I got my Volvo updated to include a "Polestar" tune. It couldn't have been a more positive experience. This dealership is very much in tune, pun intended, with their customers and are even involved with Volvo social forums. It was through this forum that I learned of this dealership. It's a family owned dealership and I was quite surprised that the person that I was in contact with was part of the family. There was an issue with their ordering website. When I sent an email to them, I was quite surprised to not only have received an answer within 5 minutes (seriously! I just checked the time stamp), but also to have had the website fixed in order for me to place the order. This was to help enable me to take advantage of a Labor Day sale. The service people there were also super nice. They also had a few very nice desk areas for customers (not to mention the beverage area) which enabled me to be super productive. Nice dealership! Installation was under 1 hour. They did warn me that sometimes it takes longer. This was an incredibly positive experience for me at this dealership.

Recently I looked up their reviews and they were less than stellar. Not quite sure why ,since I’ve only had great experiences with my salesman Lee and the service I received over the last 10 plus years from Riley. Like any business, it’s always about the person you’re dealing with and how they treat you going forward. I would highly recommend working with Lee and his team and think you’ll be quite surprised with the attention and time they give you in selecting a car. Cindy

We recently leased with Riley Volvo and they were excellent, Joe from sales was very attentive and answered all of our questions and made sure we were taken care of. He was great to work with along with AJ the finance manager there. They made car leasing super easy and we are loving our new Volvo!

I had a terrific experience with the new service process at Riley Volvo Stamford. I love the valet service which picked up and delivered my car when I was at work. I really appreciated the ability to text with Ashley, my service provider, who was extremely responsive. The process was very smooth and transparent and payment was easy with the new online payment link. Thank you!

Excellent service. Always a pleasure to work with Paul and the whole team at Riley Volvo of Stamford; they are extremely smart, thoughtful, and diligent. They are as much the Volvo brand as the cars. -Happy customers since we walked onto the Riley Volvo lot in 2008.
