After visiting multiple dealerships in a week, I am so relieved to have found what I was looking for at Ron Marhofer Nissan. David is the friendliest, most knowledgeable sales person Ive ever encountered. Not only does he know everything there is about Nissans and electric cars, but he was able to answer all of my questions about the Toyotas I was considering and how the Camry compared to similar cars on the market. Even though it was almost closing time when I decided to purchase the car, David and Chris from Ron Marhofer Used Cars stayed with me until the very end to make sure I understood everything about financing, insurance, and warranties. David let me move at my own pace, gave me plenty of time to consider my options, and answered all of my questions making my first car buying experience as stress-free as possible, which is everything I could have asked for and more. He is a great guy and a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend him and the Ron Marhofer Nissan Dealership to anyone looking for their first (or next) car!!!

My son-in-law was helping me make a deal for a new leased car, as my car was due in by October. It was a Nissan Rogue and I loved that car. Brad Klostzly was the salesperson that worked with us. His personality is very positive, always has a smile and doesn't try to rush you. I told my son-in-law to take over, my only specification was that I be able to get in and out of it with ease. He worked with Brad and they surprised me right before my birthday (a month early). He got me to the showroom on the pretense that he had a couple of cars he wanted me to see. When I walked in there was a BIG Happy Birthday sign on the window, my daughter was there and Brad had all available staff singing Happy Birthday to me. It was such a special surprise, a Brilliant Silver 2016 Nissan Rogue. I am over excited, a few changes but not too many for someone my age. Your service department, which is also special, introduced me to Brad at a service call, he gave me Brad's card and brought him over to meet me. I gave the card to my son-in-law and the rest is "pleasant history". I would recommend Brad Kloetzly to anyone who is looking for a Nissan. He was great.

My salesperson Davon Sumser was excellent. I did some research before coming in, but I was still unsure about what I wanted. I test drove 4 cars , the one I purchased (2013 Mazda) twice. Josh Henderson was a very helpful salesman. He wasn't Mr. Pushy like other dealerships, Josh was very transparent and he understood my needs and was able to put me into the right vehicle. After I purchased the Kia I noticed a scratch on the side of the car, right away Josh had someone fix the scratch. Little things like that are reasons I will recommend this dealership to others and the professionalism they demonstrated.

I had been searching for a new or slightly used Nissan Frontier for quite a while and had visited several dealerships. It wasn't until I visited Ron Marhofer Nissan and was greeted by salesman Michael Patterson that I knew I was in the right place to purchase. Mike did everything in his power to make sure my wife and I had a pleasant experience. He answered all of our questions honestly and he treated us with dignity and respect. I am so very happy that we pulled into the lot and were referred to Dave at Ron Marhofer Nissan! We had spent the morning being harangued and trapped by used car salesmen and I had just about given up squeezing car shopping into my days off. We were hot, tired, frustrated and mad. Until we got to Marhofer. The gentleman at Ron Marhofer didn't have anything on the lot like what I was describing, but he was friendly and suggested some other places we might try, and as I was leaving I mentioned, I really wish we could get one of the electric cars I've been reading about, but I can't afford a Tesla and I don't *think* the range on a Leaf can handle my commute. He suggested I check in with Dave Seymour at their Ron Marhofer Nissan store. "Dave LOVES Leafs," he said; "I think he owns like three. He can tell you whether it might be able to handle your commute. I don't know, but he's the best." And he could, and he did. Dave Seymour helped me to pick out my wonderful new Leaf! I LOVE owning an electric. It is handling my crazy, diverse commutes just fine. He helped with everything. They were not pushy, they were not being "car dealers". They were just being ordinary people. Who really like electric. :) Dave owns his Leafs and he upgrades as the new ones come out so that he can tell you the quirks of any of the models. He REALLY uses his. He over fills it with stuff (like me), drives it in all conditions (like me), and runs it everywhere (=D). He helped me to know what to expect. I've never had a car like this. The dealership doesn't work on commission and he stayed after to show me all the cool new gadgets and perks...the dealership was closed and he was still helping us (and a friend of his, also a proud new owner of a Leaf) to set up our Bluetooth-phone connection and understand the icons on the dashboard (most fun ever, which of us can 'earn more trees' in a drive home). They provided the best deal, the best loan options, the best coverage, the best follow up on regular service and tune ups. They were kind and supportive and it was easy. We got a really great deal and a great rate on the loan. Dave gave us his email and his cell number in case we ran into trouble adjusting to an electric car. He helped us get the right apps on our phone and googled around a bit extra to help me work out the details for my three longer commutes. It is fun and they are epic. The best part is breezing past gas stations. I really like that. You know how they say 'own a home, it's less than renting'...Own an electric. Our car payments are half what I used to spend on gas. Ask for Dave Seymour. Sometimes, when you're going downhill a lot and earning miles back on, you think you could go forever. We keep joking about perpetual motions machines. And charging it is so easy. I really appreciate Dave's enthusiasm for the cars, the trend toward electric and the service at Ron Marhofer Nissan...and I LOVE my new Leaf!

