the road of not worth it to repair and our hearts sank. We loved our car. After much thought, we decided our young credit could really use the boost from purchasing from a dealership with financinggreat. With every stereotype in mind, we went into our first dealership (Dublin Subaru) with our guards up. Wayne told us all about himself, but an hour later he finally made it clear that he couldnt do anything for us even though we gave him all our needs and budgets at the very beginning. WASTE OF TIME! So, we took our preapproval next door to Dennis Hyundai. There we met Scott. Scott has a lot of lines he likes to use. He couldnt replace our Subaru in our price range, but said hed never lose a sale over pricefunny, because we left and came back two days later (even though nobody returned our phone calls). We had found a car they had listed online, and if we were changing our minds from Subaru, this was the car we wanted: 2013 Hyundai Elantra Limited. This baby came with a clean air cabin ionizer, which would really help my fiancee with her medical problems! Everything we loved about our Subaru was in this car plus more. So, there we were in that stupid store. We talked to Adam, who said he was miffed about the no call backs, since he was the Service Manager. Adam brought Scott out, and Scott said he tried to call us back but couldnt figure out how to use his cell phone or desk phone; very odd lie. Not feeling so good about this. Push push push, and then it just became so comical that they were having this REALLY hard time working with us, so we left even thought theyd never lose a sale over priceagain.Home we went to get back on the internet. TA-DA!! (Trumpets playing) RICART HAS 2!!!!!! So, we called, asked if we could come see them, Greg Roytman said YEA!!! So we set our schedule for the next day, Sunday at noon. We received a call five minutes before leaving for the dealership; they were excited for us to come meet them! Pulling onto that mega lot is an experience! We pulled in and their concierge service was awesome. We were barely out of our cars before we were assisted, not accosted, by a Ricart team member. We told him we were there to talk to Kyle, and he took us right to him.Kyle Willis was a very calm, clear speaking, patient, and professional man. He was efficient through every step of the process while making sure to not rush us or leave questions unanswered THANK YOU KYLE!!!!! He took us on our test drive and just gave a few bits of information, but he could tell we had done our research. When we got back, we got to meet John Thornton.We were so nervous at this point, being that we felt we were up against a wall with little to no options at the other places. Boy, were we wrong! John was absolutely transparent. He said lay it out for me, we did. We had a very honest conversation with him, where he spelled out a lot of behind-the-scenes information we didnt know. He told us our plan was too much work for us and asked if wed be willing to let him play around with financing options for us (which were pretty much unlimited) so we could get what we wanted for the price we wanted. Umm yeah John! This guy is THE professional. We sat chewing our nails, waiting for dreaded bad news, but it never came. John emerged with his papers in hand, alright guys, Ive got good news! He very simply spelled it all out for us, gave us MORE options (with no bias included), then reassured our decision, giving us credit advice on top of that. All of this, and were still in our impossible budget. My fiancee started crying she was so happy.In a nutshell, my experience at Ricart buying a used car was respectful, professional, efficient, friendly, reassuring, and safe. I cant see myself ever going anywhere else.

I came into Ricart not with a good experience from the past but in need of a family vehicle which also reflected style. Lorenzo took asked questions and after a couple of test drive my children and I found the perfect family and stylish car we needed and wanted. Lorenzo was very attentive and took his time in making sure we got exactly what we needed and for the budget we were looking to be in. We stopped in just to look around and were greeted by Brian. From that point on it was a very easy going and pleasurable car buying experience. We absolutely felt confident in Brian's knowledge of the vehicle inventory and he led us around to where we would eventually find our new Hyundai. We felt no pressure the entire time we were there. Unsure if we actually needed to buy a car Brian allowed us to take the vehicle home for an extended test drive. It was then that we both had a chance to drive the car and decide on purchasing it. Found car while looking online, contacted dealership for information wasn't on hold while they found a salesman the employee had information needed about vehicle and I was in contact with the salesperson throughout the whole process of purchasing the vehicle. Flew into Columbus to pick vehicle up my saleswoman Gina McDougal was there on time to pick me up and she knew a lot of information about the car and informed me of various features the car had and the 133 point inspection that the dealer gives each used vehicle prior to selling the car which makes a buyer feel better knowing it was thoroughly checked out before being on the lot. My experience was great at the whole dealership the whole staff was willing to help and working with Gina was by far my best car purchase experience to this date. Found a new place to purchase vehicles and I live in NC.

I was in total shock with the way they run this place. I thought if I went to a larger dealership I would be treated better. I would compare this Used Car Factory to a buy here pay here because you can look forward to being ripped off. They started out wanting us to pay 405 a month for 14,000 dollar car and we basically have fair credit. The bank gave me a certain APR and when I went in, they also ran my credit with the same bank I used to get approved and tried to tack on 5 points to the finance charge. I ended up walking because they could not even come down 3 points. They did not care if I left a happy customer or not. It seemed like if they could not rip me off basically to put more money in their pockets then that's all they cared about. I'm just so surprised because I just really though they would be a better dealership to deal with.

I gave Ricart this rating because I had a constant run around with a few of the people there. I had issues when it came to the supervisor backing up his price that he had written on paper previously. I loved my sales consultant! Courtney was so great - I'd recommend her to anyone! Be sure to stand your ground and have everything in writing when it comes to the financing step.

I filed bankruptcy last year, so I felt that the only chance I had to buy a car was going to a "Buy Here Pay Here" lot. I tried a local dealership first to try and save money but was told I would not be able to buy anything until I built my credit back up, without even running a credit check or trying to get me financed, "Come back next year!" I was embarrassed and did not look forward to trying another dealership. I decided to give it one more try before resorting to a BHPH lot. From the first time I spoke with Courtney over the phone she made me feel as if I was an old friend! I checked out Ricart's inventory on their website and knew which vehicles I could afford. I did not feel pressured in any way and Courtney did not try to sell something to me that was over my budget. At no time did I feel embarrassed regarding my previous financial situation. I was told that Ricart's would be able to get me financed and keep the payments at the amount I needed them to be and they did exactly that! My salesman Drew was absolutely great! He listened to everything I had to say, was not pushy in anyway, answered all of my questions and made himself available to any request that I made. Most dealerships have pushy sales people and they just won't leave you alone. I never once felt that way with Drew. He was friendly, courteous and professional. The sales team at Ricart Ford is one of the best and they are an excellent group of people. After my old 92' Honda Accord was totaled my parents and I decided to go on a hunt for newer car that will last me until I get out of college and can afford one of my own. We decided to go with a 2013 Hyundai Elantra after looking at a Kia Forte that wasn't in that ideal of shape. Gina was very helpful when it came down to test driving and learning about the Hyundai Elantra and could tell I was excited about getting one. It was a very easy process with little to no hassle. I've been driving this car for a couple weeks now and I love everything about it! Thank you Gina!

The buying experience was outstanding!. I had not bought a car in over 10 years so did not know what to expect. My salesperson was Matt Disbrow. He went over the entire process in much detail. His professionalism was fantastic. The finance manger Rick Johnson ( who was also very professional and courteous) went over my terms and explained thoroughly the supports that are available even after purchase!You hear so many negatives about salesman when contemplating the purchase of a car at a dealership. Scott Doe was wonderful to work with. I was in an accident and my vehicle was totaled. I went into Ricart with very little idea of what I was looking for. I felt that Scott truly listened to me and helped me figure out what type of vehicle would be best for my needs & personality - and also be a great deal. He was very patient and spent at least 4 hours showing me different cars during my first visit; even though he knew I would not be making a deal that day. I never once felt pressured by him, which I truly appreciated especially given the stressful situation I was in. He also followed up with me and was able to answer all of my many questions, even on his personal days off. While I do wish Ricart was little more willing to come down on the price, I still feel I got a great deal, and most importantly the right car for me! Thanks Scott! Mark Geiger helped me as well; and made sure the car was cleaned and filled with a full tank of gas before I took it home!

My husband and I went to Ricart to look at a used jeep we found on the Ricart website. The moment we got there my husband was greeted by Ryon Wood. He was a joy to work with. Rightaway Ryon found out that I had just had ankle surgery and I was going to sit in the car while my husband Wayne looked at the jeep. Ryon immediately went and found a cart so I could go along too. Ryon was sincere and we enjoyed him as a person and our salesman. He never once pressured us into buying the jeep but made sure we knew everything possible about it while we made up our minds. We can't thank him enough for everything he helped us with and a big thank you to Steve H. For working with us on an affordable payment. We have heard some bad things about Ricart in the past but after our experience we will be coming back for sure.

Initially came to Ricart with my daughter to look at a car for her. My wife and I saw a vehicle that we liked. Ended up buying two vehicles.Jordon Rice was quite knowledgeable and willing to assist in any way possible. The sheer number of vehicles is overwhelming. However, having various brands available allows one to see and compare. My daughter knew she wanted an SUV but, deciding on that particular one took some time. In the case of the vehicle I purchased for myself, it was the one that caught our eye and the only one we drove.We spent a total of 7 hours, or so, from the time we walked into the dealership until we drove home. The necessary evil of negotiating and doing the financials was to be expected. This was made somewhat better by speaking with Steve Holsinger, who graduated with my daughter some years ago. By the time we got to Chris Wright and later Drew Elford, and the financials we were beat. Chris' sarcasm and joking got us through his portion and finally Drew's attention to detail made the final financial portion got as smoothly as possible.

found the car i liked online on Sunday morning. Called up there and discussed the car with Brian. thought about it for a while and scheduled a test drive the next week. Got impatient a little later and call Brian back and asked if we could come up that day, even if it was after closing hours. He agreed and the wife and i made the 2 hour trip to Columbus. Vehicle was as i expected and we bought it. Brian and Cass was great to deal with and was well pleased with the service from them.

Car Purchased: Certified Hyundai Elantra 2013First of all, I would like to thank Brian and Ricart Dealership for the wonderful experience in buying my car.Right from the moment we walked in to the dealership, Brian had been very courteous and very helpful in understanding my requirements and showing us the right car fitting the requirements. I had actually selected a car online and wanted to test drive it. But unfortunately, that car was already sold out in the morning. Though, that was a slight disappointment for me, Brian made sure we had a look at many other similar cars in the lot that would fit my interest and requirement. Once we test drove this vehicle, we made up our mind to purchase it and Brian and his colleagues helped me with the next steps to actually purchasing it. The process has been very seamless and transparent right from the start. Me and My Fiance had been car shopping for a little while after he wrecked his car and needed a new one. He knew what he wanted, and many dealerships did not have great vehicles or were willing to work with us to get within the monthly payment we were looking for. We went to Ricart, just to see what they had not really expecting to leave with a car. The salesman that helped us was great. Scott was super friendly, knowledgeable and easy to explain what we wanted and where we wanted to be price wise to. He understood, and gave us options that were realistic. Once the financing process started, we ran into a couple hiccups and he did everything possible to help. We left with a great car, and are very happy.

