We found our car on the internet. We drove down from Gainesville to see the car. We test drove the car and purchased it. There was no bait and switch. The price of the car was great and so was the service. Phil spent a lot of time explaining and showing us the car features.

One of the salesmen had given me a price on one of there cars. He asked if had a trade . I told him that I did and we both agreed on the set price. I had numerous text and phone calls with the salesman who assured me that his dealership would agree the price of there car and my trade in. I drove three and a half hours from out of state. He called me several times on the way to verify that I was indeed coming. When I arrived there were nice and asked me to drive there vehicle. I drove there vehicle and returned to the dealership. The salesman informed me that they had underpriced there car and my trade in allowance. He said that this was not the first time that this has occurred . Another salesman which was his boss advised me that they had to speak to the owner of the company that he was away with his family for the evening . The car salesman said that he would have my car delivered in two days to my residence after the deal was approved by the owner of the company. He said for your troubles we will fill your car up at local store. I agreed and they did indeed fill up my car. The days following the agreement I could not get either one of the salesmen to call me back. Finally another salesman called and apologized for the mishap . He told me that he was finishing the paperwork and that he would call me when it was done. Since that day I called and called and could not get anyone to return my calls. After a week I still have not heard anything from the dealership. You take a chance when you trust their word.

To begin: I was an out of state buyer looking for my ideal used car. I saw it on Autotrader and had the great pleasure of Mr. Philip Malone III reaching out to me. I've bought two new cars less than 20 miles away as well as browsed at plenty of dealerships, but have never expierenced his level of honesty and professional affability. We did everything over the phone at first (very quickly!) and whild I could have had the paperwork overnighted plus the car shipped to me cheaply, I instead decided to make the 10 1/2 hour round trip out of excitement. This was the only dealership where I was not pushed, felt like I received a great price, and had no anxiety while signing in the Finance office. Highly recommended, definitely ask for Philip (over 30 years expierence in the business)

Purchased 2011 Outlander Sport over 2 months ago and still have not received registration and tag. During initial follow-up problems with paperwork which means the time wasn't clear and then blamed DMV but DMV had not received anything from them. Also, I had to purchase a key fob and have it programmed after signing because they only had one for the car. Another 160.00. Poor dealership and customer experience. I will not buy from them again!

I haven't purchased a car in over 20 years. Phillip Malone III made the process as painless as possible. He had picked out several cars per my specifications. He answered all my questions and really knew the cars. He wanted to sale me a car but NEVER pressured me or tried to sale me above what I wanted. The dealership itself was clean and well maintained. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I would also like to mention Mr Williams who did the loan paperwork. He was efficient, fast, and friendly. Sales representative Zachary Wagner ensured I was taken care from the moment I walked into the dealership to well after the car keys were in my hands. I was skeptical of the negligence I quickly noticed from the service department, but Zachary made it his personal mission to adhere to my every request. He even drove my car to the Audi dealership on his day off to get the oil changed and brakes inspected before I signed the final paperwork. Roswell Mitsubishi had a listing for a used car I was interested in on one of the online sites. I contacted the dealership and scheduled an appointment with Michean Griggs to test drive the car. The car had a few minor issues, such as scuffed up paint, worn tires, etc, but overall the rest of the car was great. It was priced right, had a clean car history and low miles. Michean went above and beyond to make sure the car was serviced properly prior to my actual purchase. He was able to get the paint redone in the few spots and replaced the worn tires. He was very easy to work with on the purchase. Everyone else in the dealership was also very nice to me whenever I stopped by the store.

I purchased an Audi from the dealership. Chaun was very helpful, even though he was no the original salesperson I talked with. Chaun actually took the most time to assist me with the purchase. He even drove me to another sister dealership to determine if there were any vehicles I was interested in purchasing that were not on his lot. He was very patient and kind. Whatever he said he would do it was done. Even the follow up on his day OFF!!! I think Chaun is very sweet and very kind. If you ever need a vehicle, go see Chaun for assistance. I had a few minor concerns with my vehicle after purchase. He was very nice to assist me with those concerns. I want to acknowledge Demetrius. Went to look Kia on May 23rd Took it for inspection on May 23rd to Kia to inspect car (paid $120)- said all car needed was wipers, air filter inside car and engine.May 25th grinding and light coming on for tire pressure for three days took it back and still happening - they won't refund me money.

He was very informative and was able to anwser all the questions I had about the car. I proceded to purchase the car while I was on the phone with him. The website indicate the dealership closed at 9:00 on Friday night. Drove over an hour and arrived at 7:30 pm. I was sitting in the car that I wanted to drive. I had been watching it on this website. It couldn't be driven because the entire tail light was pulled out. It had recently been painted. The salesman Paul said it had probably blown a fuse in the pipe. What? What pipe had a fuse?! I sat in it and fell in love with the car. He asked if I was busy Sat. or Sun. Yes. I advised him that we had driven over an hour to get there. He said I should look around the lot and call him if I wanted to test drive anything overnight. He was on his phone the entire time he was talking to me. He then said I needed to look at a new Mitzubishi. I told him this is the car I want and I didn't want a new car. He said well look around, call me if you want to test drive anything and walked away. I walked around front to hopefully get a different salesperson to allow me to test drive a car. Lights off, doors locked. It was 7:50. He didn't know or care I had cash, ready to buy!!

