Rohrich has shown once again, that they are above and beyond any other dealership in the area. I generally lease our vehicles, but we needed a vehicle for our daughter who is beginning to drive, and Cori and Tyler once again made the vehicle purchase an incredibly fun, & easy process. Not to mention that I was in and out with the purchase of my daughter's vehicle within 2 hours, but additionally Cori accommodated my husband's last minute, on a whim, thought/decision to trade his lease in and purchase a new vehicle for himself from Rohrich's Cadillac dealership...conveniently located just next door!! And Lexus is across the street - so if anyone out there is reading this, and you're looking for a new or used vehicle - please do yourself a favor and reach out to Rohrich. I'm sure all the salesman are fantastic, but I can attest that Cori and Tyler are far superior than salesmen at other dealerships. There is no comparison. I am so grateful to have happened upon such a wonderfully owned and operated business. You guys are the best, keep doing what you do!

Great place to bring your Toyota car for any type of service. My parents have been coming here for 12 years. They are both in their 80's (mom only drives) and Rohrich treats them like family and have reasonable prices for services. All the times that I have had to bring the Avalon in for oil changes/State Inspections this business has always done a fantastic job! Thank you, Rohrich Toyota!

After my car was stolen (in Cleveland, not Pittsburgh), I was in a major bind with a single Saturday to get a car or go a month without one. George at Rohrich Toyota was immensely helpful, polite, and easy to work with. I had called to inquire the day before test driving and we discussed a particular car. He was honest about the small inventory available and really worked with me to find a car I was excited about on such a short timeframe. When I came in to see the car it was already pulled up to the showroom. Not sure if it was a coincidence, but I was impressed. Unlike other dealerships I visited today, George took the time to tell me about the car rather than just tossing me the keys and walking away. Once deciding to purchase, George made the process streamlined and we were home with the new car before we knew it. I appreciated most that he didn’t pressure me and gave me space to decide what I wanted (even though it was pretty clear I was in a desperate situation). I would highly recommend this dealership!

We are return customers at Rohrich because of the customer service. This time did not disappoint. Sales consultant, Julius R., was wonderful. He was knowledgeable and patient. I never felt like he was pulling the wool over my eyes, which happens at a dealership more often than not. Julius was extremely personable and created a safe space to ask all of my questions. He made what is typically a stressful experience very comfortable and easy.

C.J. King did a great job. Found him to be personable and very knowledgeable. I had told him in advance I was coming, and he had everything ready to minimize the time it took to do the transaction. Followed through with all the things I had requested. Knowing this particular vehicle was one that was subject to the airbag safety recall, it was especially important to me to see iron-clad documentation that the re-fit had been completed, and he was able to provide it. Felt like I got a fair price for my trade-in as well.

I received a card in the mail for my Toyota Matrix to resolve a recall issue. I called the number and Toyota insisted that I set up an appointment. Rohrich made my appointment over the phone. I received 2 email confirmations. When I arrived at the scheduled appointment time, the service agent told me, "Someone should have called you. We don't have the parts for this recall and we won't have them for over 6 months." I was very frustrated that they would waste my time like this. I asked to speak to a manager and he said there was no one there. He did not give me the manager's information, but said, "Call Toyota." I said it was their fault but also Rohrich's responsibility, to which he gave me the name of the woman who set up the appointment. Several days later the service manager called me and apologized. He offered to pick up the vehicle and explained the error on their part. The employee did get in trouble for his poor handling of the situation. They did send someone out on Nov 28 to pick up my car and had the work done. I appreciate the Service Manager's work to correct this issue. It is important to report these experiences.This is horrible customer service and makes me never want to return to this location. No excuse for this.

I was given all the support to purchase my car. The person who was in contact with me took the time to go with me to an auto service to have a look at the car. However, Rohrich has not given back to me a check that has no payment order by a bank mistake and that was properly replaced by a cashier check delivered by the same bank.

Everything was great, from the speed with which my car was serviced to the fact that no aggressive sales tactics were used to push me to buy unneeded services-- as a matter of fact, I was advised that I didn't need one that I inquired about, which was great because money is tight right now. I appreciate the overall friendliness and helpfulness. For example, I didn't have my current insurance card in the car but had determined I wanted to get my inspection done on that visit. Other places would have had me reschedule, but it was suggested I have the card emailed from my insurance while I was waiting. What a timesaver for me! I never would have thought of it. I am on the Toyotacare plan, so that makes everything easy as well.

