I shopped all around queens, went to Majorworld, Hillside motors, and ended up at RM II, I found them to be fairest in price and the staff was not at all pushy. I ended up riding my Jeep home that day. Thanks Roadmasters II Inc

MY PURCHASE WAS MOST DONE IN A MATTER OF A FEW HOURS FROM THE TIME I LEFT MY HOME IN JERSEY CITY,NJ TO GETTING TO THIER OFFICE IN QUEENS EVERYTHING WAS MOSTLY DONE I JUST HAD TO SUBMIT SOME DOUCMENTS GET MY INSURANCE FAXED OVER MY BINDER WHERE THERE WAS A LITTLE TYPO WITH MY NAME ON THE TITLE DOCUMENTS WHICH WAS CAUGHT BY THE LADY HANDLING THE DRAWING UP OF THE DOCUMENTS WHICH WAS PROMPTLY CORRECT WHICH I JUST SIGNED AND DROVE OFF. CARLOS AND BENNY WAS GREAT ALONG WITH THE LADY THAT DID THE DRAWING UP OF THE DOCUMENTS. THANK YOU GUYS.

Live locally was passing by , didnt even have my mind set for purchasing a car on this day , endud up buying my 2009 C300 Mercedes I fell in love with the vehicle . The payments were right where i needed them to be and I must say for a used vehicle the car was Mint !!!!!!!! If you are looking for clean cars with low mileage and trustworthy staff I would definitely recommend This dealer.

I love my new vehicle.... I drove in with a and old Infiniti and they offered me a great amount in order to purchase my new car.. Ivan worked diligently to get me a great deal.... the staff at Roadmasters2 are very friendly... courteous.... they went above and beyond in order to get me approved..... if I had to purchase another vehicle I will definitely choose ROADMASTERS2.

Came in to look at a 2009 Honda accord that i fell in love with in the website. Unfortunately my credit was less then perfect , I filled oir an application And ny the end of day o was called back with an approval , I honestly feel that the staff there at ROadmasters really did all they could in my situation . They were forward And perdonable . I could be happier And I've ley alli friendster And family know .

I did not read the reviews first! I should have! I found a nice car, asked the price over the phone, asked twice then went there to see it first. Next day I went there to buy it with 3000$ cash down from the original price (or so I thought). After sitting down for over an hour with a not so professionally looking sales guy, Ivan, he added the cash down to the price we agreed on. Then rudely they pushed and claimed they said that previously On top of that he tried to add some phony taxes, such as a "finance fee", whatever that is. Very unprofessional, misleading and a waste of time. I rarely write reviews, but this one is worth it, so that you don't waste your time. A big NO GO!

Though i read negitive reviews about Road masters , still i wanted to try out my luck. I went there driving 60 miles one way and in traffic for 3 hours. The price posted on the car at their facility was different from the internet price. when i brought it up to the sales person, he said that he will honor the internet price. We liked the car and we sat down to complete the paperwork, when sales person asked us to pay additional $3000 down payment to get the Internet price. So the actual price is internet price + $3000, which is written no where or not told until you sit down for your paper work. Be wise to take my advice and not to waste your precious time.

Worst shopping experience. To start the sales man was very unprofessional and had little to no knowledge about the vehicle I was looking at. In addition he showed lack of interest in me buying a car. After I looked at the car i asked him a couple of simple questions about the condition of the car he responded with a quick "i don't know, i just buy the cars and don't really look at them." The worst part of this experience is that the sales man has no understanding in the difference between a down payment being included or excluded in the advertised price. Online it says to print out the add with the sale price and show it to them at the time of arrival. when i showed this add to him he responded with "oh you brought that STUPID add from online" and continued with "thats not the price its only to bring people" and to continue with his ignorance he went to bashing me with comments stating that the car i was looking at did not fit my personality that those where real cars and i needed to look at something of my level. he went on with many more comments and basically implied that i should take my business else where. and so i did. Never again looking at this place. DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALER.

I bought 3 cars from Roadmaster , all 3 cars were excellent cont. If something ent wrong with the car within its warranty Benny would always take care of it. Roadmaster ....has a great staff and Benny is a good business man. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Soon I will be going back for my 4th car.

