I have called Rick H on 2 separate pre owned vehicles, both times I was told these vehicles were on site and available, both times neither vehicle were part of the dealerships inventory, both times the "GM" offered to go to the auction to buy what I wanted and both times I was lied to and decieved. DON'T go here unless you want to be lied to, PERIOD!

I have been going to this dealership for service out of no other choice (distance from my house) for my brand new Mazda. I have a 6 complimentary services when I purchased my Mazda from another Rick Hendrick. I've been here three times. Let me summarize my experiences:1. The full service (30 min task) takes about 4.5 to 5 hours every time.2. They never look you in the eye when you come up or even greet you.3. They disappear for hours and you can't find the service managers.4. They act like you're stupid - for example, one service manager told me I need to prepare better by calling the dealership ahead of time to make they have my oil filter. I made an appointment, so why the xxxx do I have to make sure they are prepared?5. They lost my wheel lock ($60) once, then blamed it on me, so I bought a new one from next door, then miraculously they found it, but they wouldn't buy the new wheel lock from me. They asked me to call a manager who never answers the call.6. I've had tire lights go off after I get on the highway and when I call them they don't have direct line to the actual dealership, just a call center, so have to turn back for them to reset the light.7. Quality of the actual work is poor.8. Dealership is clean and has coffee - that's about all the good things about it.I'll never go back and I encourage you never to give them your business. I will now drive 45 extra minutes on top of my 45 minute drive to go to Rick Hendricks Mazda Mall of Georgia.

First, I don't know how this dealership got my contact info, but all of a sudden I started receiving numerous phone calls from sales consultants regarding "good news. I can trade in my Buick before my lease ends and get a great deal." So I made an appointment with Makaylah to have my vehicle appraised. When I arrived, I was referred to sales consultant, Eursula Marsh. After test driving a couple of vehicles, she introduced me to the manager. He sat down and informed of my options and what my car note payments would be. For some reason I thought the payments would be lower than he quited, considering the fact I was trading in my 2013 Buick, which was in excellent condition. I kept asking him and Eursula what the trade in value was on my car and if there was any equity that could go towards the new vehicle. Neither one of them ever answered my question. I sat at the dealership for hours, only to be told, after 4 hours of waiting, that I would have to wait until Monday for a final decision because GM Financial was closed on Sundays and they needed the exact payoff amount on my car. Eursula assured me she would call me on Monday to keep me informed. After not hearing from her, I called later that evening and left her a message. She never returned my call. I then sent an email to Makaylah Johnson. She responded right away and asked if I had a cosigner to "strengthen my loan." I told her no. I didn't understand her question since Eursula told me credit score was not an issue, and that I should be fine because I had been making on time payments to GM Financial. Afterwards, I never heard back from either sales consultants, the manager, or finance manager (Dennis). I feel so humiliated and I feel as though my time was tasted. I feel I was treated like a low class citizen because of challenges on my credit; these people were not professional or courteous enough to call and say something. I will NEVER go back to this dealership for any reason. Very disrespectful!

Tommy Clark was our contact person in the service department. He was wonderful. Very helpful, easy to deal with and just a great overall person. Was very anxious about the buying process. Jeff Schwartz, the sales person, took care of that problem. He was easy to talk to and made the process very smooth. Buying from a dealership can be a nightmare but all was handled well. Went in just to look at pre-owned with no buying plans and walked out of there with a new Enclave for my wife, who loves it. I had a great sales experience at Rick Hendrick Buick GMC Duluth. Will Mosley, my sales consultant, was a pleasure to work with. In all the years of buying cars, this has to be the best deal ever. I was in the market for a double cab truck but was unsure about which brand to get. Even though I had owned a Toyota and a Dodge truck before, a friend of mine told me to check out the GMC Sierra 1500 for its power performance and comfort. After a bad experience at Gwinnett Place Honda I came to Rick Hendrick GMC Buick and met Quincy. I explained my experience and told him what I was looking for. He wrote down everything, he was so thorough and heard my concerns. I was so discouraged but after those couple of hours with Quincy he had gotten me approved and got me at the price range I wanted and into a car I could have never imagined I could afford. The finance manager Gary was great as well. Everyone had excellent customer service. Quincy even called me 2 days after my purchase to make sure there were no issues. As long as Hendrick has salespeople like Lexi Roberts, they will be successful! Lexi is the most professional, knowledgeable, honest salesperson I have worked with in a long time. I leased an Equinox from another Hendrick dealer in 2012 and it was a positive experience so I came back to Hendrick when the lease was about to end. I didn't find a Chevrolet that I really wanted so I went to this Hendrick GM/Buick dealer with a particular GM promotion in mind. and was lucky enough to work with Lexi. Like most people I am not particularly fond of the car buying process but Lexi made it very pleasant. She worked so hard to earn my business and she was genuine in her effort plus she came through on exactly what she offered and that meant a lot. She is a young woman of true integrity and that speaks volumes not only about her but about the dealership. The other young salespeople that were around during the time I was there also seemed very friendly and genuine so I think Hendrick GM Duluth is going in the right direction! They are certainly lucky to have Lexi on their staff! She's not just great at her job, she's a credit to young professionals of today.

