My 2006 Corvette was brought in for repair following a "Fob not detected" message using both key fobs with new batteries in each. One fob's new battery was tested at the dealership and was below the necessary voltage, so the battery was replaced, both fobs seemed to work and the vehicle was declared repaired. Next day I went to use the car and the same message appeared and the car could not be started with one of the key fobs. I checked the voltage of that fobs battery, which had previously been found to be OK, and found it to be at 2.77 volts. Replaced it with another new battery and things seem to be OK for the moment. However, the vehicle which previously seemed completely reliable does not feel reliable any more. Time will tell if the 'fix' is truly a fix or if something else is occurring.

I became alerted to the possibility of a white used Chevy VOLT at the dealership because I had been checking the internet regularly and did not want a black car, which they had listed on the website. I liked the set up of information, prices, and photos on the website. I called Roger Dean from my car as I left two Fort Myers dealerships, unimpressed by the dozen energy efficient vehicles there. Doug answered my call and I drove over and fell in love with the Pearlescent white VOLT. The test drive was enjoyable. Doug was able to make me a very fine deal and the process was smooth and pleasant. This was on Friday and I picked it up and signed everything in a swift session with Sandy and her cool tabletop touchscreen on Monday. I have driven it all over this week and to Ft Lauderdale and love it more every day as I learn more things it can do! Doug was excellent at showing me everything and helping me learn about the new car technology. I give the Roger Dean Team, especially Doug, glowing reviews! My husband had a cold so he stayed in his vehicle the whole time; it was that fast! We will surely come back when it is time for his new or used replacement vehicle!

great.Love the Traverse. It has air conditioning in the rear, unlike the Eqinox we traded for it. One concern is that there was no automatic lift tail gate.It also didn't come with a cargo net. You would think a vehicle at these prices should come with these two things. Our sales associate Tim was great. Very knowledgeable on the vehicles.

I have used Roger Dean Chevy for fixing my 15' Corvette. They replaced the passenger front fender and painted much of the front.Their work was first rate and the Velocity Yellow a great match! (Difficult to do) Recently I had a CV joint break on the driver's side rear axle. They over-nited the part and it was ready to go in less than 2 days. While it is hard to find a used car because their inventory rotate so quickly they do give a very good price on what they have to offer. Lebna and Calvin were great to deal with in sales and didn't make me go back and forth for hours on the price. I had dealt with other dealerships that did nothing but talk down to me but I felt this dealership gave good dignity to the customer and a good price I would return.

Surprised (and a bit disappointed) to hear my previously made service appointment did not show on the daily schedule, however, NO PROBLEM for the service rep. Having an older vehicle many things have to be worked on or replaced. In this case, John Somers went out of his way to locate a part no longer manufactured for my 1997 buick. The service adviser was very through and up front with me. he understood my needs and took care of them. During the routine maintenance that was being done, he was alerted that my cabin filter needed replacing. He promptly contacted me thru my cell phone and told the problem and what it would cost. They replaced it and the car was done as promised. Even the price for the work I had done was reasonable. I would recommend the Roger Dean Service Department to my friends.

On May 1st, I took my car in for an oil change etc., Dan McNeill, the service representative wrote up the order. He told me that when I pulled into the service area he heard a noise from under my hood. he said on some Equinoxs that noise is an indication of trouble. He suggested a diagnosis, which would run about $50, be performed to insure no problems. also if there were problems covered by the warranty there would be no charge. After a short time Dan notified me that the timing chain was worn and needed replacement and the repair is covered under warranty. The work was completed in a timely fashion along with the oil change. What is significant about this case is I was leaving to return north to my Buffalo home, a trip of 1350 miles. Had Dan not been considerate and told me about the noise more than likely the car would have broke down on me enroute to Buffalo. Dan's professionalism and concern is something you don't come across every day. He could have easily had the oil change work completed and not say a word about the noise. Kudo's to Dan McNeill.

Every time I have had the occasion to come into the service dept, I have been extremely satisfied. the staff has been friendly and helpful, and the wait time acceptable. Your sales dept is another story. I came by to look at pick up trucks, and I walked the row looking at several. i was there for twenty minutes and not one person came and asked if I needed help. The sad part was two salesmen were standing on the covered porch watching me. They knew I was there.

Dave ( mgr.) and his wife Lori and the rest of the team from sales to repair to detailing the car is fantastic. We have bought multiple cars over the years and we keep going back to Roger Dean. They work with you, explain every aspect of the car from what grade of fuel to how to keep clean and how all features work. I would recommend and have recommended them to my friends. My last purchase was was my 2014 Camaro SS. We worked together from ordering it in January to when I picked it up on March 8th. this place does not care about customer service! I had to take my car there multiple time and they never addressed all the issues I requested. And they argue with you if you try to hold them accountable. Worst place I've ever dealt with and I will never do it again! Getting rid of the POS they sold me and getting a Toyota! I was one of the many that had to take my HHR in to have a recall issue fixed and the staff,even though they were super busy with a boat load of work orders and recalls to do, they were extremely plesent. We were taken almost immediately. Service person was pleasant and courteous. After we told of our situation with the car he explained what was going to be done and that if that wasn't the problem they would tell us more before going ahead with expensive repairs. As it turned out all that had to be done was a sensor on the right front tire had to be recalibrated. It was done at no charge to us.

