Dennis Snyder's crew at Rich Ford is a great top notch and honest up front dealership. There service department is pretty good too. Crystal has real good follow up on repairs. I took my Explorer in for some warranty repairs. Crystal and her crew took great care of my vehicle while in there and had gotten the work done very quick. I was very pleased. My experience at Rich Ford in Albuquerque was an absolute shock to myself and my husband as to how EASY and TRANSPARENT the entire process ended up being. Over the span of months, I had contacted probably close to ten dealerships and started the purchase process already. Things continued to not work out so we decided to make some last minute efforts before just purchasing a vehicle online. Our greatest mistake was that Rich Ford was not our first call. I called the next morning and spoke to the sweetest person named Sabrina. Within a five minute conversation, Sabrina found us the EXACT car we were hoping to find at the lowest price with the most rebates of any dealership ANYWHERE. It was a done deal in that five minute conversation. A few phone calls and emails later the same day, and Sabrina had arranged her for amazing assistant, Lena, to drive the vehicle all the way to us 4 hours away due to myself being 8 months pregnant and my husband having a broken foot. Literally from a five minute phone call to later the same day, our dream car was sitting in the driveway and we didn’t even leave our house. Sabrina and Lena and Rich Ford are the best you will find—anywhere. This is truly not exaggerated in anyway. When it comes time for us to purchase again, Sabrina at Rich Ford will be our first call!

Worked with Cameron (Sideshow Bob) to get a new vehicle. He was amazing, dedicated, patient, and incredibly respectful in helping me find the exact vehicle I was looking for. He not only drove to another city to pick up a car I was interested in looking at without my asking, but he also came and picked me up at my home to bring me into the dealership because I had no transportation. During negotiations he was motivated to meet my needs and he answered every question. My entire experience from start to finish is exactly what one thinks of when one thinks of amazing customer service. Aaron in financing was also wonderful. Rich Ford sent an email inviting me to make a service appointment, so I did. I scheduled 20,000 mile service for my F-150 through their website. The first available time was one week out. The day before the appointment I got a text reminder. However, when I arrived at 3:25 pm for my 3:30 appointment, the service department had no record of any appointment. They asked if I wanted to wait an estimated one hour to ninety minutes in their waiting area because there were four cars ahead of me. I thought the 90-minute estimate was optimistic, and I didn't have two hours to wait around. The service technician said they don't really make service appointments, it's first come first serve. 3 weeks later I still need the service.

Brought 2015 explorer here, got it via my employers purchase plan so only negotiations was for service plans, extended warranty, etc, they totally scammed us by telling us we were getting a premium service plan ($800) and charged us for it but put it in as a basic. So now I've paid over $400.00 for 3 oil changes because once I discovered their error all they offered was a partial refund and said that's the best they can do. I would recommend going anywhere but here for a vehicle or service.

Would never buy from them again. I was lied to repeatedly about the total price of my car and warranty. My calls are never returned, once while I was getting my car fixed I was hit on by an employee. I get calls from them at my work number, which they told me they googled. Very disappointed with my experience, out lots of money.

Took my f450 in to have a fender shroud/tires replaced. Took 3 weeks! Never again! In addition, when i got it back, the windshield cracked due to leaving the windows shut in summer heat, the inside stunk, and to boot, it needs an alignment for the new tires.

Albuquerques Rich Ford Sales Manager, Bart Rice, deliberately misrepresents his contractual product offering, by his bait and switch tactics where my $500 deposit and 12/15/15 contract ordering a 2016 Ford-C-max Plug-in was intentionally delayed without notifying the client until after the fact and revised delivery date after my lease ended, where a more expensive, less desireable substitution car and leasing terms were forced on me negating our contract, and other specific stretchings of standard business ethics by Bart Rice.