Went to RICK HENDRICK BUICK GMC DULUTH hoping to get an Enclave with lots of amenities but affordable. The two don't go together, Right? Well, this is where I met my salesperson CURTIS RICHARDSON who was very attentive and not pushy. I saw the color I wanted with all the amenities. A 2014 Enclave Premium!!! I was mailed and ad asking me to trade in my car on a new GMC Terrain and they would give me more than the black book value on the purchase of a new Terrain and advertised the car for $24000. When I went in to talk to them about the offer, they said I had put over 10,000 miles on the car per year I owned it and therefore the offer was not honored. But I only had 33,000 miles on a three and a half year old car. So I think they said that after learning how many miles I had on the car. and they only offered me a car listed at $29,000. So the deal advertised for $4,000 plus taxes became $12,700. I said I was only interested in the deal advertised and walked out and will not be back since the sales man said it was the marketing dept. who sent the letter out and the sales dept. didn't know anything about it until people stated coming in with the letter. They need to stand by the letter their company sent out and not blame the marketing dept. and try to get out of living up to the terms they offered. I do not know how many people fell for this but I hope no one bought their cars from this corrupt company.

My sales advisor Mr. Andres Benitez which is not listed for selection of employees should be. He was very helpful and friendly any question I had he would answer or find out if he was not sure so I could buy with confidence. I was quite pleased with my experience at this dealer I was not pressured or hassled with things I did not want. I saw the car on Auto Trader and drove 120 miles to get it. A 2013 GMC Terrain was what I wanted and that is what I got. All the other dealers I checked locally kept trying to sell me something I did not want and I could not even look around without being bothered. Thank you Rick Hendrick of Duluth, GA and thank you Mr. Benitez for a pleasant buying experience also they have plenty of complimentary food and drink while you wait for the details.

My client advisor was Quincy Rhodes and he was very informative, professional and detailed with the complete purchase of my new SUV. When I arrived at the dealership, it was clean, I was greeted immediately and I did not have to wait long to be seen by Quincy. This was an AWESOME experience time in my car buying experience, I have been in and out of dealerships during the past few weeks. James was very patient and attentive to all of my questions and concerns. Even though we closed the deal way past the dealership closing hours, James did not rush or pressure me. Everyone went out of there way at this dealership to make me happy and to get me into an affordable vehicle. I went there because I needed a vehicle and it was an emergency situation. I didn't even tell the sales team this. They just asked me what I needed and went to work. They put me first and not the money or the sale. That is A-1 customer service hands down. Complete waste of my time. Worked with BDC on a Lexus that they had posted on their website. BDC Rep knew that I was coming, even called me when I was running a few minutes behind to confirm that I was coming. I get to the dealership and started working with two sales guys who were great, I have nothing but good things to say about them because they tried to help and they were sort of just thrown into this mess. I get there and they can't find the car. Turns out that it was at another store down the street and they said it had too many problems and they were sending it to the auction. Now, why would you have this car listed on your website if that was the case? Also, why was I told that the vehicle was there and ready for sale before I wasted an hour of my time driving all the way down there for a car I couldn't even buy? I am INFURIATED that this dealership wasted my time and lied to me just to get me in the door. Can you say bait and switch?

