I stopped in looking for a car with the time frame to purchase within the next 9 months. The sales rep was new to the dealership, but very helpful. If she didn't know the answer to my question off the top of her head she was able to find it quickly. Fast forward 30 days where I had received a few emails, but nothing pushy or high pressured. Just looking for more information or just thanking me for my visit. I get a call about a special order car that was very close to what I was looking for. My wife and I stopped in and really liked what was being offered. Through the entire process from 1st contact to finalizing the paperwork in the finance office I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. everyone was super nice and very patient with all aspects of the process. 10/10 I will be back for my next car purchase. If the wife lets me get that New Type R ;)

I have been going to Rock County Honda for year for service and to purchase care. I have been treated well and with respect. They take their time with customers and I have always been happy with their service. Both the body shop and service departments have been awesome! I would recommend Rock County Honda to anyone. I am moving out of the area and hope to find a place as great as Rock County Honda in the city I am moving to!

Leif and Blair are some of the best service advisors I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Always cheerful and polite. I have never felt they were suggesting work or services that did not need to be performed. I've had that unpleasant experience at other dealerships and really appreciate their honesty. The first new vehicle I ever purchased from Rock County Honda was from Burnie B. back in 2008. I have purchased four more since then and I have continued to have all of them maintained by Rock County Honda. I would rate the purchase and ownership experience working with them as excellent. I have also used their body shop and was very satisfied with the quality of work. I don't write many reviews, but they really deserve it. Best wishes for continued success.

I had the best experience buying my new Honda CRV. Kane was our salesman and did an outstanding job; he went above and beyond. The entire staff that we had been in contact was amazing! They made the process of buying my car amazing! Would recommend going to them for any future car purchases. 10/10 would recommend!!

Tim our salesman and Kirby in finance were extremely helpful. Really appreciated them taking the time to explain the car gadgets and the extended warranty. They were really patient in answering questions and we really appreciated that. Great customer service. I was looking for a 2013 Accord EXL gray with gray interior and the car being 3 yrs old was almost in new like condition. Negotiated on the price and we are super happy we got the car.

Stopped in for three reasons 1) based on reputation of Rock County Honda 2) had a current Honda we were looking to trade in 3) met salesperson Tim Thompson at the Forward Janesville event a few months back. Loved working with Tim. He is extremely knowledgeable and listened to our needs in order to show us our best options. On top of that we were given a very generous offer on our trade in. Then Tim and Kirby were so fast at giving us numbers on financing versus lease and down payment options. They made it very easy to understand and make a decision. We only stopped in one day to test drive and look into some options but because of the ease, quickness and overall feeling we were in good hands, it happened that day! We couldn't be happier.

They only took an hour to troubleshoot the my idle problem, saying that it was definitely the idle air control valve. After keeping the car an extra day, they still couldn't get the car to idle right. They said it definitely needed a new idle air control valve, but on the drive home the dealership, it threw a idle air control valve code, and ran as bad as ever and they still charged me $500 for all my trouble and would not do anything more without charging me even more. I also found that the tech didn't refill the coolant after changing the idle air control valve, which is necessary as coolant runs through it, and I found chocolate smeared on the driver's door. I am disgusted with this place, poor service, incompetent and sloppy techs. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Charged me $500 for a part and installation that ended up throwing a check engine light on the drive home from the service. They kept the car a day longer than they originally said because they were trying to figure out the idle issue only after they had me on the hook for the part that I ended up not needing. I found chocolate smeared on my door and they never bothered to refill the coolant after replacing the idle air control valve. Go somewhere else, these techs are sloppy amateurs.

Blake was professional totally unlike many of the "used car salesmen" I've dealt with over the years. He did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. Leif i technically correct in all aspects of his job, and as important, his cheerful personality is welcoming and always makes me, or my wife, feel like the most highly valued customers! I also appreciate the effort and cost that went into the "makeover" of the dealership. The waiting room has comfortable seating, and chairs are spaced such that I don't fell like the other customers are right of top of me. The complimentary beverage service is a splendid treat, too!Having a shuttle ride back to my home after vehicle drop off is a very, very much appreciated service!

