Although we did not buy the car, our salesman, Gabe Ibarra,was friendly, helpful and attentive. Was not made to feel pressured. Allowed us to take the car out for an extended drive and evaluation. Looks like RizzaCars really has made a major change.

horrible service, wouldn't recommend to anyone at all. Everyone from GMC to the Cadillac building has no idea what they are doing. Very unhelpful, couldn't do a simple service job right. If you want your car serviced, take it to people who know what they are doing and won't damage and scratch the car.

Very disappointed in the overall experience with Rizza. Over the course of 3 days of trying to buy a vehicle, the appointed internet sales person, Catie, after making solid initial contact, in the end chose either to not to return emails or phone calls the last day. When I finally had to call the dealership back to speak to someone to ask if the vehicle was still available, it ended up being Catie and she told me yes and we started filling out "good faith" paperwork. At least I thought it was in good faith. Over the course of the next few hours we spoke once quickly about my potential trade and then silence. Eventually I asked for an update and received a call back hours later tell me the vehicle we had been working on was sold. Then promised to get back to me by the end of the night to inform me if the other vehicle was still available...never heard from her. I looked this morning and it was gone as well. Is this how this dealer works? Definitely the worst car buying experience I have had. In the end they sold the car, so what did I matter.

From the time I saw the car on cars.com and made the initial contact with Rizza,the service was just so professional and patient with me. The lay i talked to called and understood my situation with medical problems and I live a distance from tthe business and had to cancel a few times. She was very nice and finally when i arrived,my saleman walked me directly to the car I saw and wanted. He got the keys and i was doing the test drive ,however i claimed the car before i turned the corner. i was told my options and while he ran around doing all the salesman crap he had to do ,credit check , get car detailed and started the process and questions ., other salesmen chated with me and offers refreshments. it was very pleasing and nice. I could have drive the car home in less than and hour .. It was that quick.And yes I am a pleased and happy camper. Still learning all the stuff i have on the car, and was very impressed with the phone calls and checking up on me follow up.

My wife and I are giving a Superior Rating to Larry Papp our Sales Representative. I'm a Disabled Vietnam Veteran, I needed a very safe car for my wife to drive me back and forth from the VA Hospital, Larry took care of us and I felt very confident that I would get a Great deal from him and General Manager Frank Caruso. Great experience. Love my service rep, Lisa. She always assures that I have a great experience. I think that their telephone referrals should be better. I called while Lisa was out and I got switched around several times and I gave up and just asked for Lisa's email. Each person I talked to kept telling me Lisa was out and even when I did get a service rep no one seemed to want try to solve my problem.

I came in for pricing on driver mirror on Cadillac truck, and David , my advisor for years always do a Great job taking care of my issues and me. I should say, I got an oil change for the first time here, and surprisingly the pricing and service was really good. I will come back for basic maintenance in the future even though the commute is further from Jiffy Lube around the corner. I am really big on service, and Rizza really meets my high standards which explains why I keep coming back. The only drawback to this visit was the wait time up to 2 hours for the oil change, but I attribute this to the renovations which David made me aware of in advance so I wasn't too bothered.

Rizza Cadillac Buick GMC has an all-star salesman in Cody Bakr. My wife and I were looking for a Certified Pre-Owned crossover SUV starting back in the fall of 2014. We went to countless dealerships to figure out which kind of Make and Model we liked and finally decided to look at Buick Enclaves. We went to 3 or 4 Buick dealers in the Chicagoland area and were not impressed with the service until we came to Rizza. We met with Cody Bakr and right off of the bat he asked us prequalifying questions about what we were looking for from model/make, color, year, mileage to interior preferences as to not waste any of our time. Rizza did not have any pre-owned vehicles in stock to match our requirements. Within a week and a half Cody found us a Enclave that Buick posted in their registered inventory list and within 2.5 weeks it was shipped to Rizza, went through a certification/specification check and we were driving it off the lot. We have heard from Cody multiple times since the purchase. The post sale service has been great so far. While we have only had the car for less than a month, I will give this experience 5 stars. I would recommend Rizza to anyone and point them in the direction of Cody Bakr every time. Happy car shopping.

It was very pleasant, but the wait time was extremely long. My wait time was 4 hours maybe this was due to high recalls, but David, front counter service personnel was extremely helpful as was Harvey a CS dealership rep.