Brought our used vehicle to this dealership for service only. Purchased from another Rick Hendricks dealer a year and half before and were unsatisfied to say the least, so we were looking to start over elsewhere. This dealership serviced our 2007 Acadia in a timely manner and the service department employees were honest and friendly. I do feel that our repairs were overpriced, but that's what you get at any dealer, right? Bottom line...if I drop $3000 for repair work at your service department, please don't inform me the vehicle is ready for pickup only to let me run out of gas before I can get down the road to the first available gas station. Pushing my car down a busy highway when I could have easily had any of my four small children in the vehicle is unacceptable and dangerous. Left this dealership two phone messages afterward. A manager did contact me a week or two later, apologized for the thoughtlessness, and gave us a free oil change in the future, While it doesn't excuse what happened, it was a step in the right direction.

Super experience !!! Lexi Roberts is the bomb --- the sweetest and most pleasant young lady you will ever deal with. She is a truly caring and professional salesperson -- not what you expect from a car salesperson. The GM was all over the place. His walk around leadership was evident in the culture if this dealership. The GM (Glenn Gibson) is a fellow veteran and he truly takes care of you -- including buying a pizza lunch as you waited. I am writing this on behalf of Lexi's request. Lexi has to be one of the sweetest, outgoing persons that I have encountered. When I purchased from her a couple months ago I thought I was set on the chevy malibu. I was shopping multiple different places and many different models. She made sure to provide me with all the information to make me feel confident in my decision to go with the buick verano. I had visited Jim Ellis before I came to Rick Hendrick. I was completely unsatisfied with the overall back and forth service I had received. My sales person seemed unprofessional, lacked in product knowledge, and did not respect my time. It could just be that i came on a busy day, and I was asking a lot of questions. I just didnt feel like i was getting treated in the greatest of manners.I sent in a request online on the color combination of a verano i was interested in on rick hendricks website, and I was contacted by Lexi within the hour. Immediately, I felt like she was such a positive person. She did a really thorough job of asking me what all I wanted in my new vehicle. They had the exact vehicle that had everything I wanted. She made sure to schedule an appointment to make sure she could work with me personally. When I came to Rick Hendrick it was a complete different atmosphere. They were so friendly, and I was immediately greeted by lexi upon arrival for my appointment. All smiles and already had the vehicle pulled up and ready for me. She made me feel right at home, water popcorn and great coffee. She spent close to 40 minutes going through the vehicle with me (im not the most tech savvy person in the world).I was in love with the luxury look of the verano in comparison with the malibu!! When we got back from the test drive, she made sure to ask multiple questions to see where she could save me money. Little did I know that because I bank with Associated Credit Union I received extra discount... This was probably why i was quoted higher at Jim Ellis. The numbers achieved my finance goals, and I took that deal. Mustauf was my finance manager, and he made sure to take great care of me. He had all my paperwork ready, and I had so many questions he made sure to address each question I had. 30 minutes later I was in my brand new car! She even programmed the radio stations from my honda. Reading the other comments, it just proves you can't satisfy everyone. Take it from someone who took the time to actually write a detailed review. Lexi has consistently in touch with me, she even sent me a gift card on my birthday, and she has treated everyone I refer to her grandly, whether they ended up purchasing from her not. I would highly recommend her, and the dealership as a whole. You would have to be an extremely difficult person to not want to purchase from here.

I bought my car at Hennessey Buick in Morrow, GA. Took the car in a couple of weeks ago because I've only had my car for a little over a month. They replaced my front caliber and brakes. They forgot to put the bolt on. Rick Hendricks replaced the bolt and worked out everything so that the other dealership paid them for their mistake. When it was all done, my car was fixed and I walked out satisfied.

Many times, as a female, I've gone into major purchase situations with great apprehension. Upon shaking hands with Mr. Wright at our first meeting, I felt immediately comfortable. He has a great approach and did not apply (too much) pressure. NO, NO, NO, EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE!I have been to this dealership on numerous trips to buy a vehicle the first day I went there I bought an Audi they told me to bring it back because the bank had not approved me for the vehicle, so that was fine I still continued to deal with the dealership because they had already ran my credit for an approval. I then went back to them 1 week later to see if they had a vehicle there that will work for me there wasn't any there so they put me back in the Audi with a lower down payment and pay off my previous car loan so I was happy. 1 week later they make me bring the car back get back in my car which was no problem, so know I am upset with the company for playing with my emotions. Not to mention I took my mom there they approved her for a new 2014 car told her she had to put a certain amount down, 1 week later they called her back and told her she has to put more money down.So NO I will no longer recommend this company to anyone because if I am not mistaken an approval is supposed to be final before I put my signature on any paperwork, not weeks later once I get comfortable In a vehicle. They do not stand by there word and gives you false hope, false information just to get you in a car.

