So I was broke down with my truck and pulling a camper in Jackson Hole with a bad alternator. Everyone else in town told me it would be a week before they could look at it. The first place I was towed to (Which was Sherwin’s) was unhappy that I was towed to their place in the first place. They absolutely refused me service and told me I needed to find someone else. So I called “Yeti” and spoke to Dave whom was very sympathetic and professional about my predicament. I had to get a second tow and Dave allowed me to drop the trailer on a hill over looking the Tetons. I stayed the night in my trailer and it was not a bad place to be broke down. The next day they got on my truck and replaced the alternator but it happened that the re-manned alternator was not putting out 14 volts which would have been a problem if they sent me on my way. But instead the next morning another alternator was put on that put out the correct voltage. By noon I was on my way. Thumbs up to Dave and his entire service team.

Was traveling through Jackson and experienced some issues with my 2017 RAM 2500 after climbing the Teton Pass. Jesse and the guys in the service center were absolutely the best group of guys I have ever dealt with! I live in Oregon 950 miles away and those guys bent over backwards to help me with my trip. I cannot say enough good things about their effort to fit me right in, I know they were swamped but really went out of their way to help me out! I wish I lived closer as they would absolutely do all of my service work. Very straight forward and what I call "real" people. Do yourself a favor and deal with these guys.

I always have a nice time hanging out there while my truck gets worked on. I usually work with Jesse and Dave. They’re both super nice and helpful. It’s been an enjoyable experience at RMY from the moment I bought my truck.

I was in Jackson for Business and my work pickup alerted me that I needed an oil change. I stopped at the dealership late in the afternoon just to see if they could get me in for an oil change and they told me they were scheduling a week but the service writer checked with his technician and they got me in right away. Outstanding customer service, very friendly people and they bent over backwards to get me the service I needed. I will definitely use them again when I’m in the area and need some work on the truck.

Had brake issues from Moab to Jackson. Scheduled a service time online and got a call back from Jesse in service the next morning. This place if A+! Was there for 3 days. They had me in and out in 2! Some of the best service I’ve ever experienced. If you find your self in a jam and need a Jeep Wrangler service specialist, these are your people. Thanks again!
