I dealt mainly with Joe during the process of buying a van recently. He was very honest and up front with me and I think I got the van at a fair price. I traded my old van and Joe let my wife drive the van we purchased home because my old van needed repairs that made it dangerous to drive. So, we had the van for several days before purchasing it and decided to buy it then as we checked around and could not find a better deal for it. The process went very smooth. The staff was friendly and helpful. Above all, we didn't feel like when you go to a typical car dealership and are pressured into sales. I would recommend friends/family to go there to buy a vehicle. Just purchased a 2009 dodge durango with low miles. Really quiet, shifts smooth and provides a comfortable ride. They are really friendly and allowed us to look without being pushy. We called before hand to come and see the car and they didn't do the bait and switch like some dealers try. The car was fully serviced thru a third party mechanic and they showed us a list of what all was done. Not many dealers do that.I'd definitely go back for another car and recommend them to others

My search for a reliable used car came to an end at RideSmart Auto. I bought a 2011 Hyundai Accent and am nothing but happy. Joe and his team had the car in tip top shape upon sale, replacing all brakes, rotors, and tires - which really put me at ease driving it off the lot. Everything about my experience at RideSmart Auto was top notch from the moment I contacted Joe to the moment I drove away in my "new to me" Mini. After leasing a new Nissan Rogue for three years I wanted to go back to buying a pre-owned car. I was very disappointed with my experience at a new car dealership and anxiously anticipating the end of my lease. We saw this beautiful truck on their lot! We were in the need of upgrading our current truck. We dreaded going into the car buying experience, again, because of past visits to BIG dealerships. But we did a vehicle inguiry on a Sunday night late, thinking here from some one on Mon. But no!, within in mins, Joe emailed me back! With the most nice way about himself, honest, and willing to help us get this truck. Mon, we continued talking and walked us through the proper way and most beneficial way to aquire the truck. All the time never being pushy or intimidating, just helpful, tuesday came in and and sat down with Joe's financing dude,,Henry! What a awesome guy, knew exactly what to do with the most efficient way and very polite and easy to talk to! Was very on top of everything, in about 15 mins, bam! I have been looking for "new" used truck for some while. Found RideSmartAuto website and was easy to check out and gives great pictures of vehicles. Wife and I went down with thought of how buying a car usually goes. Called Joe to see if truck was still for sale. Small car dealership site gives it a family feel. Had truck out front, after a walk around and showing us the options. We took for 10-15 minute test drive. We liked the truck so decided to go ahead and see how the buying part would go. Told Joe where we wanted to be with the payments so not to stretch our budget. After giving information to banks. Joe called one bank, on the phone for maybe 5 minutes and he got payment we wanted with great interest rate without having to put much down. Easiest time we ever had buying a car, not the usually stress that goes with the HAGGLE/BUYING process. Will check out there website again when need our next car/truck.

I'm from central Jersey, but when I was looking for a cheaper economy car for my daily driver, I saw a low mileage manual Chevy Cobalt, exactly what I was looking for. The only downside for me was the distance (Almost 2 hours away). I went out on a Saturday to check out the car, and thought it was great, but it needed afew repairs. They already guaranteed the repairs would be done for me by the time I would get the car, so it was a done deal except for the distance hurdle. When all was said and done, i would have to make the 4 hour round trip from out of state at least 2 more times. I sat down with them, and we were able to work something out where once they got the loan from my bank, they would overnight me the title, so I could get all the registration and tag paperwork done at the DMV, which made it so I only had to make one more trip: the trip to get the car. Also, they make sure every vehicle passes PA inspection before it's sold, so you know the car is in perfect working order when you drive off the lot. Everyone at Ridesmart clearly takes great pride in what they do, and go out of their way to make sure the customer gets what they're looking for, and still be reasonably priced. They bend over backwards to satisfy the customer, and I had no problem reaching anyone at the dealership with any questions or concerns I had. 100% would buy from them again.

Joe, Henry and Fran and are good, down to earth people who still believe in providing excellent customer service, expert knowledge and good value to their customers. After visiting many websites we found a Buick enclave we liked. It was an hour & a half ride for us from red lion pa. but it was worth it. Henry was great not every salesmen would have gone out of their way as Henry did for us. We just returned from a five day trip and our car and ride were great. I was shopping around for a Chevy Silverado 2500 with an extended cab and an 8 foot bed, which is very hard to find but they had it. They offered it at a reasonable price and then worked with me to negotiate it to a great price, not only this but the car looks and runs great. I looked at a similar trucks at different dealerships but none compared to the quality and the price offered by these guys.

While we worked on the sale of a vehicle, the shop was already making repairs to the vehicle (minor lighting) to make sure that we could leave with a great vehicle, at a great price, and not have to be concerned about bringing it back another day as we were almost 30 miles away. I've been looking at options for buying my first car- whether it be paying outright for a used owner sold cheap car, or committing to the scary thought of financing. Being young, I don't have much credit, and the places I looked for cars prior to Ride Smart ran my credit through the roof without my knowledge and down the drain to dozens of banks without my knowledge. Henry though, was different. After giving him my information, and telling him what I has just gone through, he broke down every single detail for me and told me exactly what my REAL options were since I was limited. Showing me his computer screen and every action he took to get me the financing I needed, he ran one- I repeat- ONE bank that he knew I had a shot at. Almost a decline, he got on the phone to call them up and explain my situation and work out what needed to be done to get me the car. Now, here I am, with the car I've wanted with an incredible payment because he was able to give me a shot and work with everything I had. Thank you. Who would have known that people like him still existed in this industry.

Great car buying experience!. I visited their website and saw a great Acura RDX and made the purchase with a simple call. The website is great - I was able to view dozens of pictures of the vehicle and could see it was in great condition. I also started the financing process online and they had all of the paper work available by the time I arrived at the dealership. This is the 5th car I have purchased from Ride Smart. After having a rough week and spending hours at a commercial dealer I was directed by my parents to check out the cars at Ride Smart based on the honest reviews they had read. I quickly fell in love with a Jeep that was just placed for sale. Henry took me for a test drive and I knew in that moment I found the car I wanted to see in my driveway every morning. I was looking for a low mileage used car to replace my 200k+ miles car, and i saw that they have good price on the one that I liked. I test drive that car and it is running like new. They are pretty nice to work with and no hard sell. Also the trade-in value for my old car was fair. I was in and out of the shop in less than 2 hours. Overall a great experience buying a used car.

