Quick and easy are certainly relative when it comes to car dealerships, but this was the least amount of time I've spent trading in a car. Dave was easy to work with and I traded my Rogue for an Altima with no problems. I'll very likely be back when my lease is up again.

We went to the dealership to check out the Nissan Altima. I had a very good experience in the past with this dealership and I thought Nissan would be a good option for a small, economical car. We worked with Dave Barysh and he was awesome. He was incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He was the one that made the positive difference in my experience. Also, the finance person I dealt with at the end when I signed the papers was great too. I left happy with the deal and the car has been great so far.

We wanted to buy a 2017 pathfinder . Frank Lawrence was our salesman who helped us find perfect color and trim for us. Then he took us on a long test drive to make sure we are totally comfortable . He took time and explained all the nice features the car had. When we were happy and decided to purchase the car we had worked with Kamran(sales manager) for the final deal. He gave us the price we were expecting and made us very happy. Both Frank and Kamran were very professional, knowledgeable and customer centric. Frank and Kamran made everything so easy and enjoyable that the total time we spent at the dealership was just 2.5 hours and we walked out with a brand new car. I am looking forward to work with Rt 33 Nissan and Frank/Kamran again for my next car.

I hate going to car dealerships, the pushy sales people and the even worse finance team. The car buying experience is never fun. So when i go into a dealership my guard is always up. I went in with a True Car deal, sat with Salvatore and David Barysh and was pleasantly surprised when they honored the deal. No questions asked. They showed me the vehicle and took a test drive. When I came back, we talked numbers and a deal was in the future. They did not have the color I wanted and said that they could have it by Monday the 31st. We also talked about new and used cars and lease buyouts, the pros and cons. They were were looking out for my best interests. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Route 33e Nissian does not value loyal customers. I have spent a thousand dollars getting my car fixed and you would think service advisors would appreciate loyal customers. The first run I had was with Ken Pepp when he raised his voice and was very rude. When I came into the establishment I was not greeted "Hello Good Morning how can I help you today". I spoke to Mr. Pepp about concerns regarding my 2010 Nissian. He clearly wasn't paying attention so I was headed to the receptionist who is one step away. Mr. Pepp raised his voice , I advised not to speak to me in this manner. I left out and called customer service immediately. I recent provided Route 33 Nissian with another chance. I went into the establishment on Oct. 1 to get an oil change and have my belt checked the service advisor was pleasant (didn't get his name) short . After waiting for my oil change another service advisor Zack Grandinetti came out and stated that I would need a new belt and tensioner. He stated that I could contact whoever replace the belt because they may have a warranty. I advised that I would see but I would like Nissian to get the parts. Zack advised that he could have the part in on Monday or Tuesday. I then made an appointment with the receptionist to come in today Saturday, October 8, 2016 for belt and tensioner. I came in at 9am told the service advisor (women with blonde hair) why o was here. She began to search the parts in her system I asked if they were here she didn't say much. I sat down in the waiting room for one hour for her to finally come out to advise they did not have the part. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of professionalism at this establishment. I live in the Marlton area the reason why I came back is to give Route 33 a chance which is my fault. I was a loyal customer and I do not deserve unfair treatment. Route 33 Nissian will never have to worry about my business ever again. I will never recommend them to anyone. Time spent waiting for my car that wasn't getting spent is lost. Simply do not value loyal customers I will take my business else where.

Went to Route 33 Nissan with not such great credit and in desperate need of a vehicle. I sat down with Darren aka The Darrenator who worked his MAGIC. He got me a great deal on a car I really like, got my approved for financing through an ACTUAL big bank, and got me a really good rate. I went to Route 33 Nissan on Saturday (10-08-16) and drove away in my new car on Satuday (10-08-16). Every other dealer I went (like 10) could not get me even close to a deal like Darren at Route 33 Nissan got me. Thank you Darren and to Route 33 Nissan for all of your help, speedy and friendly service, and for being AWESOME!!!!!

The price on the website is 13500, but when I got to the store after a long travel, seller just add almost 5000 to the price. And he called the non-trade in fee. They just allure you with the low price and then add what ever number they want. And the seller leave me in the rain for a long time. The worst dealer I've ever met.

Went to rte 33 Nissan today in search of a new car. Huge selection of cars and great service. We got a great deal on a 2016 Altima and left with it the same day. Ask for Edgar Soto, he was wonderful and took great care of us! On a scale of 1-10, rte 33 Nissan gets a 10 from us.

Rt 33 nissan is an awesome place to purchase a car. Brought my car in 2013 and haven't had any issues. Whenever I get my car serviced I take it there and they take really good care of me. They often send coupons in the mail or by email to make the prices for service just right and affordable.

I would give them Zero stars if it existed. First, this dealership has our non-profit organization riding around on expired plates with transporting special needs children. We bought two new vehicles from them on the same day. One was a personal vehicle and a passenger van for our non-profit. The plates did not come in so we called to inquire. First, they mixed us up with some one name Michael with the same last name and told us we owe money. I pulled both Bills of Sales and all our receipts. The down payments we made matched the amount due for both cars. We went to the dealership in person and talked to the finance representative and she said there is no money due and she was sending a message to the person thats in charge of the plates. 3-4 business days go by and no call yet. I call today and spoke to a Michaela she stated that there was money still owed on the personal vehicle but they processed the plates for the company vehicle. So I tried to keep my patience, and emailed her all the back-up docs. She said a manager would call me. It is 940pm and STILL NO PLATES AND NO CALL FROM A MANAGER. After purchasing two vehicles in the same day one would think that there would be some customer appreciation but all we see are people that are out to sale cars and after that you are just another number. Now, we have to refer this to our company attorney.

I have never been treated more rude than at this place. I walked in to inquire about a 2017 Nissan Rouge. I knew they weren't out yet, but I wanted to know if it was going to have apple car play and when they were going to be out. My cousin came with me to also inquire about a a used vehicle. I walked in and no one approached to help us. Salesman were just standing around. I had to go find someone to help me. The guy at the desk in the back called someone over to help over the load speaker. A somewhat heavy set guy came over and walked us over to his desk in the back corner. He said "How can I help you". I told him I had a couple questions about the new rouges coming out. I asked if apple car play would be available. He did not know. My cousin asked about a used vehicle and the guy just gave him a generic answer. "Sure we have a lot of used vehicles, there out back, go look". I then asked more questions about the rouge, when it was going to be available, price points, etc. He didn't care about the new ones. I asked him if he could get me out of my ford lease.He said yes and immediately pressured me into buying a car on the spot. "Lets do a deal today" as he was getting out paper work for me to sign without me seeing anything. I said, I can't do a deal I came in to only look as I'm in a current lease and I want to know if I can get out, if you could give me details that would be great. Again, generic answer yea we can get you out. Then he said, "if you want to know more about the rouge its sitting over there in the back of the show room, go check it out". At this point I guess he knew we weren't going to buy, so he got up and walked away from his desk in a annoyed mood. Didn't even say a word, not even goodbye. He went over and just continued his conversation with another sales guy. My cousin and I looked at each other in shock as that was very rude, we felt very uncomfortable with the situation. We then proceeded over the the rouge and the maxima and another sales guy who used to be a Professional PGA player was very nice to answer our questions. He didn't give us any issues. We got the information we needed and left. As for my experience this has been the 3rd time I've been here and have been treated poorly every time. I was completely turned off I didn't even want to purchase a Nissan Rouge anymore. I went to another dealership.