We purchased a new 2013 Ford Escape from Rich Ford and have had a few mechanical issues. Last year, when the vehicle was a little over 2 years old - it began leaking oil. We took it in for repairs because it was covered by the warranty but after keeping our vehicle for a week they thought they fixed the problem but did not. So when the car started leaking oil again, we took it back for repairs - which they then kept our car for 1 month. They very nearly had to replace the entire engine to fix the leak. But they did fix it. However, here we are 6 months after that and I recently had to take my car in again because the check engine light came on. This time it took them 2 times (keeping my car for 4 days each time) to properly diagnose the problem and eventually fix it. (Replace the EGR Valve). By the way, our warranty just expired 3 weeks ago and the car only has 23,000 miles on it. So we had to pay for the diagnosis and repairs out of pocket this last time. To be honest the repair work was pretty sloppy this time and my car was returned to me with a big crack in the windshield that wasn't there when I dropped it off. The mechanics did not put all of the parts back together after the install, there were several plastic rivets missing, they spilled anti-freeze all over the left side of my car (you could visibly see it dripping down the front of my bumper). I was especially upset when I picked up my car, when I was paying, no one mentioned it to me that they cracked the windshield. No one apologized or made any notes on the repair bill. I had to call the dealership multiple times until I eventually got a hold of a manager (Julian Armijo), because my service advisor (Christine Doane) did not return my calls. Julian requested that I bring in my car so he could photograph the damage, which he then wanted to compare to video footage of what my car looked like when i brought it in, which is fair. I did have to follow up with him a couple of days later though. When I called again he said he couldn't see the crack in the windshield prior to the service being done and told me "we will just go ahead and take care of the windshield for you." He also said that he would have someone call and schedule a time for the repair, but after a week later, no one called to schedule the repairs for my windshield. I called again but this time left a message for another manager Bart White. Bart returned my call right away. Had me bring in my car, same-day and scheduled the repairs right away. Bart explained to me that over the past week they lost their primary windshield vendor and that it has taken them a while to find a new vendor. He said that Julian did follow through with his word and had approved my vehicle for the windshield replacement at no cost in their computer system, however he did not call to schedule the replacement yet because he got called out of town on business. We have had a few hiccups with the service department but, we have found that if you follow up with them they do make it right for you. My only other observation is that they do a high volume of repairs and sometimes the wait time to have the repairs completed is much longer than if you schedule an appointment with a smaller repair shop. It can take up to a week just to have your car diagnosed here, and that is a long time to be without your vehicle - if it is your primary source of travel. I would recommend you use this dealership if your are covered by your warranty - they will work with you until they fix the repairs. However, now that the our warranty is expired I may shop around for repair cost comparison before we come back here.

The Service and parts department are both top notch with extremely knowledgeable employees. We had purchased a truck from our then new salesman and someone was nice enough to have stolen it just a few months after we took her home. After clearing up that unfortunate incident we followed our salesman to Rich Ford instead the dealership we went to in the first place. "Doc" had already known what we liked and found the truck we purchased within 3 minutes of hearing our story. He set us up with a damn fine finance officer and got us from our pre approved loan from our bank with an 8.99 interest rate and was able to drop it to 5.74 at the same bank. If any if our friends and family bought cars from big dealerships like Rich Ford we would send them to Patrick "Doc" Burk. Thank you for all your help.

I would like to take a few minutes to discuss the dealership. They are top notch in all aspects, and the service department is the best Ford Service Department around! They will go above and beyond what should be expected. I left another dealership for this one and I am willing to drive from Rio Rancho to have my Ford Flex serviced! I did not even purchase my Flex from this dealer, but that does not bother them - they treat me with the "red carpet treatment!" I briefly worked with the sales department and they were courteous and helpful without being pushy. I highly recommend this dealership!!

When I decided to buy from Don Chalmers instead, they would not leave me alone. I had to become really firm not to call me again. First it was the salesperson, then it was the next person up the chain. I must have received at least 6-8 calls. It just didn't stop!Then the emails started. I unsubscribed 3-4 times, yet the emails persist. I finally had to block them. They would email me at work and my personal email. No matter how many times I would unsubscribe and change my preferences, every month it was just the same! I would not go back.