Some dealerships do not actually perform the inspections they claim to carry out. Rohrich seems to actually perform the complementary inspections. The waiting lounge is great, and the complementary muffins are a really nice touch. Also, the service reps are clear, and explain themselves well. Service is also trust-worthy.

I agree to purchase a vehicle from Rohrich Toyota and came in and stated my bank approved me for a 5 year loan at 2.49%. My vehicle had to be located and delivered. Rohrich pointed me to their finance application website and I said if they could match or do better I would use their financing. When my vehicle came in I arrived at the dealership and they stated I was approved for a loan equivalent to my bank offered loan of 2.49% when I asked upon arrival, being I had great credit. I agree and tried to cash out and leave the dealership with the financing approved at 2.49% from what I was told with Bank of America. Then I was hit with a very high pressure, bait and switch scare tactic to buy extended service agreements and interior/exterior protection plans. I was not interested but was told they provided total vehicle protections and if I want them I had to decide immediately to add them onto the financing and keep the resale value of my vehicle high. I was still not interested in the warranties and protection plans, I was told that the financing person said she was contacted real time by Bank of America and they dropped the rate to 1.79% due to good credit report. I was further pressured into buying the warranties, shown what high repair costs could be incurred on digital parts, and had to make an immediate decision on adding them to the financing. I was throw numbers, and told that it covers all surface, interior and mechanical problems. We also came in later in the evening near closing time, and were pressured, confused with rapid sequences of different plans costs, and did not have time to fully review the service contracts as if we decided later they could not be added onto this special financing. I agree to the warranties, and were added onto the new financing at 1.79%. I was not convinced that an agent at 8pm in the evening was online and suddenly dropped our rate to 1.79%. We are grossly mislead on the financing and extended services plans. I open one CFPB complaint that went to Bank of America they state they have no records of online real time rate negotiation with Rohrich and my loan was approved at 1.79%. The consumer fincance complaint Bank of America said they had no interaction or involvement in the financing with Rohrich, I was advised that Rohrich probably had a loan instrument approved at 2.49 percent with a different institution and had 1.79 approved by Bank of America and withheld the lower rate in order to work the selling of add ons. I had to take the vehicle back to get an exterior paint protection applied to the vehicle and an interior protection applied to vehicle. I asked my salesman, the service coordinate what they were doing and only gave me vague answers the salesman said it was a heat applied wax and scotchguard, the service coordinator did not give much info at all. I signed for rental car and came back later to pick up my vehicle. A few weeks later after the applications I found a speck about 1 centimeter in diameter on the horizontal bumper cover which is polymer not metal and flexes, upon inspecting the speck which I thought was dirt and had an orange coloration to it that offset the red paint. It was a bubble in the paint, which I touch with a cleaning rag and it flecked off. I thought being it was a new vehicle and had a paint protection plan I would just take it to get fixed. I schedule an appointment online with Rohrich service. When I brought the vehicle in for service, and started to explain my reasons the service agent without even inspecting the vehicle or letting me finish my sentence said it was a stone chip and not covered. This was contrary to what we were told by the finance manager, but he did say that Toyota should cover the paint defect, any attempts to explain the situation I was cut off by the service agent, they would not let me finish any statement I tried to make. I was told they would file a claim with Toyota and contact me in a few days as they were extremely busy. I waited a week heard nothing from Rohrich service, when I called to inquire about the claim with service before I could finish speaking or get any information I was assertively told that in my mid sentence that Toyota said it was denied, and it was a stone chip. I called Toyota directly and they said it is up to the dealer to resolve, Toyota wont offer the customer any help and leave to the mercer of their dealer. After the way I was treated and could see when I made the appointment online for the vehicle they were waiting me with what my attorney calls the stone chip defense and that most disreputable dealers will use to avoid any repairs they are trying to get out of. I was able to argue for the refund of the addon/esc. They even withheld my money trying to lure me back to the dealership for my understanding to further humiliate me with the stone chip defense and waste more of my time. I checked the perpendicular horizontal surface behind the defect area which would be the grill and radiator, there is no damage. A stone chip on the horizontal area this size if it did hit the grill would have hit the radiator. I had to file numerous complaints that are still pending with the BBB, Consumer Finance Protection Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, and PA State Attorney General and had to consult with a Lemon Law attorney who referred to a consumer protection lawyer. They took advantage of my offering up my established bank loan, and coming in late in the evening to manipulate the rate and bait and switch with the addons and interest rates, then laid in wait when I made the appointment online and arrived at the service desk. I went back and reread my contracts and the add on paint/interior protection package it stated aftermarket products, I demand from the GM at Rohrich to provide me with a statement of what was done to my vehicle as I was given no service receipts or records of the interior/exterior aftermarket products and I also asked for a copy of the claim filed with Toyota, both request have so far been ignored.I was advised by an automotive consultant that any addons are worthless and that heat applied non manufactured aftermarket products melt away the factory clear coat and void the warranty. The auto consult also states if applied to any new vehicle before it is paid for the owner should refuse to accept the vehicle. Toyota offers no help and appears to collude and condone the dishonesty of their dealers. I will never buy another Toyota or from Rohrich, I am fighting to get another dealer to evaluate my claims, and that if any is set on the rear seat of the vehicle leaves a discoloration, and found the leather splitting on my steering wheel.

