Always excellent service! Needed a part replaced, it was ordered and taken care of a few days later. Sales rep picked my car up and returned it after the service was completed. Repair was covered under warranty - I’m happy!

super bummed that i was required to pay for what is an obvious transmission flaw on a truck purchased through them.. the flush that the dealerships are now furnishing to alleviate the rumble problems and hard shifting was billed to me even though they've record of me first reporting the issue while still under warranty.. how they can have done so with good conscience is beyond me.. will look for an alternate dealer

The sales and service departments are top-notch! Easy to talk to and they really care about the customer. The sales manager, Mark, is great. None of the "numbers game" that some dealers do.

Very pleased with the honesty and straightforwardness of Josh Recupero. Made the buying process very easy and helped us decide on the items we would be comfortable with that we added to the truck. No pressure to buy anything. Will recommend Robertson's to anyone who asks. We would go to Robertson's again.

Howie Robertson was recommended to my husband and I by 2 different people. We were told he was great to do business with - they were right!!! We went looking for a 2016 Acadia, test drove it and bought it. Jim Timilty was great explaining to me how everything worked from programming the radio to Onstar to the heated and air conditioned seats. Couldn't be happier. Love my car. Would definitely recommend Robertsons GMC Truck.

The dealer that help my boss and I did everything he could to find us a spisific truck.He could not find the 1 we was looking for so he ordered 1 for us I like to thank him once again for everything he did.I am working on helping my boss on getting more GMC trucks and maybe getting and personal truck of my own thanks for everything.

Everyone was polite, service was prompt. Would you consider vacuuming the front, washing the windshield and topping off all fluids when performing service. My local service station performs these services and it is really appreciated

Andy always discusses the issues with me and gives excellent solutions. Never have an issue working with him. Also the mechanics always remember me and past works on my vehicles(Is that good or bad)....Anyway, I always recommend my friends to go there...

Josh and Mark were exceptional - this is our second Acadia from Robertson's GMC and simply stated the reason we are back for another great buying experience is because of these two sales team members. We will be back in the future.

I was in and out in 45 minutes for a scheduled maintenance visit. The facilities have been upgraded nicely and I was able to watch a ball game on the TV while waiting. How much better can it get.