This is an excellent service center. Unfortunately when you're getting work done on your car, you really only have one person to judge by. Lucky for me I got Konrad: the most honest, respectful, straightforward gentlemen I've dealt with at a service center in a long time. I was getting quite a bit of work done, so he worked with me on the labor cost, and matched a quote I had gotten at another shop. By the time I went back to pick up my car he charged me less than he had even quoted, and was happy to tell me he was able to work the price down. I was just passing through, but if I lived in the Atlanta area, I would certainly make this my regular service center.

After dealing with one sales person paul who dropped the ball during and after the purchasing process. I had a better experience with Phill Malone III, even though he did not make anything off my deal becasue the other sales man I worked with Paul originally (which I would of chose of Phill from the beginning second go round) Phill answered my calls, got things done, made no exscuses and repaired my used vehicle to prestine condition followed through with management and got things done. If your want to deal with an honest salesman who wont try and play bait and switch games like Paul did then ask for Phill. If things were left with Paul I would of never worked with this dealer again because he was VERY rude, lied about repairs being done, tried to add another 1000 on my loan and talked down to me because I didnt buy the most expensive car on the lot!!! Big mistake!!! But because of my positive experience with Phill I would recommend this dealership.

Roswell Mitsubishi has my business for life. Our salesman, Philip Malone III is incredible! My wife and I totalled our car, and we were in real need of a vehicle. With our credit rating below poor, and no money down, we were desperate. On our first visit we were just shell shocked by the payments were were looking at. We left very disheartened. Mr. Malone did not give up on us. He worked overnight to secure us a deal on the vehicle we wanted. After hours of fighting and soul searching my wife and I ran over our budget again and were able to meet the wonderful deal Mr. Malone worked out for us. Finance Manger Anthony Williams made finalizing the deal fast and painless; for which were most grateful as my parents had driven the hour and a half to Roswell and were waiting to make sure we got our vehicle. If it weren't for Philip Malone III we would probably have wound up at a buy-here-pay-here purchasing a clunker. Mr. Malone went to bat for us and got us a new 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport ES 4WD. We bought a 2013 ford edge from this place they told us they would hand delivery car that didnt happen. When they recieved payment we called them to see when it would arrive they didnt know they had recieved payment so they say. Then they tell us we dont hand deliver any car so I asked when will I get my car? The manager gives me a story about a Bentley he purchased from California and said it took ten days. Im like and thats 3000 miles away Im 120 miles away and its been 4 days now. Now its been almost 45 days and there title department cant send a title out and I call up there and as before the best line of all. They are out of the office, funny the owner general manager and the title office poof gone when you need an answer. So ended up calling Mitsubishi headquarters they said they would get the problem taken care of. PS. NOBODY IN GA GIVES A RIP ABOUT YOU THE MANAGER BUYING A BENTLEY SING THAT SAB STORY TO SOMEONE YOU THINK CARES. I contacted this car dealership and had been working with Larry. I spoke with Larry about a 13 Acura ILX that I was interested in purchasing and explained that I would be driving 3 hours to get there. I spoke with Larry before I left my driveway to inform him that I was on my way and to ensure the car I was interested in was still available. Upon arrival at Roswell Mitsubishi I met Larry and test drove the car. I was only gone for about 15 minutes. When I returned Larry said the car was SOLD and the lady was inside working on her financing. At first I thought he was joking, he was NOT. He asked me if I wanted to meet her on her way out incase I did not believe him. Why would I want to meet her?? He said I know people think attorneys are here and car salesman are right below them. I have never dealt with such dishonest people. However, my trip was not a waste I found a Wonderful dealership just down the road -Platinum Cars and bought a car from them and will recommend them to anyone.

Was referred to Roswell Mitsubishi and although I had, had a horrible experience with Alpha Auto (their used dealership that they try to hide under a different name) I gave them a second chance. They did significantly better; however, there is a prevalent attitude among car salesman that they are some how smarter and we are all gullible. The salesman I originally spoke with told me that he had the great deal on a car I would love, which did not come even close to suit me, I am sure that a small compact hatchback in pastel purple is some one's cup of tea, but as a 40 year old male with kids and a job it is not mine. I was patient and explained it really did not work for me, but that I had found other vehicles in their used section that were of interest. Ever car that I asked about had been sold already, this was over a week ago, and those cars are ALL still on their website, so at this point, I'm pretty sure it's not merely the work of piss poor website management and more a cheap ploy to pull in business. So finally after listening to the cars that I am interested the salesman tells me that he has found the perfect car for me, and this time he does in fact come up with something I would be interested in. I start asking for information (I see no reason to drive all the way to a dealer unless I know everything I need up front) he gets a bit annoyed tells me at least 5 times this it the perfect car for me, and I need to move fast. I get to the point where I ask the price and he tells me $15,999 which is high and he knows I think this then tells me but for me it's $14,999. Well I go online and find the vehicle in question, and it's on their website at $15,699 and in an add online for a special "e-price" of $14,699. So Paul if you want to know where you lost the sale, this was it, your price was high, even your "special" price but to assume that I'm dumb is something I will not stand for, and to play these tricks is definitely something I won't stand for. So bottom line they had some decent cars but if you find something you absolutely can't live without, make sure you see what the real price is, and do your research on what the car is worth, because there is a good chance some one is pulling something.

