So my relationship with this dealership evolved when I bought a new car. Again, the service department was nothing but assistive, and when I moved over to the sales the approach and customer service were comparable to the service... amazing and friendly. Ethan (sales person) and Carlie (financials) were great to work with. Didn't pressure, explained their nuances and particulars very well. I was able to follow their discussion and didn't feel pressured to pursue purchasing this car. This is my third time buying a new car and by far the best experience. I look forward to developing my relationship with this dealership. Even two years later, the service provided is amazing. Tyler and Pat prioritize the need of their customers and provide excellent support. Highly recommend this place! This place is amazing! Been a Mazda customer for 5 and a half years, and the employees here care about their customers and the best I’ve encountered. I personally worked with Dave and couldn’t be happier. He was clutch with an concern I had. If you ever have the pleasure of working with this dealership, I highly recommend it!

Always a pleasant experience here. They were able to work me in very quickly, and even though it was a non Mazda vehicle, They were able to get the correct parts needed shipped in, same day, and perform the inspection and oil in under an hour and a half, and I was good to go. Plus they were honest and advised me that I was coming due to get tires, instead of forcing me into them like other dealers. Would highly recommend for all Mazda and non Mazda vehicles alike.

They were really helpful! This was my first ever car buying experience and they definitely set the bar high! Dale especially made the whole process much easier! He was very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He really put me at ease and made me feel taken care of during this big step in my life. I buy a new car about every 12 years, so I do not have a lot of experience haggling / dealing / etc. Purchased CX5 from Rohrich about 16 months ago. The purchase process / trade went smoothly. I've had it in for routine service (oil changes), a repair (paint damage, my fault, not Mazda's), and a minor recall. Never had a problem. From what I can tell, always quality work, done on time. What else can I say? EXPECTATIONS MET.

I didn't purchase my 2013 Cx-5 CPO from Rorich, but that has not effected the overal terrific treatment I receive. What should be covered by my various warranties for this vehicle is always fairly evaluated and applied. I have been pleasantly surprised at tleast once by what Rorich Fully covered at no cost to me. I would heartily recommend Rorich and their service team. The entire staff i sprompt and professional. The quality of work has been exceptional

As always Rohrich's Mazda staff was very courteous and knowledgeable, got in for an early appointment to have my oil changed asked a few questions concerning the lights on the lift gate of my CX-3 which they actually showed me the answer to on one of the display vehicles and back on the road in under an hour. This dealership is the best I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in over 50 years!

I was able to schedule my appointment online, within a few days of my search. They were waiting for me when I arrived, and even noticed that my inspection sticker had expired. They were able to add that to my service for the day, which saved me another trip. Everyone was very nice and my car was finished in the timeframe I had requested. Very satisfied!

When I discovered one of my front head lights was not working, I called the dealer. They scheduled me that morning, and within a few hours I had my car back in working order. Had to have major repairs completed out of warranty on my 2008 CX-9. Service manager offered a loaner even though I did not ask. The repairs were completed that day, but I was allowed to keep the loaner overnight and pick up my car the next morning. In addition, the repairs came in several hundred dollars under the estimate.

Very nice customer waiting area, free wifi, free coffee and danish, TV; periodic reports on status if things seem to be moving slow on your vehicle; excellent work. Only problem is that some parts costs are terribly high, as they are with all foreign made cars (Mazda), but that has nothing to do with the dealer.

I had a great experience. They fixed what was broken and outlined other things that I should consider having repaired. Unlike other dealers that try to scare you into fixing a bunch of stuff immediately, these guys lay it all out for you and let you decide what you want to have fixed by them, and what items you may want to consider repairing in the near future. Not pushy or sneaky. I really appreciated the honesty and integrity in how these guys do business. I worked with John Haseleu. I'll be going back.

I recently had a stuck brake caliper pop up right before a long family road trip. Rohrich Mazda's service dep't was able to fit me in on short notice, and fixed the problem quickly and at no expense to me, despite my car being out of warranty. I've been a customer of Rohrich for several years, and I generally feel like they're the best game in town for Mazda owners.

Just brought our 2014 CX-9 in for 25K oil change and service; nothing complicated, but appreciate how well Rohrich does the little things: kept to my appointment time, got me out when within time they estimated, and even remembered that since this was 5th oil change, it was free of charge - didn't need to remind them. The Wi-Fi in the customer lounge is reliable and lets me work while I wait. I was never the type to use dealer service before - and definitely not for something routine like oil change - but have changed my mind based on dealings with the gang at Rohrich Mazda.