The "Darrenator" IS THE MAN! Not only did we gat an awesome car at a great price...he took the time to really listen to what we were looking to do. Didn't feel pressured like at other car dealers we have been to. He took his time finding us the BEST rate out there for us & made phone calls when he didn't get an online response...My husband & I get new cars every 3 to 4 years & this was our best experience yet! 33 Nissan definitely has our business for years to come! Once again Rich and David came through!!! With the help of the finance team I was in and out in a brand new car in less than 1 hour!! It has everything to do with TRUST! The second you connect with the Route 33 team you know there is NO better deal to buy/lease a Nissan anywhere near the Philadelphia area! This sis my 5th transaction with Rich and Dave and there will be a 6th!

5 Stars for Kamran. Great guy, even better sales manager. He was a very big reason that we decided to purchase our car from this dealership because after a not-so-great experience at Edison Nissan (their sister dealership) we weren't too confident that we would strike a deal here. But thanks to Kamran (and support from sales rep David Parrish), we walked out satisfied. David Parrish is also a very nice salesman.. very polite and patient. Appreciated the extra time he took out to explain all the features and buttons in our new 2016 Altima S even though it was time for him to go home. Thank you Kamran and David.

I saw the car online and went to the dealership on 8/17/2016. David Barysh was my sales person. He was very nice and knowledgeable. I picked up my wife and son from JFK after 37 hours of flight and layovers, went to the dealership to buy the Nissan Rouge for my wife's birtday. Price was good and David was helpful but had to wait 5 hours for Terri who is the finance manger to finace the car! She was rude and seemed very frustrated! I have a 835 credit score which is really high and she got me approved for 4.17 finnancing! They ran my credit and got the cash down payment from me before I even met with Terri! When I finally met her she asked me to sign the documents and when I objected to the rate being too high she said dont buy the car, if you dont want to! I said ok give me my cash down payment back and she said we have to cut you a check! I said can I pay the car off early and she said I will lose part of the discount that they gave me !That was a lie! Later on when I complained to the general manger she called and said you can pay off the car whenever you want! The fees the dealer charged me was excess (RIPP OFF)! They cahrged me for somthing called Opt. Anti theft window etching for $299.00! I have no idea what that is and why I was charged. It seems no one can explain that either!. Documents fee $429.00, I checked with other dealers and they charge as low of $150 to $250! The SUV is nice and we like it but I would not recommend this dealership. They give good price but then they add theses inflated fees to the deal which makes you wonder if the deal was good or not? I would give David Barysh 10 out of 10 and the finance manger and the dealership a -10 if I could!

Buyer Beware with this dealership! We visited the Route 33 dealership on 8/17/16, after having called the night before to already speak to a sales rep about the car and the price - which the ad stated was $12,900. That night they explained we needed to add $2K since we were not a loyalty member. We were ok with that. We took the hour long ride today, and when we talked to the salesman (different than the night before) he quoted us the sticker price of $17K. We asked why the sticker price was different than the ad price. Salesman told us the car in the ad 'was not their car'. We showed him the printed ad. He still stated that was not their car. We had to go to our car to get page 2 of the print out, which had the VIN #. IT WAS THEIR CAR. Rather than honoring the price ($12,900 plus $2K), they started at 13,900 and added two thousand. When we called them on it, they changed the price to 12,900 plus $2k, then proceeded to add two fees totalling another $1,100 - window etching fee and dealership handling fee. So they were trying to get that thousand back via deception. We understand the ad likely was completely screwed up. Whoever documented it was way off (stated cloth vs leather, alot of the features weren't listed). We were willing to wiggle a little. But the salesman was so rude through this entire process ('you know what I am saying - this is not my car', and 'just swipe their card for 2K' when we offered to put $1K down on it to hold it) - WE WALKED OUT. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. Either they purposely false advertise, or they do not know what they are doing and cover it up with rudeness. Then they accuse YOU of not knowing what you are doing. Attitude from the minute the conversation started. Hey - I just want to spend $15 to $17K at your dealership, NO NEED TO SHOW US ANY RESPECT! I will spend my hard earned money somewhere else that actually knows what honesty and customer service are all about.

Great Car Buying Experience. I am a single woman and was a bit nervous leasing a new Nissan. However, both my salesperson Dave Borden and his manager Rich Braude made the process quick and easy; and I definitely got the best pricing in the tri-state area for sure !!My salesman also was very knowledgeable about the model I Purchased along with all the new technology. Worst experience ever. We went to buy a rogue in cash. We already had a price before we went in and were expecting a smooth transaction as promised. Me and my daughter in law were helped by Abbey who kept increasing the price on us saying we had to finance or pay a higher price. She kept insisting on the fact that we must finance and do a smart buy. She gave a payment and said we can pay it off in November. We were very disappointed and upset and it was getting late, Abbey made it sound like we had no choice. Then she asked us what we thought of the "current police" situation. We were shocked how inappropriate to bring up an unrelated sensitive subject with customers. When we went to the finance office we were shocked to find out that the so called "smart buy" is a lease. We were appalled and proceeded to leave. The finance manager calmed us down and said we could just pay cash. As we were leaving we took down a toll free number for the owners, and Abbey seeing us do that, said "don't call the number, I will lose my job"If she is that afraid then she shouldn't lie to customers. We called the number and left a message and got a call back from the manager seneil Hernandez. He was apologetic and said he would address it with her. We just wanted everyone to know, if you go to this dealer make sure you don't deal with Abbey. Our friends referred us there and they have had a good experience. The lady in finance was great, another manager was great, but Abbey the complete opposite.

I bought my first new car from route 33 Nissan and I must say " it was the best car buying experience I ever had , I have bought few used cars before from other dealerships but this is my first experience here at route 33 Nissan , my salesman KAMRAN made me very comfortable throw out the process , soon I walk in he welcome us to his dealership and offer us refreshments since it was a very hot day , after seating down he asked for my needs and and bring the exact car and color that I want , we took the car for the test drive and I must said " this guy is very knowledgeable about the Nissan products " he show me all the features in the car and made sure I understand all the features since it was fully loaded car , after coming beck he work out all the numbers for me and it was getting little out of my budget , instead of showing me other cars with less features he went beck to his boss to work out the payment that I could afford , and after hours and the half I walk out with brand new car that I always want , I really appreciate KAMRAN and route 33 Nissan to have wonderful people working for them especially my sale man KAMRAN, I will definitely sent all my friends and family to go to route 33 Nissan and asked for KAMRAN .

I bought my first new car from route 33 Nissan and I must say " it was the best car buying experience I ever had , I have bought few used cars before from other dealerships but this is my first experience here at route 33 Nissan , my salesman KAMRAN made me very comfortable throw out the process , soon I walk in he welcome us to his dealership and offer us refreshments since it was a very hot day , after seating down he asked for my needs and and bring the exact car and color that I want , we took the car for the test drive and I must said " this guy is very knowledgeable about the Nissan products " he show me all the features in the car and made sure I understand all the features since it was fully loaded car , after coming beck he work out all the numbers for me and it was getting little out of my budget , instead of showing me other cars with less features he went beck to his boss to work out the payment that I could afford , and after hours and the half I walk out with brand new car that I always want , I really appreciate KAMRAN and route 33 Nissan to have wonderful people working for them especially my sale man KAMRAN, I will definitely sent all my friends and family to go to route 33 Nissan and asked for KAMRAN .

Got a quote from Edmund for new Nissan murano platinum 2016 with the right price and went to nissan 33 at Hamilton square for help, but when there no body help us till one of sales person his name Matthew Rebstock try to help us. After talked a while he came out with a pcs of paper, show me a monthly instalment for the new Nissan, I was so shock. They try to robbed me with very high price, it's showed that monthly payment for 72 month was $944 and 84 month was $862.I can get a luxury car for that payment.I wasn't interested anymore and want to leave, but they want negotiated with me, so they come out with another pcs of paper with new offer for leased 39 month was $722.I said, I want financed not leasing. They were so rude and called us crazy .... even the sales manager worst then the sales person.Basically, don't go there buy your next car, not worth it, they will appraise your trade in car a way lower then you expected, they will try to rob you and call you a crazy if they can't close the deal. Impatient, not friendly, That's the worst ever car buying experience for me.

