I cannot believe the amazing deal and customer service I received at University Dodge. My salesman was Raymond H., and he must be a magician because he got me a truck that has more bells and whistles at a price that leaves me very very happy!!! I’m mad I waited this long to buy a new vehicle!! They definitely earned my repeat business! I’ll ask for Raymond H. every single time!!! Thank you!! Edit: just came in for my first oil change. Wow! Talk about dishonest. The service writer comes up to me after my truck was there for 2 minutes and in his hand is a cabin filter and an engine air filter. Tells me these are mine and need new ones. Absolutely the dirtiest things I ever saw. I was puzzled wondering how those were taken out so fast. So I went outside and watched my oil change, tire rotation and balance waiting to see the tech get to replacing the filters. Sure enough, mine were still in the truck. So when he pulled them out I asked him, are those mine he said yes. Not the same filters the service guy showed me. Then I watch as the tech attempts to put fuel injector cleaner in my gas tank spilling half the bottle. I actually had to go over there and tell the kid to get a funnel. I was robbed today! They tried to take advantage of me. An honest mechanic would have said, these filters look great. They don’t need to be changed. I have four free oil changes left with these people. I gladly forfeit those and will pay to have this done at an honest place. Can’t imagine how many people they have burned this way. My advice, if you go there for an express oil change. Stay outside and watch. I left there feeling like I needed a shower. Then the service writer comes over to at the end and asks me to give him a good google review. Actually asked me to do it while he watched. Oh I need that shower!!!

My salesmen's name , Rafael Gonzalez. I rate him a TEN ! He's completely down to earth and he definitely worked for his money. He made "the dreaded car buying experience" pleasurable and easy. Everyone did from the cashier, who gave me $10 towards my car , because my banks daily spending limit wouldn't allow me my own money, right on down to the finance manager ! Bought a car today, rodrigo (seller) is very professional, very honest and knows how to treat a customer. Ive had bad experiences at other dealers where they just rush you to sign and all they care about is to close the sale . Here i was amazed with the customer service skills, the honesty and the respect provided by rodrigo and his manager Jeff , both very professionals , respectful and most of all honest and caring . They are definiteley the guys to ask for when buying your new car .

I had to take my Dodge Charger in for repairs. First I had a long wait. Then I was told my car would be ready by the end of the day. My girlfriend brought me back. Lo and behold my car was not ready. The service tech told me that part was not available and should be in the next day. While I was gone to speak with the service advisor your tech tried to hit on my girlfriend. I did not get his name but he is the tall Indian guy that works there

I had purchased a brand new limited edition Ignition Orange Ram truck. The manager is rude. The dealership claims they ordered wrong running steps and had to install smaller steps. The service dept is a joke, I expressed concern for my drivers side headlights would fog up. They did nothing and said Dodge customer service will call me, two months later still waiting. Paint defect on vehicle and they refused to fix I and said to me live with it. Really? Salesman Babu doesn't show me where wheel lock was placed on vehicle. Manager told salesman to handle it and didn't want to speak to me. I received an email saying that he would have salesman fix it. Wow, what a great manager. To top it off salesman did nothing. The staff are cracking jokes, acting unprofessional, making dirty jokes, and seem to be lounging around like a social club. My wife was present and I felt harassed to sign dotted line and take the deal. The staff provided my insurance wrong vin number and my wife's license was suspended. Bottom line: TERRIBLE

For one year I have been getting my truck serviced here. Not by choice! When I bought the truck from them they signed me up for the wrong warranty. In the beginning I figured since I purchased the vehicle here maybe I will have it serviced here. so far in one year $18,500 in repairs. In the first month of having the vehicle the a/c went out, brakes, EGR valve and 2 turbos. I allowed them to perform warranty work. When the part breaks, that dealership that installed the new part has to work on it, and so begins my nightmare of being forced to deal with this joke of a service center. Their work is amateur at best. Their customer service is atrocious and their promises of time when you car will be ready is as far off as you can get. When the parts they originally installed quit breaking I will gladly hurry to be serviced elsewhere. Please listen to these reviews do not get sucked into this inadequate dealerships grips you may never escape.

Visited Cars.Com, The dealership had some great prices on a Ram truck. They followed through via e-mail, and were very professional. I never visited the Dealer though. I am leery overall of Dealers stating a price, then finding out it's full of rebates and discounts I don't qualify for. I'm in Tampa, so it would be a drive, but when I;m more serious I would visit their dealership.