Traded in two nearly new vehicles, a 2013 Nissan Juke and Frontier and bought a 2014 Fusion and F-150. I had to fight to get the sales guy to come up to the lowest trade-in amount I could fathom accepting for BOTH vehicles and took the hit because the incentives on the Ford's were good. The Fusion's been perfect but the F-150 has had three issues in the first 45 days. A safety recall with the passenger seat airbag sensor, a driveline vibration at highway speeds and a gas gauge that's all over the place. I took my 2014 F-150 back to the dealership for a trade in appraisal after reading about the run around I was likely to experience from their service department about the driveline vibration as well as reading so many good reviews about the redesigned 2015 F-150. I was shocked that they offered me $10K less (paid $37.5K and they offered $27.5K) than what I paid just two months earlier. I purchase new vehicles every couple of years so I am well aware of a hefty drive-off depreciationbut $10K on a 4x4 I just purchased from this same dealership with only 1200 miles driven? Bottom line is if you have a vehicle you want to trade-in, sell it outright or go elsewhere because Rich Ford's policy is to low ball you big time on your trade-in and then spend 15 minutes trying to condescendingly explain how they came up with that number in order to distract you from the fact that their offer is rather laughable. To top things off, it turns out their extended warranty company (The Horizon Companies) automatically disconnects when you call their phone number and doesn't even have a web site. Really?! In this day and age? This seems awfully shady to me. Additionally, they list trucks on their web site as "Just In" when they're not due to be delivered on the lot for more than a month. How unprofessional and misleading of them! Unfortunately, Power Ford is owned by the same corporation so your best bet will be out of state where other dealerships in Denver, Amarillo, Lubbock, and Flagstaff know how to treat customers in order to gain genuine long-lived customer loyalty. Stay clear of cheap and greedy Rich Ford and Power Ford! Heck, try Don Chalmers for that matter although I suspect they're similar since their competition is sub-par. I was born and raised in ABQ and after living in other western states for a few years and experiencing what customer service can and should be like, I've learned that customer service as a whole in ABQ and NM is dismal at best. Go outside of NM and you'll be pleasantly surprised at the level of service you receive.Took the 2014 F-150 in to the Rich Ford Service Dept.with 1100 miles on it and the bad service continued. I took the vehicle in on a Friday at noon and the service adviser called me a couple of hours later to say they were backed up and needed to keep the vehicle until Saturday. I said fine but when Saturday afternoon rolled around and I heard nothing, I called the service department. The adviser that answered had no clue and said he'd check on it and call me back. Two hours later, nothing heard. I then called the adviser I dealt with in person on Friday and he said he was off but the guys working would call me back. Eventually he called back to tell me they'd need the truck until Monday. Ugh. I said fine and that I'm now eligible for a rental vehicle and he said Enterprise just closed. Of course they did. I called back Monday morning to find out the status of the vehicle and learned they really didn't do a thing to the vehicle until Monday morning and the technician said he couldn't duplicate the problems and that it checked out fine. I asked "how about the safety recall fix"?. "Oh, we'll get that taken care of today." What!? You've had my brand new vehicle for 4 days and didn't fix the factory safety recall issue yet? Wow. And Ford can't understand why soooo many people out there are skeptical of buying a Ford. This is exactly why! It's called INITIAL QUALITY!!!!! A brand new vehicle with three issues in the first 45 days and a service department that's incompetent to boot. I'll be going back to Toyota for life after this experience. I don't care how nice Ford vehicles drive. In fact, I just learned that Ford extended the powertrain warranty on our 2014 Fusion because of transmission fluid can leak onto the automatic clutch causing shuddering at highway speeds. Seriously FORD?

I used the QuickLane to get a brake light replaced (for a very reasonable price!) and a simple tire pressure check. The customer service was outstanding, as always, and the work took about 40 minutes to complete which is awesome considering how busy they were. I just started going to Rich Ford because I inherited a 2012 Focus and they are the only ones I trust with fixing it and/or maintaining it. I have only been three times for simple maintenance, and each time I am amazed at the friendliness, cleanliness, concern for the customers' comfort, and satisfaction that I experience each time I go. Thanks everybody! I know you guys work very hard to keep Rich Ford up to it's highest standard and your work does not go unappreciated! I will be bringing my business back soon.

I find it interesting that service department on internet and other public forums tend to save face: when let's review once again. You violated a legal contract in your service department and left a medical provider without transportation for 9 days. Bumper to Bumper warranty Corporate never understood why you did not provide transportation which is your responsibility for such. After this happened to me and I began to check around ABQ, I find it interesting that I am not the only person who you have treated this way. So you have a legal contract, you don't offer compensation for lost wages secondary to having no car that was your LEGAL obligation. The fact remains, Rich Ford at times does not abide by legal contracts and then thinks an apology is sufficient when there are lost wages. If you have the money to enforce RICH FORD to abide by their legal contacts then deal with them. I think there are too many business that get away with messing over people who don't have time or money to get an attorney to be treated as they should for a legal contract that was violated. The fact remains, They had a legal contract to provide a car for a customer whose car had bumper to bumper warranty and they did not do that. Nor have they felt the need to compensate the owner of said car for lost wages. Apologies do not make up for lost money and the reality of a medical provider without a car for 9 days. I did talk with members of Rich Ford team and experienced that once again on line they wish to be seen as cooperative and helpful. Different story with one on one..

David Chavez is a respectful young man that greeted us as we approached the car lot. He is very knowledgeable regarding the make, models, and features of all the vehicles. I'm not one to spend any amount of time shopping for anything. I went into Rich Ford and was greeted by David Chavez. I explained to him what I was looking for and that I did not want to spend the afternoon in the sun. Mr. Chavez checked his inventory and brought up the perfect vehicle for me. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and process of obtaining it. We negotiated back and forth a bit but not enough for me to walk out the door. Bought a BRAND NEW 2013 Ford Mustang... The paint had bad BAKED ON water spots all over it from sitting in the sun and being rained on. I had to take it back to Rich Ford for a Acid bath and when it was returned it looked awful with swirl marks, the paint looks horrible. Its now been back twice in which in was at the service dept. for 18 DAYS with nothing being done just excuses after excuses, I was told it would be returned to me like the day it came off the truck. Mike from the service dept. has done nothing but lie... I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A CAR FROM RICH FORD AGAIN...ONCE YOU BUY THE CAR THEY TREAT U LIKE DIRT!!!!