I received a special email coupon for discount on Oil Change, but was given some kind of explanation that it didn't count for me even though it said synthetic oil on coupon. I leased a 2013 Buick Regal GS in October 2013. It has not required service other than oil changes and tire rotation and is generally an outstanding vehicle. When originally leased I indicated Saturday servie was very important. On the only two times I have brought it in were on Saturdays. The first time they made me feel about two inches tall for not having an appointment. This time I tried to make an appointment they indicated I would not need one. Sure enough when I got there this past Saturday they started making a big deal about an appointment and would try to squeeze me in sometime that morning. There were three cars in line, must have been a busy day. I was calm and said forget it and pulled my car out. I went to Apple Chevrolet where I have bought all my other cars and was greeted with their same great attitude and enthusiasm. They indicated they would take care of me as soon as possible. I was out the door in 45 minutes. The morale is attitude. I realize it was my fault on Saturday, I was to blame for bringing my car in for service. Rizza will never see me again and I am back in the market for another vehicle.

Car was taken in promptly and 2 warranty items were requested for inspection. One was no problem and the other was fixed to our satisfaction. Rizza service is excellent, especially John Howard. Fast, courteous and they called us on mobile so could come for pick-up.

I was going for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Was advised that I also required a modification due to a GM recall that I was unaware of. Lisa Stroz advised me that the formal recall was probably in the mail, but she would have service personnel make the necessary changes without me having to return to the dealership after I got the mailing. I was very pleasantly surprised at the no pressure approach George and the Management Staff demonstrated. This was just about the most pleasant new car buying experience I've ever had. I absolutely love my new 2014 LaCrosse. We agreed on a fair price without having to battle for hours like I have done in the past. After having a very unpleasant experience with a high pressure Rizza dealership some 25 years ago, I'm glad I gave them another chance. I'm also glad they have learned that today's consumer has the advantage of the internet to get educated and that the sales tactics of decades ago no longer work. Everyone was awesome, even the porter who changed my plates and changed all my personal items to the new car. Thank you guys!!

Service appointment was to R&R a rear cargo area coat hook and check out why the Low Oil Pressure Shut Down Engine warning light came on one time. Three hours later I left with the oil pressure sensor replaced and a $302 bill. This is on top of a $2155 repair bill for an A/C evaporator and BCM module repair less than a week earlier. My anger is more directed at GMC for the the poor excuse for quality that they build into their vehicles. I will NEVER buy a GMC product again!

A/C on Acadia was not working. Evaporator needed to be replaced. Fixed evaporator but then BCM found to defective during repair which does not make any sense since it was fine when the vehicle was dropped off. Loaner was provided while BCM work being done. BCM repair was additional $213. The Acadia has been nothing but a major expense since purchase.

My experience was exceptional. The sales person greeted me with a friendly smile. He directed me to the vehicle that I showed interest in and let me explore the vehicle. He answered all my questions with the same friendly smile and set me up with a test drive. While he was busy setting up the test drive other sales persons expounded on the vehicles attributes, some of which I was unaware of. This made my visit complete including buying a vehicle.

My service coordinator Lisa is a gem. She is very professional and at the same time personable. The entire RIZZA staff is very personable, professional and efficient. I left my previous dealership, Haggerty GMC, etc, due to unprofessional conduct. Rizza does not overstate or try to overcharge you. They tell you and recommend but always let the customer make the decisions.

I had an 8:30 AM appt for an oil change and misc service items. I decided to wait thinking it would only take 1-2 hours. After 2 hours I inquired about the status and was told that I needed a new battery. I gave the ok and was told it would be another hour. After an hour I inquired how long and was told by Larry that it would be another 60-90 mins so he offered a loaner for me to use. I returned around 3:30 PM and the car was washed and ready. I had the distinct feeling that the service department was understaffed both in service technicians and service writers which may have contributed to the lengthy wait time.

Rizza Cadillac service is always fine. I am just upest with Northstar reliability. I have owned four Northstar powered Cadallics over tha past few years and you have had to remove the engines in three of them. Oil leakss and water pump problems. Cadillac should have had a fix on these problems years ago. Also, Cadillac should be extending the factory warrantee on the engines with these problems for an extended period of time. I am not the only owner with these problems.I have serious reservations about purchasing another Cadillac due to this situation.Other than the Northstar problems I an totally satisified with the DTS. Seems to take a long time for and oil change, filter and tire rotation. I realize that other things were checked and it was great that you had correspondence available indicating the process. But, considering I had and appointment at 1 p.m. and I didn't leave until around 4 p.m., this seems a little lengthy. But overall I was quite pleased with your dealership.