I was involved in a 3 car accident, I was the first car. I brought my MX5 to be checked for damage. After my vehicle was checked, the brought me into the shop and the mechanic showed the underneath of my car while on the lift. Also, let me know I needed new tires (which I already knew since they are 5 yrs old) and let me know they have a tire sale next month. Great coffee bar, waiting room, TV and they washed my car.

I recently took my daughters car in for regular maintence, inspection, detail and more. John who I had the appointment with is the best! Took me immediately when I walked in, was prepared, asked a few questions and had me out in less than 5 minutes. Call promptly around the time he said he would, explained all work was completed and I could pick up the car when possible. Arrived, car was waiting, paid and pulled out, again in roughly less than 10 minutes. Prices were fair, work was completed. I would not only recommend Rohrich Mazda's service, but also John who understands customer service!

I've been driving for many years and have had many different vehicles, with my previous vehicle being a Saturn and being serviced by Saturn, BEFORE Cochran took them over and took over their service. This should tell you the type of service and respect I expect, ESPECIALLY SINCE I AM FEMALE. They check me in promptly, they get the car up on the rack quickly, they tell me what it needs (and don't try to sell me something it doesn't need), they get my OK before beginning the repair. They also keep me posted on the status of the repairs. I always wait for my car, and they do their absolute best to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. I set the standard for them when I started going their for service. I bought my car at Enterprise. They have lived up to my standards.

I brought my truck in and the staff was very professional. I understand how tough the job is and difficult it can be trying to diagnose a problem while operating under the Mazda guidelines. The service manager was very persistent and communicated very well along the way. I want to thank Sean, John, and Jennifer for the great customer service experience that they has shown me. Sean was a really nice salesman. He did not push me in any way to purchase a car. It really was a no hassle approach. I scheduled a test drive of a Mazda 3. When I arrived for my appointment the car was parked right outside the dealership ready to go! Sean greeted me as I walked into the dealership. I told Sean that i wanted to take the car for a longer ride than just 5 min. we rode in the car for about 20 min. After test driving it I knew this was the car for me! Sean was very pleasant to work with. I did end up purchasing this Vehicle and let me tell you the buying experience that Sean the salesman and Jennifer the finance manager provided! They all Have great personalities very friendly and enthusiastic about what they do and the customer being top priority. It must have been my lucky day because Rohrich had a promotion going on for tickets to an amusement park. If you purchased a vehicle you got 2 tickets to an amusement park. there where 5 choices I chose Cedar Point! Sean and John the General manager mentioned that I would be receiving the tickets in the mail soon! Also that day Bob Fm was doing promotions inside the dealership, I won a free DVD also! I would definitely recommend checking out Rohrich Mazda! a Wonderful team they have there!

Purchased my vehicle at Rohrich in 2005. Have taken my car there for regular oil changes, tires, inspection and any other issues that arose. The vehicle was a good buy, plus have had little major repairs needed on it. Rohrich has provided excellent service, quality repairs (never had to return for something that wasn't done right), and the facilities are comfortable. I always wait for my vehicle and enjoy the downtime out of my busy day. Best ever car dealership. And, yes, I will purchase my next vehicle from them.

Very easy process. Worked with John Hasileu as my service advisor via Rohrich Mazdas Online Service Scheduling site. It was super efficient. I was able to schedule, adjust and confirm my appointment. As to be expected with our 2015 CX-5 there were absolutely No issues. We used late night drop and the car was ready by 11 Am the day it was serviced. I used the express payment option that enables you to pay online...Shuttle service to pick wife up from home. Great all the way around. I highly recommend trying the online service system if you are looking for ease of use. Lots of really great web enabled features at Rohrich.

Originally bought my used Mazda from a different dealer in NJ. Started getting services here when I moved to Pittsburgh. I always work with John Haseleu and I always get great service and good explanation of options and potential repairs. No pressure to get anything unnecessary, sometimes just warnings that things need to be replaced next visit so I can plan. John also always reminds me to get my inspection which I almost always forget! I always prefer to wait for my car and the lounge is basic but comfortable. I would definitely look here first when I come to buy a new car.

I had been having issues with my car battery in my Mazda3, so the lovely girl who was helping me had the team also run tests on my battery. I was extremely pleased with the service that I received. I have been coming to Rohrich since I bought my CX-5 and have always been pleased. I recently brought it in for inspection for a 7:30 appointment. The car was taken right away and everything was done within an hour. After all was taken care of the Rohrich people had my car washed which is something I have never had done previously with any car I owned through another dealer. I will definitely be coming to Rohrich for any future service or car sales.

