I have been to a LOT of Ford Service shops. The majority of them are very good. Been to a couple that I won't visit again. Robert Horne Ford is the best I have visited. Efficient and friendly, they impressed me from the moment they opened the doors at 7AM. The way they all filed out of the doors, going to each vehicle in line at the Quick Lane reminded me of my Sailors heading out to work on aircraft after the morning maintenance meeting... with purpose. I didn't even have an appointment and my truck was in the shop by 7:20 AM. Horne has a shuttle to take anyone home who wants to go. Thinking my truck would be there most of the day, I grabbed the shuttle. Three hours later, I got a call letting me know that the truck was done... and they sent a shuttle to pick me up. Mikey, my service advisor, was extremely polite and appeared to be very knowledgeable. I will be in this area for several months and this is my go-to service for my Dually. Thanks Horne Ford! Nice job!

My mom got a car from this dealership a few days before I decided I was going to get a car, and she HIGHLY recommended Bobby Spinks to me. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone! He was so friendly and made the entire process a breeze, and answered every question my dad and I had. Very helpful and understanding! Ray was our finance guy and he understood that I could only afford to pay so much a month and helped bring my payments down while making sure my vehicle is still as protected as it can be. This was a great experience and I will certainly look to Robert Horne Ford first for future cars.

My husband and I were looking to upgrade our Mazda CX-5 to the Ford Explorer. We got a great deal and an awesome interest rate! We came all the way from Peoria to buy this Ford Explorer. The only negative thing I would have to say is that when we got there the Ford Explorer smelt like smoke. It was a loaner car that supposedly had never been smoked it. But there were people that smoked in it. The dealership said they couldn't really do anything does that. My husband and I still bought the car because it was a great deal and figured we could figure out ourselves how to get rid of the smoke smell; just wish we would have been warned about the smoke smell. Bruce, our salesman was awesome!

I took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation on a Thursday. As usual I was treated with respect and did not have to wait long for the work to be done. We went out of town the next day and the Tire Pressure Sensor Fault warning kept coming on. I took the truck back in the next week and they found the problem right away and took care of it. Harlan was very pleasant to work with and really cared about taking care of the problem.

I generally don't do reviews, but this is an acception because I had an amazing experience here at the Horne Ford dealership. I came to this dealership looking for a car because I was in an accident about a week ago and my vehicle was totaled. When my mom and I arrived, there was instantly someone out to help us with what we were looking for. He introduced himself and he was a very approachable man. His name was Len. During our experience, Len showed us a Toyota Camry that was in excellent condition. We took it out for a test drive and it drove excellent and was in emaculate condition. Next, I told him more of the car I was looking for which was a Ford Focus. We took a look a the used Ford Focus cars and I found one I loved. We took it for a test drive and then my mom and I discussed things a little bit and decided it was the right choice to make. Len was giving us all the specs about the car and was a really personable man. He offered water when we arrived and took an interest in what we were looking for. As soon as we decided it was the right decision to make, Len took us inside and instantly got on the paperwork to purchase the car. He offered us more water and some popcorn. During our visit, he told us stories about himself and working for ford. He absolutely loves his job and you can absolutely tell that he does. After we had gotten all our paperwork done, I went outside and got my car. I was so excited to take that car home. The next day, Len called and I unfortuneately missed the call because I was at work. He asked if everything was going great with the car and if I was still as in love with it as much as I was when I was at the dealership. He is a great man and he did an outstanding job with helping my mom and I find the perfect car. Thank you for your hard work Len, my mom and I both appreciate it!

Talked with Steven, one of the internet people, which eventually hooked me up with Ronnie. Told him my situation and he was very understanding. It was late in the day, he still took the time to let me test drive 2 vehicles I was looking at and give me his time. Came up with some numbers on the vehicle I liked. Didn't work out. Called back the next day and talked to Louie, He got a hold of Ronnie and he worked on my sale to get me a warranty with my vehicle and a lower monthly payment. Usually don't like dealing with dealers. But this was probably the best experience I had in purchasing a vehicle. I've been using Robert Horne Ford for a while now for Service which is excellent. And the Sales department gets an outstanding from me.

Unprofessional Sales & Finance staff. Staff thought it was acceptable to use foul language to describe customers and their deal when they thought the customer could not hear them. I was sickened by this, we walked out and an hour later received a call from Horne Ford apologizing. I will never return in fact my family bought a Ford at another location 2 hours later. Ford should be disappointed in the people they have hired to sell their product at this location

Came in to dealership to look at Jeep Liberty we saw on internet. Greeted immediately by salesman, Spike, who was very friendly and truly listened to what we wanted. Test drove the Liberty but also test drove an Escape. Ended up purchasing the Escape. Everyone we came in contact with at the dealership was helpful and friendly. A very enjoyable experience.

Went into the dealership in distress. I just became a grandma and was concerned about transportation for my family. I just did not have a choice but to get another car to ensure that there was transportation for my family. Hard decision I know but sometimes taking a chance and risk is all that you can do. I have to say that Billy and Mark Faridian were very supportive and helped me to make the right decision. They did go above and beyond and were willing to work with me understanding my situation. I know that they are far from reach for most people but I was going home and I stopped because I felt moved during prayer on the situation. Mark was very special. I felt comfortable in speaking with him and he assisted in moving me through the process quickly so that I could go home and digest my decision. He also helped in the delivery with the vehicle meeting my family. He is a very kind sole. Billy is a great manager and took the time to hear my situation and make things work for me. We almost cried together. He really understands family. No they didn't give me a car for free but it was a realistic deal for my situation. I do appreciate the management team and their willingness to make this situation as painless as possible. I am thinking that I will go back and buy another vehicle in the near future. You're a blessing and continue to pray for me this was a very difficult decision. Thank you so much!