I had been eyeing the new 2014 Ram's for months so I decided to check them out. University Dodge had over 200 of them in stock so that's where I headed, even though I'm in Palm Beach County. I was greeted by Vince and treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. I'm a hard negotiator, but he got me into the truck I wanted at the payment I wanted with no hassle. I was very happy with my buying experience. And the Hemi Ram? Oh what a truck! I love it.

This was supposed to be my first buying experience with a dealership. Granted I am from the Fort Myers area, I wanted to find a car for me within my price range. So I was willing to drive two hours to go see my first choice. The moment I get there however, I look at the car and decide to take it before they tell me it has transmission problems. The guy I spoke to, Marc, apparently didn't know about that. So while I was irritated, I let it go and went home. I ended up getting emailed again by them showing two new cars they had got in. One was a Mazda3, which I was interested in, so I decided to drive back down today. I talked to one of the employees Rick Kidd on Friday, who told me the car would be looked at Saturday and I could take it home when I came on Sunday. So, another two hour drive into Davie, I am greeted by Rick. This guy is an absolutely terrible salesman. He was rude, extremely unprofessional and even started getting an attitude with my Uncle, running his mouth about "What are we gonna do about it?" when my Uncle asked to talk to his manager. He even tried telling us he couldnt get the keys for the car until tomorrow! We marched over to the other store and a helpful employee there got the keys for us without hesitation! I personally reccommend working with anyone else but Rick if you go to this place for your car, he obviously did not care about making a sale. This new fellow takes me to the car and lets me drive it around, but upon enjoying and agreeing to buy the car, I sit down to do the paperwork and they tell me I cant take it today because it didnt go through safety inspection. That was supposed to have been done the day before! Most of the people there are nice but considering the distance, it was a terrible experience for me. If you are not in the Davie area, make sure you ask every question you can and get them all answered before you drive all the way down there. I spent time, money, and 8 hours of drive time to come back with nothing because they failed to talk to me about things they should have AND COULD HAVE over the phone. Twice!

I was a returning customer I previously bought a 2013 ram . So when girlfriend needed car it was on top of the lost . Never again .... my financial situation is better then hers so we knew it would be hard to get a car . But in the end when finances didn't work out all I wanted was for the advisor to explain not to hear it from a 3rd party (salesmen) ... I guess they only care about present customers not future ones .just wanted a better explanation but he refused to leave his office will never go again even for myself

This is absolutely the worst repair experience that I have ever had. I had to bring my car in 3 times for the same problem. Each time the "diagnosed" a different issue, for the same problem. I am grateful that the Service Advisor tried to do her best to accommodate me, she had the technician stay behind to remedy the problem and even gave me a ride home. However, not-withstanding that, three times for the same problem in 3 consecutive days is ridiculous! Needless to say, I paid each time for the new diagnosis! Had they diagnosed the problems correctly the first time, I would not be writing this scathing review! This dealership I will never re-visit!

December 28th I purchased my 5th Mitsubishi. Four of those I purchased at this dealership (Rob Lambdin's University Mitsubishi). The entire staff from Sales to Service are professional and make the car purchase process painless. My experience has been very positive each time I've had the need or desire to buy a vehicle. My salesman Harcourt (Lorenzo) was very helpful, answered any questions and was upfront and honest with the options available to me. Murray my financing specialist was able to get me an awesome deal on financing. I must admit better than expected! When I have gone to the service department for my car service they always take very good care of me. Dave and Danny are patient and answer any questions or concerns I have. All in all this dealership, their sales and service staff have done right by me which is why I have gone and will continue to go back for my car needs. Thank you Lorenzo!!

This was the second time I went to University Dodge to look at a car. The salesman was very nice but after getting my car appraised and seeing how much the car I was interested would cost me I left. These guys are asking top dollar for their cars and will give you far less for your vehicle than if you were to sell it to CarMax. Each time I've been to this dealership I noticed they hardly have any customers but lots of cars for sale. I even wondered with such high prices are these guys even trying to sell cars? Talk about trying to keep customers away! Guess their monthly quotas don't mean much to them either. This dealership will never see me again.