Basically unfriendly. there is no greeting by all 3 service advisors when you enter the bay. No call back when car is ready, or if there is a delay in the service work. Service Dept workers need to be overhauled. If you don't like dealing with people, please get in a line of work where you don't have to deal with people every day.

When Tenelle, became aware of the issue he would not sell me the car. I am grateful for his honesty. You do not meet to many salesmen who are honest. Overall although this process was difficult and stressful, I would recommend Tenelle as a preferred salesman

With me not having a co signer and not the best credit score... I was pretty scared to go to a dealership. Lexi, made me feel right at home. She found me a perfect car to help me build my credit and on top of that she made sure that I wa nothin but happy the entire time! Beef jerky, lots of laughs, and 2 hours later I was ready to drive home in my lacrosse :) She didn't make me feel ashamed about my credit history, and her professionalism was perfect. My husband and I was looking to buy a new car. When we talked to Chuck, I told him what I wanted and he found it for me, a red GMC and it was loaded. He took us for a test drive, and it was great. He also spoiled me by have a sun roof put in and a tail gate for my husband. Chuck was increatable, he really cared about what we wanted and made sure we was happy with what we got. We was so happy with Chuck, we didn't bother to go shopping any where else, Chuck made the difference by bring out that red car I wanted. This was the first time I had purchased a car on my own and the team made things easy, informative and trustworthy. They worked hard to get my business, they worked with my budget and were very concerned that I was getting the kind of car that I truly wanted. The car I wanted was not available on the lot, but they found one in another state before I left the dealership. Additionally, they provided me with a "rental" car while I waited for MY car to be shipped to this store. I never felt pressured. I never felt that I was being "taken advantage of" because I am a woman. My salesman was bright and personable and had the answers to all the questions I asked. When I asked a question he was not completely sure, he told me the truth and hurried off to make sure of the correctness of his answer. When the dealership learned what day my car would arrive, Mark called me the evening before and told me it was due in the next day and that they would call once it was ready for pick-up. He called the next day and told me everything was ready. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was washed, filled with gas and ready to go. After waiting for about 15 minutes to finalize things with the finance department, I was out a little over an hour after I had arrived. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Buick/GMC. I am not surprised that Hendrick Buick/GMC is this kind of dealership. My family has purchased about five cars from Hendrick in Charlotte, North Carolina. Hendrick has a great reputation up there and is one reason why I looked for Hendrick here in the Atlanta area. I knew they would also be a great place to do business.

The reason why our experience was awesome was because of the people we met. My husband and I spoke over the phone with Briston Chester on Friday, 1/24/2014. He told us to come and and he was sure we would be happy we did. Dominick Figliomeni was our first contact after walking in the door. We is GREAT! I enjoyed his humor and personal approach. I felt like we had known him for a long time. When Dominick was tired of us, just kidding, he turned is over to Tim Wright. Tim was also a great person to work with. He was very knowledgable of the products and worked hard to make the sale. We also worked with Matt, the Finance Manager, and enjoyed meeting him as well. First off, I had such a terrible experience at Jim Ellis and Carl black. As soon as I came into Rick hendrick I was immediately greeted with smiling faces at the door, Lexi had set an appointment with me and even though I was late she made sure to take the time to work with me. They gave me more than I expected for my trade since their corporate buyer, glen, was there! They found me a 2014 lacrosse that was black and cream like I like them! They got my payments to 300, and I will always come back to see Lexi. She made sure that I knew my car, (I'm a little on the mature side) and Lexi made sure that I met all of there service team and set up my on star. I love Rick hendrick and everyone should go there!