Excellent car buying experience. First let me say, I hate buying a new car. Loved my old car for 12 years, but it was time. Many dealerships in the past 32 years have left such a bad impression by their high pressure tactics to their rude personalities. Our salesman "Boston Joe" Coombs was very knowledgeable and not pushy. I was in the market for a vehicle for several months when my buddy purchased a car from Robert Horne Ford. The same day he purchased his 2016 Ford Mustang he told me about the GREAT service and no BS that Mark Faridian offered. I went down to Robert Horne Ford and met with Mark. He showed me exactly what I was looking for. I had my 9 year old daughter with me at the time and Mark made the experience even better. His kindness not only to me but my family stood out. After I had picked out a car I told Mark that I needed to get my wife down to see the vehicle. It was after hours when Mark and the Sales department stayed an extra hour to show my family the vehicle. We made a deal and now own a beautiful vehicle. There was no BS and I didn't feel pressured to purchase a car. I had worked with many other dealerships that had pushed me away. I met everyone in the office including the GM. Was told they would not fix my car. if i wanted known issue (clutch slipping) on car fixed i would have to go to Flagstaff. I took my car to a different dealership here in the valley they said oh yea we will need the car for a couple days to fix it no problem. I will never go to any Horne dealerships and will let all my friends know to stay away from them also.

I got out of my car and the sales guy said "weren't you just here?" Lame "cardog" line! Never shown a car just a computer screen and said pick one. Then stove piped into the app and then "lets go pick out a car." Stuffed in the F&I office with "Brian" Rock drummer and he held me hostage for an hour and did not tell me about the stove pipe he gave me since I was rebuilding my credit after a divorce. Car was empty with gas and I will admit I was out of there fast. would have been faster but Rock God had me in his office for an hour. So a week later after exchanges from a rude person Brian.....he tells me they could not verify my pay and my number to my work was incorrect. instead of fixing the issue he excepted it and kinked the deal. Then told me he was going to get another lender. I however do have all the right info and did have an issue because I own a dispensary and am unable to bank. So I told them so I was a special case. Get me done with stated income. It might sound like I know finance. I do and I take full responsibility for the info incorrect on the app. The stove pipe caught me by surprise. The fact that you did not try to contact me and then just was an jerk to everyone and then when I call the dealership shows its real colors. I am returning the car and will go to another dealer. These guys are the worst. Treating people like cattle and then like jerks is not going to fly. We have choices even a roach!! So the "lay down get me done" will take his biz elsewhere.

had to have my 2015 F150 syn. worked on . every thing had to be removed and reprogramed according to service tect.. it took almost 3 hrs to reprogram the syn. system, when I asked the service writer, why it was taking so long ,he stated that they were having trouble with their computers on reprograming the unit, every time the new program would get have way installed thier computers would eather lock up or go down. and they would have to start all over again. if this is true, then I think that they sould get thier computers replaced with new updated computers. then thier customers wouldn't have to wait for 3 hrs to get this done. but other than that every one was very friendly.

I had made an appointment at 10 AM to get my car services on Monday July 28th for an oil change, front brakes and install a new AC Compressor. The Service Advisor told me that they needed to get the part in for the AC and would have it in on Wednesday, but would be able to completer the oil change and front brakes. They completed the work and I was able to get out by 2 PM 4 hours later. I have always tried to have my car serviced at the nearest Ford dealers, even when the nearest dealer is 22 miles from my house and Im unable to get a ride home while they work on the car. I tried to make an appointment for Thursday but was told that they were booked, but if I could bring the car in on Friday at 10 AM they could get right on it and would only take about 2 to 3 hours. I was unhappy that I spent 4 hours there and still no AC, but understood that they needed to get the part. When I brought the car in at 9:30 AM on Friday I explained to the Service Advisor that I had an doctors appointment at 2:30 PM that day and wanted to make sure that the car would be finished by then, he assured me that no problem it was only a 2 hour job and they could get it done in plenty of time. Around 1:30 that same day I was contacted by Service Advisor saying that they havent even stated on the on the car wanted to know if I wanted them to start the job knowing I had a doctors appointment, you can understand I was mad its 110 degrees outside and it has already been 4 days in that heat with no AC, I told him yes I want him to get the work done, I called my doctor and canceled my appointment and asked to talk to the service manager I told him that I have been waiting there for 4 hours and they havent even started the job, what was going on? He said he would check on it and get back to me. when he got back to me he tried to tell me some excuses that he only wanted his best man to work on my car and he was tied up most of the day and when I told him that there is no excuses for bad service he said if thats the way I felt about it then fine and walked off. I didnt get my car out until after 4 PM 7 and one half hours later for a two hour job. Every time I take my car in it just keeps taking longer and longer to get the job done. I will not be taking my car into Robert Horn Ford for service any more as a Ford owner and customer for over 40 years I dont think that any one should be treated like that!!

The only complaint I have is that when I first entered the service area there was no greeting or acknowledgment by anyone behind the counter for 3 to 4 minutes. I was going to say something but resisted just to see how long it would take. This is the first contact that an existing customer has with the service area and it left me with a feeling that I was interrupting what they were doing. No one was on the phone so I have no clue what they were doing on their computers. Other than this one item the service was great.

The service center at Horne continues to SHINE. As I've said before, if the sales staff was as good as the service department, we would have bought our last Ford there, BUT due to the great work of the Service Dept--especially Dave and Scott--we will definitely be considering Horne for future purchases. Only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5, is that once I got home from my appt I found I had received an email of discounted "the Works" service, and just a few hours earlier I paid full price for the service-I think that should have been 'picked up' in calculating my final bill.

We just wanted "to look". We were in the market for a car but not sure what. When we arrived we met "Boston" Joe. We were prepared to face the vicious salesman and his high pressure. We were suprised to find a very quiet and patient man. He at no time pressured us. He listened to what we wanted as far as payments, and he exceeded them. I have dealt with a lot of salesmen and by far he was the best I have dealt with. At no time did I feel like I "Needed" to sign for something I did not want. The one thing that I don't like about your agency is that you don't take personal checks from your good customers. When we purchased the car, you didn't hesitate to accept to take my check, and you didn't even know me then. On my previous visit for service, I ran into the same problem and the service manager approved my check so the girl could accept it, and he said that he could accept it any time. I drive 25 miles to come to your agency, but am considering checking for another Ford agency to do business with I n the Chandler Gilbert area.