Do not buy an entertainment system from Roswell Mitsubishi if you purchase a car there. I bought DVD screens in the back of the headrests, but the headrests were then so thick my upper back did not even touch the seat and my head had to lean forward. Roswell Mitsubishi then put in a drop down screen, but they have acted as if they were doing me a favor rather than fixing a valid issue with a new car. The drop down DVD is connected to a radio station and does not work in all areas. When I asked them to connect it so that it would work in all areas geographically, their entertainment vendor said that was not part of the package. I was informed that I could stop my car and try to manually find a new station when I was no longer able to get sound through the station they connected. This was all after two days of trying to get this resolved by phone with no return calls from Roswell Mitsubishi's service department. I finally had to go to the sales center to try to resolve this issue, and of course it is still unresolved. I asked for the information for the district manager and was given the number of a soft trim vendor rep. I love my car, but this experience has certainly soured me on the Roswell Mitsubishi dealership.

My 1st visit to Roswell Mitsubishi resulted in the sales person abandoning me while I was on a test drive; it was an hour before closing and he asked me up front if I intended to buy that night. I responded that I hadn't even driven the car so I didn't know...well when I returned after my 5 minute drive he was gone and asked someone else to take the deal - surely doubting that there would be one. After several visits to the dealership and 3 different sales people I purchased a 2012 BMW X5 and Phil in sales was awesome - he was the reason I kept coming back. I no longer beg people to take my money. Well.... 30 days later, my trade in has not been paid off and I gave the dealership $2045 to assist with the payoff! SO I now have TWO car payments and ONE car! To make matters worse, Jennifer seems to be the ONLY person who can answer my questions and she's NEVER there, her voicemail box is ALWAYS full and she doesn't return emails. This is bad business at the very least. I have friends who always have great experiences at CarMax and yes they get their $3k up front, but there's no haggling with them and they seem to be on top of their game, plus unlike these small mom and pop shops - they have a corporate office and people who will hold someone accountable! I should have never bought a BMW from a Mitsubishi dealership anyway! My mistake and it won't happen again. Good thing I work for an Attorney and I will get some pro-bono counsel on this one!

it started great, got the car in and out within an hour. Then nightmare began, Dealership has yet to pay off trade in after two months, I have taken credit damage, also bunch of liars that work here, they promise and promise but in the end you have to call mitsubishi direct to get a case for them to honor there IOU. took a month and a half to get the spare key they owed me. Have had to get consumer lawyer involved for them to pay off vehicle i traded in. What a headache!!!

Mercedes helped me with e-pricing on some used vehicles and had Mr.Phillip Mallone assist us when we arrived. He had the car ready and met us at the door when we arrived. We had driven from Carrollton, Ga. some 50 miles away to look at a used vehicle that they had on the lot. The prices were way bellow other dealerships within a 100 mile radius. We had given up on a new vehicle because of high monthly payments and ridiculous terms . We explained our concerns and payment range. He put us in a 2015 Outlander Sport getting the payments we wanted with the accessories wanted. He went above and beyond to get our payments, terms, and rates where we felt comfortable. In fact our payments fell slightly bellow what we wanted to stay at. Mr. Malone 111 and the finance guy were very helpful and knowledgeable and worked with the banks until they got what we wanted. I had been to 3 different dealerships, one being in my home town. When I told them my payment range and that we would not go over 72 months they basically told me You will never get it. The one in my home town would not even run a credit ap because I wasn't willing to pay $400 or $500 a month. NOT here! Roswell Mitsubishi was the most reasonably priced dealership and had a huge selection of new and used cars. So many that the parking lot was slam full. Staff was friendly, dealership was clean. I didn't really know what to expect when I began my search for my first new car. I started by just stopping by any dealership I saw but I quickly grew annoyed by the culture hanging out in the parking lot waiting to pounce and guilt me for not wanted to pay some ridiculous price on a car. When I called Roswell Mitsubishi I seriously only called because my maps said it was close by, I didn't even bother to read any reviews on the place. I got Jeff on the phone and he worked around my hectic schedule, even offering to come in to see me on a Sunday he didn't even work on. I ended up not buying a car because I fell into some fortune and got a hand-me-down car from a friend but if this one breaks down I'm not even going to bother repairing it, I rather just but a nice car from Roswell Mitsubishi. The management is phenomenal and everyone is so polite and eager to help, not take my money, but actually help. And my favorite part of this place? No vultures. I get to look as much as I like before learning more. No pressure.I recommended this dealership to my boss who lives in Jasper, Ga but works in Cumming with me. With a drive like that every day she needs a reliable car from a reliable dealership. This place definitely is that and certainly blew my mind. I wanted to leave a review so people can see how great this place is but I was elated to see they were voted dealership of the year and have so many positive reviews. Definitely well earned!

I have been leasing Mitsubishi's for 15+ years. I finally decided to buy a new one and went to Roswell. I found one i liked, paid cash and left the delearship with little hassle. 2 weeks after buying the car, I received a voicemail message from a nameless person advising they couldn't process my tag without a copy of my license and a copy of the insurance. I called the salesman as all needed info was faxed to him 2 weeks prior. he was absolutely useless. After speaking with someone in their tag department, she again looked in the file and somehow all of the info was there. I am still waiting for my tags and i bought the car almost 1 month ago. I was told they'd take care of any excess wear and tear i'd be charged for the leased car i turned in. I now have a bill from Mitsubishi motors. I called the salesman and asked why i'm getting a bill when i was verbally advised they'd take care of any excess wear and tear. He said he'd call look into it and call me back (it's only $81 but it's the principle and I stupidly believed that the salesman would honor his commitment). That was 4 days ago and i'm still waiting for a call back. At this point, I have no choice but to pay the bill myself as it's not worth my time in dealing with this dealership again. I just pray they send my tags SOON. While the car is great, there are far too many Mitsubishi delearships to ever opt to go to this one again. Word of advice to the owners: Customer service shouldn't stop after you get a check from the customer.

