Just had a great buying experience at this dealership on a 2016 Jeep Renegade with sales rep, Ricardo M. He was not pushy and extremely easy-going - basically the opposite of what you fear going into a car-buying situation. He knew the differences in the models and was very patient as my wife and I made decisions on what we wanted. We ended up feeling comfortable enough to close the deal quickly and drive off the lot in a brand new ride. I cannot speak yet to the quality of servicing of the vehicle, but so far so good!

Joe Wright helped me find my new Jeep, which I Iove. The dealership can get a bit chaotic but working with Pablo was a great experience. This was the first day of my boyfriend and I's car shopping. We ended up at RT 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge after a very disheartening experience at another dealership in East Hanover near our home. Ricardo helped us find the exact Jeep Grand Cherokee we had seen online and had us in the finance mangers office in an hour tops after going through all the paperwork. While we were in talking to the finance manager Ricardo had the Jeep washed, gas tank filled, and parked on the side ready to go. He also helped me out getting my insurance information all set up. I was more than impressed with his professionalism and I guarantee I will be recommending RT 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge to everyone.

I went to 46 Jeep to "look" at a new Grand Cherokee. I was greeted and introduced to Erik Valentino. I did a test drive. Within 30 mins, we had a deal. I didn't feel pressured and Erik and his manager Bill worked to get me to where i wanted to be with my payments. No pressure, no hassle, and most of all, very comfortable show room. Just brought home a new Mitsubishi and could not be happier with the service. From the Internet contact person Josh, to the the receptions Andrea, the sales dude Dre Mikell, and last but not least the finance guy. I got quick help, all my questions were answered, called my insurance on the spot, got the financing, and out the door in what has to be a record time for me. This is my 4th new car, so I have a bit of experience. I got a great price, and finance rate. They took care of the plates and registration, so all I had to do was drive home.

I purchased a car fro Route 46 in March 2016. I have had a horrible experience with the finance manager and wanted to make sure others were aware. After purchasing the vehicle protection plan, my insurance company notified me that the plan was not needed because insurance covers what the protection plan would. I called and emailed in my cancellation request to the finance manager and was told it would take 6 weeks to process. 2 1/2 months later, my bank didn't get a refund check. I called the finance manager, left messages, sent an email, had the assistant leave a note on the finance managers desk and nothing was responded to. I finally had to go into the dealership and was completely disrespected. He acknowledged that he had received my email and the note that was put on his desk and when I asked why he didn't reach out to me, he shrugged and didn't have an answer. I was not apologized to and I was spoken to very inappropriately. I would caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle protection plan from this dealership.

Great Experience with the Parts/Service department. But a terrible experience with the Sales representitive. From delayed responces, to a customer system that doesnt communicate well or are in sync with each other; From Chat, to the 800 number and then to actual sales team seem to be all out of sync. All in all a terrrible experience, and not at all waht i had expected from a previous possitive view on the dealer My Story: Although I am used to great service on the Part/Service side, I also assumed the same on the sales side. At first i figured the same. Boy was i wrong! I was used to great communication with general follow calls and check in calls, one day i received call asking if i would consider upgrading my vehicle. Coincidently my family is growing so i considered looking into it. I inquired through the chat option on the site and was connected with Marvin Belton. After several unsuccessful attempts in connecting we finally managed to connect. We managed to chat and everything was looking real goo. He was helpful and accommodating, and managed to get me a deal for an early lease return at a good price and also got me deal for a Durango which worked out well for my growing family. All was good it thought. This all happened on a Wednesday morning. Although we were still trying to work in a remote start on the deal I was ready to sign that day. Marvin made it clear that the deal on the table was a deal the "manager" wanted to move o asap as they were losing money on it. Whatever the case was I was ready to sign that day. Marvin told me to hold that he would work it out, to wait , "besides the car wasn't there and we had to wait to next week". After giving Marvin 4 days( Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday) i reached out on Tuesday ( Via text message) and received a very unprofessional response from him. All in all i felt i was taken for a ride. A ride that has left me with a bad taste in my mouth and leaning towards never dealing with Route 46 Chrysler again. i hope this long review is take seriously as i am an existing customer who originally had given 5 stars and am shocked to be disrespected and unappreciated. This is very unfortunate.