Where to start ? I personally have purchased many different things from heavy equipment to Polaris ATC's. This trip I was not looking to purchase I was just looking to price and get a idea if a new vehicle was in my future, I had thought I was set pretty good with a Jeep Grand Cherokee and a Mitsubishi Eclipse for the economy ride. I am the only driver of either vehicle, so you could say I was not in dire need of a vehicle. However, as luck or blind fate would have it a vehicle in like show room condition was just received and had not even received its checkup yet and I had to be the first or close to the first to be shown this such vehicle, test drove it and the Eco Boost pickup truck I was actually interested in. But I knew a brand new vehicle was not even close to my needs nor to the budget I had in mind, so I thought I was off the hook, but lets check credit and see for sure. During the credit and paper work part of the deal, I was introduced to Ronnie Bennett, Diego Ibarra my original salesmen had family in for a purchase and well you all know family comes first, so Ronnie took over the dreaded long haul of credit and information gathering, well as It turns out Ronnie has some of the most fascinating true life stories to share that after some sweat, tears and well no blood was shed but you get the idea. My time was up and all of the sudden a agreement was reached like magic I had purchased the used 2013 F150 I was not even there to look at!! NOT finished !! Then in the sauna I go, you all know the little office with a desk and only a few chars kind of like the principles office if you ever had to see a principle in school ! always a nervous time for me anyways, this is when you get to see the damage done by shaking hands with a salesman !! BUT, surprisingly even after my cost was shown banks came back with a even lower interest rate than previously agreed to, so not only did I meet some wonderful guys and made to feel like family I left feeling I actually got a great deal and not only was I happy but all the guys I dealt with seemed as happy for me and I felt like id be invited to the family cook out !! Great bunch of Guys !! Check em out but don't leave the check book at home !!

We started off looking at a new vehicle but then saw a pre-owned one that we liked. He was very willing to work with us in this and told us that he wanted to help us get a deal done on the car we wanted not the one he wanted to sell us. He did. I kept getting an "engine" light. I brought it several times asking for a fix. Finally Toby fixed the problem. No more engine lights but now I must put additives in the gas every time I fill up. Why don't you fix the problem? .At first it was a clamp on the car. The next time I experienced the engine light, it was the injectors. Nothing was ever done to those, after waiting several days for parts.

We came into the dealership Saturday simply looking but ended up buying! We went home with a 2013 GMC Sierra Pick-up which suited our needs exactly. The salesman, Ronnie, was patient as we explained our needs and took us around the lot showing us various vehicles until we came back to the original one we looked at. From start to finish the process took about 2 hours - much less than any other experience we have had in our other 114 buying trips to purchase cars/trucks! We worked with Ronnie to find a pick-up to pull our small camper and were able to find a 2013 GMC Sierra that worked perfectly. Our experience was great with him as well as the financial department. I was happy with the service and the process was very straight forward. My sales rep went the extra mile when we discovered that there was no spare tire, just a compressor and sealant. When I had my tires rotated the last time, my tires were all left under inflated. The pressures were from 21psi to 23psi. I checked tire pressure with three different gauges and all produced same results. I have top of the line tires and strongly dislike driving with them under inflated. I mentioned this to Roy when I came in this time. I don't like to wear tires out needlessly. --Its not safe-- Just a heads up. Thank you

I brought my 2012 Edge SEL in for service: oil and filter change, plus change the cabin filter which to my recollection was changed at 15000 miles by my son ( a Master mechanic in Denver, CO ) but not since. I was informed by Roy, in a somewhat confusing way, that would have been done during my 30,000 mile service. I didn't recall it being on my service ticket, and asked him to dbl-check that on your computer system. Turns out it wasn't done, but apparently should have been done at 30,000 miles (I think the owner's manual says every 15,000 miles). I was disappointed to find that Jen Zubia no longer works in the Ford service dept., but was promoted to a more responsible position on the Hyundai side of the house. If I buy another vehicle, that will probably be #1 on my list!

My husband and I recently purchased a 2007 Buick Rainier from Robert Horn Ford. The experience was overall pretty pleasant. We came in and met our salesman Ronnie Bennett. He was great with helping us find the vehicle we saw online. When we found the car, the price that was online varied pretty drastically from what was on the sticker. To our pleasure, they gave us the lower price. We didn't feel pushed to purchase and left pretty happy. This would have been a 5 star review however we felt more pressured to fill out a review than anything. We chose not to fill it out at the dealership because we do not like to be rushed. It has only been a week, and several life changing events later, and we have heard about filling out this review 3 times. I WOULD recommend this dealer to any one of my friends despite the push for the review. I have already thrown out dealership name a few times.

After trying to find the F150 I wanted and for the price I wanted for over 2 months and dealing with a number of dealerships in the entire valley, I was getting rather frustrated. This included web searches, phone calls and visits to a number of dealerships. My experience was generally what people typically say when dealing with car purchases: not pleasant at all. Yet, when I ended up talking to Corey over the phone (unexpectedly at that), he was able to locate the truck I wanted within an hour. That was AFTER all other dealers were telling me that the truck I wanted did not exist in the 900 miles radius. As it turned out, it was sitting in Phoenix. So Corey and I started off on a good note. This experience continued after I came to the dealership to look at the truck hoping to close the deal. Corey was professional, extremely helpful, and most importantly, did not try to feed me typical lines and "upgrades". He understood what I wanted and did not waste my time at all, which I appreciated very very much after my other experiences. The entire process was painless, as fast as I could have hoped for and I got the truck I wanted.

Went to the service department thinking there would be no problem getting them replaced. After a month still waiting for a phone call. Sad thing is that I found another installer that will replace them for $30.

I have a 2001 Ford Focus Wagon SE model. The staff is always great whether it be Dave/Toby, and anyone in service. Everyone has the same quality of "Customer Satisfaction". But if you would try for one year to lower your labor charges to say $65-75 an hour (and I know you have to pay technicians and they work their butts off to get the job done right) more seniors on fixed incomes could afford to get everything done at one place instead of shopping for the best deal. I being one of those people. You have the markup already on the car prices, why not try it. It is a win for the community and folks living in Mesa, Florence, San Tan Valley and other surrounding areas, too. I Help by giving a little cannot hurt.