Our Chevy Express 3500 was totaled when we hit a deer in November. To replace such a vehicle with a decent used one is no easy task considering we were working with a limited insurance settlement. We found one online that fit the bill at Ridesmart approximately 600 (yes, six hundred) miles from our home. Knowing we were taking a great "leap of faith" in trusting someone so far away, we were not disappointed. Henry, Joe and Kathy knew the sacrifice we were making and made sure the drive was worth it by having the vehicle in tip top shape. I would recommend this dealer to anyone searching for a used vehicle (which is all they sell). Also, the facilities rating keeps dropping to three stars and it should be five.

We had been looking for a quality previously-owned BMW Z4 for a while. After finding one on the Ride Smart website, we made the 3-hour drive to Honey Brook to check out the car. My mechanic informed me this week that my 12-year-old mini-van needed repairs that would cost more than my car was worth. He referred me to RideSmart Auto, and I'm so glad he did! Even though RideSmart Auto is an hour from my home, it was well worth the trip. Joe and his crew were great. Joe steered me away from what I thought I wanted to what would best fulfill my needs. I bought my 2004 Armada on 11/06/2015. The staff as a whole are very accommodating and understanding. Purchased a Subaru Legacy here on Oct 3rd. The car is very nice and no problem was found, a very satisfied purchase. The stuff here is also very helpful. I hold an out-of-state drivers license and the car's title transfer process is more complicated than normal, Henry helps me out through out the whole process. Deserve a five star!

Bought a Nissan Quest. It was exactly what I was looking for! Love it! The service was excellent. They worked with me on holding the car for me until I received my refinancing loan. All paperwork was done for me before I got there. All we had to do was sign! Very friendly, made the experience so easy! Also did some minor repairs we asked for without upping the price. My son wanted a blue, 5 door, Toyota Yaris for his first car. I wanted a safe reliable vehicle for my teenaged son. RideSmart was our key to happiness! They make sure the car is in top shape to be sold, and even went out to purchase new floor mats for us when we noticed one was missing. My son's car was in such pristine condition that it passed the MD inspection without a problem. ( Rare in MD!! ) It was easy to see that they set a high standard when choosing which cars to sell, and they are priced competitively. The price could not be beat! I came across this dealership originally because my family and I were looking at a Toyota Sienna minivan. They had an absolute gorgeous 07 Sienna fully loaded with leather and navigation that was priced right and cared for meticulously. Their lot in Willow Grove a wide array of selection which led my eyes straight to an absolute beautiful 2006 Lexus RX330. I saved thousands from buying the Lexus from Henry instead of going to the Lexus dealers. First off, their vehicles on the lot are all pristine. If they're not, they actually spend the money to make it right before selling anything which is rare in this industry. Both Henry and Joe were high-class individuals who kept their word and delivered. I got a fair price on my Lexus along with a comprehensive extended warranty. I'm not sure exactly how they keep finding low-mileage cars with competitive retails, but I don't think I'll ever buy a car elsewhere. The reasons that push you into buying a new car (warranty, used car unknowns, untrustworthy dealer) are all gone the second you walk onto their lot. It's right off the turnpike and I can't wait to purchase again from them. All of these positive reviews don't lie so quit wasting your time on Cars.com. Give Henry a call and let him put you in the car you'll still be happy about each month when the payment comes.

Finally after a "HORRIBLE" experience with two Honda Dealers in New Jersey that cost me time, money & a great deal of headache, talk about "SHARKS" trying to rip you off that's what those dealers tried to do to me. Initial phone call with Henry, I explained what i was looking to accomplish. I had a trade that i needed a required amount on. Joe and Henry delivered on that, and presented me with a GMC Acadia that my wife was interested in. She hadn't seen it in person until i brought it home, and she loves it. The transaction was as simple as it could get; 1 trip on a tuesday to take a look at the Acadia, a few phone calls for diligence, which were treated with complete transparency, and 1 final trip on saturday to drop off a check and pickup the vehichle. Everyone I encountered there reminds me of 'Good People', with a professional attitude and great customer service. i would gladly look to the folks at RideSmart Auto for the purchase of my next used vehichle...!

We have been searching for a 2nd car for some time but wanted something to accommodate our family but also be stylish and professional for the line of work we are in (real estate). We wanted something we could pay cash for and not feel ripped off. We went to Ridesmart because of the inventory they had shown on their website. Sure enough we got there and were blown away with the huge selection of vehicles and the low pricing and low milage that was on most of them! We ended up buying an Acura MDX and couldn't be happier with it. It's actually an 07 and looks newer than our 2012 Nissan Armada we paid a fortune for! It's in pristine condition which it's hard to come by. We were offered a very reasonably priced warranty which we went with because it was a no brainer and we are so happy. RideSmart is not your typical used car dealer. Youve heard the stories about used car dealers, right? I found the perfect car I was looking for through their internet listing, negotiated a perfect price with Henry, and received a vehicle made more perfect by Fran and Dante before delivery to me. Henry, Joe, Fran, Dante and Kathy are the nicest people to deal with knowledgeable, honest, accommodating, and interested in delivering a previously owned car made as perfect as possible to you at a reasonable cost. Henry arranged financing at a reasonable rate, and Kathy had the paperwork ready to sign when I arrived. They even took time to fix a few little things I hadnt seen during my check of the car, and informed me about each one! No, their facilities wont impress you, but the cars, prices, honesty, and the people will. So, you are not paying for a fancy dealership and a huge lot full of cars instead, you benefit from personally dealing with good people who remember your name before, during, and after the sale. A really pleasant surprise, and a completely satisfied customer!

Henry and the group at RideSmart are simply the best. We called ahead of time to get a feel for the dealership and the car we were interested in and within minutes we could tell that Henry was far from the typical sleazy used car dealer that we had grown so accostmed to. His responses to all of my inquires (some ridiculous, admittedly) were honest, frank and helpful. His demeanor on the phone and helpfulness led us to take a cab all the way from Center City just to look at this car and interact with such a great car dealer. Our experience at AutoSmart in person was equally as good as on the phone, and we ended up leaving with an amazing used car at an amazing price. Henry is truly a special employee, and honestly, if I ever started a business, he's the first guy I'd call. This dealership is the best I have no question, and while the location and lot maybe slightly unconventional, the service is spectacular. If we ever need to purchase another vehicle, AutoSmart is the first and only place that we're going to go.

