Jeff Fox is absolutely fantastic. He communicated with us at every turn and made sure we knew when my Escalade would be ready. The first time my car was in there was a problem that wasn't addressed. When I brought it back in, Jeff made certain every "T" was crossed and every "I" was dotted. I hope Jeff knows how much we appreciate his kindness, his communication, and thoroughness.

Working with sales consultant Barry Blackstone was great. He was very knowledgeable in the trucks we were looking at and could answer any question we had about each one and their options. He made the time at Roe just plain fun and not a hassle. We are very happy with the purchase that we made at Roe. Really, everyone was just great. The customer service and professionalism was beyond compare. Amy was by far the most friendly salesperson I've ever dealt with in a sales environment. I felt as though she was actually there to help me with what I was looking for rather than just attempting to take my money like those do in most Bay Area dealers. She spent a bunch of time going over all the options in the SUV and was very knowledgeable about the new technology. Kim was professional and to the point on a price for my trade in. A fair price came my way and I took it. No beating around the bush...it was nice. Bob who we signed with was very friendly and explained everything so there were no questions. By far the best staff you could ask for.

I bought my car from Roe motors brand new and have always taken it back for service. My husband and I own a company in Klamath Falls so drive back and forth to Grants Pass putting over 100,000 miles on my Yukon. I love my Yukon it pulls my horse trailer with 2 horses in it perfect with lots of power to spare.. When I took it in to have it detailed Chad was great he did a excellent job. The best customer service I have ever had . Love the people and the service and would tell anyone looking for a new or used car to check Roe out first. While at ROE Motors arranging an oil change on my 2013 GMC Terrain, I inquired about a service bulletin on my 2003 Chevrolet S-10 pickup. The tailgate cables were broken and I wanted to know if the bulletin was still in effect. The Service department informed me that it was and made an appointment for repairs.My truck was repaired and washed.Thank you ROE Motors for A+ service

It was just an oil change - everything went well. Still unable to determine why the Yukon front wheels tend to jerk badly when cold and a tight turn. Very hard to replicate. Four wheel drive issue?

I believe that Roe motors has an outstanding service department. Their performance is great, and they are definitely customer oriented, in terrms of finishing the job within the time estimate, as well as providing for alternate means of transportation if the job may take a long time. They are also helpful over the telephone. Last year I had an electrical problem where I could not get my vehicle started, even with a jumper. They offered suggestions that were helpful in resolving the situation. Roe motors also has been outstanding in maintaining customer contact, and recognizing the value of this contact.

Just your average, everyday oil and filter change,with all the usual checks of brake safety, system checks and such. All went as well as you would expect, and then they washed my truck! The weather was overcast, foggy, and no more than 38 degrees. But they washed it. And I was happy. Thank you Roe Motors family, for once again doing your best.

My Jimmy suddenly would not shift into 4 hi wd and we have a steep driveway, that requires 4wd when it is cold and freezing. Brent Silver worked us in and ordered the part from Medford and we got Jimmy back the same day!!

The best/only dealership in Southern Oregon where all of the employees are considerate, professional and caring at all times. They take the time to explain whatever is going on with your vehicle. That is why my family would never purchase any vehicle from any dealership orther than ROE'S. My family has came from Klamath Falls & Medford to purchase a vehicle from ROE'S. The service department is absolutely the "very best". Between us we have purchased at least nine or ten vehicles from ROE'S.

I have been buying cars from Roe Motors since 1992, and there have been many purchases. That should tell you that they are honest and pleasant to deal with. I drive 60 miles round trip to have my cars serviced because they do excellent work and provide for anything that I need. Roe Motors is the best. Mick

My wife and I could not come to the dealership at the same time initially, that did not phase Julie. I came by on Thursday, took a test drive and had all my questions answered. I brought my wife by Friday and Julie had to do it all over again for my wife. Julie never missed a beat. Anything we needed to know was answered and we left with a new Truck. Great customer service all around. The parts and service guys answered any question I or my wife had. And everyone treated my wife the same as me , which is important as she also owns this Sierra.

I've bought a car from them, had services done poorly,. Going back to complain didn't help. That was an unpleasant beginning. They were inflexible and personal with rude comments. The car I purchased from them had previous substandard body repairs from their body shop. I followed up with those repairs just to be turned around and sent away,.. Them saying to fix the missing bits and pieces myself from a general auto parts store. I've tried unsuccessfully attempted to get brake estimates. The service department rudely talked down to me and tried to sell me services I didn't need. The parts i did need were out of stock,. they blamed this on Pontiac Vibe not being a big seller. They never offered any other solutions as promised. The service staff seemed to lack knowledge about their own services. I could not be more dissatisfied with them. I live local and want to take my Pontiac to a GM dealer,.. But this one keeps on failing me for these variety of reasons. Never did they offer a deal to make my unpleasant experiences any better. I do not recommend this outfit.

I was terrified of calling a "dealership" for service, because of the stigma of overcharging for services and being treated like a herd of cattle. Jim in the service department was great at communicating with me about everything going on with my car, including the costs involved, the time needed to order a special part, etc. When Tony came to pick me up at home to go get my car, he was an excellent driver, prompt, courteous, and very pleasant to talk with. The cashier was also very pleasant and felt so bad for what happened to my car. She could not say enough about the "family" of Roe Motors and the great leadership that run everything. Thank you for the great service and friendly staff. I look forward to coming back for oil changes and any other required services, as I feel like I can trust you with my car and I won't get overcharged for service. I appreciate being treated like a valued customer.
