Jim Rodda and his staff are so responsive and professional. Excellent at diagnosing problems with the car and repairing issues timely. I’ve never had a problem here. In fact, it’s always been a pleasurable experience dealing with the service department and that’s not common at all in any auto dealer. I will drive past 4-5 different Ford dealers to go here because of the experience and trust I have in them. Truly exceptional.

Both the service dept and the Sales dept are awesome I've bought 3 cars here and always leave satisfied that they have looked at the best scenario for my financial situation to put me in a vehicle. Also the Service dept is great Jesse is the Man!!! He always is direct and honest , I never go anywhere even for an oil change if something is wrong they will tell you not hide it till your warranty is up like I have found in past dealerships