Outstanding customer service. RideSmart had a 2009 VW Tiguan, I had been shopping for one for months, but it wasn't quite the color scheme I was looking for but had everything else. They also had another one fresh to the lot that was being checked in and serviced, as they had just acquired it. Fran and I took the one on the lot for a test drive to the service center where the other was, smart thinking on his part because that is the one I wanted and eventually purchased. Although both vehicles were of great quality, and either of them would have fulfilled my needs, Fran by going out of his way to get me in the black one THAT day, was the clincher. When we got back to the lot I met Henry and Kathy who took care of the paperwork a couple of days later, once they were convinced the car was sound and up their high quality of standards and integrity and ready for sale. Henry worked with me to get to the numbers where I was comfortable, and also with a exclusionary warranty that will put me at ease for years to come. The vehicle was delivered clean and detailed (thanks, Deeter) with friend's asking if it was new because it looked so sharp. You would think their responsibilities would have ended there, but as luck would have it on my new vehicle and my one week anniversary, I ran over a piece of steel in the road locally and it cut through the sidewall of my tire. I called Henry to see what exactly was covered on the warranty knowing in the back of my mind that it did not cover this incident. He easily could have washed his hands and directed me to my spare tire/donut, and called it a weekend. Nope, he went out of his way to ensure I would be taken care of by connecting me with a new tire (actually 2), to match up with the others that were on the car, at a very reasonable price. Once again, the CS didn't stop there, after mentioning I needed to do some highway driving the next day, and really wasn't comfortable doing it on the donut (since the specific tires needed to be ordered and wouldn't be in for a day or two) he offered a full sized proper fit tire to use for the day of driving. This was completely and fully beyond anything that should be expected from a dealer, more like something a close friend or family member would do for you. The incredible thing is that I'm pretty certain Henry, Fran, and Kathy would have done this for ANY person who had walked thru that door, 10 days earlier we had never met and now I feel as though I have 3 new friends that I can count on. If you are looking for a quality used vehicle and a good deal, give these folks a look and I'm sure you will not be disappointed from the quality of vehicles on the lot, the easy feeling in the office, and the remarkable customer service that doesn't end when you walk out with your new vehicle. THIS is how a dealership should be run. KUDOS RideSmart!

I've purposely waited roughly a year to write a review about my experience with RideSmartAuto (Joe, Henry and their team). The quality and reliability of the car is more determined by the length of ownership and drivers experiences. My belief is you need time to get pass the purchasing (excitement of the car) experience before really accessing the capability (was it a good buy) & reliability of the automobile and dealership. The Honda Pilot I purchased is extremely reliable with a minimum of maintenance as well as the buying & after support experience. Originally there was an issue regarding the warranty inconsistency which Joe addressed resulted in a modification to that warranty; extremely satisfied (no fuss and/or argument). Professionally handled by Joe. Henry as well was professional, mild manner and knowledgeably addressed all my concerns. Had an opportunity to speak with other maintenance team members; were open and amiable Overall good experience most importantly a reliable automobile. Currently looking for another, will be returning to RideSmarAuto.

We went to Ridesmart needing a minivan. We had bought one from them a few years ago and were very satisfied so we decided to try them again. Joe, Henry and everyone we met were very helpful. We saw a minivan on the lot that we eally liked. We went into the office to crunch some numbers and they made it happen for us. Within a few hours we drove our new minivan home. We traded in our minivan and they gave us a very fair price. Working with everyone at Ridesmart was very easy, no pressure and we are very satisfied. I would recommend Ridesmart to anyone looking to buy a car.

The guys over at RideSmart Auto really took care of me. I bought a 2004 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS, and they have bent over backwards for me every step of the way. They were extremely honest and up front about what work needed to be done to the vehicle, going as far as giving me the actual invoice from their mechanic showing exactly what he was going to be doing to the vehicle. Once I made a downpayment to commit to the car, their mechanic Donte did all of the work within a week and a half's time, and he did the work RIGHT. Once I made the final transaction to purchase the car, they even threw in additional warranty services - at no extra cost! These men and women at RideSmart Auto in Willow Grove PA really TRULY care about their customers and doing the right thing. I could not be happier with my purchase from them, and I plan on going to back to them in the future whenever I plan on buying another used car. My car was washed waxed and detailed before i picked it up, and they've made sure that I got everything i needed to for the car to run impeccably. Great prices and an easy buying experience without the pressure that you normally get at the big name car dealerships. The lot is a bit small and cramped and the building looks old, but dont let it fool you. The staff was friendly, courteous and efficient and our car buying experience was painless. I found a car on RideSmart site that I really likes and it was very much affordable in comparison to the other websites i had been searching. From the first phone call to the last it couldnt have been easier to do business with these people. They were efficient, polite, helpful, accomodating. My situation was one which I had to wait on an insurance check for my last car in order to purchase this one. They waited patiently never pestering me as a matter a fact I kept calling and pestering them!! I was so afraid they would see the car on me. They assured me under no circumstances would they do that. BTW this was a penn to RI transaction and everything WAS SO SMOOTH. On a nice Saturday afternoon my wife and I were looking for a way to spend the day. We decided to go for a 1 hour 15 minute drive to RideSmart Auto to look at a 2005 Lexus LS430 I had seen on Cars.com that they had listed. Our intention was to ONLY look, we weren't really in the market for a car. BUT upon seeing the vehicle, (it was in fantastic shape) we decided to take a test drive. Henry directed us around the area as I put the car through a thorough road test. To put it bluntly, it was the smoothest riding car I've ever been in. For a 10 year old car we were both amazed at how well it rode and performed. Now we were in a dilemma, we loved the car but didn't have plans beforehand to buy one. After negotiating the price with Joe, my wife and I sat in the parking lot for an hour deciding "should we or shouldn't we". We decided NO and drove home after thanking Henry, Joe, and Fran for being such nice people to deal with. I spent the ride home and the rest of the weekend 2nd guessing our decision to say "NO". Monday morning after asking my wife 1 more time what she thought, I called Joe and said we wanted the car. Leaving work early I went back to RideSmart and purchased the car. Joe, Henry and Kathy got all the paperwork done, the entire purchase went smoothly and we couldn't be happier now that we've had the car for 3 weeks. We both highly recommend RideSmart to anyone looking for a Quality used car.