We took in a ford van in because it was hesitating. This is a compay vehicle with a smart cam, it measures collision, speed, braking etc. The service advisor called and said the ODB reader would not read because of the camera. I autho'd them to temp. remove the cam. they refused and said they could not read the computer. So I picked up the van took it to Autozone. they read the code and it had a plugged air filter! Too bad Rich Fords guys are computer readers and no mechanics. We will no longer do business with "Rich" Ford. They lost a good account for 35.00..

From Michigan, while on vacation, had a problem with our 2004 F250 SuperDuty truck pulling a fifth wheel travel trailer on Hwy 25 just south of Santa Fe NM. Not being from the area and after making several phone calls to other Ford dealers in Santa Fe and Albuquerque that could not/ would not help us, Rich Ford Service Advisor Tyler Bloch was very understanding and helpful stating they would get right to work on our truck so we could get back on the road in as quickly as possible. So late Thursday afternoon had the truck and trailer towed from Santa Fe to Albuquerque and the truck to Rick Ford for service/repair. Friday, after finding out the extent and cost of repairs, and considering the age and mileage decided it might be a good idea to take a look at new truck. Once again Tyler in service was very helpful, and suggested we talk to Nathan Deterding a master certified sales consultant. We made contact with Nathan on Saturday morning and found him to be knowledgeable and helpful, looking at new and used trucks that would meet our needs. Long story short, Sunday afternoon purchased a new 2013 SuperDuty truck and by Wednesday morning we were on the road again in our new truck with additional options installed and our fifth wheel hitch removed from our old truck and installed on the new truck. Nathan was very helpful and easy to work with throughout the process and would recommend him to others looking for new vehicles. All-in-all, we are very pleased with Nathans help and understanding of our situation and very pleased and happy with all the staff at Rich Ford being very polite, courteous, understanding and helpful making the entire new vehicle purchase process move along quickly and smoothly.

We went in with the intention of trading up vehicles. Luckily the deal didn't work out because when I went home and researched a little more, the car we were interested in was 2000 less than what was quoted to us. We would never recomend the dealer or sales associate to anyone. They LIE!!! And will sell you short just to get a quick deal. Go to someone reputable, not Rich Ford!

At first I thought no way I was getting the vehicle on their initial offer, but Dan worked hard to get exactly what I was wanting to get on my trade in and 0 down within the payment range. He was very friendly and I would send any of my friends and family to do business with him. Rich Ford has a great selection vehicles and the facility is very nice and inviting. I had a problem with my lower control arms within the first couple weeks but the service department took care of no problem free of charge. Excellent experience so far with Dan Richards and Rich Ford.

Let me tell you about Nathan Deterding. I wanted a new F-150, but a rare one, a regular cab. I had been working with a dealership in a small town in NM. The purchase through that dealership fell through. I had gotten myself into a bind because I had sold my trade-in and had no wheels! By searching through this website I had the good fortune to make contact with Nathan. He went right to work. He found the truck I wanted--in another state. He arranged a trade for the truck I wanted, and arranged the transportation to Albuquerque of the truck I wanted. All this Nathan and I accomplished by telephone and internet. The vehicle we purchased needed a few minor things done before we could bring it home (i.e. detailing, new tires, repair the windshield) and they let us use a rental vehicle until ours was ready. In the last 18 months I have purchased two personal vehicles (2010 Explorer & 2011 F-150) ans a new engine for a F-450 for my business from Rich Ford. I have made a simple request multiple times to try to get an owner's manual for the F-150 or at the very least a code for the door keypad. I can't even get a response to my request. I am a loyal Ford customer and will continue to be, but will not be trading with Rich Ford going forward.

Ford explorer is not my top list when I decided to buy a vehicle but Mark had explained me the beauty of the explorer, aside from the great customer service he has rendered to us. Also he had,made a point that everything went well after we bought the explorer. On the other hand I had concern with the sync navigation, it is very complicated and always hangs up and you need up in the wrong direction. I think they have to do something with this, we went to Sta Fe last month and we got lost a lot of times.

We have bought 3 cars from this dealer over the past year. We are extremely happy with the service both before and after the sale. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to accommodate their customers. The last two cars we bought we did not intend to buy. My daughter had bought a new Mustang from Rich and had (in my opinion) taken it to another dealership that was not as good as Rich but was local to where she lived. Needless to say the other dealership totally messed the car up so bad that FORD decided to take the car back. Rich Ford stepped up to help her out and impressed me so much that I decided to buy a $50,000 FORD FLEX (Great car by the way) as well as replacing her Mustang with an Explorer. I will now drive the extra 185 miles from our home to have Rich Ford work on my car than trust our local dealer. BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!