I was impressesd with how concerned the service rep, David Lyles was with finding out what was wrong with my car. When it didn't make the noise I described he kept it another day and was able to produce the sound and diagnose the problem. He even made sure there was a loaner waiting for me when I got to the to the dealership after he had left for the day. His dedicated service to the customer is commendable!

The actually work on my car (oil change and tire rotation) was performed to my statisfaction; however, Dave Pace promised to removed the very small pebble strikes from the hood since I had the additional protecive coating installed when I purchased the car. He was also going detail the interior, which was part of the package. Apparently Dave was released and no one bother to tell me until after the oil change and tire rotation was completed. I received a follow-up call from the dealership explaining what happened and that someone else would call me. That was last wednesday. It is now saturday and no call.

John my sevice person made an unpleasant experience great....driving back to Chicago from funeral of cousin on interstate 57, service engine light was on, I called Rizza at 6am...John rerurned call before 7:30am and said they're booked but bring the car in....got there at 9:30, he said to check would cost $138.00 and to have a seat in longue area. After an hour or so he came and told me the problem , I did not have oil cap on correctly and they clean the area and there was no charge.

From the time they picked me up at the airport (I flew from Nashville), to the time I drove off the lot, the service was excellent. As always, Lisa Stroz is the best! The repair was done perfectly! While I like the people in the service department, I'm tired of seeing them! I wish Joe Rizza mechanics were as good as the those at Rizza Cadillac. If they were, they would have repaired most of the problems before putting the car on the lot for sale! Would recommend Rizza Cadillac for service, but don't know if I'd recommend Rizzas for sales.

However, I was pleasantly surprised at how straightforward and simple the process was made for me. Daryl Wade was very friendly,patient and informative on both Cadillac & Buicks. We bought on our second visit approx 1 month apart, he remembered, us greeted us when we walked in, and gave us space when we wanted it. He looked thru their Inventory listened to what we where looking for and came up with a few options on cars he thought might suit our needs.We have bought a car from Rizza 4 years prior had good luck with it and their service dept. always went that little extra mile to make us feel like a customer they wanted to keep. A friend recommended the Rizza Buick & Cadillac dealership to me based on his experiences with them. I found everyone I encountered to be friendly, patient, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I had. I DID NOT FEEL PRESSURED to purchase anything, I was very comfortable and did not feel intimidated by anyone. This dealership has a large inventory of vehicles (in-stock) which made looking at multiple models & the available upgrades very convenient. All of the vehicle information was clearly displayed & visible on the cars. The outdoor lot was clean, free of debris and very easy to walk through. I was also familiarized with the service department and introduced to one of their representatives so I knew where to bring the vehicle for any services. Overall it was a pleasant car-buying experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or certified-used car!

Excellent experience with everyone. We drove 2 1/2 hours up to the dealership after agreeing on a price for the vehicle I was purchasing and the one I was trading in over the phone. The pricing they gave me on my trade was twice that of the dealerships in my area and the price on the purchased vehicle was much better. The vehicle was everything they told me it was and me and the wife are so happy!! Mike, Daryl and Anthony were extremely personable and made the experience fantastic. We drove up after work on a Friday and finished the paperwork up around 9 pm. Not what most want to do on a Friday but the guys made it fun so the time went by very quickly where we didn't mind getting back home around midnight with our new vehicle!

My morning started out with my liftgate on my GMC Acadia not closing as I was headed to work. I made a phone (8:00am) to Rizza to see if there was anyway I could have my car looked at on short notice. The service Rep (Lisa) informed me that she could squeeze me in. Just a few hours after I dropped off my car Lisa called and told me what was needed to repair my car, plus informed me that there was a re-call on the headlights assm. that could be done also. The service was great and I had my car repaired by 4:00pm. Rizza even took the time to wash my dirty car. Thanks again for the great service Lisa.

Entering the dealership we were greeted right away by Dennis. He was very friendly and had a great sense of humor! Even though the Terrain we were going to look at was sold late the night before, Joe got right on the subject and found the 2013 Terrain in the computer. So on that note Dennis then brought it to us, picking out one he thought we would like. We LOVED it. Even going through the payment process and paperwork both employees were still energetic and seemed like they actually genuinely wanted to help us, which is great to deal with, hence our last couple dealerships we have visited. Overall the experience was GREAT and my daughter and I will be recommending this dealership!

