I walked into Rides Unlimited unsure of what I was looking for and Karl made a few suggestions that were perfect. Karl was very patient with me and gave me the time of day, unlike any help from a new car store. Karl not only sold me the best car for me but he also followed up with me a few days later to make sure I was still happy. I have never had a good experience buying a car but Karl made it comfortable and easy for me. They have great inventory and are fun and friendly. I would definitely recommend going to Rides Unlimited if you're looking for a car. Make sure you ask for Karl!

Jason is awesome. Was honest about items he knew needed attention on the vehicle we were interested in and fixed them on the spot. Price was extremely great. Clean, honest business. Highly recommend.

Purchased my sons first car from here a few days ago. The service was fantastic the quality of cars are great. Karl was a huge help on the finance process. It went smooth and fast in and out less then 2 hrs. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Was looking for a car for a few months for my son that turned 16 last month. We started are search in thought that it would be an easy task, I was wrong! For our budget there was not much out there. I came across Rides Unlimited in Plainfield. They had quite a few cars in my families budget That were in great shape. Thank you again for all the help, we will return for my second sons car in the fall. You guys made my sons summer!

I went to this dealer to view a car. I told the sales rep that I had a trade in. While he was viewing my car I told him I will not be financing the vehicle I was interested in. He stopped what he was doing and told me there's no way he would sell a car without financing and walked away. Did not ask me how much cash I had to go towards the total or give me a value for my trade in. Terrible service.
