Had my GMC Acadia serviced there & made a friend out of service manager. Extremely polite & helpful. I really liked that Corvette but $80,000.00 is out of my range. But give them a try. Taken my car another time for a oil pressure sensor issue. Service manager said bring it on over. It was done by the time I finished work. Thanks again guys

We found our car on the RK website and made an appointment to check it out. Courtney was our salesperson and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and got everything ready so we could take our "new to us" car home that day. Thank you Courtney!. Courtney was helpful in explaining everything in our car and also working to get us a price and payment that worked for us.. We're very satisfied with our experience. Their website was easy to use and when we called for an appointment to see the car, they got us in right away. Everyone was kind and helpful..

I made an appointment with the service department to clean stains on our carpet and bench seat. Dropped the van off the night before so it could be worked on the next day. Van was done late afternoon. When I picked up the van at 6, I found out that none of the stains were cleaned. The service department was closed, so I called the night day. Spoke with Mike and told him how unhappy I was. He told me the front seats were cleaned. I told him the problem was the carpet and the bench seat ( service dog in training got sick in the van). We paid close to 700.00 for this plan to protect the inside carpets and outside paint job and only used it once. I wasn’t able to bring it back in right away because we had to go out of town. I set up another appt for 9/15. If the van is not taking care of properly I will be asking for my money back on this package. Not happy with the detail department right now. Somebody did not do their job. I do have photos if anyone needs to see them. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Great costumer service! The sales team was excellent and really made the purchasing process easy and quick. We love RK Chevy! I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends. A+