I do highly recommend working with Ricart for their friendly atmosphere, knowledgable staff, and reasonable prices. One thing that I believe make these people different, is that they do not talk you into buying something, and they would provide you with all options and let you decide yourself.I would like to sincerely appreciate my sales person, Gina MCDougal, who was willing to help us. On the pickup day, even though she was off, she showed up and spent her time on finishing up the process. I would like to thank Chris Wright for his time explaining us the services, and all that. This dealership and sales person Jon Prater especially. Provided wonderful prompt customer service. Out of the 9 dealerships I contacted. Jon was the only one that reached out to me. Once I stated my wants he went to work. I wasn't able to make it to the dealership for three days after my first call. When I got there he walked me around and took a half an hour or so to show me all options in inventory that met my cryteria. We found a perfect option. He stayed with me through apraising my trade in and all through my buying experience. Even to the point of staying after close to help me clean out my old truck and move my belongings to new truck. Over an hour after close. Friendly and helpful through entire purchase.

We got to the dealership early in them morning thinking we would be there all day but Austin made it a very pleasant and quick experience. We test drove the cars then he took our information and passed us off to his supervisor for the credit. It was nice not having someone say "let me go talk to my manager", very upfront. What was even nicer is that they under-promised an over-delivered when it came to the financing. The only hiccup we had is when we pulled out we noticed the ac stopped working, we went to lunch and came back the Austin got busy, he took us over to the Ford garage explained the situation to him and came to check on us a couple of times. Thankfully it was something simple (over-charged AC unit) and we were on way home within an hour. Everyone we talked with was very friendly and polite.

We are repeat customers to Ricart. We have purchased 4 or 5 vehicles there so we know what to expect. Courtney, our sales rep was awesome. She was patient and and quickly figured out what we were looking for. We did some research online ahead of time and she was able to direct us to each of the cars/SUVs we wanted to see. We finally found 'the one' and she was great to get our process started. From there, it was a quick process to get financing and very, very close to our budget. The paperwork didn't take long either. I purchased a 2012 Infiniti g37x with 19k miles on it in April. The service engine soon light came on so I took it to an Infiniti dealer since the Motor Trend warranty (I also purchased the extended warranty) is good at any ASE shop. I was told the car was flagged in the internal Infiniti system as needing a new engine in 2014 when it was turned in from a lease. This did not show up on the car fax report. Since it was due to neglect from the individual who initially leased it neither warranty would cover the new $8k engine. I contacted Steve Holsinger who immediately offered to buy the car back at full price even though he was under no legal obligation to do so. My down payment was refunded in full that day. I would have complete confidence in buying another used vehicle there. Steve and Brady were a pleasure to deal with even given the circumstances.

Right when we got onto the lot we were taken care of. Purchased a 2015 Hyundai Sonata that I doubt we would have come to like as much if our salesman wasn't as accommodating and willing to keep looking to find the best deal and car for us. Kurt Rogers was our sales associate and he was great in showing us the options that we were looking for initially and was willing to show us other great cars to keep in mind (and we eventually settled on the Hyundai which we hadn't thought about before arriving). His willingness to explore as many options as we needed and to accommodate our test driving led us to picking the car we did and being very satisfied with our deal. Great experience and the staff were engaging and willing to help us find what we needed while not being pushy or pressuring.

I just purchased a 2013 F-150 Lariat 4x4. My experience with the staff at Ricart was great. Brian Kimball was the sales associate and was extremely helpful. He had a great knowledge of the vehicles and was great to deal with. Steve Holsinger was the manager and helped out a lot. They kept the office open late for us and even entertained my kids a bit too! Cass Powers helped get the finance paper work done very quickly, so we could all get home at a decent time. Jesse was very attentive without being aggressive or annoying. Very knowledgeable about the inventory. Very efficient in completing paper work. The finance staff was very efficient and gave me options for maintenance and warranty, but let me decide what I wanted for terms and options without trying to push me into anything. If I said " no thanks", there was no further discussion and he moved on with a smile. The entire staff gave me options, but then let me decide what I felt was best for me. I spent a lot of time searching for the vehicle most suitable for my family. I looked at local dealerships first. My credit isn't horrible but it's not great either. All the local dealerships couldn't give me a decent interest rate and wanted way too much money down so I tried Ricart. They got me a good interest rate and got me in the vehicle I wanted with no money down. Courtney went above and beyond to find exactly what I was looking for. I drove 50 miles to buy a newer suv nobody pushed me into no more than I wanted to spend they even found a cheaper vehicle for me with lower miles and was perfect fit for my family I would recommend Gina my sales lady to anyone very nice friendly gave me her cell number told me to call her anytime!

Good variety to see. We had a new salesman (after the sale we found out he had only been on the floor 4 days) any question we had, if he didn't know the answer he would say he would get it for us. He took notes about what we liked and didn't like and found us the vehicle perfect for what we wanted. He stayed late to make sure everything went well for the sale and paperwork. He even helped us clean clean out our old vehicle! We were just looking and left with a new truck! Thanks Fernando! And Chris Wright was awesome!

I haven't purchased a car in about 10 years, so I was a bit apprehensive about what to expect. I went to Ricart first since they are the biggest and I thought I could get a good impression of a variety of types of cars--I prefer to look at them in person rather than just online. I left Ricart and looked at several other dealers in town, but I ended up coming back to Ricart. Dustin W. did a great job of letting me look on my own first. After I found the car that interested me, he helped me get through the process of testing, financing, and purchasing the car very smoothly. He was very friendly--not pushy at all, like some of the salesmen at other dealerships.

I would have given a 5 star but Beau seemed to be less than forthright about the various service contracts, only discussing Total Care and not mentioning the other three. Not helpful. This information needs to be in the hands of the customer sooner. It's a sales ploy not to, I get it, but it does not help word-of-mouth when someone asks me how it went. Also in signing the document listing the final costs, he tried covering up the numbers with his forearm. C'mon, man. Beau seemed like a good guy, I liked him and he answered my questions well. I would have been as open to add the Total Care with a full explanation. I would have liked to have been better informed about the full extent of the Easy Care program. Still would have done it, but would have felt better about it with more info sooner. Scott did an excellent job setting up the visit. I saw the car online early this afternoon. BTW, the website is excellent, very easy to navigate. Scott answered my call. And, after we arrived at the Used Car Factory, we were in and out in 3 hours with a new (to us) car.

The car purchasing process is always overwhelming for me. Even with the help of my spouse it becomes a push to make the decision to by a car he prefers and not me. When we pulled into the lot I was greeted by Tam and he asked what brought us out to the lot. I explained my credit situation and desire to move from a mommy mobile into a more stylish yet reliable and spacious vehicle. The first day we blindly looked at a few cars and Tam was very patient and knowledgeable about them all. I told him that I would be back in a few days to make a purchase.Long story short, in the process of our viewing the vehicles Tam was asking questions that would be important in the decision making process; such as family size, height of children and age etc. I called Tam before my next visit and told him of a couple of cars I saw online. He told me that he would have a couple that he would like me to see. I ended up purchasing one of the cars he recommended because it is stylish, has the Vrooom, a roomy back seat for my oldest son that is six foot tall (I brought him along for testing interior space), and a clean Car Fax record. I am very thankful for Tam's knowledge and patience. Because of him I had a great experience and own a car that I love with a monthly payment below what I expected!

Ricard wasn't the first dealer I went to in search of a new vehicle. I had my starter car for 11 years and was determined to find the perfect car to replace it. I knew the style I wanted and my price range and other details. The previous dealers I had visited didn't seem to listen to anything I said I wanted in a car, financing, etc. So I went to Ricart on a whim and was ready to put my foot down and make them listen to me. To my surprise, it was never necessary. Shawn Cottrill greeted me almost immediately and asked what I was interested in. He listened to the particular vehicle I was interested in and also showed me similar vehicles as we walked to the one I was interested in. He was never pushy or trying to talk me into anything I didn't want. He just asked questions and listened to exactly what I was looking for. He helped me every step of the way and was patient and answered all my questions and then some. I left with my new car pleasantly surprised at the entire experience and Shawns willingness to help me. I love my new car and I got a great deal on it as well. I'll recommend Ricart and Shawn to anyone I know looking to buy a car.

Spent hours looking at a vehicle, talking to Brian kimball, and test-driving the vehicle with two young kid in tow. Brian kept mentioning "talking numbers" but after hours of paperwork, he sent someone else over to do the negotiating for him. This man wouldn't budge on Internet list price. We were hoping to buy the vehicle but expected to be able to get it down a little bit. (After all, this is not a no-haggling car dealership). My kids were cranky, tried, and hungry and on the way out, I calmly told Brian I wished he would have been upfront with us rather than waste hours of our time. He replied to me, "you need to leave."It was entirely disrespectful from a man i had just spent hours talking to. So two-sided from a man who pretended to be friends with my children just minutes ago. I would highly recommend not visiting this dealership at all- I had read online that many of the salesmen were very rude, but this interaction was much more than that. If you do go, I highly recommend not working with Brian.

The salesman I had was Scott and he was very very helpful. Not only did he help me choose my first new vehicle, but he went above and beyond. Other salesmen from other dealers couldn't even compare to the dedication Scott showed me at Ricart. Once we found my 2014 mustang, he took me to the accessories man named Chris who helped me choose what I wanted to add to the vehicle and also went out of his way to help me with decisions. They both knew my budget and respected that and help me accordingly. They even showed me a 3rd salesman mustang of the same year and even this 3rd salesman gave advice and tips about accessories on the mustang. My husband and I were in a serious pinch to find a new car because my SUV had just taken a turn for the worse and it was going to cost more to fix it than it was worth. Our dealer was Courtland Bullard and he was FANTASTIC! I have to say the experience over all was very good. I talked to David Whitt on the phone several times before driving up to dealership. We talked about what we were looking for and he got right to work on it . David called me back on Friday night to tell me he found what we wanted. I purchased a 2013 Equinox a few weeks ago. The day I made the purchase it was sunny, so I did not turn on the windshield wipers. The saleman Brandon was as nice as he could be and only showed me what I asked to see. A couple weeks later, I found my back wiper did not work. I took it local and was told it had to go to the dealership because the blade was stuck in the plastic casing. I called Ricart. They got me in that day. They were polite, friendly, and fixed the problem. I was not charged. I was concerned because that problem should have been noticed when they completed their vehicle inspection. But I was a happy customer. I will be back! Also I noticed people complaining about the warranty. I also bought an extended warranty and was told that I would be responsible for a $100 deductible. That information was made clear to me from the beginning, so there will be no surprises when I have to use my warranty. Thank you for a great experience.