Before visiting Rohrich, I visited a different Toyota dealership and was not pleased with that experience due to the condescending tone of one of the sales reps and unwillingness to work with a female purchasing a vehicle but Rohrich was a completely different experience. Everyone at the Rohrich was very kind and polite. I worked with Luke who was extremely accommodating, respectful and honest!

Walking in you could feel the family like atmosphere. Everyone was friendly but not overly so, helpful and knowledgable about their product. No one seemed to be to busy to speak to you, while they may have been helping someone else. Salespersons were very accommodating while at the dealership and easily accessible when not. I liked that they had a variety of colors with varying options on the vehicle I was interested in. That made the decision much easier for me to make. Well, that and working with CJ and Josh. They both added their own personal touch that made the purchasing process effortless. They are both very considerate and respectful of their clients. I would highly recommend working with them on your next vehicle purchase.

Employees I dealt with were very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. This was the sixth car purchased from Rohrich and the third Sienna. Aaron on the sales floor was very friendly and had a good sense of humor which made for a very enjoyable experience. They met most of the New Car Buyer's discount available from my insurance (USAA) company, but the only negative was they greatly discounted the value of my trade-in which was a 2008 Sienna. I used Toyota's used car evaluation program which calculated Good and Fair values ~$400 less than what was calculated using Kelly Blue Book's site for both ratings. Rohrich discounted the Fair value by another $250. I did get 5 years financing at 0% interest and lifetime oil change and state inspections so that helped to offset the trade-in discount. Their close proximity to our house was another point in their favor. Susan, in the Finance Department made some good points to convince us to purchase an extended service policy.

The service advisor, Tom and manager, Mike were very empathetic to the inconvenience that I experienced because of length of time it took for some of the warranty repairs to be completed. Tom informed me periodically about the status of the repairs and was extremely courteous to me as a customer! I unknowing came for annual inspection without realizing I did not have the insurance card or registration.i was very embarrassed.brian did everything he could to accommodate me .he had the car inspected right then,so I did not need to leave the car again avoiding all the arrangements needed to plan for that. Brought by 2010 Prius here for state inspection on a Saturday. Dropped the car off Friday night. No calls, texts, emails from dealership until 3:45pm on Saturday (they close at 4:00) saying to come in and pick it up. Upon pickup grinding noises were coming from brakes. Took car into local service shop one week later. On all both front and rear all pads and rotors were completely gone and rotting. Techs were absolutely amazed that any shop would give this a pass. My suspicion is that Rohrich forgot about my car, and rather than owning up to the mistake, just slapped a new sticker on the windshield and sent me on my way. Gross negligence. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE.

My personal auto loan application was approved by the bank that I have an account with. They offered a 2.5%-APR. The dealer said if you want the car tonight and don't want to wait for your banks check accept our 3.3% APR. I did. After signing the paperwork and paying the down payment, they told me their bank needs more documents, bring them tomorrow at 5:00 pm and you'll be all set. I went back home with all the paperwork signed and $3000 paid, without the car!The next day, I took the documents to them at that time, but they said the bank is closed. If you want the car tonight accept our other loan with 5.6% APR. I was so pissed off with the way they treat their customer and the games they play for the extra profit they make from the financing commissions. I didn't accept it and they gave me attitude. I called the deal off right away.Do yourself a favor, respect your time, respect yourself, save yourself multiple trips, and keep away from these people.

