We bought x5 from Rochellas auto service inc. .our sales assistance was Steven. We would highly recommend him to anybody. He is very friendly and I liked the way he welcomes the customers. We are highly impressed by the splendid deal he gave us. He has got lot of patience and helped us build our dream car. I would say he is the best sales assistance I have even seen before.

Excellent service from Steven. Very friendly salesman, knows his stuff, makes you very comfortable and works hard to get you a car you'll love and is within your budget. As my exisiting lease was coming to an end, I visited the Rochellas auto service inc dealer and had the best car sales experience to date. Steven was completely outstanding. Not only was he completely informative on all aspects while not skipping a beat, he offered personal recommendations on the vehicle that I probably wouldn't have figured out on my own. Before completing the sales, I immediately recommended steven to my best friend, who walked in the dealer two hours later. I highly recommend Rochellas auto service inc. And if you want a solid deal, ask for steven.

Just picked up a new BMW and would like to thank Steven for all her support during the process. I needed to turn in my previous lease earlier (which BMW financial pull ahead program doesn?t cover) and she went out of her way working with her management and finance to accommodate. he was extremely helpful explaining the programs/options for the new lease and made the deal negotiation process as quick and painless as it can be! She kept me informed about the build/shipment status on a regular basis and arranged the delivery at a convenient for me time and was flexible to accommodate last minute changes on my end. Everything was done flawlessly. I am happy about the car, about the deal and the whole purchasing experience, which is an important factor for many shopping for a premium brand.

My experience at "rochella's auto service inc" was so simple and well appreciated...not only did they return my call...as soon as I received the call, I went right over there...I was greeted and treated with respect. And as soon as I explained my situation and thought I had no chance...they not only gave me a chance, but I also rode away with a car the same day...I could not believe it...I said to myself all those other places I went to before "Major World" that gave me a problem...I should have came to " rochella's auto service inc" first.

At first I was going to go to a Honda dealership for Honda accord but my friend suggested that we go to major world first and I was like sure why not. while riding there I decided to compare the reviews for rochella's auto service inc to the dealership and I was surprised to see that the review for rochella's auto service incwas much better than the dealership's reviews. When we arrived at major world I immediately greeted by a rep named Al. he asked what I was looking for the style, the type, and year everything to help him help me. we went to the main office to get my info down and get an idea of what I would be able to get. soon we was out to look at the stock which was a wide selection to choose from he looked at every car to see which ones would be able to leave today. yes on the same day I was able to get my car drive off. after he took down some cars we went back so he can see which car I would be able to get. Al was cool and humble and very honest I felt very comfortable shopping around. Al with the help of Steven was able to get me the car and a bank to put down for it. I was excited it was really happening I put down the money and was able to get the car. Al helped me with the insurance and plates and made sure everything came out perfect for me. After the paperwork was done I was ready to go with my 2012 Honda accord on the same day of the lot. I am more than satisfied and very happy with the service I received I highly recommend major world to all who wants a new or used car

I was contacted by a representative from this dealership immediately after entering my information on cars.com. He asked for the specific vehicle that I was looking for and told me that he would give me an answer no later than that Friday, which he did. My car-buying experience with Rochellas Auto service inc was excellent. Found the car I wanted on the Internet, and got in touch with the dealership. I dealt primarily with Steven, and all our communications were either over the phone or e-mail, from 2000 miles away. Steven was entirely professional and respectful. He even called me after-hours, if there was an important detail I needed to know about. Steven made sure everything happened in the right sequence (e.g., purchase agreement, insurance forms, wire transfer, etc.), so that I would not be surprised or disappointed. He was never pushy or impatient. In the end, I felt I got a very fair deal on my 2010 mercedes benz cls63. Steven even assisted with transport arrangements, to have the car shipped to me in New Mexico ? an effort beyond the scope just purchasing the car. My only complaint would be with the Dealership?s business office. It took over a week to receive purchase documents that were supposed to be sent out ?overnight.? I would recommend Audi Manhattan to anybody else looking for an Audi ? assuming they fix the bottleneck in the business office.

This dealer was amazing! They helped me choose my car and buying it was a breeze!!!! Everyone there was so nice and helpful. My bmw has been an angel! It is running great and it drives really smooth! I came in to look at some used Mercedes Benz and was so surprised at the treatment i received! The other car dealerships i went to had a completely seperate, horrible, area for pre-owned however Rochellas Auto service inc had me in the same area as the new car customers spending more then double as i am, and i worked with an individual that was polished between new and pre-owned, rather then being stuck with some used car guy that tried to sell me a used BMW when i clearly came in looking for used Mercedes Benz!!! Great experience and will definitely come in for all my future used car needs!

Hello, I went car shopping at Rochella's Auto Service,Inc last Monday to look for a new vehicle. I was greeted by Steven, who made us feel comfortable at the showroom and he showed us around and guided us through the available cars there. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. The salesman was very informative and he was answering very question of ours patiently. Nowadays, it commonly seen that car salesmen just dont do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet.