I brought my new 6 month old Jeep into be checked for a rattling noise in the sunroof track. I was told it should take 2-3 days by the service advisor assigned to me. The service advisor said he would call me with an update in 24 hours. Do you think I received a call? After calling and numerous VM later on day 4 I was informed the service advisor had a death in the family and will be out of work. My response was I am sorry to hear but that doesn't mean my vehicle should sit until he gets back. Once I got a hold of the service manager I was informed the whole track had to be replaced. He would place the order. Come to find the tracks are back ordered (on a brand new vehicle). The manager was unable to provide a timeline of when the track would come in. 16 days later I was contacted by my the original advisor to come pick up the vehicle. I go and "pick up" test the sunroof and it doesn't close. As I begin to realize the sunroof is stuck open I notice the plastic headers on both sides of the Jeep are falling off. I immeditely go back inside and they are in shock. They take the Jeep back into the garage and advise they would call me once its fixed AGAIN. Next day they call to tell me everything was fixed and to come pick the Jeep up. Once back at the dealership I test the sunroof visor first. It doesn't close at all. I don't even test the sunroof before going into the service department to get a service advisor because naturally mine is not there. the advisor comes out and is in shock yet again. He then asks me to try the sunroof itself. As I press open. This horrific sound of crunching metal occurs. The service manager in shear panic as I am covering my head. We both look up to find the track completely folded up. Needless to say I am still without my 2016 Jeep Cherokee that I have had for 6 months.

I recently bought two cars for my wife and daughter. So I needed a car for me, but wanted a used car to save money. I did the car ads and google searches, but was not comfortable doing all the research. I reached out to the salesman that helped us, Mr Dean Puleo. I told him I wanted to buy a used car and he assured me that buying used from Route 46 will give me piece of mind a complete car fax and strong service before the vehicle leaves the lot. I bought used but was treated like the car was new. I had no intention of buying on Saturday, 3/26, but things worked out. The finance department manager, Frank Miracle, remembered me, and with his help, worked out a deal that I felt was fair and affordable. I purchased a 2014 Cherokee Trailhawk. The truck is awesome and with the 4 year warranty that Frank got me I have a super car, great payments and piece of mind. Mr Puelo was so patient allowing me time to make up my mind even though everyone was constantly asking him questions and borrowing his drill and asking where things were. Dean is an extraordinary salesman and in my opinion should be at the big desk. The service center sold me, because of the man i met Sal B. I am getting work done and his courtesy of using him and not after market is a big reason.

Staying away from this dealership. Communication was good with them prior to my visit. Terrible customer service when going through the process. Was told to come in and ask for someone, who never even introduced himself. Was handed off to a salesperson who showed me the vehicle, test drive, etc. I wanted to see a specific model that showed in stock, but was sold days prior. When the deal was presented and I followed up with questions and concerns it was as though it was a hassle for them. Responses from the salesperson where unprofessional. This process tends to be tricky but when you are trying to make a deal it would be a lot easier to speak with someone who actually listens rather than someone who's rude and unprofessional. Definitely not wasting my time with this dealership.

Had the most wonderful car buying experience! Dean and his teammate Dave were great salesmen with a ton of experience and a very large knowledge base of their products to back that up. I just purchased my second jeep from route 46 chrysler, jeep, dodge, I received an amazing trade in value for my old jeep and a great price for my new one! I can tell you that when it comes time to get my third jeep I will return to Rt 46, this guy gives them 2 thumbs up!

I had been shopping around for a quality pre-owned vehicle for a few months and was getting discouraged b/c of the experiences I was having at other dealerships. When I walked into Route 46 CJD it was completely different - Ed Harney (sales consultant) was so great, he totally went above and beyond for me along with his Manager Mike Arrante. Buying a car is a huge invested and Route 46 CJD was not pushy, worked with me on every aspect and I left very pleased with my Jeep Liberty.

Thank God for this place!!!! I thought I was never getting a car in my favor. Couldn't decide between financing or leasing. They must have the worst system on the planet. They take your car and then give you no information. You call in the morning and they tell you only one person can tell you your status and he does not come in until 1PM so that means there is no one else in the entire department that can help you. What if that person calls out sick . Then you are stuck. Now I don't know if I have to rent a car or not because they will not give me any information. With todays technology, should't they have a automated system . The worst part about this is the car has less then 4,000 miles on it. This is not the way to do business. The key in customer service is to keep your customer informed every step of the way, instead of keeping them in the dark. Do something about this. I bought 3 minivans from this dealership. After this experience I will never buy a single thing from this dealership.

My son, my daughter in-law and I came to the Route 46 dealership to do a lease buyout on my son's Honda CRV. I had in mind to spend only a certain amount of money on the lease and Felicia and Carlos were able to help me do just that. We spent all day there as these things do take time and the entire experience was pleasant. Both Felicia and Carlos have wonderful work ethic and are hard working and kind. I ended up consigning the finance on my son's new Dodge Durango as with my credit I was able to get a better price then my daughter in-law alone. They took every measure to give us the lowest possible price as well as keeping us satisfied throughout the day in more than the sense of the car. All of these issues were on our minds as my wife and I walked into the showroom at Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM. Our salesman, David ONeal, was personable, sincere and trustworthy. We had very specific interests and pricing ideas, and he immediately went to work, identifying a vehicle that exceeded our expectations. Along those lines, Ill just say, if youre one of those people who prefer to browse the lot, looking at cars by yourself until you are ready to make a deal, you are going to be missing about A GAZZILION vehicles they have parked in their remote lot in Wayne. There are literally hundreds and hundreds of cars out there. Anyway, back to David; so we gave him our specs, he researched the inventory, and found almost the exact Jeep we wanted. He took us out to their remote lot, found the Jeep, and I drove it back to the showroom, were we would negotiate terms. I came in with a number I thought was fair, gave David the research that supported my offer, and told him we brought cash for a down payment. I asked David if he thought he could get it done for that number. He said honestly, he didnt know, but he would try for us and he would show his manager our research. We crossed our fingers as he walked off. Ten minutes later he walked back with John Sweeney, who told us we had a deal. We shook on it there and he backed it up. We LOVE our new Jeep, I couldnt be prouder to drive it. We cant say enough about the consummate professionals at Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM. Thanks, gentlemen. We will be back!