I had the worst experience at rich ford not only they gave me horrible customer service, after I decided to buy a truck I traded my car in and they lied to my face they said cause it had a bad car FAX they would only give me a certain amount cause they couldn't sell it on there lot and they would take it to auction but after i got the new truck I saw the car for sale on the lot for double what they gave me! So that was just the start of my horrendous experience. I had to take my truck back up to the dealership 4 separate times to get things fixed on it within 10 days using alot of gas to get back and forth that they never reimbursed me for. The last time i had to go up there was because I had to change a tire on the truck one of the tires they said were new (that was a lie) anyway when I went to change the tire I had no jack or anything else to change it. So I called them they said to come up and they would give me a new jack and setup plus they would fill my tank up, so I got up there waited a hour to get my jack than they took my truck to fill the tank up and when they got back the salesperson was like sorry I could only put a couple gallons of gas in! Overall I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER SHOP OR RECOMMENDED RICH FORD ANYONE EVER AGAIN

Went to purchase a vehicle using the Ford Company Disabled Veterans"X"Plan. Was strongly pushed away from that program and hustled into a used truck that I did not want. Cancelled the "deal" with advice of a very knowledgable Ford product buyer. Finance guy got very upset that I didn't want the used truck. Got a new sales rep,Al Padilla, things changed dramatically for the better. Got a new Finance guy, things got better. Ended up with a very nice used 2010 Focus at a much lower down, lower monthly etc. Later I needed to speak to finance re my loan. Left several calls, none returned. Tried the After Sales tech,"Becky",phone tag, never did get ahold of her. Left msg for President Dennis Snyder, no return calls. Only guy to call back was Al.There was no after sales vehicle indoctrination or training or familiarization. No after sales follow up or "satisfaction" call. No customer satisfaction survey sent. Once the deal was signed and they had their money, I was out the door and out of mind. Zero dealership interest in customer satisfaction. The customer is a contract and nothing more. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A NEW/USED FORD PRODUCT.

Had a mechanical problem with my old Ranger truck, so had it hauled in for service. Due to the excessive mileage and the cost involved to fix it, decided to take a look at new trucks. Tony in the service department was excellent, very helpful, and directed us to Nathan Deterding to look at new trucks. We found Nathan to be delightful to work with, very knowledgable, and very helpful throughout the grueling process. Since my mother is a Ford retiree, we purchased the truck on the Z plan and again, Nathan was extremely helpful throughout the process. He is an asset to Rich Ford and I would gladly recommend my friends and co-workers to contact him with any new vehicle purchases. We will certainly make Rich Ford our dealership of choice for any future purchases. The only part we didn't enjoy was the time we were closed in an office and pressured with all the extra purchases we could make concerning extended warranties, etc. The lady was very nice, we just think a vehicle should be made to last and extended warranties should not be necessary, therefore we never buy them. We could have shaved a half hour or more of our time by simply being asked if we were interested in listening to the extras or not.

We went to Rich Ford on the recommendation of many people, so were expecting a great customer service experience. Moe was our sales person and was very helpful and friendly, he answered our many questions over the course of many days on the new Explorer. We finally went in to purchase our vehicle and were severly "low balled" on the value of our trade. We went back and forth a couple of times when we were introduced to the Sales manager by the name of John. He came out and sat down, put his hands behind his head and leaned in the chair and said "We can't give you what you want on your trade because we are giving you such a good price on the Explorer." We explained that two other dealers had already appraised our trade and were willing to give us double what Rich ford was offering. His responce was " Well, I win some and I loose some, I guess I'm loosing this one" He extended his hand and bid us farewell. We were shocked. We walked out and went to Bob Turner Ford and bought our new Explorer for a much better deal I might say. I work at a local Bank, and deal with a lot of people looking for new vehicles, and I will deffinatly NOT be recommending Rich Ford.

I ran into Ace COoley from Rich Ford and we started talking trucks, and the next thing I know he asks me to come in and see the new 2011 model diesel trucks. They made me a great deal on my 2008 F250, and I moved up to a new 2011 King Ranch Edition F250 with a small ($25.00/month) change in my monthly payment. The new truck is everything Ace said it was. More horsepower, smoother ride, quietest cab, and alot better gas mileage. I'm glad I was able to work with Ace at Rich Ford. I hadn't planned on uying a truck right away, but Ace made me a deal I couldn't refuse. I got more for my 2008 F250 than the blue book said it was worth, plus with all the new incentives I got a super deal. I'll always go back to Rich Ford. This is my third Super Duty Diesel from Ace at their store. They really do treat you like family, and their service department has never let me down. Chrystal in service is the only person I try and deal with because she always keeps her promises, she's honest and she keeps me up to date with the repairs being done. If I need anything from an oil change to more detailed work I always call Chrystal and get her opinion, and I make it a point to ask for her when I go in. Trust me, having someone you can rely on in service is a big part of truxting your dealership. She never trys to sell me stuff I don't need, she knows the maintenance records of my truck, and she always makes sure I get what I need at a fair price. And having someone like Ace at eh sales department means you'll always have someone who remembers your name and always takes the time to talk to me as a friend, not just a customer.

