Very good experience with this dealer i inquired about a car I seen on facebook marketplace went to there site applied online easily for financing was contacted by the dealer i really didn't even have to talk to much on the phone texted and emailed most of the conversation and almost all thru the transaction went into the office at an arranged time signed all my paperwork put my money down then had my keys i would highly recommend them very professional answered all my questions I really enjoyed the overall interaction and im very happy with the car I purchased

We found our Nissan Rogue on Cars dot Com, took a test drive and the whole experience was great. They let us put it up on a lift and check it over carefully. The even bend over backwards to process our paperwork quickly! Great job, Teddy!

I recently helped my mother with purchasing a pre-owned Nissan Rogue and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, in particular Kelly. We've had a lot of negative experiences at other dealerships, mainly with the stereotypical pushy snake oil salesman. Ridgeway on the other hand was not like that at all. They take pride in the quality of vehicles that they sell, and the sales lady made the process easy with no pressure. We did a test drive on a Saturday night and then my mother drove the car away 2 days later! Kelly even gave me her personal cell number (I'm a female btw) to make it all easier, as I was in town from out of state. My only complaint would have been with one gentleman who attempted to push an extended warranty to my mother, after the check had already been written. He had already talked to me over the phone and I had declined 2 days before but he tried again with my mother, which made her feel uncomfortable. Not really a big deal though. There was an issue with the vehicle a few weeks after purchasing- an AC pump went which could have been an expensive fix. Ridgeway took the vehicle back right away without any questions and they fixed the problem. My mother loves her SUV and we've already recommended this dealership to family and friends.

We returned to Ridgeview to purchase a second car, having had such a nice experience with our first car purchase. The Subaru Legacy we bought 2 years ago has been a pleasure to own (and service after the sale was excellent). So, we returned this winter for another Subaru. We did some looking around first, but ultimately the quality of the cars at Ridgeview far exceeded other used car lots. Our new Outback is super clean and should be fun to drive.

Been buying used cars locally for many years, and seen it all. Brian, the sales rep I worked with, at Ridgeview, was a big factor in why I chose to buy there. Very personable, low pressure, and willing to work to make sure I had a quality experience. Called me after I had the car just to check up on things. Next time I'm shopping for a car, I'll be giving Brian a call.

We have recently bought a 2008 Ford Ranger from Ridgeview, in excellent condition. The truck was exactly as advertised and the salesman was comfortable with an outside source inspecting the truck before purchase. Brian Dunbar was accommodating, polite and tried his hardest to make sure that we were comfortable with the arrangement including the warranty, price and quality of the vehicle. Process could not have been much easier, we were glad to work with ridgeview and would happily do business with them again.

I purchased a 2004 Dodge Dakota truck from this dealership and I can honestly say it was my best vehicle buying experience. I had the car fax in hand, a long test drive and no pressure and games to deal with like at the big box dealers. Lead salesman Brian worked with me on a price that would ensure the payment I was looking at. He gave me money on a trade (1999 SUV with 236,000 miles on it) that had no business being on the road anymore. Furthermore when Ridgeview prepped the truck, Brian and the service manager Mark went over it bumper to bumper and did some repairs, including new brakes, to the tune of $850 - on their dime. Not many places would go to the lengths of customer service these guys did. It was truly outstanding. I'd recommend Ridgeview Motors to anyone. PS - For service, they've got a great shop in the back and a comfortable waiting room with Wi-Fi, TV and coffee. Leo Roth Hilton, N.Y.

We stopped in looking to purchase a pre-owned car for our daughter. We had a very pleasurable experience, we worked with Brian who was extremely friendly and patient with our daughter as she worked through her first car buying experience. He was also very knowledgable the cars available and honest in his recommendations. We purchased a car, that was in good condition, affordable, and we were impressed with the service performed on the car before pick-up, it is comforting to know they really took the time to inspect the car throughly (they even found a broken door lock which they quickly had repaired before we picked it up). Thank you Brian for making our daughters first buying experience a pleasurable one, we really appericate all your help and the great customer service that you provided. And Tori is extremely happy with her new car.

Bought an '05 Focus here. The buying process was very simple and Brian was extremely friendly. Since I am a first time buyer he went over all the paper work so I understood everything. The car was washed and had a full tank of gas when I picked it up. The facility was clean and I had a very easy stress-free experience. If I'm ever in the market for another car I will definitely stop at Ridgeview Motors.

I bought a used 2004 silverado from brian at ridgeview motors and I couldn't be happier with the customer service I recieved at this dealership. He was very fair with the price of this truck and very fair with my trade in. I've dealt with a lot of car dealers in my life and he is a very nice and honest dealer. It was a pleasure doing business with him. It is nice for a change not to feel ripped off. I would and already have recommended Brian at ridgeview motors to my friends. I want to thank Brian for a great experience.

i will never again go here for a vehicle or recomend this place to people.. me and my boyfriend got a truck from there in september. when we test drove the vehicle it was perfect.. it was everything we wanted.. the day we pick it up we found the back speakers in the door missing, a hole in the back passenger door, they never filled the transmition fluid, they never washed the vehicle, we found RAZOR BLADES ( one in the seat and one in the door cubby), paper towels under the hood, and now after going back time and time again, we now found out they did an inspection on the vehicle, and passed it with none working emergency parking breaks.. all this with in a week... NEVER again will i go here.. and NEVER will i recomend ridgeview to anybody