I purchased a vehicle, a 1999 Lexus LS400, at Ridesmart that I had researched extensively. I set up an appointment to check it out and test drive and the folks at Ridesmart couldn't have been more generous and trusting. I dealt most with Henry, and he was consistently professional, kind, and accommodating. Prior to purchasing the vehicle, I took it to my mechanic for inspection and he found a few items that needed attention. I brought the mechanic's report back to Henry and Ridesmart took care of the items that needed repair. The purchasing process was smooth and I felt comfortable the whole time. After having the car for a couple of weeks, I noticed that one of the brake problems that they had tried to fix resurfaced. I took it back to Henry and they replaced the part with a certified Toyota/Lexus part at no cost to me. Again, professionalism and trustworthiness abound at RideSmart. I would absolutely shop for and purchase another car there in the future.

I bought a 2010 Toyota RAV4 this past December and the experience at RideSmart was great. I went there for a Nissan Rogue, but it was sold. So, the sell rep. showed me the RAV4 which was about the same price as the Rogue, and worked with me so that I can affort it. I love the car and it handling. I am glad that they suggested that to me. It is a small place and not fancy like those big auto dealer, but the people there are nice.

When it was time to purchase something new, I did not hesitate to come to this place because I value my mechanics opinion. Having been to other places and experiencing the same things as I did in past years when looking for a vehicle, those things were not the case here. The people here are genuine and they are on top of things. For the most part, they were available to me as quickly as I needed them to be as well as, patient giving me a few days to think things over if I needed to do sp. They were not at all concerned about making a sale or should I say, they did not make me feel like that was their main concern. What a great time I had buying my new "used" 2009 Tiguan! I had been driving a 1993 Plymouth Acclaim because I detest the "process" of buying a car. When the Plymouth 'died" and was no longer repairable, I stayed home for a week rather than "deal" with a dealer! I even considered a taxi to get around. Finally, I bit the bullet and went to RideSmart because I love their display of fun cars. I was immediately greeted by Joe Porrini, who was warm and likable. After asking a few questions, he directed me to several cars he thought I might like. Henry took me for several test drives and when I expressed misgivings, he directed me to the tiguan. At first I balked. I was 50 years passed my original VW, but I got into the car and was transported back in time. True, this was not the Karman Ghia of my youth, but i felt at home!. it was fun again to sit in a car, to be on the road in a vw, and to be assisted by 2 men who know that a car is more than an engine and a means of transportation. 4 hours later the car was mine, I have been having so much fun in my Tiguan that I almost forgot to write this review. Joe and Henry sure know how to match a customer with a car, and I am singing their praises around town!

What can I say, I am sixty three and this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Joe found the car, Henry walked me through the sale and Cathy and Henry both drove me to and from home when I needed a ride. I went to the dealer looking for a car that wasn't on the lot. Within two weeks I was riding out of the dealership and leaving for vacation in my Audi A4 convertible. These people care and know what their doing. After being away from the car business for 7 years, I found myself searching the Internet for a new car. After speaking with several different dealers and salespeople over the course of a couple weeks, a new listing appeared. It was very aggressively priced. We were on our way back from a terrible experience at a large VW dealership who seemed like they were rushing and pushy. What a difference there was when I stepped onto the lot at RideSmart Auto. The first thing I noticed (aside from an impressive selection of vehicles) was that I WAS NOT being hounded by salesmen or prodded with questions. I took my time looking over each of the cars I was interested in on the lot and then stepped into the office area where I met Joe. Joe was the same guy that helped my father in law and even being so long ago he still remembered my father in law to the details of the car he traded for the Mini Cooper. I told Joe about my search and talked to him a bit about the cars I was interested in and he made a few suggestions of his own. Joe was not pushy, unreasonable or impatient. He introduced me to a few cars and finally to this clean (and affordable) '07 Mazda 3. He gave us the keys to look it over without trying to highlight all of the "selling points" of the vehicle but was still there to answer any questions we had. Joe seemed very upfront, honest and was very respectful. After taking the car for a drive around the neighborhood we sat down with Joe in his office and talked about the price. Joe was not out to get my top dollar and helped me stay comfortably below budget. RideSmart Auto handled the inspection and any work that the inspection called for and threw in a few extras just because they like to take care of their customers. I truly felt taken care of. I've had poor experiences with car buying before but I've never had an experience I was excited to tell people about, but this was it. I look forward to the next time I'll need a car because, of course, I'll be coming back to RideSmart Auto. Thanks again to everyone at RideSmart Auto and I would highly recommend RideSmart Auto to anyone looking to have a pleasant car buying experience.

I did not look forward to buying a used car as I have worked at 2 dealerships in the past. RideSmart took all of that anxiety out of the equation. I went to them after deciding which car I wanted. I saw it on cars.com. Their site showed me the exact car I was looking for and the fun began. Henry is sincerely a pleasure with which to work. I live an hour away and he paved the way to make it easy to get there, even after hours and making sure the car was in tip top shape before I got there. Between the phone call and the arrival to inspect and take a test drive, Henry took care of each detail that he had already told me about. The car was everything I wanted out of a 2006 used car and more. I love my Crossfire and I appreciated the ease of the purchase. I highly recommend this dealership and the cars they sell. It is a higher end type used car dealership and I feel comfortable rating this company so highly.

I found the car I wanted and called in and spoke to Henry who told me they leave on Saturday around 5-6:00. I was about 45 min to an hour away and told him I was leaving now. He said they would wait. I got there around 5:15. They had the car sitting out back freshly washed and ready to go. Joe looked at my trade while Henry showed me the car. Henry showed me all the work they had done to the car, including the invoices for the work which I appreciated. They had spent several hundred dollars on it preparing it for sale. We negotiated the price of my trade and the price of the car. I didn't get much of a break on the car but the I had already researched it and the price was already very good. I left feeling like they went out of their way to stay late and make the deal happen which in the end I drove down in an old dodge stratus and home in a shiny new-used Acura. I would do business with them again. They are laid back, not pushy and they know what they are doing. They have been there for a long time and there is a reason for that.

I had a very good experience recently with RideSmart. They were very patient while we went through several vehicles on their lot over several different visits. We received zero pushback on taking multiple vehicles out for test drives and one in particular three different times. On our final visit , It was a Saturday approaching closing, we were able to work out a deal for a Nissan Juke. They stayed past closing and worked out all of the paperwork and I took the car home that evening. Excellent service, very friendly, very patient. I would buy from them again, and may end needing to soon with 2 teenagers rapidly approaching driving age!