Overall I am very happy with my new car and the car buying experience at Horne Ford. The only dark cloud over the process was my salesman "Red" Baron who I often rushed me from looking at the things I wanted to explore about the Kia and didn't listen to my requests. The sales manager and Finance department were all very friendly and great to work with. I did not feel pressured in the purchase, just rushed by the salesman to move on to the next step of the process. This is the second unit I have purchased from this dealership and do all my service here. I would buy there again, but look for a new salesman.

I purchased a 2015 F 150 and when taken in for service was very satisfied. One question that I have is the key remote that I was given at time of purchase are very touchy. It works good when locking and unlocking, but when placing in pocket or in purse or just touching it the doors unlock way to easy. Today did not think I touched the buttons and the alarm went off. The buttons are very very touchy. Any suggestions. Thank you. We bought the truck in WI and now we are in AZ for the winter.

It starts with the awesome salesman Boston Joe, my wife and I feel that he was probably the best salesman we ever had the "PLEASURE" of working with. Then came the finance department, that again was probably the most pleasant and helpful group in their position that we ever worked with and would do it again and again. Then there was a small ooops in the finance side after they called us back because they actually got us a better deal on the finance rate. some how our deposit moved forward a week early and caused us much stress. I then had the pleasure of speaking with Steve the general manager and he promised to take care of our issues and promised a gift card as it messed with our 39th anniversary, promised a call back the following morning. Unfortunately we waited 3 days for a call back but to no avail, so I called and he would not take my call. I was then connected to the internet manager whom took awesome care of us repeatedly, but I was upset because when a promise is made it should be followed through with and we never got the call from the general manager (Steve). I finally realized that I thought that there was caller ID working so I telephoned from another phone and actually got through to him, BOY I was so sorry I did. This was another whole side of the sympathetic General manager that I had spoken to, now very RUDE, NASTY, and CONDENSENDING AND INFORMED ME HE DIDNT HAVE TIME AND HE TOLD OTHERS TO DEAL WITH IT AND IT WAS TO BAD FOR ME IF THAT WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME. We love our FORD ESCAPE the dealership other than dealing with such a two faced unfriendly General Manager. We have bragged about our experience with your dealership but also warned all about having to be treated as rudely as we were from one small person in your employ.

Best new car buying experience we have ever had! Our salesman was Jamie Rich. He is very knowledgeable and helpful, but not pushy. He helped us select which new vehicle to test drive, and gave us the option of either test driving on our own or with his present. He knows his cars very well, and if he doesn't know something, he is quick to admit it and find the correct answer. He worked extremely well with the rest of the sales team, and in the end, we got the exact vehicle we were looking for at a price we believe is fair. Jamie worked with another agency to deliver the car we wanted rather than trying to talk us into selling something he had on the lot. He was able to locate and deliver the car within just a few hours. He set up a time for us to meet, worked with his team to provide with all the costs, and explained everything thoroughly. We think Jamie is honest, fair, and one of the best sales people we have worked with. Since we have been coming to Horne Ford for service on our truck, we know the shop will treat us fairly as well. Overall, we are extremely pleased with Jamie Rich and with Horne Ford.

I was in the market to purchase a new truck, a 4x2 with a large cab, and was originally interested in a Dodge Ram 1500, but could not work out a good deal from another dealership that I had purchased multiple cars from. My wife and I came to Robert Horne Ford because we had purchased 1 new car from them a couple of years before, and were treated like we purchased a dozen cars from them. Our salesperson, Joe Coombs went through a few vehicles with us and when we found the truck we really liked, a brand new 2014 Ford F150 XLT, Joe stayed late, as did the finance person Joe Montoya, and both bent over backwards to get us the best deal possible! We couldn't have had a better experience, it was above our expectations. We came away from feeling very good about our deal and have really enjoyed the new truck.

I've had my car for 2 years and would love nothing more than to get rid of it. Between service recalls and a massive engine issue at 11k miles, I would never recommend this car to anyone. Last time I checked the calendar, this was 2015, not 1970. Most people know what they want in a vehicle, what is available and what the price should be. Most people want to " buy" a vehicle - they don't want to be "sold" a vehicle. This is exactly the experience we just had at Robert Horne Ford. After dorking around with another dealer, being told that the vehicle I wanted, with the options I wanted, at the price I wanted and with the financing I wanted, was absolutely not available - I went home, did a quick search on the internet and found the vehicle I was looking for at Robert Horne Ford. I sent an email request, asking for vehicle specs, bottom line price and financing options and got a response back within 10 minutes. A couple more emails back and forth and I put a deposit down on the vehicle so they would hold it for me until I could visit the dealership in person. Two days later, I was at the dealership, looking the vehicle over and except for one minor detail, found it was everything I had been told it was - vehicle options, price and financing. The one minor detail? They more than made up for that with a very fair price reduction. We closed the deal and I was out of there shortly after. Les Torpin is a first-class sales representative. He listened to what I wanted, provided the information I requested and answered the questions I asked with straight answers. He didn't try to "sell" me a vehicle. Not only is Les a top-notch sales representative, he's a genuinely nice guy. The kind of guy I would invite to my house for a back-yard barbecue and a beer. Brian Golia, the man who did our sales and financing paperwork, was first-rate also. Kudos to Robert Horne Ford for their first-rate staff, facility and the way they do business. I haven't had the call yet to experience any of their other operations, but if the rest of their people are anything like Les and Brian, I won't have any complaints.