My son and I stopped by on Memorial Day to look at a few used cars I saw online and we were greeted by Dave Seymour who gave us water. Not expecting them to be open on the holiday, he was full service and allowed me to test drive 2 cars of which I purchased one.He was very accommodating and very professional and not one bit pushy or intimidating. Ron Marhofer Nissan has been a great place to buy a car for our last two cars. They are willing and want to make a deal with you which is more than some area dealers are doing these days. We were just starting to look at cars at another Marhofer dealership and when they found out we had worked with Mike Patterson, they called him to let him know we were looking, he was on our cell within a few minutes and gave us a lot of info on current pricing and leasing offers. I was recently involved in an auto accident where my car was totaled. I had no way of getting around so I called Dave. He was ON TOP OF IT. It almost seemed as if he dropped everything just to help me (which I later learned he just threw me in his juggle-- but that's how good he is- I felt like HIS ONLY CUSTOMER). By the time I called him, I was driving off the lot within a day. He and his team went above and beyond to help me and make me feel comfortable. I will definitely come back here-- hopefully next time it's under better circumstances. AND I get free car washes??? Did I just win the lottery??

Dealt with Deborah Stanzak. She called with information when I inquired about the vehicle on Cars.com. We set an appointment to view and drive the vehicle. She was very professional without pressure for a quick sale. She offered input when requested but let me decide if I wanted to proceed at my pace. She also followed up and called back on requested items. Their buying process doesn't allow much price negotiation, but their vehicles are properly priced and the trade-in values are fair. I would recommend Deb Stanzak and the Ron Marhofer dealership.

I just recently bought a used 2014 Kia Sorento SX-L, working with Josh Henderson at Ron Marhofer Nissan. It was a very easy and pleasant experience buying the vehicle through him. Josh and team were very helpful in answering all my questions, and assisting me through the finer details of the purchasing process. I was traveling to see and purchase the car from out of town, in which Josh was very accommodating of my schedule, and meeting me immediately upon my arrival each time, no waiting! The car was out front, already waiting for me to view it each time, always clean, and ready to go for test drives. I've purchased many cars in the past, and none of my experiences have been this professional, quick and efficient. For what waiting I did have to do, there were ample TVs around the sales room to kill the time (and they had the NFL draft on!). Their sales team are very people friendly, and you never felt you were being pushed into a decision or towards a certain car, like is done at other dealerships. Even after the purchase, Josh put forth the effort to call and follow up to ensure I made the trip back home OK, and to contact him any time for questions or concerns on the car. They really do have customer satisfaction nailed down, thanks to Josh and the Ron Marhofer Nissan staff!

My parents went in for their standard oil change at RMN. Service tells them their 9-year old, 45,000 mile, Maxima needs $3,000 worth of repair work and if they drive it, the engine could be damaged. My 80-year old father was in shock. They conveniently mentioned that someone could help them find a new car. Gave them blue book price minus $3k for their Maxima. They leased an Altima. The first time they ever leased. My Dad trusted them. We looked online on RMN own site and found a much better lease deal, a few thousand less! We went in with them the next day and demanded that they change it. They agreed and played totally dumb about their online deal. They even sold them the Allstate plan ($22 more per month) when they have AAA and tried to sell it to them again after we took it off and left them to sign the papers! Over the weekend, a much lower lease rate of same car advertised in paper and in flyer mailed to our houses! $1,400 less for the entire term (including money down)! Even though it was only two business days later, they refused to give them this new deal. We now wonder if anything was wrong with their car in the first place? They say they did the "right" thing. Sure, but only when caught. Took advantage of people in shock and on a fixed income. Shame on you RMN. Never again at any RMN dealership. Do you homework if you go here, they WON'T give you the best deal.

Living in Connecticut I was very hesistant to buy a vehicle out of state but with the excellent reviews written about Ron Marhoffer I decided to go ahead with the purchase . Ben and Mike P made it one of the easiest transaction I have ever done .Mike P sent the paper work right out overnight and after the funds were wired i sent paperwork right back and the purchase was complete . They were both so accommodating with their communications and the effort they both put into making me a very happy customer. Ben gave me an acurrate walk around of the vehicle both inside and out. After I lined up the shipper , they were very accomodating on their end and assisted the trucker in loading . The car was was delivered and came in as nice as he had said it would. It is in excellent condition with no issues whatsoever and being that it is a seven-year-old car that is very hard to come by. Once again I appreciate all their help and communication and effort for this wonderful transaction . hope to do business with you in the future.