Ease of ordering. We contacted the dealer the day the Honda Pilot was released. Bernie (Bailey) our salesperson was extremely helpful. Rock county honda repaired a wear item under warraty,no questions asked. Absolutely unheard-of from many dealers these days. Rock county honda, you far exceeded my expectations and the work was top notch. Again I am amazed at the no hassle service. Maybe other dealers should take notes. I was experiencing an SEL event. Service got me in very quickly, and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. Unfortunately the part was not in stock (not in stock at any dealer for that matter), but service provided me part number for replacement. Since I had to get emissions test performed in my home state, I was able to order that particular part and have the out of state Honda dealer replace it. My car passed the emissions test, and problem has been resolved. Had it not been for Rock Co. Honda, I would have not been able to get the logistics in order to pass emission in time. I would highly recommend this dealership service to everyone I know.

The work was completed an hour early, when does that happen. It may not always happen there, but it really made my day. The body shop staff went above and beyond my expectations. The repair work was great, but the best surprise was the interior. I was amazed at how clean the inside of my car was. Our salesman, Mike Flynn, was excellent. He explained everything very well and demonstrated the attributes of our new 2014 CRV fully and expertly for us. This is the second car we have purchased from Rock County Honda - the first a 2005 CRV in October, 2004 - and we have experience wonderful service on that vehicle throughout the years. Our salesman, Tom Stemm, was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and has a non-pushy "low pressure" style. He knew that we were looking at other vehicle brands and he just explained the benefits of purchasing a Honda product, without knocking the other brands. The entire process from the test drive to the purchase process with Kirby went very smoothly.

Burnie is good to work with. He spent as much time as necessary with me and answered all my questions. He was not pushy which turns me off when car shopping. This is the 3rd vehicle counting our daughters that we have dealt with him. The speed and convenience to do the paperwork is also great. The time spent going over all the new features was appreciated especially since it ran past 6:00.

Tim Thompson and the staff are all very accommodating. Even when extremely busy, they all pitched in to help keep the process of getting me into my new CRV going smoothly and quickly. Tim always takes the extra time to be thorough and explain things carefully. Kirby is great as well. The other staff also were very helpful. Tim even stayed past closing time to explain things to me on my new CRV. This is my 3rd CRV that I have gotten at Rock County! Plus both my adult children have gotten vehicles from Rock County with my son purchasing one car and my daughter is on her second lease with them. LOVE ROCK COUNTY HONDA!

I found Leif very responsive to my questions in the shop. Later I called and appreciated his help since the completed oil change must not been calibrated as required after an oil change. He walked me through that process since I discovered the oil light was on during my drive home. I said I could go through the manual, but he just said he would simplify it since the manual is very comprehensive and not always user friendly.

The staff at Rock County Honda were not only friendly (I would expect that) but they were knowledgeable, patient, and most of I felt as if I had been hired as one of their staff. In other words I was made to feel as part of the Rock County Honda Family. Very impressive. That in part was made possible by the sales person Tom Stemm. This gentlemen patiently explained every accessory on my vehicle. He didn't read from a book or cheat sheet but explained everything as if he had engineered the manufactured the vehicle. Very knowledgeable person. I will indeed drop the name of Rock County Honda to friends and family.

I really liked the loaner 2014 Honda! Great sales tactic!No pressure to pick up my car and return the loaner when my car was ready - since it was ready when I had a tight schedule. The option to return it Saturday morning was nice.

I was served on time in an organized manner. It was only an oil change and tire rotation, so assuming it was done correctly (no leaking oil from over tightening or the like) I am pleased with the convenience of a neighborhood business. I can walk home and to the dealership easily.

So I happened to find the right car for myself but had a 95 mile drive to Rock County Honda. Called ahead and Tom Stemm helped me get all the information I needed on the car. The time it took me to walk out of the dealership with the car was less than what it took me to get to and from the place. The finance team was great and they had everything sorted out quick. Had sent out for quotes from several Honda dealers. Got a very quick response with a firm price from Rock County Honda. They did not play the "please call to get the best quote" game. They did follow up with a couple of emails and a phone call but nothing pushy. We did go with another dealer because the quote was hundreds less and was much closer to our location. Would consider them when shopping in the future.

I received a half dozen quotes from Honda dealers for a new 2012 Accord. On a Monday I was going to a local Honda dealer to pick my car up because they had the lowest price. I emailed the other 5 dealers a thank-you but informed them I selected another dealer because of price. An hour later Rock County came back with the best price. Monday night at the local dealer they decided to play games and not honor the price they gave me. I proceeded to call Rock County from the local dealership to see if they had my car in stock. They did have my car. I went from a wilde terrible experience with Tony to a great buying experience with Bernie at Rock County.