I live a bit far, but I found the dealership online with intention to buy a car which unfortunately wasn't at the dealer when I arrived. I was upset that the car I wanted was not at the dealer after I spent so much time looking into it online. However, the manager, Sunil Fernandes, was able to calm me down and showed me some of the other great options that were available. He guided me to a car that is actually better than the one I originally planned to purchase and I was very satisfied with his assistance. I am also thankful for the help that came from Kamran Muhammad, one of the sales consultants at the dealer. I came all the way from Lafayette Hill PA just to buy a car from Rich Talbot, my friend recommended him to me and he did not disappoint. I had a number in my mind and he did everything he could to not just meet it but beat it. I was shopping for a new car and met with Sales Manager Chris Forzani and Sales Consultant Chad Bowers. My experience with these individuals was wonderful, they listen to my needs and answered all my questions. The buying process took less than 90 minutes which is unheard of in other dealers. Very disappointed with the sales man, disrespectful, I bought a 2010 nissan titan, I had to take the truck back for service a couple weeks later steering pump leaking, it took them 3 days to replace a hose, they are terrible. ...for now I am taking the truck to another dealer for service.

My first experience with the dealership was in November 2015, when my son was ready ready to purchase his 1st car. He had seen a specific vehicle there and thus we went. Upon entering for the first time, we were greeted warmly by Tyler, one of the wonderful staff there. As we went thru the process, we NEVER felt pressured or rushed in any way. Tyler went above and beyond to make my son's dream car purchase a reality, and also an extreme pleasure. I will admit that, having purchased several vehicles myself thru the years, I was TOTALLY SHOCKED by the way we were treated from minute one. Chris, the general manger, personally came over and introduced himself and then also went over the purchasing process with us! He was warm, friendly, and made us feel like long time customers! A few times since my son's purchase, we've stopped by there, and each and every time were greeted personally by name. Chris made sure that we were both happy and that the entire purchase went as smoothly as possible. They both my made son's purchase even possible and left him with a very positive car buying experience. Then in March 2016, I was ready to purchase my own vehicle, and knew EXACTLY where I was going! I stopped by, unannounced, and once again was greeted by Chris and Tyler, personally by name. I asked Tyler to help me, which of course, he was planning on also. Both Tyler and Chad, once again, went above and beyond for me and my personal situation. I must warn you first though, this IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL DEALERSHIP! They are in a class of their own. You are treated as if you were their best customer ever! Once again, at no time did I feel pressured, rushed etc. I was always treated with genuine thoughtfulness, caring and nothing is too much for them to work thru. I purchased my new vehicle, thanks to Chris, Tyler and Chad. Every time I went there, for service, for example, I was once again treated with kindness and 100% care and concern. From the service department men to the service department ladies, I was treated like I was their only yet best customer! Yes, Virginia, there is a terrific dealership in the area! In each situation, my son's and mine, are ALWAYS greeted personally by name and treated like royalty. In each case, they made the purchases possible, by getting us a great, unbeatable deal! They are not happy until the customer is happy, as this without any pressure whatsoever. Very unlike MOSTLY ALL OTHER DEALERSHIPS! They have a wide variety of vehicles available, so whichever make/model, you are looking for, they've got it,as well as a large selection of the best Nissan's available. I only wish I would have found them alot sooner! These two experiences were so wonderful that I had to share them here. There's nothing negative I can say from my two personal experiences. Honestly, they are simply the BEST THERE IS!!! Both purchases were made possible by Chris, the General Manager and Tyler, our salesman. You are truly 100% in every aspect, taken care of, from the minute you arrive to even after your purchase. They make SURE that you are 100% taken care, in every way. Both are industry experts who get to know you before pushing you into a car, AND payment, that doesn't work for you! I was in the market for a reliable but stylish SUV. My previous car bit the dust and finally clunked out on me so I knew it was time to start looking for something else. I originally wanted to compare the Nissan Rogue to the Honda CR-V, Toyota Rav4 and others in the compact SUV class, however, I didn't plan on buying today. I just simply wanted to test drive the vehicle and get a feel for it. I planned on going to Toyota right afterwards but I didn't. The reason? Well, when I arrived I spoke to a salesman names Chris. He was very nice and was down to earth. He was knowledgeable about their products and made me feel comfortable. He was not pushy at all which is the unfortunate reality of many individuals in the profession. When looking for a Rogue that fit my preferences I also saw a funky looking small SUV looking thingy; the Nissan Juke. I had no interest in the Juke at first because of it's 'love it or hate it' design but for some reason I could not take my eyes off of it. It was smaller than what I originally wanted but it's just me and my husband and most of the times I drive alone so I decided to give it a look. It caught my eye because it was unlike anything I've seen on the road before and it was like a special edition of some sort. It was black and yellow. All black with yellow accents on the front and back, spoiler, mirrors and door handles. The interior was black with matching yellow on the seats, center console, air vents, shift knob, inside door panels and steering wheel. There was even a honeycomb pattern on the seat cushions. I was told it was called the Black Stinger edition. (look it up) it's actually very cool looking! I took it for a test drive and was very pleased. It had adequate power for it's size and turbo engine, it had lots of amenities such as a sunroof, climate control, back-up camera, Bluetooth, etc. The interior space was on the small side but sufficient for my needs. I really liked it. I wanted to, however, give the Rogue a try since that's the reason I initially went there in the first place. I drove a Rogue SV. It was very nice and had lots of features, including third row seats. It was probably an all around better vehicle, comfortable, quick, good on gas, luxury features such as rear cross traffic alert, blind spot monitoring and a birds eye view camera system to name a few. But it was too much vehicle for me and the price was higher than my budget so I started to think more about the Juke. Chris was very patient in answering all of my questions and helped me to make an informed decision. They were willing to work with me to get me into a car payment that I was comfortable with so I decided to see what happens. After just a short time we finally arrived at an agreeable deal. Chris expressed that he wanted me to be happy with the car that I got whether he sold it to me or not. I was very impressed by him because he shared with me that he had recently came there from another dealer and so he's only been there for a short while, however, he was so experienced and just a genuinely friendly person. He made my buying experience a pleasant one. I now have my car and everywhere I go people are turning their heads and looking at my car! I ever saw someone taking a picture of it. Lol! What I'm trying to say is, if you are in the market for a new vehicle be sure to give Nissan a try but not just any Nissan, try Rt. 33 Nissan and talk to Chris. I'm sure you will drive off with the vehicle of your dreams and be happy you dealt with them.

