My experience at Rich Ford in Edgewood was great. I appreciate being able to support local businesses and Frank and Rey made the process easy, made me feel welcomed, and worked with me to purchase the truck we wanted. Definitely recommend Rich Ford in Edgewood.

Website site indicates scheduled service but it really isn't that. First come first serve. Also pricing and features of service not accurate. Happy I can prove service with dealer if warranty needed. Nothing was Wow service. I do like they do support a lot of community events.

Seems like it is impossible to get a phone call back regarding a recall on a safety device, I’ve been waiting months & had to drive down there to get any sort of communication & service .... what a waste of time. I will be going to a different dealership for my next new truck purchase.

I don't write many reviews but I had to take the time for Mike in service at Richford of Edgewood Mike has gone out of his way to help me diagnose one of my vehicles he did not charge me for things I did not need and kept it 100% professional he Walked me through the whole process in a down-to-earth way That left me more than happy with my service at Richford of Edgewood. Thanks for treating me like a customer Mike and not just another number...

Very pleasant car buying experience. They gave us a fair trade on our car. No hassles. No pressure. Initial contact was Chris but when we arrived at the dealership, Chris was otherwise engaged. Instead of having us wait he asked Thom to help us out. Thom was very helpful and I appreciate him hanging with us through the whole process. We arrived late in the day, so by the time we were done it was well after 7. Thom spent some time after the sale to explain some of the features in the vehicle. This was very much appreciated. I give it a big thumbs up!

My name is Jeremiah Westfall and I wrote a review about this Dealer on May 6th 2015,I like everything about my purchase except the typo of my last name "Estfall" on the thank you letters and if I hadn't gotten the red flag myself from those, the vehicle title.. which was corrected after I bugged them about it. Major Failure and Disrespectful to me as a Consumer. Other than that. I've been taken care of pretty well.

I've been searching for my first car for about four Months before buying a vehicle from these guys. I don't have anything bad to say about them! Everyone I came into contact with here has a remarkable level of professionalism unmatched to any of the many dealerships I've visited out here.I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase so far. My salesman was Chris Corr, he was very knowledgeable and helped me find the best deal for what I needed. I also worked with the manager and the gentalman in finance all very polite and helpful. It's worth the drive from Albuquerque.

We had a wonderful experience with our recent purchase of a new Ford truck. Our sales person, Thom was service oriented and extremely knowledgeable. We felt that he truly cared whether we were getting the right vehicle for our needs. The entire team bent over backwards to get us the best price for our trade as well as help us with the most attractive financing. We drove from the city to this dealership because we had heard that their service exceeded all others and were not disappointed. We will definitely we seeing Thom and Rich Ford Edgewood for our next purchase.

Our overall experience in purchasing our Explorer today was great. The customer service was above any expectations. Salesman were extremely knowledgeable and quick to offer advice and experience regarding their products. It was an overall team effort. You never got the feeling that the salesmen were trying to outdo each other. A real overall family experience looking after each other as well as their customer. Would recommend this facility to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

I have my 2nd in a row Ford Explorer purchased new at Rich Ford Edgewood. The sales, business and service staff have been excellent. They all do a great job, do what they say they will do and get it done in a timely manner. It is a wonderful contrast to the large dealerships nearby but with the size and backing to have a responsive business.
