The courtesy, respect and professionalism shown by Pedro was extremely refreshing. He took his time, answered all my questions politely. He explained and showed me many different options in vehicles, I felt no pressure in choosing the vehicle. Much Kudos to Pedro The finance manager that assisted me was just as professional and efficient. Great team work. My only complaint was with the young man in the car lot, who was rude and extremely disrespectful. His approach to customer began in such a nasty disrespectful manner. When you as a representative for a company use profanity, other vulgar language and go as far as spitting at customer, public work may not be their best strength. After our interaction with this person, I really wanted to just leave but was convinced to just see how the others in the dealership would treat us. If I had to base my opinion of the dealership on this young man’s lack of respect, the dealership would be in bad shape. Thankful you have others representing your dealership.

On an Upper East Coast road trip in our 2019 Mitsubishi and get a small chip in our radiator. Take it to a dealer in Massachusetts and get it replaced. Break down in the Bronx and no clue what to do. Car gets towed to 46 Mitsubishi and Arthur in the parts department couldn’t be more helpful! He took the time to test everything related to the issue and found the fix. Then he had it road tested to ensure it was safe and would get us safely home the 12000 miles we needed to get to Missouri. Wish he was at our local dealer at home as I would love to have Arthur service my Mirage in the future! Thank you and the whole staff for all your help!

My wife and I worked with Andy Rodriguez on purchasing a new Outlander. He talked us through all the trim levels and we test drove the two that were the best fit for us. This took some time as one of us had to stay in the the dealership to babysit our daughter but at no time did we feel rushed or pressured into making a quick decision. We eventually settled on the GT in black which wasn't on the lot. Andy was able to source one for us in 36 hours.Andy went through all the various financial incentives and after a little back and forth we agreed a price that we were happy with. At all times this was a professional and courteous experience.The finance manager was great and we got the rate as we had discussed and he was very happy to answer our questions.Andy then even helped us load the phone contacts onto the car!I would definitely recommend this dealership and Andy in particular.

I had the pleasure of being greated by the dealership manager at the front door. He introduced me to Ralphy, a sales guy who was patient and professional. I brought them a 2009 Toyota Corolla with 95,000 miles, which I was upside down on and walked out with a 2015 Mercedes GLK! The price and payments were consistent with my research. I am happy with the service here. I plan to recommend this dealership to everyone and if any of my friends and family want a new car, this is the pace to go.

I purchased an used car there, when I pickup up the car it was received extremely dirty and I had to take it back to get it re-cleaned. There were old MnMs and melted candy under the seats, it was disgusting. Issues:- Extremely dirty car, this was slightly fixed after I brought it back.- I was promised a $25 gift card, which was shipped to the wrong address and never received by me. - The manager and dealer promised to fix a ripped leather seat and install a missing seatbelt plastic piece int he rear seat of the car. This was not done.- I was called and a service visit was scheduled to supposedly fix the ripped tear on the seat and install the missing piece. I also asked for the brakes to be checked as there was some shake when the brakes were applied. After sitting for 1 hour and 45 minutes during the service call the service person came up and says nothing was done because they don't have the plastic piece and they'll call me back to install it. The brakes were not checked. The service person asked for where the tear was, so they didn't even look into it.It's been 3 months since I purchased the car. How incompetent can a dealership be when they can't order a piece of plastic.- The service department is not helpful at all and are a waste of time.I was contacted via e-mail, and phone several times to review the dealership. I notified them that if the seat and plastic they promised was not resolved they would not get a good review.I am giving them 2 stars because the sales person did try to help but at the end the seat has the rip or the plastic piece which I will order myself. I will go elsewhere for service.

These people are liars who try to lure people in by posting prices on the Internet and then when you go in to buy the car that's not really the price. Price goes up by 6000. Lying deceitful people. And then start talking about you in Spanish not knowing that I the customer could understand every word. No good dirty lying people!

I love my Outlander and I had a wonderful experience here with my salesperson, Ralph Vassallo. He was pleasant, patient and professional at all times. He understood my financial situation and strove to create a deal that worked for me. He has been thorough in explaining how the vehicle runs and how the purchase process proceeds. He's always been available personally to answer my questions by phone. I would recommend him without reservation.Of course it would be better for the planet to be driving a smaller vehicle, but if you need the room at least this vehicle has an Eco mode so you can burn less gas than you would otherwise. I understand Mitsubishi is developing a solar car, so maybe someday we'll all be able to drive vehicles as large as we want without worrying about harming the planet.

I originally went to the dealership looking for a use car that I saw on-line and of course it was not available. The sales lady Natalia Topia took her time showing us a variety of used cars, she was very helpful and patience and not pushy (I appreciated her not being pushy) After not being happy with the used cars that I saw, she suggested that we test drive the new Mirage and Lancer. After a few back and forth negotiating the payment and interest rate, I ended up purchasing a New 2016 Lancer. The only negative thing about the whole experience was that went I got home, we open the hood and truck of the car and it was dirty, it was dusty and it had leaves inside and around the trunk, the windshield fluid bucket was nearly empty. I think They should do a better job on that, other than that I had a pleasant experience.

I was skeptical with my history that I'd be able to get into the car I needed, but from the start Gino Silva sat me down and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. With no judgement of my credit history he assured me one way or another he would get me into the truck I needed. It did not take long, we test drove my pre owned truck and made a deal! Ralph was pleasant and patient as he taught me about the vehicles and helped create a deal that fit my situation. I love my Outlander! However, I wish Mitsubishi would create an option that runs on renewable energy (not electricity as a plug-in will probably still rely on dirty energy). Why not lead and create vehicles that run on solar or hydrogen power?

After a couple turn downs at different dealers, I landed at Route 46 Mitsubishi, where Jajuan helped me throughout the whole process. Long story short, I ended up with a even newer car than the one I was looking for, at a very competitive price and excellent APR (considering my credit).I must admit I was a little pessimistic in the beginning, but Jajuan made sure the process was smooth and I left driving my new vehicle. Overall; outstanding customer service and professionalism, not to mention the whole staff was very nice and courteous at all times.I will definitely recommend Rt 46 Mitsubishi to anyone looking for a vehicle.

He promised to give the details next day he was in. I called him several times and he never responded I texted him and he said I'm busy w customers. Bought my first new car from Rt 46 Mitsubishi in June, 2016. I was very pleased overall with the entire process. I called the day before to make an appointment with a sales rep and I was kindly greeted immediately when I entered the dealership and was into a car within ten minutes. I test drove a few cars, and the salesman was extremely helpful in finding a car that was right for me, and my budget! My salesman, Mario, was extremely helpful, kind, and professional. His customer service skills were noteworthy. I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone. I went in for a used car and left with a brand new one! No complaints

Upon walking in, I was skeptical about how much this place could really do for me. The dealership itself is small but I have heard good things so I decided to give it a try. I immediately spoke with a salesman named Troy and instantly liked him. He was kind and extremely understanding that I wasn't sure if I was really ready to purchase or not. He was willing to work with me either way and help me in any way he could. I test drove a couple cars before finally deciding on the first one I looked at, the mirage. I came in on a whim and ended up speaking with a nice gentleman, Duane Martinez. He explained my options and what each option (buying new, used and leasing) and I was amazed to hear how much he knew about his product. Most salesmen you talk to don't really know what they're selling you and they just say anything they can to make the sale but I was pleasantly surprised with Duane. If I could give negative stars I would. It was my first car buying experience and I will never go there again. The salesman only tried to get me in and out of there as quick as possible. And when I didn't decided on my car and after I had paid for it they told me I could not take it home. When I proceeded to ask for my money back they said they could not return it so I was pretty much trapped into buying a car I could not leave with, and then they began to get rude with me. I was told they were going to detail it for me which they did not. I'm suppose to be getting free service done for my car and every time I call to set an appointment with them it goes straight to voicemail and I never hear back from them. They also proceeded to sneak in somehow me paying for my so called free car service which I still have never gotten from them because they do not return my calls. Overall I will give them -5 stars and I will make sure to never go back there again or to let anyone in my family or any of my friends or even my enemys to go there. Im writing this review in hopes that I will also save you the trouble from having to deal with this horribly rude dealership. Best regards from one pissed off first time buyer and last time customer.