I love driving my new Sentra, it is so comfortable and handles the road so easily, nice turns, and love the back up camera too. I bought my used 2013 Nissan Leaf on-line from Ron Marhofer Nissan, and I have to say I was a little more than nervous making that kind of purchase on the internet! I had done my research on what car and model I wanted but was unable to find one in close proximity to where we live in Massachusetts. I found one on the Marhofer site and after looking at the customer reviews decided to give them a call. I dealt with Mike Patterson who was great to deal with, the internet purchase process was new for both of us but we managed to get it done and the car shipped to Massachusetts, and I am totally enjoying my Leaf!

We had an excellent experience shopping with Ron Marhofer Nissan. We were taken care of from the minute we stepped in the door. To be honest, we had only ever bought vehicles before from individual sellers and had never dealt with a dealership before. However, that fear is now alleviated. We were not pressured at all into buying anything and the test drive experiences were great. The staff was knowledgable and was able to thoroughly answer any questions we had. The pricing was definitely competitive and fair, and the title process/ paperwork was pretty painless. Josh Henderson was our salesman and he made sure we were satisfied at every step in the process and seemed to take genuine interest in our individual family needs and budget. We purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot and we love it! No problems and exactly as stated. We look forward to shopping again when we need another vehicle. I purchased my pre-owned Nissan Pathfinder from Brian Wells and he was an amazing salesman. I originally went there to check out a Durango but it sold right before I got there. Instead Brian helped me something just as good if not better. It was exactly what I was looking for, besides the red color! I have something against red cars but the car is perfect so red isn't so bad anymore! The staff is wonderful, always asking if you need anything. I done my research on this car dealership. I made sure to read all the reviews before I drove an hr and half. I could not find one negative complaint. I thought to myself, ya right they pay ppl to write reviews. I was able to do my application online. I was scared at first just coming from a divorce which let to bankruptcy. Needless to say I am high risk. Noone here jugded me d/t all that. Everyone was helpful and got me approved with an awesome interest rate. I arrived at the car lot going to test drive the car I was approved for. Nope that did not even take place. I was looking around almost brand new cars super low miles. The car salesman came out, I explained my situation. He said no problem what do you like. I narrowed it done to three cars. Yep three!! He took his time let me drive all of them. Never once pressuing me into nothing. He was there to make me happy and let me choose what I wanted. Never once again pressured me. Got the car I wanted then it was time to finish finance papers. All I can say is she is awesome. Done everything she could to help me get the lowest rate and monthly payments where I could afford. Out of all the car dealerships from mansfield, columbus and dayton. I WILL NEVER buy another car unless it is from here. Thank you so much!!!

Had been to quite a few dealerships within 40 miles of home, Ron Marhoffer was one. Did internet research and received a quote from them. Walked into the dealership and was greeted by Mike Caporaletti. In my opinion he made me feel comfortable, no pressure sales at all. I believe I had met every manager and owner there. Still no pressure, just upfront pricing with explanations of why! There were no tactics used on me, like many have experienced in car purchasing. Dealership and personnel are what I expect of a first rate business. Sad to say, I did purchase elsewhere. At a dealership where I had purchased from before, saved me some money. Maybe next vehicle!

I was recently in the market for an suv.. I checked out marhofer first and was pretty impressed.. I took a week or so to shop around and couldn't find what I wanted in my budget. I headed back to marhofer in hopes of maybe going with a sedan (trying to be budget friendly). I had a very positive experience at this dealership. I initially looked at rogues and pathfinders. My salesmen, cj was very helpful. After test driving a few, I didn't really like either...and cj was very willing to help me find the right car. (I had mentioned I was looking for a new car but I'd be open to a used car with very very low miles) he showed me a couple of options on their lot. I recently purchased a 2012 Jeep Compass at the Ron Marhofer Nissan Location and I cannot say more than positive comments about the service I received. I inquired about my vehicle via email through cars.com and was emailed back almost instantly. The vehicle I was interested in actually sold while I was communicating with one of the Marhofer employees. Kevin had then mentioned there was a Jeep same year model, and with fewer mileage on it. It did not have a moon roof but they assured me they could make that happen. After work I went to Marhofer and took a look at the Jeep and was instantly hooked. I was able to trade my existing car in with no hassle, was able to take my Jeep home that night without anything down, and was given a percentage rate based on my credit that I was more than pleased with. My Jeep came with everything that I had been looking for, so I was very pleased. James, Kevin, and Mike P. took great care of me, to where they helped get all my personal items out of my car that I was trading in to my new jeep, it was freezing that night! But needless to say they were all very helpful and made sure that I was a happy customer that will most definitely return. The gentlemen set my jeep to be installed with the moon roof and provided me with a car to be able to go to my classes, and of course work. That was extremely helpful. Also there ended up being a mishap as far as my side door getting a surface scratching as if something hit up against it. Again, Kevin and Mike were so helpful and gave me nothing but a guarantee that it would be taken care of with no charge to me. THANKS GUYS!! Also about two weeks later I heard some noise in the rear of the Jeep and it ended up being my shocks were leaking fluid. I went in that Thursday and my car was fixed and waxed by the end of their work day Saturday! THANKS RICH in services. I will most definitely be a returning Customer!!!!