It just so happened though, that we had a car die on us, and had no choice but to be looking. We had done our research, had presented an offer at a competing Jeep Dealer, and had been disappointed with a sales experience that left us feeling cheated. But by the time we left, some 2 hours later, we were on top of the world and driving a brand new Jeep Unlimited Sahara, at the price we wanted and an experience that restored our faith in car dealers, sales, management and finance staff. Without doubt, every element of the process was top notch and important to us extremely above board with not the slightest feel that we were in the middle of a good-cop, bad cop scenario, that is so common in the car shopping world. My wife and I unexpectedly wandered into your dealership with the intention to poke around to see the current lease prices for a Jeep Cherokee without the intention to make a commitment that evening. The plan was to visit several dealerships, assess the values presented then make a decision. We encountered Mike Solomon who was very professional and accommodating. He presented us with a variety of options and figures. The pricing for comparable vehicles at other dealerships were similar. When my wife and I stated we would like to think about the offer, we were blown away by a counter offer if we would make a deal that evening. I must say, "they made us an offer we couldn't refuse". If you are in the market to buy a vehicle made by Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep we suggest you check out Chrysler Dodge on Route 46 in Little Falls, NJ. If you do, specifically ask for a salesman named DEAN. My wife and I did some preliminary research on Dodge vehicles and visited several dealerships. A salesman at one dealership was not really interested in talking to us since we only wanted vehicle information. Another dealership tried to 'strong arm' us into making a vehicle purchase. Another dealership primarily showed us vehicles that were above our decided price range. All of the above made us feel uncomfortable. Now comes Dodge of Rt. 46. We were assigned to the salesman named Dean. He listened to our specific needs and was very polite. He didn't try to strong arm us and checked his inventory to see if a match may be available. We found a car that suited us. He asked us if we wanted a test drive; we agreed. Dean presented us with the numbers concerning actual vehicle cost and then left us alone to decide. We were able to make our decision based on the current information and it was in a relaxed environment. Once again, no pressure. We did buy the vehicle and paid a very reasonable price for it. Again, if you want to receive great dealer service, no pressure, and a good understanding of your vehicle needs, then we strongly suggest you check out Chrysler Dodge on Rt. 46. Do yourself a favor and specifically ask for DEAN.

I have been looking at Jeeps to buy and decided to stop at Rt. 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge first. I am very glad I did. Ed Harney was my sales rep and I don't think I have ever met a more genuine sales person. He was very easy to deal with and wanted nothing but to help me. I was on a very very tight budget and he tried everything he could to help me out. Mike Arrante, the manager also stepped in to address my problem. We ended up making a great deal and I bought the car the next day. I didn't even feel the need to look elsewhere. Rt. 46 C,J,D makes you feel like family when you are there. They also check up on you often after the buying process to see if you are satisfied. I recommend them to anyone!

I a writing on my visit to route 46 Chrysler jeep and eventual purchase of my 2015 grand Cherokee Laredo. We purchased our jeep a little more than 2 months ago . We met with R J Salas. He was a true professional. He never made my wife and I feel like we were pressured into a sale. We walked away with a beaufiful vehicle at a great price within 2 hours. I have returned! I have never owned any other car make than a Chrysler. Today, I came to Rt. 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram to have my 2010 Chrysler Sebring repaired, but fell in love with the Chrysler 2000 and decided go home with this 2016, new Chrysler 200. Raul Roman, Authorized Service Advisor, and Frank Carbone, Business Manager were understanding and patient with me. Robert Van Way, Sales Consultant is another reason why I return to this dealership. He provided me with a thorough detailed presentation and explanation as to why it was in my best interest to trade my old Chrysler Sebring in for this new Chrysler lease. Had my Jeep in for a recall and the service people were fantastic!!! They told me my Jeep would be done around 2:00pm and true to their word it was... Very neat work, would highly recommend,,, The only problem I have ever had was with a recall, I was told I would get a call back when the part was available and I never did... But over all I would highly recommend... I have bought vehicles here and will do it again!!! Their sales team is great!!! Not your pushy buy it now or you loose the deal people... The only problem I have ever had is on Recalls, and it was never receiving a call back when promised... Over all I would never go anywhere else for service or to purchase a vehicle...