I couldn't have ask for a better person then Greg Roytman. He came out to great me very happy friendly person. I explained to him what I was looking for and could afford. found one I really liked, tried it out but at end couldn't afford. I thanked him and a few days later he called and said he found one he thought I would really like, it had everything I wanted. Finally was able to go check it out, but at the time he was working with someone else and he felt bad, I think he talked to Steve and said I was coming in,, Greg had a few other suvs for me to look at if I didn't like the one he thought I would like,, I did look at the one, but wanted to see the Buick he was telling me about, as soon as Steve brought it around just looking at it I knew that was the one I wanted... I had a friend come to check out the suv for me. and test drive it, also. during this time, whenever Greg was in the room and would come over to see how I was doing. after test driving the Buick I was hoping I would be able to buy it, I wanted to make sure Greg got the credit for it.. Thank God it worked out and I was able to get it. After paper work ,Greg seen me at the window came over and took care of getting my suv ready. he had it parked out in front and I was so happy felt like a kid with a new toy... He was happy also as this was the suv he picked out and it was the one I took. the others were nice, but this was the one... he knew what I needed and found me the one....l Thanks so much Greg Roytman. We wanted to trade in our boring 2014 Honda Pilot for an upgraded SUV and of course with a lower payment. Roy Duffey was our sale person with an uphill battle. Roy was able to guide us through a sea of options on the incredible 100 acre of awesomeness car lot. We were able to fall in love with a 2014 Buick Enclave. The Buick still had the full options we needed and the room we needed for our three boys. Of course, Roy was able to lower our payment by $150.

Spoke to salesman Sam Gray over the phone on a Friday, about a vehicle we had found online. Ask him if it had been wrecked or had any damage.. He told us he would look at it out in the parking lot. We had talked to him several times that day, told him we would be making the 5-6 hour drive that night and would be there first thing in the morning. Met there when they opened, he pulled the vehicle up, we test drove it, drove fine! We ask again if it had been wrecked mind you this is a 2015 with 10,000 miles on it. His reply was "you saw the car fax right"? Should have been our clue.. We bought the vehicle, got an hour down the road and noticed we had a headlight out. Called him he assured us it would be under warranty we could get it fixed anywhere. That Monday called a local dealership, made an appointment for the following Monday. The immediately called us and said it had been wrecked and was gonna cost around $4000. We called wanting to bring the vehicle back because we were totally lied too, they will NOT. After sometime they finally agreed to pay for the damage, didnt have it the whole month of December. It has been in the shop every month Jan, Feb, March and still April due to ongoing problems for the "wreck". Very poor business, do not know how they can have such a dealership and not be loyal to their customers. WILL NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN.

I had been shopping for a used truck for about 2 weeks. I thoroughly researched the truck I wanted and started shopping on line. I live in Cincinnati and after getting the normal run around from local dealers decided to give ricart a try. They have a great website, that made finding what I wanted very easy. I called them and we made the deal over the phone on a Friday night. The next afternoon i went to test drive the truck and finish the deal. Test drive included I was in and out of their in my new truck in less that an hour! I had my financing done through my own credit union before hand so that probably sped things up a little. My salesmen was Jesse Hernandez and he made my fast easy and painless. He knew what he was talking about and thoroughly explained the vehicle features and how to use them.

It was raining hard couldn't really check out the exterior of the 2014 F-150 FX4 left the dealership at 8:00pm getting dark. Next morning washed the truck and notice FOUR cracks/chips in in the windshield two had tried to be repaired. Needless to say I am not a satisfied customer. UPDATE: Sent an email and a text 5 hours later I called the dealership spoke with my salesperson. He said "This one is on me" I saw one of he places as is was in my direct line of sight" He then said I will have the windshield replaced, two hours later glass company called and set up an appointment to replace it :) nothing else on the vehicle has a scratch on it, hard to figure this one out. The salesperson was very nice wasn't pushy just a little shocked that he would not have said something about it. After all was said and done my salesperson did the right thing, but had to called out on it first. Would I purchase again, I honestly don't know.

Okay. I have been looking for a car for a while now. I stated off my search locally, and found nothing. So got on the interwebs and found Ricart used car Factory. I received an email from Gina. (She seriously is like THE Best sales person everrrrrrr!!!) Not at once did I feel pressured into buying a bucket of bolts. She worked her magical car selling skils, but due to my credit (That's a whole other story!) anyways. I wasn't able to purchase a car from Gina (Super sad face!) She made this experience so awesome! (Hey Ricart boss people! You have a rock star, and her name is Gina!) I personally want to thank Gina for trying everything! Gina was great; I highly recommend her. Out of all the dealerships I went to on my car search, she was the best rep. 5 out of 5 for her, easy. However, what takes my rating down to 4 from 5 was the overall customer experience. I was told I would be assisted shortly after I said what I was doing there. I waited for about an hour, and then had to state my purpose again before they finally paged Gina. Meanwhile, there are 20 people standing around doing absolutely nothing. Not one of those people said hi or asked if I was being helped, or even made eye contact when they walked by for that matter.

From start to finish couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction. Our salesmen Brad and Austin were on top of it. The level of detail they put in to finding us a car was unbelievable! Sales Manager Mike came over and greeted us and made us feel welcome from our first step on the lot. Work an incredible deal for us and handed us off to Cass in financing. Cass went above and beyond to get us the lowest interest rate possible and even worked in his day off to make it happen. We will be recommending Ricart to all of our friends and family. My wife and I were greeted immediately by Brady(salesman) who professionally answered all of our questions/concerns. He was very thorough and knowledgeable . We couldn't have been more impressed and satisfied with his 'over the top' assistance. We were interested in a 2007 Hummer H3. He offered to let us test drive the H3 and we immediately new this was the vehicle we've been looking for the past 3-4 months. He quickly filled out all of the pertinent information/documents in order for us to submit and make an offer. After a brief and pleasant bid, we were the proud owners. We had been looking for an 8 passenger minivan for our family for weeks!! We went to many area dealers and we were disappointed. The vans we found had too many miles or were in terrible shape. We were very discouraged and were about to give up our vehicle search all together. We looked one last time and expanded our search area and found the perfect van at Ricart! The condition and the price were amazing!! We packed 5 kids up in the car and drove there from Canton the next day to look at it fully expecting to be disappointed again. We were greeted by Tam Hopkins - Big T! He was patient, thorough & answered all of our questions! We never felt any pressure or rushed to make a decision or to buy. We knew that we had found the perfect car, the perfect dealership to buy it from and the best dealer to work with and to buy it from!! We had the best car buying experience anyone could have! They made popcorn for the kids and turned on video games for them to play and were so patient with us and our big family! We have been looking for a used car for several months. We found one on March 8th and went out to Ricart the first thing in the morning. Jose Rivera met us because we had called first to see if the car was still available. Jose was wonderful, knowledgable and extremely helpful! We had another car we were exploring and Jose was great at pointing out the good points and concerning points between the two vehicles. He is a very nice salesman and explained the Motor Trend certified vehicle program to us and also the Easy Care Gold program, the Ricart Platium Rewards program, the best value guarantee, and the 72 hour exchange program. The car we purchased was certified and Jose put our minds at ease talking about everything the car had to pass for this certification. Once we decided on buying this car, Jose was just as accommodating with walking us through the rest of the process. I believe the young man's name was Ryan who assisted us with the loan and further explaining the Easy Care program. Ryan was very informative with stepping us through the tons of paperwork and we actually understood it all the next day! We walked away happy customers! Third time was a charm for us. We had visited the Used Car Factory twice before and were too late to purchase the car we wanted. Jose and Ryan represent Ricart very well! We have since talked to folks about who great an experience it was and are very happy with our new to us car. We have been Ford folks all our lives and were very happy to own another Ford! I must tell you that we had visited lots of dealerships and we found Ricart the best. Jose was the first salesman who treated me, the wife, as a I was a part of this decision. I have since been back to have the car detailed because we purchased it before it was cleaned up and that experience was my first disappointment. Jose kept apologizing that the car was not cleaned up yet and told me he would schedule an appointment, but I should block out a couple of hours for this to be done. I came on a Monday morning at 8:00AM and brought work to do to keep me busy for 2 to 3 hours. In an hour, my car was ready. I was shocked. When I got into the car, I saw it had not been detailed. The same dirt on the windows and dash was there. It looked like better on the outside, but it was not detailed. It was disappointing, but I thanked them and went to work. Ricart is a great company! That is my story and I am sticking to it! Have a great day!In answering the last question, it was the luck of the draw that Jose picked up the phone when I called that Saturday morning.

I came in with my dad, just to look at a few cars. It was important for me to find something I could fit in my budget, and also something with great MPG. Brian was the first person to meet us out in the parking lot, and he happily walked us around the lot and let us know about each car we stop at. He also worked hard to get me a good rate and monthly price. James from finance was great too, super nice and even hooked me up with a great deal on the extended warranty! Thomas Rodney, and Rachel Marr worked together as a team to find me the best deal possible. Even though my credit was poor, Thomas was able to get me financed at 12% instead of the 24% I thought I would have to accept. In addition, they found my dream car at a great price. My 2012 Dodge Journey does everything but drive itself, and everyone complements me on what a great looking car I have. I am really grateful for all they did.

I was in a time crunch needing a work truck. Found what I was looking for and made a deal with ricart. Test drive the truck and made arrangements to pick it up and sign papers the same Friday. I call on my way and they preceded to inform me they marked the truck up 3000 dollars and would not sell me the truck or honor their end of the deal. Now my business will suffer for their mistakes. I read the bad reviews on yelp and thought I'd give them benefit of doubt. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere with your money. I should have listened to the reviews.

Looking for a late model used truck with only basic equipment. Very hard to find this type. Our sales person Tim was very helpful in showing us the used truck inventory and let us take our time. Was able to find a 1 yr. old truck equipped exactly the way I wanted at an attractive price. He was very knowledgeable about the inventory and very professional in manner. No high pressure or other "games" sometimes found at other dealers. He was able to arrange a deal with a minimum amount of time on paperwork. I would definitely recommend him to others looking for a used car or truck.