We brought our sons car in for a overall check to re-certify the warranty. The service department was a very pleasant experience. I must tell you however, that the best part of the whole experience was Jennifer Parish. She was absolutely wonderful!! She was so pleasant, helpful, thorough and accommodating. I had so many questions regarding our purchase transaction and buying the extended warranty. She was so very patient. She even brought up things that I did not think about. When my husband and I left your office, we felt that Jen had crossed every t and dotted every I. I have used the service department exclusively since I purchased my Mazda from them in 2011. Earlier this week I went in for my oil change. I like to go here because they take appointments, and they perform the full circle car inspection to look at things for me. I like to keep on top of things to avoid surprises at inspection time. I dealt with two different service advisors this time and they were both friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They have recently remodeled the service customer waiting area and it's pretty nice now. I appreciate that they usually have coupons available online and sometimes they mail them to me, it's really cheaper than a drive through oil change place even without a coupon. I feel going here consistently has kept my CX-9 running extremely well and problem free (knock on wood!)

There was no pressure, friendly salesman, I looked at the used car on a Monday and bought it on Friday, they gave me a fair deal on my trade in, the car was clean when I picked it up. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

I never went to the dealership . I got email saying the car had been sold . I think I could of been lied to about that .I ask a few questitions about the 04 vibe it was over priced acording to kkb.com and ask if they would take alittle less. I don't think they liked that so they just told me the car was sold. I was alittle diesapointed . I do like the vibes and it is very hard to fine one with low mi on it these days without the price being almost as a new car . They didn't ask me if I would be intrested in another car or if they could help me with anything else just said in email car sold .

I have been looking for a car for quite awhile now. I had finally narrowed it down to a mazda 6. I stopped at the dealer closest to me, Cochran mazda, formerly Billco Mazda, in wexford. I stopped there on 3 occasions, all on my motorcycle. I don't know if it was because I came on a motorcycle, but I was ignored by the salesmen, who all seemed too busy to even bother with me. Either on their computers or phones playing games. I even walked up to 3 salesmen, but never was asked if I could be helped. I went over to Rohrich on the Saturday before Labor Day. I wasn't in the lot more than 2 minutes, when the sales manager came over from across the street, and asked if he could help me. I would like to thank John Fera, because he was the first person in a week to give me the time to answer questions. He took me down and showed me the Mazda 6 I had saw on autotrader, answers all my questions, and generally was very friendly and helpful. I went back on the Monday, labor day, with my Dad.We looked the car over again, and signed all the papers, filled out the credit app. and I picked it up on Wednesday. I would recommend Rohrich Mazda to anyone, seeing is they dealt with me very friendly and were very helpful. Oh, I have been contacted by Rohrich a couple of times now to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase! thanks, again!!

I recently leased a new Miata from Rohrich Mazda. It was my 5th Miata since 2001. This was my first at Rohrich. I had always given them a chance to close a deal but they never came close. My trade ins have always been low mileage and immaculate. Kerian (Sales) and BIll (Sales Mgr) were professional and flexible during the sales process. They had to get my new Miata from Baltimore and gave me top dollar for my 2011 Miata. When I picked up the car, it was ready and sparkling. The paperwork was complete and correct. I would highly recommend Rohrich and will return there for my next Mazda. I must also mention the great parts department headed by Mike White. I've known Mike for years and he has always helped me with service and anything else that I needed. He was very instumental in my Miata deal at Rohrich. Kerian, Bill and Mike all have contacted me post-sale to see if I was satisfied with the car.

I was interested in a Mazda6 and had a somewhat poor experience at another dealer. So applied for some quotes online. A few days later I was contacted by Rohrich's Internet Salesperson Keriayn Schmitt, and she was very helpful in answering some of my questions about the vehicle and its various trims. Note, that out of all the local dealer, only Keriayn actually contacted me by phone. She was honest and upfront about my options and I appreciated her willingness to help me answer some tough.detailed questions about the car. It got me more interested in investigating a possible purchase and I came into the showroom later in the day and found the car I wanted. The process was low pressure, very straightforward, and no games. I was pleasantly surprised, and I would classify it as easily the best car buying experience I have had.

I started my search for a new vehicle by going online and getting prices. Keriayn Schmitt gave me best price. Set up appointment for test drives. Drove the 2014 CX-5 in both size engines. Glad I drove the bigger engine first. That was one I wanted for sure. I really like the car and it is perfectly optioned for me.. Pearl white is really nice color too. Really good gas mileage. My husband & I bought a Mazda CX-5 in June. We had a very smooth buying experience from the beginning when we sent our Internet request to Keriayn Schmitt. I have never had a more pleasant buying experience. We took 2 test drives. I communicated with Keriayn Schmitt, the internet sales manager and negotiated my buying options. We settled on a price via email and set a date for pickup. The car was ready, the paperwork was completed all that was needed was my signature.