I have absolutely no complaints . Frank has been very helpful. The SUV I purchased had the head rests missing . He went out of his way to find it and finally got it for me. He is very knowledgeable. Buying a car is all too intimidating for a 21 year old. I wasn't sure where to start or what to look for I just knew I loved Nissans being that I learned how to drive and took my license test in one. Joe was great help along with all the other men. Taking me through different cars on the lot and narrowing my choices with what I liked and what I didn't like. Finally he showed me a 2012 Nissan Sentra right away I fell in love. It had everything I wanted sunroof comfy seats and navigation, since I'm awful with directions, and most of all it was white which was the first thing that I wanted out of a car. Not long after we took it for a test drive and I knew it was ment to be, while driving Joe explained everything about the car and anything I had a question about he had the answer too. Today I left the lot with that car and I couldn't be more excited or pleased. He and the men were such great help and they had such great reasonable prices on cars, I recommend this car lot to anyone looking for a great lasting car and great information and help in buying a car!

Being a first time car buyer in a place of experts can be extremely intimidating but Joe and his whole team really helped me feel at ease and made sure to answer every question Ipossibly had. I just walked out with a new car today and knew iI had to write a review right away. The prices were extremely reasonable and Joe sticks to his word when he says he refuses to sell anything but quality. Though I bought a used 2011 Toyota RAV4 the condition of the car appeared as if it had barely been driven. All in all it was refreshing to be in a friendly atmosphere where the dealer looks out for the consumer rather than just trying to make a sale. So far there is nothing to complain about with my vehicle. One of the best experiences I have ever had buying a car!!!! Joe and Henry Are AWESOME!!! I drove in to PA from NJ with the hopes of getting the car advertised....And I most certainly DID!!!! I got to Ride Smart Auto at around 11:30am and did not leave till around 4:30pm, NOT for any other reason then Joe and Henry making sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase ... Neither of them are pushy sales men trying to make a quick deal...They are by far VERY HONEST!!! YEP I SAID IT HONEST SALES MEN!!! Just purchased a Fiat from these guys. At first the run down facility 20 miles from my home alarmed me and I was thinking of turning around but the car was the one my daughter liked, was low mileage, fully loaded, and priced right with a full carfax detailed explanation of it's history as well as the price range for this car! The sales people were very nice and helpful, but I dealt with the owner Joe. A previous review noted him to be rude and rigid, but I found him to be professional, knowledgeable and negotiable regarding price. After all, I was there to buy a car not talk football. He compromised on the price and met me where I wanted to be. The car was well detailed by his crew. Although previously owned by a smoker there was no trace of nicotine odor when I got the car. Purchased on a Wednesday night, we were on the road with completed paperwork by 11 AM Thursday in a used car that looked like it just rolled off of the New Car Dealer's lot. My coworker had previously purchased an Audi from them and was correct when she said "you'll be satisfied."

They had a car on their lot that i was interested in so i made the 45 minute drive from Cherry Hill (based on the reviews on Cars.com). I put a deposit on a car on their lot, but as it turned out, I did not end up buying the car from them (Ended up getting an awd version instead). Without any hesitation they refunded me the deposit amount. The entire experience with them was excellent and I would highly recommend them.

For the first time I found myself in a position where I was going to buy my first used car. I dislike looking for new cars and dreaded this even more. I had no idea where to start other than looking at cars.com which can be overwelming. I saw a 2003 Honda on Ride Smarts website and figured that would be my starting point since it was close to home. I liked the car when I got there and it turned out Joe and the guys there were the best to work with. Absolutely no pressure, just honest answers and a great test drive. From the time I met Joe to the end when I signed the paperwork it was a great experience. They even had the car professionally serviced and inspected before turning it over to me. That even meant having several issues fixed at their expense that I would never had known about, doubt even my own mechanic would have noticed them. Thanks Joe and everyone for a great experience.

I stopped by this dealer to check out a Jeep, the Jeep was already sold but I saw a beautiful 2009 BMW 328i Xdrive and instantly fell in love. I had no intentions of buying another luxury car but I couldnt pass up this awesome deal especially after a terrible experience I had at Gary Barbera's. Ridesmart made my buying experience great without any pressure and worked with me on the finances. They take pride in their cars and are very upfront and honest about them. While our financing did not work out in the end, these guys are the most honest, reliable dealership i have encountered. they took the car i was looking at to an independent repair place for me so i could have it evaluated, actually pointed out what needed repair, and when my outside financing collapsed, they simply wished me well, even though they had put tons of time into my sale.

My experience at RideSmart was average to other vehicles previously purchased at other places in the past. The first person that my wife and I spoke with was a more simple, grassroots type of gentleman; which I not only felt comfortable with but could relate to more. Fran, don't change one thing.... 5 stars. The second gentleman, Joe, was more of a hard-nosed business man. My wife and I were told a few thing, with almost a redundancy; which made me feel more like a simpleton. Overall, Joe seemed to be a sincere man who was aggressively running a business. If you are going to negotiate with him, you better pack a lunch. Information on the warranty was lacking with the first question asked; which cycled through many persons present at the dealership. Ultimately, the Wheelz sale representative had to make a telephone call to get the answer. After getting the vehicle home, I reprogrammed the keyless entry remote controls that I had from a previous car of the same model. Fran printed instructions on how to do this. Yet again, Fran.... 5 stars. But then I found that the windshield trim on the lower right side pulled out approximately a foot long, from the 2 hours drive home. Additionally, the drive side front window starts to misalign about an inch before the window fully closes. This problem causes the window to jump with a thud as it shuts. These 2 problems where not present at the time we were at the dealership. In conclusion, RideSmart was accommodating and helpful, yet the monetary end was difficult. I also felt that more knowledge is needed for selling warranty information. If you, as a consumer, decide to patronize RideSmart, Fran is the gentleman you want to see.