Our sales man was great but we had problems with our financing and did not get the rate we were told we were going to get we had to go to the dealership 2 times to deal with these issues and another time to get a second drive off sticker because the financial person we were working with said he would e mail it to me and did not. I rode to SF with Dr. Helene Valenti,a friend of mine, in her brand new Ford Fusion the same day I bought my 2012 Ford Fusion. My husband and I went in to inquire about a used vehicle that we were very interested in. I was excited to purchase my vehicle through this dealership because I know the owner's family very well through various school and church functions and they are a great family so I was more than happy to give them my business... Unfortunately, after the test drive, the experience took an awful turn. I feel like our salesman looked at us and saw that we were a young family so decided that he wasn't going to help us out at all. When our credit was ran, there was a mishap with one of our scores and from there on out he pretty much told us that there was nothing we could do. Now, normally I would have been ok with that, however I know that the report was wrong because a week ago I was approved for a brand new car at double the cost of the one we were looking at here. also, there is no way that a credit report would be ran as "N/A" when a person has a line of credit... Not only was he not helpful, the morning after our inquiry, he was very rude and belittling on the phone with my husband and I the next morning. It's too bad because maybe if he would have been a little more helpful or considerate for that matter, we may have had the car that we really want and he would have made a little extra money. The customer service was the worst customer service I've ever had!

Their price was very competitive with other southwest regional dealerships (NM, AZ, CO, and TX), and the customer service provided by Nathan (sales rep) was outstanding. Once it arrived, Nathan had the car detailed and parked in the middle of the showroom to make sure it didn't get dirty. He spent a long time with my wife and I explaining all of high-tech features of the car, including MyFord Touch. Though I have not used the service department yet, it looks very professional and the "Fast Lane" technician I met was quite friendly and down-to-earth.

Having been in sales in the past I found that Nathan was very knowledgable about his product and not once did he tell me "I'm not sure, let me find out" which is also a good answer, to admit that you don't know and find out the answer quickly. Nathan knows his product, believes in his product, therefore he was very effective in selling his product to me! There was no pressure when my wife and I said we would go to dinner and talk. Nathan didn't pressure us by asking for contact information before we left. Although Nathan was busy delivering a vehicle to another customer while we were there, he made efforts to walk by us and let us know what his current timeline was. He also stayed late to walk me to my new truck long after I knew he was supposed to be off work. This was a positive expierence due to the high level of customer service and this salespersons knowledge of the product. I will recommend Nathan to my friends and family!

Gerard Armijo was very friendly and knowledgeable, answering all questions we had. He made sure there were floor mats in the car. The day of the purchase, Sunday April 3rd, was extremely windy and not a good day to be outside, much less to have a car washed. Therefore he is going to give me a car wash plus fill my gas tank on another day. He has called at least twice to see how I am liking my car and to remind me of my car wash and fill-up. This is really great with gas prices the way they are now. Gerard is a customer-oriented salesman. My wife was with me and she and I would recommend him to anyone.

Our car had been stolen and we started shopping around for a new one. Because I know Dennis Snyder though my work with Susan G. Komen, I told my husband that we should talk to Rich Ford. While Dennis was not there the first time we dropped by, he came in when we came back the second time during the day. Vince by that time had introduced himself, asked us what we were interested in and started gathering prices, details and then proceeded to show us cars that fit into our desires. By the time we discussed options and pricing, we came to the conclusion that the Ford Taurus was the best value for our money. We had absolutley NO PRESSURE from Vince, Dennis or anyone else as to which car to buy or that we HAD to buy a car at that moment...very refreshing in times where we are all feeling the crunch of the economy. My husband can be quite irritating when making deals but Vince, Dennis, James and all the other sales associates we came in contact with handled him with a sense of humor and gave it right back to him. Thanks guys! It made my day just wonderful. We got the car we wanted, at a price we can afford and all with a smile, a firm handshake and a genuine appreication of our business. And even though I'm pretty techy, Vince programed our phones, downloaded our phonebooks, and showed us all the features of the SYNC system in a matter of minutes. Much better experience when we had our Prius and asked the Toyota guys to fix the programming....they had no idea how to do it. I know great customer service and Rich Ford has it!

My husband and I went to Rich Ford's 50th Anniversary sale. We were looking for a new car. Vince saw us and we talked about what I wanted. Vince talked to both of us and as I made all the decisions, he never once asked my husband if that was okay. I feel very good about this, since most car salespeople direct their comments to the male. I wanted a medium size car, so I test drove the Focus. I felt very comfortable and bought one. Vince got all the paperwork done for us. We then say the people for financing and signing all the paperwork. When we were done, Vince walked us to the car and made sure everything was good. Before I left, he took me to meet the service people. It was a good experience and I am happy with the car.

