Setting up an appointment was easy. Sales staff weren't pushy at all. The test drive process was very relaxed and they had zero issue with me taking the vehicle to be inspected elsewhere by a specialist. I have zero complaints with my experience. Jeff was an easy salesman to deal with and made the process painless. I purchased a great condition Land Rover at a good price. I would happily recommend this dealership to others

If I could give negative stars I would. My son bought his first car here in February. He drive it two days and the it overheated. Took it back to dealer and they wanted $50 just to look at it. They looked at it and said it was fine. Took it home, all the coolant hoses burst. I spent $1000 and my time replacing hoses. It is now 7 months later and the car does not work. It is leaking oil into manifold and will not run. When we bought the car it had 97,500 miles in it. It currently has 98,233. Less than 1000 miles it ran. Zero integrity and ethics. Who sells a car in that condition? Mechanics at shop are clearly idiots as well. I am livid and of course nothing can be done..they got their money

**SERVICE DEPT PROVIDES AWFUL SERVICE**I DO NOT recommend using this dealer for service. I took my 2014 Buick Verano that was making a rattling noise in for repair. First they had my car for 4 days then an additional 2 WEEKS to finally figure out what the noise was. When I went to pick up my car I asked if they would give me discount or coupon for future services for the inconvenience of them not being able to fix my car for 2 weeks. The associate's response was, "it's not our fault, you wanted your car fix". This is NO way to treat a customer. Well a few days later, I received an email asking about my visit, so I sent a detail response of my awful experience. I never heard back from them (which the email assured me the General Manager himself would reach out). Moving forward, months later, I scheduled an appointment with them for a simple oil change which I figured they couldn't get wrong. A day later, I received a call from the manager stating because of my "bad" experience and my email that I had sent, he rather I went somewhere else for service. What kind of dealership sends away THEIR customers that own THEIR cars that are still under warranty!!!!!! My car only has 14,000 miles on it and is fully warrantied until 50,000. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The most dishonest car buying and servicing dealership I have ever dealt with. At time of car purchase we were sold an extended warranty that (we found out later) covered absolutely nothing! We took the car in for servicing 3 times in 2 years and NOTHING was covered by the $2,500 warranty. Would never do business with them again!

Good sales rep, dealt with me professionally and fairly. I was satisfied with the deal- new vehicle price and trade in allowance. Only issue was that running boards were not installed when I left and if I had not noticed they were an option would have missed it entirely. Dealership reacted very well, made an appointment, Quinton followed up several times for me. Overall, I am satisfied.

My experience at Robert Brogden GMC was top notch. Quintin Headley was a curteous, knowledgeable, attentive salesman as I have ever been around. He was quick to find the truck I was looking for as it was not in the used vehicle area when I arrived. He was knowledgeable on the truck as he showed the features to my wife and I. He treated us with curteousy even though we decided the truck was not the right vehicle for us. Worked with Jake Blackmon and Josh Hedrick in sales.. Both were top notch to work with. Purchased 2 new vehicles from them in the last month. If you are looking for the best deal save yourself some time and just go there first. Buying new cars as often as I do just wouldn't be possible without dealers like this who are in the business to get repeat purchases and let's face it why would I go back to a dealer who didn't treat me right. I just bought a new truck there 30 days ago and went back for an suv today. Also used service department for truck and the manager Scott K went above and beyond. Finally I worked with Rick and Rod in finance on paperwork, both were super easy experience and not pushy about any additional items. They were there to offer it and help you on extra items if you were interested but didn't pressure you if you weren't. I give Brogden team a 5/5 only because 6/5 isn't listed as an option. BTW. If review sounds too good for a car dealer ask Jake or Josh to give you Doug's cell phone, I will text you pictures of my new trucks. Sometimes when someone delivers everything you expect and more they deserve to be recognized. A++++ group

We stopped in looking to see a Buick Enclave and GMC Acadia. Derek was very knowledgable and helped us make our decision. After test driving both we decided on the Acadia. The dealership was not pushy and we left that day without feeling pressured to purchase immediately. We did go back to purchase the Acadia a few days later. The Acadia had been used as demo vehicle and had a few minor repairs that needed to be made. The dealership gave us another Acadia to drive until the repairs could be made on ours. Once ours was ready, we spent time setting up the technology on the vehicle and making sure it all worked correctly before leaving the dealership. Very friendly and easy to work with dealership.