We (wife, 7 year old son and me) were looking for a new-to-us family car. We had already researched and narrowed it down to a either a pretty new Volvo XC wagon or a slightly older BMW X3 suv. RideSmartAuto had both listed that we were interested in, so we went out to look. The place is just a small lot and building next to a busy road, so I wasn't sure what to expect when we pulled up and parked in the pizza place lot next door. What we found were helpful and friendly people. No pressure or games, and no dealership overhead. Henry, Joe, and Fran were great. We looked closely at three cars, test drove them all, and ended up buying the least expensive of the options, an '07 X3si that we are thrilled with. Also got an extended warranty for peace of mind. I was never pressured and they kept me informed of what was going on with every single step of the process. We financed part of the purchase, and they shopped it and got me a better rate than my bank or USAA had offered. I highly recommend these guys. When I need a car next, I will definitely go back to them. Great buying experience!

These guys are great! They went above and beyond, explained everything clearly, provided excellent detailing and repair on things we didn't even know were wrong with the car, and did it very quickly. They are friendly and appear to really care about making customers happy and selling a quality car. We needed to find a used Volvo to replace an older one that was totaled in an accident. A friend who had earlier also purchased a used Volvo from RideSmart recommended them to us. The thought of having to work with a used car dealer made us a bit nervous. We had an extremely positive experience at RideSmart. The Volvo we found there was in immaculate condition, and according to the Kelley Blue Book, fairly priced. Having a CarFax report on the vehicle also made us more comfortable. Purchasing the car went very smoothly, and we've been very pleased with it --- it's a pleasure to drive.

I found the car of my daughter's dreams (a gently used red Mini Cooper) online at this dealer for a great price! The staff replied to my inquiry for a test drive very promptly. Unfamiliar with the location, we had no idea what we would find. Though their sales lot is tight and packed with cars, they had the Mini out front, freshly washed, accessible and ready to test drive. They allowed my daughter and husband to take the car on a nice long test drive, while I enjoyed coffee and conversation with the staff. Florence, Henry, Joe and Frank were very knowledgeable and nice people to do business with. When my daughter decided she was going to buy the Mini (her first car!), they made all the paper work go smoothely. We would definitely buy from them again!

We had a very positive experience. Always worry when buying a used car, but we've had our 2004 Audi A4 convertible for about 6 weeks and no problems so far. The sales and finance people were very easy to work with and they even sent us a part that was broken on the arm rest after we got home. My only comment that might not be 100% is that they said they had put on new brakes and tires. The breaks have already started squeeling, so I am thinking they are not new. And the tires look OK, but also not new. Overall a good experience and would buy from them again.

I first messaged the staff at the dealership about a 1997 Mercury Cougar XR7, and asked a couple questions, and within a couple hours they sent me a reply to my questions. A few days later I received my income tax, and called and spoke to Joe, and asked him if he could hold the car for a week, because I live in WV, and I needed to take a bus to PA, he was understanding, and asked another staff member Henry to put a hold on it, and he did. I came to purchase the car on Saturday February 23rd, "My Birthday", and they even treated my brother and I to lunch. They're friendly, respect, and knowledgeable people, and will any answer any questions. When I buy my next vehichle, I have no doubt that I will return here to make my purchase.

I was referred to RideSmart from my sister who had a very pleasant purchasing experience. My nephew also purchased a car several years ago so I felt comfortable from the start. I was not sure what kind of car I could afford. Joe helped me right away, asking me my budget and showed me several options. I fell in love with a 2006 Volvo S80, it was a breeze from that point on. I got a wonderful rate on my car loan, a fair price on my trade in and was pleased with the purchase price of the car. I was on my way within 2 hours of arriving in my new ride! I did have a repair issue with the molding that I brought back for a repair and Fran was able to order the part and install it for me. I spotted the perfect minivan while browsing online at cars.com for used low mileage vans within a certain price range. I called RideSmart Auto to confirm and it was still available. The following day I dropped by the dealership to take a closer look and do a test drive. The dealership's lot was small but it was packed with cars. I wanted to drive my car a little while before I wrote this review. I purchased my 2000 Honda Accord from RideSmart in the middle of September 2012. I found out about this dealership from driving by there going to another dealership. I went online and I researched the cars that I wanted to check out. I went there and everyone was friendly...not pushy like the other dealerships I went to. I didn't feel pressured into buying a car. Everyone there was nice and understanding. I was given time to check out the car myself. I was NOT constantly nagged by anyone. When I had questions, someone was there to answer them. I loved the whole buying experience. I always do my research before a large purchase, and they were upfront and honest about the car. Fran said I would love the car, and I do love the car. I am happy with my purchase. Overall, the buying process was very good. When we discovered that the transmission pan was dented, it was difficult to get RideSmart to acknowledge the problem. However, in the end they offered to pay 50% of the repair. We are happy with the outcome.

We were looking for a car for our son. He had seen the car on the lot and we went back to with our price. They had already lowered their price and apparently were trying to get it off the lot because it was there for a while. We had a set amount our son could afford and were really in the no mood to negotiate. If they didn't like our price we felt that was not a problem we would move on. They kept making us feel they were losing money with the price we set. We finally came to an agreement, but the rest of the time in the facility was uncomfortable. The "owner/mgr", hardly spoke to us at all except to fill out the paper work and he was sitting directly across from us. I understand you are trying to make money, but was it so hard just to say,"hey we want to sell this car at a higher price let me show you something else". We did not appreciate the attitude. On the other hand, the rest of the staff was fabulous! They went out of their way to help us. We may go back, but beware of owner/mgr. I "x" would recommend, but with caution.

This is the second car purched from RideSmart, after test driving at least three my husband and I never felt rushed, always greeted with respect and kindness, finding what my husband wanted that day he forgot to bring his insurance card, Florence was so gracious and patient she was willing to call the insurance company to have faxed copies of coverage it took more then two calls to finally get the information Florence was so helpful, while waiting Henry offered to drive my Husband home to get his card. The fax came through as they were leaving. Henry still had not taken the time to eat his lunch. I know my Husband would go again as well as I.