My husband an I had been trying for weeks to purchase a car an we kept getting denied at every dealership due to filing bankruptcy recently but when we went to Ricart they did everything to help us get approved, they worked very hard an found us a wonderful SUV an got us approved with no problem! Me an my husband are so grateful to them without them we won't have our 2013 Dodge Journey! The car only had 17,000 miles an it was price at a great price! We got it for $17,462 which I think is a great price with such little miles and on top of that we got free car washes for a year, free oil changes and free brake an tire rotation so from now on when purchasing a car we will be going to Ricart they were so friendly and patient would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a car!

We came over from Dayton to look at a hard-to-find Toyota Avalon. My wife had done some homework on line and by phone with Courtney. We were greeted on time for our appointment and looked at the Avalon and one other candidate. We were given a lot of time and opportunity to check both cars very closely. Courtney knew everything about them that we asked. Arranging for the test drive was smooth. Once we decided to buy, loan application and sale closing went well, too. Cass walked us through all the paperwork and pursued a lower interest rate loan for us, also, and helped us overcome some misgivings about the extended warranty. It was a long afternoon (about 5 hours) but we ended up with a very nice car that should serve us well for years to come. We were impressed with the organization's size and smoothness, lots of hustle and bustle but it all looked very purposeful for as many "moving parts" as there are. One critique item: we noticed several overflowing trash cans in customer waiting areas; could someone empty them out half way thru the day, till housekeeping or the custodial staff gets there at night.

I went to look at cars on a cold/rainy Friday night with my parents and since it was an hour or so to close no one really talked to us. We were looking at cars when a group of people walked out and Tim was the only one to ask if we needed help and insisted we go inside because it was freezing. He helped us look at a number of different cars, gave us his card, and said to come back when it was the daytime to get a better look. We went back the next day and he helped us when he finished with a previous customer. We had our eyes on a car that had not been put on the lot yet so he drove us to the photo-lab where it was getting its final touches, he found the keys, and went on the test drive with us. He kept checking on us when we were waiting to finalize the paper work and said goodbye when we left. He was very helpful for a first time car buyer.

We found the SUV we had been looking for online, arranged to come look at it! Everything went as planned when we got there, we traded vehicles that morning. Got an hour down the road, noticed an issue..called, guy assured us it would be taken care of with warranty. Week later got it into a local shop, they informed us the vehicle had been wrecked (we specifically asked this on the phone and before we purchased) Don't go by the car fax!!!!!! Several thousands of dollars worth of damage, they would not take the vehicle back.. After talking to several people they finally did agree to pay for the damage. Issues are still arising, mind you this is a 2015 with under 10,000 miles. Who would have thought? I should not be having to look for a different vehicle, only having it for 4 months.Very Dissatisfied

Today we brought our 18 year old daughter to test drive a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee. She test drive it and it was exactly what she is looking for. Unfortunately, she had to be at work and her grandfather who has offered to cosign was not present. Later that day, her grandpa travelled from Springfield to test drive the jeep and sign his part of the paperwork. We called and spoke to the salesman we had dealt with earlier that day to let him know we were on our way back. We then took it for another test drive. When we arrived back at the dealership we were informed that there is another party interested and ready to pay cash and unless my daughter could be there now they could not sell the Jeep to us. We had already discussed that she was at work and would have to stop in tomorrow to sign her part. This did not matter to the sales manager. The fact that we have been loyal customers and have purchased 3 other vehicles from Ricart does not matter. They want their sale now and don't care about the customer. Gina McDougal and Brandon Haywood were very easy to deal with. I explained to Gina what I was looking for. The initial vehicle I was interested in did not work out. She kept my file and contacted me when another match arrived at the lot. The car was out of my price range. I explained to Brandon what I was willing to pay and he met my price with no haggling and salesmanship. I feel like I got exactly what I wanted for a fair price. I hope the experience was as enjoyable for Gina and Brandon.

Was having a bad deal with a couple other dealerships, when we came in with all the information Courtney Schoy was there to save us of all the trouble, took all the information had us pre approved in no time. We went on a test ride in my new RAV4, It was very clean road nice I fell in love. All the workers held the doors as we reentered.Edwin Berry work his magic and got us in this car like it was nothing, even got it to where we was comfortable. I would say you all seem to pull together as a team should. I will sure tell everyone I know what great work you guys to . The paper work at the end was very much explained to us thanks all for such good work.

I purchased a 2008 GMC Sierra Courtney Scholls was my car dealer she was excellent. She was very patient and showing me trucks and took time to fix anything wrong with the one I bought. Thomas, the manager, was not pleasant at all. He made it very uncomfortable. We did try to work with him to get a few hundred off the price of the truck which he was unwilling to do. I understand that but his personality was so bad that we wanted to leave immediately. We had been in previously to look at vehicles and dealt with him. We left then and definitely did not have any intention of returning because of him. Courtney was great however.

Rick Milligan greeted us as we arrived at Ricart. We told him that we just wanted to browse on our own. Rick was very respectful and let us browse while periodically checking on us. Rick was able to answer all of our questions and did not try to push us towards cars we were not interested in. He seemed genuinely concerned with helping us find the car we wanted. When we were finally ready to purchase the vehicle we did have to wait about an hour and a half to sign paperwork with the financial representative (this was also a Sunday afternoon). This was by far the only part of the process that was slightly annoying. Realizing we would not be able to complete the purchase until the following day, Brandon told us he would keep the car overnight. The next day after completing the purchase and driving away, we still needed Rick's assistance in a small matter. At this point there was no reason for Rick or his supervisor to help us, seeing as we had already purchased the vehicle. Yet we were provided wonderful customer service once more. Overall a wonderful experience. If you are looking for a down to earth guy to help you look for a car while not waterboarding you into buying something you don't want, Rick is your guy!

It is what I've come to expect from a Car Dealership, the Salesman is friendly and personable, the "closer" is more matter of fact but respectful and pretends he can't do anything when he actually can, and the Finance Person (Michelle) is pushy and high pressure. Their new internet pricing did mark the car down quite a bit from the sticker, but not as low as it should have. I was bothered by the fact that they claimed to have spent $1200 refurbishing the car but could only itemize $175 of it. I was also bothered that Michelle flat told me the car would break within 5 years and I'd spend more than $2800 on repairing it after her 15 minutes of high pressure sales on the extended warranty failed. She did everything but call me stupid to my face. BTW, when you say no to anything but show interest, the price will immediately drop (regarding warranty, extras, etc. - the "Platinum" service package went from $595 to $395 in about ten seconds flat when I showed her the math of how it wasn't worth the cost.

Ricart was a great place for a new used car. I was able to find a really nice car within my payment range. The workers were very patient while I selected my car of choice, they understood why I needed a new car, and they would go out of their way to help me find cheaper payments for me. I made an appointment with Brian Kimball and felt comfortable as soon as I met him. He is easy to talk to and after discussing what I was interested in he knew exactly what to show me. He answered all our questions and showed us plenty of cars to choose from. No pressure sales and we had plenty of time to make up our minds. We met his boss, Shawn Cottrill, and he treated us great also. Will definitely tell my friends about the service and the great experience we had!

Went to Ricart three different times over three weeks to look for a used car. The sales people are very quick to meet and greet everyone that comes to dealership. Although with good intentions, sometimes I just wanted to look around the lot by myself without feeling the pressure of a sales person. Everyone I talked to at the dealership was very friendly and helpful.Over my visits to the dealership I was able to test drive 4 cars without feeling any impatience from the sales people. The fourth test drive I was able to take by myself. This happened to be the car that I ended up getting.The trade in value appraisal process was very quick. However, this means that attention to details in the cars don't really get considered in the values. This also means that a lot of flaws in the car get looked over. Make sure you do a thorough inspection of the vehicles your interested in including checking alignment, rust, electronics, brakes, gas caps, wipers, tires, etc. May even suggest bringing an OBD-II tool and do some performance monitoring of the system during the test drive. Was surprised to be told that they do not sell and used cars with reported accidents on the car fax. This brought some peace of mind to the inspection process.The sit down process to buy the car ended up being quite lengthy. We came in with our own financing which seem to through off the sales people's knowledge in the process. This resulted in actually being denied to get a car I was interested in the first time because they were following a different process. Before signing the papers to the vehicle I ended up getting, they agreed to fixing a couple things that were off with the car. The only thing I wish I could change about the sit down process is to cut out the middle man that goes back and forth between financing and agreeing to numbers. This took up a lot of time and casts a very shady impression. Overall, I was very satisfied with the deal that Ricart was able to give me. They definitely exceeded my expectations going in. Just make sure you following the directions your financial institution gives you if you get financing outside the dealership. Ricart is definitely willing to work with people to get the car they want.

I always say that to determine the character of a person or company you do not worry about how they handle things when it's going well but how they react and handle issues. Today I have had that experience with Ricart Automotive. There was some confusion about getting my plates switched from our old vehicle to our new. When my tags for renewal came it had our old van on them. We called Ricart to see what needed to be done and was met with nothing but an attitude. Instead of working with us to determine how it needed to get fixed (which was not a large job) we were met with accusations and blame. My wife was nothing but frustrated so i took the phone to try to get to the bottom with the simple question of "What do i need to bring to get this taken care of" to which i was belittled by the person on the phone for not taking care of it already. At this point I asked for his manager to which the response i received was "My name is Brad Ricart". At this point i determined that I will never go to Ricart again and i hope everyone I know will never go there for a vehicle. Fortunatly the BMV was nice enough to answer my questions and all I needed was to bring my drivers license. This was a valuable lesson to me and i hope no one else ever has to go through it as this type of situion is frustrating and confusing.

Came in to see if I had any options to get out of a negative equity situation with a current truck and see what they had inventory wise. Dealt with Martin Frazee and Thomas Rodney and Chris Wright. I was there for about 5 hours which was a bit long, but I found a great deal on a used Toyota, got the financing I wanted and a warranty which they honored after I discovered a problem upon leaving with the truck. They worked to resolved the problem and I love my new truck.

The whole purchase was a headache. Got a quote on my trade in thousands less with one manager than another. Tried to sell me my truck for $2,000 more than advertised on the website?Purchased extended warranty, vip service, dent coverage and key replacement. Had first oil change performed inwhich took 3hrs. I was on time for my schedule at 7:45am. Didn't leave until 11:00am. They performed a thorough inspection of my truck unannounced to me. I saw the tech yanking and pulling on my wheel hubs with the tires off?I asked what he was doing and they said it was normal procedure to check for upper control arm damage? Long story shortened, I left with my wheels badly out of alignment. They said I must have hit a bump really hard and I was at fault? I pulled in and they were fine. I left and had immediate issues. Also had a spare key made. Once that was finished I got home to realize later that evening that my key fob no longer works? I had a 3 hour oil change, wheels yanked out of alignment and a worthless key fob all inwhich were in perfect working order as I pulled into the bay. All around terrible experience. Would absolutely not recommend.