I came into the dealership knowing what I wanted and how much my trade was worth and how much I wanted my monthly payments to be. They didn't have the exact car I wanted as the models on their website were in transit, but they were able to get it from another dealership. I was able to pay what I wanted and got what I needed for my trade-in. The process was easy, and everyone I talked to was great to work with. The salesman (David R.) gave me a tour of the back area where I would get my free oil changes and tire rotations so I knew where to come later; he also went through all of the technology and features of the car once I had purchased it. I would definitely recommend this dealership and will likely use them in the future.

I am writing this review after speaking with Zach from the Internet sales and Lester from the sales department. I called an spoke with Zach today to confirm a Enclave that we found on their website was their and wasn't sold and if we could come look at it. Zach asked for the stock number and price listed online they have on the website and confirmed the vehicle was their and stated he would have it pulled up front waiting for us. We talked a for a bit about the vehicle and price and Zach said he looked forward to seeing us and he would have the vehicle cooled off for our test drive. We showed up 45 minutes after calling and asked to speak with Zach, we were then introduced to Lester who we worked with from then on. Lester took our information and we sat at his desk and reviewed the vehicle and he said he would go pull it up for us. 10 minutes later he came back and said the vehicle is a loaner vehicle and was not on the lot. I found this odd as Zach confirmed the vehicle being on the lot but stated Zach made a mistake. Lester then stated that he could show us an identical vehicle and we could test drive that vehicle and he would get the vehicle we saw online in tomorrow and we could do all the paperwork today and pick up the vehicle tomorrow. After the test drive we went back to Lester's desk where he took our keys to evaluate. Lester came back 10 minutes after that and stated he wanted to get this deal done for us. Lester the went back and said he was going to get some more information for us and 10 minutes later came back with completely conflicting stories. He first said quickly that the vehicle was sold, when we asked what he was talking about as we confirmed with both him, Zach, and a sales manager the vehicle was for sale he then said that the vehicle internet price they won't honor. He said the price was a typo. He then began asking about what other vehicles we may be interested in. He also mentioned that this same situation happened to another girl that came and based on an internet price and they had a typo. At that point we had been there for over an hour and they not only didn't have the vehicle we saw online they wouldn't honor the internet price. My wife and I had set up babysitting for our 2 small kids and we drove an hour to see a vehicle we confirmed with Zach was available and the price on it prior to coming. We left after Lester was trying to sell us other vehicles. As we were driving to pick up our kids an hour away I called and asked to speak with Zach. I spoke with Zach who passed me onto his manager. Zach's manager confirmed they would not honor the internet price they advertised and the price I confirmed with two of their employees. As Lester said this is not the first time this bait and switch has happened. Robert Brogdens has my information if they would like to correct this and honor there internet price.

I am writing this review because I feel that good customer service should be rewarded and acknowledged (not because I was asked by anyone to write a review). My husband and I recently bought a GMC Terrain from this dealership. I dread car shopping, and my experience at Robert Brogden was excellent - good inventory, informed and knowledgeable salespeople who made a fair deal with minimal pressure, and a great rate on financing (even better than the rate our bank could offer). What we felt set Robert Brogden apart from our previous car-buying experiences was how much information and help they provided to us about our new car. AFTER the sale, they took the time to provide detailed information about the warranty, suggested maintenance schedule, etc. and assistance with setting-up the technology in the car. We worked with Scotty and Renee, and we received excellent service from them - they are both highly skilled at what they do. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a car - new or used.

