Great car, sales rep was kind. Was a bit stressed about the title coming in so close to when the temp tags expired but all is good! Made first car buying experience good :)

I highly recommend this dealership. It's a nice small town dealership right in the heart of Parma. Mark is as honest as they come. A no pressure, straight shooter like Mark is hard you come by. I would not hesitate to send my friends and family there to purchase a vehicle.

Worst car buying experience of my life and I have purchased MANY cars. Took off of work early to purchase a car, salesman was gone although he told me he would stick around until I got there, when I called his cell phone he proceeded to yell and curse at me for some unorganization on HIS part... the vehicle was in very rough shape but thats fine, I can deal with the car not being what I thought but the way the salesman behaved was completely unacceptable and beyond out line.

Poor customer service and cars... ruined my daughter's first car buying experience. Sold us a car with a blown head gasket. Then after I contacted BBB to see my options he refused to even look at the car like he said he would. He acted totally unprofessional because we drove the car back to the shop even after telling him there was no issue until we drove the car 4 hours. He was very rude and just keep insisting there's no way it the head gasket well we've had the car looked at elsewhere and that's exactly what it is. His business is one of the worst I've ever dealt with and he is very unprofessional and not a good person overall. But karma is my friend and will come to see him. Don't go see Mark he will rip you off!!!