Just leased my second vehicle at Rob Lambdin's. Got the 2013 7-passenger Outlander from Harcourt Boyce (salesman). He was very pleasant to work with. We never felt pressured and he addressed all of my questions, concerns and doubts with courtesy and respect (something that you don't get very often from car salesmen). To give an example, while doing some comparitive shopping I had a guy at Hollywood Toyota try to argue with me that a six cylinder Highlander was more economical than the four cylinder because he didn't have it in stock. After doing some research, it turns out that the most fuel efficient non hybrid 7-passenger SUV is the Outlander and it runs great too! My wife and I came today and brought the 2013 Dodge Durango. Went into the used dealership down the road and had a bad experience. We left because no one wanted to assist us. Really, I thought this type of hard sell went out of style decades ago. Not really interested in customer as more than a mark, someone to rope into a sale. Went through "bargaining process" on an advertised used car, kept on saying I had doubts.... got lots of "what if we..." and "just sign this and we can...." !!!!! Salesman was horribly rude when he finally agreed on a price I suggested an hour before and I said I still wanted time to think about the purchase. Was actually MAD I wouldn't buy right then and there. I almost lost it and laughed in his face when he said "If you walk out the door, this deal's off the table." Will never suggest this place to ANYONE. Dinosaurs!!!

Philip and the whole team at University Dodge made my purchase of a 2013 Dodge Charger RT extremely easy. This is one of the only dealerships that I have ever been to that did not pressure you or bend the truth to get me to purchase a vehicle. I will say it again NO BULL!!! I have plenty of experience in car buying but I have never seen anything like this. Trying to find the right truck on the internet led me to Rob Lambdins University Dodge. I was directed to Paul Jacobs and he was kind enough to make himself available at anytime to answer any questions that I may have. Two days later I drove 74 miles to look at the truck and Paul was there to assist in any way. When it was time work the deal, Paul was upfront on every aspect which basically eliminated the need for haggling. Within minutes we had a deal and ready to drive home in the truck I was looking for. They practice what they preach and was defiantly a NO BULL experience! Paul Jacobs is extremely seasoned and has the best interest in his clients. Please see him when go there, you will not be disappointed! Even though this dealer is a long drive, Rob Lambdins is now my new home and will be back for my wifes next truck!

This has been my 11th new car purchase that I have entered into in my life and from the time I first inquired about a NEW 2013 CHARGER H/T on the internet to the moment I drove off the lot I was treated with respect, total professionalism and above all real concern. I just got an experience that I will never forget. I used to have a RAM 1500 about a year ago, which I traded for a FORD FX4 150. The truck it fine, but nothing compared with my RAM 1500. I went on the internet searching for a RAM 1500 to see what it was out there. I got an email from Mr. Vince Marchese from Rob Lambdin's University Dodge, Just N. of Stirling Road on University Drive in Davie. I met Mr. Marchese this past Wednesday January 23rd at 01:40pm. My experience with Mr. Marchese was very professional and made me feel like a family, I mean like I was in my own house. Then, Mr. Marchese presented me Mr. Gabe (I can remember his last name), who is the manager, who also made me feel like home, and finally Mr. Cesar from finance who wrapped up the deal. I've bought 20 new vehicles in my life, from a BMW car to a Honda Gold Wing motorcycle and consider myself some what of an educated consumer. Was on my way to another Dodge Dealer in Miami Lakes to look at a 2012 Challenger. I called while on my way and the salesman I was working with said that one of the other salesman took the car home for the Holiday. Since I was close to University Dodge I thought I would Stop and see what they had to offer. I meet a salesman James B. who was very helpfull. It was 6:30pm the evening before Thanksgiving. By 9:00 I was was out the door with my new Challenger with now problems. I recieved the price, financing and service that I was looking for.

Our salesman Paul Jacobs was not a man of his word. Gave us the run-around on a car that he promised would be delivered the following day. Held our credit card/keys to prevent us from leaving. When we finally pulled out of the deal, he was extremely rude. Even stated that we were being "idiotic." Not my idea of professionalism.

I would highly recomend University Dodge to a friend or anyone looking to buy a vehicle. I am a very hard person to please and they went to the max and showed me several Ram 1500 Trucks,had a deal cut on one never went back, then after visiting 2 other Dodge and Ford dealers, I went back and looked at a truck, had that deal cut and then went back with my fiance and looked at another truck and made the deal on that one, Leo my salesman and also Willie went above and beyond what was expected of them and University Dodge.