I went to look at a 2011 Silverado that I talked to a sales person about(Gina Mcdougal). Two days passed before I got a chance to stop into the dealership and the truck had been sold, oh well. Gina offered to bring around a 2011 f150 that had just come in and was just finishing getting detailed. (The seats were still damp from shampooing). It turned out to be a really sharp, clean truck and decided to make a deal. Brandon Haywood and Gina worked to get me a good deal and I drove off a happy buyer. I noticed the next morning a panel on the rear slider window was spidered, I had not noticed it when looking the truck over due to the dark tint. I called Gina and took the truck back for them to look at and they went out of their way to make it right. As of this writing I have an appointment to get a new rear window installed with no hassles whatsoever. The whole process from first meeting with Gina, who was very knowledgeable, to closing the deal to dealing with the window problem was first rate and the whole team was very professional. The wife bought a 2013 jeep from Ricart a month before that, and was treated very well so that was what made me give them a try when I needed another truck., don't be in a hurry, be clear as to what you want and your limitations and you will have a great buying experience with these folks.

Brady Lonsway was the BEST used car saleman I have ever dealt with.........EVER!!! His attention to detail and kindness went above and beyond the call of duty! I would buy from him time and time again. I tried for over a week to talk to people on the phone from Ricart about this van. I guess they thought I wasn't serious as I was coming from Texas to pick it up, and I couldn't make any progress for a deal with either of the other men I spoke with. One of them was even a sales manager there!!!! I tried one last time and thankfully Brady answered the phone and was there to help me through to completion. He rates 100 Stars in my book and I pray much success in his endeavors, what ever he chooses to do in life!!!! Over the course of our car buying years, my husband and I had visited Ricart twice without much success. They either didn't have the vehicle we wanted or the price we wanted to pay. And on one occasion many years ago, we felt utterly insulted by the trade in value they offered for the vehicle we had at the time.Things have apparently changed for the better! Several weeks ago we hesitantly visited, looking for a late model GMC Terrain. Our sales person Courtney Scholl was fabulous! She was funny, patient, low pressure, AND she braved the cold temps with us without complaint. They had several Terrains to choose from, but we couldn't find the Terrain in a 6 cyl and SLT package for the cash price we needed to work within. Courtney called the day after our visit, with no sales pitch, but just to say 'thank you' and 'keep me in mind'. We continued our search at other dealerships with no success. One week later, we got another call from Courtney, again just to say 'hello' and 'don't forget about me'. We happened to be in the area exhaustingly looking at cars, and decided to go see Courtney again.Lo and behold, they had just gotten a Terrain in 3 days prior. It was exactly the car we were looking for....color, engine, package, mileage, EVERYTHING. We made Brandon Haywood (Courtney's sales manager) an offer which he immediately accepted! James Burns made quick and friendly work of the paper trail. Everybody was super friendly. My husband and I just looked at each other and said "That was the most comfortable car buying experience we've ever had"Courtney quickly washed the car, filled it up with gas......and off we went. We are Very happy and we LOVE our car!!!!

I saw a t.v. aid, it said bring in 2 pay stubs and you get approved and no money down. I was not offered anything, no lease, no other options. They just told me if I had $2,000 to put down they could help me. After they didn't listen to the fact the my husband didn't want to be on the title. We were trying to do this with it being only under my name. Being a female and also I guess not falling under other requirements false aid....... is all I'm saying.

We are very satisfied with our experience, Ryan Wood was our salesperson. He was so patience with us. Never pushy or trying to put us over the limited we set. We didn't know if we wanted a car or SUV, he showed us many in the rain until we we found the Dodge Citadel. It was everything we were looking for. Our car was destroyed in an accident. We decided on the make, model and trim package and how much to spend on a replacement. We started our search at RICART USED CAR FACTORY then on to other dealers who advertised our selection. We could have saved time and gas, because we found the best deal at RICART'S.

Had to get a new/used SUV for my wife. This is our 3rd purchase from Ricart and we have always been happy all around, from the Saleman to the service department. We did a bit of Internet shopping and even test drove at another dealer, it's hard or almost impossible to beat pricing and customer service at Ricart. Having the Motortrend guarantee is a great feeling when buying used, they stand by their vehicles!!!

My jeep was wet in the front driver side and back driver side which caused temporary electrical problems, Bradley Moss had leaking area located and sealed interior dried out and everything is back to normal, didn't stay around so they took me home and brought me back when everything was done(love the shuttle drivers they're nice) good experience every time I have to go there.

Tanner was the worst "salesperson" I have ever worked with. He turned an easy deal for a used FIAT 500 into a slimy one to nailed down poor credit financing with a Chevy Impala. I wasted a month with these clowns and am writing detailed reviews on just how slimy, unprofessional, and unconcerned they are when they F*&^ something up, like my easy deal.I complained to their complaint person, "LYNN." I guess she didn't quite grasp how pissed off I am and said "well maybe Brady (new sales guy) could fix it. What an idiot. I wasted a month in preparations and three hours at the ratty dealership to be told the original idiot, TANNER put the wrong model in for financing. There are a lot of details I have put out on other complaint sites.Trust me people, this dealership is beset by slimy, indifferent sales people who don't return phone calls, emails, etc. When questioned or confronted they slime around for an easy answer and blame each other while the potential customer waits and is taken for grated.RICART SUCKS!!! Right down to the complaint area. I wouldn't go back to them if they GAVE me a car. I mean EVERY word.

So I bought a 2011 Kia Sorento back in October 2015. About three weeks into driving this vehicle, it started to die on me anytime I would go to statrt it. One night im with my family and we went out to eat and after we was done we went to leave but needed a jump. So after having the car for 6 weeks I had it in the shop. Ricart told me it was the battery and they tested the alternator and started and those were good. So about 4 weeks later I was going 50mph on the rd and my car lights inside ,battery, oil, lights so on kept flashing and the screen also was flashing and then went just black and then the car shut down and breaks locked up. At this moment I was just happy i didnt wreck with my family inside the vehicle. So it took five different jumps from a mile away to my house. On Jan 11th I had the Kia Sorento towed to Ricart because it wouldnt start. Later I was contacted by service who stated the Kia needed a new alternator!!!! Wasnt that just checked to see if it was bad a month before? Then they go on to tell me that I needed new tires and a alignment because i was complianing of the wheel shaking while driving and it pulling to the right really bad. Ricart told me they will not give me new tires nor aline it because i have drove 3000 mile on the vehicle. Well how does 3000 miles cause bad tires and for the car to pull right which it started a few weeks after having it but got worse? I figured my car already being in the shop twice ricart would be fine helping a new coustomer with future buys. Btw isnt there a commercial where ricart is burning tires wasting them saying theres plenty of tires in used cars , but theres nothing they can do for a customer who just spent 28000 dollars on a car that has crappy tires after 3 months ?

I have to say dealing with car salesmen for me is like dealing with the dentist or like dealing politicians. I anticipate their lies and horrible humor before they even open their mouth; this time my experience was different. Tam a 6'5 gentleman comes running out into the blistering cold as I am driving around the lot and attempts to stop my car. Well we try to shooo him away he successfully stops us and greets us. He immediately understands and receives my sarcasm with a smile and I am sold. I would buy every car in the future from him. I hope no matter what dealership he is at he will let me know. If it would have been the second person that greeted me i would not have stayed to buy the car! He made this sale worth the drive! Thanks Tam!!!!

After spending many hours searching online at various dealerships and websites, we finally spotted a car that had everything we were looking for and it was at Ricart. The day we chose to go looking in person was a dreary rainy day. We had never been to Ricart before and were surprised to find that the Ricart dealership is almost it's own town. We didn't know where to go, so our plan was to just drive around the lot window shopping from our car. Luckily for us, Roy Duffy braved the elements, tracked us down, and guided us on the best car buying experience we have ever had. Unfortunately, the car we saw online just came in and was being serviced so we did not get to look at it. Roy did not let us get discouraged though. Always courteous, friendly, and professional, Roy sat and talked with us to get a better feel for what we were looking for and everything we wanted in our next vehicle. He provided us with an umbrella (nothing for himself in typical Marine fashion) and guided us around the lot. He showed us various vehicles, but only those that interested us and never tried to push something on us that we didn't want or was more than we wanted to spend. When it was all said and done we ended up going with a Ford Focus. A vehicle that we had kind of looked at but wasn't really on our radar. So far it has exceeded our expectations and so much more!! All thanks to Roy!! And to top it off, we were able to go through all the necessary paperwork, purchase the vehicle, and make it home in time to watch our New Orleans Saints play!! We really can't fully express our gratitude and joy we received by spending just a few hours with Roy and getting the right car for us!!!When the time comes to purchase a new vehicle, most people dread the entire car buying experience. We were no exception to this. We had put off getting a different vehicle just about as long as humanly possible. Luckily for us we decided to go to Ricart and got Roy as our sales associate!! My sales person, Dustin Saum, helped quickly narrow down the available vehicles in my price range, and the whole process was very quick. Dustin was friendly, knowledgeable, and did not pressure me at all, which is very important. Pressuring people when they are spending a lot of money is unacceptable, and quite frankly what I have experienced in other dealerships. Best situation possible. Drove there because of wide selection of cars I wanted to test drive. Richard Bailey was very patient with me as I tried several different cars. I fell in love with a Honda Crosstour. Richard and his manager Brandon Haywood did everything they could to help turn my heap into a Honda. Chris Wright was extremely helpful in explaining everything once I decided to make the purchase and making sure I understood my benefits and extended warranty options. I had a great experience at Ricart. Gina was very helpful. The first time we came to the dealership Gina showed us a few option but we didn't quite see what we wanted. Gina promised us that she would do some research based on what we what and look through their inventory for us. Man did she deliver! When we came back the second time she had several cars picked out with all the specs we asked for. She went as far as picking a few things that weren't on our want list just for comparison. She went over the top for us and thanks her we are now driving a Beautiful Ford Fusion.

To clarify, I know the car industry and therefore do not like going to lots to purchase. I am a tell it like it is person and Gina is as close to a non-BS salesperson as you will find. I drove 120 miles for the right truck...twice. She understands that most buyers do not want the games and when looking at a used vehicle, they want a reliable vehicle at a fair price. I would highly recommend calling Gina if you are in the market. She will do her best to put you in the right vehicle. As for the management.....I guess it is wishful thinking that used car managers would ever change. Do anything for a dollar, which is their job so we are stuck dealing with the same old cluster-mess that is used car management.Yes, I would buy another car from Gina.

