best buying experience. Felt like I was with family or friends. no pressure. Best price it was cheaper than Long Island. Glenn the salesperson that did the deal picked me up at the train station. I've bought many new cars & trucks now this was a first. i got a full tank of gas not almost on empty & glenn showed me all the controls, set radio stations & paired my phone. I'm 68 so this was really appreciated.usually i would be handed the keys a hand shake & you are on your own. thank you to Wayne Ford the general mgr, Glenn Bandstra sales & Richie Garcia finance mgr who somehow got the loan approved. PS needed the truck to make a living. thanks guys

Has a very profesional staff and very well kept complex with a wide selection of new and used cars. Was helped right away with making a great buy and didnt feel preassured or rushed into purchasing a car. Being in the military its good to see all around professionalism outside of military and treat members of the service with great appreciation. My hubby needed a car asap and even though I recently leased a vehicle at All American Ford, We decided to check out Rt 23 Ford for a used vehicle (because we were already in the area). Being greeted by P.J Flattery in such a welcoming and energetic way, made the desire to stay much easier. He immediately showed us the vehicles within our budget and shared additional helpful options. I must say, he is a very funny and easy going sales rep! P.J makes you feel as though you are already a Rt 23 Ford family member from the moment he introduced himself. The vehicle we wanted was in process for another potential buyer who got there before us. Unfortunately, we did not get the vehicle, but only because we ended up visiting another dealership as we waited for the approval. That did not discourage me from wanting to go back, it just happens that my husband found another vehicle he truly desired in another dealership. I still recommend Rt 23 Ford even though we were unable to find the vehicle we wanted. I highly recommend PJ not only because of his charismatic and energetic personality but mostly because he knows how to work well with your budget and takes the time to help you understand and/or address any issues, questions and concerns. Our experience was very positive.

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. It was the worst experience I have ever had and I will NEVER step foot in this establishment again. They use a Bait-and-Switch tactic to lure you in then hit you with other expenses. Maybe the owner, Scott Barna, should be more concerned about his business than he is about trying to be an actor on his tv commercials.

I found the Ford F-150 on Ford's certified pre owned website. It had everything I was looking for, a pre owned F 150 with very low mileage. The price had been lowered several times and was within my budget, so I took a ride to have a look at it. Rick, the salesman, was very nice, very knowledgable and took me for a test ride. I loved the car, we finalized the deal the next day and Ford credit gave me a loan, all within 48 hours. I had a great experience there and would highly recommend anyone using them as a dealer. When I had the truck for 1 week, there was an issue with the air conditioner, they fixed it promptly and did not charge me anything. A great organization, go there for your next purchase!

The initial trade in price for my Civic was pretty low but Rick was willing to work with me to get where I needed to be with both the trade in and the monthly payments on the lease. Unfort. my hubby and I purch a brand new car cash (42K) and had problems since day one. Car spent more time at dealer than at my home. Between the serv. mgr and the owner, who is very rude to cash cust. appar. telling me i was wearing on him after 2 1/2 years of trying to get all of my car fixed. finally put me off just long enough that I could not put a lemon law on my vehicle and the brakes could not be warrantied. . The owner did express to me that it cost him a lot of money when my car was there for service. Still waiting for their serv. mgr. to call me back, it been 5 months and I had to go to a private garage to get my brakes, rotors and a caliper and pay $500, because of Rte. 23's pathetic treatment of customers, and inability to find the problem but find one's that didn't even exist, fixed which Rt. 23 Auto mall serv. dept. shaved my rotors 3 TIMES and when my mechanic showed me the pic of the problem brake ....I WAS COMPLETELY BAFFLED BY RT. 23 AUTOMALL'S SERVICE INCOMPETENCE !!!

If you are considering buying a Ford go the Route 23 Automall. The purchase of the vehicle was seamless. If you go through the internet buy the car from Mike Luberto. Honest, straight-forward, and does what he says he will do. I would buy a car again from Mike and recommend my family to this dealership. I am from out-of state and the registration could have presented a problem but Mike took over the process and honored his word.