I just wanted to thank the great team at Ride Smart. I currently work for a dealer in upstate NY and drove over 300 miles to buy a 2009 Volvo V50 that I have been searching everywhere for. I worked the entire deal via phone and it was a breeze. I have to say I was a little scared that I would drive 300 miles...spend all that money in gas and travel expenses and would not like the car. WOW I got there and the car was 100% what they promised! It was clean, banking paperwork was ready to go, I went on a test drive and was done purchasing it with in the hour. Recently I purchased a 2002 Hyundai Sonata from Ride Smart, with surprisingly low miles. The car itself is in very good condition, and there was no time during the buying process that I felt I was being forced into anything. Joe is a phenomenal car dealer, and Florence was a wealth of information and very helpful. Both of them are friendly and easy to talk to, and they are by far the biggest asset to the dealer. They did an amazing job throughout the process. It's a small place so the facilities aren't top notch, but by no means a bad place at all, and is very well kept. I am a local doctor in the area snd decided ti give ridesmart auto a try because of their great inventory of high end luxury automobiles. The most interesting thing was each and every staff member was remarkable at solving my every concern immediately. When i found the bmw i wanted joe the owner gave an incredible price for both his vehicle and my trade. Their pricing was so far superior to any of the local dealers in the area i realized they really wanted to start a business relationship. Best car experience ever!

I live on the lower Eastern Shore of MD and drove all the way to PA to see a older vehicle that I had been looking for that they had. I didn't get what I wanted for my trade in and they didn't come down off the price any for a vehicle that was the same year as the one I was trading in. They told me they wouldn't be able to sell my trade and that it would have to go to Auction (when actually it seems they sold it within a week of advertising on their site). In addition some features they advertised such as a CD changer was not present nor was a center seat-belt that we needed for our child. Oddly enough I'd go back here for a vehicle, the people were nice, down to earth, friendly and would bend over backwards to help. It was the quickest car purchase I ever made (minus the drive time). The vehicle is a Joy to ride after fixing a few minor things to pass MD inspection. So yea the drive was worth it.......PS (unlike a couple other well known dealerships) Ride Smart followed through on a promise, they made sure I got my seat belt :)

I was shopping on a low budget and found a great deal at RideSmart. The car I bought has higher mileage (124,239) but it is a beautiful vehicle. I know that a car with high miles is bound to have some problems but so far there has been nothing wrong with this one. I am so happy with my purchase. Joe gave me a great deal on a warranty too. I'd never purchased from a dealer who deals solely in used cars. I made the deal by phone and a car-savvy friend came with me to look at and purchase the car. My friend remarked that the quality of the cars at this dealership is particularly high, and that this dealer is careful. I am very happy with the used car I purchased here.

I walked in and was promptly offered a bottle of water which was a godsent on such a hot day. The building was cool and one of the employees turned on cartoons on the television to entertain my kids. We had an excellent experience with this dealer. They had a wide selection of quality used cars. This purchase was for my teenage daughter, so safety and reliability were paramount as was a reasonable price. We were able to come to an agreement quickly; the process was handled professionally. The experience was customer focused. On our trip home, we heard a noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. I contacted the dealer and we returned the vehicle the next day. They took care of the service (as well as the bill). The noise was only apparent after driving a long distance in extreme temperatures, so Ridesmart was not aware of it. They test drove it several times before they heard the noise. They actually believed us because it did not make the noise the first two times they drove it. I appreciate their perserverance and professionalism. Customer satisfaction is paramount to them which is so important when shopping for a used vehicle. My daughter is thrilled and so am I.

Wow. Thats all I had to say after I left RideSmart. The customer service was great buying the car and when there was a malfunction they repaired the vehicle quickly. I was so happy with everything. Joe and Fran were friendly and knowlegable. This was great experience.

I purchased a 2007 Volvo S60 today and from the very start of arriving to Ride Smart, it was literally a seamless process. Joe and Fran, both working on the Holiday, made me feel at home. There was absolutely NO pressure ! The paperwork process was expedient. I was in and out within a 2 hr period, which included them detailing the car ! I just want to say thank you to Joe, Dan, Fran and Florence, they are by far a wonderful caring group of people. I am a sigle mom and i have had some credit trouble in the past, so with limited income and not a great trade, joe and dan were able to get me into a great jeep liberty that i am proud to show off to my friends. I had tons of questions about brakes and tires, ect and they were all answered. And even though the brakes would have just pasted inspection Joe had them replaced so i wouldnt have to put any money out for a while on repairs for my jeep, any other dealer would have said they were fine and put the added expense on me. They truely do care about their customers. I plan on buying my next suv from them in a couple years!!!!

I found Ride Samrt Auto online while shopping for a used car. I called and spoke with Joe very nice down to earth and not pushy. He told me about a 2005 Hyundai Tucson that he had fresh on the lot, clean and well maintained with a good price tag to boot. I just had to see it for myself, it was everything Joe said and more. Finally, I found my car after 4 weeks of looking. Joe and his team were easy to talk to and to work with. I recommend Ride Smart Auto to anyone that would like to buy a car.

I bought an 04 Audi A4 from here, nice car, but i had gotten home and wanted some background info on some routine maintenence, so i would not re-do something that might have already been done, i asked Joe for this, and he said he would get back to me, well Joe it has been 2 months now and you still have not gotten back to me. WHY? Mabye its because you sold me a car that you KNEW had a bad transmission, and now i realize why you were so willing to give me the extended warranty for such a cheap price, SO YOU WOULDNT HAVE TO REPAIR IT!! DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!My car was to have been "just serviced" Really? What about the codes stored in the ECU? failed to mention that didnt you, JOE? Its ok, JOE, that 3900.00 didnt come out of your pocket

Joe was excellent to work with. Very honest and easy to work with. He called back everytime he said he would during the negotiation process. Once we reached an agreement in principle to purchase the vehicle, Joe offered to come in early on a Saturday so we could get on the road and get back to Knoxville at a reasonable offer. Once we test drove the vehicle, we decided to make the purchase. We were in and out of the dealership in 15 minutes. A+++++

Less than two weeks ago, I purchased a beautiful white 2009 Jetta from RideSmart. The process was painfree. I saw the car online on Tuesday and drove away with my new baby on Saturday. After an extensive search online for a used convertible, me and my girlfriend were able to narrow down the field to 2 cars: The Audi A4 Cabriolet and the VW EOS (model years 08-10. What brought me to make the trip to Ridesmart was the fact that they had several A4s and one EOS listed at below average prices compared to similarly equipped vehicles. After a test drive with Dan and a more than pleasant discussion with Joe, we decided to purchase the 08 VW EOS. All aspects of the process and financing options were exceptionally explained and we got a great hardtop convertible at a fair price. It's been almost two months since our purchase, on a crisp Feb 20th night and we are absolutely enjoying all the beautiful weather with the top down. Thanks again guys!