We drove from Cleveland last night to Ricart Used Auto Factory since my son saw several trucks that he wanted to test drive. When we walked in, we told them up front that we would be leaving with a vehicle, and the women we dealt with was great. After three hours, multiple test drives, we were told that our interest rate would be 5-8% with both of us being co-signers. My son is a young car buyer (and his score was low 600's) and they told me my score was slightly over 800. Supposedly his low 600 score was pulling up the interest rate by 2-4%. Tonight we bought a similar truck at a different dealership - at 3% interest with both of us co-signing- and my credit score magically went up by 33 points overnight.Right before we went in, I told my son that Ricart would mark us as "suckers" - a female and a young car-buyer. Who are the suckers now?

Back in May 2015 I hit a deer on the freeway and totaled my car. I had to go through all the paperwork that is involved with that. While that was going on I was car shopping. I stopped at Ricart and Greg was the one to greet me. I told him the situation and he was super nice about it. I was starting from ground 0. He helped me find the cars that best fit my needs (great fuel economy, spacious without being too big, affordable, great features, etc). I didn't drive off the lot with a car that day but Greg kept me up to date with cars in my budget and met my criteria. Finally the paperwork went trough and I was able to actually purchase a car so I called Greg (who if he misses your call calls you right back) and I went down and browsed the lot and he showed me my car I have now. I was concerned with 1 thing about it so he had the mechanics double check it and I came back the next day and bought the car. That was by far the best and nicest car shopping experience I have ever had! Greg didn't just do what he had to to get the sale, he went above and beyond. He took me seriously (as a 22 year old car shopping its rare) and explained any question I had in detail to be sure I understood.I would recommend Ricart and Greg any day!

Our family finally made the decision to get a new to get a new car (new to us anyway). The Used Car Factory gave us a top notch experience. The staff was knowledgeable but not pushy and was real honest with us about what we should look for with our budget and credit. It was an overall amazing, comfortable experience and I recommend this place to anyone looking for the triple threat of deal, fair financing, and honest sales staff. I have to give a shout out to Timothy Park, the product specialist that was able to highlight features of every car we had interest in without being overly pushy, or over selling anything in a way that would be fake. Definitely look for him if you swing by!!! Then head on over to Shawn, he's the numbers guy and is an all around straight shooter, he works with you to get you into financing and is honest about what you should be looking for... I had a good sales person, helped me find the car I wanted and in my price range, it was in good shape and I don't regret the purchase. He told us about the safety features, showed us the engine and how to check all the fluid levels (which we already knew, but was appreciative that he knew that was an important thing to share instead of just bull shooting about the exterior and interior physical features of the car), and had us go on the highway for a test drive to really get it moving and get a feeling for the car at higher speeds. Even though Chase was great, I had the opposite experience with the finance department. Beware! I was given a crazy interest rate, which the bank later corrected (lowered by almost 2%), he was trying to sell my mom and I a warranty without telling us the price, etc. My overall experience was good, but the financing has been a nightmare.

When I first entered the dealership in my 97 Toyota Corolla, I had never been through the car shopping experience. I had learned to drive on the Corolla, and I was not thrilled about taking on a car payment after so long without one.Entering the dealership, I met Roy who discussed my wants inventory. I knew going in price range and mileage, which online lead me to 3 possible styles to test drive. Through talking with Roy, I was able to narrow down more of my wants. Afterwards, he showed me the 3 cars and added a few more within my price range. Of those cars, I test drove 3 cars on the track. I walked out that day torn between two cars, but Roy did not pressure me at all. The next day, we returned and drove both cars on a road test. From there, I knew it was the 2014 Kia Soul. Throughout the whole experience, Roy was so positive, patient, and professional. I was excited about the bells and whistles (I am now a hands-free driver with my built in call connection), but my husband loved the Motor Trend warranty that came with the car: all wiring, fuses, brakes, tires, etc. were replaced in this car before it became for sale through Ricart. We still kept the 97 Toyota Corolla thinking we would use it on the weekends to keep the mileage down on the Kia, but after driving the Kia for a few weeks, it is hard to go back!

I did not expect to buy going into the dealership, however the sales staff, particularly Scott Doe were very helpful in assisting me in finding a vehicle that fit my needs and my budget. I want to express my appreciation for the buying experience I just had with Chase Butcher. We spent a couple of hours walking the lots looking at vehicles that met my requirements. At no time was I pressured to buy what he or the dealership was pushing. After not finding exactly what I wanted, I told him of a vehicle that I saw online. We went inside and found it on the computer. It was in another lot, because it was just released for sale. We didn't have the means to pay for that day so we agreed to return the next day. When we got home, I got online to review more details about the car and found that the online price was less than what was listed on the window. The next day I called Chase and told him what I had found and he said no problem, they would honor the lower price. The next day it took less than 10 minutes to refinance at the lower price. I gained much respect for Ricart and used car salesman like Chase. I will refer friends to them !

I had a great experience here. Rick Milligan was very patient, very helpful, soft spoken and was not pushy. He gave great advice and did not try to persuade my decision. Very satisfied with my experience between Rick and the store manager (unsure of his name). I highly recommend this dealership and am very satisfied with the help Rick gave.However, Michelle Hamilton, the financial advisor, was AWFUL. She was loud, basically screaming the details of extra insurance plans at myself and my father. Not only did we wait TWO HOURS to see this lady and sign the final papers, but she would not take no for an answer when we wanted to decline the added insurance package. She pushed, pushed, pushed, talked very fast, and failed to mention there was a $100 deductible. My dad initially agreed upon the insurance package, since it would be an extra 10-15 a month, but when signing the final paper, she then told us there was a $100 deductible. At that, we both said no. Her response was the following "i've spent 20 minutes explaining this to you people and NOW you want to say no? we have wasted this time now because your father doesnt want to protect you." The car only has 6000 miles and has a dealer warranty for 100,000 miles. I will still be protected, just not for extra stuff like the power windows breaking or my blue tooth breaking, etc, stuff along those lines.While signing the paperwork after this incident, every signature she added "now initial her, saying that you dont want to be protected according to your father's decision."I am 28 years old and my dad went with me so i wouldnt be talked into BS insurance. Also, her phone went off about 6 times while we were signing paperwork. It did not vibrate, it rang on the loudest ringtone, and she answered every single call. I was very offended. She proceeded to say "Jesus Crimany" which is highly offensive to me as i do not like when people say "Jesus" in any other way than a prayer. I had a great experience other than my time with Michelle Hamilton. Loud, boisterous, pushy, extremely RUDE. when someone says NO to extra insurance, that means NO. it does not mean give us dirty looks and question our answer and talk down upon us. RUDE!!! I am not rating my experience here because Rick would get 5 stars across the board and Michelle Hamilton would get 0 across the board.

I went to browse and possibly trade in my 04 Nissan Maxima. The salesman was nice, and the vehicle selection and test driving process was very smooth. They took my Nissan and appraised it. Now, mind you, before we even went to look at the cars, I told the salesman what my price range was for my monthly payments in line with the pricing of the vehicle. He agreed. So he takes me through the entire process which was several hours, and then he brings me the "numbers". As soon as I saw the paper, I was likr "uh-uh." It was insane! I don't have perfect credit, but it's not bad either. When I did the math on the lowest payment option for the six year term, they had me paying 10,000 above the actual price of the car! Crazy right!?Taxes and interest did not tack an additional 10,000 onto the price, so I'm wondering where did the rest of these charges come from! The salesman didn't have any answers to that. Then, they were only offering me 1000 on my trade-in, which was also not gonna happen, seeing as though two days before Jeff Wyler Chevrolet had appraised it, and were going to give me almost 2500 for it. Had I been an inexperienced car buyer, I may have smiled throughout the entire process, all the while being ripped off, but thannkfully this was not my first rodeo. The salesman used all of the usual tactics "you like the car right? you like me, don't you? It's just another dollar day" The same kind of pressure and guilt tactics that you find in a psychologically abusive relationship. My answer was, "not that much". I don't like anyone enough to pay 10,000 above market price! Word of advice, do all of your numbers before you go, because they will try to get over on you, and they do it with such good nature and mock sincerity, you'd barely even notice. In the end, I can't say that it was a waste of time, because now I don't ever have to be curious about the place again. Ive been there, and it was not a good experience.

I was looking for a used car. When doing the search for a car we treated very good and everything went well, Brandon Bryrd was very nice and very friendly. After finding a car I liked he told me, that had just been traded in on Saturday, and this was the following Monday. He said the car had nothing much done to it yet. He said it would look like new when it was done. What we did see is that it had a damaged fender, a cracked windshield and the wheels were pretty chewed up. There were places that needed touched up and straighten out in different places on the car. They keep telling me to remember the car hadn't had anything done to it yet, and if I wanted the car, they would make sure, it looked brand new if I bought it that day. I was hesitant to purchase the car before they had made the repairs that needed done to it. I told them that I was uncomfortable signing papers until then. I was promised that if I went a head and purchased it that day, that they would make sure they car looked brand new. Trusting them, finally I did purchase the car that day. When I returned to pick it up, Some things looked very good, and some of the things we had talked about were still over looked. I showed them the things not done, and we waited until they touched them up. I then took the car home, but while driving it home, the weather stripping, where they told the windshield out literally came falling down. When we got the car home, my husband and I seen right away that underneath the back bumper there was damage. That made me sick. But, I consoled myself with the promises they had made and didn't think it would be a big deal. Also the temp gage for weather temp was reading 122 degrees. Not to mention the floor matts that matched the car that we seen when we drove it (because we opened the trunk) we gone. I let them know all those things that day. I was told to bring the car back, and the minor things would be repaired and they would then, evaluate the damage for repair. I told them that, that I would have never bought the car in that condition and I was upset. So Steve told me to call Brandon. When I talked to Brandon on the phone about the damage he eluded that Service would take a look at it, and make the decision about the damage. When I took my car to Service, they were very professional, and treated us great. I got a call the next day from the service manager Emily Elliott, with an update on my car. She said they were fixing the other problems, but when she talked to Brandon Byrd, my salesman and Steve Holsinger they told her no they were not fixing the damage on the rear bumper. I was shocked. I told her, I was confused, because I got the impression that she would make that decision. She said that was not her call, and she was sorry I was lead to believe that. She also added that she had looked at the car, and could understood my concern, because she could clearly see the damage. She was very nice, and went out of her way to try to get things done right on my car. At this point, I could clearly see I was being given the run-around. Before returning to pick up my car, I tried one more time, calling Brandon and asking him about fixing the damage, and again expressing that this was the very reason, I did not want to buy the car before making sure everything was right, because I was afraid I would be treated this way. Not only did he tell me no again, but he insulted me by insinuating I could have done the damage myself. So now, I have a car I have to have repaired myself. I am not saying anything bad about the dealership, but I really feel that once I made the purchase, I didn't really matter anymore to the sales people they had no problem breaking their promises once the deal was done.