I was in the market for a reliable but stylish SUV. My previous car bit the dust and finally clunked out on me so I knew it was time to start looking for something else. I originally wanted to compare the Nissan Rogue to the Honda CR-V, Toyota Rav4 and others in the compact SUV class, however, I didn't plan on buying today. I just simply wanted to test drive the vehicle and get a feel for it. I planned on going to Toyota right afterwards but I didn't. The reason? Well, when I arrived I spoke to a salesman names Chris. He was very nice and was down to earth. He was knowledgeable about their products and made me feel comfortable. He was not pushy at all which is the unfortunate reality of many individuals in the profession. When looking for a Rogue that fit my preferences I also saw a funky looking small SUV looking thingy; the Nissan Juke. I had no interest in the Juke at first because of it's 'love it or hate it' design but for some reason I could not take my eyes off of it. It was smaller than what I originally wanted but it's just me and my husband and most of the times I drive alone so I decided to give it a look. It caught my eye because it was unlike anything I've seen on the road before and it was like a special edition of some sort. It was black and yellow. All black with yellow accents on the front and back, spoiler, mirrors and door handles. The interior was black with matching yellow on the seats, center console, air vents, shift knob, inside door panels and steering wheel. There was even a honeycomb pattern on the seat cushions. I was told it was called the Black Stinger edition. (look it up) it's actually very cool looking! I took it for a test drive and was very pleased. It had adequate power for it's size and turbo engine, it had lots of amenities such as a sunroof, climate control, back-up camera, Bluetooth, etc. The interior space was on the small side but sufficient for my needs. I really liked it. I wanted to, however, give the Rogue a try since that's the reason I initially went there in the first place. I drove a Rogue SV. It was very nice and had lots of features, including third row seats. It was probably an all around better vehicle, comfortable, quick, good on gas, luxury features such as rear cross traffic alert, blind spot monitoring and a birds eye view camera system to name a few. But it was too much vehicle for me and the price was higher than my budget so I started to think more about the Juke. Chris was very patient in answering all of my questions and helped me to make an informed decision. They were willing to work with me to get me into a car payment that I was comfortable with so I decided to see what happens. After just a short time we finally arrived at an agreeable deal. Chris expressed that he wanted me to be happy with the car that I got whether he sold it to me or not. I was very impressed by him because he shared with me that he had recently came there from another dealer and so he's only been there for a short while, however, he was so experienced and just a genuinely friendly person. He made my buying experience a pleasant one. I now have my car and everywhere I go people are turning their heads and looking at my car! I ever saw someone taking a picture of it. Lol! What I'm trying to say is, if you are in the market for a new vehicle be sure to give Nissan a try but not just any Nissan, try Rt. 33 Nissan and talk to Chris. I'm sure you will drive off with the vehicle of your dreams and be happy you dealt with them.

I have always bought new cars, I am not fond of buying used cars, because I am not a handy car person. But, this time around, my husband suggested to browse some used cars. When we got to the dealership, I was still skeptical. I had no intention of purchasing a car that day. After seeing the options available and speaking with Sunil and John, I was convinced. They were so friendly, professional and honest, we drove off with a nice used car. Its been 5 months and I am still happy with our decision. We saved a little money and got a quality car. I would definitely buy from there again!

I was a bit nervous about shopping for my first car, and unfortunately, this was the first place I visited. While Route 33 Nissan may be a great option for someone searching for a new vehicle, looking for a used vehicle met my nightmarish pre-conceptions of used car shopping perfectly. The vehicle that I had been interested in had been sold already (which I completely understand, and have no ill will about), but instead of simply explaining to me that they couldn't help and not wasting my time, Chris (who knew that I had a very strict budget) told me that he was going to show me a similar vehicle, but failed to disclose several key issues that would make this car impossible for me to purchase. First, although he did show me a carfax, he emphasized that the car has only had one previous owner - but he didn't mention that this car had previously been a rental vehicle, which was a huge concern for me, and when I brought it up, he completely dismissed my concerns and told me that many similar vehicles in this price range would also be rentals and that my expectations were unreasonable. Furthermore, despite knowing my budget, he did not disclose that this car was significantly more expensive than my budget allowed for, until after I wasted time on a test drive. I completely understand that the car that I had wanted was no longer available. This is certainly something that happens when you are looking for a used vehicle. I simply wish that Chris had given me a business card and told me to check in a week to see if any similar models had come in, instead of wasting everyone's time when I was very clearly on my needs and my budget. I also found him to be very dismissive of my concerns regarding buying a used car and what that would mean for me. At times, I felt that he was trying to make a sale based on convincing me of his character and the nature of the business, instead of having a realistic conversation about what kind of car I would be happy with within my price range. Perhaps I was simply too unprepared for my first car shopping experience and I'm being a bit too harsh, but I found the experience to be very difficult.

I received a letter in the Mail regarding the Nissan dealer. I figured I would come in and discuss my options. Tyler was the salesman that worked with me. He was able to answer ALL of my questions as well as understand where I wanted to be in terms of my payments. Chris worked very hard at also making the deal. Overall my experience was excellent at this dealer.from the start with Tyler taking me out to the lot and explaining the differences in lease and finance options, to Terri with the final signing of the papers.. Didn't want to chance another bad used car, since we have had a couple of major issues with used cars in the past. In other words, we needed a good reliable car in great condition for my Daughter. Well let me tell you, Route 33 Nissan in Hamilton Square came through for us. Kamran and John worked us a great deal, and we are very happy with the Ford Fusion. I went to Rt.33 Nissan to look at, then purchase a used car I was interested in. I was met by Kamran upon entering the front door. He answered all my questions with good mannerisms. The dealer just received the vehicle I was interested in, so he pulled it up, and we than went to test drive it. Upon return, we discussed a comfortable fair price based on its condition. I also met Uncle Mike during this time. He assisted in the transaction as well with his charm! I had the best car buying experience I have ever had at this dealership! Kamran was so helpful, knowledgable, and honest! If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. I'm a woman and had to go car shopping buy myself because my boyfriend is deployed and Kamran really looked out for me. We had a great time just chatting, drinking coffee, and jamming to the music in the dealership while we waited for the finance dept to get my paperwork together. I never felt rushed or pressured to leave even though I walked in late and he had to stay 2 1/2 hrs after they closed. It's hard to meet good quality people these days, but it's always great when you do. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Kamran and Route 33 Nissan to everyone that I know. I went back a few days later to cancel my VSC and wasn't hassled about it at all! I was really expecting some push back, but nothing! I really appreciate that. This was our 3rd dealership we went to and we got the best deal Thanks to our salesman DARREN KATZ!!He's The Man!!Stopped there Saturday night and he didn't like the loan rates that came back.He said Monday i will get you a good rate(I thought yeah ok thats what they all say)But finally a man of his word he went the extra mile and beat the 2nd dealers rate by 8.5%!!!He promised and he does come thru he doesnt just talk so thanks to him we have a 2014 Elantra.We know who we will be buying our next car from Darren Katz(THE DARRENATOR)He said he makes the impossible possible and for us he did!Thanks So Much Darren!!!

My salesman KAMRAN was great. He was patient and never pressured me into anything, which was really important to me since I wasn't ready to purchase the first time I went to the dealership. When I was ready he took the time to show me the car I wanted and how all the features worked. There is another Nissan dealership much closer to my home, but I chose to go to this dealership because I had a pleasant non-stressful experience the first time I went. We came by rt.33 Nissan to look at pre-owned, certified options and left the same night with a sealed deal. Darren Katz was a man of his word in helping us finance a car without a significant credit line. His insight was invaluable towards rebuilding our credit as we finance our new Nissan Altima. Wow, I want to personally thank Kamran M. for the patience, humor, and overall pleasant experience I had today! We came in because I received an offer in the mail to either trade-in or re-finance my 2013 Nissan Altima to meet the inventory needs of certified pre-owned vehicles. I came in very timid, but his professionalism and PATIENCE with our million questions really put my mind at ease. Kamran did all that he could do in his power to get me the best possible rates from the banks offering loans. He had to do quite a bit of bargaining, but was able to get the down payment to an amount that I could actually afford. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is new to car buying and looking for someone who will be patient and very kind in the question and answer process of buying a new car. He also saw that we were very hungry and even offered to get us lunch! This representative is great, you will be so happy you chose to do business with him. I came in to Route 33 Nissan and was greeted by Kamran who proceeded to help me purchase a 2015 rogue. I was impressed with the fact that he did not try to up sell me and found me exactly what I wanted. He worked with me on meeting my goals of getting exactly what I wanted...even down to the heated seats and all weather floor mats while working with me on the pricing.. He has bees great on continuing to explain any questions I had when I came in today and has helped me set up my Bluetooth etc. I would definitely give him the highest marks for good customer service and if I can recommend any friends or acquaintances I will certainly do so.