The salesman couldn't look into my eyes, only at my chest as he proceeded to call me honey numerous times and then go on to swear in front of me. I wanted a Ford Explorer XLT. He told me I was only worth of a Ford Escape. I took the Explorer for a test drive while they appraised my car. It then took them 45 minutes for them to give me my car keys back after I asked way too many times for them. I then asked where was my car and the answer I got was "it is out there somewhere." I left here so disgusted. I was called by the manager two days later and we discussed what happened. He asked if I would come back in and make a deal on the XLT. I said I would think about it. Well, of course, I never went back. The next night I am getting a phone call from the manager telling me how disappointed he was that I didn't come in because he was expecting me to bring him dinner because "I was such a nice Italian girl." Is that being professional??!!! This past weekend I went to another dealership where I was treated with complete professionalism and respect and I was able to make a fantastic deal on a brand new 2016 Ford Explorer XLT with all the options I wanted and more.

Before going to route 23 automall I been to 3 different dealerships. The service was horrible!! They brushed me off and I felt like they didn't want my business. I finally got recommended to RT 23 automall and there i was greeted very kindly and felt like they deserved my business. I can't speak to the car buying experience, and after this, will never be able to. Called to make an appointment for a recall repair. They refused to make an appointment for a recall service repair because I did not purchase the vehicle there. Said they were not accepting "visiting vehicles" for this recall. Vehicle was purchased elsewhere due to where I lived at the time. If I still lived near the dealership where I purchased this vehicle, I would have brought it there for repair to begin with. I guess when it comes time to purchase another Ford vehicle, I will go back to the original dealership as well. Dumb business practice and against Ford Motor Company policy. While you're fixing my vehicle, I could be browsing shiny new vehicles in your showroom. But I guess not.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICEMy wife Barbara and I would like to say thank you to the entire family of employees who took such GREAT CARE of us during our car buying experience at Route 23 Auto Mall. We actually were moved to tears on our trip home in our new car! We especially would like to acknowledge Michele Bamper and Michael Mike Keane who listened intently to our story of my misfortune during an ice storm. I totaled our beautiful family Dodge Nitro. They both went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my wife Barbara was happy with her new Certified One Owner Car that was IDENTICAL to her Fire Red Baby that I destroyed. I had simply mentioned I was a military veteran, 100% Disabled American Vet (DAV) of the United States Army Infantry with 25 years of service and it seemed like the Seas Parted! WOW! They all opened their hearts to our military family! I insisted I just wanted a fair deal But Michael and Michele just kept saying to their highers up; We need to take care of this guy and believe me Im here to tell you THEY DID!! The PATRIOTISM shown to me by everyone I met in person was UNBELIEVABLE. I was made to feel so special! It made me feel so proud to be an American who served my country for great Americans like this. Route 23 Auto Mall is 100% dedicated to taking care of United States Military Veterans. And my experience was simply a wonderful one where people who are proud of their veterans showed it! This dealer stands well out in front of any other dealer I have done business with. I had an unusual circumstance coming from owning convertibles for the past 12 years. I originally purchased a new 2014 Mustang hard top from this dealer. After driving it for about a week I went back and explained my issue. They went far beyond and helping me trading the car for a Mustang convertible. I have never experienced a car dealer that cared as much.

Saw the CPO Ford on the website, and decided to take a ride over. I spoke with Jason who showed me the car, explained the warranty and took me for a test drive. Harold was very professional and concerned with what I needed and he took the time to listen to my needs and wants. After going over everything I needed; Harold had the perfect car and was way below my budget. This was an amazing experience because Harold wasn't concerned about making money, but making me feel right at home. I needed a lot of help being an older man, Harold took the time to sit with me and show me how to use my car and went over every option not once but twice. He made sure I was comfortable. This dealer had a used Hyundai Velostar in the color I wanted Vitamin C. I went to check it out and met with Robert Davis. I've been looking for this car for awhile and met with several dealers prior to coming here. This experience was different from the beginning. Robert was welcoming and professional. I never felt pressured and when I thought I could never afford this vehicle because it was so much more car than any of the others I'd seen he patiently worked with me to come up with a deal and a payment I could handle. Came back here for the excellent service provided in the past by Michael Luberto and worked with Michael, Fernando Pena, and Julian in effort to find a good deal and fit for my boyfriend and myself. I have purchased/leased 5 cars from Rt.23 Ford over the last 4 years but have a total of 12+ vehicles with salesman Mike Vorhees over approx. 13 years and that alone should tell you how happy I am with the SERVICE in all areas here. Mike is about the most easy going, no pressure & knowledgable car salesman I have ever dealt with in 37 years of buying cars. You're always treated like family from the time you walk in the door until the time you leave. It doesn't get any more pleasurable to purchase a vehicle, get financing & drive home in a new car the same day. I am a pretty demanding car nut and they never waiver at my requests, everyone is friendly and I have never had a single negative issue with Mike Vorhees or the dealership in any way and that's why I have another 2 Brand new '14 Ford Mustangs in my driveway right now from Mike, I don't trust many people these days, but Mike Vorhees & Rt. 23 Ford have EARNED my trust and LOYALTY !!! My last two Fords were leased from another large North Jersey dealer and my experience at that dealership was excruciating. A friend recommended Rt 23 Ford, but I still braced myself for more of the same as I walked into the showroom. I could not have been more wrong.James Kim and Mike Vorhees gave me the best car buying experience I have had in 30 years of purchasing/leasing cars. They were professional, knowledgeable and I got a great price without any BS sales tactics. I told them what I wanted and they gave be their best price out of the gate (without asking me "what I wanted to pay"). Less than an hour after I walked into the showroom, I had signed a lease for a 2015 Explorer at a lower monthly rate and with a few extras that were not on the vehicle that I had leased from the other dealership. These guys realize that in the age of Internet with buyers having full access to pricing information, you need great service to differentiate yourself from the competition. That is exactly what I got. I have a Ford Escape that comes off lease next year so I will be back.