Road Masters seemed very helpful when conducting purchase and ensured the check engine light engine that was on when I first saw the car would be repaired before I picked up the vehicle. The check engine was never really repair as the dealer had stated and I did not find this out until I had already made my purchase. I also asked the Owner Benny for proof of the check engine light repair which he could not produce. In all my purchase was ok but the car had serious problems that were not resolved before I purchased and I was lied to about the original repair as it was never performed.

I just purchased a 2009 325i 2 door coupe for my son, and we are so happy that we found Roadmasters 2. They are outstanding in all areas. We are very happy and will be going there in the near future. The price for my sons car could not be beat we saved at least 4,000 dollars, they also have a great extended warranty program that cannot be beat either. Thank You Roadmasters2 Andrea

I live very close to this dealer, I had shopped around at other local queens Dealers and just couldn't land a car I absolutely loved within my budget. It came as a great suprise that I checked out the inventory at Roadmaster's they had a 2011 Charger that i ended up purchasing. I love the car , I'ts immaculate, The staff makes you feel very comfortable and best of all the price is right . They get my recommendation.

When I bought my car, we have agreed on a certain term for warranty. When started to have problems (such as check engine light came on)they just refused to help and did not honor the warranty. Very unprofessional attitude also. I had to pay mysterious fees, like others did. Just beware.

Dealer lures you in with a good price and when it comes to time to purchase the vehicle charges a 3000 dollar dealer fee. From my knowledge many dealers do not even charge this fee ,and if they do ,they charge no more than 500 dollars.

I found a great deal online for a car that I was interested in purchasing. Had not heard of the dealership, and admit to being skeptical for this reason. However, the car purchase worked out just fine, and I absolutely LOVE it. I brought it to a local dealership to get a full inspection a week after purchasing, and everything checked out GREAT. After searching far and wide online, I ended up purchasing a 2007 Infiniti FX35 from this dealer. I understand, from other reviews, how the $3,000 down payment promotion price could be misleading....But honestly it drove me to pick up the phone to inquire about this vehicle in the first place. It's called MARKETING. I have no trust issue with them whatsoever. They were completely upfront with the total costs as soon as they picked up the phone. They're prices are extremely competitive, and they will work with you to get you into an awesome luxury car. I looked around the lot, and saw great looking used cars, front to back. No where in the ad does it mention that the actual vehicle price is $3000 above the price listed online! Salesman was rude ad didn't mention this until I asked what the final out the door cost would be. I had been shopping around for a while to find the right car for the right price. This is exactly what I found at Road Masters 2, Inc.. There was never a feeling of being rushed nor did I feel like a car was being pushed on me just to make a sale. In fact, everyone at the dealership worked with me to give me exactly what I wanted for a price that I was able to afford, which is a 2010 Mercedes GLK 350 SUV. I purchased a 2010 Nissan Altima with extremely low mileage . the car was immaculate inside and out. The ride is smooth and I'm so happy I made this choice for the summer !!!!! The price was just right for my budget. The salesman explained every detail of the car and all the aspects of the finance , not to mention getting me a terrific rate of 4% with mediocre credit . I bought a used 2006 BMW 330xi and I was happy with the service and The salesman explained the ads to me and I was happy to purchase this vehicle because even after the down payment the vehicle came out cheaper than any other dealership I stepped foot into. They were very professional and explained everything to me there financeing is a plus and they give me 3.5% apr with my fairly decent credit and didnt jam nothing extra in the finance. If you know the market for the vehicles you would love Roadmasters service.

I went because he had my car at a crazy low price and on my way there I was almost sure that there's something wrong with the car. When I got there I found out that the price online was only if you put a %20 down which made sense. (They tell you that online). Talked him couple of thousands down, got the deal done in less than 2 hours which is amazing for a high price car at a small dealership. I was shopping and searching for my car for at least 6 months and let me tell you something, this guy's prices are very reasonable but that's not the only thing. Most of his cars are very very clean and most of them are under factory warrenty. I didn't see one bad car or high milage but I'm saying "most" just to be sure. The 2 hours I spent there 2 customers came to him by refferal which is a good sign. for ppl who are mad about the %20 deal I understand but we should've read more, I'm happy I went to him and I LOVVVVVVVE this car.