I had a 2013 Ford Expedition Limited, I mean that SUV was LOADED!! You name it, it had it, I believe only the King Ranch Version with some badging and perhaps some wood grain interior has/had more bells and whistles than mine did. I took it in for service, and the service people there are VERY good, they treat you right, they are courteous and very friendly. Roy, and Tyler will treat you right, and their gentleman that runs the Customer Shuttle Service, Fred, is a Top Notch guy!!! While I was there I spoke with a sales person about trading in my 2013 Ford Expedition Limited for either a 2013 Ford F-250 or a 2014 F-250, I was not necessarily looking for a brand new one, but still wanted a good newer truck to fit my needs.The sales person was pretty good, we found a 2014 F-250, took it for a drive, I really liked it! Their Sales Manager (I believe) basically insulted me on the my trade in value, and told me that was the best he could do, he started talking about KBB Pricing even when I told him I had the NADA Pricing printed off. When I pulled out the KBB Pricing and told him he was WAY Under valuing my truck based on that as well, then he started talking about Auction Pricing, and what my truck could sell for. When I told him that he had a 2012 Ford Expedition XLT, not as loaded as my truck on HIS lot for sale, and he was asking $4500 MORE for it, than he was offering me for my truck, he didn't have a lot to say. He pretty much said that was his best offer and that's all he could do, I told him "No Thanks" and Bye!Their inter-communication is awful, the Sales Manager apparently didn't tell the salesperson what had happened, because for the next 2 days I received 2 different phone calls asking about coming back in and getting the truck. These guys look to try and get you coming and going; I realize they need to sell my truck, they are in the business of making a profit, I get it, I understand that. I refuse to let them make a BIG profit on me with my trade, then make a big profit on selling me a new/used truck, and then turn my truck around and make another big profit when they sell it, not happening.If you need service, by all means take it to them, but if you need a new truck or car, I recommend going somewhere else!!

After a movie on July 3rd, our 2011 Edge barely started. It was past 2:30 pm when I talked to Dave in the service department and he told me to bring it in. We were in Queen Creek at the time, about 20 minutes from the dealership. We had a new battery installed and left with a sigh of relief. Ironically, the failed battery was one your service department installed exactly 2 years before to replace the OEM one. The warranty covered the cost. As always, Horne Ford did an outstanding job. All I needed were replacement blades for my 2013 Fiesta. I entered the service department and was immediately greeted by Roy. I have worked with Roy in the past...he's great. He asked me what I needed and I told him I was just here to pick up wiper blades for my car. He immediately offered to have the blades installed once I purchased them. Wow, I wasn't expecting the offer, however, knowing Horne Ford's employees and Roy, it did not come as a complete surprise. Needless to say, I took him up on his offer and so glad I did, as it was too confusing to replace all 3 blades. Chuck in the parts department was very nice and got me the right blades. I will continue to bring my vehicle to Horne for service and parts, as well as future auto purchases.

I did a custom order of my 2015 F-150 through Robert Horne. The entire process went as smoothly as possible from agreeing upon a price and preliminary trade-in valuation, to placing the order, waiting for the order and then delivery.There were no surprises.All is not perfect however, forcing the customer to wait around while paperwork preliminaries are dealt with BEFORE the finance man are pretty crazy. The little hand written notes to sign are very unprofessional make me feel like I am working with a greasy used car salesman. I realize this seems to be the culture around the entire valley and I have been in dealerships where this was MUCH worse but it really needs to change. Especially when the customer has already sealed the deal 3 months prior and this is simply the payment and delivery phase.

It was the first time I had been to Robert Horne Ford, so I didn't know what to expect. I went to the service desk, but the only one there was one of the mechanics. He said someone would be right there and then paged for one. In less than a minute, Jen was there. She asked for my basic info and then she and the mechanic went to the car and got the info needed, checked out basic things related to the car and pointed me to the customer lounge and said it would be about an hour before the car would be ready. All of this was done with a smile on her face and cheerfulness in her voice. In less than the hour the car was ready. The cost was less than I expected, and that's a good thing. Yeah....Robert Horne Ford is now my place to get service, and possibly a new car,,,who knows!!!

The repair is functioning satisfactory.After leaving the vehicle at the dealership, I was informed that the replacement part was not in stock and had to be ordered. I was informed later that day that the repair had been completed but I could not be cashed out until the next morning because there was no one on site to complete a warranty transaction. I was assured that I would be called first thing the next morning when the vehicle was to be collected.By late morning, I had not received a call so I visited the dealership intending to wait for repair completion. Upon arrival at the dealership, I found three things: repair completed, truck not washed and warranty paperwork not needed because the repair was less than the deductible. Therefore, I should have been cashed out the previous day.I declined waiting for a vehicle wash due to schedule conflicts.

We brought both cars in for oil changes on Saturday. The staff was able to fit us in which was great. There were a couple things I would like to mention. When the service writer did the initial walk-around, he noticed the rear wiper blade on my Edge was falling apart and needed replaced. I let him know that we had a service plan on this car and the wiper should be replaced. When my Edge was done, the wiper was not replaced and I was told it was not covered. After speaking with another writer, it was found to be covered. They had to take my Edge back into the service bay to replace the wiper blade. My Edge was then returned to me un-washed but I was given a card for a free car wash on a later date. We also had out 2013 F150 in for an oil change. We mentioned there was a "clunking" noise when accelerating and stopping. It was determined the slip yolk was in need of maintenance. Our F150 is a certified used car and we purchased an extended warranty at the time of purchase through 125,000 miles. At the time of service, our F150 had just over 36,000 miles and we were told this issue could not be covered under warranty. This is disappointing since this is a common issue on the F150 trucks and we paid so much for an extended warranty. Not that $30 or so is a major amount of money, but it would have been nice for Ford to cover this on such a new vehicle.

This was our third oil change at Horne Ford and we wouldn't take our vehicle anywhere else! From the moment we pulled up we were treated very well, the intake people will suggest services that may be needed but never pressure you to have more done than what you came in for.. The waiting area is comfortable and very customer oriented and in a very short time they were finished and we were on our way. When you move your home across the country as we did last year and have to find so many new services (doctor, dentist, hair dresser, etc.) finding Horne Ford so close by and being so confident in the quality of their care for our Explorer is one less thing to worry about.

I like Horne ford very much. However, I have had many new vehicle in my life and have visited many dealerships and Horne ford ranks at the bottom for waiting customers. No other dealership charges for water and the sign stating that donuts are for service customers only is very cheap and petty. If you are going to put up a sign like that you should get rid of the donuts and not insult the parts and sales customers. Also, every other dealership cleans the vehicle after service, I don't expect this but at lease the windshield could be cleaned.