Wow, What do i say--If people are not going to this Dealership, They are missing out!!! I have never seen a place that feels like they really want you there.. These people are FIRST CLASS!!! I went in with not so perfect credit but making a Good living and they worked HARD at getting me in a Truck. I deal with Customer service Everyday, and thesae People went Above and Beyond. Lexi was absolutely wonderful! She answered all of my questions, and made sure that I felt right at home. Everyone knows a car buying process takes longer than we would like, but I felt like Lexi became my best friend afterwards. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR from this unethical business. i unfortunately came to you on my way to Jim Ellis adn It was by far the worst decision my husband and I have ever made. I have purchased cars at least every 2 or so years for the past 20 years and I have never had the horrible experience that my husband and I had with this company. My husband traded in a vehicle and gave money down to purchase a vehicle for my birthday. This company shook our hands after being there for 4 or more hours and said congratulations, we got you a deal. Later another finance manager came to us after we began to sign paperwork and said, well the last finance manager left so I have to inform you that the bank turned down the deal and we need another 5000 down. Mind you, we are mid swing in signing paperwork. We both stood and said never mind and prepared to leave as it was a gift and we already had two very well working vehicles. As we were leaving they apologized for our troubles. The original sales guy "Charlies" that was helping ran to meet us at the door and said I think we can work something out (Game #1) So we come back in., no changes to "the deal" we sign paperwork and every shakes hands a second time...They also said we will allow 30 days from the date of the signed contract or "deal" for the down payment and 45 days for the first car note. Then two days later, we are told, sorry but we don't have a deal, so we come back to the dealership prepared to return the car adn they say, well no we actually have another deal through another bank so sign these papers...at this point we weren't pissed but a little thrown off as we are now signing a third set of paper work. So we sign and leave after shaking hands again. They ask for my husband and my paystubs and we submit them. They call a third time saying they now have issues with what my husband submitted and we may not have a deal...we are now 2-weeks into this process. in the meanwhile, they withdrew the funds for the down payment when they were not authorized to do so until 30s after the "deal". Mind you this deal date has changed 3 times. When I called the finance manager Demetrius McClendon who was handling all of this paperwork, he says oh my bad, I'm new to this. He then went to get a refund for the down payment. As I am waiting for the refund to come in the mail like he told my husband it would...week 3 we get called to come in and do ANOTHER contract with a DIFFERENT (4th) company. by this point I am done, I hate the car, the process, and anything connected to it. They call my husband down from out of town to come in and complete some final forms and then say to him, this may not work out do you have the car? SO my husband says sure I will be right back but I ma not leaving until you all return my trade in. So they all start running in circles trying to wait him out. Then they come back only to say "we cant find your car"!! What the hell? What does that mean?! So this Demetrius McClendon is emailing me in the background one lie after another adn I am making sure all of it is documented. SO again he assures my husband the check is in the mail, there are no problems, she should be able to walk into the tag office and get her tag no problem all is well.....Not So. So Then 4-5 wks into the process, At this point I am ready to drop off the car, I get an email form Demetrius saying "Good News! We got you a deal without your husband" Really?!. I thought the last four contracts were "the deal". So he tells me, my husband doesn't need to come which makes absolutely no sense. So i get there, still pissed as I have not received this check in the mail and when I walk in Demetrius says, oh wheres your husband. I tell him, you said he didn't need to come. He shakes his head in disbelief saying no no, I told him he needs to come. LIAR! again. SO then, One of the other finance managers comes over to me seeing how pissed I am and asks about what was going on. At this point, I just want my old car back, my down payment back, and to never look at this place again. She walks next door to Demetrius McClendons office and says, "wheres her check?" Taa Daa she walks back over and hands me an envelope with the check in it. The same check that is in the mail... If the original finance manager had not told me when we cam in for the second signing that we had no choice but to sign, we would have politely parked their car and sued them for out trade-in and dow payment. So I ask as I sign the final paperwork, mind you my husband came in and showed his #$% as well, will my down payment be 30 days from this contract...Demetrius McClendon says yes. I ask will my 1st payment be 45 days from this contract...Demetrius McClendon says yes.. I also left another check for them to deposit for the 30 day payment. Long story short, they processed the down payment 10-days before time AGAIN messing my account up AGAIN, and I couldn't get a frickin tag because the prior owner was still linked to the at#$% car. I had to get an additional temporary tag until the dealer finished "processing the papaerwork (which paperwork?) so that I could have a tag. Then when I finally went to get the official plate and tag, the VIN number was still connected to the previous owner adn the teller tells me, "this dealership messes up like this all of the time". So after a 2hour wait the car was finally cleared. If I could drive this car to your lot and park it and get every time back that we should please know that I would. And no you have not heard the last from us, You still owe us a balance from our trade-in! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE> If I could add more here I would but I am out of space...(I am posting this in as many places as I possibly can. Clark Howard next..Whatever I can do to keep families from having to go through this and have this type of experience I will do. Oh adn did I fail to mention that Mr. McClendon placed Gap insurance on my contract that I did not request! Done! Think I am exaggerating...I have no problem sharing the emails.