After our trusty car bit the dust suddenly on rt 76, leaving us in a cloud of smoke on a hot summer night, we were in need of a replacement car immediately. My husband called Dave the next morning. Dave shared potential cars that fit our interests and lifestyle- sharing the pros and cons of each choice- very honest! By the end of the work day, we pretty much had our car picked out. We met up after work, took a test drive,and bought the car on the spot. Dave made the entire situation into a positive experience and made us forget all about our old car. I bought a used car from Ron Marhofer Nissan in November 2015. They don't haggle about the price - the price you see is what you will pay. If you like to haggle then don't go there, but I find it refreshing - as long as you know that up front. Maybe they should advertise that way. My salesperson, Matt Jasinski, was very helpful and polite. The only issue I had was with deciding about the add-on warranties, which I found confusing. Perhaps they should show you the total price up front, as well. However, that being said, the finance department was very helpful with this. Overall I would say the experience there was fair and honest.

My son and I visited Ron Marhoffer Nissan on Oct. 24,2015. I was looking at several used vehicles to possibly buy. The sales person that assisted us was a very pleasant young man named Bradley Kloetzy. Brad was very helpful and patient as we inspected and drove three vehicles I had researched. In the end we settled on a 2015 certified used Nissan Rogue. We really appreciate Brad's help and knowledge with everything, and Custom Relations Manager Jim Mitchel helped get me a great interest rate on my loan. I've never been to a dealership like this one. I was very surprised as soon as I walked on the lot and was NOT assulted by salesman. It stayed different from there on. They worked out a deal that worked for me and didn't pressure me on any part of it. I was upside down but instead of brushing me off as a difficult customer, they worked it out. CJ Gran got us all sorted out with everything we needed. The next day there were additional hoops I put them through but Matt handled them all nicely. There were two after sale contacts that also didn't disappoint. I had left something in the car I traded in and was a little concerned about it. CJ answered my text and put his hands on it. Seems like a small thing, but I also appreciated being able to text him. When I have a quick thought about leaving something in the car, I don't need to make a five minute phone call with a 4 minute wait. Happy to be able to shoot a quick text. It was a completely different experience at a dealership. CJ, Matt and Kevin, thank you.

We recently purchased a new vehicle at Ron Marhofer Nissan. This dealership is not the closest to where I live but I had purchased from their Chevrolet, Saturn and Hyundai dealerships in the past and had good experiences. We were shown the vehicle we were interested in by sales rep, C. J. Gran. He took a lot of time explaining all the features and did not pressure us in any way to buy. We went and looked at two other dealerships after that and left saying that we preferred the Nissan. Two days later we met with C. J. again and purchased a vehicle. I do not enjoy the car buying experience but C. J. made it relatively painless. The vehicle that we chose was not available at their dealership but C. J. was able to find exactly what we wanted at another dealership and had it delivered to Marhofer Nissan for us. When we picked up the vehicle, C. J. spent a great deal of time explaining all the features. He also told us to call him or stop by any time we had a question. He was a pleasure to work with and I will definitely start with him the next time I purchase a vehicle.

I had leased three Altima's in the past and it was time for my fourth. I had never leased from Ron Marhofer but decided to give them a try. As soon as I walked through the doors I knew I was in the right place. I was immediately greeted by the most friendly and helpful sales person, Mike Patterson. I told him what I was looking for and how much I could pay. I expected him to say, sorry we can't do that but we'll get close. But instead he told me he could make it happen, and he did. He help me chose the Altima S instead of the usual Altima 2.5 SL. considering my financial situation. Surprisingly, the Altima S has the same ride, the same pep, and is better on gas. I love it. Mike Patterson is a great salesperson. He has continued to take my calls and answer any questions I might have.

