I initially spoke to ANDRES a week ago. He thoroughly explained all the features of the vehicle. We discussed figures briefly to the point that I went in and put down a deposit the next day. I was somewhat pleased to have a salesman that showed his genuine interest in delivering a quality product as well as maintaining his professional demeanor. I picked up my car yesterday. ANDRES had my new vehicle ready as well as the paperwork which minimized our wait time. OMAR, the finance mgr. walked us through all the paperwork in a kind professional manner. The lady at the cashier was pleasant. I also saw a Mgr. that came to the cashier to assist, my wife and I appreciate his assistance. Thank all you guys for making it as pleasant as possible as well as maintaining superior professionalism. We will definitely see you soon when we come back for the new beautiful G80. Thanks

Great people to work with. From the sales staff to financing department and management. Fares , Mike and Abdel. They went above and beyond to make sure we found the exact vehicle we were looking for at the best price. They made our evening and leasing process extremely easy and smooth. They are professional, friendly, welcoming and easy to work with. They completely understand customer service They explain in detail all the papers you have to sign, procedures , processes with the leasing of the car. It was a positive car leasing experience. Sam Neely is absolutely phenomenal. He is always super attentive, honest, helpful, genuine & friendly. He always gets everything I need done! I always choose to book my appointments with him due to his outstanding work ethic. I purposely choose to go to this Hyundai even though there is another dealership near where I live and it’s all because of Sam and the quality & effort he puts into his job. I never leave dissatisfied when I am scheduled with him to get work done on my car. Thank you Sam for all that you do every time I go to you! Hyundai needs more true employees like you!

RICK CASE HYUNDAI PLANTATION: If I could give a zero I would whenever I go for maintenance with Tom Owen I don’t have a problem just the wait time is a bit long. I got into an accident and Tom wasn’t there and had to deal with Stefano Vigil. I was told by him my car will be completed within 2-3 weeks depending on how quick my insurance moves it might be done in a week time so I said okay. The next day my insurance tried to get in contact with him so they can do their estimate no response or call back. Multiple occasions within the week my adjuster and I called to try and get in contact no response . Ending of week 2 finally my adjuster was able to get in contact and get the estimate taken cared of. Let me tell you guys this was the WORST decision of my life there was no communication or status update. I called several times and also my adjuster to see what’s going on with my car after that and communication has been terrible. Going into week 4 I got a call from Stefano stating hey we got the parts but I have to pay additional money besides my deductible for a part. I called my adjuster and she told me he stated the PRICE for the part that was listed from the vendor listed was too LOW of a price and HE didn’t feel like calling FOUR different vendors. I was furious when I heard this. So my adjuster and I made the decision to send my car to another shop that WILL DO the job properly to be taken cared of. I’m not sure if it’s the whole Rick Case that likes to pull stunts like this to get more money out of a customer pocket but it’s ridiculous and outrageous. I will never ever go back here to get my car fixed.