After telling salesman Mike on Friday that I MIGHT be in on Monday, he asked when. I replied probably around 10.Even though I had told Mike that I would be in Ft. I said that I had never made an appointment with him and he said "Yes you did!" I told him that I had gone to their lot on Saturday night as he suggested and looked at the Chevy Captivas, but I could not find all of the ones he had mentioned. He replied that I had OBVIOUSLY misunderstood since all the Captivas were there! This was said in a demeaning and rude manner, also. I told him that I would NOT be in since he did not have the cars that he told me about. My son returned to our room and since I had the phone on speaker, our friend had heard the conversation as well. We told him about the call. He immediately called the sales manager and told him about the exchange. He said he found that hard to believe since Mike was his top salesman. When my son told him that TWO people heard and reported the call verbatim, he said he was surprised. and that Mike was "burning up" his phone. No doubt Mike wanted to get to him before we did. Mike may be his best salesman, but only because he probably browbeats, intimidates, and bullies his customers as he tried to do with me. I would avoid this dealership because they are not only rude, but misrepresent.

I had my cargo van towed to Roger Dean for repair. They found trouble was a bad battery, and replaced it with a new one. Quality and honesty of work was very good. However I found their prices were high compared to other local shops I have used. Also someone went through my paperwork in my millage log book and all other glove box paperwork. There was nothing of value for anyone to take, just repair records and recites and nothing was taken. I find this very dishonest and will not bring any car back there for repair. I had just bought a new car a couple of months back and was planning to go there for oil change and other things but will not now.

I went in for a routine service, they found a screw in one of my tires, removed it and asked if I wanted it patched. I didn't even know it was there! Yes please patch it! How did they find it? Dono, they just did, it had been there a while, Good job!

I have been taking by two cars to Rodger Dean for two years. Most everything was routine maintenance or 100% covered by warranty. Good service. Two months ago. Check engine light on my wife's PT Cruizer. Computer Analysis was $100.00 and repairs brought it all to over $300. Light came back on in a week. Another $100 was charged for another analysis and total charge was well over $300. I checked with a Chrysler customer service rep over the net and then argued the double charge for the computer analysis with Roger Dean Service rep, and eventually they removed one of the charges. Made me angry that they charged it in the first place. Two weeks ago: Headlamp lense on my Corvette had small cracks. It is cover by my Auto Insurance except for deductible. I took the Insurance estimate to them and was required to pay $1100.in advance for them to order the headlight assembly which was according to the Insurance estimate. When it arrived i took the car in for the work and left it. they called later and said the charge for installation is $250.00 more. I talked with my insurance claims adjustor. he said no, the body shop repair cost for this is same as his estimate. Roger Dean rep agreed the body shop hourly cost is $44.00 pr hour, not the $99.50 they charge at the mechanical department. They would not change it. I contacted the insurance again. they asked me take it to the Roger Dean body shop but by then the work was already done.at $99.50 per hour. I argued my case but they would not change it. Fortunantly my wonderful Insurance company decided to reimburse me for the remaining overcharge, but they were not happy. Roger Dean has price me out of there market. The was no misunderstanding in either of these cases. they just are trying to pull every penny out of customers. I had planned to get a new Vette this year thru Dean, not now. I will find a new place for my Auto business.

Take it from someone in the car business this dealership was no pressure. I walked. I thought about the deal. I visited 2 other dealers after and dealt with aggravation. I visited a total of 5 dealers in a 2 week period. This dealer was by far easy to deal with.

Our local dealer. We had shopped several in the last few days. Stopped here, met our salesman "Dean", and had a uniquely interesting and pleasant experience. Straight answers, knowledgeable folks, realistic trade in appraisal, no hassle paperwork, and just A to Z complete. We have purchased many vehicles in the past 40 years, and this rates as a top purchase. My compliments to the folks at Roger Dean for making an often tenuous and wasteful experience a pleasure. For example, we were undecided between two vehicles, and Dean explained the depreciation process, examining each vehicle for its value down the road. His examination was spot on. When we finally decided, and were pleased with the price, Dean asked if we were members of this or formerly owned that, and other discounts we would not have known about were applied. The paperwork closing was quick and complete, each item explained. Finally, we had t wait a few minutes, as the new vehicle was gassed up and washed (it was nearly full and clean as a pin, beforehand.) If you want to buy an American product from a professional operation, this is a good place to stop.

I made an appointment to see a brand new vehicle and when I arrived they had done a "dealer trade" the day before. They were very unorganized. I will not go back. Stick with a dealer with inventory to sell!

I had an excellent experience at Roger Dean. The sales person I worked with, Doug, was amazing. He helped me work within my budget and found my a Chevy I absolutely love. He with the help of the Used Sales Manager, John, helped me get a great deal on an excellent car. I would definitely recommend coming to Roger Dean for purchhase of your next vehicle. They were honest, understood my needs, and worked with me any my circumstances. Definitely check them out!! I know we will be going back there for the purchase of a vehicle for my Husband!

The entire staff of Roger Dean made me feel right at home. I brought my truck in to get an oil change/tire rotation, and it was completed on time, and they even washed my truck! I have been bringing it back ever sense!

I have to say that we truly had a "GREAT" experience with this Dealer from start to finish...WOW!! We purchased a 2011 Malibu and it's awesome...the ride, gas mileage, etc,. I own a 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche and I had to take my vehicle in for service. The Warranty was about to expire and I needed to get a few things repaired. I had been there a few times before and I was very impressed with the customer service that I had received. Once again I was not disappointed to find a friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. Nick has been great and took care of all my problems quickly and without any problems. I feel the whole service staff should be congradulated on the job that they do. I have a beautiful 2000 Corvette Convertible. I brought it in for the AC and had $2900+ in work done to the car. I came to pick it up and found the windshield had been shattered. I contacted Barry the service manager who then contacted his manager who then contacted the General Manager. They told me that they had no idea when this could have happened and they take no responsibility for it. I gave the car to them and they gave it back with a shattered windshield.The damage is $1500. I will have my insurance company go after them. I will never go there again, nor would I make a purchase from them. No wonder the Japanese car companies are doing well while GM is going broke. They deserve this.I felt there was a terrible attitude problem.