I expected a nicer decor for a Cadillac dealer but we'd rather have a good deal on cars than a fancy dealership! The sales people did a nice job of working with us and our trade in. The process was as fast as could be expected (which is always slower than I think it should go). We called ahead and they made sure that the vehicle was there and ready for when we arrived. Excellent Customer Service. My service appointment was at 7:30 am. I was greeting by EVERY person in service with a "Good Morning" and at when I left it was "Have a nice day". My husband and I were shopping for either a new or used car this past Saturday. We decided to start our search in the dealership corridor on 159th Street. Rizzo Cadillac Buick and Saab was our second stop. We were immediately met by our sales rep, Sam. Sam was very polite and listened to us carefully. He did not use any high pressure sales techniques. He was well versed about the vehicle that we were thinking about purchasing. He was patient and allowed us the time that we needed in order to make a decision about purchasing the car. He discussed many features of the car and patiently answered all of our questions. He and the finance department representative went out of their way to work with us. This also helped us to make the decision to purchase our new car. Overall the buildings were clean and bright and the staff was friendly and polite. Sam assured us that we can always call him at any time if we have any questions about our car. We had a pleasant experience.

Rizza Buick made buying a new car for the first time a memorable experience. I couldn't have picked a better place. The staff demonstrated pure professionalism. I was greeted by everyone with a genuine smile and firm handshakes. They didn't waste my time. The process was simple and straightforward. Definately a business and staff full of class and clearly believe in satisfying the customer. . The facility was fit for a queen. The experience alone was worth my time and the distance I traveled. Service advisor james erby was great,when we came to pick up the car another sservice writer told us just go to the cashier,we did after paying for repair were told car was outside on service side of building,noticed another customer was told car would be brought up front. Understand car was not bought at dealership,but would like to think that was the only reason.

I got lots of games and frustrations with the other dealerships and they did not want to deal with me by email. Rizza not only handled email well they beat my credit unions financing and got me in and out with no drama which is saying something as I am very hard to deal with (at least that is what my wife says)The only place I would buy a Buick from and I drove over 1 1/2 hours to get to their dealership but it was worth it!

In march of 2012 the car that i was given from my parents had finally died so i had to go purchase my first car. i had heard great things about rizza cadillac so decided to go there. being a single 26 year old female it would have been very easy to take advantage of me since i have close to zero knowledge about cars. But the employees here treated me with a lot of respect and were extremely helpful. i was dreading having to go through the process of buying a car for the first time but the entire time i was in there i was very comfortable. they helped me decide what i could afford monthly and sold me a car that i am absolutely in love with. i could not be happier and would recommend anyone go to rizza cadillac.

We had researched online the car we were interested in as well as the incentives being offered. We were well aware of what was available at the dealership prior to our visit. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted, had a car pulled around for us to test drive and Sam was very knowledgable and friendly throughout. This was by far one one the best car buying experiances we have ever had. Robert was a outstanding salesman. We enjoyed his knowledge and honesty. We never felt as if we were being pushed to buy a car from him. He spent alot of time looking for the car we wanted with all the options we desired, and he did not give up until he found it. He was by far the person that made the experience great. Mike Bakr also helped on this sale and did what he could to get us in the car we wanted. The next car we buy will be from one one these two salesmen. There's nothing worse then going to buy a car and having a pushy salesman that's trying to sell you the most expensive that you don't want and not giving up about it. We never felt this way with these two men, they truly seemed like they wanted to help us find the car we wanted at a price we could afford. I highly suggest if you're looking for a GMC, Buick or Cadillac go see Robert Martinez, or Mike Bakr they find the car you want.

Brought the car in to service because it stated "Service rear axle" as well as it was due for an oil change and tire rotation. They brought me home, then called to tell me that the part they needed to fix the car was not in stock and offered me a loaner. I declined the loaner and they called the following day and said the car was done and offered to pick me up. The car is under warranty and my oil changes are free so I owed nothing. We have dealt with Rizza for at least 18 years as an Oldsmobile owner, Buick owner and now a Cadilla owner and have always been pleased with sales and service.

For an overall Excellant rating the buying process was very time consuming and the selection limeted. The salesman was experienced and knowledgable with the products but when it came down to the final purchase he seemed like he did not have the overall say in the price and budget we were looking for. But in the end he did come thru for us with the help of the whole Rizza team, Which is all that counts. In the end we will recomend and return to Rizza Cadillac in the future.

We found an online rebate that turned out not to be active and was, apparently, an error by the advertising company. Service Department's first reaction was to not honor the deal but in the end...they decided that a happy customer was the way to go and they honored the special and gave us the deal.