I ordered a new 2011 Explorer over the telephone from Nathan Deterding over the telephone In February 2011 while I was out of town. After I got back to Albuquerque in March and when in to meet Nathan. He gave us a test ride and we also discussed payment. He told me my unit was scheduled to be delivered March 28th. I asked if I could take the one we just rode in and he said yes. I was paying cash but I did not have a local bank. I have two Ford vehicles that I take to Rich Ford service department for routine maintenance and all repair needs. When I purchased the 2003 Expedition I was recommended to Crystal Switzer and today I would not use any other service writer. Crystal is always pleasant no matter if I call or drop by the dealership. She treats me as an individual rather than just another customer. Crystal is very efficient and I know my vehicle won't "slip through the cracks" but rather get constant attention until it has been repaired properly. Crystal would call me every single day to let me know what progress was being made, even if we were waiting on parts and no activity was done to my vehicles. I had put in my initial financing request over the internet so that we could make an informed decision on financing before driving from Santa Fe to Albuquerque to look at vehicles. I had talked with Marissa and she referred us to Cody. We began working with Cody over the phone. He was very helpful and was able to get around initial items before we went in for the test drive. It was very important to us that we had specific financing terms and a new payment that would be less then our current one. Even though Cody was working with two sets of customers at the same time when we were at the dealership, we never felt neglected or that he didn't have our best interest in mind. He was able to find the vehicle we wanted with all of the options that we wanted. Everyone we talked with there was very friendly and helpful. We started our process over the phone and from then on the customer service was great. The phone calls were returned quickly and never given the run around. Nathan got an approval before we even stepped foot on the car lot. Once we did he told us the price range that was in our budget and we got to choose from an extensive inventory. Everyone we met was nice and seemed to have a good sense of humor. This had to have been the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. We will definitly be a repeat customer and let others know of our experience.

This is the best car-buying experience I've had. There was no pressure and the salesperson, Cody Kenney, went above and beyond. He has followed up on every minor detail after the sale which is extremely important to me. Most importantly, he is very accessible and always returns calls. I would not hesitate to recommend him or the dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. I would definitely return for my future vehicle needs.

I was pleased to be able to use the advertised employee promotion program that they were having for all their customers at that time. The price was excellent and they did not try to price it up with other "extras". They had an optional customer meeeting with their service and other department heads that was very informative.

I enjoyed working with both Mark and Mike while trying to make a deal on my Hyundai Sonata. Mike was especially helpful in getting me the financing and monthly payment that I was comfortable with. He even went out of his way to get me new car mats for my car after they went missing upon purchase. I later found out that he paid for my new mats out of his own pocket, which is almost unheard of, and I was very taken by this. Mike is a stand-out guy in my book, and I will forever be greatful to him for the wonderful service he provided to me.The only complaint that I have about this buying experience was that there was some cosmetic damages to the vehicle that were not mentioned at the time of purchase. Upon washing my vehicle at home for the first time, I found there were several pits on the windshield (8 or 9 to be exact). I also found that the rocker moulding on the passenger side of the vehicle was cracked and missing a piece closer to the rear tire. When I called Rich Ford to present these issues, I was basically told that nothing could be done about the damages. I asked to speak to management. I was told to speak with Used Sales Manager, James Arona. I explained to James the damages I had found, and he asked me to bring in the vehicle to look at it. Upon doing so, he told me that the windshield could not be fixed because the pits had not starred yet. When it came to the rocker moulding, he was hesitant to fix it and hinted that the car was bought "as is". After some deliberation, James said he would "out of good faith" help me fix the moulding. He gave me two options. He said that I could either buy the rocker moulding from the Hyundai dealership across the street, get the part painted, and he would have his guys install the part onto my vehicle. Or, I could go to J & E Body Shop down the street (off of Wyoming), and get all the body work done there and he would pay for 1/2 the bill. I have to say, I was extremely disappointed by the fact that Rich Ford was unwilling to front the entire bill and only offered to pay 1/2. Especially since the bill totaled a whopping $547.60! I did however decide to go through with the J & E Body Shop offer, but I still feel that I should not have had to pay a penny since the car was GUARANTEED to not have any damages to it when I bought it. Overall, I'd have to say this whole experience wiped all the joy out of my "first-time buying experience". =(

We were looking for a Ford F-150 pick up truck with specific features like leather seats, FX-4 style, heated seats, black, etc.Me and my husband went to RichFord here in Albuquerque, the sales person was very friendly since the very beginning, he explained us all the rebates and discounts on the truck and financial options, too. Nathan Deterding (2010 F-150) was a very knowledgeable salesman; no pressure; great personality & feeling of being trustworthy; came to work early to accommadate my schedule! I actually felt like I got a fair deal (first time ever)and zero % interest rate. He has made numerous, after-sale follow-up calls. Went back and bought second new Ford from him for wife (2011 Edge)three months later. Sent my best friend to him, but unfortunately the friend's wife wanted a different (not Ford) car.Larry Slemp has been my Service Advisor 2x - nicest guy ever; bent over backwards to accommedate; made me feel like my patrinege was valued - I will use dealer service in future because of him.

