No one is happy to have to buy a car this way but Chris Ramirez and Garrison made it the best experience for me ever. I went in and within a short time I was driving my new car. Everyone was nice, friendly , always smiling and helpful. My beautiful "new" car was completely cleaned up and every button gone over with me. I have bought from Drive Time before a few years back and my experience was not even close to the customer service I experienced here. THese guys are TOP NOTCH in my book !! Thank you !!

Of course if you have good credit, don't go here! As for me, I have bad credit and so do many others out there. This is a great dealership if your looking to acquire some equity and repair your credit. Once your credit gets a little boost after a few months, just refinianance your loan with a credit union for lower payments and lower payoff. I was told as long asI could drive the car in, I could trade it. My wheels were about to fall off but I got it in and traded it. Thanks drive time!

This is great dealership. These folks specialize is selling cars to folks with low credit scores. They are very skilled at working with you to get you in the vehicle you like. Customer service is remarkable. All of their vehicles are older with significant mileage. They were very accommodating with getting me the most on my trade in. With that said, you will pay a higher sticker price on your new car with a high interest rate. If you pay everything on time, look to pay about double the sticker price over the life of the loan.

I have awful credit and they got me in a great car which met my family's needs. I paid over blue book and the interest rate is insane (you will be paying credit card rates) but, hey, that's my fault for ruining my credit. Everyone there was super friendly and the service was great. They walked me through every step of the buying process. Detailed the car in and out before I left with it. The salesman even did a safety check of the whole car with me and showed me where all the controls were and how to work everything. Even checked to be sure the cd player worked. I thought that was awesome. How many times have you been driving a new car and found you don't know how to turn on the lights or where the wiper controls were? I would highly recommend them to anyone with credit issues.

I went to drive time because I have ruined my credit in the past. They look past that. They see that you are trying and give you a chance. I have a decent job and they were able to work with me based on my income. I ended up getting a 2008 jeep patriot with low miles and it was in mint condition. The staff were very friendly and not pushy. They let me take my time and they answered all of my questions in a professional manner. I would definitely recommend drive time to anyone who is trying to build their credit back up.

The staff were really friendly & not pushy. I really like that they do a "walk thru" with you to check out all the safety equipment of the car you're purchasing. I've been buying vehicles (used & new) for years & I've never had a dealership do that.Michelle