They had a 2010 Chyrsler 300C that I was interested in and a few days later I noticed a price drop on Cars.com I then called the dealership to make sure the car was still available.and confirm the price. Well that's where the "fun" started. The real price for the car was $2000 more then as advertised unless of course you previously bought a car from the dealership and were trading that same car in on the new car. No where does this info show up on Cars.com. To make matters worse I kept getting phone calls from the dealership asking me to come and test drive the car without any consideration on the pricing. Finally get a voice message from Mario telling me he has "great news" for me so I think they finally decided to offer me the car at the advertised price. Wrong! I'm done playing games with this dealership.

Went to the dealership after speaking with a gentleman that seemed very helpful and willing to help. Drove over an hour to look at a used car and trade one in. I have negative equity but was beyond willing to happily have it roll over to a new loan on a vehicle I actually wanted and was willing to accept whatever crappy interest rate was offered being that my credit isn't the best and every crappy unwanted fee and nonsense included in getting a used car. On top of that my car is literally in brand new shape and a newer car as apposed to the one that I was actually interested in trading it in for. Fact is he didn't want to hear what I had to say, he wasn't willing to work with me nor did he even care that I was sitting in front of him. To be honest I felt as though every last word that came out of my mouth to him was a waste of his own time. His response to me was you made a mistake got something ya didn't want, so now deal with it and just get on with life.......any sales man would have eaten me up and taken every bit of advantage of me and the sick part is that I was willing. He made it clear that if I didn't have thousands of dollars to toss into the highest end vehicle that would make him upfront cash and profit that he didn't want to be bothered. In all seriousness I'm very fair and would never and probly have never left a review let along a bad one but this was the overall worst experience and biggest disappoint I've ever experienced.

Drove 2.5 hours to 46 Mitsubishi to look at a used vehicle they had advertised. There had been some phone and email exchanges beforehand, so there was plenty of opportunity for them to accurately describe the car, and they knew we were coming to have a look, so there was plenty of time for them to prep it. But when we arrived, the interior was dirty (not just needing a sweeping, but dirty seats, door panels, etc.), it reeked of cigarette smoke, and there was some very obvious body damage that was beginning to rust where the paint had been damaged. Our salesman at first acted like he didn't see anything wrong with the car, instead just assuming we'd want to take it for a test drive. When we pointed out the issues, he simply stated that it would all be taken care of, but gave no specifics. I have no idea how they could offer this car for sales without these things being addressed first. Anyway, after then trying to upsell us a different vehicle that we didn't want, he gave us the news that their advertised price is actually some sort of "coupon price" that only previous customers of theirs would qualify for. You'd think they might have mentioned that when discussing price over the phone.All in all, we wasted an entire day on this deceptive and unprofessional outfit, and I simply had to take this opportunity to warn others. Not sure how this place gets the positive reviews that it does, but my experience was awful.

I visited 46 Mitsubishi during their Labor Day special sale! I thought it would be super busy but much to my surprise, they were very organized and handled the crowd very well. All the special finance salesmen were busy but jajuan assured me that it would not be long before he helps me. I waited 10-20 minutes tops which was no problem considering how busy they were. Jajuan was very kind, he helped me step by step to see where I wanted to be monthly as well as what car would fit my interest. we decided to go with a ford explorer. he was very patient with me and assisted me throughout my purchase. I left that day with a beautiful 2011 ford explorer. and I could not have been any happier with my car and the service! thank you so much Mitsubishi!!

I decided to stop in because my daughter is going to college in the fall and will be needing a vehicle. nothing too expensive, it being her first car. Worst experience in parts department ever. I ordered a paint to my car and I received a different color its terrifying good I did not apply this to a car before checkout. When I asked to shipped me new one home because I live an hour drive from dealer and it was their mistake they refuse. Never going back there again.

Alex thormes and luis tejada were the best help I have ever received. I walked in this dealership a quarter after 8. I was doing circles around route 46 looking for this hidden gem and ended up walking in very late. despite the time, alex thormes greeted me like he was under no time limit. he sat me down at his desk and I was very interested in the outlander. I have 3 kids who are all athletes and therefore needed a vehicle with a lot of space. alex agreed with me that the outlander would be a great choice. he walked the lot with me to see the different colors and options they had. I found a beautiful midnight blue outlander and made my mind! unfortunately the banks were closed, but I was so thankful that both alex and luis did not turn me away for showing up at such a late hour. you don't find that now a days

I had stated that we had been lost for the past hour looking for this dealership which is why we got there at 8:45pm. I felt bad, but Jajuan assured me it was alright and sat down with me. I finally had a day off for me to go car shopping, i was excited because i had the whole day to take my time i was looking for something with a third row seating. When i had visited this mitsubishi dealership, Duane Martinez was the Sales rep that assisted me. He showed me the Outlander. I immediately fell in love with the vehicle. Knowing i have very poor credit, i spoke with Trish Edmondson, the special finance manger and she was more than kind enough to take time out of her busy schedule to sit down and see what i needed. After walking the lot with her personally, we wrote down some stock numbers that i was interested in and she paired me up with chris dasilva, a special finance sales rep. they both assisted me to the fullest and i left that day with a beautiful honda accord!! seriously one of the best dealerships i have been to, definitely worth stopping by.!!

I had several phone calls and emails inviting me over to Mitsubishi on route 46. i decided to set an appointment, and i even ended up going in a half hour early, however, Chris Dasilva saw me right away. no wait. he made me feel right at home and the dealership at whole was very friendly. Since moving to the US permanently from Canada the family has been looking for a good quality used car. I found the car I was looking for, a 2015 used Tahoe, at Route 46 Mitsubishi. I wanted to speak to the top person in charge and got in touch with Mike Ko, the General Manager of the store. At first he came off pretty rough by not coming down from his price. I was a little upset, but he asked me, "Luis, if you had something that nobody else had and a lot of people wanted, would you sell it to the lowest bidder?" I can't say he didn't make sense, but he did offer to pick me up from the airport. Once I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle was ready for me to test drive and we wrapped it up very quickly. I finally got to meet Mike and he's actually a pretty funny guy and really knows his stuff about cars. I would recommend anyone who is not looking to get jerked around to go see the guys at Route 46 Mitsubishi for a new or used car.

My son received a scratch off card in the mail with their black tag sales event. Pull a matching pair and you win.... well he did and "won" $2500.00 so he thought. Once I got there to see if it was true since he clearly had a match they said well in the fine tiny print it does not matter that you matched winning numbers....you have to match this number next to his name with a number on our wall behind the desk. This is one of the worst run, poorly put together, misleading campaigns I have ever seen. I would never buy a car from this dealership ever! They must be desperate and not only got me upset but there were two other people in the showroom with their "winning numbers" and came to win a $5.00 gift certificate instead of what they thought they really won. We all said this is BS and one of the sales people said they are getting a lot of complaints. Do not buy a car from them or you will get stuck. If this is how they run a campaign then I shudder to think how they run their cars!!!