Our 2008 Ford Edge wheel bearings seem to have an ongoing problem. We have replaced 5 in the last 15 months. I called the Ford customer service # but they found no recall or issues that might lead us to an answer.The folks at the dealership that replaced the front wheel bearings recently did a great job. Timely, efficient & very courteous. After picking up our Edge after the service I noticed a noise coming from the area worked on. The service team came to my home, picked up the vehicle within 30 minutes of making the phone call. They made a quick adjustment that was needed and returned the auto to my home. I can only say that my experience was a good one and will return to the same dealer with any other service needs or to shop for another vehicle.

Matt the service rep in Quick Lane was able to inform me of a problem with our Taurus. No parts were available to repair problem under the bumper to bumper warrenty. Service tech said it would be ok for us to drive home and have the problem fixed there. Thanks to the techs and Matt for letting ms know of the problem. I left believing this dealer the service advisor incorrectly advised me regarding oil change intervals. He was in conflict with the auto manufacturer's, dealership's, and oil companies' recommendations. That said, he was friendly, and the work was completed. I have owned my 2014 Ford Explorer for about a year and a half and have loved driving the car since purchase. I took the car to the car wash and then to the drying area. When I went to start it the battery was dead and the starter only clicked. I called Ford Emergency Road Service and help arrived in about a half hour. I immediately took the vehicle to Horne Ford for service. The Service Advisor said he would take care of the problem right away. Yes, the battery needed replacement. Within an hour, I was on my way. The service department deserves deserves a "Hearty Thank You" for the quick service received.As I stated to the service tech, the only place this car goes for service is a Ford Dealership.

I asked when I came in if they could get this 75,0000 mile check up and oil change in about an hour, and the rep said they should because they were not that busy. Two hours later the car was done, but still had to wait for the car wash. We asked about them checking the filter inside, he told us it was another $30 to open the glove box, which takes all of 5 minutes to check it.We find your prices to be awfully high for what you did for the $120, so will no longer have anything done but the oil change.

I came in because I was hearing a loud noise from my truck. Toby Archuleta assured me that they would find the noise. Turned out to be a pry bar in my toolbox. I really enjoy working with our team leader. I am surprised that Ford doesn't hold instruction classes for buyers to get better knowledge in how to use the Sync system in their cars. Ford employes really aren't knowledgeable in helping customers to fully use the system. I love my Escape but I am still in shock that I had an oil leak at only 4000 miles. This is my first Ford and it worries me that I might have future problems. But we will be back to your dealership when we return to AZ in October.

See previous survey comments Need training of some of your sales personnel. How to handle customers, know your product inside and out, one of your sales personnel know almost nothing about his product and was very pushy when handling a customer we had to tell to back off(he was the second salesman when we came back to see our first salesman and to purchase the vehicle) I guess he was trying to get some of the commission for him self (he should not receive any part of the credit for the sales or any commission)

Service rep tried to up sell me on wipers for my truck. I had just driven back from Colorado and bugs everywhere on the windshield. He said my wipers were leaving streak marks, Yes they would leave streak marks with bugs all over the windshield. Took the truck to the car wash fixed the problem. I was at the service dept.for one and half hours. "Quick Lane" is sort of slow when you have an appointment. Service is not exceptional at all.

asked about one of my speakers being damaged and was explained too that it wasn't blown out or anything. it was tested thoughouly and even ran diagnostics on it.... (its a speaker)i left and the speaks sounds like junk. its a 2014 vehicle and is under warranty. i was told i can bring it back but the problem isn't about me getting it repaired at this piont. the problem is that i have little to no time to waste on hanging around a dealership. the service (oil-tire rotation) was great and done in a timely manner.

This is the only dealership we will go to in the future! We went to your dealership to look at an Escape and an Edge. Louie met us and I gave him my "must have and would be nice" list. We had my 93 year old Mom with us to make sure she could enter and get out of the new vehicle so we took her into the customer lounge area. In short order Louie pulled an Escape up for us to check out. Mom could get in and out of it so we took Mom back to the lounge and then went for a test drive. When we got back Louie brought an Edge up for us to check out. Both vehicles had my "must have and would be nice" features. We decided on the Edge Limited. In short order we were getting the keys and Louie was sitting in the Edge going over "how to operate" everything. He told us if we forgot how to do something to stop by and he would show us again. The staff was very helpful, making sure we had water and were comfortable during the paper work part.

2012 Ford Focus Transmission problem. I understand that I need transmissions seals and clutch removed. The parts are on backorder which are expected in 6 - 8 weeks. Normally this would not be a problem.NOW it is a problem. The transmission continues to upshift and downshift while driving normally. The engine lignt is now on. The car is now garaged waiting for parts.

2014 Transit Wagon - Excellent staff - no pressure but helpful finance experience. The only problem is the time it's taking to pay of our trade-in. We have to come up with another payment on our traded car because of this. I know we'll recover it later, but it was not planned. Other than that, everything went smoothly. I've put over 1,000 miles on the Transit and everything works fine. Milege estimates on the display are consistently about 2 more mpg than I actually get. I take the mileage and gallons at every fill up and divide to get actual mileage. When I get 22 mpg, the display will say something like 23.8 mpg. I reset every time, so I know this is not using any other data. Overall, we really like the vehicle.

I recently brought my 2006 Focus in for service because the Check Engine light had come on.The Service Technician, Roy, kept me well informed with the progress on finding the problem, and what the expected cost would be. Since parts had to be ordered, my car had to remain at the shop for several days. I was transported to Hertz car rental, and was able to rent a car while my car was in the shop. And I was able to return the rental car directly to your dealership, when my car was fixed. During the time my car was in the shop, Roy kept me informed of progress on the repair. Since the repair was made, the car has been running great.

Apparently, the day I came in was a very busy day at your facility. I waited one hour and 30 minutes for an oil change. Then was told at the end of that time frame that there was another issue with my 2012 Fusion concerning a carbon buildup. When asked how much longer that would take, I was told another 45 minutes to an hour at a cost of $100 to $120 or so. After another hour and a half, I was finally on my way to the tune of $175 and some odd change. I see a pattern here of always finding something else "to fix" beside what I have come in to have done. This is indeed disappointing to me as a loyal customer of your facility.