Vehicle had multiple problems from the start and they promised to fix all of them in 2-3 days ended up having to bring the vehicle 3 times to get fixed as promised. The sales process was a joke and internally the office works on their on schedule. Nothing is processed efficiently. If you care about your credit I would AVOID this dealership. Not sure why anyone has a phone cause your messages will not be returned. Very disappointed in this dealership and the brand. For what it's worth take your hard EARNED money else where cause you will have a life time of problems dealing with management.

I was forced to buy a car unexpectedly when someone hit me at a high speed and totaled my paid for jeep. I was not looking for car payments, and was not happy. After inquiring on line about the Mitusubishis, I received some great information from Mr. Malone. During a visit to the dealership Mr. Malone showed me the features of several cars. After a weekend spent in new and used car dealerships, the Mitsubishi dealership and the ford place were the most honest about sticking to their ad prices on line. Additionally, they had the cars I arranged to test drive in stock, no lies on line to get me in the door. This honesty in advertising is important to this consumer. I really like the little Mirage for my needs.

I purchased a 2010 Ford F-150 STX regular cab 4X4 truck as my 16 year old son's first vehicle. This is a very hard to find truck? I found the truck on the web and replied to the add. Phillip Promptly responded to my inquiry. This led to a phone call where he answered all my questions. We set up a time for me to see and test drive the truck. We discovered a problem with the volume button on the radio, but Phillip immediately contacted a ford dealer and after market installer to provide me with multiple solutions. After a lengthy negotiation we were able to agree on a fair price. Everyone at the dealership was professional and helpful. My son is thrilled with his truck!

It's a super long story.....but do not buy from this dealership. It's a huge smile and promises that has a hidden poisoned apple that appears after you sign. Title issues, lies about the extra key, promises to mail items they took out of the car during the purchase, a thug for a GM and public attacks as he pats himself on the back saying "I can do whatever I want! I'm the GM and the owner loves me!" Big head....big thug......big liars and BIG BAD ISSUES! Stay away!

In my search for a used BMW X5, I went to several dealerships and worked with many salespeople. By far, Aaron Cooper of Roswell Mitsubishi went out of his way to show excellent customer service and satisfaction! After spending hours with him, because they had a huge selection of BMW X5's ...he helped me choose the proper X5 for my family, listening patiently to all my concerns. From the initial phone calls to texts with pics and then showroom test drive visits, he exemplified great professionalism and care! When my husband came back to the dealership with me he was very impressed with Aaron's knowledge and understanding of every question we asked.Great concern and nervousness came upon me when I was addressed by the finance person Otis. Not because of my financials, because they were strong. But his initial cold hearted, nonchalant attitude when I wanted more clarity about the warranty they offered. It really made me think twice about the entire deal, but Aaron had worked with me so patiently I did not want to walk away. Otis later changed his persona... being nicer, but the sour taste still lingered... that negative first impression was already made. When I came home and read reviews on the dealership, it validated my feelings. Even though we decided not to purchase there, it was not due to sales or customer service... but the warranty concerns we were very uneasy about. I loved the car and still do to this day but it had issues and I definitely was not going to purchase it without a solid warranty! The GM, Cleveland, was very nice and friendly to me from day 1 and offered to take care of all of the repairs needed, which was great but I wanted to be assured of the repairs after purchasing as well. My husband and I really just wanted a better understanding of the warranty from finance not sales because the research on it was not good! The day we came in to talk... we waited over an hour to speak to Otis but he was busy.If you go to the dealership for a purchase, please allow Aaron Cooper to work with you. He is a young energetic sales person that has a caring heart for his customers!!!! He will go over and above to take care of your sales and service needs. He is a true asset to Roswell Mitsubishi!!!! The salesman was a thug. We would have never dealt with him or the business if they did not have a great car at a great price. We should have bought it and ran. Instead, I took it back to get the, promised, two new rear tires. They made a puncture wound in the car and tried to 'buff it out.' In the process, they scratched the car all over. The rental I received showed low tire pressure when I took it off the lot. The tire went flat and I had to pump air into it twice. They never sent the tag. When we called to complain about the damage to the vehicle, the salesman denied 'his guys' doing any damage to the car. We told him, 'It was interesting that when we picked the car up you pointed to the damage and said you would buff it out!" We had a detailer look at the car, and attempt to repair it. He is sure this is what happened: they damaged the car working on the tire and then tried to cover it up.

If you go to buy a car at Roswell Mitsubishi, I highly recommend you ask for Christopher Barton. This was my 5th experience in buying a car but my wife's 1st time. She heard horror stories about buying a new car. But Chris made the experience for us very enjoyable. He hustled back in forth outside and inside the showroom to assist us in picking out a vehicle. He was very personable, thorough, & has a great personality & even shared some of his life experience. We did a lot of research & were suppose to visit 4 other dealers. But because of Chris, we ended up buying a car at our 1st stop. The only negative thing is they charge an outrageous $699 delivery charge. I recommend you try to negotiate that down. But it is no fault of Chris.