PJ went over the whole car but esp the Sync/MY Ford Touch system (new to me) with me and synced my phone to it. Every one we spoke to was friendly and helpful.

I normally give people the benefit of the doubt and expect when visiting a car dealership there will be pressure to buy. This place takes the cake. My husband and I had just started looking for a new truck. We went to Route 23 to see what our options were. We informed Harold that we were in no position to purchase anything that day and were simply fact finding. I test drove a used Escape and really liked it. We'll the pressure tactics began! It was the last Saturday of the month and as we were informed the used Escape had been on the lot for 60 days and they were trying to move it...for over $27,000. I informed the sales rep that I don't make $27,000 investments lightly and my husband and I would talk about it. He then proceeds to say, "well, both parties are here, can't you make a decision." When we said no, we weren't purchasing anything he got visibly annoyed with us and got up in a huff. The general manager came over to try his tactics but at this point we were both so irritated that even if I wanted the truck I wasn't buying it from them.It was literally an awful experience and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I ended up purchasing a Jeep Cherokee from Precision which is right up the road on Route 23 and couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

I just purchased a lease from Rt 23 Ford in Butler. Their Salesman, Mike Voorhees was very good. He explained the entire process very well, knew his product and also helped immensely with the pricing and financing. The showroom is very neat and clean and the salesman and receptionist are all very nice and helpful. My loan officer was also very nice and helpful too. The pricing of my lease was very competitive. I got out of my car and turned around and walked into Mike C. He immediately introduced himself and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. Five hours later, I had a new vehicle! I saw an ad for a Ford Ranger at Route 23 Auto Mall. I got there and the Ford did not suit my needs. Mike Colombraro helped me find a Dodge Dakota. I needed a work truck for my business and Mike went above and beyond to get the truck I needed and get me on my way in no time. The truck did not have a remote key but Mike made several calls to the right people and with no charge I now have a great work truck and a remote entry. If you go to the Auto Mall go out of you way to see Mike, he knows the business and understands what Customer Service really means.I would visit them again for my business and my Personal Needs.

We were interested in trading in our 2010 Escape for a new one and we had a specific dollar amount in mind for our 2010 vehicle. This dealership worked with us to get the trade in $ that we wanted and also met our monthly payment plan. Mike C. was an extremely knowledgeable sales person and very professional. He made this sometimes stressful experience a very pleasant one. Mr. Kim also helped us to meet our goal of getting a new car that was in our budget. This was our 4th time buying a car here over the course of quite a few years. We have always been very happy and satisfied and that is why we return to them. Also we are very pleased with their Service Dept. and always return to have our vehicle serviced by them. They offer a great "rewards" program for all your maintenance needs. You can't beat it! Mike also spent time explaining all the features in length and answered all of our questions - he always knew the answer!! We walked away knowing we could not have done better going anywhere else.

This is the fourth car my family has bought from route 23 Automall and the second I personally purchased. They make buying a car a great experience. There is no high pressure bothersome sales people, or bait and switch tatics. I went two other dealerships before I initially bought my car from 23 Automall and no one could best their price. They help you pick out a car that's right for you, but MORE IMPORTANTLY, right for your budget. I told my salesman Matt what I was looking for and he quickly came up with several options that were in my price range. I am extremely happy with the beautiful Ford Edge we got for my wife and so is she. I won't buy a car anywhere else! They won't let you down.

