Overall, my experience was great! I was about 2.5 hours away from the dealer and the dealer had all of my approval information lined out before my arrival. They were able to get me a competitive rate on the exact vehicle I wanted and held the vehicle as soon as I hit the road to ensure it would be mine. Dylan (Internet Sales Rep) and Donny (Sales Rep) were fantastic and provided wonderful customer service. Robbie (Finance Manager) was very informative and thorough when going over the paperwork. The reason for the 1-star deduction was due to the fact I was going there for one specific vehicle (one that was in the showroom) and the vehicle was not prepped and ready upon my arrival. With 2.5 hours notice I expected the vehicle to be washed, gassed up, and outside waiting for me to complete a test drive. Instead, upon walking into the dealership, I see a mechanic attempting to jump the battery (which inevitably had to be replaced) and the vehicle still on the showroom floor. I also wished the paperwork would have been prepared in advance as I had already informed the sales rep that I would not be purchasing any additional ancillary products and offered to send any information they needed in advance. Being I worked 5+ years in the car sales industry in years past, I feel this was a misstep in customer service and could/should have been completed in advance due to the knowingly 5 hour round trip that had to be made in addition to the time spent at the dealer. All things considered, they did a good job and had me on my way home in about 2.5 hours. Certainly would recommend you purchase a vehicle from Rocky Top CJD!

I am so glad I made the decision to but a pre-owned Jeep Grand Cherokee from Rocky Top Jeep. From their well organized website and easy communication on a Sunday evening (while they were closed) to their immaculate showroom and incredibly friendly staff, this whole experience has been amazing. I love the vehicle and am looking forward to using their service department for my maintenance needs. I cannot say enough about the way the whole staff makes you feel comfortable and welcome. I highly recommend Rocky Top Jeep Chrysler Dodge. It’s a well run and well staffed operation.

I had a great experience with Rocky Top auto sales! Adam Shaw, my salesman, worked quickly with me to find just the right truck I needed. Robert Drake, the finance manager was awesome! He was able to get a low interest rate for me. Both gentlemen were extremely nice and so easy to work with.

I was initially disappointed to find two conflicting oil change coupons on the Rocky Top website. I called and spoke to Jason. He made me aware of yet another oil change deal (4 changes over a 3yr period) that was better than either of the other two. I made an appt, met with Jason, got my first of 4 oil changes. He took good care of me while I was there. I got home only to find an oil change coupon from Chrysler in my mailbox that was better than what I had paid earlier in the day. I give Jason high marks, but I really wish Rocky Top's website, the oil change deals available in the service department and the mailings from Chrysler were more coordinated.