My wife and I traded in our 2010 Nissan Murano for a 2015. We leased this time and rather that option better. My wife wanted to buy it on the spot but we took our time and shopped around and compared other dealerships and prices to Nissan 33 and went right back to them the next day. FOUND TRUCK I WAS LOOKING FOR ON INTERNET AT RT.33 NISSAN SO WENT THERE TO SEE IT AND EITHER BUY OR LEASE IT. REFERRED TO SALESMAN WHO WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IN HIS APPROACH. TOLD NISSAN DID NOT OFFER GOOD LEASING DEALS. TOLD THERE WERE NO INCENTIVES ON VEHICLE. ASKED WHAT THE DEFINITIONS OF "POSSIBLY" AND "PROBABLY" WERE. SALESMAN COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE INSULTING. PRICE STARTED OUT OUT AT $484 PER MONTH BUT AFTER I WALKED OUT DRAMATICALLY DROPPED TO $375 PER MONTH. MY WHOLE EXPERIENCE COUND NOT BE MORE DEGRADING. '

I've been a faithful Nissan customer for many, many, years.I like the location of Nissan #33 in Hamilton Township, as I live close by.I have been dealing with salesman Daivd Borden and think he's the tops in salesmanship.He goes above and beyond in providing good customer service.I've been laid up with a broken knee and on crutches.My lease was up this month and I wanted to get into another Nissan Sentra.David brought a new Sentra to my apartment for me to look at and also gather all myinformation, to make the paperwork at dealership go smooth and quick. Rip Off, horrible people, horrible experience. TYLER AND CHRIS FORZANI are father and son who only have there better interest at heart. They are Liar's, they falsified my contract when I brought my car from them told me that they gave me 2,500 for my trade in when in actuality on the contract they bamboozled me and only gave me $100 for my trade in. Also they said my loan was for only 72 months when in actuality my loan was for 84 months. I signed the contract thinking that everything was okay when in fact they lied to me and ripped me off... I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to these horrible, heartless, lieing, thieves.

On 10/01/2015 came to this dealership to purchase a car Nissan Rouge SV with premium package. I was under impression that after so many letters and flyers I receive from this dealer they would be welcoming people who actually made there. That was not the case. Unfortunately from the very start it did not go very well as the sales person I was talking to was not really interested in anything (may be I interrupted his web search) and was trying to get rid of me at any possible moment. I do not know his name as he did not introduce himself and they are not wearing name tags like in some Nissan dealerships. But if you enter dealership his table is the very first on the right hand side by the window. It could be a wrong timing but it is their loss. There are many other Nissan dealers in the Area.

I went to this dealership to buy a new 2015 nissan murano. The sales manager himself was obviously greedy because he low balled me on his offer for my car to be traded in, about 6K lower than kbb. He said it was a "mistake" and increased it gradually as the haggling went on. Then when we finally agreed on the price of the new car and my trade in value, he increased the monthly payment when it was supposed to be a 0.9 apr promo. So when I told him what my budget was which was a fair estimation given the interest rate, he refused to meet half way. Obviously greedy. Greedy from every aspect of the deal. I went to Acme nissan and they were not greedy like route 33 nissan. So I bought my new car from Acme nissan. And by the way, route 33 nissan will hostage your old car key until the deal is either sealed or off.

I was brought to rt.33 of Hamilton n.j. thinking I had 15,000 $ approval . On arrival to the dealership I was greeted by Tyler what a fine man.I asked him to see ms.sariceno .He said he could take care of me.So he put me in I think he said was a sentry. Which I said was to small.he asked if I had a trade or a co signer. My girlfriend said she brought me and her car was to in debt .with medical bills would not be approved. He said if we get two cars he could work a deal for me with the trade. I explained to him we are on fixed income and couldn't go over three hundred a month on my car and less on her car.he said that Nissa would give him any deal he wanted because they were having a contest to sell cars.This was at 11am in the morning all the time telling us we where approved don't leave we could not they had my Keyes old trick.Anyway to make a nightmare worst he said at 8pm we are approved for 1250$a month for both cars.WOW!!!!!!!What a deal I could not wait to tell all my friends and family. I said to Tyler that was tempting but if she goes back in the hospital or my cancer came back we would loss both cars.He came down to1050$ but said it would not go through. I said thank you for all his help.All he could say was send all your friends and family to us.I have a friend Jerry Blavat who I drive to new York and go to dances and meet hundreds of people who are interested in my experience with Tyler.Especially the way he ripped a quote out of another dealers hand while he was working a deal..But I am a survivor after eight years of kidney cancer I can get thru that I can bet this little speed bump.

My family has been loyal customers of the dealership when it was under Haldeman Nissan. But due to the fact that Kioh Shim is still there, it was great to know. Kioh was absolutely awesome. We ended up leasing a brand new Nissan Rouge. Kioh and the dealership did everything possible to make it affordable to the point that made us feel comfortable with the budget we had to stay in and they hit it right on the mark to make this happen for us. This is now the fourth car we have gotten from them in the past 3 years and will continue to go back. The service department there is also a huge reason why I will continue to go back there.

I have never owned a foreign car and was reluctant to do so. I went to route 33 nissan and was totally impressed with the manner in which I was treated by the staff but especially by kamran. There was no high pressure just presentation of the car available. I made my selection and " kamran" helped me through the entire process. I had visited another Nissan dealer prior to making my purchase but their attitude turned me off. So hates off to route 33 nissan. I have been contacted by them several times to confirm that I am happy and that they did everything they could do to please me.

I DO NOT like to go into a dealer!!! However, I needed a new car so on June 22, 2015 after doing a LOT of online research I decided to visit the Route 33 Nissan dealer in Hamilton, NJ. Upon my arrival, I received a warm welcome from one of the sales reps, Edgar Soto. He asked smart questions and answered a lot of mine that enabled me to make the best selection on the perfect vehicle fit for me. I never felt pressured to take any of the many offers provided. They continue to ask questions that ensured that I was going to get the best car for the best price. I LOVED and appreciate so much the way that I was treated, that I keep in contact with my sales rep for any questions or concern that I may have with my new 2015 Nissan Rouge. It has only been 30 days since I purchased my Rouge but my son's car was totaled so we need a replacement car. He recommended us the features for the car and gave us the car just a little above the factory value. He made us do the test drive, gave us a lot of time to think on the various options and then talked about financing, insurance and everything under the sky so that we as a customer feel valued and are honored. The car that we wanted was not available and so within a day or two he got us the car from someplace and he installed the features that we wanted. The manager Sunil was exceptional too. I would highly recommend this place. Ask for Rich Phillips. I really wish that I could have gone to these people first instead of going to other places.

My son leased a car at Edison Nissan where Mr. kamran was our salesman. I have purchased 6 vehicles in the last 12 years and I have never had an experience with a salesperson as I did with Mr. kamran. I can honestly say that it was a pleasant experience-which was a first for me. My son and I kept wondering when he was going to turn into that pushy salesperson that none of us like, but it never happened. He was extremely pleasant and worked very hard to get us a deal that was acceptable to us as did his manager. In addition to that, he called us when he said he would call even if it was only to say that he did not yet have the information for which we were waiting and that he would call when he had it. He stayed late when we went to pick up the car to make sure that we were able to leave with the car that day. It was really an unbelievable experience. After countless test drives, dealerships, and negotiations, I ended up back at Nissan33...where the journey first began. Good facilities helpful staff. They help me throughout the process up until they sold me the car. The day I got my car I explained to them I was moving to another state they were so excited I did business with them that I think they didn't pay attention to this small detail (that was important to me). Anyway today I had to change plates in my car and the POA (power of attorney) paper was not signed by them so I called them. I explained the situation and the solution I can fax the paper and they can have it signed and send it back through fax. The woman from FINANCE told me we don't deal with this I don't even understand your question call NISSAN- INFINITI LT which I did and actually THEY WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL! they signed the paper and send it back immediately. Then another problem arrived in the contract for leasing my car the LESSOR PORTION said Route 33 Nissan that is incorrect IT SUPPOSE TO SAY NISSAN-INFINITI LT. Long story short NISSAN actually called the dealer in route 33 so they can send a letter to the Motor Vehicle Department in Virginia saying they are not the lessor and the correct lessor is NISSAN INFINITI LT. This all could have been solved if the woman from finance faxed me the paper that I asked her for... I only wanted to switch my plates and because of her all these errors appeared. My mistake was trusting them all the papers were accurate but that's why they are professionals and suppose to help if a mistake is done..... NISSAN INFINITI LT were extremely courteous and helpful they solve my problem, but the dealer ROUTE 33 NISSAN located at 951 HIGHWAY 33 HAMILTON NJ was not helpful, especially the woman in finance I wish I knew her name next time I will ask for first and last name. Is the first time I ever write a bad review believe me I wish I didn't but I had to she was rude. This happened on July 2nd 2015 at around noon time.Thanks