I can't say enough positive things about my buying experience last week with RideSmart. Joe, the Owner, and Fran, a car specialist, helped me with my car choice, and really made me feel that I had found a dealer who still knows how to make used car sales and tradeins a pleasure. Joe was excellent in his negotiations, straightforward and an impeccable professional. Moreover, he treated me with respect, which from the viewpoint of a woman consumer, is indeed rare in this industry. I love my new (used) MINI and I'm glad I traded my BMW in to Joe and RideSmart. I was looking for a used Mini, I found one on the internet at Ride Smart. I drove up about 70 miles away, worth the ride. Small dealership great inventory alot of good quiality cars. No presure sales everyone was friendy and easy to deal with. When I got there nobody was around except the lot man who takes care of the vehicles. He got the keys to show me the car. Everybody was just great to deal with.

I was in the market for an 09 Hyundai Sonata Limited after my car(same model)was totalled in an accident. Ridesmart happened to have exactly what I was looking for with very low miles, but priced more than what I was prepared to spend. I sent an email offering 3k less than the advertised price and was promptly responded to by Dan. Although my offer was lowball he did not respond in a negative way. Rather, he responded by asking if I was a Wholesaler and said if I was willing to meet them somewhere in the middle that it might work. That response led to my visiting their car lot to see the vehicle. The vehicle was not my first color choice but was "Perfect" in shape inside and out, exactly as described. Joe the finance manager was there to greet me as well as Dan. Both were very professional and courteous. We settled on an amount $1,500 less than their asking price, which was more than fair after I got to see and drive this vehicle. Joe mentioned that they guarantee their pricing to any dealer within a 200 mile radius for like car/miles. To top off a great price and sale..per my request.. both Dan and Joe drove and delivered my car the next day, to my work place in Glenside and we finished signing the paperwork. You try and find a dealer willing to do that to make a sale easier and smooth for their customers. Thank you very much Dan & Joe for making this buying decision so easy and non-pressured. I will be sure to recomend anyone interested in a quality used vehicle to your business.

After an extensive search for an Audi A4 quattro convertible, I decided to make a call to RideSmart Auto and that weekend make the 150 mile trip up to Willow Grove, PA from Washington, DC. I found Joe and team to be very personable and professional - they also had a great set of inventory the weekend I visited. Despite the small size of the lot, they appear to do a rather good job of specializing in certain automobiles they know well (e.g. Audi convertibles) rather than casting a wide net without interest. This gave me a better sense of trust in the process. Buying a car is never an easy process; however, I found the process at RideSmart to be as smooth as one could hope for. I was able to choose a car, test drive, arrange financing & insurance and drive off the lot on the same day without incident. They understand that people often go quite far out of the way to deal with their lot (for good reason), so they do their best to ensure that you can leave satisfied. Still enjoying the car - especially with 62-degrees today in DC.

We purchased an 06 Z4 today and couldn't be happier! I have been researching and shopping for a sporty convertible for some time and found Joe to be the most responsive and professional dealer of all that we visited. We traveled 250 miles to visit the dealership and wound up driving our "new" car off the lot after our first visit. Joe was very easy to work with, no pressure, and seemed genuinely concerned with helping us make an informed decision about our purchase. After driving the car home (250 miles) I am thrilled with it! This place is the best! I called on Thursday night and by Saturday I was driving my new truck off the lot. This place has a stunning selection of cars. Although it looks small it Is NOT a dealer that will try to rip you off. I purchased a 2007 Dodge Dakota from Joe just the other day. The car is in perfect condition, like brand new, I couldn't have asked for anything better. I think the thing that Ride Smart does best is they don't make you feel uncomfortable. It's not like a big dealership where they pull you in run your credit right away and try and sell you the most expensive car on the lot. The gentlemen there are real people, like you. They know cars are expensive and they want to get you the best deal possible. Not only was I given the best loan offer I received, but Joe actually sat me down and showed me everything that every single lender offered me. He showed me that I was getting the best deal possible. He helped me get my own insurance and everything done so perfect. They offer a fantastic warranty plan, and it is just perfect! I would recommend this dealer to anyone out there. From all the staff I met there they are all honest, real, funny , caring people. From the lot man to the owner every single second I spent at Ride Smart I felt comfortable. Highly Recommended!!

I agree wholeheartedly with the couple of reviews I read. I found the Audi 4 online. It looked and sounded great, and it was priced lower than other Audis with similar mileage, features, etc. My husband and I live in the Baltimore Metropolitan area. We called Joe and talked about purcashing the Audi and the trade in allowance for my vehicle. We made an appointment to drive up to see the car. The two and one-half drive was absolutely worth it. The Audi was terrific, Joe, Dan, Angel, everyone at the dealership was friendly and warm. Joe got us a better rate than I had gotten from my credit union. Joe stands behind his products. I just love my gorgeous blue Audi convertible with its blue matching top, terrific grey leather interior and fabulous features. Satisfied in Baltimore.

I drive by often and the quality of the cars always caught my eye. Always new cars on the lot, I could see that they turned over inventory. When I was in the market for a car I stopped in. Total no pressure sales. After speaking with Joe he made recommendations based on my needs. He had several cars on the lot but told me of one he had coming in, he could have easily tried to sell me what was on the lot but the Audi A4 he had in mind for me was perfect. I am extremely pleased with the car, in meticulous condition and an amazing price. I searched the web for a comparable car and hands down Ridesmart's price was thousands lower! The buying process was the easiest I have ever done, approval in 10 minutes with a fantastic rate! Everyone there is friendly and professional. I recently purchased my used 08 Audi A4 Convertible from RideSmart Auto. I was extremely pleased with the professional atmosphere, quick, easy & very low cost financing. In addition, the pristine condition of my Audi was the nicest I'd seen anywhere.In fact all of the cars that I looked at were newely PA saftey inspected, neat, clean, & ready to be drive home. The entire transaction from test drive to signing took under an hour. In & out. No fuss. An easy, honest & fair transaction.I saved around $3500 all together from comparable cars. I was looking for and used car and a friend recomended RideSmart in Willow Grove. I had been looking for weeks around the area only to be disappointed by what I found. Upon calling RideSmart and talking with Dan he said they had several cars that met my needs and price range. I was in the market for a Jeep Liberty Shopped around in many dealership and finally found the right dealership Ride Smart Auto I have been in contact with Angel in the titles 7 finance dept and she answered all my questions and concerns...
