From the beginning, talking to John Gastman, to the finish was an absolute great experience. Eazy as eazy can be. Everyone there was wonderful. This started as an internet deal: I asked John for some pics and he promptly supplied them. As I am out-of-state I needed to pick up the vehicle or have it transported for me. Mr. Gastman was right there with a solution. WOW!!! Great guy!!! Great people!!! Great place!!! Great experience.!!! I my opinion, there is no way you can go wrong with a dealership that holds to such high standards. THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!

So I was interested in buying a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude and my girlfriend was wanting a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. We went to Roanoke Motors and meet Bob Sauder. He let us test drive those two suvs with no pressure buying them after we got back. We fell in love with both SUVs. I wanted certain features on my Grand Cherokee and my girlfriend wanted a sport in tank ( color). They didn't have exactly what we wanted and on that same night they were able to find what we wanted and got them the next day. We told them no hurry because we couldn't come back until Friday but yet they had them the next day. The paper work and wheeling and dealing was easy and yet again no pressure. I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking into buying a dodge Chrysler or a jeep. Fantastic atmosphere and laid back. Aaron Hoffman was a pleasure to work with as well for financing. Yet again no pressure to buy extended warranties or anything. Highly recommend.

I bought a used VW Passat here about a year ago, and had a great experience doing so! First of all, they provided a free Carfax report so I could see the car's detailed history, which was very helpful. After setting up an appointment to see and drive it, I worked closely with their sales consultant Bob Sauder, who was very polite and helpful in the inspection and buying process. Everything went very smoothly, and when I accidentally left my garage door opener in my old car, they were kind enough to mail it back to me at no additional charge! After 14 months, the car's still driving great with no signs of breaking down. If they have a car you want, all I can say is to quit wasting time reading this review and get over there! :)

What a wonderful dealership experience! My family and I have been looking for the perfect used vehicle and we found it at Roanoke Motors. Bob Sauder and Aaron Hoffman were very good to do business with right from the beginning. As this was an internet sale, my experience in the past is that these types of transactions are a bit more involved and require more patience to put together. These guys were great and acted like pros throughout the entire process. Bob was never pushy and did not "over sell" this car and did an amazing job representing exactly what this car was. Aaron Hoffman, Finance Manger, did what he said he would do. How is that for a unique car buying experience? In fact, Aaron was able to secure a better rate than originally quoted! This dealership is exactly what I would want in a dealership and am only disappointed that they are 7 hours from us! Highly recommend Roanoke Motor Company.

My husband went there to BUY a vehicle. Started the entire process with a salesman, going as far as someone test driving his trade-in and then they let a family test drive the vehicle he wanted to buy right in front of him! When he got upset by this and tried to explain the situation, their response to his valid point was, "Well, I'm sorry, but I'm half owner" and walks away. WHO DOES BUSINESS LIKE THAT!??? So sad that customer service and doing what is just plain "right" has gone out the window in today's time - well, at least at this dealership it has. Will never buy anything from there and actually glad it worked out like it did. So many other dealerships and salesmen (half owner or not), are willing to at least be "fair and nice" with us to take our money.

Roanoke Motors went the "extra mile" in finding us a new, 1500 Dodge Ram pickup with a full size bed. This was exactly the truck we had been shopping for, and we became convinced it was more beneficial/cost efficient to buy a new truck with full warranty than to try and find a good used vehicle. Sales rep. Bob Sauder located this new truck for us, and synchronized the buying process in a very professional manner. We are very pleased with the buying experience and would recommend Roanoke Motors to family and friends.

After much research on our own, we found a jeep in the Roanoke lot we liked. I checked the Roanoke site and read reviews recommending Bob Sauder. We called and talked to him about what we wanted. He found the jeep we wanted quickly and got back to us with a great price. Now he had never met us , just talked to us on the phone. Today we picked the jeep up and could not have been more impressed with Bob and Aaron in F & I. It was a 78 mile trip for us but well worth it !

im 51 live in massachusettes been buying cars for years...words cant express how awsome this company is. only 20 min in the facility no haggling no fuss ...all vehicles on lot were clean well kept ..staff professionalism was above excellent. I drove 1,000 miles and will definately do it again when im ready to purchase another vehicle....I not only purchased a car but made friends I highly recommend this dealership....They take alot of pride in every aspect !!!!!!!!

We bought a new 2014 Town & Country from Roanoke. Our salesman was Bob Sauder, who was very helpful and professional. We pretty much made the deal over the phone. Since they didn't have exacty what we wanted on the lot, Bob offered to get it from another dealer. He had it the next afternoon from Iowa. He was so helpful and took the time to show me many of the features of the van. For someone who usually cringes at the thought of shopping for a vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised this time.