I dont recommend you to come to this dealer I went on saturday to look around and Mario Santos began to talk and eventually made me do all the credit check etc... After I told him I was going to think about it since he kept on bringing whatever was convinient for him and raised all the prices of the vehicle. He called me more then 20x emails o gosh..HE IS A LIAR HE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO SALE HE LIES TO TRY TO TRICK YOU... I ended up going back and was actually going to make the deal left everything because since my credit was not as great I had to wait for the bank approval. He initially told me everything is ready come back tommorow because we are putting new breaks. The next day I called he told me everything is ready but i have a lot of people can you come tommorow and pick it up. I waited the extra day and guess what Luis Tejeda told me that I wasnt approved., AND THANKS GOD THEY DIDNT DO THEIR JOB BECAUSE I AM NOW RIDING A 2015 HONDA I WENT TO HUDSON HONDA AND GOT THE BEST SERVICE EVER!!!!! Thanks god MARIO SANTOS DIDNT MAKE A COMMISION OF MY MONEY!!! Dont go to this place

I walked in on a hot day stressed out, my 4 year old son was with me as well. He was throwing a fit and i was afraid it would annoy the whole dealership. But route 46 mitsubishi had a lounge with a tv that entertained my son while i was speaking with Mario. He knew exactly what i wanted and worked with the price i could afford! Awesome experience. I ended up missing my appointment at route 46 mitsubishi, however when i did get to go in a couple hours later, Chris DaSilva, whom i had the appointment with was not even mad! I went in at 8:15pm when they closed at 9pm. Although they were near the closing hour, he did not rush me. He was a very informative sales rep with a great personality. Chris even stayed until 10pm when all my paperwork was finished and let me drive away with the car that day! greatly appreciated and would definitely recommend to others

By far the best car buying experience EVER!!!!! My experience at Route 46 Mitsubishi was phenomenal! My salesman Christopher Da Silva was well educated and very informative about the different vehicles I test drove. Although purchasing a vehicle is known to be a long drawn out process, I didn't feel stressed out one bit, Chris, made me feel comfortable and was very accommodating. I test drove at least three cars before I found the one I wanted. Nevertheless, Chris was more than happy to grab each car with a smile. When it was time to purchase the vehicle he worked with me the whole time to make sure I was happy. He helped me understand and made the process pretty painless and didn't pressure me into any additional services/ warranties. However, taught me the importance of the warranty and what it covers. Although I declined the warranty he did not try to sway my decision. It was such a pleasure working with this dealership. In fact, my brother came back a few days later and traded his car in! We saw Chris again because of course he was AWESOME last time! Chris did his magic and we experienced the same level of professionalism . I really can't say one bad thing about this dealership or their employees. All I can say is I never wrote a review, but I truly felt the need to express my experience. We came to the Route 46 Mitsubishi on Feb 21 to test drive the Outlander ES 7 seaters, after making an appointment with Staling (Ralphy) Almonte. We came with my all family (wife and 2 kids). Very nice welcome from the staff. With Ralphy the test drive went very smooth, we didn't plan to buy on the spot, however Ralphy was so helping us and re-assurring us with great deal and all that, and therefore we decided to buy on the spot the brand new Outlander ES. No hassle from paperwork and payment perspective. Ralphy has been very helpful and great salesman. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ralphy to anyone. Beside the waiting room is so cozy for the kids (popcorn, TV etc) that we can leave them during the whole process. Thanks Ralphy !!!

Came to see what the big deal about the new Outlander Sport was all about and met with Alex Thormes, a sales representative there at the dealership. Alex spent about three hours showing me all about the Outlander Sport and I was very impressed with what he had to say, as most of it was right on the money with what was written online. I was even more pleased that he honored the Edmunds price certificate that I printed out and brought in. Overall, though the deal did take some time, I got exactly the vehicle that I wanted at a price that was right. Josue Alvarado handled the final paperwork and we purchased some additional accessories for the vehicle. I was very pleased with my experience and I would recommend this dealership and the staff members I mentioned fully. Thank you for all the assistance Alex and Route 46 Mitsubishi!

I called on 2/2/15 to schedule an easy n simple oil change the service rep said no prob hell schedul me for 2/11/15. I arived at the service center at 7:45 am 1st cust here and its now 11:00 oclock and my car is still just sitting there in the garage. I found out from a tech that the oil filter needed for my car was not ordered. Really!!! Almost 2weeks and they couldnt have the descentcy to let me know that the oil filter isnt available? Horrible,horrible service dept never will i ever recomend this place to nobody not even my worst enemy. Oh and on top of that i lost $290 day of work.! S_T_A_Y A_W_A_Y!!!!

"Read the fine print and watch out for discounts trap"Through online chat got a quote for $14,977, 2009 HONDA Odyssey. Confirmed with the online sales representative, that the price is for everybody and no discount gimmicks. I drove for an hour to get to this dealership and my friend and I were made to stand for about 10 mins with no one to attend to. A salesperson then assisted us and asked if I know the price is $3000 more if you don't qualify for discounts. I said I don't since I double checked the same through online chatting.Sales representative did not not even bother to even talk about other options/cars that may fit my needs, but just said "come on this Honda odyssey" and how can you get it for this price. It was "very unpleasant experience".

Jim Cavuoto really helped us out in a huge way. He has a huge heart and is very knowledgeable on how to make a deal. We walked in needing to get out of a high payment finance and walked out in a brand new car with little money down and our payments cut in half on a lease. We had a bad experience with this dealer. They listed a car online, and after I inquired about it, they called me so I could go see it. After I got there, the same representative who called me, told me that the car was sold 2 days before. They only wanted me to go there to offer me something more expensive. And a week later, the car was still posted online. I think they do that to a lot of people.

My boyfriend, his dad and I went to this dealership looking for a used car at a price that was hard to find with what I knew I could afford. We were helped by Adam, a new salesman and the owner Jim. They were both so helpful with finding a car for me that I was able to afford. I had a trade in and wanted to keep my payments under 200 a month. We had gotten there around 7:30 and they were scheduled to close at 9. After trying to find the perfect fit for myself. (I a a full time student, part time waitress, and am 20.) and checking all of his dealerships, which is about four, I walked out at 10:30 pm with a 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage (lease). They were all so friendly and willing to accommodate me with the car I was looking for because I had expressed great concern with paying not only the car insurance which had to be in my name but the car payments as well. I will definitely be coming back to this dealership in the future and definitely recommend coming here for anyone else as well. There were no headaches and all of the staff was eager to help!!!!!

Though Jose Flores did contact initially, it's the follow-up that did not occur until a couple weeks later? The manager Mr. Majeed was not reachable and/ or available at all through the initial and inquiry process, while the phone staff was trying to make sure all that needs to be done to get the messages to the appropriate person, it seemed...thanks but no thanks, will not go there again.

When we got there nobody was approaching to see what we look for. After 10 min waiting, we have to ask for help. They told us to sit while we wait for the only sales associate available, he was running with license plate, taking care of other costumers. The desk and chair were old and dirty. We request to see a car that we saw online, I was sure that was available for sale because I called the day before. They take me to the car, for the price of the car it was a good deal because the car need to be fix, it has scratches, the signal light was loose, the passenger mirror need to be replaced and a couple more dents. The sales associate justified the price of the car because all this damages. I told him that is ok, I will take the car "as is". We seat to finish the deal and do the paperwork when suddenly he stand up and went to the back. He came back and told me that the car is not going to be sale, he say that they going to take the car out of their inventory, and take it off of the website but he can offer other car and bla bla bla...........they use the cheap damage car to attract people. He never gave me a good reason why the car was not on sale anymore. I will never go to that place again.

They need to get there facts straight. When I saw a car on the internet and called to see if they still have it, they said they did. So I went right down to the dealer. When I got there they said it was sold. Then they tried to sell me a vehicle over my budget, I only had so much to send and that was it. Also tried to sell vehicles that I was not interested in. Very poor business, high pressure not who I want to deal with.

Aside from the pricing process...which still has me frazzled as to why and how this works....advertise a price to lure you in then jack it up 2000 if you don't qualify for rebates. Wow!!! Any way, my most recent interaction with this place was....well, aggravating. I had been dealing with a gentleman Jujuan. I had been there and the car I was looking at was actually sold as I was there. Oh, well, bad luck. So he had a couple vehicles there but let me go home and think about it. I called the following Monday at 10:12 and the vehicle I was looking at was sold. He said he had a Compass there and price was fair. I said I would call back. At 12:40 I called back and said to shine it up, I would be down at 2:30..he said ok. After driving 90 miles there, i arrive at 2:30 and compass was not there. We drove to different lot and not there either. So we go back and he's looking for anything to cover his mistake(s). Finally he offers me a lesser model(liberty), year older, ..for the same price!!!! At this point, I am mad. I ask him where the compass is and he says "they must have sold it Saturday." I can not say here exactly what I said but in a nutshell, "why am I here then?" Then he has the audacity to tell me I am not his only customer. I say if you can not handle the workload, give some to co-workers who are walking/sitting/standing around. To those who have had good luck here, count your blessings!!!!! I will not be associating with these people again and I stress you do not either. I wasted my time, gas(at 3.67/gal), and got very aggravated for nothing. They lure you in then try to force you to buy something you do not really want....but to just give them a sale. BTW, ford fusion I originally went there for that was sold that day, is still on cars.com and their own website. Yeah, top notch place. NOT!!!!!!!!!!