The service was quick i didn't even have time to sit and drink a cup of coffee. I checked in with Brian when I arrived. He told me all about my 6 month maintenance check and then my car was taken to be checked. I looked at the showroom for a car for another family member bought touch up paint, just in case I'd need it, then my car was done. Brian called me in and told me my car was done and everything looked great. I am really not surprised by the service, since this was the way it went when I bought the car. I will only go to Rohrich for my cars.

I completed an online form by clicking on a link "asking for the sale price" of a vehicle I was interested in.... This was the biggest mistake EVER!!! I got put on mailing lists from several different employees and after REPEATED (I am talking double digit) attempts to get my e-mail address removed, I STILL (4 weeks later) continue to recieve e-mails. Ultimately I purchased a car elswhere due to their lack of concern for my desires. Do not give this dealership your information unless you would like to be constantly harassed by them.

The sales rep had an excellent knowledge of the technicalities of the Corolla 2015 vs my 2008 Corolla. He did an excellent job in communicating to me, in an easy to understand, friendly, non aggressive manner, the safety, parts, engine and ride improvements made to the 2015 model. We drove the 2015 Corolla twice, once with me as a passenger, then once with me as the driver. He also rode along with me when I drove my 2008 model, after having driven the 2015 model, so I could see the difference between the two models. He had a lot of patience in answering my many questions, driving 3x with me in the two cars, and explaining the lease financial terms. Note: I had no plans to lease a new car, I only came in to the dealership to purchase a small touch up paint product for my 2008 car. However, I leased the 2015 model after I wandered into the showroom just wanting to learn about the new Corolla's and my sales rep was immediately available to assist me. The sales rep who sold me the car patiently and non aggressively explained the technical benefits of the 2015 model, demonstrated to me via the test drives that it was a much better ride than my 2008 model, and explained the financial and other benefits of leasing the 2015. (I never leased a car before.) I also leased the car because Rohrich gave me a fair dollar value for my 2008 model.

This is a 9-22-14 update to the "BAD experience" review. Later in the day I received a survey from Toyota (not dealership) in an email. I filled out the survey and within 2 hours the customer relations manager from the dealership called me to tell me they received a call from Toyota about the review. He was very apologetic and said that he and the general manager were not aware of all the problems my wife and I had at the dealership. He told me they wanted to order and install the 3 options we wanted free of charge. I told him I only wanted a discount but he said they would like to do that free of charge for us. They are going to order the parts today. I was impressed with the quick response and offer of the options and am willing to give this dealership another chance.

Also, I requested for rep to discount 3 options we wanted which totaled $417 installed (Mudguards, body side moldings, and rear bumper protector). Financial service manager was not very polite either. My wife and I felt like we were wasting everyone's time. The shuttle driver was nice and polite but the sales rep and financial service manager need some training on customer service skills. I doubt if we will ever buy from Rohrich again and cannot recommend the dealership. I'm not looking forward to getting my new car serviced there. After running around to multiple dealerships around Pittsburgh, trying to find the right suv for me, I was exhausted. I was bullied into vehicles I didn't want, told I would never find a deal for under $400 0_0 , and never felt a genuine interest in what I wanted, every salesman was looking to make a sale at the highest rate, not caring what I wanted. FINALLY after nearly giving up on finding anything I found Rorich. Jeff greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. We went out to the Rav4s I told him what I was looking for and not budging. We went back in, talked pricing, and I got a great deal (better than Day Toyota with the Labor Day sale going on!!) Sadly the color I wanted was not on the lot. I waited a week for my Rav4 xle to come in from NY and am in love. Rorich Toyota is without a doubt one of the best dealerships in Pittsburgh. Please go to them before any other Toyota dealerships! Basically when we took our car in to see if they will look at the broken down car they responded like a bunch of mindless xxxxxxx with wrenches. Toyota will not take the time to find the solution to what is wrong with your car. Do not buy from day and rohrich toyota, they will not care about you or whatever is wrong with your car.