By far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. If I could return my car I would. They gave me the wrong set of spare keys, the drivers side mirror doesn't work, the washer fluid sensor doesn't work, and there is a huge dent in the bumper. On top of this, it is a certified vehicle which means all of this should have been found in the "certified inspection". I then call to tell them about this stuff and they don't even have a vehicle listed under my name because it was under a different customer's name. They then tell me they will order the parts and call me Monday. I call them Wednesday and they don't see any parts ordered for me. It is because its STILL under someone else's name. Then the parts all the sudden showed up while I was talking to them. I then have to wait a week to get an appointment for them to fix the parts that should have been fixed before it was sold to me. I dropped it off the night before for an 8am appointment the next day. At about noon, I called to check on the status of my vehicle. They once again can't even locate my vehicle. I was told I would be called back and I never was so I called 3 hours later. Once again they can't find the vehicle under my name. Then they tell me they are working on the mirror. I asked about the windshield washer senor and they mysteriously didn't know that needed to be fixed. Now I am being told my car wont be ready today. These are 2 simple fixes that will take 2 days to complete...I would highly recommend spending your hard earned money somewhere else. Once they get your money, they could care less about anything else.

I bought a used truck here in Jan 2014. The sales manager was hard to work with and even backed out of some concessions (such as free car washes, that I would not have used and cost him nothing) he offered to try to win the deal. In the end I paid asking price and was made to feel like they were doing me a favor taking my money. It took them 8 weeks and a lot of phone calls to get the title papers ready.Within a few months other dealer reps were calling and mailing me to get me to trade it in. When I got a letter at the 1 year mark promising 100-120% of black book value with dollar amounts that were more than I paid for it a year and 15000 miles ago, so I went to see about it. ( I had forgotten much of how poorly I was treated until my wife reminded me.)It did not matter how adamant I was that this would not be an emotional decision, or how many times I asked about the trade promo, I was continually pushed to pick a vehicle I liked. The numbers never added up to the promo flyer. I bought a different brand from a fixed price non commissioned dealer, who also offered a higher trade value than these jokers. My 2015 experience was better than 2014, but I still was much more comfortable working with reps at every other dealer I visited.

Oh my goodness, definitely a 10+ my wife Janet and I will never purchase a car anywhere else ever!! We really got the royal treatment at Robert Brogden! We really enjoyed our experience with each and everyone who helped us. Our professional team was Joann so helpful very kind lady always ready to help any customer or get you to someone who can , Bob our car salesman oh my goodness he is a Hoot, and knew what every button on our new ride was for and schooled us on every detail of the vehicle, Bob really knows his business and the financial sales manager that did our paperwork was absolutely amazing. We have never been treated so well at a car dealership and no hassle or high pressure pushy sales people! After purchasing several vehicle's over the last 40 plus years Robert Brogden has the best staff by far. Thank you so much for the amazing experience it really gives us a new outlook on car dealerships, as we had a horrible experience 3 months prior when we chose to purchase a new 2014 Chevy Silverado at a local Olathe dealership where we was sold additional oil changes for $529.00 for the next 2 years, only problem was I soon spoke with a local Chevy dealership that said why they sell you that ? It comes with 2 years maintenance free warranty and by the way there is 2 recalls per your VIN# ! Oh and also they slipped in a $3600.00 warranty which went unnoticed until the next day while my wife was insuring the new truck! Classic used car sales experience. Bait and switch. Condescending attitude. Upsell attempt. Inept four square manipulation.Wait. This was supposed to be a fun, new car purchase! The sales manager, Jason, swooped in to close the deal from the nice sales lady my wife and I had been dealing with for three days. I knew I was being up sold a 2014 Denali Terrain because they didn't have a SLT2 in stock. OK, I can deal with a few grand more to buy shiny trim I don't need, but when Jason four squared "no trade in, a large down payment, 6.99%financing and a huge purchase price" I about choked. I pulled out my print out of their advertised price and his face fell. Recovering quickly, he informed me that price didn't count because I didn't have a trade in (+$1000) and that he had added wheel locks and floor mats (+$1000) and that his sales price was firm and non-negotiable. Period. Sound familiar? I told him I thought it was a bit high to charge $1000 for wheel locks and floor mats (they come from the factory that way) and he very sarcastically spit out "what do you want me to do? Take them out and credit you the $1000? I put them in all my cars" Add that to the fact that he had added about $2000 to the MSRP ( again,listed on their internet site) to inflate the price he was willing to "discount" from and this experience felt like a really bad B movie about used car lot rip off schemes.Forget that I had my own financing arranged, they were trying to get 6.99% from me, not the 0% advertised. Forget that instead of "scaring me" into negotiating, the quoted down payment was in my pocket. In cash. Forget about the fact that I was not worried about monthly payments as I spent the last 10 years driving a POS and paying off all of our debt. I simply wanted to focus on the purchase price and the fact that Jason was trying to get $2000 more out of my pocket than they advertised for the exact same car I had just test driven. And he was not apologetic about the bait and switch. Instead he was VERY arrogant and condescending.I got up and walked out. I tried contacting the General Manager regarding my experience with his sales manager, but he would not return my calls (three with polite messages). I was attempting to determine if this is the way he wants his sales manager to treat potential customers. Apparently this is good business to him. If Jason can pad several thousand in sales price and pocket an additional three or four thousand in finance fees for the dealership it must make the General Manager look great to the owner. Not exactly the way I do business, but I am regarded by my clients and business associates as straightforward and honest. I strongly suggest you don't even bother stopping in at this dealership.On a positive note, I did get my SLT2 Terrain. I bought a 2013 at another dealership and saved almost $12,000 without the up sell and associated drama. I love the smell of new leather. Best wishes to you in your new car search. There are honest dealers out there, but this isn't one of them.