I went in to purchase a 2011 ML350. I already had found the vehicle I wanted and had my financing set up. It took almost five hours for them to work up an offer for my trade and complete the sale.I was promised several items and had to schedule an appt to return.Purchased on a Saturday and came back following Thursday. They did not have the loaner set up so I had to wait an hour for a sales person to show up to take care of that for me and finally got into a loaner. When I came back, they had installed the wrong windsheild and had ordered the wrong cargo cover so I had to schedule another appointment which ended up having to be alomst two weeks later because two days after I purchased the vehicle I had to take it to Mercedez to get a new ignition switch. When I returned for my appointment, the loaner they put me in had no gas so I had to stop right away just to put a few $$ in.It is now coming up on a month and when I went in to get my registration paperwork (transferred my old plates to this vehicle), they had entered only (3) of the (6) digits on my tag so I now have to wait to see how that is going to pan out.I am 49 and I would say of all the vehicles I have purchased and dealers I have dealt with, this is the most incompetant dealership I have ever had to work with.It has been problem after problem, but I guess that is what I get for going to Mitsubishi dealer.I will stay as far away from this place as I can.

I was shopping for a 2014 Outlander Sport and found the best deals and selection at Roswell Mitsubishi. Other dealers only had about 10 of these in stock, but Roswell Mitsubishi had more than 40 to choose from. I worked with Philip Malone on this purchase, who made this an easy purchasing experience for me. There was zero of that running around with pieces of paper or any waiting games like you would see in other dealerships. I filled out financing app on their web site. We quickly agreed on the price for the car during my first visit on Sunday when my financing was conditionally approved. On Monday the financing terms were finalized and I spent another hour or so on Monday signing the paperwork. That's about it. Compare that to spending 4-5 hours in other places! I got a full tank of gas and the car was washed and detailed while I was signing paperwork. Phil made sure that I was completely satisfied with this purchase. Also kudos to their finance manager who got me a better loan rate compared to what I was able to find on my own. Overall I'm pleased with the no-hassle purchase experience at Roswell Mitsubishi and I will recommend them to my friends and family.

Phil Malone was very helpful. I was looking for a Mercedes with 20,000-25,000 miles and 1-2 years old. The car did have 4 hail dents that were not pointed out to me, but it is my fault for not specifically asking about hail damage. I only looked at Carfax and made sure "no wreck." It cost me $400 to have dents taken out. Car now looks great. Several people thought I bought a brand new car. (I never buy a new car) I probably could have knocked the $400 off the price if I had seen the dents before taking the car. They did replace a tire and give me new floor mats. Getting the title was too slow, it took about 3.5 weeks and I had to call a couple of times. The car was about $1,500 cheaper than in my home state, so worked out ok. No problems with the car now.So, all in all, the deal was fair-but buyer must make sure to ask just about every question.

I've never seen a worst dealership in my 43 year's of life. It was the worst customer service I'd ever seen. It took them two and a half months to get my tags. The temp tags ran out before I got my license plate. You can't ever get anyone on the phone. They will promise you things and will not deliver. Please listen to me and go somewhere else, or you'll say I told you so. The WORST.

We found the car on line after my son and his wife had been the previous weekend and purchased a deal on a beautiful red Jeep. We called on Saturday afternoon, got up Sunday and headed to Atlanta. Our daughter spent months researching cars. Because she is still in college, and we (her parents) both work, dropping in on various dealerships across the region was quite impossible. I was looking for a used car & found this beautiful BMW X5, when I saw the pics I thought they were actually stock pics. So I decided to give them a call to see if the vehicle was still up for sale. My phone call was answered by one of the nicest, funniest people ever. His name was Mohamed. Mohamed asked if I would like to come in and see the vehicle and take it for a test drive. So I accepted the offer and headed to the dealership. When I arrived the entire staff was super friendly & someone guided me to Mohamed. Mohamed I think in a past life was a comedian cause he had me laughing from the moment we met. So after taking a test drive & falling in love with the car it was time to do the paperwork. I was a little skeptical on purchasing this vehicle because of how old it was and the maintenance cost associated with BMW's but the mileage was great. Mohamed assured me that I was making the right choice. Being that it was late in the day the banks weren't able to process my application, but Mohamed told me he would contact me first thing the next morning. At 9:30 am the very next morning my phone rings and guess who it was ..... Mohamed, not only did he give me the good news that the bank was going to be able to give me a loan he also was able to get me a great warranty for the time that I would be financing the vehicle. I have to say these guys are able to work miracles. So I went to the dealership that day to finalize the paperwork, opps I forgot to mention that day was also my birthday, well kinda sorta being that I was born on Feb 29th and that day wasn't on the calendar this year. So after we completed the paper work Mohamed & Thabit gave me the best birthday gift ever they handed me the keys to my used but very immaculate BMW X5. I just wanted to post this to tell these guys thank you for making my birthday a wonderful day. I would recommend that anybody looking for a new or used vehicle stop by Roswell Mitsubishi because they will do there best to get you into that vehicle that you want.

great experience at roswell mitsbishi. Ronald met us at the door and because my wife is handicapped he drove each outlander to the door so she could pick out a color. I had already negotiated the price of my new car and my trade in with Ronald over the phone. We had went to buy and outlander es but Ronald thought we could get an se model for the same price and talked to the general manager. We ended up getting more car for the same money thanks to Ronald who went the extra mile for us. They have a large waiting area with snacks and drinks and a big screen tv. The General Manager even came out to talk with us and thank us for our business. If you need to buy a car buy it from these guys.