Not only did I get an honest knowledgeable salesperson, I truly felt like I was dealing with a friend. My husband and I recently returned a leased vehicle and acquired a new one with the help of Ed Harney. He is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated. He answered all questions asked of him...We can't wait to deal with him again.We transitioned from one vehicle to another based on our family's changing needs. Other salespeople (at another dealership) told us it would be a major headache, if not impossible. Ed educated us on process, presented negatives vs benefits, and provided rationales that absolutely made sense. He was objective and never persuaded us to choose any specific vehicle over another. He presented factual and anecdotal data from his years of experience in the industry. We can't say enough about him. You will be more than satisfied with the service you receive from him. The dealership is great...big and busy, but they accommodate buyers nicely.

Our first buying experience with Route 46 Chrysler Jeep and Dodge was nothing but exceptional. All the staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Our salesmen, Dean, was terrific. He was patient, understanding, easy to talk to, and helped us get the car we wanted for a great price. This dealership does a good job in not making you feel pressured to buy a car on the spot. We spent weeks going back and forth across different dealerships before settling into Route 46 because they simply were the best of all the dealerships we visited. Experienced at 46, was not one of my greatest just to the fact that my dream color in the jeep, the car I originally discussed with the sales person was sold just before I needed to returned for signing final papers, at the same morning I was to go there to sign spoke to the sales representative and car was still there no mentioned that could or be sold . when I got there he comes with the story that the car was sold, very dissapointed, I end up with a car color not of my like and neither with the features that the other car had......Not good

Complete waste of time. Spoke with Melissa on Nov. 18th informing her I was coming from Rochester NY to purchase the Hyundai Genesis Coupe. Said I would be there around 2pm on Nov. 19th. Confirmed via VIN # that the car was still available, and also got a preapproval from their dealership for financing. Called again on Nov. 19th at noon and spoke with Crystal to inform them that I would be a little late due to the weather and traffic, confirmed again that the car was available, and that I will be there by 3pm. Arrived at 3, met with David and was told the car was sold. I drove over 5 hours in the rain to be told the car was sold, and not one apology was given. I don't even understand their logic behind selling the car to someone else. They're a business and needs to sell the car, I understand that, but they knew I was coming from out of state, had a preapproval, with the intent of buying the car, I wasn't going to just show up and NOT buy the car. Yet they didn't even have the decency to at least hold the car until I arrived. I can't even comprehend how a business or any person can have such a complete disregard for another person's time and money.

This is an incredible dealership. The head of the service department is top notch (Mark Luzniak), he is probably one of the best diagnostic people I have ever met. I trust him totally. For the second time in 2 years, MIKE MANGANO had changed the course my wife and I's lives. Our trip last year was as an engaged couple looking for a second car so I could get a second job to afford our wedding. We had no credit, but Mike made sure we got a car that was perfect for us. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! I have a 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 that i brought in for service. To be specific repair of front right control arm, drive axle, and strut. As of today they have my car for a combined 20 DAYS in the last 6 weeks!!!!! ( DAVE was my service adviser) After the repairs which initially took 15 days i had to bring it back because the new strut was squeaking. They now how it 5 additional days after my appointment date totaling 20 days now. When i ask for a courtesy car, each time they told me there are none available for the next two weeks. They don't keep you updated, ignore your calls, don't return messages, when you reach them they keep telling you they are working on the car but when you ask them whats wrong with the car exactly they tell you they don't know yet ( its on the lift), give you excuses such as "We are behind. It will be finished tomorrow. Almost finished. My parts truck didn't come in till 1PM today. We cant find the problem. We have to do more research into what may be wrong. Your warranty company may investigate the issue and say you got into an accident resulting in you paying them back for previous repairs." The most popular thing they say is " ill get back to you in about an hour" Never call you back. Than you call several times and the service adviser doesn't get back to you.. Finally you're told he left for the day.!!! The assistant manager is of little help because he only convinces the service adviser to call you, and it only goes back to the same excuses.... I am at a point where i am coming in there tomorrow, demanding my car, calling the president of the company, and calling corporate. Terrible service from this location. Once i get my truck back I am NEVER coming back here again!!!

I was interested in a used vehicle that this dealership had listed, but only one exterior picture was posted, and I wanted to know what style of interior the vehicle had--all black, or black and brown. It took me 3 days to get a response to my phone calls and e-mails, but I was eventually told that the interior was all black. Not living in the area, I had my sister and brother-in-law go 30 minutes out of their way only to find that both the exterior and interior colors were different than both what was advertised and what I was told over the phone. In addition to these frustrations, I now receive automated e-mails from the dealership that portend to be sincere personal notes from the sales personnel. Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

The only thing was they could not find the second key but they immediately solved the problem without us having to call them. They called us and told us when to come in and pick up the key. WOW! From the moment I walked in at the front desk, to the moment my sales rep saw me off the lot, I was greeted with nothing but smiles and excellence! While I wish that they had had the vehicle I was originally looking at on their website, my sales rep took the time to show me other cars in their inventory, and I managed to find a Grand Cherokee that was a few years older, but had more amenities, for the same price as the one I was interested in, so it worked out well!