My car was not driveable, so I was concerned as to what its problem was. Clay called me and explained in great detail what had to be done, when the car would be ready and approximately what it would cost, (although I am sorry he did that!) The car was done a day earlier than expected but unfortunately the cost estimate was exactly as quoted. Clay is easy to deal with and knows his Toyotas. Good job!

We just purchased our 4th Toyota vehicle from Rohrich Toyota and the 5th from the Rohrich corporation, We have had nothing but very pleasant experiences every time we've purchased our vehicles at Rohrich Toyota. This time we worked with Robert Myers to seal the deal with a little bit of assistance from Dave Stewart . Both were very helpful and we were able to come to very agreeable price for our 2014 Highlander. Robert made us feel very welcome and his intentions were sincere, no high pressure sales tactics were used and we felt very comfortable explaining what we wanted and what we didn't with Robert and he was very receptive to our needs. The new no-haggle pricing was a somewhat new concept for us but we found that the price turned out to be at a great price point for us and it allowed us to splurge on an accessory that we thought we wouldn't be able to get. You can shop around and go to other dealerships but we always wind up back at Rohrich Toyota where we know we'll be treated right. Thanks again Robert and Dave for such a pleasant experience.

I had been looking for a new car for the past six months and doing all my research on different vehicles online. It was time to go to the dealer and test drive a Rav4. I could have went to a dealer 5 minutes from my home, but knew they were rude and pushy from past experiences, so I when to Rohrich Toyota. I was expecting to check out the car maybe test drive it and leave. Well, that didn't happen. I walked into the dealer and saw the Rav4 on the showroom floor. I started looking at it and then was approached by Brandon Miller. Who said "hi, how are you?" Not "what are you looking for". The small talk made me feel like i wasn't a stranger off the street. He went and got me the exact car I wanted. The test drive with Brandon was telling me what the car could do, not why you should buy it. When it came to making the deal, i got more for my trade in than expected, a price i choose, not the dealer and no hassel at all. Brandon told me he could give me a price and there would be no haggling, it would be bottom line, and it was! When met with Rich from Finance, I knew that is were the stress would be. They are always trying to push clear coat or warranties, not Rich. He explained all the options and said you choose or say no. When I told him I didn't want any thing extra he said"ok" and moved on. I liked that ALOT!!! When eveything was said and done, I drove away in my new car thinking...what just happened? I bought a new car that was so peaceful and relaxing, I would do it again and again. I really felt like I was the owners daughter, the way they treated me with respect. I LOVE ROHRICH TOYOTA!!!!

We had Dave Stewart helping us and he wasn't a very pleasant nor a helpful salesman. He was rude and made me and my brother feel stupid and unwelcome. I purchased a 2014 Scion TC from this dealership on 02/19/14. The dealership, surprisingly, was friendly and honest. They gave all requested information without hesitation and kept me informed throughout the whole sales process. I didnt feel that I was being persuaded one way or another with purchasing a vehicle from them, I felt zero pressure and have absolutely no complaints. I worked with Brandon from the second I walked into the dealership to the second I drove away. He was extremely detail oriented and concerned with my happiness in the purchase. If he didnt have the answer he knew where to find it and did it in a timely fashion. Everybody was extremely respectful, uplifting and wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied every step of the way. This is definitely not my usual experience with purchasing a vehicle but definitely a pleasant surprise. I also worked with Cody on my trade in. He was a nice guy and gave me a fair deal but more importantly gave me details to the quote he offered me so I knew where the company stood and how much I could get. Great experience. I went to the Rohrich Toyota dealership because I saw a 2004 Toyota Sienna for sale online for $7,000 that I thought I might like to test drive and hopefully purchase. Before I went, my friend Joe was told that the car had passed a 150 point quality control test to vouch for its being road worthy and was available on the lot to be seen. Not only was it not available to look at but I was told it couldn't be started, could not pass any inspection because it had not been inspected for over a year since the stickers on the van had expired in 2012 and it was being sold as is. The other Siennas they offered to show me were much more than the $7,000 I was prepared to pay. I had taken my 85 year old mother with me so that I could see if she would be comfortable getting in and out of the car. Taking my mother anywhere is not an easy process and ended up being tiresome and an unnecessary exertion for my mother. I was offered a laughable compensation on another Sienna for all the time and trouble this buying experience cost me. You see I need a car that my mother and I can rely upon in the winter and can easily carry both her rollator and wheelchair, and I need it as soon as possible. Either I was lied to so that a bait and switch scenario could be played out, or, nobody knows what they are doing at that dealership and it is being run by a crew of nincompoops! Why would any reputable dealership list online for sale a vehicle which has not been inspected or cannot be driven and not even make the buyer aware of these facts?