My problems arose after the car buying negotiations and what was promised verbally not being held up on the end of the dealership, a deal made just a few months ago.Here is the story...The deal with the sales manager Kash was to come back with my end of lease statement from my previous car which would include deposition fee and over mileage (which I had) and anything over $500 they would pay for, I had agreed to an additional $500 in cash making it $1,000 out of pocket to me.I also had a letter from their dealership stating they will pay said fees.I call with my end of lease statement from my previous car and the headaches begin: Kash no longer works there. GREAT!I'm transferred to another sales manager Lauren Geiger who listens, not happily, to my explanation of what's owed, promises a call back, big surprise... never calls.I call back on Monday and am transferred to yet another sales manager Demetrius (didn't get a last name) explain my story yet again, he also promises to call me back by end of day. Guess what? No call back.I now have to go the route of emailing Nissan corporate to assist with this awful dealership, who returned my email with a phone call (finally! Someone called me back) explaining the dealership was unwilling to agree to the previous sales manager Kash's terms. Since the dealerships are individually owned there was nothing they could do, or so they claim.Did you expect a happy ending to this story? There isn't one.WARNING! If you are foolish enough to go here, GET IT IN WRITING, HAVE THE SALES MANAGER SIGN IT, HAVE THE FINANCE MANAGER SIGN IT AND PUT IT IN YOUR PAPERWORK.This place doesn't care about you once you are out the door and will not uphold any negotiations not listed on the final paperwork.

Bottom line -- I got exactly the vehicle I want for a great price, it doesn't get any better than that. I shopped at a number of different car dealerships first, but this is where I brought my business... my sales rep Edgar Soto and the manager Chris Forzani were both friendly, knowledgeable, professional. It seemed like the people who work there actually enjoy their jobs. They let me drive any car I wanted, paid attention to my needs and made smart recommendations. The whole process took a while -- there's nothing you can really do about that -- but in the end, I drove home with a sharp-looking vehicle that has everything I want, and I actually paid less than I thought I would. No stress, no games, all good.

When I was on myy way to this dealership I had one goal in mind and that was to get the best price for the car I researched long and hard for. I walked in and I was greeted by a very nice salesman named Tyler Forzani. Let me tell you about this salesman, he was the only salesman that I met that had a sense of style and a fun outgoing personality. This salesman had a bowtie, had a couple of jokes and could make you laugh with any question you had on the vehicle. The vehicle I was interested in was a 370z Nismo edition. Tyler thought me everything on the vehicle with a smile. Also the sales manager Mike Serra helped me to get the best price for the vehicle. The first thing I noticed about him was his crazy socks. After I finished purchasing the vehicle Tyler Forzani and Mike Serra danced to HOT BOY, as I left with the car lol. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!!!

They had a lot of inventory but I was ready to leave when I didn't see exactly what I wanted. A service rep saw I was leaving and then directed me to another lot that had more vehicles. There I found several cars that fit my bill. Within a few hours I drove out with my new Altima, my second - at a great price. Kioh Shim is the salesman to deal with. No nonsense, very helpful and and conducts himself with honesty and integrity. In fact, everybody at Rt 33 Nissan was helpful and friendly and went out of their way to say something nice. A rather pleasant experience. Kioh will work with you to make things right.

My fiance and I were planning on purchasing a newer vehicle, but due to other financial and life obligations had decided we would wait awhile. Unfortunately an unexpected emergency arose, and we needed a vehicle now. I am pretty particular about my vehicles, and this one was going to be my main driver. I found my Explorer online and we went in to the dealer the next day. Due to the circumstances, we had limited funds for a down payment and no trade in, with a limit on what our monthly payment could be. Although we did not really get the 'deal' we were hoping for, under the circumstances I was pretty satisfied. Edgar Soto was our salesman and he was awesome! Super friendly and helpful - definitely made the haggling much smoother. I know everyone needs to make money, and feel we did pay a little more than the vehicle should be worth - but the staff definitely did do a great job coming up with options so I was able to drive my Explorer home that day. We did not have the luxury of time and they met my need of getting the vehicle I wanted in the time I needed it.

I called asking about a car I had seen on the webpage and the person whom I had spoken with tells me I will call you back an let you know if it still available. The sale guy calls and tells me yes it is still here would you like to come down and take a look, I say yes I will be there around 25 minutes. Once I get their they tell me we don't have that car but would you be interested in something else.Long story short, they are full of xxxx and bad sale tactics, As soon I walked in I had a bad vibe about the place and the staff all looked like crooks. I will never buy from this place and do not recommend anyone buying from them. There are plenty of better dealerships to buy from, no 1 has to settle for less or bad customer service.

I purchased a gorgeous BMW 7-series from Chad B. at the Nissan Rt. 33 dealership on March 13th 2015. The buying process was very smooth and I was never pushed into a deal that I didn't want to commit to. The Supervisors are all great people and it was great doing business with them all. They gave me a good deal on my trade-in and I got the deal that I wanted and the car that I wanted. I got an excellent deal on a 2015 Rogue SV AWD with premium package. I used the Buyer's Edge for the price on the Rogue. The dealership honored the Buyer's Edge price without any exceptions. I did have a trade and had to negotiate with the sales manager Kash. His first price was significantly lower than what I wanted, but eventually we did come to a fair price for the trade. Our salesman Elvin was friendly and knowledgeable about the various options on the car. He took his time and did not pressure us into making a deal. There was also no pressure to buy any extended warranty or other add-ons.

Bought a certified pre-owned Sentra here, and were very happy with the treatment we got. We started by writing them and corresponding with Sarah. We had an exact budget, which is what we got from the insurance company after our previous sentra was totalled. They were very helpful, and agreed to set the final price in advance (before we even came in). Then we came in and were helped by Peter, who was great. He was very nice and patient, even though our visit there ran kind of long. He helped us test drive a couple of cars, and then with doing all the paperwork for the actual purchase.

This was my first Nissan purchase ever. I wanted a new 2015 Nissan Rogue Lease and i heard about the new dealership so i checked it out. I never have been to a dealership like this. They made me feel like i was important and not just a customer. My salesman Chad was professional and very courteous of me and my wife's time. I met the manager Cash there also and he really gave us a great deal on the lease. We will definitely be back soon when my wife is ready to buy!

Bought a used Diesel pickup and negotiations were done with no hassle! I shopped for months, and found Route 33 Nissan to have the nicest Dodge diesel truck I had seen, and I looked at at least a dozen trucks prior to buying this one. They got me a low interest rate and minimal money down. They gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade and treated me with kindness and professionalism. This had to be one of the easiest car buying experiences that I've ever had. They had me in and out, test driving in a matter of minutes and they tried their best to get me what I wanted from my automobile. The test drive was very informative and the car is driving like a breeze! We walked out of there with a Nissan Altima at an outstanding price. Go Haldeman!

