Rohrich Lexus made buying my first brand new car the easiest and best decision of my life! I have no regrets at all and I will always purchase from Rohrich in the future. The managers and all of the sales department were fantastic and extremely helpful. Special thanks to Raj (Dhiraj Chhetri) for spending hours upon hours with me to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. And thanks for still being a resource that I can call or email anytime I have even the littlest question. I couldn't have asked for a better experience at this dealership. If you want a no hassle/ no negotiation dealership, with low prices but amazing quality, this is the place to go! I don't have a single complaint! Thank you all for helping me find my NX 200t F-sport! By far the most fun and comfortable riding car I've ever experienced. You get a 100% A+ !

I bought a used car--sight unseen--from George T. The advertised price was honored without haggling and without adding on additional charges. The car arrived in excellent condition just as Rohrich described it. The entire transaction was smooth (including the finances and paperwork thanks to Zac) except for a slight glitch with the auto transport pick-up. I was financially penalized by the trucking company, but Pete Y. stepped up and reimbursed me. All and all the Rohrich staff demonstrated integrity and the entire transaction was characterized by mutual respect.

I am a small business owner and in early 2016, I thought switching to a "higher-end" car would be appropriate for image when working with clients. I spent a lot of time researching cars and found Lexus had what I wanted in terms of car needs. -- However, upon going to Rohrich Lexus, I should have trusted my gut feeling and never signed any deals. The salesman I dealt with was not knowledgable. He didn't speak up enough for me to hear him. (I'm in my 30s with perfect hearing and I couldn't hear what he was saying to me). He felt really unsure of himself and didn't present the vehicle at all. Never explained anything. Nothing. For some reason (severe case of stupidity) I decide I still want the car and work with a manager on working out the details. Only to find out the manager may not have really been the manager. He didn't have a business card. He crossed out another guy's name and phone number on the card to give me his information and he really didn't seem to know what he was doing. Long story short. A lot of things went wrong. Misrepresented information. No information. The fact that they let me drive off of the lot WITH NO INSURANCE. Unbelievable. The car: no frills, nothing they said it had. Also, I had to set up all of my own stuff, even though they told me they already did it for me (Bluetooth, Sirius radio, Lexus version of Onstar, etc). I was told they would OVERNIGHT the paperwork for the added Ultra Care Insurance I purchased. They never did. It was a month later when I finally received it and had emailed and called numerous times complaining. -- This is the best part. I was told that no matter what, come in at 6 months for an oil change and vehicle check up. So I do. I sit there for 2 hours. Yes, 2 hours. For them to wash my car and tell me that I don't need to be there until 10,000 miles. I told them I put on less than 6000 miles a year and was told by sales that I should be there every 6 months. Service told me, "no, there is a disconnect between sales and service, nothing until 10,000 miles.... ". -- as a small business owner, I am extremely busy. I don't have time for 2 hours of wasted time, plus travel. My level of tolerance was at an all time low. This place is ridiculous. So, I spent the last 7 months trying to get rid of the car and I finally did TODAY (YES!!!!). And I did so With a respectable dealership and a great car at Mitsubishi. No Lexus, you're cars aren't great. Mitsubishi offers everything you do, plus more and at half the price. Oh and they have amazing customer service. .

Raj made the purchase of our Lexus a great experience. He was very knowledgable and did not pressure us. He explained all options and told us to feel free to call with any questions. After a few days he even called to check on how everything was going, he was genuinely concerned about our satisfaction. Thank you Raj

Dealership not firing on all cylinders. Inexperienced crew ineffective old school management culture high overhead low value. I would not send a friend here.

Totally unprofessional, salesman had more excuses and kept changing his story.he needs to understand that when he makes a promise he stands by it. This is the worst dealer experience I have EVER had when trying to purchase a car. Took me 45 minutes to purchase replacement nat four days.

I like to get in early and on my way ASAP. My appointment was for 7:30. It was cold and I got there before the office opened. One of the service representatives invited me inside and Guy Marasco quickly and efficiently check me in. He directed me to the lounge where I got a hot drink and sat down and read my morning paper. My wait was a comfortable stay with quiet place to read. I was in and out in an hour and a half.

I've visited both Lexus dealers here in western pa. The other dealership treated us like unworthy or not being able to afford and thus had us waiting and talked down to us. Well despite our appearance we were treated humanly and not prejudiced here at Rorich. We will be purchasing and I will refer all my friends, coworkers, and business partners that Lexus is luxury and Rorich is the best deal and atmosphere to purchase no matter what color, religion, or status you fall into.

Well let me tell you! I never experienced customer service like I did here. Service manager and service rep were extraordinary they went out of there way just to satisfy me and ensure my service visit was exceptional. The work was thorough precise and detailed. I have never experienced a service dept so professional and timely! Once you deal here you won't consider any other service department. It brightened my day and I enjoyed the waiting area. The best Lexus dealer in western pa! Don't take my word go and experience for your self you won't be disappointed. They are truly the "pursuit of perfection" just like my car!!!!! Thank you Rorich!!!

well this is a worst dealer in my life to dealon year of 2010 I came to buy a recertified lexus rx350 at this dealer as saleman guarantied that the car had no accident involved before but one year later my car turn out as a nightmare first the car paint was losing smooth finish then it paint color was fade day by day then it was began chipped off on both mirror and front bumper I took it back to dealer 7 times but this dealer denied all the thing to my car and no answer for me why was a certified used car happened this way and told me that if I want to re paint I have to pay out of my pocket for and they insisted that car had not been re paint or was in accident before I took my car to a auto body shop and as they told me that my car had been repaired on all over body and there might be as a wreckage before I boughtlater I did not why rohrich lexus was agreed to re paint my car for no cost and even gave a free car rental...I will never buy any car from this dealer again and recommend people if want to buy should ask for a car report to use as a proof in case you need it later as my incident
