As usual fantastic service from my advisor Joe. The service cost me more than I had planned seeing I only wanted a yearly inspection and oil change. But he made it as painless as possible.

Dave Banner, The Blue Team Advisor, has always treated me fairly and friendly. He and Jerry are like old friends. I have been a Hendrick (Colonial) Cadillac customer since 1993. I have owned an '93 Eldorado, '05 XLR and now a '13 CTS-V Coupe. Jerry and Dave know how meticulous I am about my vehicles and have treated them like their own. Craig Peitre in finance was extremely helpful in transferring extended coverage from my XLR to my CTS-V. What an amazing buying experience! I made contact with Dante Goodrich about a month prior to my purchase. Dante had worked with me over the phone and online to try and help me find the right full sized SUV. I had a lot of "wants" within my budget. Dante kept communication open and worked to find the perfect fit for me. I also received a phone call from a very pleasant and helpful team member. I believe her name was "Carla" but I'm not certain. She confirmed what I wanted in my new vehicle and scheduled me to meet with Dante. I was greeted by Dante, at the dealership, with a warm welcome and a willingness to not only meet my expectations, but to exceed them. Dante worked very hard to find what I wanted within my budget. Trust me, it was a tall request! But in the end Dante delivered! When I returned to the dealership to see & drive the car for the first time, he had it waiting right up front for me. He had taken the time to research the vehicle history and car fax prior to my arrival. Dante had also gone another step above and beyond; he had not only familiarized himself with practically every aspect of the vehicle but he had also visited the service team. Dante never pressured me for the sale. He was such a pleasure throughout the whole process! He's very personable and quite funny. He made what is typically a stressful purchase into a phenominal buying experience. I have no doubts that I made the right choice in vehicles, salesmen & dealerships! I honestly anticipated the experience to become more "typical" and potentially stressful when it was time to meet with finance. I could not have been more wrong. Craig was informative, honest and also quite humorous! Dante and Craig were not only a professional & informative team; but they were a fun team that made my buying experience not only memorable, but also enjoyable! Craig was very detailed when explaining my warranty options and extremely helpful at making sure I found what suited my needs and my budget! Dante has followed up with me to make sure I am happy with my purchase and to thank me for my business. I could not be more happy with Dante, Craig, the dealership and my new Escalade! Not only have I referred my friends, but I've also referred total strangers. I previously owned a 2013 Cadillac XTS. From the first time I drove the 2015 Cadillac XTS I was impressed with the improvements I noticed right away. Its handling is great. This model does not have all the bells and whistles as the 2013 but nevertheless it appears built to perform at the optimal range of my expectations

We all have our bad days but after several service visits to Hendricks my husband and I prefer to no longer deal with them. They have turned a good day into a bad day on one too many occasions. The service desk person starts out friendly but once you have a question, questions or concerns that person you dealt with becomes too busy and passes you off to the next available person who's also too busy to be fully attentive. Standing and watching other customers waiting for the service staff to finish long phone calls and/or having to wait while they answer long calls is rude. Not to mention a few other service issues where we were told one thing then overcharged for their mistake. After waiting and waiting and passed off twice, they finally reluctantly resolved their mistake yet the situation left me with a headache. Customer service needs improvements.

I took my car in for a noise it was making in the power steering area. They kept my car, put me in a loaner and when I got it back the noise was gone. I and my husband were sick and hospitalized and they didn't pressure us at all to return the loaner, even when our car was repaired. That meant a lot..... Joe and Dave ALWAYS take good care of me and my Cadillac XTS! I LOVE THOSE GUYS!!!!!

Brought my 2011 CTS in for a warranty repair (oil leak). I was issued a loaner to take care of my business for the day and before the end of the day my CTS was ready for pickup. My service adviser Joe Waller provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable in addressing my concerns. Job well done!

i recently purchased ATS and when i test drove the vehicle CUE screen was good. but when i signed papers and took the keys i found a big scratch on the CUE screen. I informed this to sales person John Butler. he promised me that he will make sure that it gets fixed and asked me to drive home for now. he said he will order parts and let me know when to bring back car for servicing. i was initially skeptical if he really do it or not, as i already signed papers. But he talked to his boss on this and ordered the parts and followed up with me in getting this fixed. I really appreciate John for his commitment towards customers.

My SRX felt like it was having a nervous breakdown on yesterday morning, so I drove it straight into you guys, and the care I was given was just excellent, and ever cried to my husband I was so thankful. I had my 2010 SRX in the service dept for a GM safety recall and it was a good experience in all aspects. First, when I arrived for my scheduled appointment that Dave Banner helped to arrange, I was met by a young lady who directed me to Dave's new location in the recently remodeled facility. He was ready & waiting for me with the necessary paperwork. Next, the waiting lounge is very well appointed with comfortable chairs and a variety of refreshments. Within a short period of time, the work was completed and the car had been washed. Again, this was a great experience; especially, as I recall a recent experience at a different dealership that was anything but pleasant!!

I called for my ATS oil change and tire rotation around 11/15/2014. I was told the first available appointment was January 6th 2015. Recall work was the reason offered. Everyone was polite but I have to assume the service department cannot meet the demands of the Cadillac customer base.. The ATS is a great car but having to drive to Hampton or further for an oil change is ridiculous. . Think twice before buying a new Caddy or schedule service a few months in advance

My wife recently injured her back and we needed a good ole boat for a car. Cadillac and Lincoln were last to make them this size so I started looking. I wanted a DTS last "BIG" boat around. The one I wanted had too many bells and whistles so my sales person Kimberly White showed my some other models, no pressure what so ever. I found what I wanted at another Hendrick dealership and she had it delivered and ready in 48 hours. To say I was stunned is an understatement. She's a Jewel in the Hendrick family for sure. I love my "Boat" floats down the highway and best of all my wife is happy. I'm an old hard core navy chief but I do give credit where credit is due. Thank You Kim White.