I called two days ago to purchase two commercial vehicles. A sales person left me a very nice email with no information in it and failed to answer my questions-did they have them in inventory and did not mention their hours or that she would not be available for two days. I called six times the next day and finally found out that she was not in for a day or two and the receptionist was absolutely unable to figure out how to reach someone in sales for Dodge trucks. I spoke to a half a dozen people via transfers and call backs. When I asked to escalate to a sales manager, receptionist hung up on me. When I called back and left voicemail,in a courteous and trying to buy 60k worth of vehicles, no one has called me back. Maybe they have the vans, maybe they have great prices and service but I will never know if they don't figure out how to take an inbound call from a customer. Hard to believe that the receptionist cannot have a schedule board telling her who is working today and their hours OR who the sales and service managers are in each brand... I suggest that their owner or GM or sales manager, frankly each of them, cold call into their switchboard. they don't tell you their hours and only have options to reach two of their many brands. Maybe invest a few dollars in a system, instruct employees how to leave a voicemail and to have intelligent greetings on their voicemail system and they might sell a few more vehicles.

Right from the start when you walk in you are greeted with a smile. And those smiles and help go all the way to the general sales manger. Our salesman Andy was great to work with and didn't push us to buy. Answered all of our questions and when we couldn't decide and came back a second time he was there ready to answer and help us with more questions. And once we knew what we wanted they looked for the right car to make sure that it had everything we wanted and we came back in 3 days to pick it up. Freshly washed and a full tank of gas.

I've never bought a car from a car dealership before. My first car was given to me as a gift for my 17th birthday. When that car died, I bought my dads car off of him and he upgraded to a new car. Now I'm 24 and was ready to get my first brand new car. I got a 2015 Avenger from Route 46 Chrystler Jeep Dodge and I had a great experience there. My credit is not the best, yet they still managed to get me financing at a low APR and a good monthly payment. I didn't even need a cosigner. You'll be just as satisfied at Route 46! Ask for James. He was the manager I worked with. He was awesome! He made the process so easy. I'd also suggest starting your search online and go through internet sales. They gave me all the information I needed before I was ready to come in.

You HAVE to meet James Turner. He seriously made my leasing experience a 5 star rating. He has a great personality...put it this way...I wasn't planning on releasing a car after 3 years of leasing my Chrysler 300, but after a conversation on the phone with James I had a change of heart. Gabriel Dominguez was my salesman at this Route 46 dealership. As this was my first lease, Gabriel was able to accommodate my tight budget. I've heard horror stories about people being stuck inside dealerships for obnoxious periods of time, Gabriel had my family and I in and out of the dealership in a timely manner. Gabriel really cares about his customers and it shows in the "extra mile" he is willing to take when you arrive at the dealership. When I bought my vehicle it was muggy out and we were expecting rain the next few days, Gabriel told me to bring my car in for a free wash when the rain subsided. Almost 3 years ago I purchased a new 2013 Jeep Wrangler. A week ago I had a concern with a noise coming from the front hood. I called to inquire but service dept. wasn't very helpful, I got a run around. So I decided to visit the dealer. I was instantly greeted by Raul Roman, a service advisor. Raul was great! He answered all my questions and concerns, explained to me that the technicians will give the car a thorough look and the 15K miles maintenance can still be done on the car even though I had missed it. (I setup an appointment.) He also provided me with a shuttle service to work on the day of the appointment, being that all the loaners were booked. I didn't even know the dealership had a shuttle service! (When I first called, I was told there's nothing they can do for me, I did not get the name of whom I spoke to.) Anyways, overall I am very pleased with the service. Raul was very helpful, prompt, knowledgeable, polite, and kind! Thank you again, Raul! And Pauly, who shuttled me to work, was wonderful as well! These guys aren't just about selling you a car; they're great people who make sure that you're happy - even long after the sale has been completed. The car I bought from them was in excellent condition, but there were one or two issues which they handled promptly and without any fuss. I'd buy another car from them tomorrow and I'd recommend them to anyone who's looking to buy a vehicle. I really wanted the Jeep Grand Cherokee and they were able to make it happen within my budget. He was very patient with me as a first time buyer and helped me find a car that was perfect for me . He showed me all the different models and makes and made sure that it was within my price range . He wasnt a push over which is really important . Frank did not pressure me to get the car which was very comforting . I originally had a 2013 Patriot, I leased it from another dealership. I went through a lot of headaches with that dealership. I found Route 46 Chrysler on the internet, the first person I spoke to was Jennifer Rojas, what a sweetheart! I went to the Route 46 Chrysler dealership in Little Falls, soooooo happy that I did. James Turner and Ricardo Matienzo took care of me. They knew what I had been through and they were very sweet, caring and compassionate. I have never walked into another dealership and been treated the way they treated me. If you want to be treated in a professional and caring manner, this is the definitely the dealership to go to. Bought a used vehicle was told I had no choice but to take an extended warranty by the finance guy Victor who had an answer (albeit a bogus one) for everything, and because of him I still don't have my registration (almost 1 month later and the temporary plate has already expired) because he apparently forgot to sign the paperworkVictor is nothing short of an outright liar be very careful if you have to deal with him. My salesman Tom McHugh treated me like a gentleman and was extremely helpful so if you happen to go there ask for him.