Several of my friends who travel and rent cars allot, told me the Altima was one of their favorite vehicles. After spending many hours online comparing the Altima, Fusion, Sonata, Passat and Legacy, I decided on the Altima for its reputation and value. I emailed 5 dealers with the description of the Altima I wanted. I received my best offer from Logan Jones, the internet sales manager at Marhofer Nissan in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. I traveled from Mentor to Ron Marhofer to pick up my new Altima. I was in and out of the dealer in a little over an hour. I was assisted by Mike Patterson (customer service, expediter and the guy who made things happen). The whole process was efficient, no pressure and I feel like I got a great deal. My experience at Marhofer Nissan was simply amazing. I came in around 6 PM and they were slammed. The salesman I worked with, David Seymour, was nothing but kind, caring and attentive. He was running around taking care of multiple people at once, but always checked in with us and made us feel important. They were short on financing staff, and offered to buy us dinner on the house while we waited. Not too long after that, we went through the signing process, and I was off in my new Kia! He has since checked in with me a few times to see if I was still happy with my new car. I'm never going anywhere else, and I'll ask for David Seymour every time.

For me I was a little worried at first because it was the first time I had ever been car shopping, and also being a girl, some dealers like to push you into something you don't want. But when I got to Ron Marhofer and met Kevin Suhoza all those worries went away. I knew exactly what car I wanted when I walked in there and he made sure that was the car I left with. There was no run around, no pushing me to buy something I didn't want. It was a great experience. And if I had to do it all over again I would go right back to Kevin. My Jeep is everything I wanted, and he made my first time buying experience the smoothest it could have ever gone. I live in Buffalo, NY. I found this great deal online with couple thousand dollars below market price. The next day, I called and spoke with Dave Seymour on the phone. He was very helpful and genuine, when answering all of my questions including details about buying a car from another state and tax issues. He took care of all the details on the phone and I got my nissan rogue within a week. What made it a great experience was his offer to deliver the rogue to Buffalo on his off day. I purchased my new 2014 Rogue from Mike Patterson. It was a good experience. The negotiating process was "painless" which was greatly appreciated. Mike was knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer my questions. The only "negative" was that when we returned to pay for the vehicle and complete all paperwork we had to wait approx 2 hours total before seeing the financial person.This was not Mike's fault...you need to better staff the process.

I visited the dealership and met with salesman Robert Brannan who was very hepful and did not employ the typical auto salesman techniques. There was no pressure and we were free to make a decision about whether we wanted to purchase the car. I have purchased/leased my last few cars from there (before when it was Saturn and now under Nissan) and have gone back to Robert Brannan every time. It was a very welcoming, pleasant atmosphere from the night I walked in and talked about what we were looking at buying. Your facility was the first place we started looking because of the recommendation and weren't comfortable with the other places we visited after that. I recently purchased a car from Ron Marhofer Nissan and it was without a doubt the best experience I have ever had in buying a car! Historically, the entire process caused me so much stress that I started to dream of being like Samantha from Bewitched so I could just wiggle my nose and zap myself from place to place. I was really not looking forward to going through it all again and put it off for as long as possible. As soon as I walked into Ron Marhofer Nissan I got the sense that this time was going to be different. C.J. Gran was waiting for me when I arrived for my appointment and he immediately put my mind at ease by explaining that everything would be discussed right up front. Indeed, I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that throughout the entire process there was absolutely no haggling or "back room" negotiations. In the past I have always felt like I was being taken advantage of or getting scammed by the constant back-and-forth negotiations behind closed doors while I was left sweating in the waiting room. I am happy to say that there was a complete absence of these kinds of untrustworthy business practices. Ron Marhofer Nissan in Cuyahoga Falls was not the closest dealership but the section was good and the prices were better than most. After meeting with Bob Brannan and reviewing the different options for the Altima, I was ready to buy. The Altima I selected was in their back lot and had to be cleaned up before I could take it home. After the car was cleaned, Bob notice a large scratch on the rear quarter panel and called to say that he could not sell us the car I selected. Bob went out of his way to find the same Altima as the one I selected and it was even delivered to my home. This is a dealership and salesman who went out their way to provide me with the car I wanted and show their is integrity at Ron Marhofer Nissan. Great experience.