Chris Chambers was an outstanding asset to us purchasing a car. He was not only patient and kind but extremely knowledgable and worked with us on everything. I plan on coming back to purchase another vehicle from him specifically because of how kind and patient he was with us and our toddler and how much time he took explaining our every question. If it were not for him we probably would not have purchased another vehicle at this time. But he really was, and has been, absolutely outstanding throughout this process. Some of our questions and problems with the dealership have not been the most pleasant but Chris has helped us whenever he could to help us better understand what was going on. The dealership itself has not been a pleasant experience with this car. Making me regret the purchase on more than one occasion. The only reason I am looking on the bright side and telling people of my "positive experience" is because of how much information and effort Chris has put forth.

Horrible experience, I as well agree a yelp one star rating is too high. Purchased a 2013 Nissan approximately 14 days ago. Thought I had made it clear exactly what I did and did not want. Based on previously poor experience with a specific transmission, I was upfront and explained I did not want this specific transmission. I was assured that the Nissan did not have this transmission, me to salesman " Does this car have the ---transmission?" Salesman, "No". I should of done my own research and I agree, even though I was lied to , I must accept partial responsibility for ending up with a car with the transmission I specifically stated I did not want. it is a shame we are forced to NOT rely on statements and or answers to specific questions, made in transaction for such high dollar items. Poor experience with the high pressure sales tactic on the extended warranty and word of advise to all those out there shopping for a car and who might be interested in purchasing the extended warranty , if you hold out, they will reduce the price. Of course they say "at cost" like they are doing you some sort of favor. And do not expect service with a smile and there will be some poor attitude but then again if you have the same experience I have had , your not coming back anyway. Back to transmission issue, first I tried to ignore the transmission and resulting driving experience thinking maybe I can just drive it for now and trade it off more sooner than later. Finally I let the salesman know, I am not happy with this car, want to trade it off , I understand there will be some cost for this. I return to the dealership. Who are more than willing to help and I was thinking may since I misled with a straight forward lie they would be at least a little helpful, however it appears I will need to take a 2300 loss on the trade in (14 days), pay all document fees again, pay the taxes (which I understand) and my interest rate now is higher because I don't have a large 8k cash down payment because I already used that on the car I did not want. So I find a lower price car and my payment goes up $50+/-. I could agree to everything but the big hit on the car trade in was somewhat unfair. It appears I am the only one taking any responsibility here for his lies. Their reasoning- it would not be "good" business (salesman's words) practice to take the car back at closer to what I paid 14 days earlier. So I guess the definition of "good" business practice is ' sorry you should of caught us lying before you left the lot." Never, never, never again, Any place but here. Buyer beware. Elizabeth E

I bought my 2012 Dodge Ram Laramie from this dealership. The salesman was Roy Duffy. Roy was very knowledgeable, friendly, and took excellent care of me, and made the car shipping experience awesome! I would recommend anyone looking to buy to go through Ricart. Roy Duffy is an excellent salesman, and was easy to work with. Our initial salesman Brian Kimball was fantastic and was unafraid to be honest about certain key elements of different cars I was interested in regardless of price tag. The integrity shown by Brian made me confident that I had chosen the right vehicle.Negotiating the price with Steve Holsinger is where the experience went from unexpectedly good to expectedly shady. I asked them if they could come down on the sticker price and they said they'd take the price down $2,500. The sticker price was almost 3 grand more than the price it was listed for on the internet, so the price they came back with(their "guaranteed lowest price") was still $250 more than the online price. This would lead one to believe that they take advantage of buyers who aren't internet savvy. When I showed them the online price was lower Steve came back apologizing but at that point the trust was gone. I wanted the car so I took it at the online price and went to finance.There I met Michelle who was easy enough to say no to, but also seemed condescending at times and awkwardly excitable. Maybe she's new? I will say that once I decided on the car I was in and out fairly quickly which is was plus, but other than that and Brian it was a typical car buying experience.

Gina was very knowledgable and able to answer any questions I had when comparing different vehicle make and models. She was patient and understanding enough to allow me to choose which cars to see and drive (I admit, I'm quite particular). After the one I test drove didn't quite fit the features I needed, Gina came up with a list of other vehicles in my price range to consider and kept a watch on some similar models that were at the dealership, but not yet priced in the inventory. Although I was in a bit of a hurry, and didn't end up buying from Ricart that day, I will come back in the future and will refer any friends looking for a car to Gina for assistance.

My salesman went above and beyond. He spent all day helping me choose the right car to fit my needs. Originally only came to this location based on hours of operation. My fiance called trying to locate someone that could help me in my special situation. A gentleman answered our questions and was prompt when returning our call. Since he seemed so willing to invite us to come visit ; we drive the hour and met with him. He took time and showed us around and explained everything he could with important detail. I never felt mislead or Misguided. Since I was having a difficult time choosing he went through the pros and cons of the vihicles I was interested in. He was vet knowledgeable. Straight shooter if you would.even with a small hiccup that could have cost this company my business Greg handled my rage in a graceful manor and provided the best service a customer could ask for. In the end our salesman did an amazing job. I'm absolutely happy with my purchase. As a customer I would only return to this location because of his willingness and attitude. I had a wonderful experience over the weekend buying a car. I have been coming to the dealership for almost the last month to look at cars. I wasn't sure what car I wanted so there were many test drives and questions. Scott was very knowledgeable and patient with me through the process. My boyfriend and I had went to several other dealerships to look around and we had to keep coming back to Ricart. We felt as if Scott was really listening to what we wanted and went out of his way to help us.

Gina McDougal was outstanding. She was helpful, professional and was a pleasure to work with. She needs to get a promotion, because the other people I had to deal with in the office were not to the same level as Gina. Specifically Michelle Hamiliton. She was rude, unprofessional and almost cost you a customer. I almost got up and walked out before I signed the paperwork. Also, signing a form that we will not take legal action against your company was a bit to much for my taste. Overall typical car buying antics, with the exception of Gina. If I ever considered buying a car from you again it would be simply to work with her.

My husband and I went in with a lot of specifications that we did not foresee us going home with a new car. Our initial reason for going was research related to get us to a place where a new car was obtainable for our family budget. Our sales rep John Thornton asked what exactly we could do. We had very honest conversation over a weekend working with him. He was realistic with us that it may not be possible to get all the we needed for the price we wanted. Which made it all so sweet to swallow when he came back to us with everything we needed and asked for. When I say it's the best dealership I've ever been to, I mean it in basically every way possible. First of all, they have so much selection in one place that they basically have anything you could want already on the lot. Even if you already know exactly what Make/Model you want, they will have a ton of them to choose from.The sales experience was much better than other dealerships I've dealt with as well. They weren't pushy, they weren't in a hurry. My wife and I got to the lot around 9:30 am. It wasn't until around 1 pm that we started the process to actually buy a car, and when we did it was us that brought it up. Financing was taken care of in house and fairly quickly and the paperwork process was as painless as it could be.

I came into the Ricart Used Car Factory with very little doubt that I would purchase another car from them again given that I didn't a positive outcome from many years ago. As soon as I arrived I would greeted with a warm smile from Roy Duffey. I advised him that I did my "homework" very diligently through the internet this time and that I was looking for a specific car in mind and that he would not be able to get over on me in price this time. He was very willing to help (I had another offer from another dealer on the table at the time) and he assured me that if Ricart had the vehicle he will definitely undercut their price. Low and behold they had a car specific to my needs and not only did he deliver he undercut even the blue book value. Roy was on his "A Game" this day and made everything possible. The perks that I received with this "Certified Used Car" is superior to any dealer I have had previous dealings with. We are about a month in and I have no complaints at this time. I have been wanting to purchase a minivan for quite some time. I visited several other dealerships after finding vehicles online only to find they were gone or be greeted by pressing staff or not greeted at all. We decided to come to Ricart after reccomendations of family. We were immediately greeted by Nathan "Turk" Turkovich, who was very helpful showing us many vehicles and leading me to the perfect minivan with just the right features and price. We test drove the 2012 Kia Sedona. It was perfect! Qualifying and purchasing was easier than I thought as well! We had options and we had help which made a big difference. The only issue I had was that engine light came on 2 days later which made me nervous but luckily we found out that the dealer accidently forgot to screw the gas cap on before shutting the door. Lol. So no big deal, I had to go back to find this out but its ok, van runs great! I will definitely consider Ricart and Nathan with my next vehicle purchase and reccomended him to my friend who plans to purchase a minivan in near future.

I was unfortunately forced into a new car situation and had to make a quick decision. Located a car at Ricart via a Google search and made my trip there on a late Saturday afternoon. I was greeted at the door by John Thornton who instantly felt like a friend. He was courteous and personable never pushing anything on my. I showed him the exact car I wanted and he quickly located it. I fell in love with this car instantly and said "this car will be mine"! Had a very good experience in getting a replacement for my 'time to go' vehicle. I met Rick Milligan as I was browsing the used section . He was very helpful and easy going and helped get the vehicle that suited me. Very happy with the results! Test drives were no problem, as having a "test track" on site was very convenient, and helped in deciding between the last two cars I was looking at. There were several people in the process, even a 'Door (person)', and an overall nice facility, including a Subway on site so I could take a break from car-shopping (and not have to travel 5mi. for lunch...). Way to go Ricart Team!

My experience with Ricart Used Car Factory was fantastic. We visited the dealer on a Thursday night and we were honestly pretty amazed at the size of the facility and the amount of vehicles. We were set up with Roy Duffey, who talked with us about price range and what I was looking for in a car and then we went out to the lot to look at a few of the vehicles I was interested in. I ended up finding what I was looking for pretty quickly. We were able to quickly negotiate a price and walked out the door with the keys in my hand that evening. Roy was a great salesman, he gave us his personal number and told us we could call him regarding any issues with the vehicle. After I noticed a small chip in the windshield the day after I bought the car, I contacted Roy, and Roy (and Ricart) took care of the chip repair on their dime, which was greatly appreciated. Overall excellent experience and I fully intend on returning to Ricart in the future.

we searched on the internet for a 2014 f150.black found the one we wanted at ricart. told johhny we were coming and wanted the vehicle. he called us 3 times before noon asking if we were sure we wanted it because he didn't want to be "jacked around". told him we would be there 8:30 the next morning. we drove up the evening before. An hour before we reached the dealership we received a phone call that the truck was possibly sold!!! get to the dealership and there are 2 other people in front of us for the truck!!!! they now tell us they are a no hold dealership. after securing financing, driving 3 hours and staying at a motel..no truck. worst dealership i have dealt with in 40 years. . #1 ricart my att. Thank you johnny Carlson and steve holsinger for nothing.