I visited Route 46 Mitsubishi to purchase a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport on Saturday 2/22/2014. I spoke with a very nice sales person by the name of Chris (didn't get his last name). I told him that I had a trade-in (2007 Outlander); he took my car keys and had the car appraised. Chris came back to the desk and I told him that I would not need financing as I would be paying the car in full. I told Chris how much I would like to spend for the car "out-the-door." I gave him a round number (13 K). Chris asked me for my credit card to show that I was serious. I gave him my credit card and told him I would like the full amount charged if he could make the deal. Chris took my offer AND credit card to his sales manager. Within 5 minutes he came back and congratulated me on the purchase. While I was waiting for Chris to come back from his sales manager's office I had decided on the gray color Outlander Sport. I asked Chris if I could test drive the actual VIN I was going to be buying. He stated that the one I was buying was at another lot but I could try the Aqua one they had out front. So I agreed to test drive the one they had available. When we came back I expected to just sign some paperwork and come back later that day (or Monday) to pick up my gray Outlander Sport. To my surprise, Chris told me that I could not charge the balance on my credit card as they would be charged too much by the credit card company (6%). I'm not sure why this was coming up now after the salesperson shook my hand earlier and said we had a deal. He said I could charge $3000 and give him a bank check for difference. I explained that I like to make all my purchases on credit card as I use the "miles" for traveling. As a compromise, I told the sales Manager (think it was David Majeed) I'd be happy to give him a bank check for the full amount however I would expect him to come down to $12,750 so I can recoop the value of the lost miles. He denied my offer w/o a counter-offer or explanation. What bothered me most was the fact that they made a deal and shook my hand just minutes earlier and then "moved the cones" after the deal was made. I used the same phrase to David Majeed. Then what was worse is that I came up with compromise that would save him money and me money; only losing out would be the credit card company. Anyway I thought I'd share my experience.

The most lethargic bunch of sales people I've ever encountered. The lowballing of prices online only to learn in person you need two criteria to reduce price by $2,000: recent college grad or loyal customer. So shady. They were polite, but low energy, and you'd better do calculations yourself more than once since they can't add correctly and know your local sales tax - they took a guess before I had to correct the paperwork. There are better places to spend your money.

This was my second mitsubishi purchased (first was from another dealer) and I wish the first one was as great of an experience. From the first time I walked in to driving my new car out of the dealer I couldn't have asked for more. Great guys and great cars. They were very thorough in their explanations to all my questions and very helpful when I needed it. Very highly recommend this dealership for sales. Got a great price on a 2014 Evo MR from them through TrueCar. Came to the dealership on Saturday, had to do a bit of work to convince them to let me test drive one (somewhat understandable since they get a lot of Fast and Furious types), told them I want a different configuration, they located it, brought it to the dealership on Tuesday, I drove the car home Wednesday night. I leased a new 2013 Mitsubishi Evolution. They gave me a temporary plate which expired . I had to drive back from NY to let the car sit for a week until they did the registration. So in all it took 5 weeks to get my registration so i can put on my plates. Not to mention i spent gas toll two times just to go thru this hassle. That was just my first experience. My second time going out there I returned my lease, made the payoff and co-signed for my sisters new car. 1 month later my sister is going thru the same situation with the registration. She was told by the Luis Tejada the manager to drive with expired plates that they would pay for the tickets. Also they never put in the papers that i returned my car. So I was charged an additional payment from Mitsubishi motor credit along with an over draft fee from my bank $34. I called Luis Tejada the manager at this location and went thru a 2 week wait for the difference that was owed to me. I received a check in my sisters name not mine for $66.34 less that what i was suppose to get. This was the worst experience. They lost my business for ever and every person that i know about will hear about my experience. Stay away from route 46 Mitsubishi.

Liked the new Outlander GT and boy was I surprised at the "no pressure" attitude from the salemen. I actually got to look around first before being hounded like at other dealerships. When I needed help someone was right there. If he didn't know all the answers he didn't lie to me; he got someone to help him. Then i went right back to deal with him. Andy let me think about it without hounding me; he called to see if I was still interested and when I came back to cut the deal he made sure that I got everything I wanted. He said it would take 10 days to get here but he rushed to get it in 5 and boy was I shocked..a car dealer that keeps his word..am I dreaming? i hope so because this car is great the options are so cool ( lane change warning, front crash monitor, active cruise control) I said I just need a driver now but Andy said he likes his job too much and wasn't available ha ha. Well thanks for all your help and service guys..you have a buyer for life!! can't wait for my family and neighbors to see my new GT!!

At first it was a great experience but short lived this was an ongoing deal for 4 days. I wanted to buy a car and explained my situation to a Jose Flores I explained to him that I live 2 hours away I have bad credit but I have a cosigner ( NEVER STATING HER CREDIT SCORE ). I was told but Jose that they will see what they can do for me I told them I have a trade in and I will put money down but I cannot have my payments go over $440 a month, Jose Flores tell me Ill get back to you, I will explain your situation to my boss witch is no other then Mike Ko the united states marine, so I told him no problem, an hour later he calls back saying its going to be hard to hit $440 a month but if you come in we will try to work a deal, I replayed to Jose I really cant it is too far for me to waste my time /fuel I said if you can do better call me back. So a day goes by and I called him back and said whats up man any news he said its not going to happen on the Evolution GSR but my boss Mike Ko said we are running a special this month on the Evolution MR for $279 a month with $2000 down, I said do I qualify for this he replayed yes as long as you put $2000 down, I told Jose I will call him back. After an hour or so I go the money and had to drive 1 hour away west and then two hours north to the dealer. Upon arrival I walked in and was greeted by no one I look to my right and there was a guy of the name of Alex Thormes he said can I help you I said I have a deal set up with Jose Flores he said on sit down and gets the paper work out and said fill this out and I fill it out and he goes to his boss Mike Ko and Alex comes back and puts a paper in front of me with $550 on it and said this is your monthly payment I was like no its not I was set up for a deal at $279 a month for three years with $2000 down he looks at me like Im a xxxxxxx xxxxxxx, he replays who told you this deal with a confused look on his face I replayed Jose Flores Alex replays I dont know why he would tell you this hes on internet sales I said we were on the phone for the last four days working a deal with your boss Mike Ko. At this point I knew it was on big xxxxxxx lie to get me to come in after explaining my situation to them on how they are too far to go and be told its not going to work. So I started getting loud and he goes and gets his boss MR marine Mike Ko and hes says you were giving a quote on a tier one credit line, I said who the xxxx told you I had great credit? Jose Flores, I replayed I never said anything about a credit score beside mine was bad. And I was told this was a guarantee from both Jose Flores and Mike Ko. I will be contacting the Mitsubishi and the regional sales rep.if I was you guys I would not I repeat I would go to this dealer but any other dealer

I've got to admit I somehow hate car shopping. I think is a long, tedious process and I never end up completely satisfied with the purchase. This time was the exception because I had such a great experience. The salesperson Ralphy Almonte was very attentive and diligent. He took the time to really listen to my needs. I purchased a 2006 Suzuki Aerio on June 1st, 2013 with 78,000 miles. The car came with a two month/2,000 mile warranty on certain parts including engine and transmission. Two-three weeks after the purchase, we noticed our car would make a strong vibration when driving at 40mph. We brought the car to the dealership within the warranty period. We thought it was transmission, the dealership said it was the rear axle. They replaced that part and we picked up the car. The problem continued to occur. Finally, Mitsubishi brought in a Suzuki specialist who said it was a transmission problem and they wanted $3600 to repair it, but the dealership didn't want to pay, so they found another mechanic. We dropped off our car July 28, 2013 to have the transmission rebuilt. On September 26, 2013, we picked up the car again (almost two months later) only to find the car STILL had the same problem--strong vibrations at 40mph, even after the repair. I dropped our car off for a THIRD time in early October. I received a call saying they figured out the problem, it's the engine mounts. Today I picked up the car again and guess what--the car still has the same vibrations at 40mph.So now, Mark's explanation is "That's just how the car is." I find it very hard to believe that all those mechanics who looked at the car and worked on the car couldn't tell during the 3 months they had possession of my car, that the vibration was normal.I also want to mention that after having realized the car had transmission issues (before the trying to have it repaired the 2nd time), I spoke with Dave, the manager and asked him if he would be willing to credit us the ENTIRE amount we put into our car (down payment of $3000 + payments made so far) and we would purchase another (likely a more expensive) car from them. Dave, the sales manager agreed verbally. However, after picking out a car and sitting down to sign papers with a salesperson, suddenly our down payment was no longer applicable to the purchase, so we would be at a loss of $3000 for the first car that we owned for less than two months. They tried to play with some numbers a bit, but we decided against purchasing another car from them because we felt our entire down payment should have been refunded for a car that we had barely driven in two months because it was sitting in their shop.I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau and have heard nothing. I even requested Dave to call me. He never did. I have been in contact mainly with Mark Peterson in Service, who is very professional, but still, they could not solve the problem.While I can't say all my interactions with the staff were negative (Anthony in the Rental department was so kind and helpful) as well as the majority of the Service dept., however my experience with Sales (Dave and Ralphy) are honestly not positive and I wouldn't recommend friends or family to buy from there again based on my experience with both.