The Marhofer Nissan Dealership in Cuyahoga Falls is hands down the best automotive dealership I have ever dealt with! Dave Seymour was my salesman and I could tell right away that he was highly regarded by his co-workers and managers at Marhofer. Dave is pretty much viewed as the "go-to guy" when anybody has a question or needs help. Dave's knowledge and integrity were so helpful in helping me find the vehicle I wanted at a very reasonable price, that I suggested talking to Dave to my wife when it was time to replace her 12-year old Avalon. As a result we are a two-vehicle member of the Nissan family now and probably will be for life. The service department has been excellent as well. All I can say is thanks and keep up the great work!

I cannot begin to say enough great things about Marhofer Nissan- more specifically, the service. Every employee on the lot was extremely courteous and welcoming. Mike Cap. and Kevin were tremendous! They did everything in their power to make the process as easy and stress free as possible and I could tell they were being honest with everything they were saying (this isn't my first time buying a car, so I'm used to the sales tactics). The salesmen are salaried so trying to up the packages and deals is not a necessity for them. I had a great experience with Corey buying a 2008 Mustang GT convertible. I live in MN and Corey took the time to go over all details of the car to make me feel comfortable before I flew out to make the purchase. Corey brought the car in for a pre purchase inspection at a service shop for me. He went over the process of buying a car out of state and answered all my questions. When we arrived at the airport Corey arranged a driver for us. Drew was there waiting for us at the airport to shuttle us to the dealership. Drew was very friendly and a great guy!! When we got to the dealership Corey was there and greeted us with a warm welcome. He took us to the car for inspection and we knew it was the one! Corey and the team were all great to work with. We had the chance to visit the lounge for a short time and were offered beverages as our paper work was getting taken care of. The complete process was very professional and was very fast. I worked with sales rep Matt J. and Dale in finance. By far the BEST car buying experience I've had!! I filled out the credit app online, which shaved hours off the total time I spent at the dealership! Both Matt and Dale were passionate about getting me in to a vehicle I could afford and making sure that the payment would not stress my monthly finances. I spoke with Matt prior to arriving Marhofer Nissan, my car was waiting and ready to test drive when I got there. When I decided on a vehicle, the guys immediately gassed it up, pulled in on the show room floor and re-detailed it. Which was great because the day I bought the car, it was miserable out! During my wait time to sign documents, all the sales reps, not just Matt, made sure I was comfortable in the lounge asking if I needed anything to eat or drink. I was in and out of Dale's office in 15 minutes, tops. I felt no pressure to buy as they are on salary, not commission, and do not make any more money getting me to spend beyond my means. If you're in a tough financial spot and need a good vehicle, shop here! These guys will work hard to get you a good rate and a top notch car, unlike other dealerships. Kudos Marhofer Nissan!! There were no feelings of distrust or apprehension that I was not being treated well and given a good deal. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family especially since the sales reps don't work on commission. They are salaried so they don't benefit if you pay more for your car. Josh was outstanding! I've test driven the Chevy Malibu, Toyota Camry, and an Altima (at a competing dealer, closer to my house). He was the first Nissan rep I spoke with over the phone, however, because I saw his dealer's advertised lease special online. He maintained excellent communication with me throughout my shopping process and provided several counter-offers to what the local dealer was offering me. I was very impressed. I love that Marhofer Nissan is non-commission. Josh was very friendly, knowledgeable, and got me an unbelievable price on the car I wanted. Mike C was great! As a young woman, a lot of times, male salesmen try to pull fast ones or use fancy words. Mike was very clear and patient during the process. He made sure I understood everything & was very helpful. He also was more than willing to re-explain everything to my dad over the phone who wanted to be involved but couldn't because of the distance. The only issue that was had was a bit of a wait during the "financing" process. As a very busy dealership, having only 2 finance managers definitely slows the process down. I don't have a problem waiting, but my father (who was there to watch over everything) was a different story. So if you're a person who doesn't like waiting, you might get a little huffy, but I didn't mind. Everyone was super nice and apologized for the wait (which again, I didn't have a problem with). Overall, it was a very easy process & I would definitely recommend this dealership & Mike C to others.

Shopping at Ron Marhofer Nissan was very enjoyable! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Josh who listened to what we wanted in a new car and showed us the Nissan Pathfinder. I was pleasantly surprised with the "no pressure" attitude of the Marhofer Nissan Dealership. the evening I arrived it was 10 minutes before closing. Upon entering I was immediately greeted by a young energetic salesman, Josh Henderson. His knowledge of the vehicles and presentation was excellent. The quality that impressed me most about Josh was his follow up and eagerness to answer any and all of my questions. He followed up the next morning with a quick phone call and made himself available on his day off. He was there every step of the way. Marhofer dealership will continue to have my business because of the honesty and winning attitude of this salesman.

