I was literally shopping for the last new F-150 in America. To be fair when I started my journey I was 3 weeks too late. Ford had just stopped putting the turbo diesel in their new trucks focusing on a more "electric" future. My desire was to get a truck that gets far better fuel mileage than the one I presently drive (50% better!) but also will last a much longer time (diesels are famous for going 300K-600K, rather than the gas burners which are lucky to go half as long) and the new hybrids and electric vehicles with no history of performance long term. I also wanted a specific feature package I was used to and a specific color. I began my search quite literally nationwide and 3 weeks later thought I was relegated to a used F-150 with far lower features, thinking I could tear it apart and put in some of the features I really wanted (I even paid to hold the vehicle until I could get there to see it). Lo and behold this previously ordered truck shows up in Louisiana (I am in Texas). I call 1 minute after the dealer opened hoping that the inventory was correct (an issue with lots of dealerships). I talked to Tyler at Robin Ford in Jeanerette (frankly wasn't sure where that was but I didn't really care if they had my truck). He was calm (I was not), he affirmed that it was available and did everything to make the experience a dream come true. They made a few minor adjustments and went beyond the call of duty by driving the vehicle to me 267 miles away and delivered it to me the next day. I am over 60 and have bought many many vehicles. I am well aware of the traditional experience dealing with dealerships and to be frank, I usually prefer a root canal without anesthetic, but this was an absolute delight. They listened to me, followed up like crazy, and exceeded my expectations in every way. It is likely to be a long time before I will need a new vehicle, but I will drive to them next time just to thank them and have them sell me a new vehicle. And if Tyler is not retired by then I will ask for him. In the mean time, if anyone out there is looking for an honest and forthright experience, call to Robin Ford, ask for Tyler and tell him Kyle sent you!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! I appreciate the ease of the car buying process. I live 4 hours away and it was still the easiest process I've ever been through. They were all super helpful and nice. My vehicle is EVERYTHING! Thank you thank you thank you! Robin Ford is the best!

Very unsatisfied. I made a appointment weeks in advance. Thinking that my car would be taken care of for service. Do I dropped off the car 2 days before the appointment date. I was told that the car was going to be ready on the 15th. Then I received a phone call saying that they had to push it back weeks later due to some other people car troubles. So if I have an appointment don't take care before mines.

It has always been a pleasure to have my vehicle serviced by such a great group of individuals at Robin Motors, from the office personnel to the service department. While many things were repaired, the original problem, engine dying when wipers put on, still exists, now when AC is on also. I do not believe this problem was addressed with the car in gear, which is when it occurs.

They are the best from the moment you check in at the window until your car is repaired.Courteous and on top of everything that is being done to your car. They are honest and if they tell me something has to be replaced, I know they are not trying to pull the wool over my eyes. BROUGHT IN 2008 MUSTANG FOR AIR BAG RECALL. THEY SCHEDULED IT FOR FIRST ONE THAT MORNING SO THAT THE MECHANIC WOULD BE CLEAN AND HAD NOT WORKED ON ANY OTHER VEHICLES YET. THE PROCESS TOOK ABOUT 20 MINUTES JUST LIKE PROMISED. THIS WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND.

Was having problems with my 2012 F150, dropped it off at 1:30 on a friday by 3:00 they had already tracked down the problem and called me with an estimate. Truck was ready for me to pick up by 10:30 Monday morning there's no way any other dealership from Jeanerette to Lafayette would have gotten it turned around that fast. Thanks to the Robin Ford Service Dept. great people to deal with.

Robin Ford sets the standard for service. Everyone you meet or talk to is professional. Prior to any work performed, the service group will always call with an estimate, an explanation of the problem while having a clear understanding that their customer doesn't want/need to spend anymore than he or she has to on their vehicle. They are honest and flexible. You do not have to worry about repair that are unnecessary. I would recommend Robin Ford to anyone I meet and know. The service, after your buy at Robin Ford, is worth the drive. Couldn't be happier.