I can't say enough about the customer service, attention to my deal, follow through that Bryan provided. I likely will not ever encounter another salesman at a dealership with the same character. My deal was exceptionally difficult, and in no way a sure sale for Bryan, but he was patient, compassionate and good humored. I had been to 3 dealerships previous to meeting Bryan and left all three barely even remembering who I spoke with. My mom, who is a luxury car buying "pro" and has only ever praised 1 car salesman in her life, was incredibly impressed with Bryan. You knew you were talking to a human being, I never felt like I saw $$ signs in his eyes, lol. Bryan went above and beyond, a real quality guy. I need to say I was not able to purchase a car from this dealership, but only because the car I ended up deciding on was not available at this location. I actually felt really terrible to not be able to give the sale to Bryan; true to form, he was incredibly gracious and good natured when I told him. Please buy a car from this man! Rebecca was AWESOME!!! I have been to 7 different dealerships looking for a vehicle and have some true horror stories from them. Here, at this dealership, I was not treated like I was just another deal. Rebecca took the time to learn what I wanted, she treated me like a person. She took notes of what I wanted, learned what was most important to me and most importantly, talked to me instead of leaving me to go wait for a response from the bank for my approval. I didn't really like the first number the bank came bank with but Rebecca and Sean (much props) worked to get me a deal that I could feel good about. It was a process to say the least and we worked on it past the showroom hours... They even helped me deliver my car home since I came in my own vehicle. I would say that if you want a good deal, above average treatment with nice, professional and courteous people, Rick Hendrick Buick GMC is the place you want to come and purchase your next vehicle. I will definitely come back when I am in the market for my next vehicle purchase!!! You guys are FANTASTIC!

I traded my wife's Equinox for a new GMC Acadia recently because we are hoping to add a new member to our family soon. Tyrone was our salesperson. He was outstanding. He helped us find the right car for our budget and helped us get set up and ready to go in a timely manner. We were also impressed with John and the finance department who were able to help us get into our vehicle at a monthly payment we were comfortable paying. They are some talented people! I look forward to working with them in the future. Great experience!!

Local ASE mechanic shop recommended a GM dealer to review ECM for loss of communication during acceleration creating multiple OBDII codes. Diagnostic and Havoc on acceleration was explained to Hendrick Service Manager with specific instructions the ECM should be checked as it is warranted for 80K with car at 74K miles.. Hendricks cost 96 bucks to review. Hendricks Tech advisor called back and suggested to replace O2 sensor and do a software calibration update to ECM for my cost of $425 to start (start ?). Claims that all other things have to be done before we check ECM. Did not sound correct so I requested a second opinion from another GM tech and after describing the problem was advised that loss of power and potential shorts to ECM should be reviewed prior to replacing car parts. Tech says this may be done with a simple multi-meter while the car experiences the issue. However, Hendricks service manager claims they have no way to check the ECM and does not want to even discuss it. Service Advisor states that they will not check GM warranted ECM and that they have no reason to contact GM for technical support as they believe they have the resources to solve the problem. However, they will not state that this will resolve the problem as this is just where they will "start". Expecting to file final complaint with GM advocate (incident number), car dealership manager, take the car back, and send complaint letters to GM, EPA , Georgia EPD, Better Business, Georgia AG, and of course find a GM dealer that will check ECM which carries the required EPA 80K Fedrally mandated warranty, Driving situation is very dangerous because it is unpredictable, I an very angry with Hendricks Service and their failure to to listen to the advice of others that have driven the car, duplicated the problem, and have particular insight into the ECM communication issue. Heck, Hendricks will not even drive the car and use a scanner to duplicate or understand the ECM issue noted by other qualified persons. They simply do not want to hear it. They just want to guess by Putting parts on the vehicle and drive the repair cost up. They will not stand behind the repair that it will solve the problem. I have purchased 2 cars at Lou Sobh GMC before Hendrick GMC took over the dealership, They will be unable to earn my future business after this experience.

I had been looking for a few months to get a new Buick Enclave. I had already been to a couple other dealerships. No one wanted to give me anything for my trade Rick Hendrick Buick gave me twice the amount pluse negotiated on the price. They made it work for me. I was one happy customer.

I was misled about the availability of an auto, an appointment was scheduled and I had to grill them about where the auto was before I left home to drive the 40 minutes to the appointment only to find out it was in NC.