We were first time buyers at Roanoke Motors and needless to say our experience was great. Since we lived over 2 hours away from the dealership, much of our discussion was over the phone. They have my husband and I a gray price on our trade in and an even better price on the car we purchased from them! Non and Aaron were both easy and great to work with. After our 2 hour drive, we were in and out within an hour! By far the fastest and most convenient car buying experience we have had yet!

The complete opposite of what you would expect from a dealership. Most of my conversations were over the phone and through email, as I'm 250 miles from Roanoke but Bob was prompt to reply with any questions I had and give me his honest opinion regarding the condition of the Jeep I was interested in. Bob was a pleasure to work with and Aaron was efficient and thorough helping me with the paperwork. I will be purchasing from these guys again.

This has to be the smoothest, pressure free deal we ever did. I have purchased quite a few vehicles, but this deal was the best experience I have ever had. Working with Bob, Opie, and Aaron was more like visiting with friends than doing a business transaction. The only thing I did not like was I was on a tight schedule that I could not stay longer. The last thing I told Bob was "help find me my next car". Thank you very much!!

They had a used 2013 Fiat Pop 500 listed and I had many questions for them. I sent an email and Bob Sauder got back to me very fast. He answered most of my questions and the ones he couldn't he said he would get me the answers. The next day he had all the answers for me and Dennis the service manager also called me to answer a few questions. I was satisfied with the answers and decided to make a deal with them. Very easy to deal with and no hidden things. This deal was all done with email and phone as I live 130 miles form Roanoke Motors. Aaron got me a great interest rate. I told them we we would be there to pick the car up and they had all the paperwork ready and, it couldn't have been any easier. No games, or gimmicks. An honest place and people to do business with. This is the way all car buying should be.

This was our first trip to Roanoke Motors and Bob Sauder made our Jeep Grand Cherokee purchase very easy. From the moment we stepped in the showroom we felt very welcomed and at ease. Bob was able to find the exact vehicle we wanted in Wisconsin and in two days we were driving it home. The no pressure sales was what we liked the most - time to think about our purchase with all of our questions being answered. Bob and all the staff at Roanoke Motors are wonderful. We will definitely be back and who knows it may be for one of those Vipers!!!!!

Bob Sauder was our Sales Consultant. Living almost 45 mins away I was happy to deal with someone who was able to work out a deal over the phone (less than 20 minutes total on phone and only two calls to finalize). With little left to finalize at the dealership, I was out the door with a new Jeep in less than an hour. We got a very fair price on both our trade and purchase price. We are very pleased with our experience and will be contacting Bob first on any future purchases that involve a car he is able to sell.

We drove about 100 miles to the dealer to see the used vehicle we located on line. Prior to our visit the salesman was up front over the phone with everything about the vehicle's condition. The salesman allowed us to look the vehicle over inside their shop, due to the temperature outside, and they put it on an above ground lift so we could get a good look underneath. The purchase we quick and easy.

We have dealt with this dealership for many years. We have purchased a van from them before and have most of our service through them. We have always been very satisfied with their performance and fairness. We just purchased our new van through them. Bob Sauder was our Sales consultant. He did so much to find a van that we would be happy with and would meet our needs. He was willing to work with us to get the best deal and financing available. We shopped at other dealers as well, but found them pushy and pressuring. There was no pressure from Bob to buy or make a quick decision. He told us what we needed to know to be fully informed to make a decision and then left it up to us. He made us feel comfortable in our purchase. We are very happy.

I was shopping for a used Prowler and Roanoke seems to specialize in the rare car and had a few in their inventory. There was a particular one I was interested in, along with 4 others that I found around the country on Cars.com. I used Cars.com's email feature to ask for a price quote on the Prowler they were selling as well as trade in value on my vehicle. Only 1 of the 5 dealerships got back to me in the next 24 hours and I ended up driving 630 miles to buy their car. Roanoke is 30 miles from house but they waited too long to respond and by the time I heard from them, I had a deal in Ohio. On the second day after I sent the original email, I did hear from a salesman but I explained he was too late. He was very professional about it though and apologized for the delay. I have heard good things about Roanoke though and I still would be willing to buy a car there. I gave them an "average" rating because at least they got back to me on the 2nd day. 3 of the 5 dealers never contacted me at all. Too many dealers just don't see where the marketplace is headed. You have to ready to respond quickly to emails and especially text messages. Some buyers like myself prefer it that way. I bought my Prowler out of state, almost entirely by text message.