Found The truck I wanted online went to trade in my car wasn't pressured to buy It right away. Got a honest offer for my car to trade in. The used truck needed and alignment the first time I test drove it. Dale Hickey sent it in to be fixed before I even said I was going actually buy the truck. Test drove it the next day with my wife and it drove true my wife was concerned I would be pressured but when she showed up she was impressed and now we love our new truck.

We bought a new 2014 Ford Escape Titanium at Horne Ford on 6/11/14. The sales process went very well as we went through Costco on the purchase price. Our trade was valued reasonably well. And the whole process went quite smoothly. We did have to wait a little while as the vehicle model and options chosen was actually at another Ford dealer a few miles away, so it had to be brought to us. It didn't take very long, and our new Escape was presented in absolutely spotless condition. You could have brought it in the house it was so clean! The salesperson that helped us is Corey Royal..one of the most pleasant and helpful persons we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Truly nice guy. Our other dealings at Horne Ford in the service side have been great.

Our experience working with Greg Pope, and Robert Horne Ford, was the best car-buying experience we have ever had. Greg was friendly, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. I wasnt sure what model I wanted when I arrived. Greg showed me each one in which I was interested and allowed me to test-drive them. I took one home to show my wife and together we decided it was what we wanted. When we returned to the dealership, Greg talked to us about the car, answered our questions and addressed our concerns. He never pressured us to buy. When we were sure it was what we wanted, Greg personally took us through the process, remaining attentive to us the whole time. As a result, we never felt the stress we have felt during the past 50 years of purchasing and leasing vehicles.After the paperwork was completed, Greg thoroughly and knowledgeably explained and demonstrated all the details and goodies of the car. I wanted to buy a new 2014 standard equipted Ford Fiesta ST in silver Ingot metalic, but after searching all over the state and talking to dealers, it seemed that this model did not exist anywhere near Arizona. In a last dich effort I contacted Robert Horne Ford, 116 miles from home, and sales rep Greg Pope. He found exactly what I wanted in state in less than 24 hours. I got the cash back and zero interest loan from Ford Credit, and a no hassel very quick buying experience. Made the long drive through the mountians worth the trip. Free roadside assistance insurance was also part of package. Total time from first contact to the Fiesta ST in my garage only 4 days. There is nothing not to like about Robert Horne Ford. They deliver more than promised, and so does my Fiesta ST. It delivers the best and most fun driving experience I've ever had.

Everyone I dealt with treated me with respect and courtesy. Overall a pretty good experience but quite a bit of waiting during the negotiation process. Finance process was extremely fast. Dealer add-ons were window tint and glass etching, neither of which I wanted but they would not negotiate them since they were already installed as often is the case. This is a pet peeve of mine and I am sure most other consumers so if they really want to make us happy they could stop doing it. That said, it was still a pretty good deal and I would likely try them on another future purchase.

It started with an email and a quick response from Greg Pope. I Went to the dealer unannounced and Greg was the first person I met when I got out of my truck. Told him who I was and he took me to see every F150 style I was looking for and paid attention to what I was asking for and not pushing me towards something I didn't need. No pressure at all! I was at another Ford dealer and told them I was coming out and they were 45 minutes from the house because they said they had a vehicle with all my needs. When I get there, not only did they not have the truck, the salesman wasn't there when he knew I was coming. I can't say enough about Greg and Horne Ford. Great start because of a great dealership. I couldn't believe I found a dealership like this after just moving here from New York. Very happy

Greg didn't mess around. We told him what we could afford for a payment and he found the perfect car for us with in our budget. It is a fantastic car. I really recommend the dearer and dealership. They were friendly & knowledgeable. Also, the place is clean. If you have been to other dealerships you know what I 'm talking about.

My wife and I, along with our four sons moved to the Phoenix area two years ago. Since then we have had a hard time finding a dealership that we liked and could trust. When we first arrived everything was clean and well organized. We were treated like valued customers from the beginning. Our experience working with Tony Petriccione was rare!! Tony was very professional, honest, and polite. He did such a great job giving us a fair deal between our trade-ins and new vehicle, that two of our sons also purchased vehicles from him that same week. This is our second car purchased from Horne Ford and our second time working with Tony Petriccione. Will Ziebert also assisted us in our purchase. We traded in 2 vehicles and purchased a new Ford Edge SEL. The whole experience from beginning to end was smooth and easy. Sure,both sides negotiated but in the end I feel I got a great deal on both my trades and the new Edge. Started our visit with Zac when we went in for service on our 2012 Focus, had some issues with the first go round of the work. Upon returning to address the problems with Zac ( was going to call Ford direct but checked on Yelp saw Horne had good reviews so gave them a chance to redeem themselves) we met Scott the service manager. From there both Zac and Scott stepped up to the plate and took great care of us and all our issues were addressed and fixed. Zac is a very personable and helpful young man, if you go to Horne for service see him. Scott the service manager is very knowledgeable and did a great job in getting all out concerns taken care of. Due to the extent of the problems with the car we decided to trade it in for a new car. Zac recommended we speak with Tony, which we did.Tony has been in the car business for a long time and was GREAT to deal with (Thank You Zac).Can't say enough about our good experience with Horne Ford. And we all know how trying it can be to buy a car. We also met with the general manager Steve, wanted let him know of the great service we received so that kudos could be given to all involved.Being in the service industry we know how hard it is to get good,reliable, take pride in their work employees in to days work force. So to sum things up we would recommend Horne Ford in Apache Junction, AZ. for you car needs.

Even though this dealership is only 15 miles from my house, I didn't even know it was there; my wife discovered it while she was searching new vehicle inventories on the Ford website. I'm really glad she did.I have to say that, hands down, this was the easiest and most positive new car buying experience of my life. The sales team (Paul/Louie) was very professional and incredibly friendly, and I got the vehicle I wanted at the price I needed without any of the nonsense that can often accompany buying a new car. Once we closed the deal, Mike, (Finance) got all the paperwork processed very quickly, explained everything very clearly, and I was out the door with my new Ford truck.I hope to drive this truck for many years, but if I do decide to upgrade, I will go back to this dealership first. I will absolutely recommend this dealership to anybody who is looking for a new or used car. Buying a new vehicle can be very stressful. Robert Horne is a smaller dealership, so you will get the attention and priority that you deserve.