A week prior to our visit to Rich Ford we were not in the market for a new car. Some unfortunate circumstances changed that. Having dealt with other sales people at Rich Ford competitors was stressful. Nathan Deterding took the stress out of our situation by his professionalism and caring. There was never any hard-sell pressure that we had received at other dealers, and we were made to feel at home. Nathan took the time to explain the features of the vehicle we were most interested in and never made us feel that we were imposing on his time. Since our purchase of the Fusion Hybrid, each time we go into Rich Ford he takes the time to walk over to just say hello. I took my 2002 F-350 in for service. They told me it was going to cost over $3000 to get it fixed. I decided it was time for a new truck. I asked the service department if they recommneded any particular salesmen, and they directed me to Orlando Leavell. On my way over to the car lot, Orlando greeted me. He asked me what I was looking for and began to show me trucks right away. Although he was fairly new to the dealership, he was very knowledgeable of the inventory. I was able to narrow my search down to two vehicles. After talking with my wife, we decided on a 2010 F-150. The "wheeling and dealing" process began, and off I drove with a new truck. They gave me a fair deal for my trade in, and even took care of all of diagnostic service fees from my old truck. After the deal was done, Orlando took the time to show me all the cool features of my new truck. He helped me set-up my SYNC account and even showed me how to sync my cell phone to my truck. He scheduled a service appointment for my first oil change, and set up an appointment with the paint shop to get a couple small chips repaired. He has sinced called me twice since the sale (2 weeks ago) to make sure I was still happy and to make sure I didn't have any problems. When it's time to upgrade my wifes vehicle I will be going back to Rich Ford, and I will look for Orlando!!

I was having a very bad day. My previous car broke down on me and left me stranded. I knew it was time to buy another car and was dreading having to do so. I returned to Rich Ford because they were nice to me on my prior purchase. I met with Tyler Simmons who made the experience a great one. He was very friendly and I loved his sense of humor. He took my application and was able to provide me with options while respecting my needs and personal situations. I was very pleased with the car,and overall experience and that my time was valued. Could not ask for better service. We are a construction company from Wisconsin doing road work in New Mexico. We had one of our F450's go down. I did a dealer search and found Rich Ford. Started dealing with JC and he never let me down. Trying to do repairs and keep a very large crew going from 1300+ miles away is a challenge, and Rich Ford did everything they possibly could to help out. They did the repairs in a timely manner, returned phone calls, even went out of their way by taking a driver to the airport and picking up parts for another repair they were'nt even doing! Can not say enough!

I had a great experience working with El Hadji - he did not pressure me and was great about answering all my questions. I was also impressed by their warranties. I bought a 2008 Mustang Cobra from Rich Ford in January 2008. The purchase experience was pain free. First; Rich Ford had the inventory while other dealers in town had nothing! Second; Rich Ford sold me the Cobra at a reasonable price. Finally; Rich Ford made the purchase experience a pleasant thing. Victor was attentive throughout the entire purchase process. I was in and out in a what I thought was a reasonable time. I took the Cobra in for it's first service in June. They got me in and out in under an hour. I had lunch in the Mustang Cafe - how convienant is that. The car was clean and I didn't have to worry about the way they treated it. It was very professional.

Excellent dealership. I go in every once in a while (every 3000 miles for my oil change) and have a perfect experience. I recommend the dealership to anyone wanting a Ford or Ford service. The new bays and drive in are awesome. I can't say enough nice things about them.<br><br>Buying from them isn't too bad either. I'm going to buy an '06 Mustang from them as soon as they come out and pretty much have everything setup. Not bad at all.

The sales people (there were several) lied to us several times in our dealings with this company. <br>1. We had a verbal agreement to purchase a used 2003 Ford truck from them at an agreed price. When we called the day we were to pick up the truck, we discovered that it had already been sold. <br><br>2. We went to the dealership to find out exactly what happened. They gave us some story about someone buying it that morning and that it was their mistake. They found a new truck at a dealship in town and we left a deposit on that truck. The day it was to be delivered, we called and found out that it had been sold. When we found another truck in the state that we wanted to buy, they lied again and told us that it did not have the options we wanted. The truck was EXACTLY what we wanted and we bought it for more than $1000 less than Rich Ford was willing to sell it for.<br><br>There is no excuse for treating customers the way we were treated. We were cheated twice and lied to numerous times. The reason why they have such a hard time keeping sales people is that some people actually have morals. I don't think anyone at Rich Ford is so blessed.
