We could not be more happy with our purchase from Roberts Motors. We ordered a 2015 Ford F150, our salesman, Mike McAfee, stayed in contact with us periodically until the truck arrived. The moment the truck arrived he contacted us, knowing that we were anxious to get it. Everyone at the dealership bent over backwards to assist us in anyway with the purchase. We have purchased a lot of vehicle from many different dealerships in the past and have not been treat as well as we have with this purchase. We will definately return for our next purchase. We are very pleased!

I get 2 of my vehicles serviced here, and my husband has his truck serviced here as well. They have excellent experience and they are always courteous and outstanding! That's why I keep coming back for my oil changes, tire rotations and general car care. They are very knowledgeable. I've been coming here for 7 years. I tried another Ford dealership in Collinsville, and I was not at all pleased with them - so I came to Roberts!!! And I've been here ever since!

I have bought several cars from Roberts Motors, they are the best when it comes to buying and servicing your vehicles. I would recommend them to anyone needing a New or used vehicle or service on your existing vehicles. Great sales staff:).

I bought my very first new car from Roberts and have not bought a car anywhere else since! They take great care of me, whether it is when it is time for my next car or I am in getting service done! Would absolutely recommend them to everyone!

I purchased a 2014 mustang. After it was cleaned up, but before we signed the final paperwork, my husband notice flaws in the paint and asked if the car was damaged. He was assured by the salesman that it was a new car. Later we noticed more flaws we did some investigation. Turns out the car was damaged and repaired by Freer. When we complained to John he said he knew it was damaged, but the salesmen aren't aware of damaged cars. He said "its the same as factory paint, these cars aren't made like they used to be." They sent the car to be repainted. Three months later the paint is cracking and now they want their "paint specialist " to look at it. So I bought a new piece of junk. I was lied to and they will not rectify the situation. Stay far far away.

Every time I take my vehicle into Roberts Motors everyone is very friendly. The service department always does a great job and the wait is never very long. And if there is a problem they talk to me before doing anything. I highly recommend Roberts Motors for all their services

My 19 year old son was trying to be an adult and buy his own truck. He took a chevy truck that should have been worth 6500-7000 and they gave him 4000. Stay far away from this dealership and salesman Jason. He could have sold it on craigslist for 8000-8500 prob would have sold for 7500-8000. Jason fast talked a 12/12000 that only pays 15% p/l and smiled the whole way through. Over the past 6 years I've bought 4 autos and everytime Roberts Motors has been 1500-3000 higher then other dealers in the area.... STAY FAR AWAY....

I ordered a Performance Blue 2013 Focus ST3 from Curtis at Roberts Motors. My car was built on Oct. 17th and i was driving my new car on Oct. 23rd. Most ST buyers have and still are waiting about a month or longer from build date, i was amazed to be in my car in less than a week after it was built. I had a few delivery requests and they were very accommodating. If your looking for a new focus, you should check out the ST. I have had the car a month now and this car is amazing. I had Roberts put my all season tires on. Despite an issue with them damaging one of the tires i brought in, their service department was nice. Teresa was very helpful. I plan on having them service my vehicle until the warranty wears out at least. Based on past and current experiences, I have found Roberts Motors to be the most customer friendly car dealer and service facility that I have used over the last 40 years. They especially go out of their way to get my service scheduled as soon as possible, and they provide some of the fastest service I have ever seen compared to multiple other Ford, Chrysler and GM dealers. Additionally, they have done exceptional work to find the exact vehicle I want to purchase when I have been in the market for a new car or truck. I highly recommend Roberts Motors for purchasing a new car or truck, and for ongoing vehicle service; with their friendly attitude they always treat you like you're the most important customer they have.

Robert's is the only place I will buy a Ford vehicle from after my experiences with them. Three years ago my wife was looking to replace her Ford Escape with an Edge. She had a long list of wants for the options, and Robert's was great about finding a car that met all of her criteria. They found one in Tennessee and sent someone down to pick it up. After the sale, they took great care of her, like when she hit a block of wood and dented her rim on the way to work, they had her car towed and replaced the whole wheel in a matter of days, completely covered by our warranty. So when I started looking for a new car, I started with Robert's. I test drove a 2012 Focus there and liked it but wanted to look around. I spent 3 weeks looking at different dealer and different car manufacturers and couldn't find anything I liked as much. Of course when I went back the car I wanted was sold. So I went online and built a car on Ford's website with the exact options I would want if I were to custom order a vehicle. I took the printout to Robert's and within 24 hours they had found one and sent an employee down to pick it up. Within 72 hours I was driving my perfect car. They even walked me through the setup of my Sync and taught me how to use it. The sales staff is top notch and the service department has completely changed my mind about getting my vehicles serviced at the dealership (my mechanic has to miss me).

I recently purchased a 2012 F150 from Roberts. This makes my 6th purchase or lease from Roberts and more specificly from Alan Van Booven. Everyone at Roberts is always personable and attentive and Alan actually makes the car buying experience enjoyable. I have found that Roberts is a no nonsense, no hassle dealership that I will continue to do my business with!

The service department at Roberts is very quick with oil changes, and easy to deal with Johnny B. and everyone in the service department are very nice to deal with. They also do a great job keeping the inside of your car from getting dirty. The Quick Lane service is great for a busy person as you do not need an appointment to get an oil change done. They also do not pressure you to purchase things that you do not need. In addition, the price for the oil change is very reasonable, and they wash your car.

Great dealership. Best experience I have had buying a vehicle. They made it very painless and they were one of the fastest at getting the vehicle delivered. It was worth the 100 mile drive for me.

Great dealership, my family has bought cars from Roberts for years. Their service department has greatly improved with the addition of John Kennedy, Teresa Carter, and Johnny B. The recently added Quick Lane service on Saturday is really convenient, I like being able to get maintenance done on a Saturday without an appointment.