Met with a smile, Lou was tied up with another customer so Paul came immediately to help us. Showed us the 2013 Escape and explained alot about it then gave us a price below what we had in mind. Paul and Lou both went out of their way to make us feel important. Had done business with Steve, the manager. before with Hyundai and he came out to see us also. Note: we were treated very bad at San Tan Valley Ford in Gilbert,Az. We'll highly recomment Robert Horne Ford to all our friends. Want people to start buying "American"....

We were driving around the memorial day weekend just browsing around different dealers and came across Horne in Apache Junction. After just leaving Berge Ford with a sour taste in our mouths after already buying a car from them a year before, we met Justin Harris and after looking around the lot and test driving a car, Justin and his manager Did work with us unlike Berge and we ended up driving away with a very nice car! If Justin and Horne did not work with us we were ready to go, but He did everything in his power to make the deal work for everyone involved! We will now bring in our son to Justin and Horne Ford to see if they can work with him and his girlfriend to get them a nice car with the right numbers like they did for us! Very good experience so far with Robert Horne Ford and with Justin Harris!

Went in to look at/test drive a specific vehicle we located on the internet. We were looking for a commuter car and decided on a Ford Fiesta because of the value and great ratings. Rick helped us out in the beginning and let us know up front he had an appt coming in but would turn us over to Tony. The whole experience was non-stressful which is rare these days at dealerships. We didn't feel pressured at any time during the entire process. We felt we got a decent deal and they worked with us and met the price we wanted to walk out with. This is the second Ford Edge I have purchased here in the past 13 months. My experience has been great on both occasions. I have also used their service department and have had a good experience there also. It's just a friendly place to do business. I'm a 73 year old retired professional person and have had numerous dealings with car dealerships over the years and this ranks up there with the best.

STAY AWAY --- Please find another dealership, do not shop here. I cannot begin to describe the horrendous experience I have had with this shop. While I think Tony is a nice guy, there have been inconsistencies throughout my experience with this dealership with regards to price, service, and overall expectations. Gilbert, had the nerve, to call me a "jerk", "pathetic" and "ungrateful" before hanging up on me. The Finance Manager, Mike I believe called me "paranoid" - I regret not cancelling the sale and walking out right then and there. Apparently I was supposed to be appreciative for them taking 4 days to take care of warranty work that was suppose to take one day. I will be pursuing all possible channels to report their tactics and treatment of me. And, if you are a woman, please take your business somewhere else. I was treated so poorly here it is beyond words. They are out for the sale, desperate for the sale, and do not care about customer experience or service at all. The GM from Hyundai, Steve is a joke. As the GM you have a responsibility to make things right, and he didn't even keep his word to take care of a detail on my new Edge when I returned for warranty work. They created confusion around vehicle and pricing, and I ended up with a vehicle without ambient lighting and 10-way seat adjustment despite being told that the package 205A was the same in 2012 as the 2013. I hate red but ended up with a a Red Edge. I was pushed and desperate, but never again. I cannot even enjoy my new Edge because the experience was so poor.

We stop just to see the new Edge. the sales manager said he wanted to give us the value of our 2003 ford F250.He said he needed our keys .We had asked for our keys backed three times and we said we didn't want to buy .We where rail roaded into buying .We where at the dealership for four hours.We end up with a ford explorer that we didn't even pick out.It is one of the cheapest explorers.It doen't have any thing we whated and NOT THE COLOR. WE are very unhappy the way we where treat and pressured into leaving with something we didn't want.I had called and talked to the Ford Company they said that they could not do nothing to help us ford. I guess they don't don't care about what people want just a sale.

My new car came with a hard rubber steering wheel that I later replaced with one from a higher trim level. The stereo controls on that wheel did not work and other dealers said they would never work. But I read about a dealer back east who had done this. So I contacted all the Central Arizona dealers to see if any would try. Some never replied, the rest said they couldn't do it or wanted too much to try. Scott Van Meter, the Service Director at Robert Horne said they would give it a shot. Less than an hour after my appointment, I was on my way with working steering wheel controls for $45. I think a lot of dealer service departments these days just want to focus on what they routinely do. It was very refreshing to find one that would tackle something out of the ordinary and still charge an extremely reasonable price. I was impressed not only because they could do this when other dealers said they did not know how but also that the Tech (I hope that's the right title) was so well educated in the complexity of today's electronics that he was able to do the unusual so quickly.

This dealership gave me the worst experience ever, and I have bought many new cars. They were wrong about all of the rebates, overcharged me on doc fees and put warranties in the deal that we did not want. I would never trust these guys again.

I brought my ford Econoline in to this service shop for repair on the starter. Six months later the starter fell out of the truck and destroyed the flywheel. They are refusing to stand behind their work.The service manager took all of 5 seconds to begin telling me i was lying about the starter falling out of the truck and they left it with "Sorry, we work 30 days out,not our problem"

Going to the Robert Horne Ford dealership in Apache Junction was the worst experience my wife & I have ever gone through.Ive never felt so angry and cheated in my life. We went in to trade our vehicle in on something else, we were told we could recieve $8,500 for our trade. At this point we picked what we wanted, however the price sticker was not on the window so the salesman went inside to get a direct quote from the manager, seing as how the vehicle we were interested in was USED we expected the price to be close to our trade. Our salesman returned with the price, we had no way of knowing THIS WAS NOT THE PRICE that was on the non-existent sticker! Since our heart was set we traded our $8,500 vehicle for what Robert Horne Ford CLAIMED WAS A $12,999 11 YEAR OLD VEHICLE. So we spent our mortgage money to make up the difference, it wasnt until we returned home and found the vehicle we had traded & purchased for was only listed at $7,900 !!!!!! Yes, they lied....Now we all expect to get hustled to a degree, but this was a move the mafia would do! Every day I find someone to tell this story to, and even have a printout of the REAL listed price. They should be ran out of the valley and go to work for the mexican drug cartels, they would fit right in. Moby Prather