They lied about the online advertising price and never feel guilty about it. I drove an hour to this place under the thunderstorm warning and found that I need to add $2000 on top of the price they advertise online! The sale is very rude, very say a word "sorry" and instead, accused me for not reading the website carefully! Come on, nothing in the cars.com page say a single word about the additional $2000! Even worse, seeing me not satisfied with their excuse, the sale told me "don't waste my time for a test drive if you don't like the price"! Will never ever come back to this place again!

We saw a car online for 1 price then we drove 2 hours to see the car. No one came out to help us so we went inside. There were 3 guys sitting at their desks all on cell phones texting. We walked up to 1 and asked about the car we saw online. He explained he didn't want to waste his time or ours going out to see if before telling us the price is NOT what it says online. After telling us u have to be approved for 2 rebates 90% of people would not be approved for. When we stressed how disappointing that the price is NOT what it was advertised for, we were told "well most people that come here know that already". Hum, we are stupid? DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Waste of time and gas $!!!!! Probably should mention there were other people there but ALL waiting on their car to be fixed!!!

I felt as if I was being punished for being a new client at this dealership. I came in, interested in purchasing a pre-owned Mazda 3 with an initial cost of $11,860. Excellent. I spoke to the sales rep, took the car out for a test drive (smooth) and was ready to fill out the paper work to buy the car. First two questions: Have I brought a car at this dealership within the past year? Well no because it was my first time buying a car. An extra $1000. Have I or will I be graduating college within the next year? No because I'm only entering my third year of college. Another $1000. So what was originally a car for $11,860 was now $13,860 only because its my first experience purchasing a car and because I happen to only be entering my third year of college. That's outrageous! How do you expect to make any new clients with that kind of business strategy? I felt as if I was being punished for being a new client and for not graduating college the correct year. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I have never bought a car at this dealership before and now I never will.

I drove over 2.5 hours to this dealership based on a price I saw online. I was aware that this price was based on rebates that I may or may not qualify for, but even without the rebates it was still a great deal. I called beforehand to make sure the car I wanted was available and was assured it was. I arrived at the dealership, and was inside for over 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. It's not because they were busy with other customers- salesmen were texting on their phones. A gentlemen then greeted us, and told a colleague to help us. The colleague seemed less than pleased to work with us and gave an *ugh* when instructed to do so. He preceded to have attitude with us the time we were there. Then out of the 4 cars I had inquired about- NONE were there. They had all been sold, when I was told 3 hours ago on the phone that they were there. We were VERY dissatisfied with the way we were treated at this dealership and refused to consider other cars from there based on how we were treated. Also, I had contacted my insurance company with a VIN number for car listed on their website, and the car information showed for the insurance company as a sedan, when I was looking at the Mistubishi Outlander Sport, an SUV. This whole place seems shady, dishonest, and unprofessional.

Call again the next day and Greg had conveniently "just stepped out", after they had paused and asked for my name, and he would call us back. We setup an appointment to see the cars(giving them the exact model/year/colors) and they said the cars were available. 2 days go by and the only response from Greg is 4 automated emails at the end of the last day having nothing to do with the cars we were interested in. We drive 2 hour to get there. Walk around the lot looking for the cars for over 10 minutes and nobody comes out to help us, so we go inside. They are all just sitting at their desks in front of the giant windows. They tell us the cars were sold days prior and try to sell us something else. Nobody bothered to take the listings down or call us. It has been over 4 hours since we stormed out of there and the listings are STILL up. They probably never even had the cars and just used them to get us down there. They were marked at $2000 under the book value. Stay away from Route 46 Mitsubishi and Greg.

I drove 2 1/2 hours to see the Nissan Altima and regardless of the negetive reviews listed the car was there and they showed me 3 additional, the price was fairly low and I couldn't find close to what they sold me the car anywhere. I know I got a great deal and I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know. Don't listen to the haters, listen to the one who actually bought from there and had a true experience. Love these guys at 46 Mitsu.

I found this Dealer listing two different used 2011 Ford Escape Crossover vehicles on Craigslist.org each for $11,995.00 on 6/17/13. I responded to the Dealership on 6/18/13 with copies of the Craigslist advertisements in hand and test drove one of the vehicles. Before the test-drive I noticed the sticker price on the vehicle as $17,300.00. I then advised the salesman of the advertisements as well as informing him that I had researched the vehicles before coming into the Dealership. (Both vehicles were former Rental Fleet Vehicles.) Needless to say; after the test-drive the salesman tries to sell me the vehicle for $14,000.00 claiming that I had to meet qualifications of the Dealership such as being a recent college graduate and having purchased a vehicle from them in the past to get the advertised price. Nowhere on the Craigslist Advertisement does it mention such incentives. There is also no excuse for a $6000.00 markup difference between the sticker price and advertised price especially on a former Rental Fleet Vehicle.As a Private Investigator and Former Police Detective that specializes in auto theft and fraud related cases it is my opinion that anyone that decides to do business with this Dealership be aware of every aspect of the sale and do your research before you purchase.

I drove over 2.5 hours to this dealership based on a price I saw online. I was aware that this price was based on rebates that I may or may not qualify for, but even without the rebates it was still a great deal. I called beforehand to make sure the car I wanted was available and was assured it was. I arrived at the dealership, and was inside for over 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. It's not because they were busy with other customers- salesmen were texting on their phones. A gentlemen then greeted us, and told a colleague to help us. The colleague seemed less than pleased to work with us and gave an *ugh* when instructed to do so. He preceded to have attitude with us the time we were there. Then out of the 4 cars I had inquired about- NONE were there. They had all been sold, when I was told 3 hours ago on the phone that they were there. We were VERY dissatisfied with the way we were treated at this dealership and refused to consider other cars from there based on how we were treated.

I saw a great car on line and sent an e-mail - was contacted right away and had a great conversation with the salesman - and set up an appountment - showed up early because of traffic but was taken care of by a young lady - she did not tell me her name until about 30 minutes after I arrived - showed me the wrong car at 1st, then when I found the car I was interested in and I asked the price she could not find it in the computer. After she found it she told me it was $2000 more than the price I origianlly saw, I then looked at the other car again that had all sratches on it and she told me the previous owner did not take care of the car she then told me it was more than the other car - another $3000 - She did not seem concerned that I was ready to walk away - which I did - I also noticed that the miles on the car and on the sticker were different - I have told my friends to stay away

I visited Route 46 Mitsubishi this week to check out the 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander which I have been thinking about for a while now. I was greeted by Andy Rodriguez who was super friendly and helpful! I wanted the car in white fully loaded and he found me the PERFECT CAR. Its almost as if the car was waiting for me! I test drove it with Andy and he showed me all the neat features in the car and explained to me how the car will need to be serviced and all that. I originally called route 46 nissan that's right next door about a nissan maxima for he price range I am looking for. They told me they have 13 in stock so I went there and the dealership said they do not have absolutely nothing of what I'm looking for, and could not help at all. So I call route 46 Mitsubishi about a maxima and they had 3. So I went over there and they had the one I wanted. It took some serious negotiations about online price compare to sticker price but in the end they were more then happy to help me out a deal. Amazing finance deal at the end and amazing car. I would seriously recommend anyone to come here and buy a use car because there staff is great to work with. All these other people complaining i don't know why because I had a great experience coming here.