I had a bad experience because I made a decision to buy a car and did the paperwork. After only a few days I changed my mind and brought back the car and the finance specialist gave me a hard time and charged me for all these rental fees, tempt tags, and documents. I felt mislead because I wasn't satisfied with the car and not only was the finance specialist rude to me after returning the car, I am being charge with all these fees.

I accompanied a friend as she was buying a used Nissan Sentra. The young saleman, Jay, was pleasant and helpful. But that's where any positive aspect of the experience ended. Our negotiated agreement was contingent upon the Sentra (2011 w/ 15,000 miles) being detailed and rotating the tires. They also promised to perform an alignment, as it pulled to the right). Jay said his manager refused to replace the faulty trunk lid lift struts, even though the slamming lid was dangerous, and the lifts are $50. Fine.We were kept 90 minutes past closing time as the business agent, Chris, prepared the sales agreement. When it was finally ready for our signatures, we found multiple errors, guess what - all in the dealership's favor. There was no discussion of the finance agreement, just a "sign here."When my friend picked her Sentra up the next niight, it had NOT been detailed. It was neither washed nor waxed. The tires had not been rotated. The air pressure was 40 lbs on the right, and 25 on the left. I guess that's how they aligned it. This is what I would expect from a shady downtown wholesale used car lot. This is NOT what I would expect from an authorized Nissan dealer.

I bought a used 2008 Hyundai Sonata here last week, and I was pretty pleased with the service I received. It was a low-pressure sale, and the sales team that handled me did a very nice job for the most part. I got what I considered to be a fair price, and there was some movement to meet me requirements. The car itself was VERY clean, and so far, so good. Time always tells with these things, but I have a good feeling about this one. The only glitch came when they could not meet my need for a four-year number. We moved the term up to five years, but I was then told by the sales rep that in New Jersey you "can't do" five-year loans on used cars. This seemed kinda weird to me. I was not going to do a four-year loan for the amount quoted, so I told them, thanks, but no thanks. Then suddenly the five-year option was magically back on the table. I blame this on the Finance guy, not on the Sales Rep. But other than that weird glitch, it was a pretty good experience.

Talked with their internet manager about a car, that I was interested in purchasing. Told manager that I would be driving car 1100 miles home and needed an honest appraisal of the condition of the car. She got back to me within an hour of our conversation and said she had spoken to her general manager and that the car I was interested needed some work and they would not be comfortable with me returning in it. Very honest assessment and response. That is what you want and look for when conducting internet transactions. I will consider buying from them in the future.

I bought a car from here a few yrs ago. My mom put it in her name and they said once the tags and registration came in I can switch it over to my name. Once it came in they told me that it couldn't happen because it was in her name. My mom had to pay off the car so I can have it in my name. But in the mean time I had to pay insurance in Nj and pay my mom car insurance for pa. I went in there yelling at the manager and told ppl that was there not to buy a car from here. They don't care if they lie to people just to make a sale.

I had a 1:00 pm appointment for an oil change which I was told would take about 45 minutes. I would not have waited for my car to be serviced had I known they were going to take 2 hours on a beautiful sunny Saturday afternoon. Yes, I was misinformed about the wait time, and 2 hours for a simple oil change is UNACCEPTABLE! The father and daughter who also had a 1 pm appointment also waited 90 min for their oil change. Mr Borden was active weeks before our purchase and always if not in office got right back to us. His knowledge of our Electric Leaf was the reason we went with the Leaf. We never felt rushed and he showed us everything. He shared his experience with his Leaf and even gave us his private number to call if dealership was closed and had a issue or question. This is our 8th car with Haldeman but this was the best service yet.

I have been researching vehicles for weeks and was compelled to contact Haldeman for a 2009 Altima because of the great buyer reviews...and now I am glad to add another glowing recommendation! I came in skeptical as many buyers can be after having horrendous experiences in the past with shady dealers, but every single person I dealt with here, from Courtney Emmolo in Internet Sales (via phone) to Andrew Rubio, the Sales Associate, to Jeff Breza, the Sales Manager who handled our financing, was top notch in terms of attitude, knowledge and service. I was one of "those" customers, with a ton of questions and digging for deception - not only did they ease my fears, but I ended up with a better deal than I expected walking in, and am eagerly awaiting the opportunity to do business here again - imagine that, looking forward to going to a car dealership? Our experience with Haldeman Nissan was fantastic! We worked with Don Goldberg, and knowing that we had done our research, he played none of the typical games- no disappearing for extended periods of time, no bs pricing. At the start, he claimed we would "negotiate a price" and go from there, while at other dealerships they tried to sell us at the sticker price, not bothering to offer any discounts whatsoever. There was a mutual respect in our dealings, and he was very personable, helpful, and even entertaining! He even taught us a thing or two about getting the best deal possible. In the end, we didn't end up buying from them, but if they had our car on the lot we certainly would have, no hesitation. When we found the best deal we could, we called him up, just to make sure, and he told us we had found an unbeatable deal. Again, no bs- he wanted us to have exactly what we wanted. He did plenty of research for us to compare the other brands we were looking at (jeep wrangler and subaru forester) and gave us unbiased reviews. We were very impressed that he didn't try to sway us, just gave us the facts and let us decide for ourselves. No pressure, no games= great dealership!

I came into Haldeman Nissan without an appointment after having a terrible experience at another dealership (Windsor Nissan). The two dealerships couldn't be more different, and I was so comfortable here. My salesperson,Jeff Breza, was super helpful through every step of the process. I was so lucky that they had only two Jukes in stock, one of which was the exact model, trim level, and even color that I wanted. Thanks to Jennifer Nelson, I ended up saving a lot on my new car (where waiting longer would have cost me more money). She and the salesman worked with me, were patient, and did not use any sales gimics or pressure. I received an excellent financing deal and the car is really nice. Looking forward to seeing how Nissan stakes up against VW (my last car) over the next ten years in terms of service and maintanence. The engineering in this car is nice (timing chain vs. belt). The life-time free oil change program is also a big incentive for buying.

Jeff Breza is the new Commercial vehicle expert at Haldeman Nissan and he's not wasting any time getting down to business. Jeff was keenly aware of the price/value advantage that his NV series of high roof vans has over the Sprinter series and this caught my attention. Jeff had a demo on property for my staff to drive and we love it. For commercial purposes, it's easily 40% less expensive than the Sprinter making it very enticing. I've also been concerned that the separation of Mercedes and Chrysler has Sprinter sales and service fighting between themselves. As for reliability, I have no problem walking away from my other Dodge and Ford vans as they have been nothing but trouble. I can't wait til next spring when we add another to the fleet. Jeff did a great job in getting us our first NV, making it a painless transaction, and I'll be calling him for our next. Good outfit, very nice facilities.

I would never return to this dealer. We had been called so many times to come in for an early drop of our lease and we are sorry we did. They were clueless as to stock which was not very good. I bought a used car from this dealer and while selling the car he made a comment on my culture. and after 2-3 days a noise started coming from front wheels I shown it to local pepboys and he said CV boots have been ripped off, dealer should fix it even if it is not in warranty because they are not allowed to sell such dangerous car. When I called the manager Joe said I bought as it is car it means he wouldnt do anything without money..DONT BUY ANY DAMN thing from THESE PPL FIRST THEY MAKE COMMENTS ON CULTURE WHILE SELLING AND THEN THEY DONT EVEN CARE FOR CUSTOMER's SAFETY....

This is by far probably the worst dealership in the tri-state area. The staff is not friendly and they don't care about their customers. They would give you one offer and the next day they would change their offer and not listen to their customers. The manager didn't even greet us and does not care about his dealership. All they cared about was them and not their customer. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND GIVE YOU THE WORST POSSIBLE DEAL EVER. Go to Windsor Nissan they are the best dealership in the area.

