We just purchased a new GMC SUV. Of all the vehicles we have ever purchased, this, by far, was the greatest and best experience we have ever had! The staff is friendly and make you feel at home. I was also amazed at how quick the entire process went. Our Sales Consultant Larry Smith made the ease of our purchase a great one. They truly care about you at GMC Rock Hill! My husband and I recently purchased a used vehicle here and the entire experience exceeded all of our expectations. The customer service was exceptional. Everything was very quick and easy, even though we were purchasing and trading in from out of state. We worked with Julio as our salesman and he made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole transaction. There was never any pressure to make a decision and every employee we dealt with was very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. We originally planned to finance the vehicle with a local lender, but Luis helped us secure a very low interest rate and we decided to finance the vehicle through the dealership. This made things so much simpler on our end. We worked with Judy to finalize this and she was wonderful. They also answered all of our questions about the out of state taxes that we were responsible for. They handled everything internally and it was surprisingly easy, given that we are residents of another state. We were also very pleased that all the employees were always wearing masks and the dealership itself was cleaned spotless on both occasions that we were there. It was evident that the dealership was making a big effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I drove around for a moment and window shopped and when I parked Larry Smith was there to greet me. I told him what I was interested in and he helped me to find my perfect car. The finance process was much quicker than I’ve experienced at other dealerships as well. Everyone inside was friendly and cordial. I have no complaints