On July 13, 2013 we purchased a 2008 VW New Beetle Convertible with 74k miles on it for $14k. We were promised floor mats and a second key by Sales person Josh Van Dyke. To date, although Mr. Van Dyke says he has ordered the mats at his own expense, neither have been followed through. Despite several verbal promises on his part concerning obtaining a second key, he now states that his managment will not allow him to do this because this is a used car. Basically, he went against his word. The impression left is that he and this dealership will say anything to close the sale, and then do not follow through. Repeated calls to the Sales Manager Jeremy M and e-mails to the General Manager Jim Turner have gone unanswered over a weeks time.My advice: do not deal with this dealership. If you take the chance to do business with them, get everything in writing. Review and check extra charges, etc.I am sad to say I do not think this is an honest dealership. There are many other honest dealers in the KC Metor....and you will be better off doing business with them.

I worked with DJ & Ryan O'connor. It was nice because I didn't get a hard sell. They knew I was looking for a small SUV and they had a $1200 mark-down so I stopped in to see how it would compare with other places. I drove out in a new vehicle, yay!!!! I've now taken it in for a couple of oil changes and the service department has done well. Once I had a 1pm appt. and I had to drop it off early, guess what??? They got it in and out early!!! (I can't say I've EVER had that happen before.

This has got to be the worst dealership on Earth. We bought a used car the the finance officer (Jim Turner)screwed us out of $2500. He slipped a service contract on the deal without asking or telling us. We already had 18 months remaining on the factory warranty (which Mr Turner knew) and he still stuck us with his so-called service contract. Yes, we signed the deal but Mr Turner is very good about moving the paper work very quickly and distracting you from the details. Maybe he went to school to be a con artist because he is very good at it. I have called numerous time but he (nor his manager) will return my calls.

Horrible experience. they let me take a car overnight with a discussion of 11,500 as price. Dealer was aware I would have a 2 y/o riding in the car.Took the Honda for pre-inspection to my mechanic. He informed me dealership put wrong brake pads on car and did not grip when tried to stop suddenly. He was concerned about my safety just driving it back to the dealership. Salesman presented the info to manager he blamed it on service dept. They wanted to argue about the fact they replaced pads (however wrong pads) and never expressed any genuine concern over the fact they my life and dtrs were in jeopardy for 24 hrs. Replacing brake pads with an improper fit is extemely negligent and says a lot about the credibility of this dealership, The final insult before I walked out was the manager offered to sell car for 12,2000 (obviously higher than price salesman discussed). Deceitful, unprofessional and does not care about safety!

I met the new car sales manager when I purchased my new 07 G6,it was just an hour before closing, one hour after they were closed we had a new car,it was a no pressure sale they just stayed late to help us out, I had such a great experience with not only James but all of the salesmen on the floor I went back and purchsed a new GMC Sierria 4 door 4x4 from them, they know you when you walk in for service,their price and service is the best in the city, I have always been a Chevy Truck lover and I am glad I gave them a chance, My 2010 Sierra drives better than all of the Chevy's I test drove. The snow this year was not a problem for me, Thanks Robert Brogden, my Olathe hometown dealer.
