I went in looking for chevy cruze diesel, they had only one which was a demo. When I told them I didn't want a demo and what I did want in the car they took about 5-10 minutes to find what I wanted. We negotiated a very fair price and closed about 5 days after we started( most of which was my bank for my auto loan) Dev'n came in on his day off to finish the deal on my time. Great customer service and friendliness.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from RK. This was a pleasurable experience and as most people know buying a vehicle can be a very stressful event. This was not the case at RK. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from RK and second vehicle I have bought from Chris Gottardi. Chris did a great job filling our needs and making it an enjoyable experience.

Devon n Freddie answered all my questions and they were very professional an this was a great experience for me buying my car. My husband was so impressed that he bought a new truck also on the same day. We would recommend this dealership to anyone ! Ask for Devn or Freddie b/c they were great!!!

I recently purchased a vehicle from RK Chevrolet and I am extremely satisfied with my car and the service that I received. Jim Gee (General Manager) and John Luciano (General Sales Manager) are leaders in the industry and take the time to really listen to their customer's wants and needs. Chris Cottardi was my salesperson and was extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. This was a great buying experience and I will continue to purchase and service all of my vehicles at RK!!!

I always purchase my vehicles from RK in Vineland.they are loyal and NEVER try to scam me in anyway. Steve Shepard will continue to be my agent without question as he is my friend just from how he handled all my car needs. Jim or salt and pepper to his friends was helpful in closing my paperwork. He answered all my question . In my option this dealership is number one!

Purchased a car and after signed contract they said bank no longer hold b/c one job was seasonal. Had car 3 months and kept contacting to see what was happening. One day go outside and car gone. Said they tried to contact me to finish loan and that's bull. I took to court And had proof of my records of phone calls and texts showing I was right and shld get all of my deposit back plus money they caused me to lose from not having transportation to work. Judge took thief word under oath (b/c they had a lawyer) with no documents or proof and I had documents of phone calls an texts to show proof of trying to settle and get new approval!! RK KNOWS THEY WERE WRONG AND OWED ME THE $831.00. AND THEY RATHER PAY FOR A LAWYER THAN REFUND MONEY OWED TO ME FROM MY DOWNMPAYMENT. DONT TRUST THEM. THE FINANCE STORM MANAGER DOUG B. was very IGNORANT, RUDE AN THREATENING ALSO. HE SHUT THE DOOR OF PHIL( the finance man) office and then tried to point his finger at me and make threatening statements!! I WILL NOT BE TREATED LIKE THAT FROM ANYONE AND NEITHER SHOULD U. AVOID ALL POSSIBILITIES AND BUY UR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! I ended up going to THE AUTO PLAZA ON BLACK HORSE PIKE AND HAD GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LEFT WITH CAR THAT DAY!!

Brought my truck in to have catalytic converters replaced under warranty, two days later I developed an exhaust leak brought truck back in to have it fixed and was told they can't hear it but they tightened everything up anyway, well two days later it was leaking again brought it back two weeks later( because I can't be without a truck) and also told them there was a hole in my front tire that needed a plug, and to no surprise I got a call from Lou that they can't hear exhaust leak and can't find the hole in the tire. I immediately went there to see what was going on, only to see a muddy tire that obviously was never checked with soapy water and upon starting the truck up could hear the obvious exhaust leak after a couple of B.S. excuses from lou at the service desk saying its not from the part they replaced so they could weasel their way out of fixing it again the actual mechanic agreed with me that it is indeed leaking and needs to be replaced again, the Story goes on and on...... Finally after three trips back and fourth and yelling and screaming the truck was done. This Is the biggest group of incompetent people I have ever seen!!!!! Stay far far away !!! If they can't even plug a tire how can you trust them to do a major repair!!! I would never send my worst enemy to this place. STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

the attention,attitude and overall friendliness of this organization was exemplary. I previously purchased a cadillac at this location, and i was more than happy with the same salesman [James A. Smith] at the time, i was unaware of his promotion. What a WISE choice. I will definitely be promoting RK Chevrolet to all my friends,family and all fellow NJT employees.

I brought my car in for service and not only were they extremely friendly and helpful, the bill was considerably less than the original estimate. My car was fixed within 48 hours and I was happily back on the road. Lou explained everything to me so I knew exactly what was wrong and what they were doing to fix it. There were no additonal charges or unnecessary services pushed on me like so many other garages practice. I would without a doubt recommend RK Chevrolet and Lou for any service or maintenance. Thank you.

I have been buying cars from rk for many years. They always have a great selection and are willing to find it if it isnt on the lot. I always see james smith to handle the numbers, which are always painless, and phil d'agostino makes sure the finance process is smooth as well. I wouldnt go anywhere else to shop for a car!

Scott Edelstein in the sales dept and Dave Pastor in service are wonderful. We bought our 3rd car from Scott and as usual he was a pleasure to deal with. We always service our cars with Dave in service and he takes great care of us. Thanks to everyone at RK for always making our visits pleasurable.

RK Chevrolet is FANTASTIC. I bought my CTS their service is second to none. Dave Pastore take care of me every time I am in. And my Sales Guy James always makes time for me when I am in the dealership.A real family atmosphere who look out for you.I am definitely going back when it is time for a new car.

When I first stopped in the salesperson (Jamie) was extremely helpful going out of his way to find a car we were looking for. When he located it at another dealership they had no problem in getting to the dealership within a day. The first problem when we picked up the car was there was a difference in the price and the second was some minor problems in the condition of the car. When I spoke to Jim about this they were able to correct this and the price was adjusted and Dave made sure all the minor issues with the car were addressed and taken care of. This was a pleasant surprise cause most dealers would have said buyer beware but they went out of their way in insure we had a great experience in our purchase. I feel a trust in this dealership was established and hope to continue long into the future.

I recently stopped at RK Chevrolet for a jammed/broken glove compartment. Being a plastic piece and after the glove box becoming jammed I pulled on it and the handle snapped off. I was also having a problem with the zipper on the back of the passenger seat. I explained to the service writer that my car was under factory warranty and the problem and they would not even take a look at the car $ 85,000.00 Corvette. The response to me was those cars are too expensive to work on and we have to keep our expenses down and that I would have to take it to the selling dealer. I left feeling humiliated and confused. I then relayed this information to Chevrolet. They too were not happy to hear this. So as for me and my family and friends, we will not be using RK Chevrolet for any of our future needs.

This place is a complete waste of time! DO NOT go here no matter what deal they are offering.. It's a big scam b'c they just add it into the MSRP. Customer Service was aweful as we delt with a different supervisor every time we called. These people also own the Chevy place next door and have the Chevy people work at the Kia place which makes it confusing b'c nobody seems to know what the heck goes on. One big mess. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They don't keep their promises and don't hold there agreements even if it's on paper. Was a great deal gone super sour! Very unhappy!

these people are a bunch of liers. my wife and i made a deal with them and they sold the car out from under us overnight!!! never told us we needed any money down to hold it. just told us that they put a sold sticker on it and would wait for us. anyway, they said they would find us the same car within a day or two and would honor the same deal we had on the first one. then after waiting all week we had to go to the dealership because noone would return our phone calls!!! who does that??!! now after waiting all week,, still no car as promised, now they are lying striaght to our faces about the deal they wrote on paper!!!! stay away from this dealer unless you want a serious headache,,, the whole experience was a complete nightmare ..will never do business with these A-holes!!

Went to purchase a new car, took a test drive, they looked at my trade and said they would call me with a price. I told them I had competitive pricing. They said they would evaluate my trade and get back to me. I'm still waiting. I traveled 30 miles based on the recommendation of a neighbor. Never again.