I had been searching all the NY/NJ Mitsubishi dealerships to get the best deal on a 2013 Evo. Spoke with a rookie sales guy named Moses and he was great. Then got to the dealership and met Mike Ko. They gave me the best deal around. And gave me a fair amount on my trade in. It's also nice that Mike knows Evos and is a "car guy" too. I can always appreciate someone who knows the cars they are selling and are passionate about them. Great work by Mike and Moses.

A used Honda civic was advertised on both cars.com and on the dealer's website as $9995. Called them and told them that was the car I wanted to see. Arrived for appointment after a 45 minute trip, drove the car, and was very interested until the salesman said something like "I should tell you about how the rebates work." The 9995 figure was based on two things---we had to have a recent college grad in the family, and we had to have bought another car from them. So unless you fit that very narrow category--the car is $11,995. $2000 more than implied.$9995 is the only figure shown on cars.com--and it is the figure shown on two pages of the dealer's website that advertise the car. Now that the dealer has pointed it out to me, there is a way to navigate to a web page that explains the rebate program, but it is not obvious. Also, when I asked about the $9995 car on the phone, the rebate program and the possible higher price were not mentioned.

After deciding which car I liked most and could afford I made an appointment through truecar.com. Jose called me and verified the car was available for that cost and it would be ready for me when I arrived. He understood the dealership was 80 miles from my house. I drove an hour an a half and arrived at 6:30 pm. Jose met with me and introduced me to another salesmen that finally had me meet with Duane. He explained that the Mitsubishi Outlander Sport I wanted wasn't available. Duane worked hard to get me what I wanted but, it was 10 pm before I drove my Outlander Sport off the lot. I wish I was spoken to honestly by Jose originally. If I was told the car didn't exist, but a comparable one was available later that evening I would have made the appointment for the next morning. Instead I had to delay dinner and miss going to a friend's birthday party. A few days later they called to let me know I left my passport over $200 worth of gift cards in my traded in car. My address was confirmed and I received them a day later. Also, I have been calling and messaging different staff members to ensure my paperwork, insurance, and registration were being processed. Each of them have been very patient with me. But, now I am driving around with a dealer plate 3 days shy of a month later. I was disappointed today to find out the reason is that the title to my trade in was not received from the financial company. I can't control that and they admitted it, but still want to withhold my plates.

I bought my new car from 46 Mitsubishi a few months back. They weren't the closest place to me, but I knew they had the car I was looking for in their inventory. I don't know how some people buy their cars, but I knew exactly what I wanted, I knew what I was trading in and I didn't have any premonitions about what I could afford monthly. I made my appointment with Calvin and I tried asking him some questions about the car, but he really didn't know too much about it, but granted, I don't ask the receptionist at my doctor's office what's wrong with my stomach either, so I made my appointment with him to meet up with the dealership manager, Collie. When I arrived at the dealership, I must have been there on Collie's day off and I got paired up with Mike Ko, the other manager of the store. He took me into his office and offered me a drink and asked me some questions about the Lancer I was looking for. I honestly didn't know that there were so many differences of Lancers, but Mike was helping me narrow down what I really needed and what I didn't really think I needed. I had no idea that Mitsubishi had an all-wheel drive Lancer but Mike brought up the idea of a Lancer SE to me and after looking at spec sheet of it, he offered me a test drive on one that they had on the lot. I'm not a kid and one of the things I didn't like about the Lancer GT I originally came in to buy was that there was that boy-racer rear wing on it, and I as glad to see that the Lancer SE did not have that gaudy wing on it. One of the salespeople, Edwin, drove me in the car and we went for a brisk drive through the area and, while I didn't exactly put the car through it's paces, it was comfortable and well equipped. When I checked out the sticker price on it, it was pretty similar to the GT I was looking for, so I figured, why not hear about what both my options were. Edwin took a lot of my information but kept asking me if I was sure I was going to buy the car. No offense to Edwin, but he's a bit of a creep. He sounded like he was a textbook salesperson who had a question for every question that I had. Eventually, I felt a bit uncomfortable dealing with him and not being able to understand what he was saying and I walked over to Mike's office to ask him if I could deal with him directly. He was on the phone and when he saw me he promptly told the person on the phone that he would have to call them back. I pretty much laid it all out for him and asked him if he do the deal or not. Mind you, I was a bit frustrated and was a little overbearing with him, but he took it in stride and we sat at his desk and worked out the numbers at ease. As I sat in his office, I noticed that he had a lot of cool military memorabilia in there and asked him if he was a veteran (my dad was a lifer). We shared some stories about living on base and he showed me some more photos of his past and some of the cool cars he's owned. I guess you just need to find the right person to put you at ease to really get to the point of buying a car. We were able to wrap things up in 15 minutes and shook hands on a deal that I felt was fair. As I waited for the paperwork to get prepared they put my car into the wash and I figured I would get it finished by the time I was done with my paperwork. I met with a Louis who was the finance manager and we went over all my options. He offered me an extended warranty, gap insurance and some other things. I took the gap insurance as it seemed like something that would be good to have in one of those 'what if' situations. At no time was he pushy or rude and I told him I had a good time buying this car. Mike and Edwin were waiting outside with my car and I could tell that he was pretty upset about something and it seemed that there were some glue they missed on the car. Mike gave me his card and asked me if I was hungry to go to the IHOP next door and have some lunch on him while they re-did the car. A great deal and a great meal!

Sure, the cars are very appealing. But after leaving a deposit for a car under $6000, we went back to the sale the next evening and they mistakenly wrote up a finance document; & the price went up $3000 because one of us was not trading in a car, which is required to get the dealer loyalty rebate & the college grad rebate. (Note the car needed $1500 worth of repairs, didn't even have a headlight). Their $9000 tag was now $3080 above Blue Book value,. which was on the Carfax they provided. Then that evening the rep said they could not process my refund until tomorrow. So I called today and found out the cashier who processed the deposit works at night and wasn't in yet. Oh, so the cashier is there at night after all! So I am still waiting for them to confirm my refund is being processed. My bank has been notified and is ready to dispute the $500 charge they placed to my account. VERY POOR SERVICE. I bought a car there, and I guess if you don't just sit & pay what they want, they treat you like an alien, not even a human being. The car we were interested in had signs of flooding, our mechanic said so, and they gave us a poker face like it meant nothing. So this former customer is exactly that. Wish I could sell my car & buy it back from someone else. I do get free oil changes with my car purchase (last year), which is great, but for this sale they treated us like dirt. We were going to get 2 cars, too, so for a crooked $3000 price increase they lost over $23,000.00 in sales.

Went in to have my headlight replaced. They charged me 80 dollars and didnt replace my headlight. I went home and noticed that night it still didnt work. So I brought the car back and they told me they wanted another 250 dollars to inspect and replace the harnessfor the bulb because it could of been damaged causing the light to malfunction. I went right to a fegular mechanic and had the buld replaced and it his bulb worked fine. Con artists. Part 2. The transmission died on my Mitsu and it was under my powed train warranty. The mechanics at Mitsu told me they wanted 2grand to fix the clutch on the car when the trasmission was actually failing. This means the dealership could charge Mitsubishi under the warrenty for labor and also charge me for labor butonly do half the work. AWFUL.

I inquired a few days before my visit. Called earlier in the day and the car was "just sold" when I arrived. All used cars on the lot were scratched and/or dented and no sticker prices were shown. That portion of the sticker was cut out. I was never given direct numbers on my trade-in and was shown a lemon of a car with offers of smaller cars when knowing I'm looking for a larger sized sedan. Everything about this experience was the typical story you hear on how a car salesman can be a snake. Once it was known that the offers and inventory weren't satisfactory, the tone of the salesman changed as he just walked away and said, "well I guess on to the next one". I have to laugh now since it must be sad to have that type of attitude and daily life. Just fair warning to all those that it was smoke and mirrors for me and more people were eyeing my trade-in while I was looking at the sub-par inventory.