I don't like going to dealerships and feeling like I am no more than prey waiting to be taken advantage of. I went on the road trip for a family member and not joyously. We went to Roswell Mitsubishi to test drive an Audi Q7. Working with Jeff he showed us a Mercedes ML that my wife and I absolutely enjoyed driving. Jeff was welcoming and not at all pushy. Answered questions, especially the key one that my previous dealer (bought 4 cars from them) wouldn't give me today - "How much will I have to pay?" Both Sales & Finance Managers were also very helpful and took time to explain EVERYTHING that was being signed. This dealership gave me the best buying experience I have had in my 5 years in Georgia. Most definitely recommend them.

Initially when I purchased my 2010 BMW I was very impressed with the staff and my overall buying experience. Not to long after having the car, there were some complications with my car which caused MAJOR frustration! At first I felt like the GM Mr. Clay was giving me the run around about repairing my car, and I was WRONG! He went over and beyond to ensure my car was fix appropriately. In fact, he had the car shipped from TN to GA so all the repairs would be covered. He reached out to me, when I felt like giving up on the situation and that meant a lot. So I must say the unhappy customer must apologize to Mr. Clay and the entire staff because they do ensure their customers needs are met!

I just bought a Audi that I traded for my BMW this past weekend. I had been to a lot of other places because I wanted to make sure I got the best price and I found a fair trade. I even visited carmax and found that Roswell Mitsubishi was the best in town. I could not be happier with my purchase. They had a HUGE selection of pretty much everything and I was listening to one of the guy's phone calls and he was letting someone know that they could get his car from one of their auctions and have it shipped to their store. I thought that was impressive customer service. I am just really impressed.

I have bought several vehicles from Rowell Mitsubishi Internet Sales Dept. Ronald and his superior, Clevelin really understands the customers needs and do not try and force the experience which was really refreshing. Once I had made my decision, the paperwork was done quickly and I was in and out of the dealer in less than an hour. Ronald phoned me a week later to follow up to make sure all was well, very professional. My family and friends have bought cars from them as well and are equally satisfied with the all-around experience. Given Roswell Mitsubishis size, they have access to more cars than the other dealers that I priced out which is why I buy from Roswell Mitsubishi to get the "one stop shop" experience. Buying a car can be time consuming, and I don't have a lot of time to do hours of research. Ultimately, made my decision very easy.

We purchased a vehicle on Aug. 13, 2013. From the word go we were given the run around. It took them over 7 weeks to send out the payoff on the care we traded in. When we attempted to buy the tags for the car we were informed the dealership had not sent the paperwork. We tried in person and via the telephone to find someone that could help us. The finance manager would not return our call and neither would the girl in accounting. The car has been in the shop a total of 4 weeks out of the 7 weeks we have owned it. During out last service visit we were finally able to sit down with the GM Clevelin Clay. He promised to take care of all the issues we had and said he would be in contact. We received zero communication after that meeting. Today the car had a blow out on the highway. The tires were so bald that the belts were showing. The GM blamed us and said they didn't cover tires. I can't even begin to describe how difficult it has been to deal with this dealership. Steer clear of them at all costs.

Purchased a Mini Cooper from them on 8/13. Car note for the trade in has still not been paid on 9/26. I can not get a return call from the Finance manager Thabit or the GM Cleveland. I have left multiple messages for both them and can't seem to reach anyone. Seems to be par for the course for them once you've signed on the dotted line. The car has been back in for service twice and the warranty they sold us did not cover the repairs. They did pick up the cost but we were told that the warranty covered everything except basic maintenance . I am extremely disappointed with my experience and would urge other to shop elsewhere. I will update this review if they fix these issues in an acceptable manner.

My Montero had a transmission problem. I took it to Roswell Mitsubishi thinking it was the old Rick Case where I'd had good luck. Roswell wanted $100 from the start for diagnosis and would call me the next day. I never heard from them and finally called, they wanted another $400 for additional diagnosis because they couldn't figure it out. I authorized it and then went surfing and found several posts of the same problem and the solution in about 15 minutes! And they never returned a call. In the end I paid $800 for something that should have been about $300. When I picked it up they said a front strut was about to go but they didn't bother to investigate it. They said they test drove my car extensively but mileage in was the same as mileage out. Oh, and my transmission problem came back and my car is in a different shop now.

The buying process was fine but as soon as we put the money down and waiting for some work to be done the quality dropped. Of the few requests promised to me that certain issues would be finished all but 2 big ones were done. I was promised the car would be buffed and detail... washing and a little armour all was the only thing done specifically i was promised that most of the scuffs would be buffed out and they had a man really good with black cars. I was promised 4 new tires and got 2. The inside of the vehicle was still dirty and and didn't even look vacuumed in many areas. They have since promised to get the other tires and do the buffing and detail but i have to bring it back on monday morning which is horribly inconvenient. Plus it was a gift to my daughter and i felt like i had to clean the car on the way home. I am personally blaming the salesman and everyone else there was very helpful willing to help. I guess we will see how they finish this agreement next week.

This place has horrible customer service. I took my eclipse to get serviced here thinking I would get superior customer service because they are the dealership and not some little rinky dink shop. Well that was a big mistake because my car came back home with more problems than it had when I took it in. My vehicle went in because the air bag light was on and they said it will be fixed in one day but I didn't get my car back until a week later. First thing I noticed when I picked up my car was that the power locks no longer work. Then the lights on my dashboard went out and now the radio doesn't work either. When I told the service manager kyle the problems im having he said my car was like that when it got their so I asked for a manager and he hung up on me. I called back to speaker with the general manager Cleveland and he was extremely rude and nasty and said im "out of luck" its my word against theirs and they will not fix the issues unless I paid!!! I asked if he can review the security tapes of my car when it arrived where you can see me using my automatic door opener and possibly hear my radio playin said thats not what he gets paid for. I asked if he could have someone look into it he said he would and give me a call back and I still haven't heard from him. So basically im screwed after my car went in for a $300 service and came back with $1500 dollars worth of damage.