Worked with Brad on closing a deal on a ford fusion hybrid but we could not close. The car had a lot of maintenance work (new tires all around and back rotors/brakes) that would be needed in the next few months. I gave them a decent offer yet the sales manager would not budge on the price. Two days later, the cost of the car was reduced to less than my offer. My wife and I decided on a new accord hybrid instead of going the used route. Brad gets an A+ for his customer service but the sales manager did not help at all in trying to close the deal.

I went to Ricart because I knew how much I wanted to pay but didn't have a specific car in mind. I knew I'd have the opportunity to view many different vehicles. THAT mission was accomplished.When I arrived, I had a few cars in mind, picked the car that I wanted, test drove it, and decided I'd take it. I'd already done my research based on their website and knew that my car was Hyundai Certified. We decide very quickly to purchase the car, had a GREAT experience with our sales person Brady Lonsway. In fact we'd seen him several times while we were just looking and he'd always been very helpful. Had a GREAT experience with Chris Wright who helped us with the only thing I care about in my car, a sunroof. Got to the closing table with Ron, and he informs us that my car is not Hyundai certified. I present him with all of the proof that I have that says it should be, including their website, the Carfax, etc. He tries to sell me an extended warranty. NO. I want the Hyundai Warranty. So, we walk away from the closing table. Brady and Chris come running to find out what's wrong and we tell them. We ask to speak to a manager. Which is where it went wrong. Over waddles Ron, who basically says he doesn't care what is advertised, and tells us to go home. I am FUMING. So I go home, continue to shop, find that the Hyundai website says the car is certified. We go back the next day with that evidence. Long story short, they only offer their (less inclusive, and probably higher margin) MotorTrend certification and will Hyundai certify my car for an additional $600. We agree, because we see the value, but my gut tells me this ain't over.A few weeks later, because of my gut instinct, I call Hyundai, and they have no record of my car being certified. Same story every week I call, for about 3 months. Finally, I get in touch with Jeremy, the service manager, who did an EXCELLENT job of ensuring that the proper paperwork (which, of course, had NOT been filed) got filed with Hyundai.So, yes, my problems were resolved in the end. But my feelings, which I expressed at the dealership, is that it is THEIR job, not mine, to make sure that their advertising is correct, that the paperwork is completed, and frankly, to make sure I am happy. So, I hesitate to have my car serviced there, and frankly, unless I'm willing to put in the time and money for another fight, I'm not likely to purchase there again either.

Our search for an Expedition EL took several months of searching on line and thru local dealers. We found one at Ricaart and contacted them by e-mail. Gina responded the next morning by phone. Since it was an hour plus drive to go look at the vehicle we wanted to make sure it was what we wanted and not waste out time or theirs. We gave her a list of our requirements and she took the time to personally go look the vehicle over and answer all our questions. We then made a trip to Columbus, met Gina and went over the vehicle. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, not pushy at all. We were given plenty of time to test drive on various road conditions and it was raining. which was good. Wrapping up the purchase was easy. I did ask for a second detailing and Gina personally saw to it that it was a detailed job. We gave them a couple extra days to get it done so it would not be a rush job. Thanks for a good experience.

Abdoulaye took his time driving us around the lot, he was very professional and informative. Brandon thoroughly explained all of our financing options and assured us that we would get the lowest interest rate available to us. Chris, went over the Car-Fax report then explained all of the optional protection programs offered. Michelle, went over the sales agreement ,financial agreement and payment term options. Everyone was fun to work with, paid lots of attention to the details, completely honest and totally concerned with making our experience memorable. We left Ricart Used Cars with a freshly truck we love, freshly washed and a full tank of gas! All in all this was an enjoyable, no pressure buying experience.

I was told that they could make my monthly payment offer and had to wait over an hour in the dealership until I found out they couldn't. They couldn't drop a 6yr old car price at all and wouldn't work with me whatsoever. Big waste of time. Don't believe anything they say you'll end up loosing an hour of your life you'll never get back. I rated the friendly section 2 stars because the guy was was honest and nice at first.

I HAVE TO SAY MY BUYING EXPERIENCE ON TUESDAY AT YOUR PLACE WAS THE WORST ONE I HAVE EVER HAD.MY HUSBAND BOUGHT A CAR THERE BEFORE AND HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE.I WAS TOLD TO COME UP THERE FROM SENECAVILLE,OH .I GET THERE NOTHING HAD BEEN RUN THRU YET.CANT GET A NEW CAR WITHOUT A 645 A MONTH PAYMENT I GET SENT TO USED THEY LEFT ME SITTING FOR AWHILE THEN SENT ME TO ANDREW OVER IN THE MAZDA PART.HE DID A GOOD JOB BUT BECAUSE I NEEDED A AWD OR 4X4 I GOT TO CHOOSE FROM 1 CAR.SPENT 7 HOURS THERE .THE NEXT MORNING MY HUSBAND OPENS & CLOSES DRIVER SIDE DOOR THE BOTTOM PART ALMOST FALLS OFF.I CALL AND LEAVE NUMEROUS MESSAGES .NO RETURN CALLS .ON THURSDAY FINALLY GET TO TALK TO ANDREW HE SAYS I WILL TALK TO MANAGER AND CALL YOU BACK.MY HUSBAND TALKS TO RICK AFTER BEING TOLD CAR IS TOO OLD FOR IT TO BE TAKEN CARE OF .ATLEAST I WILL GET THE WARRANY INFO THAT I WAS NOT GIVEN AT TIME OF PURCHASE.WAS NOT EVEN GIVEN THE NAME OF THE COMPANY.I AM GOING NOTIFY BANK THAT I WANT TO RETURN CAR TO YOU SINCE IT IS FALLING APART .I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM YOU AGAIN

Rick Johnson was my salesman at Ricart Used Car and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. He was there to please me. To make sure I got the car I wanted, He did not try to push a car on me that I didn't like. I felt the whole time it was about about me. He did not once hesitate to show me a car I was looking at. And we looked at a lot of cars! Two times I picked a car thought we had made a deal and I changed my mind. A woman does that. lol He only said he was there to please me and make sure I got the car I wanted, I walked out with the car I wanted. I am very happy with the whole buying experience. Finiancing also with very smooth I would highly recommend them. I am defitnely a satisfied customer.

Our experience was overall very positive. Nathan Turkovich, sales person, was very patient and took the time to show us several cars when the car that we had seen online did not turn out to be as good as expected. I did not feel pressured in any way to purchase. He listened to my teenage daughter's opinions and took these into account also as this car is for her to drive. One of my only recommendations for change is that better qualitydetailing be done on the cars so that they are thoroughly clean for initial viewing.

We came looking for a car we found on CarFax, but it was sold. Gina helped us find a very similar model, compare options in the price range we were interested in, and hiked the newly paved lot in the heat of the summer with us. She was courteous and professional towards us and our kids, treating them like people instead of patronizing them (like we've experienced from other sales people.) We would recommend Gina to friends and family.

Ricart showed me that with patience and effort car ownership is very possible!! I had my grandparents come with me thinking that I would need a co signer because I was in the process of repairing my credit. I was so surprised when I met Andrew and we did the paperwork and I actually found out through the help of the Ricart finance department that I didn't need a co signer and that I even received bank finance. I was also able to still get the car I originally selected. Andrew was very patient during this process and was so informative. I had never had such a great experience shopping unless it was for shoes. I am so happy with the entire experience from start to finish! I love my Dodge Caliber and will return to Ricart when I am ready for another car purchase!! Thanks Andrew and the entire Ricart team

So thankful we worked with Nate Lewis...he made our experience the best. He treated us with respect, answered all of our questions and was more than patient. I dreaded going to the car dealership because I thought it was going to be very stressful and uncomfortable. It wasn't that way at all!!! Nate made the experience enjoyable and I'd recommend him to anyone looking to buy. Drew in finance was excellent also and we were thankful to work with him too.We will definitely be back to Ricart looking for Nate in a few years when we need another vehicle!

I bought a car and the next day went to my salesman with a issues. He said call Ricart Ford service on monday. Called them on Monday and told them what my car was doing and they gave me a transmission service appointment for late September. With no explanation at all. I asked if someone could just look at it. I don't want to wait until September. She said sure just bring it by. Well after my 2nd trip there I was still told that nobody could look at it again. I wasn't taking no for an answer or I wasn't leaving with a car that I got 6 days ago that there is something wrong with it. So I go to my salesman and he asked me what was wrong, he said I'm helping 2 customers right now let me get a manager for you. So he comes down and again I explain the run around and car problems the whole 6 days I have had it. I said I'm not leaving with a car that doesn't run right, that you need to put me into something else. He said well it doesn't work that way. If you want to trade in your car and purchase a brand new car, we can work with you. Well if I could have afforded a brand new car I wouldn't have went to the used car factory. So he said he would make a call to service and get someone to look at my car. So I was sent back to the service department and this is the 5th person today I have talked to. I had to explain again what the car is doing. And finally I get a partial explanation as to why I have an appointment in September. It wasn't until I did my own research did I discover that I was sold a car that Ford knew there was a transmission issue. Well Ricart is a Ford dealer. They should have known. But do you think I was told anything about this transmission issue before or during my purchase time. No and that is a scam to me. That car should have been fixed before they sold it. Or at least explained to me there is s recall on the automatic clutch system. The dealership didn't have any concerns for me as a customer that I was sold a lemon. They were just glad to get that car off the lot.

The process of buying a car is long and stressful. This time was no different. My salesman was Branson Stinson. He was newer to Ricart and needed a little assistance when answering a few questions. Some I thought should have been common knowledge for his position. Others I'm glad he received advice. He was helpful and pleasant to work with. I do think he could have made a little more effort after the sale. I called a few times without a response and would have to call back. I understand Ricart is known for volume but after you leave the lot, I would think there would be more follow ups with customers. My largest issues have come after the sale. I purchased the Pro-tech protection for my vehicle. DO NOT BUY! The plan was to have the vehicle cleaned 'thoroughly' then the Pro-tech installed. The vehicle wasn't cleaned at all. And for obvious reasons, I don't know if the Pro-tech was even put on. Then when I called about it, they were to redo it with another thorough cleaning. The cleaning was adequate but no detailing. Very disappointed for something that costs a lot of money. My vehicle also had leaking struts and a broken steering column. Both were fixed free of charge, but my vehicle was motor trend certified. So what are they checking when they certify these vehicles? Mandi in the service department has been very helpful and understanding. She has been the only positive about Ricart so far.