I've been dealing with Kevin Kinsella for nearly 20 years. Somehow, he manages to make the process of buying a car nearly stress free. He knows the details of each vehicle and can explain product differences. Importantly, he has never played the "women only care about tne color of the car; not what's under the hood" game that was once so common in dealer showrooms. In fact, the entire Rhorich organization is professional and respectful of the customer's interest. As I said to the business office the other day, "I keep coming back because I always get a fair deal." Maybe a could bargain down to a few hundred dollars less on price by going to another dealer or shopping on line. I doubt that I would find a better deal. Service after the sale counts and Rhorich excels.

I wanted a Rav4 with certain options as per the Toyota web site my wish list: well I got roof racks, first aid kit, cargo net none of which i wanted instead of the remote start I practical beg for. I believe my car could have been detailed better which would have afforded them the opportunity to fix the scratch on the driver side door, now I have to arrange my schedule for a buff out oh did I mention only on Tuesday or Friday 1-4p. The tires and bumpers are dull no shine, door jams were dirty and larry actually put in the cargo cutain. I would have thought Larry would have called me to take care of this but he has not. Oh we'll it has been my fourth purchase from Rohrich Toyota maybe sales have changed over the years, but I thought customer service was what Toyota was all about. Over all the experience was fair to midland.

I have previously purchased my first Prius from Jeff Krivickas in 2007 and was extremely pleased. Since I needed a new car right away I was glad to return to him as a salesman. Jeff goes out of the way to make sure I understand some of the complexities of my car and even connected my Bluetooth to the new Prius. Anytime I am confused about an issue regarding my new car Jeff answers them clearly and plainly so that I can understand how to adapt to it.He has even come to my house where I have had problems with the connection of my garage door remote not working. He goes the extra mile to make sure that I am not just purchasing "another car" but rather a "quality vehicle" which holds a good resell value and will last me many years with normal wear and tear.Sue Belako helped me to understand the actual sales process in a clear cut manner so that I could make my better decisions on some of the optional warranties.Finally, I want to give special kudos to Chris Sekely who recently helped me on my former Prius following an incident where a gas dealership offered to pump my gas and in turn they greatly topped it off. He made sure there was no damage to the engine or hybrid system. That car is functioning normally again. He allayed any fears I had concerning the amount of gas in that car and that it would receive a thorough inspection.

So far of the 7 Toyota's that my family has purchased over the last 3 years, we bought 3 of them from Rohrich Toyota in Pittsburgh PA. The service department has been accommodating and always courteous while doing routine maintenance on our vehicles (Toyotas dont require much more than routine care) We recently bought another Toyota from Rohrich and our salesman, Nick Livingstone is by far the best and most knowledgeable of any car salesmen/salesladies that I have ever dealt with over my past 37 years of buying automobiles. Nick took his time and explained the vehicle thoroughly (he was actually very enthusiastic which is rare) without being intrusive. There was one question which he could not answer during our 1st meeting however he knew the answer on our second visit. The whole purchase experience was the quickest that I ever had and I will without a doubt recommend Nick and Rohrich to anyone that I know looking to purchase a new Toyota

This was our 4th Toyota from Rohrich and the tradition continues. We got the car we wanted at a reasonable price. The transaction took place over several weeks while we shopped the market place. Ultimately we returned to the dealer we had experience with.Jeff Krivickas, our sales man, listened to our particular needs and wants and addressed them. He was patient and attentive over the weeks and enlisted the sales manager's assistance as needed. When the sale was done the transaction was completed in short order and the car was was prepped and delivered quickly.

I recently purchased two new Prius-C's from Rohrich. Both sales went well. Pete was helpful and patient. Dominic is especially easy to work with. After my initial purchase, I was so impressed with the Prius C and its 55-60 mpg gas mileage that I traded in my son's Rav4 for another just like mine. It is not very fancy, doesn't have automatic seats or heated seats, but the economy of the vehicle made it worth the trade. We are both very satisfied with our cars.