Luis helped both my brother and my mother finding a great car. After helping my mom he promised that I would be back next for my own vehicle. Well he was right, my brother brought me back up to Mitsubishi for my FIRST very own car. My credit is not all that great since I do not have any, but Luis told me I would get the car I wanted. I test drove a 10' Nissan Sentra and fell in love. The price was not the best that they offered me a month but Luis worked with me until something fell into my budget. I now am done with my 00' Plymouth Neon and I am on to a better, and more gorgeous Nissan Sentra that I wanted. I would recommend this dealership and Luis to anyone!!!!

My friend and i walked through the door and was greeted by Mr. Duane Martinez. He was very accommodating and friendly and offered us drinks/food. We told him we were looking to see if we can buy a new car and if we can get a loan approved, considering our credit. We told him we had a blown deal from a nearby dealership and that we don't want that to happen again so if we don't get approval that's fine with us just let us know immediately. Duane said he'll try his best to get us approved. Long story short, the financial manager (not sure if he wants to be named) said yes we can work things out and we can drive the car today.around 4 weeks later, we already got the plates and registration and now waiting to pay the 1st installment. Very thankful to Duane and the financial manager for giving us a chance and coming through on their words (unlike the other dealership we did business with)!!!

i am 21 years old and was buying my first car and this was my first real interaction with a car salesman, at first it was great, i found a car that i really wanted, called 3 different people at the dealership about it, drove 80mi to check out and test drive the car, the sales person was around my age and very nice, there were a few problems cosmetically, the guys said he would fix it for me and hook me up with a deal, i was happy with the test drive and put down a $500 deposit and left now i asked those 3 different people if i would get that deposit back if i wasn't satisfied, and each one of them without any hesitation said yes, my father went to finalize the payment for the car the very next day, not only were the problems not fixed, they were charging extra for the problems he said he would fix for free, my father also found a few problems with the car that i had missed, the salesperson refused to fix those problems either and said we had to take the car as-is, even though it wouldn't pass inspection, now i realize that it was my fault for not getting any of the salesperson's deals in writing, but when my father said no to the car and asked for the deposit back, the dealer said no and said my dad had to buy the car at a higher price without any of the problems fixed or the dealers would contact their lawyers, my dad, being considerably smarter than me, called them on their bluff, put the deposit into despute through the credit card and left i would expect something like this from a shady third party dealership but not from a big dealership like this, i accept my mistakes and will hopefully learn from them, but as far as this dealership goes, im stunned at how badly i got ripped off, there are a billion other Mitsubishi dealership out there and i suggest you go to somewhere else, as far as used cars go, dont trust them and get every little word in writing and signature i hope this helps you and you dont make the same mistakes i made

Went today looking into buying a car for me and one for my wife. Was greeted at the door by a great salesman Luis Gomez. He brought us the cars that we liked, and accompanied us in a test drive. We were explained the ins and outs of both cars, and when sat at the table to look at the numbers, got a very fair offer, and were never pushed into making the purchase. Needless to say, left very satisfied.

It seems to be their pattern to mislead customers. I had gone back and forth emailing with one of the dealers, She confirmed the car was still available and set up an appointment to test drive the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership I was told the car was still available. After 10 minutes of waiting, A salesman came out and told me the car was sold and the dealer who had emailed me the info did not have her computer updated!! So I walked out, This dealership is full of baloney and I will be also sending a letter to to Mitsubishi's Corporate office as well!!

I went to Mitsubishi dealer in RT 46, East Totowa, after I received letter to early return my lease car. I met Mr. Ralphy Almonte, and he welcome me , I asked him what offer he has for me , he said to me , you will leave with new lease and with new car 2012, I will make you happy , I spent around two hours , with negotiation, he was very patient with me, in the end , I get what I want , and I left the dealer with my new car . As he promised me to leave the place happy.

I went to numerous dealers before going to this one and immediately upon entering i felt comfortable and welcomed and was greeted with open arms upon entering . After seeing the car i wanted and test driving it i immediately fell in love with the car. They worked with me to get the best possible deal and helped me out when no one else could. Went into dealership today to check out the car and get the price, ended up buying the car on the spot. Everyone at the dealer was real friendly; I work at a dealer and visited few different dealership and I never had an experience like I did at this dealership. Mike made my dream come true, My family is one of the tough person and I was really glad Mike made it happen. I would give you guys 10+ if I could. Mike even stayed outside to make sure the car is clean is full on gas. I have nothing to say bad only thing I could say is good thing. Thank you guys for everything!!!! It was a very satisfying experience. Starting with Dennis and Mike and finishing with Louis. Rt 46 dealership was worth the drive from New York. I have already been recommending this dealership to all my friends. I was shopping around for a new car deal as well as getting the most value on my mitsubishi trade in. They were able to give me the most for my vehicle. I came across this dealership on the internet after visiting a few dealers in New York. They were able to give me the best deal. They made you feel confident and comfortable from the initial phone call until the end of signing papers. Everything that was promised to me within this deal was fulfilled. Excellent dealership and a great alternative to Bell Mitsubishi. They are right in-front of an IHOP and I was able to eat breakfast while my car was getting serviced. They are also priced much much less that Bell on the maintenance of my car (An EVO X).Thank you Rt. 46 Mitsubishi! There is a reason why I travel all the way from BROOKLYN to Rt. 46... The service is awesome and they know your car!

I originally wrote this review with fairly harsh criticism. My experience at the dealership was, in the least, upsetting. Prior telephone communication was skewed, causing confusion about which salesperson I would be dealing with, as well as being presented a difficult time getting a word in over the cliche, never-ending sales pitches. I simply called to make an appointment--I did not need to be read every known fact about leasing and purchasing options before I even set foot in the door.When I walked in, I had one goal--to get their bottom line price (after all taxes and fees) on a specifically arranged vehicle (model, year, options, etc.). I had told the sales representative that I had visited the Paramus dealership, they presented me with a price, and now I would like to privately compare it with the figure he would conjure up. The dealership with the lower price was more likely to receive my business.Although I made it painfully obvious, I was not going to reveal the price the other dealership had provided--this was to avoid the whole, "well, I can beat that price", then go back and forth between the dealerships. The salesperson kept pushing to find out the price, which annoyed me.Once a "bottom line" price had been established, he began to figure in additional fees and taxes, contrary to the term. When I wasn't satisfied with this result, he began slashing the base price by up to $1000, which annoyed me further--the "bottom line" price apparently was NOT the bottom line.I was coaxed by the sales representative to stay longer than I had wanted. This made me late for another appointment. I had felt I had enough and was about to get up and leave when the sales manager, Mike Ko, stepped in to ease the situation. He quickly and effectively provided me (in a single attempt) with a flat price after all taxes and fees. When I declined, he calmly and in a cheerful manner, allowed me to leave.Fast-forward a few days--Mike had contacted me about my negative experience with his dealership, and graciously offered to mend any unresolved conflicts. In a very professional manner, we both agreed that sometimes things do go awry, and it can be difficult to set matters straight. In this particular case, I do feel a second chance is appropriate.My review of the initial experience would have left me to never bother doing business with this dealership, nor would I recommend it to others. I felt pressured and that the intent of a sale was greater than my needs as a customer.However, due to the professionalism and willingness to correct the situation shown by Mike Ko, my overall opinion of this dealership has changed, and I may be open to doing business with them in the future.

I am very satisfied with my new outlander and the only reason I decided to buy it was because of Dennis. He was so polite and knowledgeble about the product, he took time to answer all my questions, treated me and my husband with so much respect and patience. I am very impressed at the level of politeness and charm Mr. Brusco showed us, he really knows his job, made all the process of getting my new outlander as easy as possible and I think I got a good deal. I'm very satisfied with the overall experience, I'm glad I went to route 46 mitsubishi to get my new car and I'm enjoying my new outlander every day more and more!

Not much to say besides satisfying experience. Great manager Mike Ko, along with sales rep Dennis Brusco, couldn't have asked for more. The only place I would go to shop for a Mitsubishi, hands down. Treated with respect and kindness, they are overall the best dealership I've ever been to. I went to Bell Mitsubishi in Rahway, and man were they sour I just left, felt so pressured and just not the type of people I would want to give my money to.