I wasn't even looking at a new car, but my parents were. They had went up and met Brad Kloetzly and he did not pressure them into buying a car right away and was very down to earth and very helpful. My parents told me about their experience and how they mentioned to Brad that I might be in to look at cars in a few months and Brad suggested I call him right away because he had some amazing offers. I instead took Brad's cell phone number and I started texting him. I introduced myself and told him who I was and explained what I was interested in and looking for and we communicated only by text messaging for the first few days. I was so impressed that Brad would take the time to text with me regarding a new car even though he had never met me. From there I knew I had to buy this car from him. He would constantly respond to my text messages no matter what time day or night. I then made arrangements to come and meet him and from there I was sold. Brad was calm and cool and never pressured me anytime, even when I wasn't sure. I even left and returned on a later date and during that time he still proceeded to text with me about the car. He was great and I completely recommend him to anyone interested in buying a car. Brad was the best. Even three months after buying the car he still text me from time to time to check in on me and the car and see if there is anything at all he can do for me. NOW THAT IS SERVICE!

Buying a car can be a very intimidating process, but that was far from what I experienced with Ran Marhofer Nissan. My needs as the customer were definitely put first, and I felt they were truly appreciative of my business. Brad Kloetzly was able to walk me through the whole process and make everything as smooth as possible. I was given options and at no point did I feel there were any hidden costs or services that would surprise me. Most people (including me) don't look forward to visiting a dealership to buy a car, but these folks gave me as nice an experience as I've had buying a car. Well actually it was a truck, the Frontier pickup. They gave me a no baloney good price right at the start. OK maybe not the deal of the century, but I thought it was a good deal. And they didn't try to balance it with a lowball price on my trade-in, as I got more than I was expecting for that. My salesman David S. kept me in the loop all the way through, he was great. They even delivered the truck right to my driveway the next day since they had to get the exact truck I wanted from another dealer. What service! The only reason I put 3 stars on the buying process was it took so long for everything. But that's because one of the finance people was out sick or something which caused a bottleneck. I don't think that happens all the time. All in all a great experience. I would definitely recommend this dealer.

I recently bought a used car from this dealer and there was not a single issue. I found the car I wanted on cars.com Saturday, contacted the dealer on a Sunday, heard back on Monday, set an appointment for Wednesday and left with a car that day. I bought a VW Jetta. Everything went very smooth, the price I saw here on cars.com was the price I payed. They did not try and change that price or anything. My trade in was a little undervalued, but to be honest it did not bother me too much. Everything was great, I came with a pre-approved loan and they ran another loan application and beat the rate on my loan. I was really happy with everything. Everyone was nice and friendly, very eager to get me in the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is shopping for a car.

We met with Josh and Scott Marhofer on Saturday 4/19 to explore our options on the purchase of a Nissan Altima. Josh did a fantastic job of explaining the both the benefits and detriments of buying a brand new car and certified pre-owned vehicle. He understood our budget, and never pushed us one way or the other. He went above and beyond to ensure a car that we were merely considering to buy, was not sold while we were still contemplating our options. I had some logistical issues given that my current Cadillac lease did not come due for another 4 months. Josh was able to walk me through the process by which I could terminate my lease, and get into a new car today. I will continue to buy all future cars from the Ron Marhofer family of dealerships. Overall I could not have had a better experience buying our new car.

Brad Kloetzly and Kevin McBryer were both awesome. They gave me exactly what I wanted without any pressure. Day 1, my husband and I went in on a busy Saturday afternoon and knew exactly what we wanted. Kevin McBryer walked right up to us and asked what were looking for and what he could do to help. My husband told him all he wanted was a truck, a basic truck. We followed Kevin into his office and he approved us fast. He sent us down to the show room to see the truck. Brad Kloetzly was very down to earth and straight forward. Brad didn't pressure us to sign, and wanted to make sure we were 110% happy the entire time we were there. He was on a personal level, which was nice not feeling like all he wanted was to sell us a truck. Rora Liddle was awesome as well. She is very funny and always smiling. I went the next Monday evening to see if they are able to trade in my old car for a new car. They did it with no issue, and again made sure I was 110% happy the entire process. I recommend not only this dealership, but Kevin, Brad, and Rora to anyone shopping or a car. They really do make your dreams come true.