There are two issues so far with my purchase at Rohrich. Issue one is that the new Rav 4 that I bought in May of 2012 had only a quarter tank of gas in it after I drove it off the lot. The sticker on the vehicle says that a full tank of gas is included in the purchase.Issue two was when I took the vehicle in for 5000 mile service they forgot to change my oil. I had to bring it in again the following day for the oil change.Not a great way to start a relationship...

The car sale experience was easy and to the point. I did not feel as though the price of the vehicle was being hidden behind payment plans, and trade in values. I was quickly directed to the vehicles I was interested in, provided with test drives, and provided with answers to my quesitons. I would certainly recommend Rohrich to my friends and family, and will be a repeat customer.

The Rohrich team was straight forward and easy to deal with. The salesman was new to Rohrich but knowledgeable. When he didnt have the answer he asked his manager, who was very available. I will go back to buy a car.

We have recently purchased a used vehicle in Rohrich Toyota dealership. Our sales representative was Peter. He showed us a few cars and we ended up buying a used Mitsubishi Outlander although it was a more expensive car than we wanted to spend. During the test drive I saw that Peter uses a key-less remote to open and operate it. I knew that this type of keys is very expensive so I asked Peter how many keys we are going to get. He told me that we will get 2 keys. When we finished negotiating the price, paid for the car, signed all the papers and added it to our insurance I asked where are the keys? Peter said that they had only one key. This means that he knew that he lied to us but waited until we finish all the paperwork. At this point I felt like I was fooled and wanted to cancel the deal but decided to check the prices of new keys first. A new key in Mitsubishi dealership costs $350 (including labor and taxes). On the following day I talked to Peter again I told him that I am not satisfied that I need to pay for a new key. Again, he only said that he is sorry but cannot do anything about it. Then I decided to contact the dealership manager but got no response from him.

Purchased 2006 Hyundai Elantra from Rohrich Toyota 12 days ago. Window sticker indicated that it had anti-theft system. It is inoperable-we were not given remote. In this car, anti-theft does not engage when you turn off car as it did in my previous car. Got a letter from Mike which included the sentence " It is our sincere desire that you are Completely Satisfied (their emphasis) with your new vehicle and the service you received from us". Instructed to call with questions. Called and explained the situation. Mike was to discuss with someone and get back to us. We called him again and were told they would not supply remote. Information on line indicates remote has to be programmed by dealership. Called local dealer- price for remote and programming is roughly $120.00. Mike said to speak with Doug the used car manager We did; he will not supply remote and said "technically, it has anti theft system". I say technically, maybe not, as they could not have tested it without the remote! Will never purchase a car from Rohrich again.

bait and switch on the price and terms of loan. the car was a piece when we looked at it too. drove 230 miles round trip to find all kinds of things wrong with it. worst expierence i've ever had at a dealer. never ever go to these scam artists. they come across as a classy dealer but are as scummy as the lowest used car salesman there can be.

I got the best price and the best service.....the whole staff is excellent. It was the smoothest transaction I ever had! I wanted to lease a new Rav4, i shoped many other dealerships, most were hardly knowledgable, about the car let alone the lease program I was looking for. You want to deal with a professional when you are making the second largest purchase you will make in your life.....thats what I got from Rohrich. I wouldnt buy anywhere else!

Rohrich Toyota at 2020 West Liberty Avenue in Pittsburgh, PA, is the biggest rip-off ever! I came in for a maintenance service for oil change & tire rotation along with a 'maintenance' package coupon for $47.95; they said that I also needed a new air filter & cabin filter--initially I declined as they said that the this would cost over $85 and that my total would be $135. However, I then realized that I had a coupon to get both at a discount so that my total would be under $90, but much to my surprise, the service person said that my total would still be $135 even after applying the coupons because they also charge you extra for each individual service; for example, my cabin filter cost $24 but they charged $25 for labor; the maintenance cost $50 but they added on $30 for labor & $15 for the oil cost, and the air filter cost $15 but they charge $10 for labor. Not only that, they put on my car the wrong info regarding when it would need to be serviced next--essentially my car gets serviced every 5000 miles but they wrote it as 3700 miles--makes no sense at all! To top it off, they then tack on additional "other costs" to the bill to try to confuse you and then hurry you over to their cashier so that you don't have time to question them about the bill. Then the manager proceeds to get agitated when you question their billing process. Let's just say that I will never ever come back to this dealership. They are the biggest crooks & most dishonest people out there. Stay away from them at all costs as you will get swindled by them. I will definitely be reporting them to the business bureau for their dishonest business practice. People like this give auto people a bad reputation; I have had my car maintenanced at other places for 1/3 the costs and they do a heck of a better job with a smile on their faces! Bottom line, Rohrich Toyota is a dishonest business and you should stay away at all cost--you will thank me in the long run!