What else can i say about 46 Mitsubishi! Mike Ko is one of thee most professional sales managers there is when it comes to the business of selling cars. Extremely knowledgeable, open-minded, easy to talk to, and witty to say the least. Dennis Brusco is one of the salesman i had the pleasure of speaking to, and he is an exceptional salesman at that. His honesty goes a long way and he's as geniune as they come. Won't give you the run around and will most certainly tell it to you straight. If he can work out a deal for you, he will do his best to make sure you are satisfied with your car, and that you leave with a good feeling instead of feeling like you've made a mistake in your purchase. Hands down one of the best Mitsubishi dealerships around, the showroom is in excellent conditon and working order. Staff is friendly and the dealership is super clean. Bottom line is if your looking for a dealership that will do what is best for you without all of the "smoke and mirrors", then this is the place for you. Straight, to the point, without all the extra b.s. Highly recommended.

By far one of the best dealerships in the TriState area. Went in to look at new vehicle options as well as used vehicles since my fiancee and I will soon be living together so she needs a car of her own. Needless to say the staff, specifically Dennis, focused on what our needs are and showed us different options. The fact that we weren't ready to buy yet kind of made me skeptical at first, but once they found that out it did not bother them one bit. Dennis introduced us to Mike Ko, who by the way has to be one of the most genuine managers i have ever met, and then proceeded to show us the rest of the facilities, all we could say is WOW! Very clean, very friendly and most of all very tentative, and we werent even looking at cars at that point!! Before parting ways for the day, Mike came up to us and told us not to worry, once we were ready to make our final decision he was going to be there to guide us every step of the way. Greatly appreciated Mike Ko and Dennis!!!D&A

Came in to get some service done on the car and left a satisfied customer. The service department did great work. No complaints with the quality. While I waited for the service I looked at a few new cars and the sales people were very helpful. I'll definitely go back to them for my next Mitsubishi and any future work I need.

Whats remarkable about this dealer is that the staff here takes the time to get to know their customer, even if it was for regular scheduled maintenance. The staff here, Mike Ko in particular took the time to explain some of the unique service points associated with my Ralliart Sportback, and recommended and gave me tips on what to expect and gave me advice on what to do in situations that are unique to the turbo AWD Mitsubishi vehicles.I have 2 turbo AWD Mitsubishi vehicles and its safe to say that I would be getting my maintenance done at Rt. 46 Mitsubishi from now on, and definitely consider purchasing my next Mitsubishi vehicle at Rt. 46 Mitsubishi as well. If they pay this much attention and care to their service customers, I could only imagine what the buying experience from this dealer would be like.

Very rarely do I not do my own oil changes but my hectic work schedule and the sudden temperature drop prevented me from doing my own but this was a wonderful experience. The guy at the service desk was awesome everything went so smoothly and was so painless. The new dealership is fantastic with great amenities like an awesome coffee machine and nice plush couches. They have all the newest stock models as well as a great range of trims and a widely varying used selection. The service staff was very knowledgeable and Nelson the service tech could not be more careful with my evo, he really knows his stuff. Also talking with the wealth of knowledge Mr. Ko about evo's was a great experience. If you can find me a person with more absolute knowledge about these cars than him I would be overly impressed. Overall I would choose this mitsubishi over any other in the tri state area.

best mitsu dealer I've seen, (and I have seen many when I was hunting for my evo). This place is always clean, staff are always friendly and greets you as soon as you walk in the door. Has a very nice waiting area while I waited for the car being serviced and the service team always know what I am talking about. Never was there a "let me check" "let me get back to you on that" being thrown at me. I will definitely go there if I need any part or service or installation. And to anyone looking to buy a new or used mitsu, Rt 46 is your best bet!

Excellent facility, fantastic maintenance, extremely professional staff. They treated me as royalty and treated my vehicle with even greater care than I do (which is nearly impossible). My limited time frame was of great concern to them and addressed my concerns within that time frame and had me on my way. During my wait I had the chance to look around and have a conversation with Mike Ko, I was very impressed with his knowledge of the company and products. He is truly an asset to your dealership. Very hard to find a dealership now days that provides this level of customer service.

I was in the market for a 2011 Outlander Sport and when visiting my local dealerships in NY became disappointed with their lack of selection. I found Rt. 46 Mitsubishi online and saw some bad reviews of prior customer experiences. But taking their large inventory into account and trusting my own knowledge of buying a car I decided I would give them a visit. I am very glad I did.I made a trip out to Totowa on Saturday 12/11/2010. Dennis greeted me and upon realizing I knew the ins and outs of the vehicle and what I was looking for he cut right to the chase and found the best fit for me. The selection was great, the car with the options and color I wanted was in stock thanks to their large inventory and I never felt rushed or pushed into making decisions.Negotiations were extremely pleasant, Dennis' manager Mike came out to congratulate me on my purchase in a very genuine manner. They thanked me for my business and followed up on all of their promises.This dealership may have had some issues in the past, but whatever they were it certainly isn't the case now. They have a great selection and genuine people helping customers with the purchasing process.I am enjoying the car immensely and would definitely return for another vehicle in the future given the service I received.

Took in my evo for a quick service. Service Desk receptionist was very professional and the service was done perfectly. Very quick and efficent service. Brought my my Mitsubishi Lancer in for a routine check up and oil change. First off, the dealership is very clean and professional. I was greeted immediately by a friendly sales person who helped direct me to the service area. While waiting for the service, I made use of instant coffee machine, vending machine and (free!) bagels. The waiting area is very comfortable as well.When service was complete, an employee helped explain to me a non-urgent issue that was causing the check engine light to come on periodically. I hadn't even asked about it before hand, and they helped me figure it out and schedule a convenient time to come back for warranty service.I do not live that close to Totowa, but am more than happy to go the extra distance for a dealership of such high quality service.

I would recommend this dealer to anyone with a Mitsubishi whether its looking to purchase a new vehicle or have your current one serviced. Everytime i have been in to 46 mitsubishi the whole sales and service team have been nothing but helpful and kind to me. Always listening to what I, the customer, needs and doing their best to accomodate me and make sure I leave satisfied. I have never seen a dealer take care of their customers so well. They even threw a mid winter party for all us Evo owners with free food and music and a welcoming atmosphere. If your in the North East or even on the East coast this is the only Mitsubishi dealership I would recommend going to. You can be sure you will leave happy and continue happy throughout the ownership!

I currently drive an EVO 8 and I love the car but I don't want to put the extra miles on it so I needed a daily driver. I live close by to Rt. 46 Mitsubishi in Totowa, NJ and I was blown away from the selection they had from new to used cars but I was in the market for a new Outlander Sport. I needed something that was practical and was able to handle everyday driving. As was looking at the Outlander Sport's on their lot Mr. Michael Ko approached me and asked what exactly I was looking for. I told him I wanted a daily driver since I currently drive an EVO and I liked the Outlander. He then took me to his desk to work out some numbers, (hell he even offered me coffee and a bagel) after much debate I walked out a happy customer with a brand new Outlander Sport thanks to Mr. Ko. I recommend anyone looking for a Mitsubishi in the NJ, NY, and Penn. area to go check out Rt. 46 Mitsubishi and ask for Michael Ko.

Yesterday i went to get my son a new Evolution 10 at Rt 46 Mitsubishi, i was welcomed by a sales person named Mike Ko. Mike was very professional and knew his cars in and out. He showed me different options and colors of evolution's and explained to me which options would best fit my sons needs. The worst expierence - would NEVER use them sooooooo unprofessonal, Not up on the latest information very dissapointing. Have purchased other cars from them in the past and did not use them this time around or will not use them again unless they get their act together. Start hiring some more qualified people especally for past customers. Go to Ramsey instead, lovely expierence great people.

They even left dirty rags and cups in my car. The only reason they fixed my car whick took almost a week was because i called the cops

This is the worst dealer. The Sales & Leasing Consultant Jose Mesa is very cunning and untrustworthy. He sold us a used Mitsubishi Lancer with marks on the doors and a broken radio promising us that he will fix the car on the following Tuesday. Two week latr, the car was not fixed. They kept telling you that the car will be read in two days but its false. We went like three times and the car is not yet ready. We even talked to the sales manager Albert Valdez he as well tricks us that the car will be ready when it is not. Do not trust these people. They lie to their customers.