After viewing a car I was interested in buying on their internet site I called the sales person and requested details on the vehicle. She gave me some questionable answers based on the pictures I had viewed. I call the following day and spoke to another sales person who told me the vehicle I wanted to see was not the model I was looking for. If you are doing internet sales you definitely need someone on the phones who know the details of a specific vehicle that is for sale.

On 2 occasions now I have contacted this dealership when shopping for a car and both times after taking several days to even respond and use the excuse 'so and so' was off that day, etc. the vehicle they had advertised on Cars.com and on their own website was already sold the previous week or even longer. There is absolutely no sense in contacting a dealership or trusting them to drive to their lot when the vehicle you wish to purchase has already been sold a week or so beforehand. Basically you are only being lured into the dealership by vehicles they don't have in an attempt to sell you one that they do have. It does not take but a few moments to remove a vehicle from inventory online and play everything straight up honest. However this dealership is obviously against putting in the effort to establish themselves as such. Since they did this not only once, but twice, I have decided to take my business elsewhere instead of wasting my time with them.

I put a serious offer on a low- mileage vehicle in February based on a price I saw online. Rather than coming back with a counteroffer, they came back with a song a dance about how the price online isn't accurate because it includes XYZ incentives (that essentially no one qualifies to receive). When I wouldn't budge on my offer because of the advertised price, the sales person told me the next day that it had been sold to another customer who came in for an oil change after I left. Meanwhile, I left at 9: 30 pm on a Friday night and I'm not sure about you, but I don't see someone coming in at that time for an oil change. I was really disappointed and confused and called a couple days later to confirm if the vehicle had actually left the lot and it appears that the sales person managed to include the story about the vehicle being sold in my customer file so that any other rep at the dealership could see and tell me the same. Funny, when another friend called they were told that the car was still available for sale. If that wasn't enough, now one month later, the same exact vehicle is back up for sale (same VIN, mileage, price, etc.). These guys are the reasons that car shopping is so unnecessarily painful. By the looks of how they do business, I dodged a bullet big time! I went to another dealership, got exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted and no hassle! Get it together Route 46.

I went on cars.com looking for a particular used make and model. This dealership had the car I was looking for at the lowest price. I used the message facility link from cars.com and im'ed with a sales person to set up a time to look at the car. Drove 75 miles out of my way to find that the sales person I was told to speak with had no idea I was coming and, after scrambling to find the car, told me that it was not on the lot but in another facility being worked on. Told him I would be back on the weekend. Drove home another 75 miles. 2 days later I called back to make an appointment. I spoke with the sales person again. He was going to check on the car and get back to me. Never heard from him. Decided to rechecked for the car again on cars.com to see if it was still listed (maybe it was sold). It was still listed and in the 2 day period, the price jumped up $2,000. Really??? Don't waste peoples time.

I drove over an hour away to see the multiple used Grand Cherokees that were for sale. I did fall for the online prices, however, the price they gave me was comparable to what I saw at other dealerships. There are many salesmen that are not truthful and will give you a "lower price" with the expense of something else, do not seem to care about the customer but just want to make a sale, and could care less about the needs or request of the customer. Sterling Taylor, the name of the gentleman that helped us today, was honest, understanding, patient, and thorough in explaining the many questions we had about the purchase. Matthew Domzngo was the gentleman who helped us with the financing and was able to fit us with a package that was appropriate to use and understood our needs, not just trying to sell us products that we did not need. I am now a happy owner of a low millage 2012 Jeep and appreciate the extraordinary service I received at this location.

For the 1st time a great car buying experience. Perfect Sales Associate -- MARVIN BELTON - go see this guy, Awesome selection of pre-owned vehicles (priced very competitively), and a beautiful state of the art facility. The place is huge but you don't get that overwhelming feeling. The interaction is very personal and lacking that high pressure sales crap some of us experience at these places. Warnock was great but now they are closed. If I had known Marvin and team here, this would have been my dealership from 2004 till now. Selection is much more than just Chrysler products (Nice luxury cars if your in the market). I had to get a minivan but it's like riding in a new Chrysler 300 - same interior/slick exterior as well.