The entire process of purchasing my brand new 2014 Ford Mustang was a walk in the park. Very courteous, respectful, knowledgeable professionals that made the sale a breeze. The finance team was outstanding. No haggling, no bs, no strings attached. We came to a deal in less than 30 mins and off I was driving in my awesome new Mustang. We will be back after 6 months to pick up another vehicle. I strongly recommend anyone looking for a car\suv to stop by or give these guys a call. Ask for Carey or Bob. Overall I would describe my experience with Rt 23 as..."ok". I'm pretty surprised by all the 5star reviews here and I'm left feeling even worse about my experience since it appears they're capable of doing much better. I was there looking for a used truck. Found exactly what I was looking for even though I've never bought used before. Part of the sales pitch explained how good their service is, and how thoroughly they inspect and service all their used vehicles. Sounds good, so I got ready to take it for a test drive. Sat down, started it up, tried to pull out of the parking spot...the power steering was broken. Things happen. I wasn't upset.Came back a week later after they made the repair and took it for a test drive. All seemed well so we agreed on a price. Then they tried to say they didn't offer a warranty on this vehicle despite the large sticker in the window that says it has a warranty. Unimpressed a 2nd time. Then had to wait for the business manager to finalize the paperwork Was kept waiting over an hour despite it being relatively late, and the place was pretty empty. When shown into the manager's office there was no apology, or explanation. He didn't even look at me, or introduce himself,s hake my hand etc. I still don't know his name. We finalized the deal and I drove off. Saw there was less than a 1/4 tank of gas. Unimpressive. 24hrs later we turned around and drove back to drop off the truck. Had another significant problem that needed to be repaired. So much for their expert vehicle inspections. Normally all of this would warrant a 1 or 2 star review but in their defense they did a few things right. Bob was very nice to work with and probably the only redeeming part of the deal. They did honor the warranty and made the 2nd repair without hassle or argument. And they did offer a fair price on the vehicle. But overall, when you're handing over tens of thousands of dollars, and there are many many Ford dealerships on rt23 alone, you should expect more. After writing this, and not posting it, I'm glad. Because after a week, the original problem is back again. They were supposed to call me four days ago to discuss, but that never happened. We're down to 1.5 stars.

Going in to buy our new car we had many concerns and trepidations, however, once we met Dayton many of our concerns were alleviated. He was not "pushy" at all, rather he was attentive, personable, knowledgeable and fair. He tried to meet all of our needs while at the same time answering all of our questions. This past Saturday my wife and I visited Rt 23 Auto Mall in Butler to see about trading in our 2008 Nissan Rogue. We were greeted promptly by Mr. Dayton Lau as we arrived at the entrance of the dealership showroom. Dayton sat down with us and spent time patiently answering all of our questions and addressing our concerns about replacing our vehicle. We were made to feel very welcome, and at ease as he helped us decide our options. I have been to many different dealerships, and have dealt with many salespeople over the past 30 years, but I have to say that Rt 23 Auto Mall is without a doubt the best car buying experience I have ever had. I have to also say that the reason I feel this way is because of Mr Lau. Dayton made us feel like we were the most important people there that day. We left the dealership feeling much better then we started out that day in our "new to us" 2010 GMC Acadia. I highly recommend this dealership. My husband and I went to Route 23 Ford to look at both the Explorer and Edge. The receptionist asked for the next available salesman to come to the floor and that is how we ended up with Steve Secor. Steve asked us what we were looking for in a vehicle, who would be the primary driver, how many kids we have, are sports part of the mix, etc. By asking us all of these questions he was able to give us the pros and cons of each vehicle. He then explained the different packages that were available and roughly where that would put us payment wise. My favorite thing about Steve was that he was not pushy in any way. Our needs were his concern, not the sale. Ultimately, we decided on the Edge, but did not purchase that night. This was simply because we didn't care for the colors that were available and because we couldn't decide on which options we wanted. When we left, Steve simply said thank you and if you have any questions, please let me know. Even after leaving and not going back for approximately another 2 1/2 weeks, Steve still was not pushy. He called to let us know they received more inventory and asked that we let him know when we would like to come in again. The evening we went back the first thing Steve said was "Thank you for coming back". We narrowed it down to two cars and Steve in great detail explained the differences and gave his opinion as to which one he thought we should purchase....................price was not a factor in his opinion. The price was right where we wanted it to be. This was on a Saturday afternoon and on the following Tuesday evening we picked up our car. Needless to say, Steve went over everything with us from front to back and said if we forgot something just give him a call and he'll explain it again or stop in. We absolutely love the Edge. Generally speaking, we love the Ford product line. We highly recommend Route 23 Ford and specifically Steve Secor. An all round nice guy, friendly, great personality, very informative and high attention to customer satisfaction!!!!!!