We purchased a Chevy Tahoe from Ronald June 3rd. We had a great buying experience and have been happy with our purchase. Our problem is the pay off of our trade in. As of today, July 21st it has NOT been paid off. We received our bill from our previous auto July 6th stating we had not made our monthly car payment. We had assumed it was done! Needless to say we were NOT happy. We did not want our credit score to be ruined and made the payment. We went to the dealership to ask about the pay off and were given the run around. The lady that handles the pay off said it would be sent out Friday (it was Monday). We explained we wanted it THAT DAY. She said they had 30 days. At that point it was over 30 days. We are VERY disappointed. Initially a great experience turned horrible. We do NOT recommend them and will let everyone we know to stay away from this dealer. They obviously scam their customers.

I started my experience with a salesman over the phone attempting to lease a Lance Evolution. I was approved for leasing almost instantly; the salesman called back excited with the news. He started the process of finding the car that would fit my lease terms. After several days of no communication (I was promised I would hear from him the next day) I send him an email requesting lease information to review before picking up the car on the day we had discussed. He informs me that I am no longer qualified to lease, but I would be qualified to buy. I suggested that it would not be wise for me to do any further business without speaking with a manager first. The manager has failed to contact me after setting numerous appointments, and has refused to take my phone calls.

As a women buying a car is always perceived as a challenge and this was not my first rodeo. Of course I did my research and had an idea of what I was looking for. From the time I pulled into the lot I was put to ease. I was quickly greeted by salesman Carver Whaley he escorted me to the car I researched and also offered to show other cars he thought I would like. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. He offered honest advice and I never felt pressured. Upon my 1st visit I wasn't sure I was at the right place...after visiting other dealerships that same day and being treated as if I knew nothing about the car buying business and being passed over by sales people to service other people. I quickly returned back to Roswell Mitsubishi and there was Carver Whaley eager to serve and earn my business. Once I decided the 2010 BMW 328i was for me it was on to financing. That's where I was introduced to Thabit Gault the finance manager, he explained all my finance options and even got me a rate that beat my personal bank auto loan rate. He worked hard to get the payment where I needed them to be. When going over the warranty options he was very clear and answered all of the millions question I had very patiently. I left feeling as like I got a great deal and great customer service throughout the whole process!!! They made car buying easy!

I was dealing with a saleman for a week about trading in my car. I was told that I needed to put down over $2,000 because my credit score was bad and I have negative equaity. Im wasnt surprised on the negative equaity but was very SURPRISED about the bad credit score. I recently pulled my credit score prior to car shopping and felt it was pretty decent. I immediatly asked what they showed as my credit score and he advised a score below 550. I told him that he was not telling the truth then he pretended to put me on hold and said "oh Im sorry, you are correct, my manager told me the wrong score" I told him, because of that lie, I dont feel comfortable doing business with them and asked that he not contact me. Fast Forward to today, I got a letter in the mail from Chase saying they cant extend me credit....What ??! I have a call into the GM! Save yourself the time!!!

SO appalled with the service department here. I went in for a 50,000 mile service, pretty standard. My car was running fine, no problems that I could notice. The one thing that I had asked them to check out was that my cigarette lighter/outlets for chargers weren't working. Well. After waiting for an hour & a half, I was called over to the desk & informed that it wasn't going to be "bad at all" for all of the repairs that my car needed. "Only" $500!! Excuse me what?! My car was running fine. There were three flushes that it supposedly needed (one of them being the fuel-injector flush, which I know is just a revenue builder). Needless to say, I refused to pay for those services until I personally do more research on them. Then to top it off, the fuse that needed replacing? I was told that would cost $45 because the whole relay had to be replaced. Lies. I just googled it and fixed it myself at home in my garage. All outlets are now working correctly, there was a spare fuse already in my car. I ended up only paying $30 ( I guess for the oil change?), I had wasted 2 hours of my Saturday. Needless to say I will not be returning as I don't feel that I can trust the service department, especially after I fixed the outlets myself (I am no electrician, just a 24 year old female.)

Be prepared. dont assume anything you've been told is real. you need to validate everything, especially representation your used car has not had previous accident damage or body work. just because the carfax doesnt show it is not the final. Apparently you must be very specific with your questions and listen for the evasive answers like ' here's the carfax' ...also whatever happens in the finance room you've been taken. Absolute coordianted hose. I wont be back.

We recently bought a car from here and have never been more disappointed! We bought a used ML 350 and love the car but they had promised they would fix a minor paint scuff and replace a missing piece on the dome light. For something that should have taken them a day to fix ended up taking them two weeks. Their communication was terrible. Every time they said they would call us back, they never would. They tried to sell the loaner that they had given us out from under us. Do not deal with Adam if at all possible! Terribly unreliable and I'm not really sure he ever works. While we were signing papers with him, he would leave and take cigeratte breaks every 15 minutes. We were signing papers for 2 hrs! It took us overall 4.5 hrs to buy a car and we had a baby with us! Lastly we were promised that the oil was changed and that they had checked the car for any possible issue such as low battery, etc. Well, we just spent over $1000 on repairs on a faulty dome light, oil change that they said that they had done and hadnt, and it was leaking oil, a battery that was almost dead, low coolant, etc! I am a mother and do not appreciate the fact I could have been stranded on the side of 285 with my baby! If you want the sleezy car dealership experience, then come here! You will get it all. I will never come back here. EVER.