Without Bill Murillo, I would not be able to drive to my college. He is a completely honest man who will try his hardest to work with anyone that comes up to him. I had the worst experience ever today with the service department. My oil change took 8.5 hours! I called last week to make an appointment for my oil change, I showed up today at 10am for my appointment, by the way I'm also 8 months pregnant, my car was taken in and I was told by Dan it would take about 2.5 hours and he would call me. Luckily I had my mom run some errands with me for that time, 3 hours passed and I received no call. I went back to the dealership and Dan informed me that the oil filter needed for my car was not in stock so they were waiting for it to be delivered. No apology, no update on time, in fact he walked away from me into an employee only door as he was talking to me. I left and waited another 2 hours until I called the back, at that time I was connected to Dan's voicemail, I left him a message to please call me back, no call an hour later so I called again! I was told Dan "stepped out" and I was connected to a female who told me my car wasn't ready yet. I asked her what was the point of making an appointment a week in advance if they weren't going to be prepared with the necessary parts, her explanation "We don't do that so in case you don't show up for your appointment then we aren't left with a part we can't use" ??? WHAT??? Another 3 hours later, my car was ready, still no call or update during that time, a grand total of 8.5 hours. The worst part was I went to the dealership 3 times and called 4 times, at no time did anyone apologize for how long it was taking or even call me with an update, did I mention I'm also 8 months pregnant? It was the most awful experience I have ever had with any dealership in my life. 8 months pregnant, 8.5 hour oil change, 3 trips to the dealership, 4 phone calls, NO UPDATE, NO APOLOGY. I would never suggest this place for purchase of a car, even if the sales people are decent, you will have to deal with the awful service department for years after!

all I have to say is wow. this is worst dealership experience I have ever had in my life. I was searching for trucks on cars.com found a ram 2500 I called the dealership and told them I was interested I live 2 1/2 hours away so I wanted to make sure it was worth the drive and asked how the trucks condition was (any rust, if there were dents) and he said it was good, so I get there and find the truck right before they open. once I saw the truck the only thing I could think was how is dealership still in business. the truck had dents and scratches all over, the interior was ruined, and underneath there was a lot of rust and mud everywhere. at this point I was very upset but still wanted to go talk to sales manager so I go inside and ask for him, an employee brings me to him and sais these people are here to see you so the sales manager who wouldn't even get out of his chair, also would not even look me in the eye tells his employee to deal with us so I go outside with the employee to the truck and even he feels sorry for me, and apologizes for his other employees lies. all I have to say is please never go here save yourself time and money, and don't give these guys the satisfaction of having your business. the employee I talked to at the dealership seemed like a great guy, the manager seemed like complete scum and don't deal with the internet sales there scammers.

THE ONLY REASON we walked away with a car was because of Bill. We went once before an clearly met with an amateur salesperson who almost booted us completely out of the door. After we got an email with a sweet deal we later found out was impossible to get, we met with Bill who got us into the car we wanted for almost the price we wanted...this is still a car dealership : ) The car is great! Could not have been happier with the purchase. I do think we might have gotten a better deal elsewhere, but the no pressure and friendly sales style of Bill Murillo left us with a great experience that will likely make us repeat customers. If only more salesman treated customers as friends instead of prey!

I saw the advertised vehicle on cars.com. It was the vehicle I was looking for at the best price. I submitted a internet inquiry. I saleswoman promptly called the number listed. My wife answered the phone and when she asked who was calling the saleswoman would not tell her. This was the first strike. I asked for some additional photos as the ad only had one photo. 3 days later, several emails and at least 10 calls inquiring about the photos they sent some grainy pics that didn't help me. Getting annoyed, I looked at their reviews to see if I should not deal with this dealer. Several reviews said not to trust the internet price because it is based on discounts very few will qualify for. With this information, I contacted them again and told them that I live nearly 3 hours away, and if they send me a written price quote for the advertised price, I would make the drive. They then told me the vehicle was sold.....which it wasn't. I called back several days later just to check and a different salesperson said it was available. It is also still listed on cars.com - You do the math here !

I bought a car with 24000 miles..come to find out it was in an accident and they did not tell me,,,now with 24400 miles on it ..the engine leaks oil and over heats,,,the transmission bangs loudly when shifting between 2nd and 3rd...brakes are soft ,then it grabs almost putting you through the winshield.....tires where replaced in the front but not the back...not recommended on all wheel drive cars..it will damage the all wheel drive system....this is what I get for being to trusting......my point is this ....THEY KNEW ALLTHIS ...and sold it anyway.....THIS NOT THE TYPE OF PEOPLE YOU WANT TO DO BIZ WITH....NOW THERE GIVING ME AHARD TIME FOR SERVICING THE CAR.....