Brought in my 2011 CTS for condensation in the passenger headlight which was covered under the vehicle warranty. Also oil change and tire rotation which was also covered. I was also given a loaner vehicle so I wouldn't be at a inconvenience. I am very satisfied with the service and hospitality of Rick Hendrick's Cadillac service team.

Excellent customer service! Really great group of staff that are friendly and very helpful. Not only did I receive great service as customer and on my car they even gave me contacts and helpful tips on purchasing property as I have just relocated from CA to VA for a promotion as manager. This location is truly the greatest and I honestly look foward to coming back to finish some more service needed on my truck even if it is going to cost me an arm and a leg. A recent purchase of a 2013 Cadillac Escalade was once again a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. This SUV was the fourth Cadillac purchased from Colonial Cadillac, now Rick Hendrick Cadillac - Norfolk. We have interacted with John Duncan, the current Sales Manager on all four occasions. Simply put, "He says what he means, and means what he says!" He worked diligently with us in very good faith to trade in our 2011 Cadillac Escalade for the 2013 Escalade. We described to him the deal that we needed to purchase the new car, without any pressure at all, he and his sales agent, Paul Baines, showed us the new 2013 vehicle, inspected our 2011 vehicle, and made the exact sale provisions which we had indicated we needed to be able to buy the new Cadillac. He in no way pressured or hassled us concerning the details. We worked the deal, added on the extras we desired, signed the paperwork and two hours later returned to turn in our 2011 and pickup the 2013 and be on our way.. You talk about "professional" and "service to the customer," this was the epitome of a mature approach to a high level vehicle trade. I can't end this strong recommendation of Rick Hendrick Cadillac without mentioning our previous experience with the Rick Hendrick Cadillac-Norfolk Maintenance and Repair managers and functions. I have never had such expert, prompt, dependable, cost effective service with any previous dealerships and this 2013 was the 11th car purchased by our family since my graduation from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1965. I once again was impressed!

I purchased the '13 Summer Gold Cadillac ATS and let me say this is the best car buying experience I have ever had. I loved my salesmen John Butler, he was very knowledgeable and made sure I knew all of my options. I did not feel rushed and he made the experience personal by making me feel like I was his only customer and not just another customer. He made sure I knew he was there if I needed him. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. Though I am not too keen on the service dept. that's another story. Thus why I gave them 4. I'm so glad I decided to go to Rick Hendricks after I visited 2 other dealerships for my Cadillac purchase. No buyers remorse here. :-) Thank you guys!!

Mr. Rick Hendrick is running a class act! My wife & I went to the Va. Beach International auto show to check out the new cars without having to drive from dealer to dealer. This is where we first sat in the Cadillac SRX. Mr. Jeremy Jordan represented Rick Hendrick Cadillac at the auto show. Mr. Jordan answered our every question and invited us to drop by the dealership for an SRX test drive. My first test drive was without my wife. Mr. John Bell assisted me with my every question. Our next test drive were equally fabulous. The 3.6L, V6, 308 HP engine has plenty gitty-up & go. Backed by the 6 speed transmission, my wife's turn at a test drive sealed the deal. We had to buy one! We didn't purchase that night, though Rick Hendrick's staff did everything they could to present us with an inviting offer on a Cadillac SRX. Our sales representative, Mr. John Bell, was very attentive to our every need. Two days of homework on our part & numerous emails back & forth with Mr. Bell, we eventually made an appointment to seal the deal. Mr. Bell had the car of our dreams waiting for us on the day of our appointment. After our brief final negotiation, we finalized our purchase and jumped into the new SRX. Mr. Bell spent every bit of 60 minutes going over controls and such. We connected our cell phone to blue tooth, registered with ONSTAR, and understood every control/device before leaving the parking lot. We are very pleased with our Rick Hendrick Cadillac experience. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.

When we decided to by a Cadillac, we were not sure which module we wanted. Our Sales rep, John spent the better part of the afternoon with me, looking at differnt modules, and options. I could not decide between the ATS and CTS, John took the time to describe each module, show me the differnt options and choices available. I actually changed my mind 3 differnt times, and he was patient with me, and did not try to push one module or another. I could not have asked for a better sales consultant. When I finally made my decission, he worked with me to obtain the best deal possiable. I was actually shocked at the deal he was able to work out. Once the deal was made, Rachel completed all the required documents quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend Rick Hendrick Cadillac if you are looking for a great deal, friendly customer service. Execellent buying experience.

After purchasing a vehichle from this dealership and signing all necesary paperwork, we received not one but two calls from the dealership backing out on what was written on our contract. One of the items had to do with the fact that they did not process the paperwork accurately and needed 500.00 additional dollars in order for us to get our car registered. They never kept in touch with us during the process and we had to request not one but two additional temporary tags from the dealership after we initiated the contact. I feel that it should be on the dealership to pay the additional amount because they were not thorough and they failed to provided us with competent customer service. In addition the representative from the department that handles the temporary plate and permanent plate distribution (Ms. Cox) stated that the dealership was doing US a favor when we purchased the vehicle.