This was my initial visit to Rizza GMC since Community GMS closed their doors. Len Rogan was very helpful with arranging a loaner car for me. Lisa Stroz was professional and the car was ready on time. I was surprised at the high cost of repairs but this Acadia has been a very expensive car since my purchase.

I always receive excellent service from Buick. They are very detailed in explaining any problem with my 1998 Buick Regal. Yes I still have an 1998 Regal which is in very good condition due to the service I received at Buick. Everytime I leave there I always mention to my husband what a great service department Buick has and he agrees that it is the best. I never hesitate taking my car there for anything because I get it fixed right and at a reasonable cost. I did miss seeing Nino there yesterday.

My car was in for some routine warrannty maintainance, ie) oil change and tire rotation and a couple of minor issues to check out...all of which was done well. My only disappointment was that I asked if the car would be washed befoore I picked it up and I was told that it absolutelly would be. However when I picked it up that evening, the car was not washed and it was near closing and the service dept. was closed already. That was a big disappointment and thats the reason for my "good" rating rather than "excellent". Somebody "dropprd the ball"

The work that I requested was performed exactly and documented.Agata assured that arrangements were made to pick me up at the train station.The one thing that concerned me was that the dealership was going to charge me to rotate tires. This should have been included with the initial free oil change or provided free when teh 7,500 mark was reached.

Yesterday, I thought my left fron tire had a slow leak and I called Liza and she told me to come in around 2:30 which I did. Using, your coupon which I had planned to do next week I had the slow leak & grease & oil done in a timely fashion. I rated my experience at Rizza Buick excellent because I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. One needs to do their homework when buying a new car. I went to two other Buick dealers before I bought at Rizza. My Rizza Buick experience lasted 4.5 hours, which I think is a long time to buy a car, but I ended up with what I thought was a great deal. Buying a car is an illusion(if one thinks he got a deal, even though the dealer knows otherwise, then it is good price to the customer,and that is what the dealer wants). I never waivered on the price I wanted, and Rizza threw every trick in the book to get me to crumble. In the end I prevailed, though I was truly emotionally drained. The other two dealers absolutely could not match Rizza's price. Once again I stress to all people purchasing a new car that one needs to do their homework by researching car dealerships on the internet to compare prices, then go to three or four dealers to compare prices, and STICK TO YOUR GUNS!!!!!

Cody Bakr was our salesman. This young man was so professional. Very kind, courteous and not once did he pressure us. In fact, my husband came right out and told him that we were not buying a car that day. He showed us what he had to fit our needs, gave us a price, had our car looked at for a trade in and we were on our way. We called him a couple days later and made the deal. I brought my car in for oil change and some spots that on the carpet. When I picked it up the spots hadn't been cleaned. The Service Advisor, James Erby apologized and tried to clean it. He then called the Service Mgr., Nino Folino and he came out and tried with some success to clean the carpet. When all the spots didn't come out right away. He told me he was taking it back into the service guys. The were spots removed. He also told me it was crystalized salt. He also said that if after the carpet dried, if the spots were still there to let him know during my next visit. I really appreciated the manager coming out to address my concerns.

I purchased a 2010 Cadillac SRX from Rizza Cadillac in Jan 2010 and would like to say they went out of their way to make this a pleasant experience. From the initial sales person I spoke with to the Service Dept. these folks have made owning a Cadillac a very positive and pleasant experience. I feel that I have been treated very well by the entire staff at Rizza and will certainly give them another shot at selling me my next vehicle before I go anywhere else. WIll also say that when I walked in the door I had absolutely NO intention of buying a Cadillac. Fact is, I went in there initially only to waste a little time while waiting for a sales rep from one of their competitors across the street. Fortunately he was late and I never went back. I am currently contemplating another car and my first stop will be back at Rizza to see what is available when the time comes.

We went to this dealership late on a Saturday to look at a certified Chevy Traverse we saw on cars.com. We had been shopping around for the best price for weeks. They stayed open late so we could drive to Tinley from Elmhurst. Even though they do give you the typical run-around during the negotiation process (who doesn't though I guess), they were super nice to our small children and tried to make them happy and comfortable throughout the lengthy process. Even the tech who moved all of our stuff from our old car to new was very nice, thorough and didn't miss a detail - he was even able to cleanly move our Elmhurst city sticker and moved our iPass, both of which we would have totally forgotten. They did work with us to try to get our payments down in line with what we could pay and we got a fair price in the end. I'm not a fan of the car dealership buying process and I am so glad it is over with, but I would recommend this dealership.