The reason for my visit today was to explore Ford as an option for my first car. I knowingly visited on the last day of the month, which is the day sales quotas for the month are due, to see how they treated someone just beginning the process for buying a car. I expected an attitude of dismissal and scorn, which were evident at the many other dealers I visited today. Instead, Route 23 Ford and my contact there, Dayton Lau, expressed a very different attitude, one of service and respect. Dayton was intelligent, highly professional, frank, and informative. Our overall experience at Route 23 Ford, was by far an outstanding one! We came in with a 2004 Dodge Caravan and left with 2014 Ford Explorer!! Never did it cross my mind that we would be leaving with a brand new vehicle. What a blessing it was for us!! We dealt with various individuals like Julian from finance who sat down with us and answered all our questions and took his time out to inform us of which option would work best for us considering we didn't have an appointment. We were than introduced to Dayton! What can we say about him. He was one intellectual individual and very informative, about our choice of vehicle. He took the extra time out to explain things that we weren't familiarized with. He demonstrated how much he likes what he does and also about satisfying us as his customers. To my amazement I was very skeptical about visiting "another" Ford dealer after visiting Wayne Ford the day before. The visit with Wayne Ford was one of the worst sales team I ever witnessed in a business. I have been a sales and marketing man myself for 13 years, so I know what it takes to be a sales team leader and player. When I first visited Butler Ford, the inside appearance is a nice and clean . My wife and I were like two foreigners in big place. We asked to view the used F-150 Trucks and were directed accordingly. Once we decided which models we narrowed it down to, we returned to the front desk where we were greeted and assisted by a charming front desk gal as we waited for her to call for a sales representative. This is where we met Dayton Lau, a true professional and salesman. Well groomed and charming. As he introduced himself, he carefully escorted us back to his desk area and went to work diligently looking for the trucks we expressed interest in. Carefully discussing the truck options and their histories, it was off for a test drives. His courtesy and respect to pull the trucks up to the front door were unnoticeable. This is where a salesman is thinking outside the box for the customer while the customer is just...well just plain "thinking" of which car they want. My wife and I tested the two trucks. Dayton's patience and courtesy were always on stand-by and ready to assist us with any questions as they entered our minds. After driving the two vehicles, we decided to purchase one. My overall experience with the Butler Ford sales team was very pleasant. They very entertaining and always demonstrated the up-most professionalism. We truly valued our buying experience with Butler Ford and were VERY grateful to walk away with a truck I will surely value and drive for many years to come. I highly recommend Butler Ford for purchasing a new or used car. If you're looking for a "people" salesman, ask for Dayton Lau. While I believe all the salesmen at Butler Ford are qualified and professional, I was truly grateful to experience this treatment first hand our salesman Dayton. Happy driving!

As a repeat customer of Rt. 23 Automall, I can say that in the 40 years I've owned Fords (my first was a Mustang fastback in college), that the sales and service departments are first class. I lease 2 vehicles every 3 years and I have never had any complaints with the maintenance of the vehicles and usual the service takes only a few hours, if that long. But everything starts with the sales dept. and Steve Secor, the sales professional who assists me, is courteous and friendly, whose first priority is the customer. And, he's not satisfied until the paperwork is completed with perfection. I would recommend to anyone that if they want to know of a car dealership who treats their customers fairly and with respect, I would be happy to give them Steve Secor's business card.

I called in to schedule a test drive while on the way to the dealership with the intention of replacing one family car with a new Ford Explorer. They had someone greet me at the door and were ready to test drive within minutes. On the way back I spied a left over Expedition with a nice discount attached and decided to look at that as well. Long story short we went home with two cars. The owner and sales team were excellent and very fair on my two trade in cars as well. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a fair deal and excellent customer service end to end.

Got recommended Route 23 AutoMall by a relative. I called to make an appointment for a meeting and test drive. I arrived a couple hours later and had my test drive in the car with all the features I wanted, quickly came to great price. In all I called them and 6 hours later I had a great new car that I am extremely happy with. It was a great experience, I would highly recommend this dealer.