Bought a Wrangler 4 Door over the July 4th weekend. This dealership makes things happen. Ed Harney is like your favorite uncle... he made this experience as pleasurable as cn be imagined. There is NO pressure and he treats you like you've known him for 20-years. Right from the start you could tell that he was a great guy and he would do anything to help us out! Dealership in general did not seem terrible but the sales rep. Bill Murillo was certainly everything you do not want in a car salesman. He was unprofessional and rude. I feel as though he did not listen to my needs in what I was looking for in a Jeep, he was difficult to get in touch with and did not return calls when he was supposed too. He acted like he was doing you a favor by selling you a car. I ended up leaving and purchasing from the Paramus Jeep,

Recently leased the new 2014 Dodge Durango limited from Route 46 Dodge in Little Falls, NJ. The service and honesty i got from my salesman Bob V., was excellent. After going shopping for this truck for a couple weeks and hearing all the empty promises and lies from other salesman I'm glad i got Bob V.,as my salesman at Route 46 Dodge. As i said he was honest, well spoken and fair, at the end of the day thats all i can expect from a dealer these days. The things i didn't like from this dealership was the cursing i heard going on at the center counter where the financial manger sits. I also heard fowl language from other route 46 dodge employes as they passed by where i was sitting. Normally i wouldn't care but i was there with my 5 yr old son, and it was truly upsetting to hear such unprofessionalism. Finally one last complaint would be the meeting they had during the leasing process. I was literally on the phone with my insurance company sealing the final parts of the lease, and these managers start yelling across the showroom, "Meeting" "Meeting lets go" "Meeting"!! My salesperson along with others immediately got up and literally ran into the meeting room. Im not in retail but common sense dictates if your salesperson is with a customer leave him or her alone, whatever we discuss in this meeting we can fill in that particular employee later, when the customer leaves! Go to Route 46 Dodge in NJ, ask for Bob V, you'll be happy.

I had an appointment today to check my Dodge Grand Caravan 2014 which I bought a month and half ago, a Hispanic service adviser was very rude and unprofessional, my car's problem is that only runs an average of 10 miles per gallon;(this is very costly to me, and for everyone)The adviser said the average is normal because the body of the car is too big (which I don't think so), he refuse to take my car and he said I have to drive it until it reaches 5000 miles; after 3 hours there, the adviser ignoring me, I went to a financial adviser and explain him what was happening, he whispered something to the adviser and finally he took the car. I waited 45 minutes more for a rental car. They brought a Doge Caravan which average is 22.3 per gallon. What a big difference!! And the service adviser treated me like I was an ignorant dumb who expend $36.000 in the Little Falls dealer!!! I don't recommend this dealer to anyone!!

Our salesman, Efrain made the deal. He was courteous, well informed and easy going. He knew what we wanted and informed us of the ups and downs with each product we looked at even before we went to the finance guy. Financing was a breeze. Sales manager was a complete gentleman. If you can believe you can walk into a car dealership and feel no pressure - unbelievable.

I saw a vehicle on their website. I live 45 minutes away, so I called, gave the stock number of the vehicle and asked if it was available. The salesman checked, said it was available and told me to make the drive. 45 min later I arrived and they told me the vehicle was sold. He said the problem was I had spoken to the internet salesman. I've been to Rt 46 Dodge before to lease a 2013 Dodge Dart. I was looking to save some money at the time and Sterling helped me out big time. When I was ready to buy a Dodge Charger I went to sterling again. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and again Sterling made it happen. He was very honest about whats available, what can, and what can't be done. He ended up factory ordering a vehicle for me so it had everything I wanted. I came in and immediately i was greeted by Gabe. He was very friendly and helpful. I wasn't too sure what car i wanted but Gabe showed me a bunch of different models and brands and i immediately fell in love with the patriot. I went to 46 little falls to keep my jeep dealer in paramus honest anddd , I fell in love with them they brought me to their lot of like 10,000 vehicles and i was able to see my ram in every color lined up right next to each other .. Awesome ! then i get my deal 30 dollars a month cheaper than my old dealership and i never even told them about the numbers i recieved from paramus ... great job 46 i told everyone i know to go tou you guys !

I purchased 2 jeeps from this dealership at one time 532 miles later the trans. went on one of the jeeps it took them 18 days to put in a new trans. My daughter bought the same jeep at another location she's paying 45.69 less on the lease then me. They kept me there for over 4 half hour to make a deal just to nickel and dime me. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the second lease my wife & I have done here and the service was phenomenal. The ease of purchase an no hassle makes the experince painless. The sales reps are very professional and really work with you. I would recommend going to Route 46 for all of your purchases or leases. I will continue to purchase all of my vehicles from Route 46. I've puchased several cars for the last 5 years and have always gotten a raw deal got sales guys that really doesn't care about there customers but more about just making a sale. For the first time I was really happy and comfortable with my Sales Rep Mr.Marvin and my Finance Rep Ms. Perez, they looked out for my best interest and better yet after a 3 months i can still go to them and they'll help me with any issue i may have. Mike was a great salesman! He DID NOT try the typical seller tactics that we have all come to expect when you first enter into a car dealership. He was very laid back helped me find my perfect vehicle! And since they didn't have the rims and tires available that i was looking for he special ordered them for me and had them installed at the dealership within a week. I purchased a 2014 Overland Tony Landcaster was my salesperson and he was great. He took his time and made sure I got the best deal possible, he also made sure I was comfortable and happy with my deal.