Our salesman was well informed and helpful,making it easy to decide which vehicle would suit our needs and budget. Also, the finance dept. took time to explain the best options for us and we had another staff member explain how our new vehicle works.

I went to look at a used car on this lot that I had found online. We went to the dealership and took the car out on a test drive. I told the salesman what was important to me in the features and financing of the vehicle. When the test drive was finished, we went into his office to discuss the car and what type of financing I could get from him. It took him thirty minutes to fill out the form for financing, as he went off on tangents about his life and all the property he owned down south. I dont care how rich you are, Mr. Salesman. He tells me the price, and it is $1000 dollars higher than what it is listed for online. When I showed him the ad online, he said it was a typo. He repeatedly asked me what type of monthly payment I was looking for when I told him my greatest concern was the finance rate. He was very pushy and did not listen to a word I said. His manager entered and put more pressure on. At that moment I decided to leave. I would NEVER do business with this dealer and it puts a tarnish on the entire Rizza name. It was the WORST visit to a dealership I have ever had.

Our experience with Rizza's personnel was entirely positive. They appreciated the value of our time and money. As a result we drove away that day in our new Buick LaCrosse. Our one experience with your service department has also been very positive.

Prior to my first visit, I had done a few months of research to determine what vehicles on the market would fit my needs and fall within what I was willing to pay. When I stopped by to test drive a Buick Lacrosse, Bob Martyn helped me. There was never any pressure to purchase the vehicle or to make any commitment at any time - I truly felt I could walk away anytime. It really was a "no pressure" purchase, and I wasn't disappointed. Bob answered all my questions and concerns during our multiple discussions (almost always initiated by me), and he continues to be great with his communication when I call with any questions. I highly recommend this dealership, as well as the Lacrosse, to anyone who will listen.

2008 CTS. This is a very nice dealership (haven't had to deal with service yet, however for me not so much of a factor as I lease). Huge selection, if you're savy you can get a great price, better than 2 other dealers I checked with. My only advise is if your salesperson introduces himself as Moe, find someone else. We all know car buying and leasing is a haggle process of the utmost degree, but if there is one thing I hate it's a salesman who gives you attitude and acts as though your wasting your time. It wasn't until I got up to leave because of the attitude that I met the general sales manager who finalized my deal. Keep rolling your eyes buddy and letting me know verbally that I'm wasting your time and ALL your customers are going to spend $45,000 dollars somewhere else!

Rizza is also a Saab dealer.I should have seen the "red flag" when I called their service department, and was asked to hold. The mistake the service manager made was not actually hitting the "hold" button. All I heard was, "Charge him for it anyway... he can afford it", and then he came back and asked how he could help me.I explained I had a small oil leak and right away he said, "It's probably the head gasket. But we'll do an ultraviolet test first and see for sure." Well, he assured me they did the test and it was, in fact, definitely the head gasket. He continued to inform me that when they do that (for $1200) they should also change the serpentine belt as well (another $300). I said I'd have to think about it. After all, $1500 was lot to spend on an 8 year old car.I took the car to another dealer who I've known for quite a while. They kept it for the day, and called me around 4:00 pm. "The leak is coming from a loose nut on the oil pan. We fixed it for $22.00."WOW!!! I love an honest dealer. (That's why I bought 2 cars from them.)Rizza also 'claimed" to have fixed a chirping sound coming from my front driver's-side wheel. They "claimed" to have taken the caliper apart and lubricated everything. Bull! 2 days later, the chirping sound was back, just as loud. Im thinking they sprayed it, without taking it apart, with something similar to WD40.I wrote the Better Business Bureau. Rizza will not respond. I called Saab, which has called Rizza numerous times. Rizza will not return their calls either.I only spent $230 for their (so-called) service. It was an expensive lesson, but a lot less expensive than the $1500.00 they wanted just to tighten a nut.About 3 months before that, my car was taken there by a body shop 9 Iad a car accident) to "fix" the airbag light that would not go off, stemming from the front passenger door. They charged the body shop, of course. Three months later the light came back on again, and would not go off. PLUS, the power window and door lock for the passenger door (that's what they fixed 3 months earlier) nw had absolutely no power. So they got to "fix" it again, and charge the body shop, again for fixing what they were supposed to the first time.Beware of Rizza. They obvously want to rip you off, and they will at any chance they get, based not only on my experience, but by others as well, now that I'm reading other reviews of them.