I sought a 2013 Taurus SE on cars.com. When my search led me to Rt. 23 Automall, I was directed to the sales associate, Steve Secor who was both cordial and knowledgeable. We were able to reach agreement on a fair price with only minimal give and take. He didn't do the "Oh buddy, you're killing me!" dance one might expect from a "car salesman". Instead, I was assisted in many areas of the sale by the manager, James Kim, the finance & insurance manager, John Sweeney as well as the general sales manager, Joe Navarra who agreed to tow in and purchase my used 2008 Chrysler 300 once it was running again (a courtesy refused me by Chrysler when they learned that I couldn't afford a new 300, even though they had appraised it for $3,000.00 toward a trade-in) Joe said "You're our customer, we'll take care of you". What more can one say?

I was referred to Route 23 AutoMall. At first I was hesitant as I live in New York City and it was an hour commute but I am frequently in the area on business and decided to check it out. From the moment that I arrived I was greeted by Lenny a courteous and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable individual. I was then introduced to Mr. James Kim the Manager who sat down with me to determine the type of car that I wished. I had already done some preliminary fact finding and knew what I was looking for. Immediately Mr. Kim showed me a car that was exactly what I was looking for.The process continued with their finance department where I was greeted by Mr. John Sweeney who made the finance aspect of the deal a breeze.By the way, I purchased a fusion SE with a luxury package and could not be more pleased with my car.I highly recommend that if you are in the market for a car, you contact Mr. Kim at Route 23 AutoMall they certainly know what customer satisfaction means. HORRIBLE. I was told that my credit was not good and given an off the wall high price for a Fusion lease. Less than a half hour later my phone was ringing off the hook and all of a sudden my credit was just fine and the price went down by $50 a month. Not long after, I received another e-mail telling me that if I got there tonight, the price was even $10 less a month for a Fusion SE. It was the color that I preferred, but I ended up getting a more loaded Fusion at Rt 46 Wayne Ford (THE REAL WAYNE FORD) for the exact price that they quoted me and without the hassle. I will not name the salesman because I actually like him as a person and I think he should leave this G-d awful dealership and head to Rt. 46, the REAL Wayne Ford.

My brother interacted with Scott in conjunction with St. Joes church raffle and highly recommended I contact him when looking for a vehicle. Before I had a chance to call, Scott contacted me and invited us to Rt 23 Auto Mall. We met on 11/12/12 and after speaking with Scott on our needs for a 2013 Ford Fusion SE & he had Glenn Banstra take us for a test ride. As they say, the rest is history. However, the in-between was, without exaggeration, the most pleasant purchase I have ever made. Glenn kept me posted on the progress of the vehicle and was extremely accommodating for the pick-up with our busy schedule. Glenn is really an asset to this dealer and the FORD brand.My grandson is estatic and looking forward to returning to RT 23 Auto Mall dealership for the class offered on the third Saturday of the month. I also want to say a word about the vehicle. It has a luxury feel, a sporty look and the room for a family.I can't say enough about the fabulous consideration and customer service. The location is a bit out of the way, but definitely worth the trip.Thanks to FORD for the rebates which permitted me the options I wanted for my grandson.

I purchased my ford at 23 automall in 2011 and have getting my free oil changes done. The girl at the desk is friendly, and is always smiling. They had pink windshield wipers for sale to support breast cancer awareness, and the team changed my oil quickly outside while we chatted about the wipers.

Horrible experience. This so called NEW salesman Rich knew nothing about the used vehicle I was there to see. I had spoke to him on the phone a few times to try and get as much information about the SUV. You'd think he would have made a point to find out all the details.I told him I need to know that the tires have very good tread and the response was that they must be good because it passed their whatever point inspection. So I decide to go see it. What a waste of my time. This SUV needs tires now. Oh, and it would have been nice to know the body damage on the side of it!! Oh wait, this guy admitted to never really looking at it. So let's take it for a ride he says. I was hesitant but figure I was there and I'd go ahead. OMG... I pressed down on the brake and it goes almost all the way to the floor and barely stops for a red light. He tells me it must be that I'm not used to this vehicle. Ok, I know what brakes are supposed to do and certainly not be so soft and low. I check the brake pads through the wheel when we get back and they are very low. What a joke, what a waste of time!! Then they try to low ball me on my trade in!! I got $3,000 more at a different dealership so it's just another thing on a long list of why staying away from this dealership is the only good idea!! They should be ashamed!!