Guys, Never ever take your nissan to these guys for service. The technicians are simply incompetent to find out the issue at first. I ended up paying Over 2K for a brake issue, initially they just said my booster was having an issue... couple of days later they called and said, my master cylinder had an issue and then a week later that my ABS actuator had an issue. I could not back out due to the state in which the car was.. Pathetic staffs... absolutely rude and are completely incompetent. The Sales manager is Ok, but the service manager is also rude and has no control over his service team. I would advise windsor nissan if you are in hamilton, west windsor, lawrenceville... I would'nt recommend buying from them also... as i bought the used nissan maxima and my battery died just months after... one of the tires keeps showing low air within a week of filling it... The engine was not cleaned up... I made a big mistake of trusting these guys... --seek else where if you have to buy a nissan

I recently purchased a 2011 Nissan Sentra at Haldeman Nissan. The staff and car salesman I worked with (Michael Brennan) were all very friendly and made sure I received the best deal and car.I would recommend Haldeman Nissan to anyone for their service and expertise.

I purchased my first Nissan from Hubert at Haldeman Nissan. The service and knowledge was outstanding. The financial transactions were quick and simple. They truly went above and beyond to have everything ready, which makes it much easier on the buyer. Hubert was very informative and helpful. Hubert was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the inventory of cars as well as the industry comparisons. Could not have been happier with both Hubert and Haldeman Nissan as we already have 3 Nissans, 2 from Haldeman. They continue to help us in any way possible. Their manager George is fantastic as well. Great customer service and overall quality.

The staff is very nice and friendly. I enjoy having my car serviced there because it is a pleasant experience. Charlotte and Ken are wonderful. I have been dealing with Hubert for several years and just leased my second car from him. He always follows through with a phone call to make sure everything is ok and he is very easy to work with. I would recommend this dealership to a friend.

David was great to work with. I have been to dealerships that pressure you and constantly try to upsell. I went to Haldemann and new exactly what I wanted. David listened and delivered. We have purchased four cars from Haldeman Nissan over the last 10 years - two Maximas and two Muranos. Prior to our purchases, we compared this dealership with other Nissan dealers in our area. With this last purchase we received free oil changes for the life of the car. We think that the fact that we keep going back says it all.

Mike is a super friendly guy. He was informative and flexible. I really dislike the experience of going to car dealerships, but after this time I will be as happy to go back after the lease is up as the first time I laid the pedal down in my new Maxima. Thanks Mike!

I just leased a new 2010 Altima and my experience with the personnel at Haldeman was outstanding! Mike Brennan and his team were very responsive to what I was looking for and the price and I was able to afford. Even after my purchase, they were very helpful in setting up appointments for additional accessories in a timely manner. David Borden is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the car I purchased. If I ever have a question I call him and he always helps me out! All the people there are very friendly.I highly recommend this dealership and DAVID BORDEN! When I purchase my car I also received free oil changes, which is a huge cost savings. The service department is very good and fast and never leaves your car dirty. Also easy to make an appointment and they take your car at your appointment time.

Wanted to lease a new Nissan Murano, knew what I wanted as far as options and knew what I wanted to pay. Emailed dealership, Aida Wolchok set everything up over phone and email, went in and signed papers with David Borden. Spent a total of 40 minutes at dealership from time I walked in. Everything they promised was delivered, they were professional, they were trustworthy and they were friendly. Plus they gave me free oil changes for the life of my lease. What more could I ask for?

Hubert Markowski was extrememly helpful and friendly. I felt very comfortable working with him. He made purchasing my new Nissan Altima painless and stress free. Hubert is a true asset to Haldeman Nissan. Its important to feel that the salesman is working for you and Hubert didnt treat me as just another customer, he treated me like a close personal friend. Paul was extrememly helpful and friendly. I did not feel pressured to buy and felt extremely comfortable working with him. He made the the whole concept of purchasing an automobile painless and not at all stressful....he is a true asset to Haldeman Nissan. For the buyer it is important to feel that the salesman is working for them and Paul had that ability. I would recommend him to anyone of my friends and family that was looking to purchase a car.

General Manager George Brunath sold used Nissan Versa last winter and when, in the spring, I discovered that the air conditioner did not work, Brunath refused to acknowledge the defect. While the story is not over, but I would not recommend this dealership.

I have only owned Fords and Nissan,all purchased from Haldeman Ford and Haldeman Nissan.I have always taken my cars to the dealer for service. In all my past experiences I have never felt do confident that everything that is done really needs to be done. Charlotte explains everything in detail and in language that I can understand. She tells me what is the most important service to do and why. I am on my own and often car repairs can be overwhelming, but Ialways feel she goes beyond customer satisfaction, and thatis what will keep your customers returning for service.Charlotte is the sweetest person. She takes the time to answer allquestions and explain everything that is being done. It is an actual pleasure to bring my car in for service and that says a lot about her. I hope she never leaves.

I wanted to the door switch replaced for 99 Quest and was quoted $135 for part and $58 for installing it.First they ordered wrong part number and then they ordered wrong colour and finally after 8 days of wait they charged me $180 just for installing the switch( I was quoted $58 initially).At my second appointment when I took the vehicle to them only the driver side window was stuck in the down position and everything else was working. They took in the vehicle into the garage and realized that they had ordered the wrong part. They returned the van back to me and said they need to order again. At that point I realized that several options(passenger/driver side door locks, moonroof, power seats, passenger side window were all inoperable. I showed this the service guy and he said that "all these option are not working because the security code was disabled and we will reset it when you come back next time for your window switch".I few days later I checked if they have received the part and they said they have rcvd it but it is wrong color. They asked me to wait for few more days.After few days I went for installation and that time the technician feigned ignorance about my non working (passenger/driver side door locks, moonroof, power seats, passenger side window ) and made me pay "$180 for finding that a 30 AMP fuse under the hood had blown".

I can't say enough good things about Haldeman Nissan during the car purchasing portion of my experience. I was trying to get out of a bad car deal from the previous year and the folks and Haldeman Nissan went above and beyond to help. That is, until problems started creeping up in the pre-owned car just weeks after taking ownership of the car. I took it to get fixed three times, most of the repairs were covered under warranty, however, my last repair was not. The rear speaker was disconnected and cracked and was not working. When I took it to get fixed, it was not covered under warranty and I had to come out of pocket to get it fixed. I pleaded for assistance from two managers and the general manager and found ZERO satisfaction. The prices charged for basic services are three times as high as even other Nissan Dealers. After leaving my car to them, I was called in one hour later and quoted outrageous estimates for several basic services ($1000 for one set of brakes???) I went to retrieve my vehicle and was charged a $100 fee for the 'diagnosis'. I will never take my Nissan Maxima there again.

I went to Haldeman for an oil change and it ended up costing me $1600 for various other services that I was told I needed. I feel the price is extremely high for labor. I paid $1138 for labor and $362 for parts. Honestly I feel taken advantage of as a woman. I trusted in the dealership to do the right thing. I had transmission flush, brake flush, engine oil flush with labor of $100 for each. Outer CV boots a labor of $512. At the time I did not want to neglect my quest so I gave permission to have the job done on the aspect that this absolutely needed to be done. Now I am finding out I did not have to have all these services for my quest. Needless to say I will not be returning to Haldeman.

The speedometer stopped working and the check engine light on my Quest turned on. I took it to Firestone and they told me that once the speed sensor was replaced, the check engine will turn off. They could not do the work because it was a dealer only part, but they said it should cost me no more than $200 w/ labor.So I took it to Haldeman. That day, the called me at work and told me that it was a bad know sensor that was causing my check engine light to turn on and that it would cost me almost $1000 to fix. I declined and just told them to replace the speed sensor. And wouldn't you know it, my check engine light miraculously turned off!!! 3000 miles later, it's still off and I still have the same knock sensor.