We had one of those rare horror stories of buying a used car, and despite all of best intentions, we had problems with the car. Roswell legally didn't have to do anything but because of their commitment to customer service, they went over and above on their efforts to fix the problem (actually got us a newer car at the same price) and make us happy consumers.These guys are great and I would highly recommend them because they actually live up to the phrase "the customer comes first". They will be our first stop when we need another car. If you are looking for a dealership who lives by their promises (which seems to be a rarity in today's world), knows various brands and models well, and works with the consumer to get a good/fair deal, you need to check out Roswell Mitsubishi.

I should have known better when a Mitsubishi dealer has more Mercedes/BMW's than their own make and models to sell. I purchased a car from here and must say the buying experience was pretty good, great friendly sales guy. BUT, it ended there! Once the car was in my possesion, it immediatly started having trouble, thinking I could just take it back next day and have the issues resolved it first took a week for themn to agree to look at my car. Then I had the car fixed "supposedly" and just 3 days later the engine light again came on. I want to leave this car on their door steps so bad. Then, comes time to get my tag and the state still doesnt have my information in their systems and no record of the emmissions being performed on the vehicle. Best believe I will be submitting a complaint on the GA Emmissions website. Think twice, long and hard about buying a car from this place. Maybe, I just bought a bad used car. But, it goes to show they didn't do a good inspection/diagnostic on it before selling it and are not being very customer friendly. All these good reviews must be from ghost writers.

I purchased a Mercedes from Roswell Mitsubishi last week and I must say I had the best experience ever. From the time I walked into the door until the entire purchase process was completed. My salesman Garrick was very professional and helpful in every way as well as the floor Managers. The finance Mgr Adam was awesome and I will recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I want to say that I am the proud owner of a 2010 BMW thanks to the team at Roswell Mitsubishi. The sales team was eager to meet my desires and they did just that. I want to say a "Big Thank You" to Adam Emmanuel in the finance office and Thabit Gault for making sure I was pleased with the offer. I test drove 2 vehicles from here and had them taken to a mechanic. Each time I was told the car had been reprinted horribly and the dealer had no explanation for the damage and nothing on the car fax. When my boyfriend tried to diffuse an escalated situation the finance manager tried to fight my boyfriend. This is the worst dealer I have been to. I even met another. Us timer that said he had been through the same.

I went in by myself to buy a car so needless to say I was pretty nervous!!!!! I found the car I wanted got a great deal on this vehicle it had a minor issue in which the manager Thabit took care of THAT DAY!!! I was very very impressed!!! He did great!!! I decided to try this new dealership based on it's convenvient Roswell location. I've been using Lou Sobh in Duluth GA, but it's about a 40 min drive, however,I've been very happy with their service knowledge, repair quality, and prices. The new Roswell location was a complete dissapointment. Their service rep was polite but was lacking in knowledge on service items that ap[lies to my vehicle. The labour required for the job was much higher compared to Lou Sobh, as was the material costs, 42% higher. I'll continue to use Lou Sobh and purchase new vehicles from there as well.

I had my SUV totaled. I went by/asked almost one dozen various dealers in this area if they could sell me a new SUV for the amount of money that Geico gave me. Everyone said "no" - everyone except Roswell Mistubishi! The sals manager, Clevelin, actually said he would make it happen. He is a man of his word. And my sales person, Sean, delivered the best demo experience, great manners, knowledgeable on my questions, so I accepted their kind offer. I could not be happier! What a great place, great prices and selection. If you truly want an honest deal on a new car, go see Sean and Clevelin. They will make it happen for you, too!

Well, I went there for a car I saw online and they (Moses) did tell me the car was there and when I arrived thirty minutes later he said it was sold. Now, I dont think the car was never there. None the less I did buy a car that night and he did give me a great deal. I went there for a 2009 BMW 5 Series and left with a 2010 BMW 528i for only $600 more dollars. End of the same week I took a friend there he bought an 2010 E550 Mercedes. So, the dealership is not bad at all. I would recommend another friend. Moses, Adam and the Finance Manager were very nice.

Monday morning I called to order a part for my car I paint for it and the guy in parts assured me it would be here wednsday .wedesday arrives he goes mam Thursday or Friday were having delays.i called again sat and sat on hold for 40 min he finally answers and says mam I will you you a call back...guess what ...guy never calls back.so I call again on Monday still no part guy says he is going to give me a call back AGAIN...no call back.. It's now Wednesday the 4th of July and Mitsubishi still hasn't contacted me for my part and to think its just a check engin light that blew...I am very dissatisfied with the dealer and will NEVER be ordering anything from them again!!!!!i would never recommend!!!!!

As anywhere you go there are going to be good and bad experiences. For us it was an awesome experience, from the beginning to the end. Alex showed us the vehicle, and then from there went to Adam who was just unbelievable. He catered to our needs and found us the perfect fit (payment) for our financial situation. He put in the extra time to make sure that we were comfortable with our payments and got us an awesome rate. He was the reason we bought our SUV. He is a great asset to the company. Cleveland, the manager was very hospitable and also helped make this process very easy for us. We will definitely be referring friends and family to Roswell Mitsubishi. Drove through rush hour traffic to look at three BMW's listed on their website. I was assured that they were in stock. Upon arrival a little over an hour later, we were told that those cars were no longer available, so we were shown other, more expensive cars. Very misleading and unprofessional!