I called Rohrich Toyota on Saturday Morning July 11, 2009 at approx 8:30 AM and indicated that I could hear a high pitched noise coming from the front end and that it had just started. I own a 2009 Toyota Corolla that I purchased new from Rohrich in October 0f 2007. My car had 19K miles on it when I called them last Saturday. The service advisor Scott Suchy told me to bring the car in and they would look at it. They pulled the front wheels of my car, looked at the brakes and then they immediately pulled my back wheels which I thought was unusual since I wasn't complaining about the rear of the car. They paged me and told me that I needed my brakes replaced and my rotors needed to be turned. I said 1/2 of those miles are highway miles, how could they be worn out so fast? He told me it was because the back brakes weren't adjusted properly. I said, you adjusted them in December. He said the brakes were visually inspected in May and I repeated to him that Rohrich Toyota adjusted the brakes in December and at that time I had 9/32 on my pads at that time and the car had 15k miles. But since they adjusted the brakes I only put 5700 miles on the car and the pads were down to 2/32. He told me they wore faster because they were low at 9/32. I found out later that they come with 10/32 on them so I only used 1/32 in 15k miles yet after their adjustment I used 7/32 in 5700 miles. I also was sure to tell him that at least 1/2 if not more of those miles were highway miles were no stopping was involved. He refused to do anything he just crossed his arms and said things wear out, do you want me to replace them or not. I paid $220 that day for new pads, then they said I had to have my rotors cut, and ANOTHER back break adjustment. After they finished and I paid I went home and called Toyota corporation and opened a claim against them. They finally called me today and offered my $60 to settle this. I have taken my car there for service since it was new and the salesmen I spoke with on Sat told me that you should get 30K miles out of factory brakes. Not only that, now that they turned my rotors they can't do it again so I will have to buy them next time also. Their rear brake adjustment caused my front brakes to wear prematurely and I would like a full refund. Scott told me that the misadjusted rear brakes caused them to wear to fast but he didn't bother to look and see that they adjusted them in December. By making that statement he admitted that Rohrich caused the problem so I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake. I wonder how many people that happens to and they don't mention the rear brake thing. If Scott hadn't made that statement to me then I would have just thought they wore out but when he told me why I was floored. Their gross negligence in December caused me to have this problem in July. I would like a full refund and an apology from them. They just act as if they could never have possibly made a mistake that caused the problem. I shouldn't have had to pay for brakes and a brake adjustment until later.

They did not install the tires that I ordered in advance.(ignored customers preferences and tired to clean up their shelf) Then one week later...(wasted my time and gas)They finally installed right tires but the tires are not properly balanced.(inefficient work quality)Then one week later...(wasted my time and gas AGAIN!)They tried to work on the tires.(It finally worked which should have been done at the first)There was no apology or discount for this worst customer service and they even tried to charge me for extra service that I did not ask. Please note that they required 3-5 hours each visit for this bad work.

I'm not sure if they treated me like a second class citizen because I am a woman or because I didn't purchase the car there. Either way, the service personnel were very cold and condescending. My batteries died within a year of purchasing the car so I went to get it replaced since my car is still under warranty and this unfortunately seemed like the only dealer in the Pittsburgh area. They were just terrible. They claimed they replaced the batteries. I am not sure if they checked what was causing the current drain anyway. My car battery started dieing again within a month of getting it replaced by them. I don't know if I want to still go to them or just go find someone else. They are really BAD!!!!

I was treated as a second-class customer when I went to get my car serviced because I did not purchase it there. I objected to the general manager and was astounded by his condescending and arrogant manner. I am a 50-year-old professional who has run my own business for 20 years and would never treat my customers like that.