Although I would have really rather walked away with the car I was shopping for Kevin was genuinely apologetic about the situation and made things okay. The pros: Before driving an hour away they did verify the vehicle was still available. The Cherry Coke in the waiting area was good. The cons: I waited for a 1/2 hour while they appraised my trade-in just sitting at a table. They did not multi-task and have me fill out paperwork during this time. Did not seem to like that I was shopping with a blank check auto loan. Undervalued my trade-in (which is typical at a dealership so I won't be too critical here). Was unable to close the deal on day 1 because they felt they could beat the rate on my blank check loan. After I offered to leave a deposit for the vehicle so they would NOT sell it they said not to worry about it because I already had approval. Day 2 they were still "working on paperwork" Sales person Robert DID call to check up, but said he was off and would pick-up where we left off on Day 3 (THURS 3/20) I called at 12:40 PM after not hearing from them to see what the hold up was. Having a critical care child I cannot just pick up and travel an hour on a whim! They told me they were waiting back to hear from Nissan Finance so I could get some sort of rebate for a CPO car. I had a busy schedule so I was going to follow up and close the deal on Friday since I was off from work. At 7PM I get a phone call with an apology stating that they sold the car (in my opinion to someone who probably utilized their onsite financing). This salesperson did not effectively communicate with coworkers and/or superiors to ensure that vehicle was not sold from underneath him. He obviously was unfamiliar with taking a deposit to secure vehicle or it was preplanned once they knew I was not intending to utilize their financing. Very disappointed that they wasted my time and tricked me into un-commiting from a sale I was going to secure at a competitor dealership locally. Really wish I could believe that this was unintentional but I can't "buy it" no pun intended! It would be nice for them to make things right, but I am not one to hold my breath. Glad to have this negative experience behind me. ***HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND unless you have a lot of time for games*** I will update this review if this company makes things right!

About 3 1/2 months ago my husband bought a truck from the Ron Marhofer Nissan dealership off of Howe Rd in Cuyahoga Falls. When he test drove it he immediately noticed a red fluid leaking and he assumed since they did a thorough check he just assumed it was something small like the power steering. My husband told them that he really liked the truck but noticed the leak, what he assumed it was and asked for it to be checked out. Brad, the guy trying to sell my husband his truck, said "Oh yeah! I will definitely have that checked out for you because Ron Marhofer himself makes sure that all of his vehicles driving off his lots are in perfect condition and doesn't want anything wrong with them." (This was the second time Ive heard this statement because my cars ac pump wasnt working properly and they got me in immediately to have it fixed for this reason) After figuring out all of the financing and my husband went back into to talk to Brad and sign paperwork, Brad told my husband he was not "eligible" for an extended warranty. After all paperwork was signed my husband drove off the lot with his new truck and a "we owe you" paper for the leak and Brad told him that he would call him and let him know when they could get him in to have it checked and fixed. After a week of waiting for the phone call my husband decided to call Brad but he could never get ahold of him or get him to return his phone calls when he left messages. Finally my husband decided to go in to talk to Brad personally but he never seemed to be in either. Fast forward to current day, my husband has a broken down truck that needs a whole new transmission because of their lack of proper customer service and not figuring out that the leak that we had on the truck was actually a transmission problem that lead to bigger problems down the road. Since we were told that we weren't eligible for the extended warranty, we don't have one, and the dealership and the sales manager will not make it right with us. This is the second vehicle we have bought from them with a transmission problem less than 4 months after purchasing it. We have made countless attempts for them to help us with the problem that should of been handled long before this. Now we are stuck with a broken down truck that we paid over $13,000 for and got just over 3,000 miles out of. These people are crooks and will do whatever it takes to steal your money and meet their quotes. NO they may not get paid commission but like every place you work you still have a goal to meet and if you do not then you will lose your job. They say: " Quality products, personable people, and a unique business philosophy are what you will find when you walk into our dealership." But really you walk out with everything opposite. Poor quality products and very dishonest sales people. And if their sales philosophy is to rip people off then that is the only thing you will find. Very very unsatisfied and quite frankly just disgusted at the way these people do business. Never purchase a vehicle from them!!!!!

Stopped in on a whim, and left with a car!! I was so impressed with the sales process and overall experience. The staff was awesome-every person was very friendly and helpful. Corey, who sold me my car, and Kevin, who 'crunched the numbers' were so patient and friendly (they even laughed at my corny jokes!), the low pressure sales approach made the process so much easier. They rolled out the red-carpet for me-they even bought me lunch! I loved my experience and would tell anyone who asked that they should buy a car here!

Sales folks are on salary, not paid on commission. Low pressure, they are mostly interested in finding you the right car. I just bought a used car from them. Very happy and Ron Marhoefer wil be my first stop the next time I'm in the market for a car. Much better than those other places who wanted to make a deal with you EVERYTIME you walk in the door. And then you sit in an office for an hour why your salesguy goes to the backroom for the floor manager to work 'a deal' for you
